01:30 AM luni, evident adorm târziu și ma trezesc cu greu. Nimic neobișnuit pana aici.  Sarim peste partea cu trezirea, ajungem la partea cu plecarea la scarbici. Usa de la lift nu se deschide la etajul meu ! GOD DAMNIT ! Administratorul oare este plătit degeaba ?! pai cam da ! și uite asa cobor agale pe scări. Pe cine întâlnesc pe la etajul 1 ? Pai brigada de muncitori. Cum care muncitori ? Nu v-am zis ? Ahh va zic imediat : blocul meu a intrat în programul acela celebru de reabilitare termica, adică refac terasa, fațada ( la primăvara-vara) si pun termopane ( pe bani statului + primăriei, adică tot pe banii mei ca eu plătesc impozit, da ?! ok ). Deci dimineața m-am întâlnit cu brigada de oameni care sparg geamurile vechi pentru a face loc la cele noi. Si brusc drumul meu spre birou s-a oprit. Am rămas acasă ca doar trebuiau sa vina băieții sa spargă 14 metri de geamuri de la balcon. Si au venit si au spart, si au luat cu ei ramele de fier si mi-au lăsat mie 100001 de cioburi ( asa afacere mai zic si eu !). Multe, prea multe geamuri sparte ! cu chiu cu vai am reușit sa adun 5 saci FĂRĂ SA MA TAI ! în schimb am reușit sa înghit 2-3 tone de praf. Acum balconul arata dezolant…zici ca l-a violat cineva…naspa rău dacă nu e închis, cică săptămâna viitoare vin și cu termopanele aferente.

Dar nu asta vroiam sa va povestesc… după ce am terminat eu toata curățenia aferenta după dezastrul aferent, fac eu un dus. Apoi decid ca este cazul sa îmi aplic o noua cicatrice/urma pe viata. Unde m-am tăiat ? ( în timp ce m-am bărbierit), pai unde sa o vadă toata lumea ca tare mândru sunt de cicatricea mea !; mai precis pe obraz !.
Cum naiba nu m-am tăiat în 1001 de cioburi dar ma mutilez singur !

Morala : dacă nu se deschide ușa la lift… maybe is not a good day !

Unu din lucrurile care ma fac infinit fericita este sa ajung seara acasa, sa ma descalt la intrare. Sa intru in baie si sa dau in mod mecanic drumu la dus. Ma dezbrac usor cu privirea fixa si imi las hainele pe jos, intr-o nepasare totala. Imi scot agrafele si imi desprind parul. Intru sub dusul fierbinte, las sa-mi curga si sa-mi invadeze trupul gol apa fierbinte, imi simt parul ud pe umeri, inchid ochii, rimelul si tusul imi curg pe obraji si pentru urmatoarele zece minute uit complet de realitatea din jurul meu. Uit de scoala, de familie, de prieteni, de probleme, de insomnii, de jocuri, de frigul de afara, de dorul de mare. E singurul moment din zi cand ma simt singura, doar cu mine si zambesc in sinea mea, pentru mine. Urmeaza minute intregi de visare si de pura imaginatie.

Cand deschid ochii si dau cu ochii de faianta ma trezesc, parca am dormit 10 ore. Am revenit.

Ninguém tem coragem de nos perguntar qual foi o motivo da morte da Carol. O ser humano tem uma necessidade absurda de achar culpados para todo e qualquer problema que sofra, então é mais fácil achar que o obstetra errou ou que os neonatologistas não deram o seu melhor. Eu, é claro, não fujo à regra. A primeira reação que tive ao saber que a nossa filha estava enfrentando dificuldades para urinar por conta de uma infecção foi achar que a culpada era eu. Afinal, se ela nasceu prematuramente, de alguma maneira, a falha foi minha. Será que eu me descuidei e fiz algum esforço que causou a ruptura da bolsa? Será que o meu ritmo de tabalho prejudicou a continuidade da gravidez? Será que fui eu quem passou essa infecção para ela?

As dúvidas nessas horas são infinitas, poderia passar o dia apontando cada uma das questões que estavam – e ainda estão – povoando meus pensamentos. O fato é que a realidade não nos permite continuar buscando alternativas. A vida não é feita de suposições, mas de situações concretas. A Carol nasceu saudável, entre os bebês da UTIN com certeza era potencialmente a que tinha as melhores chances ser liberada a curto prazo, e sua evolução nos dois primeiros dias, os mais críticos, foi excepcional. Ela era um pequeno milagre.

Com a suspensão dos anitbióticos, que o bebê prematuro recebe de praxe -há sempre o risco da causa do nascimento antecipado ser decorrente de uma infecção intrauterina -,  a Carol ficou exposta a bactérias e vírus que não seriam perigosos para crianças nascidas no tempo certo, mas esse é o tratamento padrão. O sonho dava espaço ao pesadelo. Não houve tempo para reverter o quadro, a Klebsiella Pneumoniae, uma bactéria poderosa quando atinge recém-nascidos prematuros,  levou a nossa Carol em tempo recorde. Por se tratar de uma bactéria característica em ambientes hospitalares, principalmente UTI’s,  recebe a definição de infecção hospitalar. Essa foi a causa da morte. Fim de história.

Não cabe a mim julgar se houve ou não precipitação no tipo de tratamento dado a ela,  a nossa corujinha estava exposta aos mesmos riscos que tantos outros prematuros devido à sua baixa imunidade e, com toda a certeza, recebeu os melhores cuidados clínicos. Ela foi uma em um milhão, virou estatísca para o Ministério da Saúde.

Não é culpa dos médicos, não é culpa do hospital, não é culpa minha, não é culpa de D’us. E é com isso que precisamos nos acostumar.  Esse é o motivo pelo qual estamos aqui hoje, escrevendo este blog.

Aseară…după o zi foooarte foarte lungă…m-am băgat la un duş fierbinte…şi aşa când eram în plin act…m-am trezit…cântând!!!de acolo şi întrebarea…voi ce ziceţi? Vouă vi se întâmplă? Ce simţiţi atunci?

Suntem oare conştienţi că nu ne aude nimeni şi de aceea ne permitem să cântăm?

Cântăm pentru că ne place vocea nostră de sub duş aşa de mult?

Are cumva efect terapeutic asupra noastră?

E cumva mai ceva ca un energizant?

Sau care e explicaţia?

Oare dacă s-ar interzice cântatul la duş i-am duce lipsa?

5 rounds of max effort of 30 seconds on, 20 seconds off/rest (1 round consists of 30 seconds of effort and 20 seconds of rest in a rotation of):
Deadlifts, 275/185 lbs
Knees to Elbows
Double Unders or Row for calories

205 as rx’d. Deadlifts weren’t gonna be the money maker so went heavy and focused on keeping form during a timed WOD, where I usually hurry and it falls apart. I haven’t mastered the touch and go but I think this is the route to it for me. I reset after every deadlift to keep my back tight and chest big. Got 5, 4, 3, 3, 3 per round. Knees to elbows were fine, DUs got me the reps.

Worked on the muscle up with Bryan afterwards, trying to teach him the same way Ryan PCF showed me. Did 7 or 8 ring pullups. My first MU is getting close. Worked on HSPU after that since it’s been a while.

9:03 w/ 245#. All deadlifts were unbroken, forgot that I broke the last set of deadlifts. And back was rounding on some reps. Double unders weren’t flowing tonight, couldn’t string more than a few together except for bursts of 10 here and there. I’ll blame it on doing it in the lifting shoes.

Worked the muscleup after the WOD. Ryan showed me the assisted MU with toes on the floor, this helps with muscle memory and gave me a feel for how tight I have to keep the rings as I transition. Great stuff. Did about 6 or 7 and was just trashed after.

A Carol nasceu prematura numa Segunda-feira, foi totalmente inesperado. Eu estava numa fase bem complicada no trabalho, e tinha viajado na Quinta-feira anterior ao parto da Paula para o Chile e voltado para casa no Sábado. Por muito pouco eu não estaria junto com a Paula no momento em que a bolsa estourou, e não viveria todos aqueles momentos maravilhosos (mas tensos) que antecederam nossa pequena grande tragédia.

Apesar do final de nossa história ter sido o pior possível, guardo aqueles momentos únicos como um presente que recebi de D’us por poder estar ao lado da Paula naquela madrugada: levá-la à maternidade, descobrir que o parto seria dali a algumas horas, aguentar os gritos da Paula durante as contrações, avisar pessoas queridas do nascimento da Carol, colocar a roupa especial para assitir o parto, segurar a mão da Paula e falar com ela durante o parto, ver a nossa corujinha pela primeira vez….

Acho que eu não me perdoaria se estivesse viajando numa hora dessas, e acredito que viver aqueles momentos, mesmo com a perda da Carol, me tornou uma pessoa melhor. Aprendi muito e espero estar usando estes ensinamentos que a Carol me trouxe para ajudar as pessoas que amo a viverem melhor e mais felizes.

Amanhã vou viajar pela primeira vez desde que a Carol nasceu. Serão 3 dias longe de casa, da Paula, da família, dos amigos. A vontade de ir é nenhuma e com certeza minha cabeça não estará lá, mas penso que tenho que passar por isso para ampliar a visão que tenho quando olho pelo buraco da fechadura e entender melhor tudo que passei. Eu vou, mas logo estarei de volta. Carol, cuida da mamãe!

   Çorak topraklarımdan sana insanlarımı getirdim. Kimisi sevilmeye aç… Kimisi de özgürlüğe… Tüm kıskanımlarında da sen varsın. Ve gittikçe sona yaklaşıyoruz. Bu uzay boşluğunda ayaklarım da yere basamıyor. Şaşkınım… Yeniden öğrenmem gerek yürümeyi ve ardından dur durak bilmeden koşmayı… Topraktan yeni filizlenen bir çiçek gibi güneşi ilk gördüğümde gerilmeyi… Gözlerim kamaşıncaya kadar güneşe bakmayı… Ve sonunda ölebilmeyi… Bitebilmeyi… Ve umudumun en can alıcı noktasında sana seslenip beni tüm kabuslarımdan virgüllemeyi… Beni noktalamayı… Sona yaklaşıyoruz göremeden ve ikimizde görmek istemeden… Ve benim hala atlıkarıncalar düşlerimdeyken tüm hasretimle sana çağırıyorum: Seni Seviyorum.

   Ve şimdi git… Git ki bir anlamı olsun bu sevgimin… Bırak yarım kalsın… Tüm çığlıklarımı hangi kayadan attığımı bile bilmeden amaçsız yaşamalıyım. Öylesine sessiz… Sensiz… Gizli kalmalısın, saklamalıyım seni, kimse bilmemeli ve beni gördüklerinde kim ki bu sevgili dedirtmeli… Kim? Manasına kapılmadan yol al ve git artık. Vakit geldi. Kalbinin kapılarını aç. Aşkı tümüyle benden tatmadan uzaklaş. Ama elbet bu ayrılığın bir sonu olmalı, bakışlarımızda hüzün çiçekleri değil güller açmalı, gökten yağmurlar yağmalı başaklara, yıldırımlar düşmeli ana kucağına, dövülmeli davul ağlayan gelinin ardından bir şekilde işte… Ve beni anlamalı tanrı…

   Şimdi git. Git ki umudum hep olsun yaşanmayana dair… Belki bir gün hatırlarsın. Okursun dipnotlarına sıkıştırdığın geçmişini… Mağrur, işaretlemiş olduğun tüm doğrularını… Ve arkanda kalan tek yanlışın benim olduğunu düşündüğün an… Cennet dizlerine kapanıp ağlayacak, cehennem küfredecek ve nihayetinde insanlarımın dize geldiği bir krallık çökecek. Ve adının ne nihaventsiz olduğunu söyleyecek bulut, toprak seni kabullenmeyecek… Hava nefretle bakacak sana… Akıl ise hayıflanacak… Ve tüm bunlara rağmen ben senden gelmeni dileyeceğim…

   Duygu yüklü bulutlar, salıversin yağmurlarını kalbimin nehirlerine… Bozkırlarla kaplı topraklarım karlarla süslensin… Hiçbir hayat emaresi kalmasın bitkilerde… Yeşeren yalnızca umutlarım olsun. Ve soğuk tenimi yaksın. Aydınlık kalksın. Hem varsın olmasın kuşların sesi… Onları duymayalı zaten çok uzun zaman oldu… Ama bu eziklik ta ki sen gelinceye kadar. Yoksa bu duruma çok uzun müddet katlanamam. Dayanamam bu ölüm vari sessizliğe… Ve yaşamakta yok gözümde… Hem geleceğin gün topraklarımda ilk filizlenen bitki görmek isteyecek seni… Nedense başka bir aşk saracak çevresini… Ardından yükselen müziğe kaptırarak kendini tüm çorak arazilerimi bereketlendirecek… Bitmedi dahası da var söyleyeceklerimin. Ben hiç kalkamazken tahtımdan şahlanan bakışlarım diriltecek yolarını… Dağlar dümdüz kılacak kendisini… Ufuk ırak kalmayacak bana… Borazanlar çalacak ve rüzgar uğuldayacak seni nasıl özlediğimi. Ve zamanın kirli gövdesine vurup kırbacımı kaderin sırat köprüsünden uçarak sana ulaşacağım…

   Ama tabiat ana söylerken en son şarkısını ikimize, biz ayrı yollarda, farklı insanlarla savaşınım veriyor olacağız. Basit insan rollerine bürünüp yaşadıklarımızı unutacağız. Hatırlamak ve hatırlanmak olmayacak dileğimiz. Belki doğrusu da bu… Ama şeytan dururken düşünce okyanusumun üzerinde sen hep hatırlanacaksın lakin iblisin alevleriyle buhar tutan deniz suyunun tuzu, ikimizin acısını da katmerlendirecek. Ve ikimizde bununla yaşamaya alışacağız. Birbirimizden haber dahi almadan… Ve dağlar dövülmedikçe, güneş doğmadıkça, volkanlar patlamadıkça, depremler usun temellerini yıkmadıkça, seller boyumu aşmadıkça ve bu doğa olaylarından herhangi bir tanesi dahi olmadıkça birbirimizi hiç hatırlamayacağız. Avunmak ve avutulmak için var olacağız. Ve bu büyüttüğüm krallık unutulacak… Ve esir düşmüş senliğim yaralanacak bu savaş meydanında… Hayatım dizleri üstüne kapaklanacak… Hiç kaybetmemiş bir kral olarak ölecekken, yalnız sana yenileceğim… Bundan utanç duymuyorum… Ama kellemi uçururken yalnızca gözlerimin içine bak… Kazandıklarımı ve kaybettiklerimi gör… Ve bunu daima hatırla… Düşün…

De bus is voor paupers die geen auto kunnen betalen en te lui zijn om te gaan fietsen. Nee, van de bus, daar wordt je niet blij van.

Buschauffeurs hebben nog nooit van tijden gehoord, en rijden als er 3 minuten voor de vertrektijd niemand bij het bushokje staat, gewoon weg. En als je er wel staat komen ze te laat. En als je een kaartje koopt moet je opschieten omdat ze anders ‘niet op tijd komen’. Een kaartje, ja. Mijn OV-chipkaart moet ik nog steeds opladen, ik heb immers nog steeds geen geld.

En nooit vrolijk, die buschauffeurs. Gek eigenlijk. De reizigers gedragen zich altijd prima, en het is zo’n lekker afwisselend beroep. Nee, zielige buschauffeurders,  jullie hadden ook gewoon naar school kunnen gaan vroeger. Dan had je nu een flatscreen gehad om elke avond je voetbal te kunnen kijken. Die bus is overigens in Nederland over een jaartje of 10 toch wel verdwenen. De trein, tram en metro gaan het helemaal maken. Vooral die metro, trouwens.

Nesta terça-feira fomos ao Ohel Chabad Lubavitch, onde está enterrado o Rabbi Menachem M. Schneerson, considerado uma das principais figuras do judaísmo. É costume escrever uma carta para ser deixada no Ohel – palavra que siginifica tenda e que se refere ao local onde os Tzadiks (justos) são enterrados - pedindo inspiração, orientação e bênçãos ao Rebe para que ele interceda junto D’us por nós.

O Rebe Lubavitch era conhecido por sua grande força espiritual em vida e após seu falecimento acredita-se que a sua alma elevada auxilia aqueles que  rezam e buscam bençãos. Por isso, é costume escrever uma carta e, após lê-la em silêncio em frente ao túmulo do Rebe, rasgá-la e jogá-la lá mesmo como forma de  fazer um contato direto com ele. Foi o que fizemos, com grande fé e esperança de que existe um futuro de alegrias reservado para nossa família e que a nossa Carol está acompanhada de outros anjos e almas do bem na missão de nos dar força para continuar seguindo em frente.

Cu câteva ore în urma, făceam un dus si eu. Toate bine şi normale. Ies din dus, când sa ma şterg cu prosopul meu cel pufos (spălat cu Cocolino), ce aud ? suna telemobilul din camera, suna 1 data, si încă o data, gata într-o secunda iau cea mai greşită decizie pe ziua de astăzi : sa răspund ! Zis si făcut, când am făcut primul pas din baie am realizat ca sunt ud şi calc pe gresie, când am făcut al doilea pas am realizat ca am căzut! AUUUUCCCCHHHHHHHH ! GOD DAMNIT ! Rezultatele sunt următoarele :

Am intrat cu un picior în coltul de la perete, rezultatul ? 2 tăieturi adânci, 1 bucata vânătaie la genunchi, una bucata unghie rupta, si încă una bucata vânătaie la celalalt picior cu care am nimerit în masa de călcat.
Ahhh am menţionat ca şi după 2 ore tot curge sânge ? Ehh pana ma însor cu siguranţă trece.

Si uite asa am mai adăugat încă o cicatrice de toate frumuseţea la colecţie. Sweeeettttt ( not ).

Deci urmaţi sfatul Lion ! sau măcar nu încercaţi sa alergaţi pe gresie…

Ahh dar a suferit si peretele !

WHAT ARE THE IMPLICATIONS OF A Weak Dollar

The weakness of the U.S. dollar was one of the biggest stories in the financial markets today which is quite interesting considering the fact that the dollar failed to hit a new yearly low against the 3 most actively traded currencies – the Euro, British pound and J.P.nese Yen. Instead, the dollar dropped to significant level against the Australian, New Zealand and Canadian dollars. Yet investors around the world are paying attention because the weakness of the dollar drove

prices to a record high. It is also not a coincidence that equities are trading higher on a day that the dollar is weakening because a weaker Currency is positive for the U.S. economy in many different ways.

and here is a quick update on our points:

1. Don’t Expect a Fed Exit Anytime Soon

– The decision by the Reserve Bank of Australia to hike interest rates last night highlights the sharp divergence between the growth and monetary policy of countries like Australia with that of the Federal Reserve. Recent comments from the Fed suggest that they intend to keep Quantitative Easing in place for as long as they can. Over the past few decades, the Fed has never raise interest rates before the unemployment rate has peaked. With the recent uptick in unemployment, there is a good chance that the Federal Reserve could be one of the slowest central banks to tighten monetary policy and the slower they are, the fewer reasons for investors to own dollars.

2. Reserve Diversification

– Although not directly related to reserve Diversification, speculation that the Gulf States, China, Russia and Brazil are holding secret meetings to establish non-dollar denominated

contracts contributed to the weakness of the dollar. Qatar and Saudi Arabia denied the speculation but this should remind Traders that many non Anglo-Saxon nations have a long standing desire to reduce their dependence on the dollar.

3. Strong Q3 Earnings

– To get a sense of how currencies could impact Earnings, just listen to the complaints coming from J.P.n. Toyota warned that for each one yen appreciation against the dollar, operating profit is cut by 35 billion yen or $390 million. For Canon, each one yen appreciation hurts their bottom-line by more than 4 billion yen or $45 million. No U.S. corporation will be that specific, but from these statistics, we can gage the positive impact that a Weak Dollar may have for U.S. exporters. Alcoa reports on Thursday so watch for more discussion about currencies and their impact on Earnings

4. Twin Deficits

– The U.S. trade deficit is due for release on Friday. The twin deficits have long been a drag on the dollar.

5. Price Patterns

– So far, price Patterns are holding. At the beginning of September we talked about how the price action of the

this month could set the tone for the rest of the year. At that time, we

showed two tables illustrating

how in 7 out of the last 10 years, the


EUR/USD





moved in the same direction between October and December as it did in September. For


USD/JPY,





the odds were even higher with the Currency seeing follow through 8 out of the past 10 years. Therefore based upon past price Patterns, we have more reasons to believe that the dollar will fall against the Euro and J.P.nese Yen over the next 3 months.

There are no major U.S. economic reports until Friday.

EUR/USD:





ECB RISK

For the third trading day in a row, the Euro appreciated against the U.S. dollar. There was no economic data from the Eurozone which means that the strength of the currency stemmed entirely from dollar weakness. As the greenback continues to lose value, Traders will start to wonder about what could turn the dollar around. Last week, the dollar appreciated significantly on the heels of currency related comments from European officials. This is why the European Central Bank meeting on Thursday is such a major event risk. ECB President Trichet will undoubtedly be asked about his take on the dollar or euro. If he simply reiterates his previous support for a strong dollar or expresses concern about excess volatility in foreign exchange it may be enough to turn the

around. The final release for Q2 GDP and German factory orders are due for release tomorrow. There is a good chance that orders may have suffered from the expiration of the cash for clunkers program. Meanwhile the Swiss Franc traded higher against the euro and U.S. dollar despite news that prices declined for the seventh month in a row. Labor market numbers are due for release tomorrow and like the rest of the world, unemployment is expected to grow in Switzerland.

GBP/USD:





HIT BY SHARP DECLINE IN INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION

Of all the major currencies, the British pound was the only one that failed to benefit from dollar weakness. Reason being that U.K. economic data has disappointed once again. On Monday, the market was elated by the improvement in service sector activity, but the manufacturing sector continues to suffer. Industrial production dropped 2.5 percent in August, driving annualized IP down 11.2 percent. Manufacturing production also fell 1.9 percent, to the lowest level in nearly 17 years. Although the sharp contraction in activity is partially due to the expiration of the car scrappage program, the report was still very bad. Numbers such as these validate the dovishness of the Bank of England and explain the currency’s underperformance. However there are pockets of strength, most notably in the housing market as price growth doubles in the month of September. Unfortunately this will not prevent the U.K. economy from standing still according to the National Institute of Economic and Social research who calculated that GDP remained unchanged from July to September. Consumer confidence is due for release this evening along with shop prices.

USD/CAD:





HITS 1 YEAR HIGH

The commodity currencies stole the limelight today with the Canadian, Australian and New Zealand dollars all hitting 12 month highs. The loonie benefited from solid economic data while the Aussie and Kiwi propelled higher following the Reserve Bank of Australia’s shocking decision to raise interest rates by 25bp. The RBA has set the bar and it is now up to other central banks to follow. According to the statement, this will not be a one off hike. Instead, the central bank intends to gradually lift interest rates from emergency levels. Their decision to raise rates now rather than later may be a bit strategic since they could have a tough time justifying a rate hike after the third quarter consumer price report. Australia’s decision is also a vote of confidence for the global recovery. The RBA’s decision could help lift the Aussie to 90 cents and higher. Meanwhile the Canadian dollar rose to a 1 year high following strong economic reports. Building permits rose by 7.2 percent in August while manufacturing conditions accelerated by the strongest level since July 2008. The IVEY PMI index which measures activity in the manufacturing sector rose from 55.7 to 61.7 in September, reducing some of the Bank of Canada’s fear that the strength of the Canadian dollar is crimping the country’s recovery. Every single one of the subcomponents of the IVEY PMI report exhibited strength with employment expanding for the first time since August 2008. This suggests that job growth continued in the month of September which will be important ahead of Friday’s Canadian employment report. The next level of support in the


USD/CAD





is not until 1.05. Aside from some secondary housing market reports from Australia, no major economic data are expected from the 3 commodity producing countries.

USD/JPY





BREAKS WITH EQUITIES

The


USD/JPY





currency pair fell victim to broad dollar strength despite the sharp rise in U.S. equities. The only piece of economic data released from Japan last night was loans and discounts which increased by 1.8 percent in August, compared to 2.4 percent the previous month. The market continues to shrug off comments from Finance Minister Fujii who warned that the Japanese government will take action if the movements in the yen become extremely abnormal. With the Yen strengthening and Japanese corporations screaming, government officials said it is too early for the central bank to withdraw stimulus. Deputy Prime Minister Naoto Kan even went so far as to suggest that the government may need to compile an additional program to support the labor market.


USD/JPY&





#8217;s break with equities indicates that the dollar is driving the currency market and not risk appetite. The economic calendar heats up this evening with leading indicators, the trade and current Account balance and Eco Watchers survey due for release.

EUR/USD:





Currency in Play for Next 24 Hours

The


EUR/USD





will be the currency in Play for the next 24 hours. The final release of Q2 Euro-zone Gross Domestic Product is due at 9:00GMT or 4:00AM ET followed by German factory orders at 10:00 GMT or 6:00AM ET.
The


EUR/USD





has recovered significantly off of last week’s lows and is at the cusp of entering the Buy Zone, which we establish using Bollinger Bands. A break of today’s high of 1.4762 would open the door for a move towards the 1 year high of 1.4845. However if the currency pair fails to enter the Buy Zone, it could retest support at 1.4580, which is the first standard deviation Bollinger Band.

Hi Kathy, Well put and may I add that by the end of this year 300 million Americans will come into Play concerning the value of the Dollar. The Fed as we know it will be out and I mean literally out, without a job. Mid TERm elections will also wake up Washington a little more. For the first time in many many years the average American is talking about the colapse of their currency. This is huge because millions of Americans that have any money left will move it to gold and foreign currencies. Already some US senators are trying to pass a law to prohibit ownership of foreign currencies. I believe the Dollar is in bigger trouble than most people know. Time will tell but the US debt in my opinion is way beyond repair.Sorry for too much babbling. Maybe its time for the AMERO. Bye for now and good luck trading Darrell

Excellent Kathy. Considering that the national U.S debt is $12T, the unfunded liabilites (pensions et al) are $104T, and current projected deficits are $9T in the next few years, a weak dollar will do wonders for the U.S. as they will pay those debts with wooden nickels. Pity those on fixed incomes.

I’d like to point out that gold has risen in USD and Euros, but has gone down this year in many other currencies, please see live chart at http://nexalogic.com/gold.html. Gold has gone up +18% in USD, but has gone down 17% vs Real (YTD). Gold going up is all relative. It is the same thing with the “markets going up”.

just think of a simple math, you made out 100USD loan from me a year ago, let say this year the USD value has gone down 20%. think about it ! how much you have to pay me back now ?

What if earnings report in Q3 was exceptionally good? How is that going to affect USD?

Would a good Q3 earnings and a stablizing job market make the Fed consider rate hikes “sooner than later”?

Since currencies are trading off equities currently, strong earnings should be positive for stocks and in turn negative for the dollra

După câteva ore de somn liniştitor m-am trezit în dimineaţa asta chitit să umplu chenarul alb din panoul meu de control. Aşa că am băgat un ghiveci de informaţii pe care le-am auzit din toate părţile. 

Ceea ce era de aşteptat să se întâmple s-a întâmplat. Băieţii în negru de la Mănăstirea Cotmeana, undeva prin Argeş, şi-au tuningat cutia milei cu un sistem de alarmă. Motivul e simplu, prea mulţi hoţi care se serveau pentru a mai sorbi un lichior. Pur şi simplu încurcau traseul banilor, în loc să dea, luau. Pe deasupra stareţul promite o siguranţă şi mai şi. Îşi va trage nene un sistem video de vor fugi ”poftitorii” bunurilor mănăstirii ca dracul de tămâie.

Obama a reuşit în câteva luni ce n-au putut alţii într-o viaţă. A făcut el ce-a făcut şi s-a trezit cu un Nobel pentru pace în braţe. Nu ştiu care-ar fi fost acele “eforturi privind neproliferarea şi cooperarea între popoare” dar meritul lui principal a fost legat de opoziţia faţă de familia Bush. La asemenea cazne, merita omul. Mă gândesc totuşi la acei oameni care-şi închină viaţa în sprijinul alinării popoarelor din lumile chinuite de războaie. Ei se aleg probabil cu satisfacţia de a-şi îndeplini crezul. Că de vreun premiu, fie el şi onorific, nu poate fi vorba. Acesta îl primesc, culmea, cei care stârnesc războaie, precum americanii. Măcar milioanul de dolari primit să-l ofere liderul de culoare american cuiva care merită.

Mă bucur să aflu că nu sunt singurul român ce nu mai dă doi bani pe şcoala românească. Ba chiar mă alătur grupului de 50% dintre semenii mei care împărtăşesc aceeaşi opinie. Probabil cealaltă jumătate nu au trecut prin minunata şcoală românească sau îşi lăfăie dosurile prin fotolii de conducere. 

Mare bombă mare. S-a stabilit prin date certe că Hitler n-a fost nici bolnav psihic, nici drogat şi nici măcar homosexual. Dacă nu se găseau nişte doctori plictisiţi să infirme zvonurile lansate de ce ştiu eu ce pierde-vară, istoria ar fi fost nedreaptă cu unul dintre cei mai mari tirani. Mie mi-e destul să ştiu că a fost un criminal de carieră şi nu mai contează motivele. Nici măcar pentru familiile milioanelor de non-arieni trimişi pe lumea cealaltă. 

Apa dăunează grav sănătăţii. Pare-se că ne întoarcem la lumea plină de păduchi şi urât mirositoare a secolelor de mult apuse. Dar numai în cazul în care folosim duşul. Zice-se că în capetele duşurilor se acumulează bacterii care pot deveni fatale pentru plămânii noştri. Cine-o zice? Un microbiolog american pe numele său Norman Pace şi trupa lui de şoc. Toate astea în urma verificării a 50 de capete de duş. Deci, folosiţi în Pace cada de baie!

Jocurile Olimpice din 2016 de la Rio sunt de rău augur pentru unele sporturi. Tărâmul brazilian nu va apuca să asiste la “spectaculoasele” partide de baseball şi softball, acestea fiind scoase din lista olimpică. Ce tragedie! Noroc că s-au găsit înlocuitori. Aşa că bun venit golf şi rugby în 7. Ce să mai, din lac în puţ. Ce au mai nimerit-o diriguitorii olimpici.

Selecţionerul sârbilor nu vrea cu nici un preţ să-i înfurie pe valahii juniorului. Aşa că declaraţia soft a antrenorului Antic îndemna la inteligenţă din partea jucătorilor lui. Fiindcă aşa şi numai aşa pot înfrânge o Românie într-o formă de zile mari. Să fim serioşi! Le recomand sârbilor să nu lipsească de pe teren, acesta fiind singurul impediment în calea victoriei lor şi a calificării la CM sud african. Restul vine de la sine!
