I told you yesterday already. The topic is depression -_- It’s a difficult topic to talk about.. But I really wanted to write this down although I am in a good mood now XD But I am scared that I will forget it later. So I will just do it now:

I never thought that depression is that hard to deal with. You know a lot of people commit suicide. Mostly it’s because of depression. So I think you must not underestimate it. Some people I know once said.. It’s a silly thing to do so.. and you should consider your family, friends etc. either.

But actually it isn’t that easy. It’s hard to concentrate on others, on other things when you’re in this situation. You’re overwhelmed with bad feelings.. not just bad feelings.. also sadness and hopelessness..  It’s soooo sad.. and it’s not easy to help those persons. They have to help themselves. It’s good to talk with others.. try to enjoy their lives again.

I also had this experience so I can understand how these people feel… T-T wah. I hope you will never fall this deep.. I think it begins with exhausting and most of all problems within the family or with friends.. or maybe within a relationship? I don’t know.. but you’ll get tired of it and then it’s a matter of time. It’s either you’ll recover from it or you’ll get depression…

I am not a doctor or a psychologist but this is my view.. If there are evidences of depression then you should get help … I would advise you. Immediately! I don’t want people to die because of this… because you can heal it with medicaments.. Maybe not really healing but you’ll get medicaments so that you won’t feel that terrible anymore..

I was also sad. I almost hadn’t strengths anymore. I was weak and sensitive. I don’t know the reason why I became like this.. but maybe due to the problems I had at home. I had a really big conflict at home .. oh dear. It’s presumably because I was in puberty? xD haha and there were some problems at school anyway and also friends.. It was really too much! I couldn’t deal with it.. so I fell in a big hole. It was about two years ago?

And even at the beginning of this year I was hurt too. HAHA maybe you cannot imagine it.. but Super Junior helped me xDD I watched their shows.. (EHB and super junior show – mini drama) They were sooooo funny! I had to laugh xD My mood became better and better.. And I started to enjoy my life again.. and now I am here =) Feeling well… sometimes thinking about the sad past.. and I am glad that it’s over. I am sure that it will happen someday again. But I try to deal with it as hard as possible.. I want to thank anybody who helps me. <3 I love you

Kim Heechul is one of the members that I also like… I started liking him at one episode of their show “Exploration of Human Body” while dancing ‘Tell Me” of Wonder Girls… From there, I quickly noticed how beautiful this guy was… “How can I man look this pretty!!!”…

But because he only got small parts on their songs, never did it cross my mind that he sings very well… And I didn’t expect he will impress me the way Sungmin astounded me on “I Akilla You”…

It must have been hard for him to prove that he also have this great voice… It’s difficult for a large group like Super Junior to share parts at one song, and only those who got the outstanding voices will get the big and long lines…

And Heechul attest that he is an actor,a  dancer and a singer… A real idol…

Wookie is a 87′er but it doesn’t seem so. Haha! Can’t really help but create a post about him when I came across the video above again on youtube. He’s cute. He’s really, really cute.

I must admit, I used to be quite negligent about Ryeowook. I didn’t see him the way I saw the others. But as I become more and more indulged with Super Junior, I realized that Wookie has everything to love.

He has his own way of proving himself. Really. He has his own way of impressing people. No one can tell what his next move will be, and because of that, I consider him more mysterious than Kyuhyun.

But the best thing for me about Ryeowook is the fact that he makes me believe that simplicity is beauty. It is very much manifested on his epic jump to the pool. He remained simple, just when everybody in his group are creating great entrances. And admit it people, his is the best.

Sintiéndome: Como una frazada térmica andante -_-

La amanecida de ayer no me ha asentado bien, tengo el cuerpo adolorido pero valió la pena porque después de tanto tiempo sin escribir siento como si mi soporífero cerebro hubiese resucitado.

Puede que también el cambio en la cantidad de comprimidos que tomo a diario tenga que ver con algunas molestias físicas que se han ido presentando últimamente, sólo queda tenerle algo de fe al MTX.

He pasado casi todo el domingo durmiendo, ni siquiera almorcé porque tenía algo de náuseas pero igual tuve que comer algo por las pastillas.

Lo que restaba de la tarde lo pasé en casa de una amiga viendo algunos episodios de Exploring the Human Body que fue *__* no diré nada más salvo que si aún no lo han visto se están perdiendo de horas de risa asegurados.

No pude terminar de ver EHB porque J-kun vino a recogerme para ir a un café cerca de E.Wong de Aviación, muy rico. Por cierto, como a ambos nos gusta el café hemos decidido hacer un tour turístico por los cafés de Lima. Por lo pronto Starbucks está descartado de la lista aunque la música y la decoración me guste u_u.

 Y para terminar…

Listening to – Daydream – Epik High

I was watching 인체탐험대 and I was really touched by this part in episode eight. Eunhyuk and Ryeowook were set up by the rest of the group for an experiment (in order to get the tears brought on by their emotions). The two were completely unaware of what was actually going on. It’s really sad, but I also felt touched by the emotions that Eunhyuk showed. Ryeowook, too, but especially the words that Eunhyuk spoke and the way he felt. Watching the video, I could kind of feel how much Eunhyuk cares about Super Junior and his fellow members. Go watch it. It’s so sad~ㅠㅠ

You should also watch the rest of 인체탐험대 because it’s a really fun show! (And it’s educational, in some ways^^)

Beberapa waktu belakangan ini, dunia blog sempet rame banget ama 3 topik ini: Ujian Nasional, Prita Mulyasari, dan Manohara. Kalo pas blogwalking, sebagian besar blog posting-nya ya tentang 3 topik itu. Makanya gua jadi update padahal gua ini paling males baca berita. Yah taunya dari blogwalking aja… Hehehe.

Nah yang bikin topik-topik itu semakin menarik buat gua karena ngebaca topik-topik itu bikin gua sedikit de ja vu karena gua pernah punya pengalaman yang mirip-mirip.

Tentang Ujian Nasional

Katanya Ujian Nasional kemaren bocor ya? Lha bukannya dari jaman dahulu kala tuh kalo yang namanya ujian nasional emang suka bocor ya? Hehehe. Gua inget tuh pas masih SD kan ada ujian Pemerintah yang namanya THB (belakangan diubah jadi EHB). Nah tiap taun gua selalu dapet tuh bocorannya. Asik kan?

Sayangnya dulu gua kurang canggih. Sekali waktu pernah ketauan ama guru! Gua inget banget tuh pas kelas 5. Gara-garanya pas THB pelajaran IPS ada bagian peta buta kan, nah jawaban gua bener semua! Jadilah setelah THB, murid-murid yang jawaban peta butanya bener semua (See… bukan gua doang lho yang dapet bocoran! Dapet bocoran itu udah sangat lumrah! Hehe), dipanggil maju ke depan untuk ditest peta buta!

Mampus gak?? Mana gua kan paling kaco kalo ama peta buta. Jadilah pas ditest ya gak bisa lah… Kan yang gua hafalin cuma yang keluar di THB doang. Kalo ditanya yang lain-lain ya gua gak tau… Huhuhu… Jadi ketauan dah kalo dapet bocoran! Hahahaha. Gua lupa dulu akhirnya sanksinya apa ya, apa dikasih ulangan lagi atau gimana… tapi toh gua tetep selalu juara kelas kok, soalnya kan yang menentukan nilai akhir bukan THB doang tapi ya nilai secara keseluruhan.

Ini yang gua gak abis pikir ama Ujian Nasional yang sekarang. Denger-denger (correct me if I’m wrong ya, gua kan bacanya cuma sekilas-sekilas doang… ) katanya sekarang ini kelulusan cuma ditentukan berdasarkan hasil Ujian Nasional doang! Bahkan sampe ada yang satu sekolah gak ada yang lulus sama sekali! Waduh kok gitu ya… Harusnya kelulusan harus memperhatikan semua faktor dong ya. Masa udah sekolah bertahun-tahun cuma ditentuin ama Ujian Nasional yang cuma beberapa hari? Harusnya dibikin persentase ya, berapa persen dari Ujian Nasional, berapa persen dari ujian sekolah, berapa persen dari ulangan harian, berapa persen dari nilai tugas, nah itu semua ditotal untuk menentukan kelulusan. Bener gak?

Yah untung gua udah gak sekolah… Jadi gak perlu pusing ama Ujian Nasional dah… Hahaha.

Tentang Prita Mulyasari

Ngebaca kasus Prita bikin gua jadi inget-inget lagi kejadian gua ama salah satu franchise toko roti yang sangat terkenal di Jakarta. Jadi ceritanya gua pernah beli roti tawar yang ternyata di dalemnya ada karet gelangnya. Gua udah komplein ke hotline nya tapi gak ada tanggapan. Akhirnya gua tulis email dan gua sebarin tuh ke milis-milis. Lumayan rame waktu itu, email gua menyebar kemana-mana. Hahaha. Mungkin ada pembaca blog ini yang pernah dapet email nya?

Nah setelah gua nyebar email, gua diceritain temen gua kalo gua kudu ati-ati lho. Soalnya dia pernah denger kalo ada orang yang komplein ke satu franchise restoran Jepang (gua gak tulis namanya lah, ntar gua jadi kasus lagi… ) eh malah akhirnya dia dituntut dan masuk penjara!

Waduh gua langsung stres denger cerita itu. Yah gua emang kesel ama toko roti itu, tapi kalo sampe mesti ke pengadilan dan itu toko roti jelas duitnya lebih kenceng kan, kalo gua sampe dipenjara kan gak lucu?? Masa gara-gara gua komplein doang mesti masuk penjara?

Asli stres banget gua jadinya. Hahaha. Tapi belakangan gua baru akhirnya dapet cerita yang lebih utuh (lha temen gua juga cuma denger-denger doang, jadi ceritanya gak komplit) kalo ternyata orang yang bermasalah ama restoran Jepang itu akhirnya dipenjara karena dia di restoran itu sampe ngamuk dan mecahin botol air segala. Jadi si manager restoran merasa dia diancam gitu. Well ya kalo gitu beda dong ya… Gua kan gak pake mecahin botol buat ngancam-ngancam! Hahaha…

Dan terbukti justru email gua yang beredar itu malah jauh lebih manjur daripada komplein ke hotline nya lho! Pagi gua nyebar email, sorenya gua ditelpon tuh ama manager toko roti itu untuk minta maaf! Si manager bilang dia dikasih tau ama orang accounting, dan orang accounting ini dapet email gua dari salah satu milis!

Dan akhirnya si manager, si orang accounting, dan satu orang lagi dateng ke rumah gua. Minta maaf dan ngasih gua kue! Huahahaha. Case closed, everybody happy.

Harusnya begitu dong ya… Kalo dikomplein ya harusnya ditanggepi baik-baik ya, namanya juga kita customer nya… Lagian itu kan jadi masukan buat mereka biar lain kali lebih dijaga kualitasnya…

Nah kalo kasus Prita sendiri sih gua gak berani nge-judge. Karena kan gua gak tau juga secara detailnya. Tapi ya moga-moga pengadilan kita bisa ngasih keputusan yang paling adil ya!

Tentang Manohara

Nah trus apa gua juga punya pengalaman kayak Manohara? Apa gua juga pernah disiksa? Apa gua juga pernah beli (atau dibeliin ya?) tas yang harganya ber-puluh-puluh-jut itu? Apa gua juga pernah ditawari bikin sinetron?

Ya tentu saja tidak dong!

Gua cuma pengen nulis aja nama dia disini… Gak apa-apa toh? Hahahaha.

Brugge heeft Aspe, Gent heeft Flikken, Halle heeft Witse, Antwerpen heeft Zone Stad, Hasselt heeft De Smaak van de Keyzer maar ook Brussel heeft nu zijn eigen fictiereeks, genaamd “Jes”.

De serie draait rond Jes Jacobs (Lotte Heijtenis). Een jonge vrouw van rond de 30, die op het punt staat naar Shanghai te verhuizen. Niet voor zichzelf, maar voor de job van haar vriend Gert. De dag van het vertrek besluit ze niet mee te gaan. De anders zo volgzame Jes beslist om één keer in haar leven voor zichzelf te kiezen, in de hoop dat hij voor één keer ook voor haar kiest. Ze dumpt haar vriend en begint een nieuw leven in Brussel.

Naast Lotte Heijntenis, zijn er ook rollen weggelegd voor Johan Heldenbergh, Kader Gurbuz, Wim Danckaert, Koen De Graeve en Wouter Hendrickx.

In “Jes” worden de dagelijkse problemen van de samenleving in onze hoofdstad niet omzeild. Toch wordt gehoopt dat de serie het imago van Brussel opkrikt. Vlaams minister van Brussel Bert Anciaux stond immers met €295.000 in voor 12% van het productiebudget.

Ook voor de Brusselse hogescholen en universiteiten is dit nieuwe programma een unieke kans. Dat weet ook de school waar ik studeer (EhB). Ze brachten een banner aan op de homepage van “Jes”. De ideale plaats om het aantal inschrijvingen te verhogen.

Als (kot)student in Brussel ben ik alvast fan van de nieuwe serie. Onze hoofdstad heeft veel charmes die weinig mensen kennen. Elke stad heeft zijn problemen, ook Brussel. Maar door ze onder de aandacht te brengen, worden ze misschien sneller opgelost.

I was sick with the flu a few weeks back, and so I spent a LOT of time on the couch watching movies recently, so we are going to call this week, “MOVIE REVIEW CATCH-UP” Week!

Premise: Set in the kingdom of Ehb, the story follows a man called Farmer (Jason Statham), who was adopted by his village. When Farmer’s wife, Solana and his son leave to sell vegetables at the town of Stonebridge, Farmer’s farm is attacked by creatures called Krugs. With the help of his friend and neighbor Norrick, he travels to Stonebridge; however, the Krugs kill his son and capture his wife. With the help of Norrick and Bastianm, Farmer’s brother-in-law, he intends to find and rescue his wife.

The Krug are being controlled by the wizard Gallian who is amassing an army to overthrow King Konreid (Burt Reynolds), with the assistance of the King’s nephew Fallow.

Analysis: Let me put this into perspective for you… I have never, NEVER, not finished a movie… no matter how bad it was, no matter how lame the sets, how pointless the dialogue, how horrible the acting, I will stick it out till the end…

At least, that was until I hit “In the Name of the King”.

This was the most boring, horribly stilted piece of film I think I have ever seen. I kept looking at my timer on my DVD player going, (it MUST have been an hour since I last checked the time… only to find 3 minutes have elapsed). I seriously think listening to paint dry, (yes, LISTENING to it), would me more interesting than hearing some of the lines these writers came up with. On top of that, the only part of the movie that had the possibility of being good, the fight scenes where the people COULDN’T talk… it was shot in a horrible, jumping, jarring effect that made it near impossible to see ANY of the action.

I didn’t believe any of the relationships that were introduced into the plot… all the lines were delivered with the emotion of a wet sock in a muddy pond… seriously, this movie was BAD. I didn’t care when the kid died, I didn’t care whether his wife was alive or not, I didn’t laugh at the horrible physical humor or snide tet-e-tet between some of the characters… a COMA would have been more fun that this movie… waste of time. I put up with it for 45 min., then I just couldn’t take it anymore… bad bad BAD!

Gisteren hadden we op school een seminarie van Robbert Cornelissen, mede-oprichter van Buzzer. Een bedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in Word of Mouth marketing. Dit wil zeggen dat ze campagnes ontwikkelen die het vormen en verspreiden van je mening stimuleren.

Hoe gaat het in zijn werk? Buzzer ontwikkelt een campagne voor een product. Bijvoorbeeld een nieuwe deodorant van Axe. Om te beginnen nemen ze een kijkje in hun database. Hierin zitten consumenten die zich vrijwillig hebben opgegeven en belangenloos optreden als “buzzer”. Ze halen er enkele uit die voldoen aan het vooropgestelde profiel en laten hen het product uitproberen. De buzzers vormen hun mening en delen ze met anderen. Dit gebeurt zowel online als offline. Vervolgens gaan de personen die de mening gelezen of gehoord hebben, juist hetzelfde doen. Zo wordt er “buzz” gecreeërd. Die kan positief, neutraal of negatief zijn. Natuurlijk zal Buzzer er alles aan doen om ervoor te zorgen dat de buzz overwegend positief is.

Volgens mij is het een heel efficiënte vorm van marketingcommunicatie. Je neemt immers makkelijker informatie aan van een onafhankelijke bron dan van een spotje op TV. Het is betrouwbaarder waardoor je sneller het product gaat uitproberen.

Maar er wordt ook misbruik gemaakt van WoM. In tegenstelling tot Buzzer maken niet alle marketeers gebruik van volwassenen om WoM te stimuleren. Zo las ik vandaag in de krant dat Britse marketeers volop minderjarigen rekruteren. Ze worden betaald om een nieuw drankje, speelgoed of gadget bij hun vriendjes en vriendinnetjes te promoten. Ethisch vind ik dit niet correct. Ze zijn er immers veel gevoeliger voor.

Fons Van Dyck, trendwatcher en auteur van het boek “Het merk mens“, is op school komen spreken voor de tweedejaars marcom. Jammer genoeg kon ik niet aanwezig zijn. Ik had les in het 3de jaar. Anders was ik zeker even gaan luisteren.

“Het merk mens. Consumenten grijpen de macht” viel enkele weken geleden voor de zoveelste  keer in de prijzen. Deze keer niet in België maar bij onze noorderburen. Het werd door het PIM-platform verkozen tot beste en meest vernieuwende marketingboek van 2008.

Tot op heden heb ik het boek nog niet kunnen lezen. Omdat ik echter alleen nog maar positieve reacties over het boek had opgevangen, wou ik de auteur graag zelf aan het woord horen. Maar misschien wordt het gewoon eens tijd dat ik het boek zelf lees.

My friend called me the other day and asked me what I want for Christmas. After much thought, I went onto yesasia.com and decided to settle for Super Junior inspired earrings. I’m taking my fangirliness to a whole new level.

Aren’t these the most adorable things you have ever seen in your whole life?! The first set of earrings are Lee Teuk inspired angel wing earrings. How freaking adorable!!!

The second cuff earring, I’ve wanted since watching Ryeowook wear them on ”Exploring the Human Body”. I think they’re so cool. Sasha Fierce, dahling!!!!

By the way, don’t you just want to buy EVERYTHING when you’re on yesasia.com?! That site is addicting.
