Evangelina Hernandez continues to open windows on the under reported consequences of the narcoguerra. This time  with her chilling  investigative piece on Mexican organized crime’s lucrative transnational sex trade and forced prostitution in  this morning’s  El Universal– Prostitución forzada, otra cara del yugo a migrantes.

Hernandez leads with the harrowing account of “Nancy”, a young  woman snatched up by traffickers in Chiapas while riding a train carrying migrants north from Guatemala. Her abductors were Los Zetitias, a franchise of the Zetas’ diversified  global  criminal enterprises.

Hernandez’ telephone  interview with Nancy’s brother  “Rafael”, details the circumstances of his sister’s brutal saga that began in the  Las Anonas Chiapas-Mayab railway station where Nancy was forced into a van and driven north to a safe house  where she was beaten and threatened with death unless she participated in a pornographic video in which she was raped by several men.

Rafael  told Hernandez that his sister’s  kidnappers promised that she would be let go after this “little job”. Instead, said Rafael “the first video was followed by another and another.”  Days later the 20 year-old Nancy was taken to a Tijuana brothel and forced into prostitution until she completed a “quota” set by her abductors. Two and half months later she was ordered to call relatives in the US to fork over a ransom for her release. Rafael got the call and agreed to pay.

Without giving details, (Rafael)  said that he paid a designated smuggler to move his sister to America, (and)  also deposited a large sum of dollars as a “ransom” for her to surrender, but not before being warned that talking would his death sentence.

Nancy’s  sordid ordeal is just one of thousands of such stories. Hernandez provides the alarming facts…

More than 20,000 Central American women are currently prostituted in brothels and bars in south-southeast Mexico,according to  End Child Prostitution, Child Pornography and Trafficking of Children for Sexual Purposes (ECPAT).

Women and girls are trafficked under false pretenses to Mexico from Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador.They sell them in bars for not more than $ 40 where they are held against their will in a situation of slavery and forced to cover their costs of accommodation, food and drugs, says the Global Report of Actions Against Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents ECPAT.

The owners of many of these bars are local politicians, bankers and people with economic power operating from the shadows and earn revenues.  The  report warns  that traffickers are  recruiting younger and younger women, most girls.

The networks of traffickers in women use  Mexico as a bridge  to move teens to the U.S. and Canada where they are sold and sexually exploited, according to the World Report on Trafficking in Persons 2009, the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC).

A 2009  American Bar Association report cites  47 organized criminal groups in Mexico that are engaged in sexual and labor exploitation in the Federal District and 17 states including Baja California, Guerrero, Oaxaca, Quintana Roo, Chiapas, Chihuahua, Tlaxcala, Tamaulipas and Jalisco– the first four of these are regarded as “sex tourism” destinations. Mexico’s  National Human Rights Commission estimates these sex trafficking networks bring in about $50 million per year.

Hernandez closes her report with Rafael’s disheartening but understandable takeaway from his and  his sister’s nightmare.

Doomed to remember

Nancy is not crying, but spends many hours without a word. She paid a high cost to reach her  destination.

Her brother Rafael thinks that if one day they go to Guatemala, they will not return on a plane to that stops in Mexico.

He  fears that criminals keep their word and kill them. They are never going to complain, because they doubt that the authorities will do something to stop the  rape, kidnappings and murders of women in Central America.

Raise the issue of child sex tourism by supporting the Ecpat project

Endlich hat die Vernunft über die Unwissenheit gesiegt, könnte man annehmen? Die FDP hat in den Koalitionsverhandlungen mit der CDU/CSU augenscheinlich einen Erfolg verbuchen können, der auf jeden Fall eine Prestigeangelegenheit verkörperte. Es geht um die umstrittenen Internetsperren gegen Kinderpornographie im Internet, welche von (Noch)Familienministerin Ursula von der Leyen im Hauruck- Verfahren völlig kompetenzfrei im sog. Zugangserschwerungsgesetz durchgeboxt wurden. 

Verschiedene Slogans buhlen um die Gunst des Volkes. Zum besseren Verständnis setze ich mal die symbolische Wirkung auf den Strassenverkehr um. Da wäre zunächst die Alternative “Löschen vor Sperren” , was auch im nachgebesserten Gesetzentwurf als Vorgabe festgesetzt wurde. Die Systematik entspricht adäquat zum Strassenverkehr folgendem Zeichen:

Man hält kurz an und vergewissert sich, ob “frei” ist. Die Zensursula- Internetsperren verfolgen genau diese Strategie. Die Umgehungsmethoden sind simpel. Der Aspekt “Sperren” steht klar im Vordergrund, denn das virtuelle Stopp- Schild hat sonst keinerlei Bedeutung. Beim Aspekt “Löschen” würde das Stopp- Schild niemals erscheinen, da es nichts gäbe, was zu sperren wäre. Dennoch beharren selbst jetzt noch einige uneinsichtige Zeitgenossen auf die ”Sperrtechnik”, weil “Löschen” außerhalb Deutschlands nicht oder nur teilweise möglich wäre. Zwar wurde dies mehrfach widerlegt, aber Dummheit kennt offenbar keine Grenzen…

Dagegen kritisierten Unicef und andere Kinderschutzorganisationen die Aussetzung der Sperren. Es sei notwendig Seiten zu sperren, wenn Ermittler die Seiten nicht löschen können, weil sie von ausländischen Servern betrieben werden, erklärten die Kinderschützer. Sie forderten die neue Bundesregierung auf, beide Maßnahmen – Sperren und Löschen – im Kampf gegen Kinderpornografie im Netz anzuwenden.

Offensichtlich haben die Heilsbringer bei UNICEF & Co. tatsächlich nicht verstanden, dass Verkehrsschilder keine realen Abwehrmechanismen erzeugen können, wenn jemand die Beachtung selbiger nicht beherzigt.

Update:

Nun wollte ich von 4 Kinderschutzorganisationen per Email wissen, weshalb sie sich so vehement gegen eine deutlich bessere Strategie aussprechen. Vielleicht gibt es ja bestimmte Gründe, die der Allgemeinheit bislang verschlossen blieben:

 einige Kinderschutzorganisationen üben Kritik am Beschluss der Bundesregierung, die Internetsperren auszusetzen und dem Löschprinzip Vorrang zu gewähren.

 Zitat: „ Es geht nicht um Sperren statt Löschen – tatsächlich müssen beide Maßnahmen so schnell wie möglich umgesetzt werden…Die Sperren sind dort notwendig, wo eine Löschung noch nicht möglich ist, weil die Website von ausländischen Servern aus betrieben wird.“

 Solche Aussagen können nur Leute äußern, die von IT- Technik nicht viel verstehen.  Wird das Prinzip „Löschen“ konsequent und kompetent verfolgt, ist ein zusätzliches Sperrvorhaben völlig überflüssig. Sollten sich Provider bzw. Hoster nicht kooperativ zeigen, was bislang in keinem einzigen belegbaren Fall vorgekommen ist, machen diese sich selbst strafbar. Faktisch nachweisbare Analysen haben bestätigt, dass 99,6% aller kinderpornographischen Inhalte im WWW (also auf Websites) in Ländern gehostet waren, welche ausreichende Gesetzesgrundlagen gegen Kinderpornographie aufweisen. Das Prinzip „löschen“ ist also überall dort möglich und wurde auch bereits praktisch sehr eindrucksvoll nachgewiesen. 

Die Aussagen, zum Teil von Ursula von der Leyen und Jörg Ziercke, dass in diversen Ländern ein Löschen von kinderpornographischem Material nicht funktionieren würde, stellte sich als falsch heraus. Teilweise führte dies zu unangenehmen Entschuldigungen an die Botschaften von Indien und Kasachstan. Weitere Länder wollen weder Frau von der Leyen noch Herr Ziercke benennen und sind offensichtlich auch nicht dazu in der Lage. Ebenfalls hat sich herausgestellt, dass in den verbleibenden Ländern, also den 0,4%, entweder keine ausreichende Internetinfrastruktur besteht oder Bürgerkrieg o.ä. herrscht, sodass das Thema Kinderpornographie auf Websites quasi keine Rolle spielt.

 Dennoch möchten 4 Kinderschutzorganisationen das überflüssige Sperrprinzip für Kinderpornographie aufrecht erhalten. Daher möchte ich Sie alle bitten, echte und nachvollziehbare Gründe dafür zu nennen, eine Zensurinfrastruktur mit erheblichem Kollateralschadenspotential etablieren zu wollen. Sie müssten also mindestens ein Land nennen, welches kinderpornographische Inhalte auf den Servern ihres Geltungsbereiches duldet und die Löschung nicht möglich ist.

 Ich freue mich auf eine aussagekräftige Antwort,

Angeschrieben hatte ich die Organisationen UNICEF, ECPAT, Innocence in Danger und Save the Children. Lediglich Save the Children war bereit, eine Antwort zu geben:

dem Duktus Ihrer Mail an uns folgend, kann ich leider nicht erkennen, dass Sie tatsächlich eine an den Kinderrechten orientierte Antwort erwarten.

Nun war dies sicher nicht die genial verständniserzeugende Antwort, die man sich erhofft hätte, zeigt aber einmal mehr, dass diese Kinderschutzorganisationen rein Lobby- gesteuert auf Politik und Regierung Druck erzeugen wollen, jedoch völlig argumentationslos unsinnige Polemik in die Öffentlichkeit streuen. Ich gehe sogar noch einen Schritt weiter und behaupte, dass Befürworter der Sperrinfrastruktur solche Organisationen als Marionetten missbrauchen, um über die sog. Tränendrüse, die Zustimmung der Bevölkerung zu bekommen. Sollte ich mit meiner Vermutung richtig liegen, läge es im eigenen Interesse dieser Organisationen, vor Veröffentlichung solcher Pressemitteilungen die Sinnhaftigkeit selbiger zu prüfen. “Keine Antwort ist auch eine Antwort” lautet ein geistreiches Sprichwort…    

Weiter geht’s mit Verkehrszeichen…

Da wäre z.b. folgendes Zeichen:

Durchfahrt verboten! mahnt dieses doch recht plumpe Verkehrszeichen den herannahenden Kraftfahrer. Das Signal ist klar, doch könnte der Führer eines entsprechenden Kraftfahrzeuges völlig legitim das Schild zu Fuss passieren und sein gewünschtes Ziel mehr oder weniger komfortabel erreichen. Im Gegensatz zum Stopp- Schild wäre jedoch eine Durchfahrt tatsächlich eine Verkehrswidrigkeit. Das wäre beim Zugangserschwerungsgesetz der Fall, wenn das BKA die Erhebung sämtlicher Verkehrsdaten zu Ermittlungszwecken verwenden dürfte. Eigentlich hätte man als dieses Zeichen zumindest bei der 1. Fassung des Gesetzes verwenden müssen. “Anmahnen statt Löschen“

Auch sehr putzig ist folgendes Zeichen:

Selbst dieses Zeichen würde besser zum Inhalt des ZugErschwG passen. Man darf in dieser Richtung die Strasse nicht durchqueren, aber gleichzeitig wird der Hinweis gegeben, dass es eine Umgehungsmöglichkeit gibt, nämlich die entgegengesetzte Richtung einzuschlagen. Die mögliche Einfahrt läßt sich in etwa so schnell finden wie die YouTube- Videos zum Umgehen des DNS- Access Blocking. “Belehren statt Löschen“

Persönlich würde ich den Sperrbefürwortern jedoch dieses Schild empfehlen:

So wüßte wenigstens die Zielgruppe, wer gemeint ist und auch gleich, dass die Aufforderung nicht wirklich ernst gemeint ist. “Löschen statt Sperren” ist eben doch die beste Alternative und rettet uns vor einem virtuellen Schilderwald und die Missbrauchten werden nicht erneut durch fehlegeleitete Politik missbraucht. “Definieren statt Löschen“

Die FDP hat also in diesem Fall ihr Wahlversprechen halten können, wenngleich sich eigentlich nicht wirklich viel geändert hat. “Löschen vor Sperren” war die Devise und wurde nun in ein halbherziges “Löschen statt Sperren” abgewandelt. Die Zensurinfrastruktur ist auf Abruf installiert worden und kann per Knopfdruck aktiviert werden. Das BKA soll versuchen die Maßnahme innerhalb eines Jahres umzusetzen und hat gleichzeitig ein hohes Mitspracherecht bei der abschließenden Beurteilung. Die CDU/CSU konnte sich auf diese Weise unbeschadet aus der misslichen Lage befreien, Rede und Antwort stehen zu müssen, wenn die geleakte Sperrliste an die Öffentlichkeit gelangt wäre und womöglich Inhalte aufweisen würde, die dort nicht sein sollten oder kinderpornographische Inhalte, die hätten gelöscht werden können. Die Wahlkampftaktik ist aufgegangen. Der große Verlierer in diesem Spiel ist und bleibt die SPD, die durch ihr Verhalten sich selbst nachhaltig “Schach matt” gesetzt hat…

Update vom 27. Oktober 2009

Der Internetprovider 1 & 1 war von Beginn an kein Freund der Von der Leyen’schen Internetsperren und verweigerte auch den damaligen Vertragsabschluss mit der Bundesfamilienministerin. Inzwischen gibt es auch eine offizielle Pressemittelung des Providers zum Thema:

Montabaur (ots) – Die 1&1 Internet AG begrüßt den Beschluss der künftigen Koalitionspartner, die geplanten Internet-Sperren nicht umzusetzen. CDU/CSU und FDP haben im Koalitionsvertrag angekündigt, das so genannte Zugangserschwerungsgesetz zunächst für ein Jahr nicht anzuwenden. Stattdessen sollen die Polizeibehörden Seiten mit kinderpornographischen Inhalten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Internetwirtschaft löschen. “Wir begrüßen sehr, dass Kinderpornographie an der Wurzel beseitigt werden soll”, kommentiert 1&1 Vorstandssprecher Robert Hoffmann die Ankündigung. “Das von der alten Regierung und einigen Providern verfolgte Placebo-Rezept, die schrecklichen Bilder hinter leider wirkungslosen Sperren zu verstecken, ist damit vom Tisch. Strafverfolgungsbehörden und Internet-Industrie müssen nun in einer konzertierten Aktion gemeinsam neue Wege gehen, um das Übel der Kinderpornographie wirkungsvoll zu bekämpfen.” Bereits vergangene Woche hatte das BKA darüber informiert, auf die Umsetzung der Provider-Verträge zu verzichten, welche ebenfalls zu Internet-Sperren führen sollten. Die Sperren waren einerseits als von jedermann leicht zu umgehen und andererseits als Einstieg in eine Zensur-Infrastruktur kritisiert worden. 1&1 hatte eine entsprechende Vereinbarung mit dem BKA deshalb als wenig zielführend im Kampf gegen Kinderpornographie angesehen und nicht unterzeichnet. Durch die Koalitionsvereinbarung sieht man sich nun nochmals in dieser Linie bestätigt. “Von Beginn der Diskussion an waren unsere Anliegen effektive Maßnahmen zum Opferschutz und der Täterermittlung. Das Thema ist zu ernst, um es mit einem leicht umgehbaren virtuellen Stopp-Schild zu erledigen. Kinderpornographie muss gelöscht, nicht versteckt werden”, bemerkt Robert Hoffmann. “Als einer der größten Webspace-Anbieter löschen wir selbstverständlich bereits heute jede Kinderpornographie, die wir finden. Unsere Erfahrung ist, dass auch alle anderen Server-Betreiber im In- und Ausland das so machen, wenn sie nur einen Hinweis erhalten. Dafür stellen wir gerne das technische Know-how unserer Web-Spezialisten sowie unsere Kontakte zu internationalen Internet-Anbietern und Organisationen zur Verfügung. Konsequenterweise sollte die Politik das rechtlich umstrittene Netzsperren-Gesetz nun auch rechtsstaatlich einwandfrei entsorgen.” Schon zu Beginn der Gespräche mit Familienministerin Ursula von der Leyen im Januar hat die Internetbranche darauf hingewiesen, dass das Entfernen solch schändlicher Inhalte an der Quelle der einzig richtige Weg sein kann. Kinderschutzorganisationen und Netz-Aktivisten haben bewiesen, dass das auch dann funktioniert, wenn die Web-Seiten auf Servern im Ausland liegen. 1&1 sagt zu, sich an der von den Koalitionspartnern angeregten Zusammenarbeit zu beteiligen – sowohl direkt als auch über den Branchenverband eco, der unter anderem die deutsche Internetbeschwerdestelle im Rahmen des INHOPE-Netzwerks betreibt. “Unsere Stiftung United Internet for UNICEF ist einer der größten Spender für das UNICEF Kinderhilfswerk. Das wirft durchaus Fragen auf, die ich umgehend an 1 & 1 gestellt habe:

 mit Wohlwollen habe ich die Pressemitteilung von 1&1 aufgenommen. Gerne würde ich auch diese Meldung über mein Weblog weitertragen, doch dann machte mich folgende Aussage am Ende der Pressemitteilung nachdenklich:

“Unsere Stiftung United Internet for UNICEF ist einer der größten Spender für das UNICEF Kinderhilfswerk. Die Koalitionsvereinbarung ermutigt uns und alle im Internet, die sich seit Jahren ernsthaft für Kinderrechte engagieren”, sagt 1&1 Vorstandssprecher Robert Hoffmann.”

Ausgerechnet UNICEF und 4 weitere Kinderschutzorganisationen haben eine gemeinsame Stellungnahme verfasst und öffentlich publiziert, worin sie herbe Kritik am Beschluss der neuen Koalition üben, die Internetsperren auszusetzen und dem Prinzip “Löschen statt Sperren” zu folgen. Im meinem Weblog (www.guedesweiler.wordpress.com) habe ich diese Fehleinschätzung der Kinderschutzorganisationen aufgegriffen und sogar versucht, aus technischer Sicht die Sinnfreiheit des DNS- Access Blocking zu erläutern. Auf meine Email erhielt ich lediglich eine einzige unbefriedigende Rückmeldung und diese stammte nicht von UNICEF. Wegen der Kinderpornographie- Thematik habe ich bereits mehrfach erfolglos UNICEF kontaktiert. Nicht eine einzige Antwort war dieser Kinderschutzorgansisation mein Bestreben wert. UNICEF ist nachweislicher Befürworter von Internetsperren…

Umso mehr verwundert es mich, dass 1&1 einerseits als Provider Internetsperren als Placebo im Kampf gegen Kinderpornographie bezeichnet und andererseits eine Stiftung unterhält, die UNICEF unterstützt, aber in dieser Sache keine einheitliche Meinung vertritt. Nicht nur für mich stellt dies ein Glaubwürdigkeitsproblem entweder für 1&1 oder für UNICEF dar. Wie kann es sein, dass eine Partnerschaft zwischen 1&1 und UNICEF in der Thematik Kinderrechte aufrecht erhalten werden kann, wenn beide Seiten völlig verschiedene Ansichten vertreten, wie man gegen Kinderpornographie vorgehen sollte? Offensichtlich besteht zumindest ein eklatantes Kommunikationsproblem zwischen beiden Partnern? Können Sie mir bitte diesen unverständlichen Sachverhalt erläutern?

 gerne gehen wir auf Ihre E-Mail zur Kritik ein.

 Das Löschen von Internetseiten mit kinderpornographischem Inhalt ist selbstverständlich möglich. Es wird jedoch nicht in ausreichendem Maße umgesetzt, obwohl die meisten Länder in der Tat über Gesetze gegen Kinderpornographie verfügen.

Doch die Umsetzung der Gesetze und Richtlinien setzt voraus, dass diese Länder auch eine Infrastruktur haben. Dazu gehört etwa eine Einsatzgruppe, die Vorwürfen nachgehen und die Verfolgung von Tätern, die kinderpornographische Bilder ins Internet stellen, aufnehmen kann. Es müssen Ansprechpartner und entsprechende Institutionen vorhanden sein, an die sich hiesige Behörden auch wenden können. Beamte hierzulande benötigen Kontaktleute vor Ort, mit denen sie zusammenarbeiten, Absprachen treffen und die grenzüberschreitende Strafverfolgung koordinieren können. Der Aufbau solcher Strukturen und Kooperationen braucht Zeit.

Solange die praktische Umsetzung nicht greifen kann, so lange sind Maßnahmen wie Zugangssperren erforderlich, um Kinder zu schützen. UNICEF hat immer wieder darauf hingewiesen, dass Zugangssperren nicht ausreichen, sondern ein Baustein auf dem Weg zu einer Lösung ist. Seit Beginn der Debatte tritt UNICEF für eine klare gesetzliche Regelung ein, um ein rechtsstaatlich kontrolliertes Verfahren sicher zu stellen. Darüber hinaus sind viele weitere Maßnahmen unabdingbar, um den Kinderschutz systematisch zu verbessern, die Strafverfolgung zu verstärken und den Opfern zu helfen.

Ich weiß nicht, worauf sich Ihre Fehleinschätzung dieser technischen Maßnahmen stützt, doch kann ich Ihnen als IT- Experte versichern, dass Internetsperren nicht die geringste Effektivität im Kampf gegen Kinderpornographie entfalten können und dies wurde auch schon mehrfach eindrucksvoll nachgewiesen (bei Bedarf kann ich Ihnen dies gerne demonstrieren). Es kann also einzig und allein sinnvoll erscheinen, effektivere Maßnahmen zu ergreifen. Das Prinzip des Löschens bietet sich geradezu an und erreicht hohe Erfolgsquoten, was auch nachgewiesen wurde. Ich kann daher beim besten Willen nicht begreifen, dass immer noch Leute Internetsperren befürworten. Selbst als sog. „flankierende Maßnahme“ sind sie völlig unnütz und richten u.U. sogar Schaden an anderer Stelle an (siehe Bürgerrechte)…

 Unrichtig jedoch ist Ihre Behauptung, dass die Umsetzung der Löschstrategie in Ländern, die Sie allerdings ebenfalls nicht benennen wollen, nicht ausreichend funktionieren würde. Sie verfallen damit in die gleiche fatale Situation, die schon der Bundesfamilienministerin zum blamablen Verhängnis wurde. Während der Verein AK Zensur und die Organisation CareChild sehr wohl das Funktionieren der Löschstrategie im Ausland demonstrieren konnten, bleibt Ursula von der Leyen jeden Beweis schuldig, welcher Internetsperren sinnvoll machen würde.

Recht gebe ich Ihnen dahingehend, dass über die Ländergrenzen von Deutschland hinaus auf behördlicher Ebene eine stabile Vernetzung der Strafverfolgungsbehörden nicht flächendeckend gegeben ist. Dies jedoch ist kein Argument für Netzsperren, da diese ja wirkungslos sind, auch über Landesgrenzen hinaus. Anstatt, dass jeder Staat eine eigene Sperrinfrastruktur autark aufbaut, die ohnehin kein adäquates Mittel gegen Kinderpornographie darstellt, sollte man vorrangig an einer länderübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit interessiert sein. Es kann doch nicht sein, dass Privatpersonen deutlich erfolgreicher beim Löschen von kinderpornographischen Inhalten im Internet sind als Strafverfolgungsbehörden. Die Kreditwirtschaft macht es vor, indem betrügerische Phishing- Seiten binnen 4 Stunden aus dem Netz verschwinden, während Kinderpornographie wochen- bis monatelang durch behördliche Infantilität online bleiben können. Übrigens bleiben diese Inhalte weiterhin online, wenn man Internetsperren einrichtet, die in etwa 30 Sekunden ohne spezifisches Fachwissen umgangen werden können. Die praktische Umsetzung der Löschstrategie funktioniert, man muss es nur wollen und können…

Ich gehe noch kurz auf Ihre Pressemitteilungen ein, die Sie als Link mit gesendet haben:

Aufruf mit UNICEF-Botschafter Roger Moore und Ministerin von der Leyen – selten habe ich einen technisch so unqualifizierten Beitrag gelesen. Die Zahlen, die dort aufgeführt werden, beruhen auf Schätzungen und können bis heute in keiner Weise belegt werden. Im Grunde geht es mir nicht darum, in Frage zu stellen, ob 100 oder 100000 Kinder missbraucht werden, es ist nur beschämend, wenn man mit falschen Zahlen das Problem künstlich aufzublähen versucht, um eine breite Zustimmung für die Sache erreichen zu wollen. Jedes missbrauchte Kind ist eines zu viel und deshalb muss man nicht in Baron von Münchhausens Fußstapfen treten. Genau dies hat aber Ursula von der Leyen mehrfach getan, was in höchstem Maße unredlich ist.  Im Text werden Beispiele aus Kenia, den Philippinen und Bangla Desh genannt. Kontrolliert man die Sperrlisten aus Finnland, Schweden, Dänemark und Australien, findet man nicht eine einzige Internetpräsenz mit kinderpornographischem Inhalt aus diesen Ländern. Jetzt frage ich Sie ganz gezielt, wie wollen Sie mit Internetsperren die Kindesmisshandlungen aus den geschilderten Fällen bekämpfen? Ohne IT- Experte zu sein, sollte jedem klar sein, dass hierfür andere Maßnahmen notwendig sind. Nennen Sie mir nur ein einziges Land, wo aufgrund einer Internetsperre Kindesmissbrauch verhindert wird! Nennen Sie mir nur ein einziges Land, wo das Löschen von kinderpornographischen Inhalten nicht möglich ist und tatsächlich auch solches Material nachweislich vorliegt, sodass ein virtuelles Stopp- Schild eine zu rechtfertigende Alternative darstellen würde!

„Die technische Sperrung von kinderpornografischen Internetseiten ist dabei ein Baustein.“  Dieser Irrglaube wird von Leuten verbreitet, die keinerlei Fachkompetenz besitzen. Tut mir leid, wenn ich so direkt reagiere. Nennen Sie mir bitte die Wirkung dieses Bausteines! Es kann nicht sein, dass man Behauptungen aufstellt, aber sie nicht begründet…

Ich habe mich zwischenzeitlich mit dem Provider 1 & 1 über dieses Thema ausgetauscht, welcher ja Partner von UNICEF ist, aber eine völlig andere Ansicht vertritt, wie die Pressemitteilung bestätigt. Es ist schon erstaunlich, dass in Fachkreisen das DNS Access Blocking zur Bekämpfung von Kinderpornographie quasi ausnahmslos als unwirksam angesehen wird. Laien hingegen verteidigen lobbygesteuert diese sinnfreie Technik im Bezug auf Kinderpornographie. Bitte nehmen Sie sich die Zeit und informieren Sie sich eingehend über das Thema und Sie werden erkennen, dass Internetsperren für Zensurmaßnahmen geeignet sind, aber in keiner Weise Kinderpornographie eindämmen. Mich würde interessieren, woher UNICEF die Information bezogen hat, dass Internetsperren gegen Kinderpornographie helfen würden? Auch wenn Sie mir dies nicht mitteilen wollen oder dürfen, möchte ich Sie bitten, die Quelle auf Seriosität und Fachkompetenz zu überprüfen. Wenn jemand Hilfe beim Steuerbescheid benötigt, zieht dieser ja auch nicht den ortsansässigen Metzger zu Rate, er wird sich wohl an einen Steuerberater oder ähnlich qualifizierten Fachmann wenden. Wieso vertraut man bei technischen Maßnahmen zur Bekämpfung von Kinderpornographie im Internet  auf Politiker und Juristen oder Betriebswirtschaftler anstatt auf IT- Experten? (Wer eine schöne PowerPoint- Präsentation erstellen kann, muss nicht gleichermaßen ein Experte für Netzwerktechnik und Serverdienste sein – nur so am Rande)…

“Phnom Penh: The increasing number of rapes indicates that Khmer tradition is falling apart under the influence of bad foreign culture, spread through porn videos played at some coffee shops, and through drug abuse.

“Based on news from five local newspapers, Koh Santepheap, Rasmei Kampuchea, Kampuchea Thmey, The Phnom Penh Post, and The Cambodia Daily, information collected by End Child Prostitution, Abuse and Trafficking in Cambodia – ECPAT-Cambodia – shows in a Media Analysis of Rape, Trafficking for Sexual Purpose, Indecent Cases in Third Quarter 2009 [in Khmer] that there were 69 cases of rape involving 70 victims. To tally the numbers within the three quarters of 2009, there were 216 rape cases and 225 victims, where 137 of them, 61%, affected underage persons. It should be noted that an Australian woman, a tourist, also became a rape victim. [ECPAT-Cambodia is a member of the international network End Child Prostitution, Child Pornography and Trafficking of Children for Sexual Purposes - ECPAT International.]

“Compared to the corresponding period in 2008 with 211 cases, there were 5 cases more. The provinces and cities with a high number of rapes are Battambang with 43 cases, Phnom Penh 22 cases, Kompong Cham 19 cases, Kandal 18 cases, Pursat and Banteay Meanchey each 17 cases, Kompong Speu 12 cases, Takeo 11 cases, and the other cases in other provinces. There were 6 cases of rape-and-murder, where one young girl was raped by seven teenagers living in the same village and then murdered cruelly by cutting her throat and stabbing her several times.

“These inhuman acts were done by 261 suspects, among whom 20 were underage people. Most of the crimes were committed by Khmers, but there were also some cases involving others: 2 Koreans, 3 Vietnamese, 2 Thais, 1 Cambodian Muslim, and 1 case of a woman. Notably, gang rapes [where several teenagers raped one girl or woman] add up to 21 cases, where 2 to 7 perpetrators were involved in the gang-rape cases. There were 15 cases where both the victims and the suspects were underage people. As for the relations between the victims and the suspects, there were 103 cases where the victims were raped by their neighbors in the same villages, in 40 cases by family members and relatives, in 35 cases by people knowing each other, in 9 cases a boyfriend raped his girlfriend, and in 24 cases there is no report about the relationship. As for the law, 217 suspects were arrested, and 147 cases were sent to be solved by the counts, 56 cases were under further investigations by police, in 39 cases the suspects escaped, in 2 cases the suspects were released on bail, and 1 case was addressed out of the court system. There was only one case with a comparatively high verdict, in which the court indicted the suspect for rape, and the perpetrator then was sentenced to serve 10 years in prison and was ordered to pay a fine of Riel 4 million [approx. US$975].

“There were some factors reported which were involved frequently in rapes cases, where there were 69 cases where the perpetrators used special opportunities, 47 cases were planned, 22 cases involved drug abuse and alcohol, 6 cases resulted related to watching porn movies and pictures, and for other cases no such circumstances were reported. There were 65 cases resulting from a situation where the victim stayed alone, 35 cases where the victim trusted to go with the suspect, 32 cases happened where the victims were attacked while sleeping, and 20 cases happened while the victims went out for a walk at night.

“During this time, there were 5 cases of human trafficking victimizing 8 women and 5 underage girls, 1 person was 1 Vietnamese. Compared to the same period in 2008, there was a decline of 3 cases. There were 8 suspects, including 1 Chinese man, and 2 were women. Four of them were arrested, and 3 were sent to be prosecuted by the court. Two suspects were under police investigation, and one escaped. There were no reports about how the suspects were convicted by the courts. Places of human trafficking are the road from Takeo to Banteay Meanchey, the city of Phnom Penh, Pailin, and Battambang.

“Within the same period, there were 11 cases of producing child pornography, involving 12 victims, where 10 were girls between the ages of 5 and 17. Among the 12 victims, 2 were Vietnamese and 10 were Cambodian. Involved in these cases were 11 suspects from age 19 to age 68, and most of them are tourists from America, England, France, Japan, and Switzerland. Nine of them were arrested and convicted to serve 3 years in prison. Those cases occurred in Phnom Penh, Sihanoukville, Siem Reap, Battambang, and Kandal.

“ECPAT-Cambodia noticed that there was a slight increase in the number of rapes, and a slight decrease in the number of human trafficking, based on the information in those newspapers. But the number of victims who were underage is alarmingly high. Also there were cases of extreme cruelty like gang rapes and murders, while the number of suspects that were prosecuted is low. Therefore ECPAT-Cambodia appeals to relevant organizations and institutions, especially to the Royal Government of Cambodia, to strengthen law enforcement by the courts and the police, and to make the related laws widely known to the citizens. All parents have to be very careful about the safety of their sons and daughters, especially when they are very young.” Koh Santepheap, Vol.42, #67, 10-11.10.2009

“to work for harmonious synergy among the Organization’s three main legal instruments for cultural diversity:

• the World Heritage Convention of 1972;
• the Convention for the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage of 2003; and
• the Convention on the Protection and Promotion of the Diversity of Cultural Expressions, adopted by UNESCO in 2005.”

In addition, the members of the World Heritage Committee will have to work more on developing the following two fields:

• “to develop the complementarity of science and culture, notably in the 80 sites which carry the twin labels of the Man and the Biosphere (MAB) Program and World Heritage, and

At last count, a minimum 1.8 million children are enslaved in the global sex trade, which actively operates in nearly every country in the world. At last estimate, as many as 200,000 children risk entering into sex trafficking in the United States alone (The Polaris Project).

The centuries-old phenomenon of human trafficking is far from extinct, yet an innovative new partnership among The Body Shop, ECPAT International (End Child Pornography and Trafficking of Children for Sexual Purposes), and The Somaly Mam Foundation seeks to change that.

Each of the three organizations brings a unique set of resources and perspectives to this campaign, entitled “Stop Sex Trafficking of Children and Young People.” Specifically, The Body Shop envisioned a holistic partnership in which ECPAT and The Somaly Mam Foundation could provide their expertise (in advocacy and rescue/rehabilitation, respectively) around the issue and The Body Shop could leverage its reach to communicate the issue and activate the public worldwide.

The Body Shop boasts a rich history dedicated to its campaigns and values, and the company’s leadership of this campaign truly reaffirms its corporate identity. When Dame Anita Roddick created The Body Shop in 1976, she expected that social change would be firmly engrained in all aspects of the company, from research and development to the commitments of suppliers and manufacturers, to the future development of a community trade program and targeted campaigns. In reflecting on Roddick’s legacy, Shelley Simmons, The Body Shop Director of Values, describes the late founder as “a social activist first and foremost and an entrepreneur secondly.” As such, the company’s adoption of the child sex trafficking issue is in tribute to Roddick’s heartfelt passion around the cause.

The Body Shop views its staff as changemakers in the charge to raise awareness of the issue, and in turn employees have risen to the challenge. The company designed a training curriculum at the launch of the campaign to educate staff around the issue, helping them gauge the interest and comfort level of consumers who express an interest in the cause. Furthermore, employees were provided an educational video featuring Somaly Mam and ECPAT USA, as well as invited to attend a rally in New York City where experts in the issue raised a call to action.

ECPAT is a global network that unites 81 organizations serving to eliminate child trafficking, prostitution, and pornography through advocacy and reform efforts. Since its establishment in 1990 as a three-year campaign focused on Asia, ECPAT has established a presence in 75 countries, representing all regions worldwide. The primary focus of the organization is to provide tools and best practices to uphold the Stockholm Agenda for Action against the commercial sexual exploitation of children (CSEC), which was adopted by 122 countries in 1996.

And then there’s Somaly Mam. Named one of the World’s Most Influential People in Time Magazine’s 2009 issue, Mam is as humble as she is fearless. Somaly Mam sat down to speak with onPhilanthropy while promoting her partnership with The Body Shop and ECPAT and celebrating her foundation’s second annual A Night of Hopes and Dreams benefit in New York City.

By now many are familiar with Mam’s story: she was sold into sex slavery in Cambodia at a young age by a man posing as her grandfather, and she experienced unspeakable abuse and hardship at the hands of her various captors. But speak she does: since escaping from bondage, Mam went on to found an NGO called AFESIP (Agir Pour les Femmes en Situation Precaire) and the Somaly Mam Foundation and has become a tireless advocate for young women who suffer her same plight throughout Cambodia, Thailand, and Laos. Somaly Mam has changed the lives of the more than 6,000 young women she has freed and nurtured back to health. Indeed, the adoration was undeniable in the faces of the young women Mam referred to as daughters, who clustered around her to catch every word of our conversation.

By partnering in a three-year campaign that provides both short-term relief and long-term solutions to the child sex trafficking issue, these three organizations form a natural synthesis. With funding support at this time, the campaign can ensure the rescue and rehabilitation of children who are most immediately threatened by the human sex trafficking industry. Reports commissioned by the campaign will lay the groundwork for future advocacy efforts, which can in turn influence legislation in countries where laws are ineffective or non-existent. Building off these achievements, the campaign hopes that it can drive toward systemic change, eradicating these conditions altogether and ensuring protection for children worldwide.

With such influential parties uniting to tackle the issue of childhood sex trafficking, it’s no wonder this campaign, just launched in August 2009, is already making waves. Just last week The Body Shop International CEO Sophie Gasperment joined a working session at the Clinton Global Initiative entitled “Leadership Solutions to End Human Trafficking and Forced Labor,” where she presented a “Progress Card System” that values government steps in addressing child sex trafficking. Not only will this innovative system establish benchmarks and quantify progress toward reform, but it also elicits a candid discussion about the ways in which the issue is manifest around the world.

Learn about the problem
Most people don’t recognize the gravity of sex trafficking in every country around the world. Educate yourself on the issue, and it will become impossible to ignore. In addition, Somaly Mam’s memoir, The Road of Lost Innocence: The True Story of a Cambodian Heroine, paints a candid and chilling picture of the reality that so many children suffer.

Spread the word
Once you’re inspired by the work of the campaign, share your enthusiasm with others! One of the most difficult barriers facing this issue is that so few people realize the truth of what is taking place. Visit the ECPAT website for some ideas about how to share the reality of child sex trafficking. A little awareness can go a long way.

Den kristna sekten Ecpat presenterade igår en ny rapport tillsammans med det kommersiella företaget Body Shop angående människohandel. De menar att 1.2 miljoner personer under 18 år säljs i världen årligen i syfte att antingen bli tvingade till prostitution eller tvingas till obetalt fabriksarbete. Fast mest tvingas de till prostitution förstås, för Ecpat skiter egentligen i 10-åringarna som står och syr fotbollar 14 timmar om dagen, de hatar sex, inte barnarbete. All sex som inte uppfyller deras bibliska krav, det vill säga vuxna gifta par (man och kvinna) som har sex i missionärsställningen med enda syfte att reproducera hatar dom.

Men med tanke på allt skitsnack Ecpat har haft för sig tidigare när det kommer till siffror ser jag ingen anledning tillatt bli oroad över dessa heller. Ta till exempel deras uttalande om hur “barnporrindustrin” årligen omsätter 20 miljarder kronor, något som Robert träffsäkert dekrediterade som en uppenbar och överdrivet grov överdrift. I själva verket finns det ingen kommersiell barnporrindustri, om man inte räknar med polisens honeypots och  random barnmodellsidor, för ingen vill ju betala för något man lika gärna kan få gratis. Å andra sidan finns det inget som hindrar dom från att ta med 25-åringar som på eget bevåg flyttar för att jobba utomlands i sina estimeringar, för de har ju uppenbarligen ingen koll på ålder heller…

En grej som fick mig att skratta gott var när SvDs reporter frågade Ecpat Internationals chef Carmen Madrinan om det inte fanns en risk att Ecpats förtroende skulle skadas av ett samarbete med ett kommersiellt företag, en fråga som mycket väl hade varit relevant om det faktiskt varit så att de överhuvudtaget hade någon sorts förtroende eller pålitlighet.

Återkommer när jag läst rapporten, känner på mig att den innehåller en del intressant.

Did you know that human trafficking is the third largest organized crime in the world? Poverty stricken children, as young as 5 years old, are sold into slavery and prostitution. They are promised a better life for themselves and their families, but they are actually tortured and raped by hundreds (maybe more) of people, well, excuses for people. Can you imagine? A child as young as five being forced into prostitution?! Don’t blame the parents, they usually don’t know that that’s what their kids are getting into. Don’t think that this just happens in underdeveloped countries; this is global, including the U.S.

The situtaion is horrific , but the good news is you can help. The Body Shop has teamed up with ECPAT (End Child Prostitution, Child Pornography and Trafficking of Children for Sexual Purposes) and the Somaly Mam Foundation to help us all fight human sex trafficking. Somaly Mam, a former sex slave herself, has now dedicated her life to rescuing and rehabilitating victims of these terrible crimes. She has opened safe houses where children are provided medical, psychological and educational help. Victims are taught to read and write, vocational skills (like sewing and hair dressing), language skills and even computer skills. Her foundation has helped save over four thousand children. Somaly Mam has been recognized as Glamour Magazine’s 2006 Woman of the Year, a CNN Hero, and one of Time Magazine’s 100 Most Influential People of 2009.

Proceeds from purchasing The Body Shop’s Soft Hands Kind Heart Hand Cream and Bag for Life will go to ECPAT and the Somaly Mam Foundation, respectively. Yes, something as simple as buying a hand cream or reusable bag can really make a difference. Let’s help kick human sex trafficking in the ass, all while having softer hands and/or carrying a reusable bag. Helping others in need is always a beautiful thing.

Rain is showering the ground outside. Yesterday evening, I arrived to Serekunda, near Banjul in The Gambia. The purpose of my stay here is to meet with the partner organization CPA (Child Protection Alliance); and to explore their work concerning protection of children against violence. They have a child-led group called the Voice of the Young, which comprises of children who are actively involved in the fight against violence. This morning I participated in training for child advocates to campaign for making IT safe. The campaign is aimed at protecting children from commercial sexual exploitation; since online and interactive technologies can make illegal exchanges easier, hence put children in risk of exploitation. Commercial sexual exploitation of children (CSEC) include several forms; child prostitution, child sex tourism, trafficking of children for sexual purposes, child pornography and child marriage. According to ECPAT (the organization that funds the campaign here), exploitation means “someone benefits from or gets something by taking advantage of someone else in an unfair way.” Sexual abuse of children and CSEC are frequent and complex problems in The Gambia (as well as in West Africa overall); so I am excited to maintain more knowledge about the preventive and responsive work of CPA.

Now then, I had planned to go for a walk and explore the surroundings this late afternoon, before joining tonight’s community outreach program about violence against children. But since it is raining I guess I will be stuck indoors for a while.

My first impressions of The Gambia are very green and lush environments, red dirty roads, and very talkative people.

Idag var en speciell dag olik alla andra, inte bara för att tankebrott skulle komma att bli kriminaliserat – nej, utan för att hela 37st nya lagar skulle träda i kraft som hädanefter kommer reglera hur du lever ditt liv som Svensk medborgare. Lite kortfattat om lagstifningen mot Grooming då: Virila hannar har genom århundraden alltid sökt sig till unga fertila honor för ett rutinmässigt utbyte av diverse kroppsvätskor, samspelet mellan dom två grupperna har flutit på i harmoni utan att ballansen stördes – men det var då. Syftet med lagen är att förhindra vuxna och fjortisar från att prata snusk via olika chattforum på nätet – värsta scenariot blir om ett möte mellan dom två äger rum, det är därför man ansåg att det behövdes en lag som skulle sätta ett stopp för utnyttjandet av naiva flickor som inte vet vad dom gör. Om det sedan i praktiken hindrar sexuella relationer med samtyckande fjortisar är oklart – den nuvarande lagstiftningen är verkningslös och har knappast satt stopp för övergreppen i alla dess former, den enda effekten som fylls är möjligheten att anmäla när skadan redan är skedd: på något sätt känns det här väldigt galet tycker jag. Angående övergrepp i dess renaste form, så kan man ju enbart konstatera att en del svaga själar med tvivelaktiga tendenser – inte bryr sig om straffskalor när det handlar om ett par sekunders njutning… Jag har tidigare i min blogg tagit upp detta med grooming som kan vara läsvärt.

Förvånande nog så är jag överraskande positiv till den nya lagen, eftersom politikerna satte gränsen under 15-års ålder - vilket såklart är jättebra - för efter det får minderåriga sin sexuella självbestämmanderätt; genom ett mirakel så besitter dom numera den nödvändiga mentala kapaciteten att samtycka till sex med äldre individer (som dom inte redan kunde det tidigare liksom…) Enligt Barnkonventionen’s Artikel 1, så är alla att betrakta som hjälplösa barn upp till 18-år - så ni kan säkert förstå hur Ecpat har gastat och gormat över varför inte även 15-18åriga  ”barn” ska få erhålla detta beskydd från sex -om man sedan läser mellan raderna så skulle förmodligen ingen tonåring längre få njuta av sex i den utsträckning dom vill.

Här är ett litet utdrag:

“Barn upp till 18 år måste skyddas av den nya bestämmelsen, i enlighet med Barnkonventionen. [...] Eventuella bevissvårigheter kring samtycke eller inte samtycke förelegat i ett individuellt fall, kan inte ligga till grund för att barn mellan 15 och 18 berövas ett skydd mot denna form av sexuella kränkningar. Det skulle stå i strid med Barnkonventionen [...] Att den sexuella självbestämmanderätten inträffar vid 15 år innebär inte att alla 15-18 åringar ofrivilligt vill bli kontaktade av personer i sexuella syften.”

Hur ser då forskningen ut angående vuxna och minderåriga’s sexuella kontakter via nätet? Den mest heltäckande och faktiskt bästa – är skapad i Nord-America. Är verkligen Grooming ett så stort problem som media vill få oss att tro, eller är det inget annat än ett utstuderat samspel mellan stans skvallerblaskor och tafatta politiker för att vinna väljar stöd hos ett alltmer indoktrinerat samhälle?

Bevisen pekar mot att den mesta ”kunskapen” kring detta ämne är fel och enormt överdriven - det finns inget stort hot mot tonåringars säkerhet på nätet, och även om vuxna påträffas chattandes med ungdomar om sex så är det mesta fullständigt harmlöst.

Enligt Chris Hansen från “To Catch a Predator” så söker ungefär 50.000 män dagligen sex med barn på internet - viktigt dock att komma ihåg att dessa siffror inte berör Sverige. Chris har benämt det här som en form av epedemi av enorma proportioner… Är det här verkligen sant? Enligt en rapport från (Harvard Law School’s Berkman Center for Internet & Society – Enhancing Child Safety and Online Technologies) så är sexuella kränkningar av det här slaget betydligt mindre förekommande än vad Chris Hansen och övriga har velat få oss att tro. Det man kom fram till i sin studie: var att minderåriga löper större risk att bli utsatta för mobbning och kränkningar från jämnåriga än att bli kontaktade av vuxna i sexuella syften.

Så var fick egentligen Chris Hansen siffran på häpnandsväckande 50.000 män – som aktivt söker barn ute på nätet? Ur sin egen hjärna förstås, det hela var påhittat i mer eller mindre utsträckning vilket han senare tvingades bekräfta själv…

Also ich will ja nicht behaupten das Konsumenten von Kinderpornosgraphie völlig unschuldig sind, aber es jeden falls nicht die Menschen, die direkt die Gewaltaten ausüben. Sie unterstützen sie damit, aber sie üben sie nicht aus! Und Kindesmissbrauch würde auch ohne das Internet stattfinden! Also liebe Junta, tut erstmal was gegen die Täter! ”I Thailand tvingades regeringen i dag avblåsa ett pågående regionalt toppmöte efter att demonstranter hade omringat mötesplatsen i Pattaya. Byggnaden stormades av hundratals demonstranter och en rad asiatiska ledare fick evakueras med helikopter.”

Jag önskar att thailändarna kunde reagera så för att västerlänningar våldtar deras barn och korrumperar deras kvinnor genom sexturism! Vi snackar major helvetesvarning för kulturförnedrarna från väst. Lyckligtvis är jag inte en av dem, jag har aldrig ens varit i Thailand, och än mindre varit med någon thailändsk kvinna, och i synnerhet har jag inte våldfört mig på något thailändskt barn (eller något annat barn/ungdom av någon nationalitet). Jag vill att de thailändska männen ska få chansen att ge tillbaka när det kommer till kvinnor! När det kommer till pedofilernas gärningar så anser jag att vidriga brott är vidriga brott är vidriga brott, och dessa skall bekämpas såväl i Sverige som i Thailand, det är ingenting som ska ”gå tillbaka”! Det som gör den thailändska passiviteten i barnvåldtäkts- och kvinnostöldsfrågan så skrämmande, är att thailändarna tydligen har förmågan att samla sig för att demonstrera, mot något så trivialt och naturligt som Asean-mötet. Men jag vet, som Man, att de thailändska männen är djupt upprörda över orättvisorna i Kvinnofrågan, eftersom de fungerar som alla andra män gör runt om i världen! Likheterna i hur vi upplever sådana orättvisor är större än kulturskillnaderna, konstigt vore det annars. (Även om män upplever kvinnoförlust lika, så uppträder de olika beroende på etnicitet, vissa kan t.ex. själva utan grund behandla de som nu vill ha revansch på ett mänskligt sett uselt sätt generellt, eller så kan de handla som jag gör här och i mina handlingar gentemot thailändarna! Vi får se vilka andra européer som gör det i framtiden?)

Att stoppa turismen till Thailand är förstås ingen lösning på problemen, det tror jag inte ens att thailändarna själva tycker. Vi måste börja med att motivera till attitydförändringar i både Thailand och Sverige! Thailändarna är inga medel till självtillfredsställelse, de är mål – i sig värda empati, och att man ser vad man gör mot dem och hur det får thailändarna att känna! Om jag kan så ska jag ändra attityderna i alla västländer, arbeta mot korruptionen i den thailändska poliskåren i Pattya. Bidra till att barnbyar byggs för tvångsprostituerade barn (vilket innebär alla prostituerade barn och ungdomar!). Involvera den svenska polisen i samarbete med den thailändska, i synnerhet svenska poliskvinnor som är mera motiverade att få till stånd en förändring än svenska polismän, inte för att de flesta svenska polismän utnyttjar barn, eller inte vill se förändring, men för att de har resignerat mot att den svenska borgerliga regeringen inte har kurage nog till att ta krafttag mot den grova brottsligheten, som aldrig leder till några straff. Det är likadant i Thailand, men de brottas dessutom med en större korruption inom poliskåren. Svenska poliskvinnor är vreda, som de flesta normala svenska kvinnor är, för vad dem ser som orättvisor mot sig själva. En och annan kanske tänker på de thailändska männen, som jag tänker på främst de arabiska kvinnorna, vilka saknar all frihet och behandlas som mindre värda av deras män, som motarbetar Guds vilja med alla samhällen – att alla ska få välja hur de vill leva sina liv men de får själva ta konsekvenserna när de möter Gud inför domen. Dock är även jag vred för min egen skull också. Men – utan denna själviska vrede skulle det inte komma några förändringar för det motsatta könet i förorterna och i arabvärlden märk väl – och det gäller poliskvinnorna (och alla svenska kvinnor) i frågan om de asiatiska männens olyckas vändning också. Däremot lägger svenska kvinnor inget krut på att hjälpa arabiska och nordafrikanska kvinnor här i Sverige, chansen är dessutom stor att hon har en historia med andra män av valfri etnicitet (men just inte polacker, thailändare eller kineser där situationen är tvärtom, är det inte en sjuk värld!?), även européer så nära relaterade som danskar, vilka som bekant inte är ett dugg bättre än vilka araber som helst när det kommer till kvinnostölder kombinerat med kvinnoförtryck (kvinnoförtrycket i Danmark är bara marginellt mindre än det i t.ex. f.d. Jugoslavien). Är det då konstigt att man drar sig från att dejta en svenska? En kvinnas förflutna spelar faktiskt roll! Jag vill även arbeta för att göra det möjligt att återförena prostituerade barn med deras familjer, genom ekonomiska familjefonder. Jag tar tacksamt emot andra förslag!

Att det fortgår ett utnyttjande av Thailands unga flickor och barn – av svenska män – är den största skammen för det här landet (Sverige) genom historien, och jag kan bara ödmjukt be om ursäkt för mina ”landsmäns” beteende till det thailändska folket, vilket jag härmed gör! Men en ursäkt är som bekant ingenting värd utan handling! Därför bifogar jag det här blogginlägget till utrikesdepartementet, statsministern, justitieministern, integrationsministern, socialdepartementet och migrationsministern. Det blir inte första gången, men de sitter väl på sina arslen precis som förutvarande gånger? Bryr sig inte ens om att svara gör de heller, antagligen för att de inte har för avsikt att göra något åt situationen för de thailändska männen och barnen. De är lika skyldiga som de svenska sexturisterna! Inte ens den kristne Göran Hägglund brukar lyfta ett finger, utom när ECPAT och andra intresseorganisationer anklagar regeringen för att vara passiv, då får han eld i baken – en kort tid! Just nu är det inget tryck på regeringen från frivilligorganisationer och media, så nu ligger allt sådant arbete nere på socialdepartementet och justitiedepartementet.

Som på beställning efter gårdagens raljerande kring de som ser pedofiler i varje buske och som kräver Tele2 huvud på ett fat för deras icke-påskrivande av Internetblockering; en artikel i Wired om hur en åklagare i USA åtalar tre 15-åriga tjejer för, just det, innehav av barnporr. Deras brott? Ta kort på sig själva…

The Tunkhannock case involves two photos depicting the three girls. One photo of Marissa Miller and Grace Kelly shows them two years ago at age 13 lying side by side while one talks on the phone and the other makes a peace sign with her fingers, according to the ACLU complaint. The two are photographed from the waist up and are wearing white opaque bras. A second photo shows a girl referred to in the court document as “Jane Doe” photographed outside a shower with a towel wrapped around her waist. Her breasts are bared.

För det första är det intressant hur ungdomar alltid betraktas som barn när det kommer till känsloliv, men som vuxna när det kommer straffrättsliga åtgärder. För det andra kan vi konstatera att det inte är någon direkt picknick att vara dömd sexbrottsling i USA:

Under a state sex offender law, they must also register as a sex offender for 10 years and have their name and photo posted on the state’s sex offender website — the latter requirement will include juvenile offenders when the law is amended later this year.

Med den nya tekniken kommer nya frågeställningar och nya faror att ta hänsyn till. Att ta mer eller mindre kort av sig själv och distribuera till personer är alltid vanskligt och det är sådant som föräldrar och lärare måste lära barn av idag. Samtidigt måste lärare och föräldrar lära sig av barnens mediakonsumtion, det är inte längre papperstidningar och Bengt Öste (eller ja, i deras fall Walther Conkrite) som styr vad man ska tycka och när man tar till sig information.

Som avslutning kan vi passa på att titta på vad åklagaren i Pennsylvania säger om fallet, för den som funderade på hur samhället ställer sig inför ungdomars nyfikenhet kring och provande av sexualitet:

Skumanick told an assembly of students that possessing inappropriate images of minors could be prosecuted under state child porn laws. Anyone convicted under the laws faces a possible seven year sentence and a felony conviction on their record…

Skumanick… also sent a letter to 20 students, including the three girls, who were found in possession of images. In a meeting with the students and their parents, he said he would file felony charges against the students unless they agreed to six months of probation, among other terms. He gave the parents 48 hours to agree. The parents of the three girls in the ACLU suit refused to sign.

Skumanick then threatened to charge the girls with producing child porn unless their parents agreed to the probation, and sent the teenagers to a five-week, 10-hour education program to discuss why what they did was wrong and what it means to be a girl in today’s society. The girls would also have to subject themselves to drug testing — a standard probation term in the county.
