Lange ist es her, dass das Open Flair als Hippie Festival mit mangelndem Publikum belächelt wurde. Das einst überschaubare Festchen hat sich zu einem riesigen Festival mit 10.000en feierwütigen Besuchern entwickelt, das sich seinen Namen gemacht hat. Heute spielt es in der 1. Festival Liga ganz oben mit dem Hurricane oder Southside Festival.

Und dennoch, das Open Flair hat seine Traditionen behalten und sich ins Herz der Eschweger gespielt.  Nicht nur die Zuschauerzahlen explodieren seit einigen Jahren, auch die angesagten Bands werden immer hochkarätiger.

Das Line up stellen dieses Jahr: Maximo Park, Deichkind, In Extremo, Floggin Molly, Silbermond, Mia, Selig, Jennifer Rostock, Julia, Emil Bulls… und viele weitere geniale Bands, die ihr auf open-flair.de abfragen könnt.

Dieses Jahr wird es auch ein ganz besonderes Fest werden: Das Open Flair wird ein Viertel Jahrhundert alt! Zu den üblichen 3 Tagen Festival wird ein extra Tag spendiert! Holt euch gleich die Tickets und seid mit dabei vom 6.-9.08.2009.
