Noong ako’y nasa kolehiyo, pinayagan akong bumukod ng pamilya ko. Tumira ako sa isang apartment na parang condo malapit sa unibersidad na pinapasukan ko. Studio type yung apartment na kinuha ko. Dahil mag-isa lang naman ako, ayos na sa akin yun. Sa second floor ang kwarto ko. Nakaharap yun sa may kalsada at may veranda. Ayos, may lugar ako para magmuni-muni at magyosi.

Noong unang lipat ko sa lugar na yun, may nai-spot-an agad ako (syempre, dyan tayo bihasa e). Pero mahiyain kasi ako (please naman, maniwala kayo!) kaya hindi ko maapproach si Target. Madalas nagkakasalubong lang kami sa lobby at nagkakasabay sa elevator. Puro tinginan lang… Di ko magawang ngitian, kasi nga… Ehem… Mahiyain ako. Madalas, kapag nagyo-yosi ako sa veranda ng unit, naikikita ko s’yang naglalakad at papasok sa building na tinitirhan ko.

May hitsura si Target — matangkad, maputi at medyo chubby.

Isang gabi, naisip ko na magpapansin sa kanya. Tinaon ko ang pagyo-yosi ko sa oras ng uwi niya at pumwesto sa veranda. Malayo pa lang siya ay nakatingin na ako sa kanya at naaninag ko na parang nakatingin din siya sa akin. Nung malapit na siya ay nakompirma ko na nakatingin nga siya. Lumalaban. Pagtapat n’ya sa kinatatayuan ko, nagtitigan kami. Unang umiwas ng tingin, talo.

Tatlong gabi na naming ginagawa ang larong ito.

Sabado. Gumising ako ng maaga para maagang maka-uwi sa bahay namin. Nung palabas na ako ng pinto, may nakita akong isang maliit na papel na nakasingit sa may puwang ng pintuan. Pinulot ko at binasa ang nakasulat. Aba, aba, aba… Cellphone number! Syempre, na-excite ako, at nagtaka kung kanino galing iyon. Walang nakalagay na pangalan, basta number lang. Walang nakalagay kung anong pakay, basta number lang.

Habang naglalakad papuntang sakayan ng jeep, tinext ko ang numero. Sumagot naman agad. Tinanong ko kung sino s’ya at nagpakilala naman. Nagpakilala na din ako. Tinanong nya ako kung saan ko raw nakuha ang number n’ya at sinabi ko na nakasingit sa pinto ko. Tinanong naman niya kung saang pinto. Nagtaka ako kaya sinabi ko yung pangalan nung building ng tinitirhan namin. Patay malisyang sagot n’ya na doon din daw pala ako nakatira at baka mga pinsan n’yang abnormal ang naglagay noon sa pinto ko. Sa panahon na yun, hindi pa ako sigurado kung siya ba si Target pero syempre, may hunch ako na siya nga yun. Exciting ‘to!

Halos isang buong araw kami magka-text. Wala daw s’ya doon sa tinitirhan namin. Nasa Pampanga daw s’ya. Uuwi raw s’ya pabalik ng Manila ng Linggo ng gabi. Sinabi ko sa kanya, na wala rin ako roon at babalik din ng Linggo ng gabi. Nagkasundo kami na magkikita. Pupuntahan n’ya na lang daw ako sa unit ko.

Woohoo! (Junjun, this is it! mag-ready ka na!)

Linggo. Bumalik na ako sa unit ko. Nag-ayos. Dalawang araw na kaming walang patid sa pagtetext. Gusto na raw n’ya akong makilala. Sinabi ko na gusto ko na ring makilala n’ya ang Junjun ko siya. Mga alas otso nagtext s’ya na pababa na s’ya sa unit ko. Sa 3rd floor ang unit nila, sa taas mismo ng unit ko.

Mga ilang minuto pa’y may kumatok na sa pinto (Junjun, handa ka na ba?). Pagbukas, tama ang hinala ko, si Target nga!

Naupo kami sa sahig at sumandal sa kama. Tinanong n’ya ulit ako kung saan ko nakuha yung number niya. Kwinento ko ulit sa kanya kung saan ko nakuha yung papel. Pinakita ko pa nga sa kanya yung note at tumawa lang siya. May nag-text sa akin kaya kinuha ko ang telepono ko. Kakalabas lang noon ang 7650 (bigay sa akin ng tatay ko) kaya nagulat siya. Inilabas niya ang burat niya (joke lang, huwag excited) telepono niya at pareho pala kami. Sa telepono tuloy umikot ang kwentuhan namin.

Hiniram niya ang telepono ko at tinignan ang highscore ko sa Snakes. Nakita niya na mataas at pumusta siya na kaya n’yang talunin yun. Tinanong ko kung anong pusta kapag di niya na-beat yung highscore, ang sagot niya sa akin, “kiss”.

As expcted, hindi niya natalo ang score ko (sinadya n’yang huwag talunin yun… feeling!). Kaya sabi niya, pwede ko na raw kunin yung pusta ko. Inilapit ko ang ulo ko sa kanya para bigyan siya ng smack. Paglapat ng labi ko sa labi n’ya at agad n’yang ikinalang ang braso niya sa batok ko kaya ang isang maikli na smack ay nauwi sa matagal na halikan. Medyo may gigil kung humalik siya. Mga dalawa o tatlong beses ko yatang naramdaman na nagtama ang ngipin namin. May pagka-wet kisser din si Target. Pero nagustuhan ko ang halik niya.

Tumayo ako sandali para patayin ang ilaw at i-lock ang pinto. Pumwesto na siya sa kama at nagtanggal ng t-shirt. Pagbalik ko sa kama ay hinalikan niya ulit ako at siya ang naghubad ng damit ko. Nang mahubad ito’y hinalikan n’ya ako agad sa leeg pababa sa aking dibdib at sinipsip niya ang utong ko. Napakapit na lang ako sa kanyang ulo dahil sa sarap ng nararamdaman ko. Naramdaman ko ring binababa niya ang suot kong shorts at boxers. Bumaba ang kanyang halik sa aking tiyan. Ilang segundo ring naglaro ang kanyang dila sa aking pusod bago bumaba sa galit na galit kong ari. Umayos ako ng higa. Inilagay ko ang dalawa kong kamay sa likod ang aking ulo at inunan ito. Ramdam na ramdam ko ang init ng kanyang bibig na nakabalot at nagtataas baba sa aking pagkalalaki. Mayamaya’y naramdaman kong hinahalikan niya ako sa aking puson pataas sa aking dibdib. Muli nyang nilaro ng dila niya ang aking utong at mayamaya’y dinilaan ang aking kilikili. Hinalikan niya akong muli sa aking leeg papunta sa aking labi. Iniikot ko siya at ako naman ang pumaibabaw.

Hinawakan ko ang dalawa niyang kamay at inilagay yon sa taas ng kanyang ulo. Muli ko siyang hinalikan sa kanyang labi. Ang gigil na halik niya ay napalitan na ng mas marahan na paghalik. Iniangat ko ang aking ulo at pinagmasdan ang hitsura niya sa dilim. Binaba ko ang aking halik sa kanyang dibdib, pababa sa kanyang tiyan. Tinanggal ko na ang kanyang shorts kasama ng kanyang brief at ibinalik sa kanya ang pabor na kanina niyang pinaramdam sa akin. Pabaling-baling ang kanyang ulo. Palakas ng palakas ang kanyang ungol. Hanggang sa aking narinig ang mga katagang, “hayan na ako”. Inilayo ko ang aking ulo at binate siya. Nakita kong kumapit siya ng mahigpit sa gilid ng kama at ilang segundo lang ay tumalsik ang kanyang tamod sa kanyang tiyan.

Hinawakan niya ang aking braso at hinila ako pataas. Nakahiga pa rin siya. Nakaluhod ako at nasa pagitan siya ng hita ko. Tinaas niya ang kanyang ulo at muling sinubo si Junjun habang binabate ito. Ang isa naman niyang kamay ay inabot ang utong ko at nilaro ito. Mga ilang minuto pa ay nararamdaman kong malapit na ako. Sinabi ko sa kanya na lalabasan na ako pero imbes na iluwa si Junjun ay mas lalo n’ya itong sinipsip. Alam ko na ang gusto niyang mangyari kaya hindi na ako nagdalawang isip at pinaputok ang tamod ko sa kanyang bibig. Naramdaman kong nilunok niya lahat ng iyon.

Pawis na pawis kami pareho. Pumatong ako sa ibabaw niya. Naghalo ang pawis namin at tamod niya. Kapwa kami naghahabol ng hininga. Kinuha ko ang tissue na malapit sa aking kama (siyempre, kailangan laging handa) at nagpunas kami pareho ng katawan. Naka-unan siya sa aking braso at naidlip kami sa ganoong posisyon. Naalimpungatan na lang ako ng maramdaman kong hinalikan niya ako sa aking pisngi at nagpaalam na babalik na siya sa unit nila. Bago siya umalis ay kinumutan niya muna ako.

Kinaumagahan, may isang na namang note sa study table ko nakasulat, “text me kung kailan mo ulit gusto”.
