Stress related to be able to business possession is extremely actual and could be fairly detrimental towards the entrepreneur's health insurance and individual connections. This post determines the most common reasons for company stress and anxiety as well as looks at processes to effectively handle stressful circumstances.
Anxiety on the job is a very common complaint of personnel in any work or perhaps profession. The demands regarding instantaneous benefits generates a breeding ground regarding constant stress to do perfectly using ever tightening work deadlines.
For your businessperson, these demands are generally zoomed through the comparative remoteness as well as tasks linked to being in business. Internet marketers are specially driven, which leads to extended hours along with regular stress associated with possible threats with their company. Merging gets into something together with the purely natural force related to company title produces a ideal atmosphere with regard to panic and anxiety. In the event that still left unaddressed, these kind of situations may finally bring about occupational burn out.

The conventional analysis associated with business owner tension is likely to confuse leads to and consequences. Bad diet regime, lack of exercise and also diminished conversation together with your family members are very manifestations of the issue, nevertheless they usually are the effects regarding root problems.
The true causes of organization linked tension usually get into the next groups:
Fiscal issues: The key source of anxiousness with regard to businesses is normally monetary in nature. All pervading and often overpowering, it is inescapable to some extent. Essentially the most significant cause of economic unhappiness revolves around delinquent receivables or even their subsequent uncle delinquent payables. Perhaps even far more unpleasant and even terrifying is definitely an incapacity to include payroll. New businesses which might be underfunded or perhaps increasing businesses that underestimated cashflow specifications often find on their own in a determined have difficulty in between accumulating income along with having to pay collectors.
Sales Issues: Problems with top end earnings will always be a resource associated with stress to the entrepreneur. This could range from the decrease of a substantial buyer, a financial recession, or loss in an important manufacturer product line. No matter what result in, the two staff along with the national infrastructure from the company itself is going to be influenced. Inside a gross profits problems, the business enterprise owner should correctly decide the actual magnitude in the problem along with what way the organization need to take to be able to offset the injury.

Position Overburden: Small business owners be taken in by the necessity to apply his or her impact over every facet of the corporation. This is a widespread faltering of keepers to think that there is no-one to execute a task because thoroughly and also efficiently because they can. Management concerns are common, and this often leads into a plethora of assignments which remain uncompleted in the atmosphere in which the amount of work always surpasses the available hrs.
Workers: A vital employee leaving the business can be incredibly hard to bear particularly when it's unexpected. Queries for the worker's motives, regardless of whether their particular fresh workplace will be a opponent, or how his or her starting will impact revenue can just about all weigh intensely on the company owner. Employees contain the high-class regarding leaving as well as finding brand new employment, as the person who owns the corporation continues to be to try and lessen the outcome.
As uncomfortable will be the should layoff a very long time employee because of economics. Small enterprises particularly generally have the 'family oriented' experience for them and also the understanding the life of the particular over staff will likely be afflicted adversely is often really painful for the business owner.
Fliers and other modes pertaining to dealing with anxiety like workout, improved upon diet plan as well as fails through the everyday regimen are all beneficial, but do not handle the actual factors behind the problem.
Rather, the main objective ought to be fond of increasing the basic principles in the organization in order to ensure genuine receivable and optimistic earnings. Expansion must only arise if it might be covered by means of revenue or possibly a manageable credit card debt program.
The businessperson should also work to expand the consumer foundation to ensure that no one customer makes up about over 10% from the overall income. In the event the income base is diverse, the losing of any individual consumer won't turn out to be catastrophic.
The organization proprietor also need to attempt to assign duty in spite of booking. Not simply will climbing back private duties give rise to much better anxiety management, it will typically result in more general efficiency with the firm as a whole.
Because workers participate in this kind of critical part within the accomplishment as well as sleek procedure of an company, certain care should be given to crucial employees. Competitive settlement bundles in addition to incentives should all end up being constructed to be able to insure how the employee has a solid determination to stay together with the firm.
Finally, reducing stress will be the majority of severe when the essentials of the company are generally solid, sales are generally strong and the staff is content as well as successful. These are the very best means of minimizing or perhaps removing panic and anxiety for your business owner.

This weekend I watched the documentary “Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead”. It was eye opening…it was my aha moment…it was the thing I’ve been looking for. I am a 32 year old mother of two…Full time employee, mom, and soon to be wife. Life is hectic..I never lost the weight from the first baby..shes going to be 5 this year! Then came my 5 month old..oh and before that, a miscarriage at almost 3 months, so I also gained just a little bit more weight there as well. So here we are, 5 years later, and I am at least 30 pounds overweight.

My main problem? I love to eat. I wouldn’t mind eating healthy all the time, i actually prefer salads to rice.

Why juicing? I want something thats natural, healthy, and doesn’t involve having to invest hundreds of dollars in shakes and supplements. I want something that is going to help me change the way I eat.

I am waiting for my juicer to arrive..I will post my weight and measurements before and during..Im only hoping that documenting my journey will help others want to jump start their way to a healthy lifestyle! Im also hoping to connect with others who are also on the same journey and will help to motivate me…we can motivate each other!

I cannot believe it’s been over four months since I saw my him last! It’s so hard to conceptualize the experience you’re going to have during a deployment until it actually happens. As much as I resented the idea leading up to the day of deployment, it has actually been an experience I almost wish everyone could go through. I have become a stronger individual because of it and the amount of appreciation and gratitude you gain from this is priceless. The bond we’re going to have as a result of this is something so rare and so precious that no other experience or moment can match.

BF all the way on right!

Despite having only talked to him twice on the phone during these four months, I can say that this has been easier than expected. Knowing that he’s doing something really special and amazing keeps me going. I am filled with pride. And getting Facebook messages every now and then explaining that he’s alright makes me worry a little less.

For those of you who don’t know, he’s an Army EOD soldier. (EOD = explosive ordnance disposal). Aka Hurt Locker. Or bomb tech for us non-military savvy people. I can’t say it’s easy knowing that he’s working with bombs on a daily basis, but I rest easy knowing that he is so highly trained and intelligent.

Again, four months have gone by. It hasn’t been effortless or tear-free in the least bit but school, running, work, and interning have kept me busy and being distracted is really the secret to staying afloat during a deployment. He should be coming back sometime before mid-October. Everything is always up in the air and changing last minute so you can never set your hopes too high. My training for the Marine Corps Marathon will be in honor of him and I am desperately hoping he can be there on race day!

Hit Em Up is the hot new summer track from British rapper Afrikan Boy which pays homage to the late great forefather of Afrobeats, Fela Kuti. The track is a sampler from Wadele Wa Royin.

Hit Em Up exudes the energy of the Rocky Soundtrack, Eye of The Tiger with an old school drum pattern making the most of the track’s heroic sound. The single marks the young artist’s musical maturity since his earlier work in songs like Lidl, which was a Youtube sensation.

Music Video
His high definition video illustrates a reminiscent glance of Fela Kuti at the prime of his career. Hit Em Up promises originality and fulfills. He merges his Nigerian cultural roots with influence from his British upbringing, all the while embodying the spirit of a young ambitious and motivated star on the rise.

The video illustrates the marrying together of his own cultural perspective and the current mood in Britain. The backdrops include clips from the city’s most destitute regions, to some of the some of the most reconisable locations such as London’s underground, Woolwich DLR and the the city skyline embracing the diversity of his upbringing and the influence it had on his music. The cultural references makes theses visuals relatable and very entertaining all the while enhancing an interesting insight into the most cosmopolitan city in the world, London.
The artwork in the video makes use of a comic book theme with abstract cuts maintaining the energy throughout. Hit Em Up is for everyday people and will be loved by many.

Performances

Afrikan Boy shall perform the track in London, Paris (May 16th and 17th) and Amsterdam (July 6th tbc) for Salute To The Black President festival where he shall be sharing the stage with the Shingai Shoniwa (Noisettes), Keziah Jones, Dele Sofimi, Tony Allan ,Ty and many other notable artists.

[From Tuesday, 7 May 2013]

5H15 am

Another cold icy morning, not a day to be outside so early in the morning. But today is my ‘Fight gone bad’ day, a day/challenge I’m definitely not going to miss!

I beat my score from 211 to 219. Not much but it’s a step forward, an improvement at least.

14H00 pm

I’m feeling a little tired today, this mornings challenge took a lot out of me.

17H00 pm

My energy has returned, no so tired as I was this afternoon. Doing biceps & triceps.

Training session went very well, seems like I’m getting stronger, so I can push myself beyond my limits. It feels good to have regained total control over my abs – I can now exercise to the limit. Hard work pays off!

#
1. Too cold
2. Too early
3. My legs hurt
4. I’m tired
NO EXCUSES!!!

[From Monday, 6 May 2013]

5H00 am

Back to my morning cardio training after being sick and taking a too long break from gym. I struggled to get out of bed due to the break in routine and due to it being extremely cold this morning, but I managed. Training was a little slow but it’s only the beginning of the week and it’s already so much better than day one of this challenge.

18H00 pm

Tonight’s training session was awesome! Did shoulders tonight since I skipped it on Friday. My motivation for this challenge is in overdrive – after three years of struggling to get my stomach muscles strong again, I finally did it! A little motivation and determination goes a long way!

Exercises:
Roman chair crunches: 4 sets x 20 reps
Leg raises: 4 sets x 20 reps
Bicycle crunches: 4 sets x 20 reps.

I completed all of the above – a HUGE achievement for me. My stomach muscles didn’t spasm even once. I’m really proud of myself. This challenge is exactly what I needed to get the ball rolling and to sort myself out mentally & physically. Now to improve on my improvements.

Today I had lunch with an accomplished marathon/triathlon competitor. It was brilliant. Steve told us all about his training program and his passion for doing marathons and triathlons then he started talking about heart rates and nutrition. That’s when the reality of the fact that I am going to compete in 3 obstacle courses (ranging from between 5k – 20k) and one 5k run this year. That was not the real reality per say. The real reality came when he starting talking about nutrition including protein, carbs, sodium and potassium intake. That’s when I heart sank. As some who is in remission from CKD stage 1, I have to watch my sodium, protein and potassium intake. Steve looked at me in a slightly worried fashion and for a moment my heart sank. Then I started to question if I have not bitten off more than I can chew, what happens if I get sick, what happens if I can’t complete the courses and worst still, what happens if I can’t train.

Luckily the panic lasted momentarily until I thought about why I committed to doing them. The simple answer is I love a challenge and I love fitness. After going back to my desk I started to read up about people with CKD who had completed marathons and triathlons etc. I found some great tips on low sodium and potassium energy foods. Who would have thought that apple sauce would be the best source of energy with practically no sodium or potassium. I can now see myself running across the mud pits with my little sealed back of apple sauce in one pocket and jelly beans in another (oh I forgot to mention that I get hypos too) and running across the finish line. I also found some interesting resources on increasing my training slowly and bit by bit. I have 22 weeks to Tough Mudder and I plan to be able to run 5ks with my heart rate about the 150 mark. Currently its at 171 when I run 11k an hour.

Today I learned a few really important things from Steve. One being that I need to remember that I do have CKD, I am determined and resilient, I need to learn the word recovery (very hard for someone like me), I need to pace myself and there are people and resources out there that can be very handy it just takes time to find them.

Tomorrow my Asics Gel Kayano 19s arrive and I can’t wait to get running them. I have even started to use my heart monitor and keeping an eye on my sugar levels. Wow I can be sensible which is actually a real shock to my system.

Monday I went to our local GNC and purchased Rebody SafSlim, it’s all natural. Supposed to help get rid of that hard to lose belly fat. This is day two…I mix 1 tablespoon with plain yogurt for breakfast and take another tablespoon before dinner. It tastes delicious so you really don’t have to mix it with anything.
This morning for breakfast I had 1 scrambled egg, plain yougurt with SafSlim, and an 8oz glass of original unsweetened almond silk milk. For lunch I had a can of Progresso Chicken Noodle broth soup, 8 saltine wheat crakers, and an apple. For dinner I had baked chicken breast, a baked potato, and an orange. And lots of water all day!!!! After I finish writing this post I will begin my workout routine. which today will consist of 30 minutes of cardio:

-2 min light jog
-1 min backpedal
-2 min straight leg kicks
-1 min modified push ups
-30 sec modified plank
-1 min modified burpee
-2 min side slunge
-30 sec forward/backward hops in place
-1 min plank
-2 min squats
-1 min hip lifts
-1 min opposite arm/leg extension
-30 sec cross back lunge
-30 sec 2 feet lateral hops in place
-30 modified tricep push ups
-30 sec alternating step back lunges
-1 min sumo squat with lateral raise
-1 min reverse crunches
-15 sec squat jumps
-1 min hip lifts
-1 min modified push ups
-30 sec modified plank
-1 min modified burpee
-1 min opposite arm/leg expension
-15 sec squat hold
-1 min shoulder press
-2 min pretzel stretch
-1 min lower back stretch
-2 min standing hamstring stretch

You’ll need 2-5 lb weights for some of these exercises. Remember to switch sides after half the time is up on each exercise that requires you to do both arms/legs.

Tomorrow is my first day. Going from hospitality to sales. Definitely a bit nervous leaving a comfortable, familiar position within an industry where I’ve been my entire working life. Definitely an enormous opportunity that I plan on capitalizing on. Every step we take, is a step further towards my dream career position.
Adversities in life have prepared me to be able to take chances and be confident in anything I attempt. Failure isn’t even a momentary consideration. Failure only exists when you consider giving up. Rejection is simply an opportunity in disguise. An opportunity to change, an opportunity to adjust or to adapt. Just continue charging forward.
I have been an individual that has been very fortunate to have the drive that I’ve developed throughout tough times in my life. We all have adversities. Take yours and turn it into your fuel and work as hard as you possibly could. Any goal is within reach no matter how difficult. Trust me.

Does anyone else ever feel depressingly lonely? Like everyone around you is moving and growing and c

Does anyone else ever feel depressingly lonely? Like everyone around you is moving and growing and changing and has that someone to share their lives with except for you? Well let me tell you, you are not alone. Lately I’ve been doing a lot of planning and thinking since I’m going to be moving from Chicago to Florida in September, and I’ve come to realize that I’m really lonely. And that I have been for a while now. This feeling is pretty new to me seeing that I have incredible family and friends that I’m very close to and that I love dearly. I go out with friends often and I spend time with my family but I can’t seem to shake this feeling and that’s not like me at all. In all reality, it kinda scares me to feel like this. So I’ve come up with a plan to get this shitty feeling of extreme loneliness and self pity completely out of my system! Step 1- Completely change your attitude towards yourself. I’m doing that by changing and breaking a lot of bad habits. I’m exercising daily and eating healthier and dressing in a way that makes me feel fantastic! Step 2- Stop looking at being lonely as a bad thing. Instead, think of it as time to really get to know yourself. I definitely took this step for granted. Instead of seeing the good in some alone time, I took it as not being wanted and friendless. Why? I truly haven’t the slightest idea. And last but not least, Step 3- Always, always, always look on the bright side! I don’t care how corny or cheesy this sounds, it works. Simply take any situation you’re in, good or bad, and find the good in it. Once you start doing that, you’ll start to subconsciously become a much more positive person. Which not only makes you feel good, but will also make those around you feel good and want to be around you even more. This, by far, is my favorite step because it helped me bring back the always happy, continuously bubbly Delores. And have I really missed her. All I’m trying to say is, really think about your “lonely” situations. Maybe you’re not lonely at all. Maybe you’re just in a funk and all you need some time to self-evaluate and get back to being happy, confident you. Whatever you do, make sure you do it for yourself and not for any other reason. Be happy Be strong Be confident! Later loves!

I set a goal for myself last week.
The week of 04/30-05/07 my goal was to exercise everyday for at least 35 minutes minimum. I met my goal! I had one 35 min. workout, several 45 min. and a few 1 hour workouts.
I typically do the elliptical, but started to hit the track to prepare myself for running. I jogged the straight aways and walked the curves. It was definately a challenge between work, school, kids and life but I did it! My goal is to do the same this week! Keep pushing!

I’ve called TONS of places & last night I found a few potential homes that we’re going to go view today.

I am so ready to move out. I have two jobs & have never been so set on something the way I am about this! I am in at a good point in my life where my finances are ready for this huge endeavor.

WISH ME LUCK!

I could use some advice as well. I’ve never really been on my own when it comes to moving out so I am not quite sure on what to ask the sellers/landlords. So, if anyone has gone through this before & you have a few tips for me, SEND EM’ MY WAY!
