<content:encoded><![CDATA[<h3>Account Level Security in Microsoft Dynamics GP</h3>
<p>Microsoft Dynamics GP provides Account Level Security to enhance security and redistrict account view. Based on user’s position in your company structure, user can enter, edit and view financial account set, based on the account access granted to your users.</p>
<p>Using Microsoft Dynamics GP Account Level Security, you can make your chart of account more manageable for users-eliminating errors while protecting your sensitive financial information.</p>
<p>To setup account level security you have to perform following steps.</p>
<h3>1. Organizational Structure Setup</h3>
<p>Use the Organizational Structure Setup window to add, define, rename and delete levels and entities. You can define up to four levels and up to 256 entities at each level.</p>

<h3>2. Organizational Tree Setup</h3>
<p>After defining your organization statucture use the Organizational Tree window to display a graphical representation of the organizational structure. You can collapse and expand the entire structure or just portions it. You can also create, modify and delete relationships between the entities you created in the Organizational Structure Setup window.</p>

<h3>3. Organizational Assignment Setup</h3>
<p>Now assign a range of accounts to an entity or to change previous assignments. You can assign a range of accounts to more than one position on the tree.</p>

<h3>4. User Organization Setup</h3>
<p>Open user setup window and then click Organizational Setup Assignment icon.</p>

<p>Now un check Grant Access to All Account and then assign department to selected user and Press Insert.</p>

<h3>5. Enable Account Level Security</h3>
<p>Use Compnay setup window to enable Account Level Security.</p>

<h3>6. Check and Verify</h3>
<p>Now log in to that user. and Check Account. You find limited account for that user.</p>
