Putting lipstick on a pig, what all Atlanta home sellers need to know.

The truth is that being overly optimistic about a home for sale in terms of price or condition or appeal is the equivalent of putting lipstick on a pig.  We live in a smart world.  We are living in the reality of a buyer’s market.  A buyer’s market means that buyer’s don’t fall for marketing…or lipstick. They fall for value, and they fall when price is less than value.  If your home’s price exceeds the value of the listing, game over.  If your value exceeds your price, the game is on.

 In the world of “Rock, Paper, Scissors” the market always wins.  A seller’s personal circumstances, no matter how dire or compelling they may be, do not determine the value of their property.  Only the market determines value.  Sellers often say, “I need to get this much…I owe the IRS this much…my divorce is costing me this much…I have to get this much in order to break even…my house is newer…bigger…better…lighter…brighter…smarter…more efficient…it has a newer HVAC…a bigger water heater…a better view…a bigger lot…better looking neighbors…lower utility bills…a newer roof…etc., etc., etc.”  All of which are nothing more than lipstick…on a pig.

 One of the toughest elements of this market is the fact that houses lose their uniqueness.  They’re not special, no matter how special they are.  The real disconnect is coming from this:  Most sellers are trying to sell emotionally and buyers are buying logically.  And home owners who list properties and only speak “emotion” are really exacerbating the level of disconnect because buyers can’t understand the logic behind their sales pitch.  The best thing that REALTORS can do for sellers is to speak “logic” when we take a listing and pitch it to buyers in the market.  An emotionally charged marketing campaign in the absence of a logically based price results in reduced prices and expired listings, and sellers continue to be “held hostage” by a home they no longer want.  Logic means that something has to make good sense, particularly when compared to other things.  Therefore, the properties that sell in less than 1 month on the market are the properties that show better than the other active listings on the market and are priced better than anything else that a buyer sees.

A listing is like an illness.  With the right prescription (price) it goes away. With the wrong prescription (price) it gets worse. No matter what, sellers need to understand that we REALTORS have to be more concerned about taking an overpriced listing than we are about letting a good listing get away.  Falling prey to the emotional circumstances and needs of a seller does no one any good.  It hurts our bottom line; it hurts our reputation; and it does our sellers a disservice by giving them false hope and wasting time and money that many of them don’t have.

Our ability to price listings accurately enough to attract offers has never had more importance.  The time and money that this can save our sellers can literally save them.  It can save their marriages, their families and it can save them financially.  For the agents who understand this and become obsessive about it, there’s never been a more rewarding time to be a REALTOR.

I realize that the truth is tough and can hurt a seller right now.  However, the lack of truth hurts more and does more damage than most people can see on the front end of selling a home.  Our challenge and our opportunity is to raise the level of our game so that our clients can trust our data, trust our recommendations and predict the future as clearly as we can.

It seems as though derby season is upon us; there have been quite a few this weekend and next weekend the most anticipated match in Roma’s season (and the greatest derby in Italy) gets underway. But, before we can start our countdown to a good Biancocelesti thrashing, we have to deal with all the derbies (and mundane regular matches) going down this weekend. Shall we?

Football:

Somebody get this guy a Red shirt.

Liverpool 2-0 Everton (The Merseyside Derby) – Well, the Scousers went head to head today as strugglers Everton took on strugglers Liverpool. It was a battle of the underachievers, with both Rafa Benitez and David Moyes’ sides badly needing the points and morale boost that come from a derby win. In a season when both sides have fared so poorly both in league and European competitions, it comes as no surprise that today’s match was decided not by a particularly heroic individual effort but by a particularly atrocious performance. A pair of grievous mistakes from Everton defender Joseph Yobo gifted the Reds a 2-0 victory, much to the dismay of the Toffeemakers’ fans at Goodison Park. Yobo put the visitors ahead in the 12th minute, putting his foot out and tipping a long-range effort from Javier Mascherano (which was veering well wide of the net, I might add) past Tim Howard and into the back of his own goal. It was a typically scrappy derby match, and Russian wiz Diniyar Bilyaletdinov nearly leveled the score 6 minutes later in the beginning of what was a very back-and-forth first half. Everton found the back of the net twice and were twice disallowed, but the home support were buoyed by their side’s performance and were left singing at the half despite the score remaining 1-0. However, they wouldn’t be singing at fulltime – their side failed to equalize in the second half with Pepe Reina denying the Blues over and over again, seemingly through sheer determination and a bit of luck. When it finally occurred on 81′, the second error from Joseph Yobo would all but put the game out of Everton’s reach. The Nigerian whiffed on an aerial clearance, leading to a shot from Albert Riera before Dirk Kuyt buried the rebound to make it 2-0. Ten minutes later, it was the away support who were singing as another Merseyside derby came to pass.

Manchester Utd 4-1 Portsmouth – Ah, our first non-derby match of the weekend. Still though, there is a bit of history here – the last time Avram Grant came up against Sir Alex Ferguson on the touchline was in the 2008 Champions League final, with Chelsea just one slip away from being crowned Champions of Europe. Despite being runners up in that competition and in the EPL, Grant was sacked as Chelsea manager, left to ponder what could have been. Yesterday he made his (unofficial) return to coaching, this time as manager of strugglers Portsmouth, who are looking to turn their fortunes around after going through 3 owners and 2 managers already this year. Fergie himself had to watch the match from the stands, as he is currently serving a touchline ban – luckily the match was quite a spectacle, abundant with soft penalties and controversy. On 25′ the visitors were awarded a somewhat questionable penalty which Wayne Rooney buried from the spot. The Fratton Park crowd could not complain too much, though, as 6 minutes later their side was awarded an even more inexplicable penalty which Kevin Prince Boateng was able to convert – apparently awarded for some rather run-of-the-mill shirt tugging by Nemanja Vidic. The teams went into the half level, but it would not take United much longer to find their stride. Within the first 8′ minutes of the second period Wayne Rooney would complete his hattrick with a low shot on 48′ and a second penalty on 53′. Ryan Giggs would top it all off on 87′ with the 100th Premiership goal of his career, making it 4-1 United and ensuring that Avram Grant will have Fergie-related nightmares for a while yet.

Tottenham 1-1 Aston Villa – It’s always difficult to come down after an incredible high. No, I’m not referring to my own struggles with substance abuse (fictional, I assure you), but rather the 9-1 victory which the Spurs were able to achieve over Wigan Athletic last weekend. Instead of repeating that incredible feat, the Lilywhites were held to an unremarkable draw at Villa Park. Gabriel Agbonlahor gave the home side an early lead on 10′, but Michael Dawson was able to level for Tottenham late in the match to earn his side a point and lift them to 3rd place in the English Premier League. Not an overly impressive performance from Harry Redknapp’s side, but they did just enough to keep themselves in the Premiership race.

Chelsea 3-0 Arsenal (The London Derby) – Realistically, there are more intense traditional rivalries in London town; historically Chelsea and Arsenal have been less concerned with each other than their other London neighbours. However, the rise of Chelsea into the big four of Premiership football means that in recent years these two sides have been forced into competition with one another at the top of the table and as a direct result their rivalry has become much more intense. Today’s London derby turned out to be an absolute rout from the Blues, who have been in tip-top form all season under Carlo Ancelotti, decimating Arsene Wenger’s depleted side who have been just shy of top form of late. It was another episode of the Didier Drogba show at the Emirates, with the big Ivorian grabbing the brace to all but destroy the Gunners and keep his fantastic record against Wenger’s side alive – Drogba has found the net in each of the last 9 matches played against Arsenal. Drogba opened the scoring on 41′, firing from close range into the top of Almunia’s net after some impeccable service from Ashley Cole. Just 4 minutes later Cole would again play the role of provider, but this time it was Arsenal man Thomas Vermaelen who turned the ball into his own net – giving the home side plenty to think about as they retired for the halftime interval. Just after the break Arsenal should have made it 2-1 when Andrei Arshavin blasted a rebound past Petr Cech and into the Blues’ net, but the goal was disallowed for an alleged foul on the Czech keeper by Gunners man Eduardo. Despite some dangerous efforts, Chelsea dominated play for much of the second half; their persistence paid off on 86′ when (guess who?) Didier Drogba struck again from a free kick just outside the area, blasting past the wall and away from Manuel Almunia into the back of the net. Ultimately, Ancelotti’s side would cruise to a relatively easy win, taking advantage of a depleted and demoralized Arsenal side to further their dominance atop the Premiership table. Chelsea have now recorded wins this season against all of their fellow big four sides – a positive omen if there ever was one.

Manchester City 1-1 Hull City – Oh, and City drew their 7th straight game after Shaun Wright-Phillips’ opener was cancelled out by a late penalty converted by Jimmy Bullard.

Calcio:

Inter 1-0 Fiorentina – Oh, Inter. I am growing to hate you so. In a game when Jose Mourinho’s side played poorly and were well-met by an organized outing from Cesare Prandelli’s men, it would be a penalty kick which separated the two sides in the end and allowed i Nerazzurri to go 8 points clear atop the Serie A table. It’s so typical of this side to underachieve thoroughly and then get by on the skin of their teeth that I shouldn’t be surprised, but yet I am disappointed each time a more deserving team outplays them and ultimately falls, especially due to this sort of misfortune. I’m not saying that the penalty wasn’t there, but had it not been for Gianluca Comotto’s hotheadedness, or had Alberto Gilardino buried his one-on-one chance against Julio Cesar instead of hitting the post just moments earlier, then Inter surely would have dropped points on the evening. In the end, Diego Milito’s penalty made the difference in a match full of could’ve-beens for La Viola that was perhaps ultimately a shouldn’t-have-been for La Beneamata.

Genoa 3-0 Sampdoria (il Derbi della Lanterna) – The Genovese derby, or il Derbi della Lanterna, as it is known, always produces some fireworks. This year’s was no different, as i Grifoni demolished i Blucerchiati in a game that had as many goals as it did red cards. Omar Milanetto opened the scoring for Genoa on 10′ with a spot kick after Reto Ziegler executed a clumsy tackle in the box. Genoa’s Giuseppe Biava was sent off for handling the ball as he fell to the ground, Sampdoria’s Marco Rossi received two yellows, and his teammate Fabrizio Cacciatore received a straight red late in the match. Meanwhile, Genoa’s Marco Rossi (yes, there are two of them) scored on 53′ and Raffaele Palladino capped off the victory with a spot kick on 75′. An eventful and exciting derby, and also a hard-fought one, which I’m sure an inspection of Antonio Cassano’s shins would tell you. They really don’t like that guy, eh? I bet Lippi calls up the whole team come June.

Cagliari 2-0 Juventus – La Vecchia Signora ha perso contro… gli Isolani? Cagliari managed to pull one (better yet, two) over on their visitors at the Stadio San’Elia today, snatching all three points from a rather toothless Old Lady. I think I’ve waited long enough to say this – Klaas-Jan Huntelaar has certainly been a huge flop at AC Milan this season, but realistically, what has Diego done for Juventus’ offense lately? I’ll tell you what he did today: not enough. Their confidence shattered by a midweek loss to Bordeaux, Juventus fell about play clumsily and were victimized by a sharp and determined performance from the Sardinians. The home side opened the scoring on 30′ when Nenê unleashed  35-yard screamer that blasted into Buffon’s top corner. Juventus struggled to respond, and with their own Brazilian Diego firing well-wide before the half, went into the break with a much-deserved 1-0 deficit. After the interval, Amauri thought he had grabbed a quick equalizer for his side, but the goal was correctly disallowed for offside, leaving Cagliari keeper Federico Marchetti more than happy to pick the ball out of the back of the net. Cagliari also had fair claim to a spot kick after Martin Cácares handled the ball in the area, but the referee adjudged it ball-to-hand and play continued. A late goal would come to pass, but it would not be the strike that Juventus needed: substitute Alessandro Matri turned Fabio Cannavaro absolutely inside-out before slotting past Gigi Buffon in the 89th minute. Both Diego and substitute Alessandro Del Piero would miss absolute sitters for the visitors in added time and Juventus were forced to swallow their second humbling defeat in 5 days, dropping to 8 points behind league-leaders Inter.

Vucigol had me praising the heavens with his 44th-minute header.

AS Roma 2-1 Atalanta – An ugly, nervy, but ultimately deserved away win. I couldn’t be happier. Though dominations at the Stadio Olimpico like the one last weekend over Bari are a joy to watch, they are expected – those are the games that we will always win, because the magic of the Olimpico rarely fails us. However, it is matches like today’s at the Stadio Atleti Azzurri D’Italia that are must-wins for i Giallorossi, because they are the ones where we so often lose our nerve and drop points against teams we would easily beat at home. It’s not called an advantage for nothing, you know. Luckily, Roma was able to pull out a comeback win against gli Orobici today after Fabio Ceravolo gave the home side the lead on 13′. Roma looked decidedly lackluster for huge spells during the first half, but were able to grab a set-piece goal just before the half as Mirko Vučinić nodded home a corner from David Pizarro on 44′. Simone Perrotta was able to give his side the lead 20 minutes later, ghosting into the box unnoticed to head home a cross from Vučinić. After gaining the lead, i Lupi simply fought to maintain it. The substitutions of Jérémy Ménez for Rodrigo Taddei and Roberto Acquafresca for Cristiano Doni changed the entire complexion of the game; suddenly Roma were on the backheel and fighting only to maintain their lead while the home side heaped on piles of offensive pressure. For the most part Roma held up nicely under the waves of attack; Riise almost scored an own-goal on 85′ but instead cleared the ball nicely, while Atalanta had a legitimate appeal for a penalty on Juan two minutes later which was happily waved off. Finally the fulltime whistle blew and Roma were able to take a much-needed 3 points home to Trigoria. We’ve finally cracked the top 10! Rejoice ironically – but only for a second. We have il Derbi della Capitale to think about.

Udinese 2-0 Livorno – The other Bianconeri were able to achieve a much better result this weekend than Juventus. A cracker of a free kick from Antonio Di Natale opened the scoring on 29′, bringing his total for the season to a round 10. 7 minutes later, Antonio Floro Flores doubled his side’s money, heading home after a build-up that was again largely the work of Di Natale. The one-two punch was more than enough to subdue the Tuscan visitors at the Stadio Friuli and le Zebrette ran away with the 2-goal win. I almost feel bad for Sersi Cosmi, fervent Romanista that he is, until I remember that it was his cursed side which sent us on the downward spiral earlier this season from which we are just now recovering (ie, getting Totti back). But then again, Udinese was a part of that spiral too… Aw, to hell with the both of them.

The Hunter finally found his gun!

AC Milan 2-0 Catania - AC Milan were given a golden opportunity to leapfrog Juventus in the standings this weekend, with i Bianconeri dropping points at Cagliari and i Rossoneri overcame Catania in Sicily to make the most of that chance. Leonardo’s side were held to a goalless draw by the Rossazzurri for 93 minutes, but Milan ‘flop’ Klaas-Jan Huntelaar finally made good on his promise to score an added time brace and catapult his side into second place. First the Dutchman sent a low strike in after some lovely control by Filippo Inzaghi, and then only seconds later after the restart he struck again, chipping Andújar beautifully to make it 2-0 for Milan. Well, the Hunter certainly took his time, but it seems that he has finally found his form for his new side – and his timing couldn’t have been better.

Futbol:

Ibra done good.

Barcelona 1-0 Real Madrid (El Clásico)- Well, it might be called El Clásico, but there was nothing ‘classic’ about Spain’s biggest derby this evening. Barcelona and Real Madrid played out a scrappy game in which neither truly came into their stride or were able to showcase their own particular brand of football. Despite injury concerns, Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi and Zlatan Ibrahimovic were all able to feature in the game, but the big Swede would be the only one to make his mark on the match. The Camp Nou was buzzing with energy as 98,000 of los Culés welcomed their most hated rivals to their home ground. Madrid, however, were not daunted, and were the first to impress, with Xabi Alonso and Kaká putting in perhaps their most impressive performances in the shirt of Los Blancos to date. Cristiano Ronaldo played for a solid hour, but was clearly not at full fitness and unable to terrorize the Barcelona backline as he might have wished. Meanwhile, Lionel Messi caused all sorts of trouble but was ultimately kept fairly quiet by Real Madrid’s defense, who put in a surprisingly solid performance. It was the combination of the substitute Ibrahimovic and Dani Alves which would prove deadly, as the diminutive right-back put in an inch-perfect cross which Ibracadabra struck home with authority to put the home side ahead on 55′. However, that would be the only goal of the match, and besides red cards for both Sergi Busquets (63′) and Lassana Diarra (90′), there was not much other action to speak of. In fact, in light of the last Clásico, in which Barca drubbed Madrid 6-2, tonight’s match was a bit of a dud.

Sevilla 2-2 Málaga (Andalusian Derby) – Sevilla’s closest (and fiercest) rivals are Real Betis, against whom they contest the Derby of Seville. However, with Real Betis currently languishing in Segunda División, Sevilla’s closest rivals in the interestingly-named Autonomous Community of Andalucía are perhaps their neighbours in Málaga, who are currently languishing at the bottom of the Primera División. So, we have the Andalusian Derby; and while the rivalry might not be as intense as El Clásico, I personally found the game itself to be much more entertaining. At the Estadio Sánchez Pizjuán Sevilla were looking to bounce back from a 1-0 defeat in midweek to Romanian side Unirea Urziceni, but they certainly did not get off to a good start. Although in a bizarre incident Málaga substitute Albert Luque was shown the red card from the bench, it was still the visitors who took the early lead. Fernando opened up the scoring for the visitors on 22′, and Duda made it 2-0 just before the half after being set up by Fernando. It seemed as though Málaga were headed towards all three points, but a spectacular second-half performance from Luis Fabiano ensured that the spoils were shared in Seville this weekend. The Brazilian struck first on 58′, heading home past Gustavo Munúa, and then on 72′ struck again, smashing the ball into the lower corner of the net to bring his side level. Both sides fought hard for an equalizer, and Sevilla came closest right at the death with a point-blank header from Fernando Navarro that Munúa probably saved by accident. In the end, each team would come away with a single point in a 2-2 draw that was anything but uneventful.

Fußball:

Bayern München 3-0 Hannover 96 – Well, it seems that die Roten have finally regained their lost form, overcoming midtable side Hannover 96 with ease in a match that featured goals from two of their most talented young stars. Thomas Müller tapped in from close range on 19′ to open the scoring, but Bayern looked shaky at times and were not convincing in their possession of the ball. Constant Djakpa caused all sorts of trouble for Phillip Lahm up the flank, and drew a good save from Hans-Jörg Butt, but was unable to affect the scoreline before the stroke of halftime. Ivica Olic made sure that the visitors got off to a good start in the second half, rising at the far post to meet a Danijel Pranjic cross with his head and double Bayern’s lead. For the rest of the half the home side did everything they could do to reduce Bayern’s lead, but to no avail – it would ultimately be Mario Gomez who would get the last laugh, beating the offside trap on 90′ and slotting home to make it 3-0 for his side. This victory sees Bayern rise to 4th in the Bundesliga standings, while Hannover 96 sit at 12th.

Bayer Leverkusen 4-0 VfB Stuttgart – Leverkusen exit this weekend sitting three point clear atop the Bundesliga table, and it can largely be contributed to one man: Stefan Kießling. The 25-year old striker has been absolutely on fire for his club of late and bagged a hattrick this weekend at the Bayarena to cement his place atop the German scoring charts as well. Kießling struck on 22′, 59′ and 87′, while Eren Derdiyok added a goal of his own on 38′ to complete a 4-0 drubbing of a lacklustre Stuttgart side.

Werder Bremen 2-2 VfL Wolfsburg – Edin Dzeko’s double was not enough for the reigning Bundesliga champions to grab all three points away at the Weserstadion. Each time the young Bosnian scored to give his side the lead, the home side were quick to equalize, and ultimately the two squads cancelled one another out and had to settle for a point apiece. Hugo Almeida and Per Mertesacker were on hand to restore parity for their side, with the latter scoring at the very death in the 91st minute of stoppage time. The sharing of points means that Werder Bremen now sit at 2nd place in the Bundesliga standings, while Wolfsburg remain 8th.

Los discursos apocalípticos recogidos en los evangelios reflejan los miedos y la incertidumbre de aquellas primeras comunidades cristianas, frágiles y vulnerables, que vivían en medio del vasto Imperio romano, entre conflictos y persecuciones, con un futuro incierto, sin saber cuándo llegaría Jesús, su amado Señor.

También las exhortaciones de esos discursos representan, en buena parte, las exhortaciones que se hacían unos a otros aquellos cristianos recordando el mensaje de Jesús. Por eso, las palabras que escuchamos hoy, después de muchos siglos, no están dirigidas a otros destinatarios. Son llamadas que hemos de escuchar los que vivimos ahora en la Iglesia de Jesús en medio de las dificultades e incertidumbres de estos tiempos.

La Iglesia actual marcha a veces como una anciana “encorvada” por el peso de los siglos, las luchas y trabajos del pasado. “Con la cabeza baja”, consciente de sus errores y pecados, sin poder mostrar con orgullo la gloria y el poder de otros tiempos.

Es el momento de escuchar la llamada que Jesús nos hace a todos. «Levantaos», animaos unos a otros. «Alzad la cabeza» con confianza. No miréis al futuro solo desde vuestros cálculos y previsiones. «Se acerca vuestra liberación». Un día ya no viviréis encorvados, oprimidos ni tentados por el desaliento. Jesucristo es vuestro Liberador.

Pero hay maneras de vivir que impiden a muchos caminar con la cabeza levantada confiando en esa liberación definitiva. Por eso, «tened cuidado de que no se os embote la mente». No os acostumbréis a vivir con un corazón insensible y endurecido, buscando llenar vuestra vida de bienestar y placer, de espaldas al Padre del Cielo y a sus hijos  que sufren en la tierra. Ese estilo de vida os hará cada vez menos humanos.

«Estad siempre despiertos». Despertad la fe en vuestras comunidades. Estad más atentos a mi Evangelio. Cuidad mejor mi presencia en medio de vosotros. No seáis comunidades dormidas. Vivid «pidiendo fuerza».

¿Cómo seguiremos los pasos de Jesús si el Padre no nos sostiene?
¿Cómo podremos « mantenernos en pie ante el Hijo del Hombre»?

De alguna parte un camino de fuego nace, y se divide para tomar nuevas aires de vida… Por un lado, la naturaleza le dará sus semillas, y su fruto estará así entre la muerte y el amor… De una rosa, símbolo de lo bello y lo triste, el alma partirá hacia la nada. Por otro rumbo vamos al sin sentido, a la eterna pregunta, a los símbolos que nos hacen sentir pero que no, que al final, no significan… De la duda surge la luz, y un conocimiento más brillante que el sol dará un sentido a los que ven y a los que viven en tinieblas. Un río, cuyo origen inmortal es señalado por los restos de la imperfección, terminará finalmente en una gota del espíritu pasado, aquel que aun recuerda los tiempos en el que alguna vez hubo armonía en este mundo, mucho antes de que el hombre pisara la tierra, y todo se derrumbara en una imparable lucha entre felicidad y dolor, luz y sombra, amor y odio… la vida y la muerte eran solo eso, antes de que el ser humano hablara de bien y mal.

Jojo nueva modalidad: dejar que los lápices hagan lo que quieran, y luego divagar un rato acerca de lo que veo y lo que no puedo ver… hace tiempo que estaba bloqueado, necesitaba expresar algo.

De la Buena Noticia de Jesús de Nazaret según San Lucas 21,29-33.

Y Jesús les hizo esta comparación: “Miren lo que sucede con la higuera o con cualquier otro árbol. Cuando comienza a echar brotes, ustedes se dan cuenta de que se acerca el verano. Así también, cuando vean que suceden todas estas cosas, sepan que el Reino de Dios está cerca. Les aseguro que no pasará esta generación hasta que se cumpla todo esto. El cielo y la tierra pasarán, pero mis palabras no pasarán.

Seguimos adentrándonos en el evangelio de Lucas y en el discurso sobre Jerusalén y lo que ha de sucederle… Jerusalén como pueblo que acapara y se adueña de la salvación… Pero… hoy tenemos un sencillo ejemplo y un importante final…

Hoy se nos pide que estemos atentos a las señales de los tiempo! Que al igual que sabemos, viendo brotar las plantas, que se acerca el verano… Debemos estar atentos a lo que sucede cerca de nosotros, para intuir cuando llegarán las promesas que nos hace el Padre cada día, porque… el cielo y la tierra, los estudios, los trabajos, incluso los amigos y familia pasará… PERO sus Palabras y sus Promesas… NO PASARÁN!! ¡¡ÁNIMO!! Estemos atentos a sus signos!!

¡¡Mis palabras no pasarán!!

O presidente Duda Kroeff fez uma leve ironia a Rodrigo Caetano, ex-diretor executivo de futebol do clube (2005 – 2008), quando explicou por que algumas contratações fracassaram no Grêmio.

– Rodrigo me disse: ‘Jadilson é excelente, pode trazer, é um grande lateral. O Diogo (ex-Figueirense) também é muito bom, já o observo há dois anos’.

A de Diogo, eu próprio ouvi, de viva voz, e vi, em viva imagem, Rodrigo Caetano, ainda no Grêmio, dizer isso aí, em entrevista na TvCom, programa de esportes do início da noite.

Quanto a Jadilson, acredito na palavra de Kroeff. Duda não é dado a mentiras.

O erro – gravíssimo – de avaliação em relação a Jadilson e Diogo leva a algumas reflexões e indagações:

1. O regime não é para ser o do profissionalismo com o gestor profissional indicando e realizando, por exemplo, as contratações?

2. Num regime profissional, também o treinador indica e aprova contratações.

3. Por que os dirigentes – ditos amadores – são sempre responsabilizados por contratações inexitosas quando essas contratações foram feitas, indicadas ou ratificadas pelos profissionais?

4. No caso presente, como se explica que os que mais se autointitulam “defensores do profissionalismo” e de Rodrigo Caetano, são os que mais acusam os dirigentes amadores pelas contratações fracassadas feitas, indicadas ou ratificadas pelos profissionais?

Desculpem: eu só queria entender!

FHA guidelines will limit the underwriter to insuring the loan for the lower of two values; the offer price or the appraised value (displayed as the As-Is Value). If your offer price is higher than the appraised value, the FHA underwriter will require that your buyer(s) cover the overbid amount with a cash deposit. The buyer(s) will not be allowed to build the overbid amount into an FHA loan.

HUD’s mortgagee letter 2000-27 will require that the FHA UW use the appraisal obtained by PEMCO. This mortgagee letter instructs the FHA UW NOT to obtain a new appraisal; nor can the FHA UW request that new comps be pulled and the PEMCO appraisal updated.

If your offer price is higher than the appraised value and tentative acceptance is extended to you, the options available to you are:

1.       Proceed with contract execution. PEMCO will require that the selling broker verify that the cash reserves are available to cover the overbid amount before we execute the contract.

2.       Use cash or conventional financing. All of the guidelines outlined above apply to FHA financing only. A conventional lender will have their own set of guidelines not governed by HUD.

3.       Cancel prior to contract execution. If there is an acceptable backup, we will award tentative acceptance to the backup offer. If there are no acceptable backup offers, the property will be relisted.

Há quem saiba a minha relação com esses números acima. Além de terem uma coisa muito nerd envolvida, fala sobre a minha vida, sobre o meu amor. Amor? Que piada mais sem graça “a mesa de sinuca inteira riu ok” ._.

O que se faz quando bebe? Bebe-se mais. Inevitavelmente isso termina assim.

Essa noite vou dormir feliz, finalmente eu enchi a cara.

É inaceitável pensar em tudo que nos limitamos a fazer quando estamos sobrios. Esse post, por exemplo, não terá sentido algum depois que meu copo de whisky acabar, mas foda-se, pé na porta e soco na cara de quem achar ruim.

Não importa, eu só tô tentando me sentir alegre com isso. E não me venham com aquele discurso xXx que eu nem tenho mais saco pra ouvir, já o decorei e se quiserem eu posso dizer essas merdas todas por tópicos, usando cores diferente e no final ainda colocar legenda. É sempre o mesmo clichê, e sempre a mesma resposta: Tem gente que não bebe e tá morrendo.

Eu espero que vocês entendam bem, eu não gosto de ninguém.

Ao iniciarmos nosso segundo ano no ar, não poderíamos deixar de ter um marco importante na nossa série de entrevistas no PALAVRA DE GREMISTA.

Hoje, com satisfação, apresentamos a PALAVRA DE GREMISTA do Presidente Duda Kroeff, gremista de longa vida dentro do Clube e que saberá nos conduzir aos títulos que tanto queremos ao longo de 2010.

- Gremista desde quando?

Desde que me conheço.

- O senhor integra o Conselho Deliberativo tricolor desde que ano?

Desde 1980.

-  Além do atual cargo de Presidente do Clube, o senhor já exerceu alguma função no Clube? 

Algumas. As principais foram Diretor de Futebol e Vice Presidente. Alem da atual è claro.

- Qual a sua opinião quanto a profissionalização do Clube? Ainda existe espaço para o trabalho gratuito do torcedor/associado?

Sou totalmente a favor da profissionalização. O trabalho gratuido do associado deve ser principalmente de fiscalização.

- Na condição de presidente do Clube, qual o seu sentimento quando da ausência de quorum nas importantes reuniões convocadas, em razão das frequentes ausências de conselheiros titulares nas reuniões do Conselho?

As frequentes ausencias nas reuniões me deixam envergonhado. 

- Na sua opinião, o que impede hoje a mesa do Conselho Deliberativo aplicar o art. 66, § 1° do Estatuto Social, que determina a perda do mandato em caso de repetidas ausências não justificadas?

Vou ser bem realista nessa. O que impede é que temos entre as ausencias constantes gremistas que ajudam muito o Gremio mesmo sem ir as reuniões.

- Como é sabido por todos, hoje a política tricolor apresenta um quadro com movimentos/grupos definidos. Hoje o senhor considera possível uma “pacificação política” do Grêmio? Se sim, como atingir tal objetivo frente a posições extremadas que encontramos atualmente em determinados movimentos? E como fazer com que os movimentos de oposição particiiapssem de um processo de montagem de uma agenda única que tivesse por objetivo o bem do Grêmio e a sua pacificação política até o próximo processo eleitoral?

Realista de novo. Sim , é possível mas bem difícil. Existem no Gremio pessoas em posições de liderança que apesar de serem gremistas pensam mil vezes antes em si  e em como podem usar o Gremio. Nos outros clubes grandes tambem é assim mas no nosso clube hôje isto está muito forte. ( exemplos: grupo político torcendo por lesão de atleta promissor do Gremio. conselheiro chamando jogador do Gremio de covarde em debate na TV na véspera de Grenal),. Este seria um bom momento, uma boa chance de encaminhar uma pacificação visto que o atual Presidente não é de Grupo nenhum e realmente pensa no Gremio como um fim e não um meio e está aberto a qualquer tipo de diálogo. Só que nunca fui procurado por ninguem neste sentido(pacificação) e realmente não consigo encontrar tempo para dar início a um processo como este.

- Passados quase 1 ano do seu mandato, existe alguma coisa que o decepcionou e qual a sua maior alegria enquanto presidente do Grêmio?

Sim tive algumas decepções mas não vale a pena falar sobre elas. As alegrias são os companheiros que me cercam. A dedicação de alguns ao Gremio é impressionante. O Grenal do centenário foi uma grande alegria. E tambem o fato de que tenho certeza que deixaremos um Gremio bem melhor administrativa e financeiramente para a próxima Direção.   

- Qual o jogo do Grêmio que mais lhe marcou?

Gremio 4 x 0 Inter em 1968 qdo eu tinha 12 anos e vi o jôgo  do banco junto com os resevas do Gremio.

- Qual o melhor time do Grêmio que já viu jogar?

O do Felipão de 95,96. Arilson e Carlos Miguel nas meias jogando demais. Sem falar no resto.

- Qual seria o time do Grêmio de todos os tempos?

Danrlei,Arce,Airton,Adilson,Everaldo. Dinho,Tadeu Ricci,Paulo Isidoro,Ronaldinho. Renato e Alcindo.

- Defina o Grêmio em uma palavra.

Vão ter que ser duas. Divina Loucura.

- Alguma manifestação final.

Ayer fue un día… llenísimo de luces y de sombras..! :-D Y… TODO, TODO, es GRACIA! Después del atardecer y la llegada a casa, aún tuve la suerte de disfrutar de una estupenda eucaristía junto a mis hermanits de Nazaret… momentos en los que al compartir la vida todo se hace más llevadero, y a pesar de las sombras, ves el resplandor que ilumina un nuevo camino, o… un mismo camino, con una luz distinta! Y… después de ese jueves tan cargadito…  Ya hemos llegado al viernes!!   Un viernes que también promete ser especial! Empezando con una estupenda oración comunitaria seguida de un desayuno y algún que otro mail… jejeje (GRACIAS hermanitos!! ) Y…con reencuentros que apetecen mucho!! (Pili, nos vemos en unas horitas!! ) y actividades que empiezana  ser cotidianas en mis nuevas “rutinillas”!! (como la reunión de “Talita Kum” y el cinefórum en el CIJ de Nazaret) … seguro será un día lleno de Vida! TODO es GRACIA!

Y al entrar al Templo, se puso a echar a los vendedores, diciéndoles: “Está escrito: Mi casa será una casa de oración, pero ustedes la han convertido en una cueva de ladrones”. Y diariamente enseñaba en el Templo. Los sumos sacerdotes, los escribas y los más importantes del pueblo, buscaban la forma de matarlo. Pero no sabían cómo hacerlo, porque todo el pueblo lo escuchaba y estaba pendiente de sus palabras.

El evangelio de hoy, también es durillo, y… más claro… imposible!

“Mi casa será una casa de oración,
pero ustedes la han convertido en una cueva de ladrones”

¡No convirtamos la Palabra del Padre, ni su templo, que somos cada uno de nosotros, y cada parte de la creación en cueva de ladrones!
¡Tratemos a cada persona y cada lugar con la dignidad que merece, tengamos siempre presente el Amor al hermano y especialmente al Padre,
que nutre todo Amor!

De la Buena Noticia de Jesús de Nazaret según San Lucas 19,11-28.

Como la gente seguía escuchando, añadió una parábola, porque estaba cerca de Jerusalén y ellos pensaban que el Reino de Dios iba a aparecer de un momento a otro. El les dijo: “Un hombre de familia noble fue a un país lejano para recibir la investidura real y regresar en seguida. Llamó a diez de sus servidores y les entregó cien monedas de plata a cada uno, diciéndoles: ‘Háganlas producir hasta que yo vuelva’. Pero sus conciudadanos lo odiaban y enviaron detrás de él una embajada encargada de decir: ‘No queremos que este sea nuestro rey’. Al regresar, investido de la dignidad real, hizo llamar a los servidores a quienes había dado el dinero, para saber lo que había ganado cada uno. El primero se presentó y le dijo: ‘Señor, tus cien monedas de plata han producido diez veces más’. ‘Está bien, buen servidor, le respondió, ya que has sido fiel en tan poca cosa, recibe el gobierno de diez ciudades’. Llegó el segundo y le dijo: ‘Señor, tus cien monedas de plata han producido cinco veces más’. A él también le dijo: ‘Tú estarás al frente de cinco ciudades’. Llegó el otro y le dijo: ‘Señor, aquí tienes tus cien monedas de plata, que guardé envueltas en un pañuelo. Porque tuve miedo de ti, que eres un hombre exigente, que quieres percibir lo que no has depositado y cosechar lo que no has sembrado’. El le respondió: ‘Yo te juzgo por tus propias palabras, mal servidor. Si sabías que soy un hombre exigentes, que quiero percibir lo que no deposité y cosechar lo que no sembré, ¿por qué no entregaste mi dinero en préstamo? A mi regreso yo lo hubiera recuperado con intereses’. Y dijo a los que estaban allí: ‘Quítenle las cien monedas y dénselas al que tiene diez veces más’. ‘¡Pero, señor, le respondieron, ya tiene mil!’. . En cuanto a mis enemigos, que no me han querido por rey, tráiganlos aquí y mátenlos en mi presencia”. Después de haber dicho esto, Jesús siguió adelante, subiendo a Jerusalén.

El pasaje de hoy, me ha sorprendido durante mucho tiempo, ya que no entendía como el evangelio podía decir algo como:

“Les aseguro que al que tiene, se le dará;
pero al que no tiene, se le quitará aún lo que tiene”

Pero… esta frase no la podemos entender aislada…

Como decía, la parábola de los talentos siempre me ha llamado mucho la atención! Resulta que un hombre deja su terreno en manos de unos servidores, y les da una parte de sus bienes para que cuiden de ellos y, ya puestos, los incrementen.

Los primeros servidores, con los bienes que les habían dejado, negocian y los incrementan, y al llegar el amo, se pone contentísimo!! Pero… resulta que el tercero… por miedo a perder lo que tenía… lo esconde y no hace nada con ello, simplemente lo guarda…

“Señor, aquí tienes tus cien monedas de plata, que guardé envueltas en un pañuelo. Porque tuve miedo de ti, que eres un hombre exigente, que quieres percibir lo que no has depositado y cosechar lo que no has sembrado’

El servidor guarda lo que el amo le había dado para no tener que dar razón en caso de perderlo… siendo así tampoco gana nada… se queda con lo que tenía, y nadie lo puede disfrutar… Al decirselo al Señor, éste le contesta:

Yo te juzgo por tus propias palabras, mal servidor. Si sabías que soy un hombre exigentes, que quiero percibir lo que no deposité y cosechar lo que no sembré, ¿por qué no entregaste mi dinero en préstamo?

Una de las cosas que más me ha sorprendido hoy es como empieza la respuesta el Señor: “Yo te juzgo POR TUS PROPIAS PALABRAS, mal servidor”… Es el propio servidor el que se excusa de su comportamiento, con sus propios miedos e inseguridades… Y al Señor le basta con eso para sacar su conclusión, se basa tan sólo en lo que el mismo servidor le había dicho para su respuesta..! Y concluye diciendo…

“Les aseguro que al que tiene, se le dará;
pero al que no tiene, se le quitará aún lo que tiene”

Esas cien monedas, los talentos, son los dones que el Padre nos ha regalado a cada uno! A todos, nos ha regalado multitud de dones, que debemos trabajarnos para mejorar! Hay quienes se empeñan en guardarlos, y no dejarlos salir… a esos es a quién el evangelio dice que se los quitará! A todos se nos han dado dones para ponerlos al servicio del Reino, para trabajar con ellos, multiplicarlos y que rebiertan en el bien común..! Así que… dejemos de guardar nuestros talentos! Saquemoslos a la luz! Multipliquémoslos! Aprovechemoslos para construir el Reino!! ¡¡ÁNIMO!! ¡¡Qué todos tenemos muchos talentos con los que negociar!!

ElPozo e Inter Movistar se ven mañana las caras en el Palacio, en su último partido previo a la Ronda Élite de la Copa de Europa

Se trata, sin ninguna duda, del mejor partido que puede verse en una cancha de fútbol sala. ElPozo Murcia Turística e Inter Movistar vuelven a encontrarse, en la novena jornada de liga, tras una semana bastante movida para ambos y en la que los madrileños han conseguido arrebatar -aunque sólo sea momentáneamente- el liderato a los hombres de Duda. Y ello, tras la derrota sufrida por ElPozo en Navarra, a manos de un MRA que recordó al de los buenos tiempos y no al que ocupa el decimocuarto lugar de la tabla.

Mientras, la máquina verde se mantiene como el único equipo invicto, aunque con 23 puntos, sólo dos por encima de los murcianos. Se trata, por tanto, de una oportunidad única para ElPozo de recuperar el liderato, y romper la racha de nada menos que cinco años sin ganar a su archirrival en liga regular (desde la temporada 2003/04). De hecho, el Palacio de los Deportes lleva sin ver una derrota de su equipo desde el 21 de febrero, cuando fueron precisamente los alcalaínos quienes pasaron por allí.

Un último añadido de ese esperado triunfo, lo supondría la enorme inyección de moral antes de viajar a Italia, para disputar la Ronda Élite de la UEFA Futsal Cup. Y es que, si bien el encuentro del martes en la cancha de Lobelle sirvió para despejar en buena medida los fantasmas que surgieron el sábado en Navarra, lo mejor es espantarlos a todos. Ojalá veamos mañana un triunfo de ElPozo. Lo que es seguro, es que veremos un enorme espectáculo.

Los fariseos le preguntaron cuándo llegará el Reino de Dios. El les respondió: “El Reino de Dios no viene ostensiblemente, y no se podrá decir: ‘Está aquí’ o ‘Está allí’. Porque el Reino de Dios está entre ustedes“. Jesús dijo después a sus discípulos: “Vendrá el tiempo en que ustedes desearán ver uno solo de los días del Hijo del hombre y no lo verán. Les dirán: ‘Está aquí’ o ‘Está allí’, pero no corran a buscarlo. Como el relámpago brilla de un extremo al otro del cielo, así será el Hijo del hombre cuando llegue su Día. Pero antes tendrá que sufrir mucho y será rechazado por esta generación.

Hoy… al contrario que ayer… diré poco… creo que el evangelio habla por si mismo…

Sa kulturang makismo, hindi daw dapat pinapatulan ng kalalakihan ang mga kababaihan, isa pa kung ito ay isang bisita, labag daw ito sa kaasalan nating mga pinoy.Gaya ng pagbisita ni U.S Secretary of State Hillary Clinton sa bansa, tatagal ng Nov.12 – Nov.13. Ngayon pa lang ay pinatikim ng protesta ang harap ng U.S embassy. ( sagot ng mga militanteng organisasyon e di naman gender ang isyu dito, interbensyon!)

Nakakahiya naman ang kinikilos ng mga militanteng estudyante. Hindi kaya nila naisip na ang kanilang pinoprotesta ay isang may mataas na katungkulan sa makapangyarihang bansa sa daigdig, na asawa ng dating U.S President na si Bill Clinton, bukod doon ay di na nila isinaalang-alang ang kahihiyan ni PGMA, aba’y klasmeyt ata ang dalawa sa isang tanyag na unibersidad. Nakakahiya talaga, di ba nila ma- imagine na pagbalik ng U.S ni Hillary ay katakot-takot na sumbong kay Bill Clinton, “na kesyo na paka-barbaro ng bansa ng klasmeyt mo.” me konting papatak-patak pa ng luha iyon.

Saka ba’t ayaw maniwala ng mga militanteng iyan na kaya lang pupunta dito si Hillary Clinton ay para makiramay at dalawin ang mga lugar o biktima nang magkasunod na kalamidad. Huwag naman ninyo siyang pag-isipan na parang katulad lang ng iba diyan na kahit namatayan na at pwede naman kaagad pumunta o makiramay ay di agad ginawa,
sasadyain mismong puntahan sa bahay at kunwa’y malungkot at hapis na hapis ang mukha, sasabihing “nakikiramay ako sa pagkamatay niya, pasensya na’t ngayon ko lang nalaman.” Sa totoo, mayroon lang pa lang kailangan.

Huwag ninyong ipagpilitan na kaya pumunta dito si Hillary Clinton ay para sa VFA o extensyon ng pananatili ng tropang Amerikano sa bansa. Hindi naman daw siya tulad ni Condoleeza Rice na dating U.S Sec. of Sate, bawat puntahang bansa ay lalung lumalala ang kaguluhan este “troubleshooter” umaayus ng mga problema, tagapag-hatid ng kapayapaan.

Ipinagtataka ko rin bakit ipinagpipilitan ng mga U.S base Human Rights group at lokal na kapanalig sa bansa na dapat daw sabihan ni Hillary ‘yung klasmeyt ng kanyang mister na si Ate Glo na malala na ang paglabag sa karapatang pantao sa bansa. Syempre pa, kaya gusto nilang mangyari o itulak si Hillary na magbigay ng ganun statement, mapapahiya si Ate Glo sa international community. Ayan U.S na ang nagsabi!

Sa tingin ba naman ninyo e gagawin yun ni Hillary? Bukod sa klasmeyt siya ng kanyang faithful na husband na si Bill (forget na si Monica Lewinsky, ba yun?) e bawat presidente ng Pilipinas e prens ng U.S. Gaya ngayon, di na siya iniisnab ni Obama. Saka matatauhan din ang maraming pinoy, alam naman na pala ninyong ganyan e ba’t kinukunsinti pa ninyo. Kaya silent night na lang si Hillary, konting bisita sa ilang devastated area, konting abot ng U.S relief goods, konting gupit ng ribbon at konting haplos sa ilan miyembro ng isang charitable insti. konting speech na papuri sa katatagan nating mga pinoy- sa kabila ng ganitong pagsubok ay kaya nating harapin at higit sa lahat, may diin yung huling bibitawan niyang kataga na ang “Pilipinas pa rin ang pinakamaasahang kaibigan at kaalyado ng U.S sa pagsusulong ng demokrasya, paglaban sa terorismo at balanseng istabilidad- partikular sa
Asya- Pasipiko.”

Papalakpakan natin siya, pupurihin sa kanyang kakaibang “charm” – kombinasyon nang ganda, talino at ekspertong pang- diplomatiko. Ang kanyang suot o fashion ay repleksyon ng isang babaeng nagtataglay ng kapangyarihan. Para tayong na hipnotismo, may taga-bulag, nakaka-gayuma ang kanyang mga ngiti, ngiting sinasalamin ang aspirasyon ng isang makapangyarihang bansa.

Sa kanyang paglisan ay kumakaway tayong mga Pilipino nang walang bahid
pag- aalinlangan, nang may pagmamalaki, nang walang duda, nang may malinis na instensyon sa kanyang pagbisita. Ganun tayo…ganun naman tayong mga pinoy.

Na última semana, em reunião realizada na sede do Clube dos 13, se encontraram os ex-Presidentes Koff e Cacalo, juntamente com o Pres. do CD Raul Régis de Freitas Limas com o Presidente Duda Kroeff.

A pauta desse encontro foi a análise do futebol do Grêmio ao longo do ano de 2009 – campanha no Gauchão, Libertadores e atual Brasileirão 2009.

Quando alguns creditam o desempenho a uma falta de planejamento, desconhecem esses que uma das fases importantes de um planejamento sério é a sua avaliação de desempenho e correção de rumos, bem como fortalecer os acertos do período.

É lógico que a campanha obtida pelos atletas do Grêmio ao longo de 2009 está aquém das nossas expectativas e desejos. Todos nós, gremistas que torcemos sempre pela vitória do Clube em toda e qualquer competição, queremos ganhar sempre. E o caminho para a retomada das vitórias em 2010 inicia com essa análise e pela correção de rumos.

A reunião realizada na sede do Clube dos 13 demonstra que a dupla Koff-Cacalo que apoiou o então candidato Duda Kroeff permanece unida e coesa com a atual gestão.

A substituição de Mauro Galvão por Cícero Souza é o início das mudanças que buscam recolocar o Grêmio no patamar de vitórias. É lógico que apenas essa substituição não trará o desempenho que todos queremos. Junto com a substituição de Mauro Galvão deverão vir novos atletas que supram as carências apresentadas ao longo da temporada. O Pres. Duda, com serenidade, saberá mesclar as necessidades que vislumbrou ao longo da atual temporada com os anseios da torcida, sempre em busca do melhor para o Grêmio.

Temos certeza de que todos aqueles que estão dirigindo o Grêmio almejam um 2010 com vitórias tricolores de janeiro a dezembro. E cabe a nós, torcedores, estarmos ao lado do time sempre apoiando e torcendo pelos nossos atletas.

Después de un estupendo fin de semana… Un NUEVO lunes se nos regala!! Tenemos una vez más, la oportunidad de contruir el Reino de Amor, que tanto esperamos y deseamos!! ¡¡ÁNIMO!! Construyamos desde el Esperanza, la Fe y el Amor! Tengamos siempre presente el Amor del Padre que todo nos lo perdona y que nos Ama con TODO lo que somos, y… nada nos impedirá construir su Reino!!

De la Buena Noticia de Jesús de Nazaret según San Juan 2,13-22.

Se acercaba la Pascua de los judíos. Jesús subió a Jerusalén y encontró en el Templo a los vendedores de bueyes, ovejas y palomas y a los cambistas sentados delante de sus mesas. Hizo un látigo de cuerdas y los echó a todos del Templo, junto con sus ovejas y sus bueyes; desparramó las monedas de los cambistas, derribó sus mesas y dijo a los vendedores de palomas: “Saquen esto de aquí y no hagan de la casa de mi Padre una casa de comercio“. Y sus discípulos recordaron las palabras de la Escritura: El celo por tu Casa me consumirá. Entonces los judíos le preguntaron: “¿Qué signo nos das para obrar así?“. Jesús les respondió: “Destruyan este templo y en tres días lo volveré a levantar”. Los judíos le dijeron: “Han sido necesarios cuarenta y seis años para construir este Templo, ¿y tú lo vas a levantar en tres días?”. Pero él se refería al templo de su cuerpo. Por eso, cuando Jesús resucitó, sus discípulos recordaron que él había dicho esto, y creyeron en la Escritura y en la palabra que había pronunciado.

El evangelio de hoy, como el de cada día, es riquísimo, y podríamos profundizar en muchísimos aspectos, pero hoy sólo voy a hacerlo en el que más me interpela, que como muchas veces, es la figura de los discípulos.

“Por eso, cuando Jesús resucitó,
sus discípulos recordaron que él había dicho esto,
y creyeron en la Escritura y en la palabra que había pronunciado”

Jesús, en muchos momentos del evangelio deja entrever su futuro, su misión, va dando mensajes sobre lo que pasará, pero sus discípulos no suelen entender mucho a pesar de todo el tiempo que pasaron con él.

Hoy, una vez más, Jesús con su manera de hablar, deja entrever su muerte y resurrección, dice lo que le pasará, dice (a su manera) que lo destruirán, que morirá, y que al tercer día resucitará! sus discípulos no entienden nada, PERO… guardan sus palabras en el corazón! Retienen dentro de ellos, las palabras que Jesús está diciendo, porque aunque hoy no sean capaces de entenderlas… llegará el día en que todo cobrará sentido! En el que la luz iluminará todas esas dudas!

Guardemos todo en nuestros corazón todo aquello que vivimos en lo que reconocemos el amor de Dios, todas esas experiencias y palabras que nos hablan de su Reino, aunque hoy no las entendamos, aunque a veces nos den rabia y nos salgan respuestas como las de sus discípulos (o espeicalmente como las de Pedro…)

Guardemos en el corazón y confiemos, en que TODO tiene su sentido, y en que TODO está bien hecho!! ¡¡ÁNIMO!!

Eu sou da seguinte opinião: ele nem deveria levar ao conhecimento da direção a proposta dos árabes.

O Grêmio esperou tanto por ele, fez todo um “planejamento” de um ano e meio com ele de treinador, que ele, com todo seu ar de ético e de conduta irretocável, deveria abafar a proposta e seguir seu trabalho. É o que se poderia esperar de um profissional com a sua história.

Mas ele foi correndo dizer que tinha proposta milionária pra voltar.

Olha, seria o caso de liberá-lo imediatamente. Mesmo que ele estivesse fazendo um bom trabalho.

O Autuori mostrou que, se não sair agora, pode largar o Grêmio a qualquer momento, diante de uma proposta ainda maior, comprometendo a temporada de 2010.

O cavalo passou encilhado e o Duda deixou passar. com metade do salário do Autuori dá pra pagar um grande jogador.

Hoje, falei rapidamente com o presidente gremista na rádio Guaíba, ao meio-dia. Sugeri que ele consiga alguém para ficar acima do Meira no futebol, ou ao lado, nunca subordinado ao Meira.

Sugeri ainda que ele passe a agir mais diretamente no futebol. O presidente tem essa prerrogativa e não pode se omitir. Ou vcs pensam que o Koff não se metia no futebol quando Cacalo era vice? Faz parte.

O Duda respondeu que ia analisar essa possibilidade. O Duda conhece muito futebol, deve exercitar esse conhecimento. Não pode comer pela mão dos outros.

Ele é o presidente, o líder. O comando é dele. Se estourar, a responsabilidade é dele, do presidente.
