<p><strong><em>Drip marketing</em> </strong>follows a simple principal, small drips of information over a long period. The concept is simplistic but the reasoning is logical. Research shows that people in general have to see a piece of information between 3 and 30 times before it sinks in. There is an unwritten law called the “<em>Law of 29</em>” which states this number as 29. So in essence, if you want someone to remember your company, your logo, your brand name, you have to keep putting it in their focus. There are a few ways to do this, each has its own merits and downsides.</p>
<h1><strong>The Key Elements </strong></h1>
<p>As with any campaign, <strong><em>market research</em> </strong>is essential. Investigate your target market and think about the best methods to get their attention. Depending on your product/services, you may well have to break the campaign up; using different techniques for different groups of the audience. Whatever the case, follow these key elements and you&#8217;ll soon find success.</p>
<p><strong><em>Time Frame</em> </strong>– the marketing has to be carried out over a certain period of time. Think about the methods you are going to use, your target audience and the number of drips. Set a length of time for the campaign to be spaced over. A year might be a good starting point. You might see results before then but you have to plan for the long haul.</p>
<p><strong><em>Timing </em></strong>– along the same lines, each drip has to be spaced effectively. There is no point in flooding the recipients with a wave of marketing. That is a different style and not effective in getting your brand known, remember the law of 29. At the same time, balance this with keeping your name fresh in their minds. Aim for between 10 and 20 days between each drip, depending on the length of your campaign. Training – ensure if your employee&#8217;s are involved, everyone is trained and knows what is happening in the allotted time frame.</p>
<p><strong><em>Type </em></strong>– variety is key. No one wants to see the same thing over and over again. Keep it varied and interesting. Use different techniques; E-mails, Leaflets, Newsletters, Free products with your company logo/brand on, telephone calls, Facebook and Twitter messages. Remember to include something valuable. Add offers to each drip and vary them. Freebies, discounts, two-for-one offers. Think about offering something useful to the target audience as well. Hints and Tips, interesting relevant facts, anything to keep it interesting and stand out from the rest.</p>
<p><strong><em>Tracking </em></strong>– tracking the results of any marketing/advertising campaign is always essential, drip marketing is no different. Knowing which parts have been most effective will help you with future campaigns and keep costs down. Trust Be honest and be yourself. People are more likely to buy a product or service from someone they can trust and respect than a stranger. The key is to build a relationship with the potential client base. Balancing exposure carefully so as not to be a nuisance.</p>
<p><strong>Current Customer Base</strong></p>
<p>Drip Marketing is not just about getting new customers. It can equally be used to up-sell to your current clientèle. Especially if you offer a variety of services or products. This harks back to the point about trust. Customer loyalty is a powerful tool, use it to your advantage.</p>
<p><strong>Visibility</strong></p>
<p>Drip Marketing is about being seen. Think about well known, popular brands and how they expose themselves. Brand labels on their products, their adverts, their company vehicles. Its all a form of drip marketing. Exposing the audience to their brand over and over again.</p>

Many times words in the topic line like : MAKE MONEY FAST, EARN BIG BUCKS, BIGGEST DISCOUNTS, are instantly removed or perhaps placed on the junk mail section because of the choice of words and they are all capitalized.  By being more light and personalised on the topic line, you may be able to get your intended client to open your email.  Lines like&#8217; something that may be profitable for you&#8217; and&#8217;a business proposition&#8217; may catch the interest of the reader.  Highly valuable content is king in this business.  Unlike direct mail whereby you will have to put all the obligatory information on that physical document, an email has a feedback option.  Those that are interested with what you are offering can and will answer to your email sent.  You have the discretion to put the obligatory links, images, and content in that email.  Too long and people may not read it, too many images means taking too long to download and your email could be removed.  Depending on what you&#8217;re selling, content quality changes.  Little gif images can be employed in selling some items but almost all of the time, links to the internet site is a preferential option.  Testimonials may be employed when selling a service but these should be brief and easy to read, as in simplified in its language.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>One of the most heavily debated topics in the marketing communications segment today is when to send e-mail based newsletters, communications and promotions to customers.  Nearly everyone you meet has a different opinion.  Some experts will tell you to send the e-mails in the morning.  Others recommend lunchtime.  Some experts believe sending on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday is best.  Others take a the view that off-hours &#8211; nights and weekends are best. </p>
<p><!--more-->So what is the answer &#8211; I don&#8217;t know!  Nor does anyone else.  The only one that knows is the customer themselves.  Here&#8217;s a new idea &#8211; Why not ask the customer when they want to be sent an e-mail from your company?  You already ask customers whether they prefer HTML or text?  And which types of content they want to subscribe to?  And how frequently they wish to be contacted?  </p>
<p>Instead of trying to find the one best time to send an e-mail to a large, diverse pool of recipients each with different reading habits and work schedules, why not offer a choice of days for customers to receive e-mails?  You can release multiple distributions of e-mail communications according to end-user preferences.  For example, you might offer a choice of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Sunday.  </p>
<p>I would choose the weekend for most of the e-mail communications that I care about.  I usually spend a few hours on a Sunday afternoon trying to catch up on work.  I have much more time to browse content sent by third parties because my phone is not ringing and I am not rushing to go to another meeting.  Others may prefer to have e-mails sent on a Tuesday or Wednesday because their calendar is less rigorous that day.  Some may not state a preference at all in which case you can subscribe them to the default communication date based upon prior open rate analysis.</p>

Was auch immer es war, Sie hatteen einen <strong>Hauptgrund</strong>, der Sie dazu gebracht hat, in dieses Geschäft einzusteigen, Ihr Business zu gründen und jetzt nach vorne zu bringen…</p>
<p><strong>Diese Vision hatte am Anfang die Power Sie zu beflügeln, die ersten Wochen haben Sie bestimmt immer mit Ihrer grossen Vision</strong>vor Augen Ihre Arbeit gemacht… haben Sich in das Abenteuer<br />

Ist es die Anstrengungen immer noch wert? <span style="font-family:ArialMT;">Es ist unglaublich hilfreich, wenn Sie sich Ihr persönliches grosses Ziel immer wieder vor Augen führen &#8211; vielleicht möchten Sie Ihr Ziel sogar zu einem festen Bestandteil Deiner Arbeit machen? Sich erst mit Ihrem grossen Ziel, Ihrer Vision verbindeen, um dann mit Ihrer Arbeit anfangen? </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:ArialMT;">Sehr hilfreich dabei sind auchVisionboards. Ein Visionboard ist ein Bild, eine Collage, die Sie sich selbst zusammenstellen können, mit Bildern Ihres Zieles und passenden Texten, die Sie berühren, Sie bewegen und motivieren! </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:ArialMT;">Viele Menschen nutzen auch &#8221;Vision-Movies&#8221;, kleine Filme mit toller Musik um Ihr Unterbewusstsein zu programmieren, um die Erreichung Ihrer Ziele noch schneller in Ihrem Leben zu manifestieren. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:ArialMT;">Wenn das auch was  <span style="font-family:ArialMT;">für sie ist, super!Ansonsten können Sie Ihren Vision-Movie oder Visionboard einfach nutzen, um Sich immer wieder mit Ihrem großen Ziel zu verbinden… diese Begeisterung in Ihnen wieder zu spüren… dieses Kribbeln, dass Sie so ein wenig aufgeregt macht, und bei dem Sie am Liebsten sofort loslegen möchten! Einfach indem Sie Sich jeden Tag, bevor Sie in Ihre  Arbeit starten ein paar Minuten Zeit nehmen und sich Ihr persönliche Vision, Ihr Ziel Ihren Antrieb anschauen. Egal ob jetzt als Bild, Collage oder als kleiner Film.</span></span></p>
<p>Es gibt sogar Software, um Movies oder Collagen zu ertellen. Ich persönlich habe mein Movie mit Camtasia Studio gemacht, diese Software hab ich auch benutzt um damit die GooLux Lektion zu erstellen. Für das Board eignet sich Photoshop. Ich selber hab es mit InDesign von Adobe erstellt, Damit erstelle ich auch die GooLux Magazine.</p>
<p>Windows Photo Studio 3 genügt aber durchaus für Ihr Movie. Das ist bei jeder Version von XP und höher  dabei, gratis.</p>
<p><span style="font-family:ArialMT;">Einfach ein paar Bilder aus Ihrer persönlichen Sammlung und aus dem Internet zusammenstellen, die Ihr grosses Ziel darstellen, am Besten so, als hätten Sie dieses Ziel schon erreicht. Dann noch den für Sie passenden Song dazu &#8211; und los geht’s! Sie werden feststellen wie viel Spass, Motivation und Kribbeln alleine schon die Erstellung bringt. Wieviele Ideen Ihnen dabei in den Sinn kommen werden. Fangen Sie jetzt an. </span></p>

Etwas, das Sie mit Begeisterung erfüllt, das Ihr Herz höher schlagen lässt.</p>
<p>Als Unternehmer und Selbständiger im Netz hast Sie ja die freie Wahl, WELCHES Geschäft Sie betreiben. Womit Sie Ihr Online-Business aufbauen. Was Ihre Nische, Ihre Einmaligkeit ist. Und auch wenn das vielleicht mehr in den Bereich der Business-Planung geht, will ich hier doch noch einmal drauf eingehen.</p>
<p>Eine der Grundvoraussetzungen für den Erfolg ist die <strong>Begeisterung</strong>, die Sie mitbringen. Wenn Sie sich zum Beispiel für Diskus-Fische interessieren, um mal ein populäres Beispiel zu nehmen, dann ist das eine gute Basis dafür, ein super Business &#8211; auch im Netz, aufzubauen. Sollten Sie jedoch keine Begeisterung für dies Art oder überhaupt für Zierfische haben, kommen Sie wahrscheinlich auch gar nicht auf den Gedanken, ein Business in diesem Bereich aufzubauen. Würde ja auch wenig Sinn machen, oder?</p>
<p>Deswegen bringt es Sie auf Dauer auch nicht weiter, wenn Du z.B. ein Business aufbauen wollen “So werden Sie Millionär”, wenn Sie gar keine wirkliche Begeisterung für das Millinärwerden mitbringen, da Sie selber gar kein Millionär sind. Das heißt, es bringt Sie nicht weiter, den erstbesten Hype “So werden Sie jetzt Internetmillionär” mitzumachen, wenn für die Thematik gar kein wirkliches Interesse haben… denn dann werden Sie Sich nach einer gewissen Zeit nur noch mit Ihren Aufgaben quälen, einfach weil Ihnen das innere Feuer für dieses Thema fehlt.</p>

<p>A grande maioria das micro e pequenas empresas acredita que não é possível a utilização de ferramentas de marketing, justamente pelo fato de ser pequena e freqüentemente não ter disponibilidade de recursos financeiros para implantá-las.</p>
<p>A situação piora muito quando fica patente a necessidade de se contratar profissionais para assessorá-los nessa empreitada. No caso das micro e pequenas empresas, considerando que o seu grau de alcance é bastante limitado, geograficamente, acreditamos e entendemos que a utilização das ações de marketing, cliente por cliente, não só é viável como também estrategicamente necessária.</p>
<p>O primeiro passo para isso é iniciar o mais rápido a construção de um cadastro de clientes de forma modesta, o qual poderá tranqüilamente evoluir para um banco de dados bem construído e organizado. Comece elaborando esse cadastro enumerando e relacionando todas as pessoas e empresas que você conhece, iniciando pelos relacionamentos familiares, pessoais e profissionais, listando então todas as pessoas e empresas que você conheceu durante a sua trajetória de vida. Você irá se surpreender com a quantidade listada. Você já pensou que essas pessoas e empresas podem ser potenciais clientes?</p>
<p>A partir daí, comece a pensar quais as informações que você precisaria saber sobre essas pessoas e empresas constantes deste cadastro (futuramente seu precioso Banco de Dados) que estejam intimamente relacionadas com a natureza da sua empresa.</p>
<p>Com um cadastro desses nas mãos, você tem informações preciosas sobre seus clientes atuais e potenciais, possibilitando à sua empresa oferecer produtos e serviços de acordo com suas características e necessidades detectadas. Estamos falando de CRM &#8211; Customer Relashionship Management (que chique não é mesmo!). Mas não se assuste, pois essa ferramenta é para gerenciar o relacionamento com o seu cliente.</p>
<p>O empresário poderá criar promoções específicas para esses clientes, de acordo com suas necessidades e, além disso, irá constatar que o cliente pagará um preço justo lhe dando lucro certo.</p>
<p>Uma outra idéia de utilização desse Banco de Dados é adaptar várias datas do calendário promocional.</p>
<p>Muitos empresários pensam que para viabilizar essa ferramenta, precisariam investir montanhas de dinheiro, ter programas sofisticados de informática, bem como computadores de última geração. É claro que tudo isso é muito útil e se um dia pudermos ter esses recursos, seria ótimo. No entanto o empresário poderá começar de forma simples, manual mesmo, anotando em um caderno todos os seus clientes, bem como as suas necessidades e demais aspectos, e você verá como eles responderão favoravelmente às suas abordagens.</p>
