Toucher & Rich's Drunken Bruins Recap: Yippie Paille!

The Bruins struck first and never let up as they went on to shut out the Blackhawks in Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Finals, 2-0, on Monday night.

Fourth-line grinder Daniel Paille was moved up to the third-line as coach Cluade Julien looked to shake things up after Boston’s Game 1 loss. Paille has since scored the game-winners in Games 2 and 3, and the third line is once again producing.

Adolfo was outside the Garden after the game on Monday night to talk to the highly enthusiastic fans as they left the Garden. Adolfo asked one gentleman his thoughts on the third-line and Paille.

He was also asked his thoughts on Jaromir Jagr. The fan admits that Jagr is slow as hell, but what he lacks in speed he makes up for with know-how.

Then the huge crowd noticed the NHL Network was outside, which means Kathryn Tappen was back in Boston. So they serenaded her with a chant that may have lasted all night.

Toucher & Rich's Drunken Bruins Recap: Pandemonium After OT Win

Everyone knew it would be crazy outside the TD Garden if the Bruins took a 3-0 lead in the Eastern Conference Finals against Penguins — so imagine how crazy it got in the wee hours of Thursday morning after a double overtime winner!

After 95 minutes of hockey, Patrice Bergeron slapped one by Tomas Vokoun to send Bruins fans home and into pandemonium.

Adolfo was outside waiting to talk to fans about the big win, and he even got a few hugs out of it.

Adolfo caught up with a fan who was pumped about the performance of Bergeron, and after mentioning the mental toughness of the Bruins the fan made an interesting comparison when discussing the Penguins and Sidney Crosby.

The Bruins hosted the Rangers on Saturday night and were able to close out the series and move on to the Eastern Conference Finals to take on the Pittsburgh Penguins.

Adolfo was outside the Garden to talk to the very excited fans leaving the game. Things are starting to get real outside after games as Rich is starting to hear people yelling after games down where he lives.

The group Adolfo met up with were really pumped about this win. One guy in the group seems to not care for the rap duo Kris Kross or Rangers goalie Henrik Lundqvist.

Another guy in the group knows that defense can win championships. Plus, a great question from Adolfo and a great answer from the fan.

It looked as though the Bruins were heading for another loss on Monday night at the Garden, but made a comeback in the third period to tie the game and eventually beat the Maple Leafs 3-2 in a shootout.

Adolfo was outside the Garden to talk to fans leaving the game, and one gentleman he ran into might have had a little bit too much to drink.

This fan thinks the Bruins are great because he knows how to skate and he’ll dazzle you with his skills on the ice. In fact, he’ll skate his butt off! Is it hard to skate and handle a puck at the same time?

At points, this guy breaks into song and just becomes totally incoherent. Was this guy even at the game?

The Bruins beat the Maple Leafs 4-2 to snap their two game losing streak.

Adolfo was back outside the Garden to talk to fans after the game and this time he met some friendlier fans that didn’t want to hit him.

It’s clear that this fan had more than a few adult beverages as it’s hard to make out what he’s trying to say at times. At one point the guy had trouble keeping his balance and fell into Adolfo.

When asked about the great run the Chicago Blackhawks are having he said he wishes we would let the Bruins play like that? Then his buddy jumps in and shares some love with everyone.

Toucher & Rich's Drunken Bruins Recap: A Maniac Hits Adolfo

The Boston Bruins couldn’t hold on to a 3-2 lead in the third period on Sunday night, and fell to the Canadiens 4-3 at the Garden.

Adolfo was outside after the game to talk to fans, which he does regularly without incident. Everything started off normally when Adolfo started talking to a particular gentleman, but all of a sudden things took a turn for the worse.

The fan started getting hostile toward Adolfo for no reason. Adolfo takes it at first, but when he realizes the guy won’t quit he gives it right back to him. The guy threatens to knock Adolfo out, and even throws a punch that hits Adolfo right in the face, only to run away.

Who acts like this? Luckily, Adolfo wasn’t really hurt in the altercation and this will not deter him from hitting the streets after games. But please, if you see Adolfo out after a game keep, your hands off the guy!

The Bruins beat the Senators 2-1 on overtime Thursday night at the Garden to continue their winning streak.

After the game Adolfo hit the streets to get people’s thoughts on the success the B’s are having despite the struggles on the power play. Before he got to work though, he had himself a few adult beverages — which was clear right away.

Adolfo had a tough time pronouncing words and asked weird questions about guys that don’t even play on the team anymore. He also has fans asking him questions like who plays on the team and if he’s seen their dad?

The Bruins are on top in the East with a 5-0-1 record to start the season. The B’s beat the New Jersey Devils in a shootout on the second night of a back-to-back and Adolfo was outside the Garden to talk to fans as they left the game.

The first two guys were huge Bruins fans giving Adolfo their takes on way the team won, Tuukka Rask’s performance between the pipes and the job Chris Bourque has been doing. The guys also gave their thoughts on what they think Tim Thomas is doing this season since he’s not playing.

These guys also were also very excited about the way Dougie Hamilton has been playing. One of the guys went so far as to say he’d perform certain acts on the young defenseman.

Next up was a group that had a a female that was really excited and wanted to know if Adolfo could get her in touch with Zdeno Chara. What does she want to do when she sees Chara? Oh, just watch him eat.

The Bruins dropped Game Five on Saturday to give the Capitals the 3-2 series lead. Luckily the B’s were able to pull out the win on Sunday to force a Game Seven.

Adolfo was outside the Garden on Saturday after the loss to talk to some upset fans.

When asked one fan said that it was a great game, but his buddy jumped in and had to disagree.

For some reason these two guys harbor some resentment toward Gary Bettman and Brendan Shanahan that T&R can’t really understand.

One of the guys believes that President Obama possibly wants the Bruins to lose the series because of chants in the restroom. Why are people doing anything other than going to the bathroom in the restroom?

When asked what he would like to say to the Bruins this guy just goes off and can’t imagine saying anything to these world class athletes.

The Bruins playoff run kicked off on Thursday night with a 1-0 win in overtime. Adolfo was outside the Garden after the game one win to talk to excited Bruins fans.

The guy Adolfo talked to thought that it was the best game of the season.

He thinks that Chris Kelly has been showing us great stuff the past two day, which doesn’t make a whole lot of sense.

They discussed Alex Ovechkin and as you could have guessed this guy is not a fan.

This guys works all day to make sure the Bruins win, what does he do? Who knows, but he’s busting his balls for these wins.

Adolfo was outside the Garden to talk to Bruins fans after the game. One guy got on Adolfo’s nerves because he just wanted to be heard, and Adolfo’s is still having trouble with Roberto’s last name.

The fan that Adolfo talked to wanted to know why Adoflo chased him down to talk and warned him that he was about to punch him in the man boobs. He was concerned that he wasn’t going to be able to get into the bar.

They go on to discuss Shawn Thornton’s goal last night and Milan Lucic’s hit on Ryan Miller from Saturday night.

All this plus a question for Fred Toucher and a close call with a Jeep.
