I decided to go with three versions of the chair to try to make it accessible to the beginner and intermediate skill level.

You’ll need a table saw or circular saw with a guide like the Kreg Rip-Cut, miter saw, jigsaw, (possibly a router) and of course, a Kreg Jig to complete the beginner version. The intermediate version calls for a band saw in addition to the other tools listed.
