PDF (Portable Document Format) là định dạng file tài liệu được tạo bởi Adobe Systems năm 1993. Nó giống như dạng hình ảnh nên có thể xem ở bất kỳ máy tính nào mà không thay đổi nội dung, chỉ cần phần mềm xem dạng file pdf là được. Nhiều lần tôi mang một tài liệu word ra tiệm in, mặc dù đã tinh chỉnh và canh lề đàng hoàng nhưng khi ra tiệm in thì loạn cả lên — > chạy về nhà chỉnh lại. Từ đó tôi thường chuyển sang dạng pdf rồi mới mang đi in cho chắc ăn.

Baru-baru ini saya kebingungan mencari PDF converter. Awalnya saya sangat nyaman dengan Adobe Acrobat Pro 7. Lalu saya sempat jalan-jalan ke sebuah toko software dan menemukan Acrobat Pro versi 9-nya. Setelah pakai sekian lama ternyata yang versi 9 sering error dan hanya bisa print sekali. Saya lupa errornya gimana. Lalu saya unistallyang versi 9 untuk balik yang ke versi 7, namun sayangnya yang versi 7 malah error saat intall.

Setelah cukup lamatidak saya indahkan akhirnya saya iseng googlekan lagi pencarian virtual printer pdf ini dan gratis lagi. Namanya doPDF. Programnya sangat ringan, vista compatible dan tidak memerlukan software pihak ketiga seperti .net frame work.

Depois de efectuar o download e proceder a instalação normal, está pronto para utilizar, é só abrir a sua ferramenta de trabalho preferida seja ela o Microsoft Office ou outra qualquer e no fim de elaborar o seu trabalho seleccione a opção impressão e ao escolher na selecção de impressoras a DOPDF ira notar que esta lhe aparece lá depois da instalação, no fim é só seleccionar onde pretende que seja guardado o arquivo pdf do seu projecto.

If someone asks a question do you have Adobe Acrobat on your system, 95% of the people would say yes, and when you ask them to convert a word document to .pdf they would come back saying that I have Adobe Acrobat reader installed.  Adobe Acrobat Reader is freeware, which can be used to view .PDF files whereas Adobe Acrobat, which can be used to create and edit .PDF files, comes at a cost.

There are several freeware Acrobat Writers available on the internet. You can check www.download.com for several freeware Acrobat Writers.  I am reviewing one such freeware Acrobat Writer doPDF. Please feel free to let me know your views and comments and if you find a better tool please share it with me so that I can add it here.

doPDF doesn’t provide In-Application editing i.e. you cannot open a PDF document in doPDF GUI and Edit it. What doPDF does is it creates a Virtual Printer in your Control Panel > Printers. You can design your document in any application and convert the document into .pdf by printing the document using the doPDF virtual printer. You can download doPDF from the below link.

When you hear “PDF”, the first thing you probably think about in terms of software is the ‘Adobe‘ brand (and perhaps more specifically the Adobe Reader). There are also converters that you may not know you had. The OpenOffice suite of applications have “export to PDF” features built right in. If you would prefer not to install any software at all, the free Zamzar will convert your files to PDF (and other formats as well).

Esta vez os voy a presentar un programa sencillamente sencillo, práctico y efectivo.

Algunas veces enviamos por email textos en word sumamente pesados, en kb, que en formato Pdf ocuparían la mitad.

Pues este programa lo que hace es crear una impresora virtual que “imprime” todo lo que le mandes ( textos, fotos, excel, ect ) en un archivo Pdf listo para guardar, enviar, etc.

Lo que hace es crear un Pdf con todo aquello que le pidas que imprima, ¡¡ es alucinante !!

El programa se llama “Dopdf”, y actualmente va por la versión 6, es totalmente gratuito y además ocupa una auténtica miseria.

A três dias atras eu postei aqui uma ótima ferramenta Online de converão de documentos para .PDF. Agora apontarei uma ótima ferramenta de impressão de PDF para Windows 2k/XP/Vista Offline.

Como nas máquinas, pelo menos nas minhas, não quero “elefantes brancos” procuro ferramentas de qualidade de preferência gratuitas. Aqui temos uma!

Primeiro requisito está na licença, open-source ou freeware, depois leve e simples sem perder todas as características que necessito.

Para os utilizadores de outras ferramentas, um aspecto importante é a flexibilidade em determinados opções técnicas, no doPDF algumas opções estão ao dispor do utilizador, não muitas mas as mais usuais, como a disposição da folha, o tamanho da mesma, etc.
