I couldn’t believe the amount of people there. Luckily the stairmasters weren’t filled.

I did my usual 30 minutes and my push up app.

Sweated out all my toxins and got a few stares from old men. Just enough for an ego boost.

The Newport Beach Equinox is definitely going down hill.

I liked the newer stairmaster there though!

It kicked my ass.

Did 30 on the stairmaster again today and my usual pushup app. And additional abs.

Yesterday I did 20. Today I did 30.

And of course my push app too!

Couple minutes a day.

Why not at the office?

Nobody likes a flabby girl

I know there are many who are excited and anticipating the opening of this new sports club in Koreatown and I am too but we can only wait patiently since construction goes as plan!

I grabbed my usual venti americano with an add shot in OC and trained with Dane.

I’ve been meaning to get a car wash and luckily the guys were open in the parking garage at Equinox.

$18 for a car wash but so worth it since I don’t have to wait.

My car was done by the time I got out at 1pm.

They did Suh an amazing job so I gave them $25, $7 tip but he didn’t seem surprised.

Guess the clients there give them a lot since the people have money.

I got this dvd EVEN THOUGH I have a trainer. He put me on a tight regimen, but there are those days, I JUST can’t make it to do JIM (because I refuse to go to a generic one and choose to be a member at Equinox, where the first closest facility is 20 miles away).

I’m not much of a home dvd training type of person. I’ve tried P90x (1 week), Insanity (1 day) and some pilates type of dvd as well. I failed miserably.

The dvd description seemed pretty interesting so I clicked and now here it is in my possession.

Once I try, I will report back. Actually, once I try and see that it really IS interesting, I’ll report back. If it’s not, I won’t bother.

Got a great session in! Started lifting heavy as my trainer insisted.

9 different workouts, 4 reps for the first 3 and 3 sets for last 6.

I don’t run. I like to do cardio while in a stationary position.

I found that running outdoors is more bearable than on a treadmill.

Day 3, I’m surprised I’ve been at it. Guess I really want to eat what I want be healthy.

Ran today around my neighborhood.

I wish I could’ve ran with my girls at 7 but I needed to squeeze it in ASAP since I had a final to start on.

I plan on running every day. Minimum 3 miles. Minimum 1 run each day. I want to try to run twice a day.

We’ll see about that

I’m all about fitting a workout out in my daily activities. Everything you do can burn calories and taking the stairs is a HUGE one!
