Millions are at this very moment, and thousands attempt to start a diet each day. There is no big secret to losing weight, you just have to burn off more calories than you consume. Unfortunately there are so many people talking about the “ultimate composition” that can strip away that fat on easy way but not in healthy way. You need know about Fat, how is that fat come from and how to preventing that fat growing up. We will choose healthy way to <strong>strip that fat</strong> away!</p>
<p>Fat is a section in food. Some foods, with most fruits and vegetables, have almost no fat. Other foods have much fat. They include nuts, oils, butter, and meats like beef. The body normally burns a mix of carbohydrate, as glucose, and fat for fuel. How much of either depends on your physical activity and if, or what you have eaten recently. When you use more energy than you take in from food and drink, the body burns stored fat and carbohydrates, and then even protein, to fuel your everyday activities even if you are not exercising.</p>
<p><strong>What is body fat? </strong></p>
<p>Body fat is basically a store of energy that has not been used by the body. It is formed when we eat more calories than our body needs. It is not just over indulging in high fat foods that increases body fat; eating too much of any food can increase body fat levels as excess carbohydrate is converted to fat if the body does not burn it off through activity.</p>
<p>The good news is that we can use up this store of excess energy by reducing the amount of calories that we take in from food and drink and increasing the amount that we burn during exercise.</p>
<p><strong>How much body fat is healthy?</strong></p>
<p>A certain amount of body fat is essential to our survival – it helps regulate body temperature, cushion organs and is a valuable energy reserve in times of illness. However, carrying too much body fat can increase your risk of developing serious health problems such as high blood pressure, heart disease and diabetes.</p>
<p>Different sources quote differing ranges for healthy body fat percentages. As a guide, the healthy range of body fat is 14-20% for men and 17-24% for women. Healthy male athletes, however, may have body fat percentages less than 10. A body fat percentage over 25 for men and over 30 for women is considered unhealthy and puts you at increase risk of illness.</p>
<p><strong>So what kind of activity that burn fat not glucose?</strong></p>
<p>Fat represents one of the 2 main sources of fuel that support cell function in your body. The other main fuel used by your body is glucose. Fat is stored as adipose tissue around the body, and glucose is stored as glycogen in the liver and the muscle cells. Both fat and glucose are also present in the blood as products of digestion.</p>
<p>Many activities of the body that take place when you are at rest, for example, brain activity, the pumping of your heart and the functions of your internal organs, use glucose as a readily available source of energy.  Even short bursts of high energy muscular activity lasting around a minute or so will use glucose as the main fuel. Exercise intensity, exercise duration and diet are major factors affecting whether the body uses fat or glucose for fuel during exercise.</p>
<p>As you see, the key to strip that fat away from your body are foods and exercises. By controlling what you eat and how many calories that you have burn on activities. We currently have 23 categories of recipes; and are adding more when a specific type or concern needs to be addressed.  Our Meal Plans cover everything from Quick Meals to Special Occasions.  Because our recipes are mostly from scratch and use very little canned ingredients we offer a fresher, healthier take on meal preparation.  Keeping this in mind we still strive for recipes that take less then 30 minutes and use ingredients typically found in your pantry.
