Der Fußball treibt in letzter Zeit merkwürdige Blüten.

Jeder Fußballinteressierte hat zwangsläufig mitbekommen, wie die Spielpläne in der ersten und zweiten Bundesliga zerfleddert wurden: an einem Spieltag bis zu fünf verschiedene Anstoßzeiten in den beiden Ligen. “Na und? In England ist es doch genau so.”, mag manch einer argumentieren. Aber muss man denn alles übernehmen, selbst wenn es offensichtlich falsch ist? Wenn Fans und Amateur-Vereine Sturm laufen? Doch in all ihrer Großzügigkeit haben die Fußball-Oberen Entgegenkommen gezeigt und immerhin einzelne Anstoßzeiten noch um eine halbe Stunde nach hinten verlegt. So beginnen die Samstags-Spiele in der Zweiten Liga nun 13.00 Uhr. Eine grandiose Zeit für alle Fans, vor allem die Auswärtigen. Und dass den Amateur-Clubs nachweislich die Zuschauer wegbleiben, wird von DFB und DFL zur Kenntnis genommen – mehr aber auch nicht. In England ist es wohl schließlich genau so.

So richtig heftig zum Kopfschütteln ist aber das, was ein paar Ligen weiter unten geschieht. Erscheint es beispielsweise begreiflich, dass Mannschaften auf ihr Aufstiegsrecht verzichten müssen, weil sie nicht imstande sind, die immer härteren Sicherheits-Vorschriften in den Stadien zu erfüllen? Im Einzelfall mag das vielleicht noch nachvollziehbar sein. Wenn dann jedoch die ersten fünf (!) Mannschaften verzichten müssen und Mannschaft Nummer 6 aufsteigt – dann stellt sich die Frage, wozu überhaupt noch gespielt wird und man nicht einfach im Vorfeld der Saison die Geldscheine zählt und daran Auf- und Abstieg festmacht. Um etwas anderes geht es doch auch gar nicht: Geld.

Drittligist Dynamo Dresden wurde im sächsischen Landespokal kürzlich mit einer Strafe belegt, die an Sinnlosigkeit kaum zu überbieten ist: Die nächsten beiden Landespokal-Heimspiele müssen unter Ausschluss von Publikum stattfinden. Allerdings: Mannschaften aus Liga 1 und 2 nehmen am Landespokal nicht teil. Erzgebirge Aue ist die einzige sächsische Drittliga-Mannschaft neben Dynamo. Wer unterklassig spielt, bekommt automatisch Heimrecht. Bedeutet im Klartext: Dynamo Dresden hat im Landespokal auf absehbare Zeit schlicht keine Heimspiele; es sei denn, ihnen wird Aue zugelost, aber selbst da besteht ja noch die fünfzigprozentige Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass Aue selbst Gastgeber ist. Man darf gespannt sein, wie viele Jahre vergehen werden, bis Dynamo seine Strafe abgesessen hat.

Maßgeblich beteiligt ist Dynamo auch an einem aktuellen Beispiel für den Verfall der Werte des Fußball-SPORTS, womit sich allmählich auch ein lokaler Bezug erschließt.
Im Achtelfinale des Landespokals wurde die Partie Bornaer SV gegen Dynamo Dresden ausgelost. Ein absolutes Traumlos für Sechstligist Borna, könnte man meinen. Wie sich nun allerdings langsam herauskristallisiert, bedeutet dieses Los wohl das sichere Aus für Borna. Aus sportlicher Sicht wäre Dynamo natürlich eh haushoher Favorit gewesen, doch zum sportlichen Kräftemessen wird es eben aller Voraussicht nach gar nicht erst kommen.

Im Stadion der Bornaer kann die Sicherheit nicht garantiert werden. Zum einen zählen die Dynamo-Anhänger, auch wenn man sie natürlich nicht pauschal ALLE über einen Kamm scheren darf, zu den schlimmsten der Republik. Zum anderen wird befürchtet, dass sich Fangruppen (Lok-”Anhänger” hätten es ja nicht weit), die mit Dynamo nicht gerade in freundschaftlichem Kontakt stehen, ebenfalls nach Borna verirren könnten und Auseinandersetzungen dann natürlich alles andere als unwahrscheinlich wären. Deshalb das klare Nein der Polizei zum Bornaer Rudolf-Harbig-Stadion als Austragungsort. Eine Verlegung in ein Stadion, in dem die Sicherheit “gewährleistet” werden könnte, kann sich Borna als kleiner, gastgebender Verein finanziell nicht leisten. Doch weil Borna eben gastgebender Verein ist, stehen sie quasi in der Pflicht, einen Spielort zu finden, der von der Polizei genehmigt werden würde. Gelingt dies nicht, zieht Dynamo Dresden kampflos ins Viertelfinale ein und Borna hätte nach 9-Punkte-Abzug und Niederlagen-Serie eine üble Nachricht mehr.

Führen wir uns die Situation also noch einmal genau vor Augen: Der Bornaer SV würde dafür bestraft werden, dass Dynamo Dresden regelmäßig seine Fans nicht unter Kontrolle bekommt. Beim DFB ist man sich dieses Unsinns durchaus bewusst. Man würde ihn aber in Kauf nehmen, wenn halt keine andere Lösung in Reichweite kommt. Das Heimrecht zu tauschen und das Spiel ohne Publikum auszutragen, wäre naheliegend. Dynamo müsste die Kosten tragen, die die Betreibung des heimischen Stadions verursacht. Will Dynamo aber scheinbar nicht. Lieber nimmt man in Kauf, dass das angekratzte Image noch weiter geschädigt wird (man erinnere sich beispielsweise nur mal daran, wie unzufriedene Dynamo-”Fans” während eines Trainings ihre eigenen Spieler bedrohten und attackierten). Dynamo hätte eines seiner beiden Geisterspiele damit ausgetragen – wenn nicht gegen Borna, dann würde das halt später passieren und dann würden eben später die Einnahmen fehlen.

Es erscheint unklar, warum man nicht diese so offensichtliche Lösung in Anspruch nimmt. Besitzen die Verantwortlichen bei Dynamo so wenig Ehrgefühl, dass sie es vorziehen, kampflos eine Runde weiterzukommen? Unabhängig davon ist der gesunde Menschenverstand nicht in der Lage zu begreifen, wie es möglich sein kann, dass Borna im Zweifelsfall für das Gefahrenpotential, das von Dynamo ausgeht, haftbar gemacht wird. Es wäre ein wirklich verheerendes Signal: Wer die übelsten Fans hat, kommt am Weitesten. Wer sich nichts zu Schulden kommen lässt, zieht den Kürzeren.

Eine woche nach sein entlassung Dynamo Trainer/Sport Direktor Ruud Kaiser hat sich bei die Fans bedankt:

“Ich wünsche uns von ganzem Herzen, dass die Mannschaft wieder erfolgreich ist und SIE als treue Fans von Dynamo den Erfolg erleben, DEN SICH EINE SOLCHE TOLLE FANGEMEINSCHAFT VERDIENT.”

Mit einem Sieg über die 2.Mannschaft von Dynamo Dresden, eroberten die Roten Bullen aus Leipzig die Tabellenführung wieder zurück. Im neueingeweihten Rudolf Harbig Stadion zeigte allerdings zuerst der Gastgeber, wer Herr auf dem Platz ist. Die U23 der Dynamos spielte frech und frei auf.

Die Wende im Spiel brachte eine Ampelkarte für den Dresdner Hoppadietz in der 35 Minute. Von jetzt an nutzten die Leipziger Bullen ihre Überzahl und rissen das Spiel an sich. Das 1:0 folgte dann in der 41 Minute durch Rosin. Er leitete einen Freistoß per Kopf weiter ins Tor.

Die zweite Halbzeit war auch von einer Feldüberlegenheit von RB Leipzig geprägt und diese führte dann in der 84. Minute auch zum verdienten 2:0 durch Höfler.

Da sich Bautzen und Halberstadt nur 1:1 trennten gibt es jetzt drei Punktgleiche Mannschaften an der Spitze der Oberliga.

Jetzt freuen sich die RB Spieler auf das kommende Derby gegen Lok Leipzig iim Zentralstadion am kommenden Sonntag.

Im heutigen Spiel gegen Dynamo Dresden II gewann RB leipzig am Ende glücklich mit 2:0. In den ersten 30 Minuten ging wenig bei beiden Mannschaften. Dann kam RB besser ins Spiel, auch begünstigt durch eine Gelb-Rote Karte für Dresden. In der 41. Minute gelang nach einem Freistoss der Führungstreffer durch Bick.

In der zweiten Halbzeit konnten die Bullen keinen Profit aus ihrer zahlenmäßigen Überlegenheit schöpfen, Dresden hattte einige Chacen zu Ausgleich. Aber in der 84. Minute machte Höfler den 2:0 Auswärtserfolg bei Dreden perfekt. Am Ende etwas glücklich, aber nicht unverdient. Nun ist RB wieder Tabellenführer.

Gleich zwei Leipziger Vereine müssen in dieser Woche am Freitag Abend (19.00 Uhr) ran. Der 1. FC Lok empfängt das auch nach fünf Spieltagen noch punktlose Schlusslicht Borea Dresden. Für die bislang ungeschlagene Loksche (mit den zweitwenigsten Toren ligaweit, aber auch den wenigsten Gegentoren) wäre alles andere als ein Sieg ein herber Rückschlag. Bedeutend schwerer hat es da der FC Sachsen, der zum Mit-Aufstiegsfavoriten VfB Auerbach reisen muss. Vielleicht setzen der Last Minute-Sieg gegen Gera und die erfolgreiche Gläubigerversammlung unter der Woche ja ungeahnte Kräfte frei und machen eine Überraschung möglich.

RB Leipzig greift erst am Sonntag (14.00 Uhr) ins Geschehen ein und gastiert im neuen Harbig-Stadion in Dresden, wo Dynamo II den Gastgeber gibt. Nach zuletzt wenig berauschenden Leistungen mit dem negativen Höhepunkt in der Heimniederlage gegen Bautzen steht Wiedergutmachung auf dem Programm. Die Zweite von Dresden gehört zu den Schießbuden der Liga, stellt sich vermutlich – vor allem daheim – nicht mit zehn Mann in die Abwehr – vielleicht kommt das dem bislang wenig kreativen Spiel von RB eher entgegen als kompakt stehende Bautzener oder Halberstadter.

[w+] Heimspiele der Amateure sind in der Regel sehr angenehme Abwechslungen zum Ligaalltag der ersten Bundesliga. Gespielt wird in der Roten Erde, die Atmosphäre ist entspannter und die 90 Minuten können auch mal gepflegt mit einem Pläuschen verbracht werden. Normalerweise! Kommt aber mit der SG Dynamo Dresden ein Gast nach Dortmund, drehen die Sicherheitsbeauftragten komplett am Teller und das Spiel wird ins Westfalenstadion verlegt, was den Genuss von besagten Amateurheimspielen erheblich schmälert.

Nun gut, anschauen wollte ich mir den Kick natürlich trotzdem und so ging es um 13 Uhr auf zur Strobelallee. Als ich grade das Stadion betrat, hörte ich aus dem Hintergrund Gesänge und Gepöbel, Ultras Dynamo mit den Freunden von Red Kaos Zwickau waren grade angekommen. Augenzeugen berichten von einem Mob der größtenteils rotzbesoffen zum Gästeeingang torkelte und mit „wilden“ Beleidigungen die verhassten Wessis eindeckte. Mal ein Kontrast zum allgemeinen Trend in deutschen Ultrasgefilden. Die Wirkung nach außen verbessert so ein Auftritt natürlich nicht, aber das ist den Dynamos bekanntlich schnurz.

Im Stadion nahm ich auf der Gegentribüne Platz, von wo aus ich einen guten Blick auf Spielfeld, Südtribüne und Gästeblock hatte. Ich glaube, wenn ich irgendwann mal alt bin und nicht mehr auf der Süd stehen will oder kann, würde ich glaub ich gerne dort sitzen. Richtig gute Plätze. Die Süd legte ganz gut los, ohne aber Bäume auszureißen. Die Leistung wurde nach und nach immer lethargischer und verstummte irgendwann ganz. Die Gäste waren ganz ok, wenngleich mir dieses ewige Ost-West-Thema der Sachsen mächtig auf den Zeiger geht. Da gröhlen irgendwelche Spasten was von DDR und eigenen Staat gründen, die zur Wendezeit allerhöchstens in die Windel geschissen haben, wenn sie überhaupt schon auf dieser Welt waren. Lächerlich! Genauso komisch wirkte auf mich, dass nicht grade selten, die in rot gut erkennbaren Zwickauer aktiver im Block waren als ihre gelb-schwarzen Freunde. Aber das kann mir echt egal sein.

Auf dem Platz standen sich an diesem Sonntagnachmittag Not und Elend gegenüber. Welche Mannschaft welchen Part einnahm, kann ich bis heute nicht sagen. Übler Kick, den unsere Amas am Ende mit 1:0 für sich entscheiden konnten. Wenigstens konnte der zweite Dreier eingefahren werden.

Irgendwann in der zweiten Halbzeit tauchte dann im roten Bereich des Gästeblocks eine 8 Jahre alte Fahne der DES99 auf, die damals bei einem Testspiel unserer Borussia bei Chemie Leipzig gezockt wurde. Warum es auf einmal zum Trend wird, Fahnen mehrmals zu zeigen, entzieht sich meiner Kenntnis, denn RK hat diese bereits einmal vor ein paar Jahren bei sich gezeigt. Dieses ganze Gezocke und den dicken Max markieren geht mir eh auf den Zeiger, aber das Rad ist wohl nicht mehr zurückzudrehen. Aber wer es braucht. Bei gewissen Gegnern kann ich das nachvollziehen, aber bei Clubs die mir echt latte sind, nervt es einfach nur noch.

Nach dem Spiel ging es dann wieder in die Heimat und der Sonntag wurde typisch verbracht – nämlich mit Gammeln.

What many people don’t realise is just how small the world is in which we move.

In fact if were honest, sometimes neither do we.

On Friday evening as we attempted to photograph a somewhat energetic “Platzverweise”  in front of Chemnitz Hauptbahnhof, an SKB not of our acquaintance started eyeing us up a bit funny like. Not fancying an altercation with either him or the close-by BFE out came the Presseausweis, a gesture that was greeted with swift and especially unfriendly “Dass wissen wir schon”

Which was kind of comforting. Yet also very disturbing.

Anyway, what we wanted to say was that on arriving in Erfurt on Saturday morning we were greeted by many of the same uniforms with whom we had spent Friday evening in Chemnitz.

Which tells you something of the work load of such Police units and also answers an awful lot of further questions.

The most important feature of the day was the relative ease with which Erfurt blew Dresden away. Rarely, only very rarely have we seen Dynamo offer so little resistance and fight.
We hope that the reason lay in the fact that the players thoughts were still with those injured in the car crash earlier in the week.

Low point of the afternoon was the fully unneseccary “Zigeuer Erfurt” from the Dynamo block, high point was in the 87 minute as Maik Wagenfelds header brought Dynamo back to 4:1 and was greeted with a chorus of “Auswärtssieg” from the Dynamo fanblock.

Worrying highpoint of the day came on the way back to the station. After a Dresden fan had been taking out of the group by the police, the Dynamo fans stopped and waited for his return (it was just a case of identitäts feststellung). The Info team did their best to try to persuade the Dresden fans to start moving again, appeals that were always likely to fall on deaf ears. And then all of a sudden they announced that the fan who had been taken out of the group was now on his way to the train station and would meet the rest of the fans there.

Even the SKBs laughed heartily at this oh so obvious swindle.

The police Info Teams are, despite their occasional banality and pettiness one of the better developments introduced in Sachsen in recent years: they still need to develop and mature a little, but in the long-term we believe they will prove to be a positive addition.

Unless they start losing credibility on account of such stupid, ill-considered actions.

As anyone who’s ever spent seven hours crawling through Germany in local trains can confirm  – nothing is more welcome than something to drink.

And so hats off to Red Kaos Zwickau for at least the attempt to get some fluids to the Dynamo fans … and we really hope the police had good reason for stopping the aid mission.

Our Monday started off with a treat as BILD Zeitung, in its usual modest way, made pointed reference to the 250 police officers on duty at RB Leipzig Markranstädt – FSV Zwickau and the two water cannons in the forest without embarrassing anyone by reflecting that if BILD hadn’t made such a hoo-ha about RBLs PR hysteria around the Jena match, and had instead coolly analysed what happened, why and how one can effectively stop such in the future there would have been about 92 police on duty and no water cannon.

Such is called a self-fulfilling prophecy and nobody does it better than the tabloid media.

The water cannons summed up the absurdity of the past week perhaps better than anything else.

Firstly, as any fool know, the escalation that has to occur before a water cannon is used is immense.

And we mean, huge.

We have witnessed water cannon often enough but have witnessed many, many  more situations where water cannon weren’t used. Mainly because their use would have been counterproductive and unhelpful.
And so despite the presence of the water cannon there was no real intention of using them, because there was absolutely no possibility that a situation requiring their usage would arise.

A fact tacitly supported by the fact that the things were pointing the wrong way.

From where they were positioned they would have to have turned round in order to have been sent into the stadium – and such machines are not built to be maneuverable.
And so the thinking must have been to use them in front of the stadium. Amongst the trees.
Yet, as any hool know, the front of the stadium is the bit that has the most plain clothes police around and where the most uniformed are stationed.  And getting a large enough rioting mass to justify the use of water cannon in front of the Stadion am Bad, would involve an awful lot of unobservant police.

And it was never going to happen.

As last years example with Blue Caps et al showed.

However, because RBL-M and Klaus Reichenbach don’t understand either the nature of the beast that is against them nor the nature of football fans in Sachsen, they assume that around every corner is risk to life and limb and put undue pressure on teh police to react.

That the police do so is a sad indictment on the police in Sachsen.

And so instead of mentioning the absurd decision to send TWO water cannon to an oberliagsüd match, a better focus may have been the order from the police to close the outdoor pool which gives “Stadion am Bad” it’s name on “security grounds”. A decision that more than one Markranstädter found hard to accept given the high temperatures and clear blue sky. And a  decision that underlies the hyperbole surrounding RBL-M.

High point of the Bild article however was the headline that the 2600+ fans were peacful.

So were the 2600+ at Lok on Saturday … which didn’t deserve a mention. Odd,given that the peaceful nature of football in the forest of Markranstädt is the main marketing point of RBL-M

Elsewhere, the NOFV announced today that they have started a formal process following events in Jena.

Away from the scenic idyll of Leipzig-Markranstädt, Dynamo Dresden continued their typical run of apparently insurmountable bad luck in München, while Jena and Aue battled a goalless draw.

Next weekends Thüringen derby will be more than little ruined by Ultras Erfurts decision not to travel to Jena; however, given the conditions the Erfurt fans were being asked to accept we can fully understand the decision.

LOK were shocking but their fans seem to be taking it in their stride… how long that continues will depend to a great extent what happens next weekend….

Now that the season is finally fully up and running we aim to provide a weekly Monday morning  overview of not only the events of the weekend but also the press take on the weekends events.

On the field the two most obvious results were in Jena. The Jena U23 team’s 1:1 against RB Leipzig can in no way be taken as being a basis for predictions of future performance; however, the way in which the draw was reached and the reasons why RBL didn’t win – and despite reports in other locations one cannot simply praise the Jena keeper, the ball has to get that far first – do indicate that our “Curse of the Leipzig Zentralstadion” is a little more than a feature of our over fertile imagination. Sunday’s 6:0 drubbing of the FC Bayern reserves then completed a wonderful weekend in Jena. And an equally appalling weekend for the Bayern. We have enough experience not to get too carried away by a 6:0 scoreline, we all know how tired feet become at 4:0; however, the psychological effect on fans and officials at Jena should not be underestimated. Especially because the victory was not against a “rival” but against a team with whom the fans have a friendly relationship and so all will enjoy it a much more relaxed atmosphere. We just hope that there were more Bayern fans than SKBs in Jena on Sunday.

Elsewhere Erfurt’s 5:0 hammering at the hands of Ingolstadt probably shouldn’t have surprised that much, similarly Chemnitz’s 2:2 in Wilhelmshaven and FC Sachsen’s 1:0 defeat at home to Bautzen. Slightly more disturbing for us was Magdeburgs 1:1 in Lübeck, as it indicates a team still struggling with some ghosts of yore.

Off the field the two stories that should be dominating the press and causing discussion – the cancellation in Aue and the abrupt departure of RBL from Jena – aren’t.

Or at least in the case of Jena not real discussion.

Guido  does what only Guido can in the LVZ, while Bild Zeitung  – for reasons only tabloid journalists understand – have placed under their Jena: RBL report images of various outbreaks of violence in Halle. We’re also curious about the source of the anonymous photo in the online edition – we know where the various photographers were positioned, and there is no way that the Bild photographer could have shot that photo. But we know who could have.

And why they aren’t named.

And if it was all so bad from the Jena block what did RBL do during the game to improve the situation? Neither Guido nor Bild supply an answer. Nor do either confirm in how far playing the main stadium would have avoided the abrupt departure after the final whistle. For as anyone familiar with the layout of the Ernst Abbe Sportfeld knows … it wouldn’t have. Nor would it have avoided the songs or the banners.

And that was when two beer mugs were thrown and it came to heated exchanges between a couple of RB players and the Jena fan block. It all lasted about three minutes. About the same length of time as the three on-field altercations between the players lasted.

But, and once again, if it was all so problematic what did RBL do to improve the situation and why were the uniformed police removed from their position next to the Jena fan block?

In terms of Aue we can’t find anything.

But perhaps our favourite story from the weekend is the Dresden Morgoposts assertion that for Dynamo the relegation battle has begun.

Now that’s when you know a newspaper has truly run out of ideas…

Now that the season is finally fully up and running we aim to provide a weekly Monday morning  overview of not only the events of the weekend but also the press take on the weekends events.

On the field the two most obvious results were in Jena. The Jena U23 team’s 1:1 against RB Leipzig can in no way be taken as being a basis for predictions of future performance; however, the way in which the draw was reached and the reasons why RBL didn’t win – and despite reports in other locations one cannot simply praise the Jena keeper, the ball has to get that far first – do indicate that our “Curse of the Leipzig Zentralstadion” is a little more than a feature of our over fertile imagination. Sunday’s 6:0 drubbing of the FC Bayern reserves then completed a wonderful weekend in Jena. And an equally appalling weekend for the Bayern. We have enough experience not to get too carried away by a 6:0 scoreline, we all know how tired feet become at 4:0; however, the psychological effect on fans and officials at Jena should not be underestimated. Especially because the victory was not against a “rival” but against a team with whom the fans have a friendly relationship and so all will enjoy it a much more relaxed atmosphere. We just hope that there were more Bayern fans than SKBs in Jena on Sunday.

Elsewhere Erfurt’s 5:0 hammering at the hands of Ingolstadt probably shouldn’t have surprised that much, similarly Chemnitz’s 2:2 in Wilhelmshaven and FC Sachsen’s 1:0 defeat at home to Bautzen. Slightly more disturbing for us was Magdeburgs 1:1 in Lübeck, as it indicates a team still struggling with some ghosts of yore.

Off the field the two stories that should be dominating the press and causing discussion – the cancellation in Aue and the abrupt departure of RBL from Jena – aren’t.

Or at least in the case of Jena not real discussion.

Guido  does what only Guido can in the LVZ, while Bild Zeitung  – for reasons only tabloid journalists understand – have placed under their Jena: RBL report images of various outbreaks of violence in Halle. We’re also curious about the source of the anonymous photo in the online edition – we know where the various photographers were positioned, and there is no way that the Bild photographer could have shot that photo. But we know who could have.
