Another automotive marvel and piece of history for your viewing pleasure.

At the very end is a short video of the car I took as well.

This Lambo is a limited (250 units) version named after Lamborghini test driver Valentino Balboni. The engine was rated at 550 PS (400 kW; 540 hp). The vehicle had dry weight of 1,380 kg (3,000 lb). Unlike the contemporary line-up, this model is rear wheel drive.

The CORSA ESP setting allows greater drift angles over regular models.

Other features include re-calibrated optional e-gear transmission, redeveloped 45% limited slip differential, full leather black upholstery with white colour strips, Polar white centre console, a badge below the left side window bears the signature of Valentino Balboni and the production number of the car.

The Lamborghini LP 550-2 Valentino Balboni can reach a top speed of 199 mph and reach 0-100 km/h in 3.9 seconds.

The vehicle has MSRP of €162000 (Europe), £137900 (UK), $219800 (US)

We at WIT & Whimsy believe diamonds are not only a girl’s best friend, but shoes are too. Heels, especially. There’s hardly a better feeling than strutting in a killer pair of stilettos. Henceforth, we decided to do a little roundup here of those heels we are loving for the holiday season.

Mexico is a destination that will awaken your senses and exceed your wildest expectations. This land

Mexico is a destination that will awaken your senses and exceed your wildest expectations. This land of incredible contrasts has it all, from fiery flamenco dancers to sleepy seaside villages and endless tropical havens.

Mexico is seeped in both history and culture. The Mayan ruins are one of the main reasons that many tourists are drawn to the shores of Mexico. Dating back hundreds of years, the ruins give some insight into the lives and traditions of ancient cultures.

Among the most fascinating are the Olmac stone heads, which have baffled historians with their typically African features and the Templo de las Inscripciones in Palenque where the tombs of classical Mayan rulers can be buried deep in tropical forests of the region.

There are a number of fascinating churches, museums and galleries scattered throughout Mexico.

Some of the more well known destinations include the National Anthropology Museum in Mexico City and the 16 th century Baroque Church of Santo Domingo in Oaxaca. Visiting the village of San Juan Chamula near San Cristobal is equivalent to entering a time capsule that has remained undisturbed for centuries. Local villagers still practice ancient religious traditions in the village church and the area has remained untouched by civilization for centuries.

Cultural heritage is by no means the only reason to visit Mexico however.

If you are looking to experience the best of what nature has to offer, then you won’t be disappointed by the azure waters, endless white sands and lush tropical forests of the region. Filled with colourful aquatic creatures, porpoises and giant turtles, Mexican reefs are a snorkels and divers paradise.

Visit the Sian Kaan Biosphere Reserve and you will understand why it has been named the place where the sky was born by the local population. The ecoreserves scattered throughout the country are home to an endless array of bird and animal life and you could spend days exploring the treasures of the mangrove swamps and tropical forest areas alone.

Many tourists make the mistake of thinking that the only destinations worth visiting in Mexico are the buzzing coastal hot spots such as Cancun and Acapulco. With their towering hotels, array of water sports and fantastic nightlife, it is not surprising that these areas are a popular choice with vacation goers from around the globe. But while a lot can be said for these lively resort towns, venturing into some of the sleepy Mayan fishing villages around Mexico can prove just as worthwhile.

Rent a beachside cabana and lie back on a hammock strung between two palm trees on the beach as you stare out at the never ending blue of the ocean. Or visit one of the local farmer’s markets and tuck into a plate of freshly baked tortillas. Sit in a beach side cafe and enjoy fresh prawns as they are carried up from the beach by local fishermen. The rural areas of Mexico truly do paint a charming and vivid picture of some of the last unspoilt areas on earth.

A story without an end is meaningless. Every second of every day contains countless ends, countless

A story without an end is meaningless.

Every second of every day contains countless ends, countless beginnings. Throughout the world stories flow and pulse, from adult to child, from earth to stone, from water to air; every one a beginning and an end.

An end is a beginning, a beginning an end. One and the same.

So following that logic through, any moment of any present, past or future represents an infinite number of stories, an infinite number of beginnings and endings; stories that have always been told, stories that will never be told, and everything inbetween.

If a story is never told to a single soul, does it still exist?

And so, if stories are the infinite extreme, it only follows they must also be the polar opposite. A beginning is an end, destruction is creation, everything is nothing, infinity is one.

One story. One story so great, so all-encompassing, so overwhelming as to be beyond comprehension; but a single story nonetheless. A single narrative made up of an infinite number of smaller ones, each in turn made up of an infinite number of smaller ones, each in turn, each in turn, each in turn…

All and nothing. Destruction and creation. Beginning and end.

This, my friend, is what happens when I go two weeks without sleep and force myself to write blog every day.

Hospitals are strange and liminal places; focal points of stories and experience, but by their nature temporary. They’re halfway houses; stepping stones; no mans land.

Beginnings and Ends. Destruction and Creation. Life and Death. One and the same.

Hm.

God, it really is all one big, cosmic joke isn’t it? As long as you can laugh at it, it’s all one great, divine comedy.

We’re lucky to have that capacity.

No matter how much pain you’re caused, no matter how much shit you’re forced to shovel through, no matter how much degradation and suffering you and those you love are burdened with all it takes is a laugh, and for a few brief moments you’re completely, utterly untouchable.

Bulletproof.

As entities go that’s an extremely valuable skill.

Time changes us so much. Who were you 12 months ago? 5 years ago? At the age of 9? Of 2? 4 months after conception? We think differently, we react differently, we look different… on a cellular level we’re completely new every few years. An old, old broom that’s had the head and the handle replaced again and again and again.

My but this is disjointed. And why shouldn’t it be? Stream of consciousness is as it is; flowing, eddying, trickling in turn – meandering slow, cutting through field and rock alike, wearing out the world. Beginnings and Endings. Endings and Beginnings.

If there’s a higher power I believe in, it’s The Story. Stories define us. They change the way we think, the way we feel… give it long enough and the right story can start, finish or maintain absolutely anything. Everything. We’re all of us part of the same great narrative; everything experienced, happy or sad, is an equally vital and indecipherable part of a plot device of monumental proportion. Our past is Story, our future is Story, and our present is where the two meet; where the stories are told.

Whether or not you choose to take comfort in that is up to you.

-Brice out.

Freebies are the best thing in the world to me. Nothing like spending extra time on the internet (go

Freebies are the best thing in the world to me. Nothing like spending extra time on the internet (google) and http://www.afreebieempire.com getting free samples. Now the possibilities of what you could find are endless.

For the ladies they have perfume samples, and tampon samples, etc. I assume you get the idea.

For the men on the other hand a free schick razor always comes in handy. Plus I like to try new products out there before I buy them. Included with about every freebie you get which will arrive within 2-4 weeks they should offer you some sort of coupon or a proposal of some sort.

Another thing thats free that I forgot to mention is linux. Ubuntu is my favorite distro just because of it’s user friendly gui front – end. You can normally request ubuntu cd’s for free and you can also donate to their cause. I just like the fact that it’s a simple and easy to use live CD/DVD.

If you haven’t got enough free stuff yet, you could sign up for online sweepstakes or surveys. I’m personally not into the whole survey thing because I think they’re all scams. They always want money somewhere along the line. However from sweepstakes I’ve only won once.

This brings to mind a program that tons of people use with firefox. Roboform is the simplest. Google it, it is life changing. It’s extremely simple to use and when you are signing up for all of those sweepstakes and free samples. It will save you tons of keystrokes. It remembers your first name, last name etc… and fills in the forms for you. Then all you have to do is look through everything, make sure it’s correct and hit send. Simple as that.

What I won wasn’t worth that much but I thought it was still cool that I found a legitimate sweepstakes. I won a signed poster from the creator of honey I shrunk the kids. Maybe it’ll be worth something one day. Who knows ?

Anyways you can post your opinions, thoughts, or other freebie websites and of course I’m looking for more ideas on the subject if you have something that I might’ve missed, I’m all ears!

After making reservations to celebrate this New Year’s Eve in Chicago, I panicked with the thought of what to wear on my feet. It will be a cold night with the possibility of snow. What’s the most stylish, comfortable and winterized holiday shoe to wear on New Year’s Eve?

GoJane.com $17.10

Last year I had the most beautiful little black dress (LBD) from White House Black Market. It was a great deal and gorgeous, but after arriving at my New Year’s destination I had realized that I forgot my dress. Since the purchase of the LBD, I haven’t worn it. There hasn’t been any weddings or special occasions to wear it to, so I’ve decided to wear it to this New Year’s Eve bash at Le Passage; however, I have no heels to wear with it… so I initially panicked. Any color would be great with the dress as it is completely black. There are simple, satin heels and there are the sparkling, “look at me” heels. Either or would be an amazing addition to any LBD, but it’s best to go all out for such a grand event like New Year’s Eve.

A LBD is great to wear to several occasions including to New Year’s Eve parties, and it can be dressed up with a bedazzled belt, over-the-top jewelry or a pair of colorful heels. Currently I’m in search for the most perfect, comfortable, colorful and stylish heels. Of course something within budget is always a plus.

GoJane.com $22.10

If you’re in search for amazing New Year’s Eve party heels, check out the following places:

Zappos

GoJane

After searching for inexpensive shoes for a fabulous night out, I’ve come to the conclusion that there are plenty of options available. There are numerous colors and styles for holiday shoes. Plus, if you will be doing a lot of walking or do not like wearing abnormally tall heels, try a kitten heel or wedge to add a little lift and attractiveness. All of the heels pictures can be found at local stores near you or online.

So whether you want to travel during the winter weather or not, it’s up to you. They’re all available online for easy purchasing and shipping and at stores nationwide. You’ll definitely be the most stylish and noticeable with these holiday shoes.

Happy Holidays!

Italian charms are intended to be very intimate expressions of our feelings and an expression of wha

Italian charms are intended to be very intimate expressions of our feelings and an expression of what we want people to remember us for. It only makes sense then that if they are destined to be very personal expressions of us then we must have the option to modify a charm in whatever way we see appropriate. As soon as we begin to shop the custom Italian charm market we then start to understand that everything we ever imagined is possible and some of the offerings range from the peculiar to the very posh with a whole lot of array in the middle.

Italian charms are rapidly becoming a very popular item and also for those that feel like they want their jewelry to represent something about their personality. Very few pieces of jewelry express your own individualism more than an Italian charm bracelet with a variety of charms hanging from it. But if you are a person that wants your charm bracelet to express more about who you are and what you enjoy in life then you are going to want to look into the world of custom Italian charms and make sure you get exactly what you want.

Custom Italian charms have its expensive side just like any line of jewelry. We may have precious gems put on our charm and can have our charm made of the most expensive precious metal as well. We just need to be careful because even the best made charms have been known to fall off of their bracelet and if you spend way too much on a charm you may regret it the day you realize that the charm is gone and have no idea where it could be.

Is there another layer of destiny that we need to discover? Perhaps a vital intelligence that all living beings need to harness before they can move into another dimension of consciousness? ”

It is the right of all human-beings to achieve greatness. Success is a human habit. And yet, we find millions today suffering, in their disorganised lives, the agonies of many failures, as they struggle to find answers.

In our modern society, for every successful man, we watch hundreds who are disappointed, dejected and broken down, especially at this present time of recession. We live in a world governed by greedy corporations, where people are little more than slaves, working long hours just to make ends meet. People today are often crushed by the pace of life and the endless competition of the modern material world.

Yet all the spiritual literature of the world unanimously declares that this need not be the tragedy of the human race, if the individual members know the art of diligently using their own abilities and efficiencies.

The study of Vedanta uncompromisingly insists that man is essentially perfect, and therefore infinite are the possibilities that lie lurking in him. We have within ourselves, all the resources, abilities, energy and power for building up a supremely successful life for ourselves and for others in our world. There is one great and inconvertible gift which is distinctly ours at all times, and this is our profound capability to discover, develop and usefully deploy this Infinitude in us.

A life organised for the discovery of the potentialities already within ourselves, and the ordering of our behaviour so as to nurture and nourish them, is a life well spent. Herein, our success depends upon the amount of transformation we successfully bring about in our personality and character. The vital question is not how many talents each one of us has, but how many of our existing talents are we capable of exploring, developing and exploiting? An individual may have many talents, and yet, he can be a miserable failure in life due to lack of will power.

Once we develop will power we can do anything, we need not admire others for being successful. Admiring the rich and famous or to think they are special, is not conducive to success within our own lives. By thinking others are more special than ourselves is to deceive ourselves , and can only lead to disappointment.

Incompetency in life generally springs from our false and hasty conclusions that we are unimportant, insignificant and ineffective. Spiritual teachers tell us time and time again, that we are a part of a whole scheme, and the essential creativeness behind the whole universe is the essential Essence, ruling in the heart of each one of us, that we are that ‘ultimate goodness’ – I AM.

Great companies are extremely market-oriented and are incredible at creating value to their highly satisfied, loyal customers. Greatness in marketing and customer service is a function of attitude, not resources. Most companies do not do a very good job as marketers. Consider when you have been put on hold endlessly when calling for technical support, when you have been ignored or treated indifferently when visiting a retail site, or when you have been supplied inferior goods or services. While second-rate firms may survive in the short term, they will not last in the long run unless they change their philosophy and start creating superior value for their customers.
