Aminado naman ako, na binago ako ng 2008. Yung tipong pagbabago na nangyari na lang, yung hindi na inisip, yung bago ka pa nagka-wisyong isipin e andun na yung pagbabago, yung tipong pagbabagong pati sarili mo ay ginulat mo, tapos sa dulo hindi naman pala masyadong kagulat-gulat, medyo lang.

At yun pala ang pinakamasarap na pagbabago. Yung inaakap na lang.

Nagtapos nung 2008 ang Marimar at nag-umpisa naman ang Dyesebel. Mga TV show lang sila, pero binago nila ang mga paniniwala at pananaw ko. Na okey lang pala hindi masyadong seryosohin ang mga bagay-bagay. Na okey lang pala sumubok ng bago. Na okey lang pala magkamali, bakit sino bang nagbibilang? Na okey lang pala magdesisyon nang di pinapaputi ang buhok sa kakaisip nang malalim. Na okey lang magdesisyon nang tatlong segundo lang pinag-isipan, tapos kung mali pala ang desisyon, okey lang pala, bakit, perfect ka? Na okey lang pala. Okey lang. (TV show pa lang sila ng lagay na yan a, e pano pa kaya kung nag-anyong tao pa sila? Actually, parang okey lang.)

Tuwing nalulungkot ako, ang sarap balik-balikan ng Palawan, kung saan kami nag-taping ng pilot ng Dyesebel nung May. (Kung tatanungin siguro ako ng pinakamasayang naganap nung nakaraang taon, kahit tulog pa ako, Palawan ang isasagot ko, isi-sleepwalk ko pa. Kitam, kahit hindi pa nga tanungin e, sinagot ko na.) Ang daming tinuro sakin ng Palawan sa loob ng limang araw. Kung paano kumanta ng Eheads habang nagkukunwaring hindi pa lasing pero deep inside the esophagus naman, e hinahanap mo na ang pinakamalapit na CR, kung gaano kasarap magtrabaho nang nag-eenjoy kasi andyan lang sa tabi mo ang dagat, kung gaano kasarap ang matulog sa dalampasigan habang may nahuhulog na mga bulalakaw sa itaas, may mga ka-trabahong lasing na nag-eenglish sa likod, may mala-polvoron na buhangin sa ilalim, at may panaginip na di mo na maaalala, basta. I don’t really like Marian Rivera, but I will have to say that she showed maturity when she was asked to react on Boy Abunda’s comment on The Buzz saying that she is not the biggest actress in the country now.

Boy was reacting to Kris Aquino’s statement.

Kris clarified though that she was only referring to Dyesebel and Marimar which Marian co-stars with Dingdong Dantes.

Marian, refuse to say anything and instead just said ‘I love you Ate Kris.’

Dogs open their mouths with their tongue hanging out, and they look like smiling. This picture is natural; we often see it on the streets. But Karylle is not a dog and what she threw, when asked by Boy Abunda if Marian Rivera was pregnant, was just a natural smile from a human being. It wasn’t a smile like that of Mona Lisa’s but according to some people it meant a lot.

Marian went ballistic over a smile, what else would her reaction be if it were a piercing look from a misty eye?

Wearing a beautiful smile is an accessory, but if only a smile could kill, this actress who wore the mythical tail of Dyesebel was already been skewered. Yes, she got hurt, “Na-offense [offend] po ako,” she sobbed.

It’s really unfair for this mestiza that she’s having the unnecessary publicities but she has to remember it is showbizness and people will do whatever it takes to create something to talk about (even a scripted smile). Reality bites and it hurts, but why does she have to be affected if there’s no truth to the scuttlebutt? Is it because she’s only human – weak and defenseless most especially when in front of a chiseled god?

its a song from the 80’s that i could finally use to descirbe a boy whom we all knew as DINGDONG DANTES.   Yup, one remarkable actor who have waited for the right time till his stars shines brighter!  Born as Jose Sixto Gonzales Dantes III, is an award-nominated director/actor, born August 2, 1980 who rarely answers issues and controversies who remains to be too private as a celebrity.  A man of few words, i should say and let his work speak for himself.  Currently, he is one of the most popular & highest paid actors in the Philippines, and is also one of the highest paid underwear model in the country.

Dingdong started as a KFC model in the 90’s and a part of Abztract Dancers.  Their group became a regular of local TV shows including the longest running lunch show EAT BULAGA and talent program THATS ENTERTAINMENT. He once then a part of another local network IBC 13 before he transferred to his current mother ship GMA 7.  As an actor, he debuted on GMA netwroks highly popular youth-oriented flick T.G.I.S. (Thank God It’s Sabado) credited himself as Raphael Dantes when he was seventeen. His role as the dashing boy-next-door Iñaki was massively well received and contributed much to his growing popularity. Almost immediately, Dantes was already a growing sensation. Dingdong Dantes was chosen by E! Entertainment as one of the ’25 Sexiest Men of the World’.   Reportedly, he joins the ranks of hunky actors, models, and sportsmen, including soccer player David Beckham.

Accoding to the said post, “Charlene Sakoda, the executive producer of E! Entertainment Television in Los Angeles, California has been exchanging notes and calls to the manager of one of the hottest popular actors in the Philippines today—Dingdong Dantes. E! Entertainment is one of the largest and most popular networks in Hollywood and the most subscribed network around the world, which is available to 88 million subscribers in the U.S. and 600 million homes internationally.”

E! Entertainment decided to have Dingdong as the only Filipino celebrity to be included on their list. He will be featured in one of the special segments of E! through an interview.  Although E! also eyed another Filipino talent, the network people all rooted for Dingdong. The final choice came from the president of E! Entertainment, who personally chose Dingdong on the list.

Part of the letter stated: “I can assure you that we are only looking to glorify Dingdong Dantes and will only mention him and your footage in a positive light. The show is scheduled to air in the 3rd or 4th quarter of 2008. We do not have a more specific time frame as of yet.”

Malaking sorpresa kay Marian ang recording ng kanyang ama kagabi sa Birthday concert, hindi nito napigilan ang sobra-sobrang mapaiyak habang yakap-yakap ni Dingdong nang marinig ang boses ng ama na bumabati sa kanya sa wikang Español mula sa Spain.

Sabi nga ni Marian, wala raw siyang kinalaman sa date ng kanilang free birthday concert sa Big Dome. Sinabihan lang daw sila ni Dingdong at ‘yun daw ang susundin nila.

“Hindi naman kami ni Dong ang pumili ng date, eh. Sinabi lang sa amin ‘yan at siyempre natuwa kami because malaking event ito para sa mga fans namin ni Dong. Hindi naman namin alam na magiging mala­king issue pa ito.

“Pero nag-usap naman kami ni Dong na after ng show namin ay manonood kami ng For The First Time. ‘Yan ay bilang suporta namin sa pelikula nina Richard at Direk Joyce Bernal,” sabi ni Marian.

Wala naman daw kaso kay Marian kung panoorin niya ang Star Cinema movie dahil pareho naman daw nilang kaibigan ni Dingdong sina Richard at Direk Joyce.
