On est tous d’accord, que les joueurs professionnels paient des impôts comme tout le monde, c’est normal. Par contre, que  l’on vienne plomber un peu plus les clubs français en sucrant le DIC, là c’est signé l’arrêt de mort du sport Pro en France.

Pour mémoire, le DIC  est un dispositif fiscal, en vigueur depuis février 2005, permettant d’exonérer de charges sociales (salariales et patronales) jusqu’à 30% de la rémunération brute des professionnels du football, rugby, basket, hand et volley.

Le projet de loi soutenu par Roselyne Bachelot et Eric Woerth (ministre du budget) doit entrer en vigueur dés janvier, c’est un sacré tacle aux clubs français qui vont devoir faire face à des dépenses imprévus sur 2010.

Ce qui me fait marrer dans l’histoire, c’est que c’est une préconisation de la cour des comptes et c’est bien la première fois que je vois une préconisation de ce superbe organisme être suivie : est-ce une opération pour nous faire croire que cette cour des comptes sert à quelque chose !

Madame la ministre des sports et Monsieur le Ministre du budget : vous devriez aussi vous attaquer à toutes les dérives dénoncées par cette même cour des comptes, ça nous ferait croire un peu plus à la politique, qu’elle soit de droite ou de gauche, ça serait plus courageux et ambitieux que de chercher des niches pour raffler du pognon là où vous pouvez pour rattraper vos conneries d’achat de 94 millions de doses de vaccin H1N1

Vous devriez également ambitionner un projet d’harmonisation fiscale du sport en Europe, au moins, ça permettrait d’entamer une harmonisation sur quelque chose et permettre aux clubs de lutter à armes égales.

C’est sûr qu’avec une telle décision, vous allez récupérer un peu plus d’argent mais les clubs seront en déficit et la plupart du temps, renflouer par les collectivités locales soucieuses de faire plaisir au bon peuple.

Bref, la politique n’a pas dit son dernier mot puisque M Lefebvre désavoue votre amendement > et toute cette cacophonie, ça coûte combien ?

A Polícia Judiciária (PJ), através do Departamento de Investigação Criminal (DIC) de Leiria, está a investigar a morte de um homem, residente no concelho de Porto de Mós, ocorrida durante esta madrugada, num armazém de materiais de construção, em Chão da Feira, Porto de Mós.

A vítima, de 51 anos, tinha antecedentes criminais e encontrava-se referenciada por furtos, tráfico e consumo de estupefacientes. Foi atingida, mortalmente, por um empresário de 56 anos, proprietário do armazém, com tiros de caçadeira, durante a detenção levada a cabo por militares do Posto Territorial da Guarda Nacional Republicana (GNR) de Porto de Mós. Durante a operação, um militar da GNR sofreu ferimentos ligeiros num braço, tendo sido transportado, pelos Bombeiros Voluntários de Porto de Mós, para o Hospital de Santo André, em Leiria.

If you identify as a man and you are interested in joinging Islam, its important to know that Alhamdulillah Muslims have a weekly Holy Day. The Jews have Saturday, the Christians have Sunday, and we have Friday.

You could say that mashAllah the Abrahamic religions helped bring you the weekend.

Actually, there is a very interesting history of Jewish and Christian workers influencing the union/labor movement to develop the modern weekend. I think its about time the labor movement incorporated more Muslim workers, and insh’Allah began a struggle (jihad) for a three day weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).

Alhamdulillah I would be willing to work 4 ten hour days, instead of 5 eight hour days. But its going to take a struggle (jihad) to get there!

So the original point of this post is to let you know that if you identify as a man, and you wanna be Muslim, you have to go to Jummah (Friday prayers).

Islam is all about tawhid [Oneness of Allah (SWT)]. This tawhid manifests itself across every aspect of Islam in a Muslim’s daily life.

It is represented in the way all Muslims pray five times a day in the almost exact same way all over the world. All Muslims are united in their monotheism. All Muslims are united in having to complete the 5 Pillars of Islam (which I wrote about in a previous post), and all Muslims are encouraged to pray together as a physically united and present Ummah at Jummah. Out of consideration for a women’s comfort and safety, only men MUST go to Jummah, but all are strongly encouraged to pray as an Ummah AT LEAST this once a week.

I remember how frightening it was going to Jummah for the first time at my closest masjid (mosque). When you really care about something, but you’re still not comfortable with your level of understanding of the matter, it can be scary to dive right into the thing itself.

For some people, they’ve been dreaming of their marriage for years and are terrified when the wedding is finally happening. Other people have always worked hard to get a certain job, and then just as they are about to get it, they begin to doubt whether or not they’re ready or it. SubhanAllah this is kinda how I felt when I first when to the masjid.

I was very nervous because I’d never been in a masjid before.
I was nervous because I didn’t know what to talk about with pious people (as I had not always been a pious, religious man myself).
I was nervous because I wasn’t sure how to act, or if people would hear my awful Arabic (I’m still learning), or if people would notice my mistakes while I made my salat (prayers).

Of course, the fact of the matter is that you will never really learn what you need to learn until you dive in and actually try to get involved in your masjid and meet your Ummah. Just like learning how to swim, you can read about swimming forever, but you’ll never really learn how to swim until you jump in the water.

As a final note, masjids can take on all kinds of architectural appearances. A masjid can be someone’s basement. Or someone’s store front. Or one of the many beautiful, famous masjids of the world.

Don’t forget, when you go to a masjid for Jummah, you will have to remember how to do your wudu (ablution), your salat (prayers), you’ll have to know some basic Arabic as well (greetings, Arabic for your salat, etc.).

First of all, when you walk into a masjid, you’ll probably have people look at you and say “Asalamu Alaikum!” You will have to remember to respond “Wa Alaikum Asalam!” Lots of folks will also say “Que falik?” (how are you?)  You will respond “Alhamdulillah! Wa anta?” (Praise be to God! And you?) They will respond “Alhamdulillah!” (Praise be to God!) At that point you’re probably done.
Though more often than not, after the initial round of “asalamu alaikum” and “wa alaikum asalam” you’ll probably be done instead.

Besides that, there are three main parts of most masjids: a “locker room” or closet area, a wudu room and/or bathroom, and the actual prayer space where you face the qiblah (face towards Makkah).

You’ll first walk into the locker room or closet room area. While you’re there you’ll hang up your jacket or sweater, put away your back pack, put away your shoes, and take off your socks (probably stick them into your shoes).

From there, you’ll either move into a typical bathroom and do wudu from a regular bathroom sink, or you’ll have deep basin-style sinks that you could stick your feet into while you stand (one foot at a time). If you are at a very well-funded masjid, you’ll even have the fancy wudu stations that have seats so that you can easily wash your feet.

After that, every masjid is basically the same, with more or less ornamentation, depending on how well-funded it is. All masjids have a corner that is in the direction of Makkah where there is a green lantern, and a space for an Imam to speak from to deliver the khutba (sermon). There are no seats in a masjid. There is just a carpeted floor. Usually, the carpeting will have a line pattern which is used to orient you as to which direction to face while you pray, as well as how to form straight lines when you pray.

So why would you form straight lines when you pray? Because when Muslims pray, we pray standing in lines, shoulder to shoulder. We try to stand as close as possible (but not uncomfortably) and we move in unison during prayers. Honestly, Alhamdulillah, its kind almost magical.

And as for the carpeted floor. Everyone must sit on it. It doesn’t matter if you’re rich or poor, cool or uncool, young or old. Everyone sits on the floor.

And whats more? When you first come in you pray from one spot in the masjid, then you listen to the khutba (sermon). Then, before you leave, you pray one last time, but from another spot in the masjid. That way, no one is allowed to monopolize any part of the masjid “as their own.”

The entire masjid space is for everyone. No one is allowed to always sit at the very front, or to sit at the very back, or in a corner, or anywhere. Everyone is equal, everyone sits on the floor, and everyone must share the space equally!

Finally, here is a list of rakat that you should do at Jummah. Only the two Jummah rakat are mandatory, but the other six are strongly encouraged in keeping with the practices of The Prophet (SAW). Doing things that follow the living example of the life of The Prophet (SAW) are called sunnah.

4 rakat, sunnah, silent.

2 rakat, jummah, silent (congregational).

2 rakat, sunnah, silent

Also, as a reminder rakat are each cycle of standing, bowing, prostrating, sitting, and then standing back up again. Each time you do that is one rakat. For most salat (prayer), you do at least two rakat, such as for Fajr prayers in the morning.

As a final final final comment, you’re going to see people walk in really early and really late. Either way, people will begin to pray. MashAllah, Islam is interesting because it doesn’t matter how much of the khutba you did or did not miss. What is important is that you are there and that you perform all of your salat. In practice, this means that everyone comes in a prays on their own time table. The only prayers that are done in unison, communally, are the Jummah prayers following the khutba.

João Pedro Melo Ferreira, de 53 anos, advogado da Guedes Figueiredo & Melo Ferreira, foi ontem baleado, por volta das 12h00m, no seu escritório na Avenida 25 de Abril, no centro da cidade de Estarreja. A vítima foi socorrida no local pela Viatura Médica de Emergência e Reanimação (VMER) do INEM e transportada para o Hospital da Universidade de Coimbra. Foi atingido na cabeça por dois projécteis de pistola de calibre 6.35mm. O «Doutor João Pedro», que estava internado com um traumatismo crânio-encefálico, não resistiu à gravidade dos ferimentos.

O presumível autor dos disparos, Manuel Pimenta, construtor civil de 58 anos, foi detido pela GNR e entregue à Polícia Judiciária. Em declarações à imprensa local, Manuel Pimenta assumiu a culpa pelo que fez mas afirmou ter tido os seus «motivos». Vai ser hoje presente a primeiro interrogatório judicial para aplicação das medidas de coacção.

Are you ready for some straight up nostalgic awesomeness?

If watching that Toonami promo took you back and made you long for your youth, we’re in the same boat. I really shouldn’t be distracting myself from the AFP tarot design but well, I just watched all of Sailor Moon R (the second season) and it’s definitely on the brain. And seeing as I have a kind of recurring theme of exploring things from my childhood, it’s kind of fucked up that I haven’t even mentioned Sailor Moon yet. Because if there is one thing that affected my life more than any other book, show, or movie it is Sailor fucking Moon.

Now for all you folks who don’t really know much about Sailor Moon I’ll do a brief summary of the show and characters. Sailor Moon is a massive cash cow anime that, while definitely not the first of it’s kind, definitely popularized the Magical Girl type series. Like lots of animes it started out as a manga by Naoko Takeuchi in 1992. It was very quickly adapted into an anime, so quickly that the show and the manga ran concurrently (indeed, the entire Doom Tree  arc in the beginning of the second season is literally filler; Takeuchi had never planned to do more with Sailor Moon after the first season and the Ann and Alan [or An and Eiru] storyline was created so she would have time to catch up).   According to Wikipedia it made it’s debut here in the states on September 11th, 1995; fourteen years ago yesterday. Serena/Usagi Tsukino is a very annoying, whiny, irresponsible flake of a fourteen-year-old girl so of course she’s our main character. She and the other senshi (at first there’s just five, Moon, Mercury, Mars, Jupiter and Venus, later on there’s…many, many more) and two space cats and one rose-throwing pretty boy in a cape must fight evil forces (always in Japan of course) to save the world from being destroyed. It’s your very basic Magical Girl premise.

However. When I was a kid, this shit was hardcore and I felt deeply connected to these characters. That’s how it always is with the things we watched as children; we can watch it now as adults and see the shaky premise, not-so-great-messages, stupid characters, ridiculously convoluted plots, badly written dialogue, we see it all and laugh at it but when we were kids this was the shit. And to Sailor Moon’s credit much of it’s fucked upness was due to fucking DIC(k) butchering the shit out of it. I mean, I’ve watched the Japanese episodes and English episodes side by side and yeah, it still has a lot of problems but at least it made a little more sense. And at least the characters didn’t use trendy lingo like ‘da bomb’. Christ, that makes me cringe. But despite all of that I loved this show; every day at 4:00 pm I would watch it and to be honest even now as an adult while I’m laughing at how ridiculous most of it is there are still moments that I find very stirring or beautiful and they take me back to a very different place and time in my life.

But so that’s the show, I’ll probably get more into other characters and situations as I go on but that’s the gist of it. One of the first things I want to discuss is something that I thought about a great deal yesterday and that was the very disturbing parallel I saw between a major plot in the Black Moon arc and another, more current phenomena, Twilight.

Now I’ve never written about Twilight before even though I have some very strong feelings about it: I hate, it sucks, it sends fucked up messages to young girls, Edward is an abusive prick, Bella is a vapid, empty, dependent little crybaby and it upsets me greatly that someone’s poorly written sex fantasy  is a best-seller and that people think that just because it is a best-seller that that means it’s a good book. But I don’t want to get too deep into that right now. Now, during the Black Moon arc there is a very memorable storyline wherein Darien/Mamoru (the rose-throwing pretty boy, Tuxedo Mask and Serena’s college-aged boyfriend/future husband/past lover from when they were living on the moon. Yeah, it makes sense in context, sort of) has a recurring nightmare and in it a foreboding voice tells him that if he continues to see Serena she’ll die and it will jeopardize the future of their entire world. Yadda, yadda, yadda. And so…rather than, you know, talking to her about it he tells her that he doesn’t love her anymore and that he wants nothing to do with her. Man, he sure knows how to look out for a girl. And throughout like 10 fucking episodes we have to watch her be upset over all of it and him treat her like garbage in an attempt to make her stopping loving him. Trust me, it’s frustrating. I get really tired of the ‘guy must protect girl by creating distance so he just treats her like shit and/or leaves her without explanation’ story; it’s really old and stale and honestly, what person would actually act like this? It’s always seemed completely unrealistic and frustrating to me. And so, I was reading some of the comments on on of the episodes (that were just rife with misspellings and random capitalization; this is youtube we’re talking about) and I was surprised at the people who were defending Darien’s actions. And then I saw that one of these users was named TwilightGirl something or another and, okay, far be it from me to make assumptions about another person that I don’t know but come on.

And so I spent a little while thinking about it and, yeah. Yeah, there are a lot of similarities between Serena and Darien’s relationship and those two fuckers in that series. There’s very little build-up that gives credence to their supposed very deep and eternal love (I mean, Serena and Darien have a past life on their side but still: we only see them dance a few times and kiss while in the present the only relationship they had before discovering their past was an antagonistic one at best); they’re all pretty annoying characters; both females have a horrible, stereotypical tendency to fall apart when their boyfriends dump them; and both males think that it’s okay to treat your partner badly or do fucked up shit to them ‘because they love them’ and ‘they’re doing what’s best for them’.

Needless to say I was more than a little upset by these parallels. So I thought about it for a little as I continued watching more episodes and came to some conclusions. The first was that, hey, maybe there’s some hope for these Twilight lovers! I mean, Sailor Moon would sometimes send out some very weird, not-so-great messages and this entire storyline was one of them (and what bothers me is that seeing as it was the 90s they thought, HEY, gotta have an aesop and so every episode ended with a Sailor Says. And they would always pull like, the weirdest fucking one they could; it was always something that had very little to do with the plot itself or something that was trivial next to the issue they should have talked about. And it bothers me that in not one of these episodes did we have a Sailor Says about how it’s not okay for people to treat you this way) but I didn’t take away any harmful ideas or values from it. But then again, back then when we watched the show I don’t remember any of my friends swooning over Darien. We couldn’t believe what a jerk he was and didn’t understand why he didn’t just tell Serena about the dream. But these Twilighters act like Edward is the be all end all of maleness and it’s disturbing. At least Sailor Moon acknowledges in it’s own way that what Darien is doing is fucked up.

And also, I started growing out of Sailor Moon when I was like 13; there’s a website called twilightmoms.com. I shit you not. And another thing is that, this is an isolated incident as far as I know for Sailor Moon. Because despite being a kid’s show and having some pretty vapid characters most of them did show some kind of development and Serena was a prime example of this (in the manga more than the anime and in the Japanese version WAY more than the dub but still, it’s there); over time she grew into herself and her own responsibilities. Whereas Bella is…well….we’ll just call her Mary Sue. And then of course I thought about the sheer context in which these characters exist; despite being a whiny little brat Serena is still an ass-kicking heroine who takes down monsters in a weekly formula and has saved the fucking planet like 12 times. What have you done lately, Bella?  Her whole life is Edward and nothing else matters to her and uh, sorry but that’s fucking boring. Like seriously, think about your real life. Think about your female friends who the only subject they ever talk about is their boyfriend/husband/children and nothing else because they have no life outside of that. Now think about how much you can’t stand to spend time with that person. And if you are that person think about how none of your friends like to be at your house for very long. You know who you are. So seriously. Sailor Moon>Twilight.

And so beyond all that I want to talk more about how important this show was in shaping me into the person I now am. Because seriously, this was the gateway. Sailor Moon lead me in one way or another to almost all the things that were really important to me. First of all, anyone who knows this show knows how much it would appeal to a budding queer woman. Some of my first fantasies involved the characters from Sailor Moon. And it definitely helped that the show had it’s fair share of lesbian and gay characters (that they awkwardly tried to edit out by switching genders).

All these strong, ass-kicking females, all those transformation scenes (which seriously, oh my God, one of Sailor Moon’s greatest failings is that it reuses the same chunks of animation over and over and over and the transformations were like this. When I was younger I loved all of them, every thing swirling around them and turning them into their alter egos; now as an adult I usually skip right through that shit. Seriously, it takes forever) it all invariably impacted my sexuality. My earliest experiences with the internet were on Sailor Moon websites and then ultimately reading Sailor Moon fan fiction. Yes, Sailor Moon lead me to fan fiction. And then to my first hentai fiction. I remember it so well even though I was like 11 at the time (why my parents let me on the internet unsupervised is beyond me):I was on some random Sailor Moon fan fiction site and I went to click on a story. In parenthesis next to the title it said ‘lemon’. Being at the time unfamiliar with fanfic lingo I had no idea what that meant and just read on. And was met with the delights of the first sex story I ever read. Clearly, thought 11 year old me, I must find more of these stories! And I did.

Now, while these kinds of stories eventually became my first masturbation material outside of my own thoughts (which is pretty fucking important in and of itself) for a long time I would just read these stories and get really turned on by them but I wouldn’t actually get off to them. But then that changed. And I had a revelation: why, I could write my own smutty Sailor Moon stories! And my God, were they fucking dirty. Part of me wishes I could find and read some of those stories; that was before I gave a shit about plot or character or any of that. Straight up Porn Without Plot. So Sailor Moon lead me to writing my first fanfic. Which anyone who knows me will tell you that writing fanfiction (first Sailor Moon, then DragonBall Z, then and perhaps most importantly Harry Potter: I am a geek of epic proportions and you should be jealous) was a humongous part of my life. And honestly my love for writing fanfic only died out a few years ago when I finally got tired of leeching off other people’s characters and settings (and then went into a year and a half long slump). But still; I did develop a lot as a writer during my fanfic years and it’s all very important to me. And Sailor Moon started it all.

It would take a very, very long time for me to go into the intricacies of how Sailor Moon has affected my life; this is just a small taste of it. Despite it’s many downfalls, I love this show, I always will and when I make fun of it I do it with a very strong sense of affection. And if you feel the same way about Sailor Moon you should watch the Sailor Moon Abridged series.

It parodies the series and all of it’s hilarious fucked upness with great fun and affection and I’m sure most fans will appreciate it. They just recently finished up the first series (that’s 40 episodes!) and you can find them all here. So, I’m probably going to watch the next season of Sailor Moon and who knows; I barely remember the SuperS season (for good reason some would say) and never actually watched Stars (since it never aired in this country) so I might just do that.

A Polícia Judiciária (PJ), através do Departamento de Investigação Criminal (DIC) de Aveiro, está a investigar a morte de um indivíduo, identificado como Paulo Ricardo Pinto Sá, de 22 anos, ocorrida na manhã de domingo, 9 de Agosto, por volta das 10h00m, em Ílhavo. A companheira, Ana Cláudia Jesus Ferreira, de 20 anos, que se encontra grávida de três meses e meio, foi atingida num braço e no ombro por tiros de caçadeira e ferida por arma branca no tórax, tendo sido transportada por viatura do INEM para o Hospital de Aveiro, onde se encontra internada, fora de perigo e em situação clínica estável. O feto, do sexo feminino, sobreviveu, estando a ser devidamente monitorizado por médicos do hospital de Aveiro.

A GNR de Ílhavo foi alertada, por volta das 10h20m, por telefonema anónimo, da ocorrência de um alegado duplo-suicídio numa moradia localizada na Rua dos Nautas, propriedade de Aníbal Simões e Maria Simões. A GNR ao chegar ao local deparou-se com um corpo já cadáver, apresentando ferimentos de bala no peito, e uma mulher, gravemente ferida, mas consciente. Inteligência recolhida no local pela GNR, aponta, para que tanto o telefonema como os disparos, tenham sido efectuados pelo senhorio. Após perícias forenses efectuadas por elementos da GNR e da Polícia Judiciária, o cadáver foi recolhido pelos Bombeiros Voluntários de Ílhavo.

Aníbal Simões alugou, em 2008, um pequeno quarto da sua casa a Paulo Ricardo Pinto Sá e a Ana Cláudia Jesus Ferreira. Devido ao facto de Paulo Sá ser o único sustento do casal, dificuldades em pagar a renda, terão provocado várias desavenças, nos últimos meses, entre o casal e os senhorios. Segundo fontes locais, terá ocorrido uma suposta retaliação por parte do Aníbal Simões com o furto de alguns objectos de valor e o desaparecimento de uma cadela do casal. Nos últimos dias, troca de acusações entre os casais agravaram o difícil relacionamento, que culminou, ontem, com o homicídio de Paulo Sá.

Aníbal Simões, ex-emigrante do Canadá, foi interrogado nas instalações do DIC, localizado no Largo de Santo António, em Aveiro, tendo sido libertado durante a madrugada. As investigações da Polícia Judiciária prosseguem.

A Polícia Judiciária (PJ) encontrou o cadáver de um empresário porto-santense que se encontrava desaparecido desde a passada quinta-feira.

Guilherme Bernardino Alves, de 78 anos, tinha embarcado quinta-feira no voo da SATA das 13h00m de Porto Santo para o Funchal para mais uma habitual reunião de negócios. Por volta das 17h00 telefonou para um familiar a dizer que precisava de uma avultada quantia monetária – a família estranhou aquele pedido, até porque a voz do empresário indicava que se encontrava assustado. Durante a tarde os familiares receberam mais 3 telefonemas, todos de pouca duração, em que uma voz desconhecida, com sotaque brasileiro, exigia 500 mil euros para que Guilherme Bernardino Alves fosse libertado. Quando o empresário não regressa no voo das 20h00m do Funchal para Porto Santo a família levou a sério as ameaças. Por volta das 22h30m a esquadra da PSP de Porto Santo é informada do caso. É contactado o Departamento de Investigação Criminal (DIC) da Polícia Judiciária do Funchal.

No sábado, diligências externas efectuadas pelo DIC levam à detenção, por volta das 19h30m, de um cidadão brasileiro que durante interrogatório confessou ter matado e atirado o corpo do empresário para dentro de um poço. O cadáver de Guilherme Bernardino Alves é encontrado num poço, por volta das 22h, na zona da Achadinha, freguesia da Camacha, município de Santa Cruz. O cadáver é retirado do local pelos Bombeiros Municipais de Santa Cruz com supervisão da PJ.

O conhecido empresário porto-santense, proprietário da Guilherme Alves Unipessoal Lda, com negócios na área da construção civil, electrodomésticos, ramo imobiliário e exploração de postos de abastecimento, como o Posto Galp situado na Avenida Dr. Manuel Gregório Pestana Junior em Santa Cruz, terá sido assassinado na própria quinta-feira, o dia do rapto. Um cidadão de 45 anos, empresário, é procurado pelas autoridades por suspeitas de ter planeado a operação.

A fost tratata pentru DIC iar acum nivelul trombocitelor este in parametri normali. Ana capata putere.

Din pacate acum doua seri Ana a inceput sa faca febra, se pare ca una dintre rani i s-a infectat. Acum urmeaza tratament pentru aceasta infectie, iar febra, spun doctorii, e un semn al luptei unui corp puternic.

Nu a fost programata operatia pentru acel hematom situat in lobul parietal stang pentru ca sfatul tuturor specialistilor este sa se mai astepte. O operatie de indepartare a hematomului in acest moment ar putea insemna afectarea multor functii ale Anei: vorbire, miscare, etc. Sfatul este sa se mai astepte putin, poate hematomul se va micsora si la indepartare va provoca mai putine efecte. Sunt foarte multe centre importante situate in zona afectata de hematom si graba in acest caz poate avea repercursiuni grave asupra vietii Anei. Luni 6 iulie vom afla in ce stare se afla hematomul si ce pasi urmeaza a fi facuti.

A trecut in mare parte perioada critica, cea in care Ana nu avea deloc sange. Acum urmeaza partea grea, cea in care trebuie sa avem rabdare. Speram sa auzim vesti bune in urmatoarele zile.

Daca nu ati apucat sa donati si totusi doriti sa o faceti, Institutul de Hematologie din strada Dr Felix are programul intre 7:30 si 13:30.  Dat fiind faptul ca inca nu se stie cand va fi operata Ana, ajutorul vostru este esential in continuare. Mai multe informatii pe pagina: Unde donez?

Ontem, sexta-feira, a UI (Unidade de Intervenção) da GNR em cooperação com vários elementos dos DIC (Departamento de Investigação Criminal) de Lisboa e Setúbal, no cumprimento de sete mandatos de detenção e 10 mandatos de busca domiciliária, deteve oito alegados membros do “gangue do multibanco”. A operação, resultante da investigação efectuada pela UECC (Unidade Especial de Combate ao Crime Violento) do DIAP (Departamento de Investigação e Acção Penal) de Lisboa, decorreu em Setúbal, Palmela, Pinhal Novo e Albufeira.

Foi precisamente em Albufeira que, segundo o capitão Gonçalo Carvalho da GNR, “o último detido, que também reside em Palmela, na região de Setúbal, foi capturado durante a tarde”.

Os detidos, sete homens e uma mulher, com idades entre os 24 e os 45 anos, são acusados de serem os principais responsáveis pela maioria dos assaltos a caixas de multibanco em Portugal nos últimos 10 anos. São também acusados de crimes de “carjacking” e sequestro. Entre o material apreendido encontram-se 2 armas de fogo, gorros, coletes balísticos, equipamento de comunicação e 900 euros em notas. Foram também apreendidas 3 motas e 9 viaturas ligeiras.

O “trio do tabaquinho” (ou quarteto?) é um gangue lusitano composto por 3-4 elementos que têm espalhado o terror na zona do Grande Porto/Vale do Sousa. Armados, devidamente encapuzados e vestidos de igual, têm como motto furtar tabaco de postos de abastecimento. Com a GNR (DIC), PSP e a Polícia Judiciária “à perna” o gangue tem apostado numa “política de continuidade” e realizado assaltos nos mesmos locais. Por enquanto existe uma “estrelinha da sorte”…

O modus operandis utilizado envolve o “carjacking”, a utilização de pés-de-cabra e correntes que usam para arrancar os gradeamentos dos postos de combustíveis que “visitam”. Todos os assaltos sucedem num curto espaço de tempo. O gangue que rouba tabaco, não se faz rogado e também “desvia” pequenos objectos, lubrificantes, etc, apostando no “pequeno furto coleccionador”.

Tudo indica que se tratam de pessoas jovens que residem na zona do Grande Porto.

13 de Junho – Sábado (c. 04:30): Seguem num Mercedes 720 (roubado através de “carjacking” no Porto) que utilizam para se deslocarem até Gandra, Paredes, onde atacam o posto da “Galp”, localizado na Rua Central de Gandra (EN 15).

13 de Junho – Sábado (c. 05:30): Em Castelões de Cepeda, Paredes, assaltam a “Cepsa” local. Na mesma madrugada “entram” na “Cepsa” de Lordelo, localizada na Rua Castro Araújo. Roubam todo o tabaco que se encontram nas máquinas e nos expositores dos dois postos.

23 de Junho – Terça-Feira: O gangue efectua um “reconhecimento” do posto de abastecimento “Freitas” localizado na Rua de Pombal (EN 209), em Lustosa, Lousada. Seguem para a Avenida Pedro Guedes, onde o alvo é a “Cepsa” de Penafiel.

25 de Junho – Quinta-Feira: O gangue “adquire” um Audi A4 preto que se encontra estacionado perto da refinaria da Petrogal, na avenida Coronel Hélder Ribeiro, na marginal de Perafita, Matosinhos. O condutor, um homem de 69 anos residente em Matosinhos, que se encontra no momento dentro do veículo, nem repara no carro que estaciona ao seu lado. Três indivíduos saem do carro e um deles aponta-lhe uma arma, disparando de seguida um tiro para o ar. Um dos elementos entra e segue a toda a velocidade no Audi A4, tendo os restantes seguido no carro com que se deslocaram para aquele local. Minutos depois a PSP de Leça da Palmeira é informada sobre o caso e entra em contacto com a Polícia Judiciária do Porto.

Antes do incêndio da Petrogal a 31 de Julho de 2004, que originou um violento incêndio e o derrame de dezenas de toneladas de crude para a marina de Leça da Palmeira, existia uma câmara de CCTV instalada na torre de iluminação das instalações. Se a mesma ainda existir, as imagens poderão já estar em posse das autoridades.

01 de Julho – Quarta-Feira – (c. 01:15): Em Rebordosa, Paredes, o gangue ataca o posto da “Cepsa”, localizado na Avenida dos Bombeiros Voluntários. Com “grande profissionalismo”, um dos elementos parte o vidro da porta e depara-se com o seguinte cenário: o posto de combustíveis encontra-se vazio. A loja está fechada desde 2007. Oops!

01 de Julho – Quarta-Feira – (c. 02:00): Em Gandra, Paredes, o gangue “visita” (novamente; vide supra) o posto da “Galp”, localizado na Rua Central de Gandra (EN 15). Colocando uma corrente que liga o gradeamento ao carro conseguem arrombar a protecção metálica. Não existem informações sobre a quantidade de tabaco furtado.

01 de Julho – Quarta-Feira – (c. 02:20): Em Valongo, na Rua Dom Pedro IV, têm como alvo o posto de abastecimento “Alves Bandeira”. Usando um pé-de-cabra os “larápios” entram e furtam tabaco no valor de 200 euros. Deixam um rasto de destruição no local.

01 de Julho – Quarta-Feira – (c. 03:25): Em Santo Tirso, na Rua das Rãs, assaltam a Auto-Reparadora do Picoto. Roubam essencialmente tabaco (informação ad nauseam). Segundo informações dos gerentes da auto-reparadora, os prejuízos poderão rondar os 2.000 euros.

Provas forenses e imagens CCTV recolhidas nos vários locais poderão já estar a ser analisadas pelas autoridades. Com estes assaltos, os elementos de investigação criminal envolvidos nas investigações poderão recolher dados interessantes que levem à captura do “gangue do tabaquinho”.

Si ca si cum nu ar fi fost deja suficiente lucruri cu care sa lupte Ana, a dezvoltat si DIC (coagulare intravasculara diseminata, o conditie care ii impiedica sangele sa se coaguleze)… Este a patra zi de coma.

Celalalt baiat accidentat grav in aceeasi seara, Razvan Mihai Conteanu, este tot in coma insa starea sa mult mai stabila a permis doctorilor sa il opereze (hematom cu fractura craniana). Acum este stabilizat, din pacate nu poate respira pe cont propriu inca si se afla in continuare pe sedative. Doctorii asteapta momentul oportun pentru a-l detuba. Daca va avea nevoie de sange, Razvan va primi din rezervele donate de voi Anei. Ii tinem pumnii lui Razvan si asteptam sa se trezeasca.

Luni au fost foarte multi donatori la Institutul de Hematologie, va multumim tuturor pentru curaj si pentru ajutorul dat din suflet, e o dovada clara ca inca suntem oameni si ne putem solidariza pentru a ne ajuta semenii.

Daca sunt persoane care nu au donat inca, o pot face oricand, in contul Onisor Ana-Maria-Alexandra internata la Sf Pantelimon, la Institutul de Hematologie din Dr Felix in timpul programului 7:30-13.30.

Din pacate multi oameni au fost refuzati acolo din diferite cauze, asa ca pentru a nu face un drum degeaba pana acolo:

• nu beti alcool / nu fumati inainte de recoltare
• nu consumati cafea inainte de recoltare
• purtati haine decente (au fost respinsi oameni din cauza ca aveau pantaloni scurti si nu lungi)
• evitati sucurile racoritoare cu orice pret deoarece pot provoca probleme grave celui ce primeste sangele

Inca o data va multumim din suflet si suntem convinsi ca atunci cand se va trezi, Ana va imparti un zambet sincer fiecaruia in semn de multumire.

Vários habitantes do zona do Furadouro, freguesia de Ovar, município de Ovar, constatavam, preocupados, desde 2005, o não recebimento de correspondência – várias das suas cartas, encomendas e vales postais desapareciam misteriosamente. Após a acumulação de várias reclamações, os CTT de Ovar, alarmados, contactaram a Polícia Judiciária de Aveiro que através do DIC iniciou a respectiva investigação.

O (alegado) protagonista deste acto dividido em várias cenas? O carteiro.
Com 41 anos, guineense, funcionário do Centro de Distribuição Postal dos CTT de Ovar, e sem antecedentes criminais, é acusado de ter desviado mais de um milhar de cartas e encomendas. As encomendas postais provenientes do estrangeiro, a maioria resultantes de compras pela Internet, eram os alvos mais apetecíveis. Os prejuízos para os destinatários, em montante ainda não determinado, poderão ser bastante elevados.

Suspeito da prática dos crimes de violação de correspondência e de peculato, o “Newman” ovarense chegava do trabalho quando foi abordado por inspectores do Departamento de Investigação Criminal de Aveiro. Em sua posse tinha ainda uma parte da correspondência da “volta” do dia.

A intercepção e roubo de correspondência que atingiu um pico alarmante em finais do século XVIII no Reino Unido e nos Estados Unidos é ainda hoje motivo de preocupação para as autoridades.

Instaurado um processo-crime, o indivíduo saiu em liberdade, encontrando-se suspenso de exercer a sua “actividade” e de se ausentar de Portugal.

Ce frumos ploua afara. Cica asta-i vreme de invatat. Nu stiu de ce, dar mie mi se pare o gluma seaca. De parca ai avea vreodata chef de invatat: “ploua=oaaa , ce chef de invatat am !”  Really. It’s just stupid.  La urma urmei invatam din simtul obligatiei pe care il avem fata de societate. Ori esti scolat, ori esti marginalizat. Si a doua varianta nu e tocmai scopul tau in viata, nu? Ne-au invatat parintii, bunicii si tot arborele genealogic sa fim persoane sociale. Brain washing. Pe bune.

Trecand la alt subiect(oricare ar fi ala)… M-am saturat de criza financiara(ce s-o mai fi intamplat si cu asta? Ca nimeni nu mai zice nimic)  si de microbii(aka microbistii) care parcheaza si pe garduri cand cel mai important eveniment al saptamanii din tot judetul e Poli si nenorocul de care este bantuita scumpa noastra(zic “noastra”, dintr-un simt poate prea dezvoltat al apartenentei) echipa. Nu de alta, dar ma tem ca daca incerc sa-mi scot masina din locul unde am parcat-o, din a lor cauza, o sa constat cu stupoare ca sunt impotmolita in mocirla. Desigur, as fi putut sa o mut  de duminica pana acum, dar prefer ca de data asta sa nu mai dau vina pe vesnica mea lene sau…lene.

Trecand la alt subiect, ca nu am chef nici de asta, am hotarat sa-mi teleportez matza(Pitziric) la bunici si sa-i fac o bucurie si ei(ca doar am tinut-o necastrata mai bine de 3 ani) si lui taicamiu care vine in fiecare zi acasa plin de sperante ca poate-poate a disparut matza si nu va mai trebui sa rupa alte maturi, jaluzele si sa sparga bucati din pereti in timp ce o fugareste prin casa. Ca ei ii trebuie motan si lui liniste. Acolo sunt deja 5 matze, iar dupa ce Pitziric va trece pragul si va intra in randul matzelor experimentate(daca intelegeti unde bat) numarul de mieunaturi/ora va creste considerabil. Desigur, si numarul de purici. Ce se va imputina cu siguranta va fi numarul de neuroni ai cainelui Muchii, singurul caine-soricar din casa aia care mai traieste, mostenitorul lui Labus si al catelei Guda(da, chiar o strigam “guda”, daca stiti ce inseamna). Banuiesc ca Pitziric o sa fie mai fericita acolo, intr-o turma de matza, la aer curat si la vanat de soareci si sobolani.

Si ca tot mi-am adus aminte. V-am povestit de Dic(da, alt nume genial pentru un caine,nu?) ? Ei bine, Dic ramane cainele meu no 1 din copilarie. Dic dormea intr-un butoi, Dic rupea matzele in doua(RIP Toner), Dic avea tone de mancare ingropata, Dic e cel care se usura intotdeauna pe toate rotile de la Cielo de bucurie, Dic e cel care a murit injunghiat de o furca de paie. Dic e singurul caine pe care am incercat sa il usuc cu foehnul si care de suparare s-a tavalit in tava cu cenusa(in care matzele isi faceau nevoile) dupa ce i-am facut baie cu sapun de rufe intr-o galeata.

Persoalan diatas harus segera diselesaikan. Rakyat kini menanti terealisasinya peran-peran di atas, untuk mencapai tujuan. Peningkatan kebutuhan akan energi yang luar biasa dewasa ini di tengah-tengah ancaman mahalnya sumber energi primer dunia dan pemanasan global telah membuka mata kita betapa sebenarnya kita masih menghadapi masalah dengan ketahanan energi jangka panjang. Beberapa opsi non-konvesional yang dulu dipandang sebelah mata sekarang harus mulai diberi peran lebih.
Salah satunya adalah tenaga nuklir.

Menyadari urgensi tersebut, maka pada Milad Universitas Islam Indonesia ke  66 ini, Lembaga Eksekutif Mahasiswa Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu pengetahuan Alam (LEM FMIPA) beserta Lembaga Eksekutif Mahasiswa fakultas Kedokteran dan Lembaga Eksekutif Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi LEM FK dan LEM FE) berinisiatif mengadakan sebuah kegiatan yang mengangkat tema tentang kemanfaatan energi nuklir yang dipandang pada sudut kesehatan kedokteran, sains teknologi dan dari sudut pandang ekonomi.

Reaktor nuklir untuk keamanan, keadilan dan perdamaian, itulah yang menjadi alasan bagi Iran untuk berjalan tegap dan percaya diri, bahwa utusan dan pilihan bebas ditangan mereka demi kemakmuran rakyatnya. Kalau alasannya itu, mereka tahu bahwa mereka dapat menguasai teknologi pendukung secara sempurna agar mesin penghasil  keamanan, keadilan dan perdamaian itu akan sungguh bermakna bagi rakyatnya dan dunia umumnya. Tetapi pertanyaan dibawah ini penting, sekedar membawa kita ke imajinasi bersama PLTN untuk siapa (untungnya) dan dampak (resiko bencana) yang akan bertanggung jawab siapa?

Maraknya penolakan masyarakat terhadap rencana proyek Pembangkit listrik Tenaga Nuklir (PLTN) di Semenanjung Muria, Jawa Tengah, sejauh ini tidak mengubah konsistensi pemerintah untuk terus mensosialisasikan bahwa energi nuklir sangat tepat jika diterapkan dalam keadaan bangsa seperti ini. Bahwa pengembangan energi nuklir mampu memberikan keuntungan untuk kemakmuran rakyat. Beberapa energi nuklir dapat digunakan untuk pembangunan ketahanan pangan, energi nuklir untuk pengembangan teknologi kesehatan dan obat, serta energi nuklir untuk industri dan lingkungan.

Dan untuk menuju Indonesia 2014 yang sejahtera dibutuhkan penanganan dan tawaran politik terhadap leader bangsa Indonesia sebagai bukti nyata bahwa mereka akan menjalankan sesuatu kebijakan yang sangat bagus  yaitu penerapan energi nuklir sebagai energi yang cocok untuk negara indonesia.
