<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://threeoclockpress.files.wordpress.com/2011/02/9780889614147.jpg"><img class="aligncenter size-medium wp-image-149" title="I Know Who I Am: A Caribbean Woman's Identity in Canada" src="http://threeoclockpress.files.wordpress.com/2011/02/9780889614147.jpg?w=200&#038;h=300" alt="" width="200" height="300" /></a>Dr. Yvonne Bobb-Smith is an Adjunct Lecturer at the College of Science, Technology and Applied Arts of Trinidad and Tobago, teaching a Course, Caribbean Anthropology, and as an e-Tutor, with Open Campus, University of the West Indies, teaching Introduction to Sociology. Her book with Women&#8217;s Press, <em>I Know Who I am: A Caribbean Woman&#8217;s Identity in Canada</em> (2003), investigates the stories of forty-five Caribbean women of different backgrounds and heritages. Their narratives of resistance to sexism and racism are explained in their own context and related to through Bobb-Smith&#8217;s own experience.</p>
