Natural Disasters – What is Your Focus?

For years I have been receiving emails from good willed souls asking to help send energy and good thoughts to environmental disasters (natural and manmade), wars, the whales, and numerous others. I am sure at some stage you have received them too. Just recently, I have been inundated with calls for help for the Japanese earthquakes and other natural disasters. Many people are worried about the environment and what is going on in the world.

It is very clear to me that many are concerned, and this would be normal for any spiritual or loving person.

Manmade and natural disasters are all a part of Divine Plan.

We as a race are rapidly moving towards something which is often termed “the Golden Age of Mankind” for some; this is called Ascension, others, the Second Coming of Christ. Before this can occur, all lower vibrating fear based energies have to be purged and cleared. They simply cannot exist in the vibration of what we will be once we ascend.

For us to experience the reality of an ascended state, all lower negative based energies have to, and will disappear from our external experiences. Our golden age/ ascension will not have negative energy or experiences within it, they have to leave. Knowing this, you see lots of change and re-organising of everything on the planet has to take place.

We are on the edge or tipping point of great change and rapid purging. This will be prominent in our world up till about 2015. By then, the majority of the shift will have happened. After this period, we will go through a time of adjusting and re-establishing peace and balance for about 5 to 7 years when we start entering into our new age.

The many earthquakes and natural disasters currently unfolding are Mother Earth releasing as part of the purging process. This is an essential part of the clearing of distortion as we enter deeper into the ascension process. Don’t focus on the negatives of these events. It will pull you into a more negative reality thereby burdening your life’s experience, and you don’t deserve that. Remember – Like Attracts Like.

Don’t feel you need to fix disasters because in Divine Plan they are not disasters at all. They are the old energy transforming into the new. It’s only our limited perceptions that see these events as negative. Yes our humanness feels sadness for loss of life, but realise these souls are moving forward on their journey.

Remember – We are all limited in sight. We cannot see the bigger picture of God’s plan unfolding.

When we feel a need to send energy to natural disasters to help, we often are functioning from fear. Many are focussed on terrible thoughts of hardship, sadness, personal and environmental destruction, and loss of life. This all stems from not believing God has got it right, and we fear the catastrophes that may besiege us.

I am not saying don’t send loving energy to events and situations, natural or manmade. What I am saying is look at your motivation and why you are sending it.

Is your reason for giving energy?

1. Offering love to support Divine Plan unfolding in its perfection regardless of how I perceive it?

2. Or because I believe I need to help the world and save it from destruction.

What is actually de-structing in the world anyway?

Answer – the old lower vibrating conditionings, beliefs, systems, and lower vibrating energies which need to clear in order for us to ascend.

If you are really serious about helping the planet and all that is upon her, then your focus should always be on love, not how bad or sad it is.

Remember  – Where your attention lies is the point of creation. READ THIS SENTENCE AGAIN AND AGAIN

This is such an important statement – “Where your attention lies is the point of creation”

Understanding this statement will greatly impact on your future happiness. As we move more and more into our purging (planetary and personal) balance will require strong and focussed attention on love.

Why are we having more and more catastrophes?

The simple answer to this is catastrophe is a quick way to instigate mass consciousness shift and change within the planet and people. To ascend out of the quagmire we have created, we have to release all accumulated distorted energy. In times of great struggle and catastrophe we often look within and re-evaluate what is important in our lives. We question our very own existence, and try to make sense of it all. This inner contemplation helps point us towards truth and the divine. Often major disaster becomes of catalyst for positive change.

How can I move through Earth’s ascension better without fear?

Trust that God knows what it is doing and the plan it created is perfect in every way. Do yourself a big favour and “Allow” its unfoldment to happen without creating resistance to it or trying to control or change it with your distorted views, perceptions, and ideologies.

The planet is setting clear boundaries at present. Grey is leaving us. Everything is becoming either dark or light. This eventually will lead to the outcome of purging all of the dark from this reality. This is the ascension process in action.

We are all facing a choice in how we will experience the ascension.

Do you want to align to the darkness and have that experience?

Or do you wish to be of the light and open and embrace to the joy that stands before all of us?

By being caught up in and generating fear and anxiety based on our distorted understanding of what is happening around us, we burden our lives.

Do you really want to have this experience?

Do you know your thoughts and actions affect the weather & environment on Mother Earth?

The human body is a storehouse of energies. Some of these support our lives (the positive energies) and some burden us (negative repressed emotions). These imprints within us actually impact on the planet because we exist within her energy field.

When we hold on to negative emotions, they are stored somewhere in our bodies. This stagnates and burdens us. If we do not clear these energies, they will eventually make us sick either mentally, emotionally, or physically. So to Mother Earth!

A great little analogy is we are like fleas on Mother Earth’s back. If we are full of negative thoughts and feelings, energetically we become mean and nasty, inflicting burden onto Mother Earth. We essentially burden her the more negativity we create within ourselves. She is sensitive to what is happening on her, just like we are sensitive to what happens within, on, and around us.

One of the ways Mother Earth gets affected by our negatives is through human thought forms. Our negative thoughts and feelings change our internal vibration, in so doing change the way we impact on Mother Earth. It is like when we have a negative imprint within ourselves, this affects our overall vibration, which in turn changes our external reality. We are in a sense like a little imprint in Mother Earth’s energies. If we are negative in energetic quality it has to impact on her.

So how does Mother Earth cope with and clear the negatives we impose on her?

How she goes about clearing these energies is by releasing them through climate responses. Bad storms, tidal waves, earthquakes, all of these things are negative energy releases that have built up within her. By releasing them she is being loving to herself.

This may sound crazy but our negative fear-based emotions drive the weather on the planet. When I became aware of this recently, it changed my understanding of how connected we all our to Mother Earth. Just like our emotions affect the people in and around us, so to our emotions affect Mother Earth. Knowing this now, I see the importance of being loving in my energy creation, not only for my personal experience, but for everyone and the planet as well.

I encourage everyone to do their best to resist giving energy to fear-based non-truth in their lives. Support yourself and Mother Earth move through our ascension in a more peaceful and loving way by creating loving energy.

I often sit in meditation and feel love for Mother Earth knowing she is a part of me, and I a part of her. I direct and feel love for us both within this sacred union.

By keeping your attention, intention, and creation on love for the whole, you move more into alignment with the vibrational shift that is occurring. By creating love in this way, you play an active role in experiencing more loving experiences externally, including what is happening on Earth. Your reality starts to be coloured with love. Regardless of what may be happening elsewhere you will experience this positive existence.

A beautiful meditation to support a more loving experience for yourself and the whole is my 2 part consciousness meditation. Below is the meditations. Try them for a week or two and see how you feel.

Technique # 1 – Dissolving the Mind

Bring your focus on to your mind and get a sense of the energy of it. What does the mind feel like? Feel the energy space of the mind. Once you sense this, imagine and intend to dissolve the mind into liquid. The now fluid mind pores into the central channel, which is an energy channel that extends from the Soul Star chakra, all the way through the midline of the body, and exits at the Earth Star chakra approximately 18 inches below the feet. The central channel runs just in front of the spinal column and is where the major chakras root into and emanate from.

Imagine the now liquid mind pouring down through the central channel and into the heart chakra. Get a sense now that the mind is actually in the heart. You should feel a complete emptiness within the head as a result. Once you get a sense of this, you should start to feel a pressure within the heart. This is all the negative energy of the mind starting to be entrained to the heart energy. Continue sitting in this space until the uneasiness and pressure subsides.

You can then just bring the mind back up into your head and finish there or continue on to the second part. Just by doing the first section of this technique, you will bring much positive change to your life. Your sense of connection will intensify. Your quality of focus will dramatically improve, and your general well being and happiness will increase.

 Technique #2 – Awakening deeper connection to God

The second part of this technique is for people who wish to create a greater union with God’s love. Once you have entrained the mind in your heart, bring your pure intent on to directly connecting to the heart of God. This intent needs to be sincere and heartfelt. You need to have a great desire to be at one with God’s heart and love.

Once this intent is set, bring the mind into the central channel into the space between the two energy vortexes of the heart chakra. There is a space between the two that appears like emptiness. You will have to move the mind back and forth in this space until you feel this energy gap. Once you find it, you should notice a radiant light or a deep sense of stillness, or even a feeling of nothingness come over you. Once you find it, relax and just “Be” in this space without any effort. Just be open with your desire to connect with God’s love and heart.

Take a Look at Yourself, What are you Creating?

Very few of us actually observe what is going on within. As a result we randomly create change within our internal vibrations.  Not knowing what you are creating means you could be right now creating an energy that is burdening your life.

Through unconscious creation you most likely will create a certain amount of negativity. Law of averages will make that occur. If you are creating negative energy, this will, through the next days and weeks bring to you external experiences to validate what you created inside of yourself. The result of this is burden on some level.

Some questions you may want to ask yourself 

• Do I react to people sometimes?
• Do I ever Judge people and situations?
• Do I hold on to what I want to say or feel?
• Am I avoiding any of my issues?
• Do I distract myself with foods, addictions, or busying my life.
• Do I allow myself to feel pity or negative?
• Do I do things that do not value who I am?

These are just some things to think about. If you answered yes to any of the above, you are creating negative burden within your internal vibration. This will always lead you away from happiness and the life you desire.

It is a good thing to just sit in a quite space and get a sense of where in your body you are holding on, what muscles are tense, what pain do I have, what energies am I resisting. When you recognise attachments, restrictions or controlling energies, do your best to let go of struggle and allow them to be there. Allowance is an easy way to dissolve negative based energies.

By just sitting in quite space, letting go of all you hold on to, more self-awareness appears. More awareness you have, the less likely you are of unconsciously creating negative internal energy.

We all from time to time fall into our old patterns and ways, so it is important you stay vigilant in regards to what you are creating.

Part of your commitment to happiness and a good life requires you remain aware of what is going on inside and if you are feeding or creating negatives, do something about it.

2012 time of Release and New Beginnings

2012 is a year of completion and new beginnings. Structures, beliefs, and old ways of life are dissolving.

As a result of this, we may find ourselves feeling like we have unstable foundations and lack of security. A lot of what we base our lives on is changing or will not work anymore.

To move through this shift in a harmoniuos way requires dropping our security net and moving into the unknown without resistance or struggle. Embracing the new self and change that is bubbling to the surface.

Many of us will experience changes over the coming months, and as a result, some will struggle to cope. It’s the fear on uncertainty and our own self-created distorted view of what is really happening that is driving this.

2012 is a year where our old outdated ways of creating need to be replaced with more “Real Truth”, (not what our old conditioning tells us to be true), as this is the only way to maintain balance and happiness as we move through the shift of our Fear-based past to a Love-based future – planetary ascension.

Many of the old traditional spiritual based practices are rapidly becoming redundant.

New perceptions need to be established. Part of the shift, clearing, and changes that are happening include alteration of our energetic system. It is going through an evolutionary shift to allow for higher levels of light to enter the body to prepare us for our ascension – our new love based reality is much higher in vibration and light then our current fear-based existence. Our cells are evolving, utilizing more and more spirit energy.

This increase of light flooding the cells is intensifying all experience – love becomes bigger, and so does fear. This amplification will only get more powerful as we get closer to ascension.

We need to keep up and match this shift by living in a detached and loving way, otherwise we will be out of sync with our divine unfoldment. If we are not in harmony with it, we will experience struggle and burden. Harmony can also be achieved by letting go of all your fear-based beliefs, perception, self value issues, and emotional stagnation.

There is no longer time to put off what needs releasing.

If you do not instigate the required changes, the universe will set it up for you. Situations will occur (because of your resistance) that will burden you so much, it will eventually drive you to make change. If you still resist this change, chaos will be your state of reality.

It sounds like I am painting a gloomy future, however this is not what I am trying to do. Our future is one of divine awakening and we all will eventually live in love’s frequency. We are all awakening to our true aspect – one of a more conscious state – (more God-like)

We are moving into Truth, devoid of the illusionary fears we have been creating for eons. We are becoming conscious creators, creating from a higher aspect with love. Serving the whole of which we are a part of with sincerity and heart.

How do You Impact on the Field?

Many of you would be aware that all energy is a part of the one energy field. Some people call this God, while others call it the Universal field. Regardless of what you call it, everything in existence is a part of it.

We are all contributing to the field’s continual state of vibrational change.

A Little Truth

Our continual belief in what is perceived and seen as real, is the source of mankind’s misery. A shift in our mindset is needed to bring about a radical shift on the planet, to bring it more into alignment to what is real – Spiritual Truth. This will lead us all away from the pain and suffering of the fear-based 3rd dimension, and lead us to the glory of God’s higher intention and the love-based 5th dimension.

It is the fifth dimension that we all are racing towards. Some of us are smiling on this journey, many are struggling. your experience of this shift is relient on your level of detachment and allowance – more allowance, more joy (truth).

This shift into 5th dimensional consciousness and perception requires a letting go of all of what you currently base your life on. Your current beliefs and perceptions have all been moulded on 3rd dimensional fear-based consciousness, and is the very thing that binds you to experience of fear-based experiences.

A new way of thinking and feeling

Things have to change to allow the old out-dated way of life to leave. Ceasing all forms of judgment towards experience and people is one of the first steps. It is the letting go of the belief ‘things need changing or fixing’. It is the act of releasing all thoughts that hold you, and move you more and more into alignment to what is not real.

I recently had a major shift in how I do one on one sessions with people. I no longer doing “healings” Why? I now know nothing needs healing, as all is in the process of perfect, divine unfoldment. It is only that old conditioning of the mind that creates all negative feelings, thoughts, and experiences. It is the non-truth that is self generated that brings into reality and makes real the unreal.

When I work on people these days, my sole intent is to increase the vibration of truth within the person, not to heal or take away what I used to perceive was wrong or in disharmony. In so doing, negativity loses its foundation to exist. If I am able to increase the overall vibration of truth within someone high enough, illness and struggle goes away. This is often seen as healing. But it is not, healing has not occured (as nothing needs healing), just truth seen and experienced in a more direct way.

Truth is, nothing has ever been wrong, it is, and always has been the mind believing in something so much, it has brought into reality and made real what we believe. Everyday people die from self-generated illusion. If we are able to let go of non-truthful creation, and allow ourselves to experience what is real – Spiritual Truth, we would be free from all that burdens us and makes us ill.

Lots of people find it difficult to make decisions. We all want to make sure we get it right, especially in our current times. The more we think about which way to go, the more it gets harder to choose. Delayed decisions always become harder to make.

Wondering which way to go and not making decisions, holds your internal energies in a dsyfunctional state. Dysfunctional is counter-productive to harmony, ease, and happiness.

In the big picture of Universal truth however, we really cannot get it wrong. Why? Because Divine Plan is unfolding with absolutely no flaws. Everything that happens in life, including decisions that we all make, are a part of the perfect unfoldment of Divine Plan.

We really cannot get it wrong. We can only ever perceive it as such, which is our choice of course, but perceiving something as wrong will always give you a negative experience.  But truth is, when divine plan is seen in its true light, one realises it has no mistakes.

So when it comes to decision making, the only thing we can do to make the experience harder is NOT make decisions. Indecision is a fear maker, be aware of this fact. The generation of fear can only make your life harder on some level.

When decisions are made, energy is allowed to move. When energy is allowed to move, the Universe unfolds without restriction. This allows you to experience joy. In a sense, creating movement of your internal energies, by making decisions, is a very loving thing to do for yourself.

So make decisions in your life. Don’t worry about making a wrong one. If you do not like the outcome of any decision you make it is easy fixed. Make another one.

This is a mental New Moon since Gemini is the communicator and messenger. This could very well be about how and what you think and also what comes from this thinking.  The 0 degree is definitely a new start. Basic stuff! Or you can go all the way back to the beginning and start again. This depends on your life and what is going on. Of course, there is another side to this New Moon Solar Eclipse that is a reminder. Your integrity is in question. Walking the path of truth is a theme song here. If you are off-track, I say to you. Find your way back to your truth now or the spiritual 2×4 is going to strike. No fear intended. Some of you are avoiding this truth and do you know what…it comes out. If there is fabrication or deception, I suggest you hide out in the mountains of the Himalayas. Well, not really, it will find you. This is a biggie. If you missed your turn in the road, then I suggest you get back on the road and find it now.

This eclipse takes no prisoners. It is potent and it is truly going to break down the walls you have built around you with old thinking patterns and beliefs. This is a time to STOP and think as to how many of you may be pretending and realize it no longer works. Who of you are just lollygagging through your life right now? That is going to stop too. Now, understand that you may choose to lay back and ponder your life and what the new beginning is. That works. I am speaking about just hanging out and pretending to walk your talk. Again remember it is about integrity. Is your thinking your own or are you just appeasing those around you so you don’t take the leap that is being presented to you? What do you really choose to do? Any hints coming to you? Are you actually paying attention?  Blah, Blah, Blah. I know some of you may think right now that this is a bunch of hogwash. Well, it may be. Some of you know exactly what is coming down. Others are oblivious. You choose your own way to go not someone else’s. Their opinions are a control, right? Do any of you want to leap?  Your Light within is yearning to come out and move through this dark world that you live in. Let it out. Be your truth and stop the pretense.

I bet many of you have found the last few weeks to be a bit shaky. Fuzzy thinking prevailed and so did some intense feelings. Of course, much of what has been going on is dependent on where this eclipse new moon falls in your chart.. Many lies are coming to light. Hidden motivations and distortions are being brought out. Watch how many news items can no longer be covered up anymore. And for goodness sakes stop feeling like a victim. Do something about it already if you feel that way. This is a time to let your ego rest so the truth can be revealed to you. And if you find yourself thinking negative, tell your ego to go to its room for now, and bring yourself back into balance. This is a right thinking time. Ponder. Meditate. Be impeccable with your word.

Venus went retrograde on May 15^th. What does that mean for you? It stays in that motion until June 27^th. Right now it is at 23 degrees in Gemini. It began in the shadow of the retrograde at 7 degrees Gemini and moves direct at 7 degrees Gemini. I keep mentioning integrity. Well, Venus started with Aldebaron (a fixed star—represents integrity) goes direct near Aldebaron.  So, walk your talk and be in truth now. It is very important to do so. Venus retrograde brings to the table some reevaluation of relationships and how they affect your life. You need to communicate from your heart or it will be a tough ride for awhile. So, dear ones, open your hearts and get out of the dream. The dream is ok if you create a new beginning from it. Mars square the New Moon Eclipse makes for some stress times. That’s why integrity is important. Ok, I sound like a broken record.  Hear what I am saying regarding your need for integrity. Things are shifting and in order to leap, you need to clear out the residue of old hurts and emotional wounds. Relate in a new way to those around you – family, friends, lovers, and in the workplace.

Who is most affected? Those of you who have birthdates or any planets in your chart from 25 degrees Taurus to 5 degrees Gemini will feel it more intensely. All of you need to keep yourself focused and pay attention so you aren’t blindsided by anyone’s action. One more thing-the New Moon Solar Eclipse is seen in places like Japan and Hong Kong, northern California, New Mexico, Colorado and ends in Texas. Will any of these places have big news stories And remember the NATO Summit is in Chicago over the eclipse!

Local food. Local Art. Local beer. Locally owned coffee, clothes, and hair cut shops. There are bars based entirely on local booze.. I’d love to visit one someday. There’s the co-op, a friendly market owned by hundreds of your neighbors. Many restaurants now feature locally pastured cuts of meat and lettuces from down the road. Hell, you could even buy on ETSY and keep it local!

But what is Local? Besides a huge buzz word for the past several years.. and a trend which has been developing for decades.. Is anyone really exploring this idea? It’s definitely one of those social trends that no one should ever complain about. Well, unless you work for Monsanto. Those guys are shitting themselves, good riddance, I hope they drowned in it!

Organic is mainstream buzz and local is the newer facet. Pretentious city dwellers without a clue two years ago uttered “I’m green” while they drove away in their Prius, but the new green, is local. But, it’s not new. Local came before “organic”. A good local farmer doesn’t call themselves “organic” because they never used toxic crap to begin with. Their families have used the same methods for years, saved their own seeds, and learned what works and what doesn’t. They never “went organic” because they never used sprays, toxins, or synthetic nitrogen fertilizers in the first place. Bless them! I love the mountains!

Yet still.. What is local? What does it mean to BE local!? I try in every way to put my money back into locally run goods and services. But even though I call myself a local shopper, that does not mean I am local. I put energy very actively into practicing the art of being local. Because local doesn’t just mean buying stuff from your region. It does mean supporting the hardworking farmers by buying directly rather than from a store.. But it’s more than that. Shopping at a corporately owned grocery store and choosing the local sprouts, instead of the ones from 8 states away, does not make you local. It makes you that pretentious city dweller who muttered “I’m green”. Buying those sprouts from the farmer, that’s a little more local. Buying the seeds from a locally owned store and growing those sprouts yourself… Cha ching! Local really means doing it for yourself. The Earth is for all of us, so enjoy it. Local means connecting with your heart. THAT is local. Those turnips you tenderly love and care for in their 2-3 month growth span will nourish you beyond your imagination. Local means plugging into what really feeds you.

You are your location, now be it. Dwell locally.

People become DIS.eased with existence when they stop connecting with their hearts. They shut down, losing hope and becoming more easily influenced by the consuming messages of our society. Shop, til ya drop. I always felt that meant buy shit your whole life and in the end, you’ll still be searching for happiness. All you need is around you. It’s all local! Look around. Look down, to the ground, to the Earth. Look to other people. Listen to someone instead of yourself. Do something unexpected and kind. I like to sit and just be grateful to be alive. 

Stop and smell the rue, and then put your hands in the dirt and plant more rue.. Or wildflowers, or tulips, or yarrow. Whatever you fancy! I call this dirt digging, or more poetically, dirt meditation. Practicing dirt mediation is extremely important to me. Dirt is a very special thing. Research shows just putting your hands into the earth releases serotonin. Even if no scientist had discovered that, the feeling I get from cool dirt in my hands and grass in my toes is heavenly. I love to plant seeds and watch them grow.. In the ground, in people, and in my heart. Local means connection. It means direct nurturing from the source, to our hearts.

So yes, the local movement is about food, but in the grander scheme, it’s not. It’s about being filled beyond physical hunger. The manifestation of the Local foods movement is a symbolic and oh so exciting example of the shifting energy on Earth. People are finding themselves more we than I. More us than me. More community than bullshit Walmart.

It’s cool to be Local. It’s cool to be kind. It’s trendy to shop, eat, and drink locally. It’s the best social trend since, well, probably ever.Soon, I feel, it will catch on to live local. In the sense that we are all we need. I support you, you support me, the Earth holds us all and we stand tall like trees. Connect with the dirt in your yard and let your heart grow stronger.

If you want to be local, then get local. Where are you? Start there, in your heart. Because that’s where you are.

May 2012: This ship is stationary waiting patiently for the lock-chamber to fill. This is an opportunity for us to refocus and prepare for the next segment of our trip. It is perfectly understandable that people would be upset in feeling these changes, especially when they were not consulted regarding whether or not they wanted to take an active part in them.  There’s just one thing – you already did give your permission.

If you are currently at a point in your spiritual development where you can feel the changes in the earth energy and you are aware that there are changes (welcome or not) occurring inside of you, chances are that even if you don’t like what I’m going to say, you will, on some level, at least understand it.

The entire point of the changes that are occurring as we speak has to do with the next step in the evolution of life in general, and humanity in particular.  You see, in order for us to move on in  our development, we have to change, and that means not just changes in our perception, but physical changes; some of them so subtle that it would probably take a microscope far stronger (and tuned in to aspects of our physical bodies that we currently don’t acknowledged) to be detected.

Both the changes in our bodies and the changes in our perception are necessary to facilitate this shift, and while it may seem as if the changes are occurring without so much as a by-your-leave, the truth is that long before you were born you agreed to be here for this.  Experiencing these changes is a part of the reason that you agreed to be here – now.

These dramatic shifts have happened before, but this time is different.  This time we are not dealing with a simple evolutionary shift; a physical change that enables life to exist and grow more rapidly or in changing ecologies.  This isn’t even a shift such as you find when knowledge increases to a certain point where changes in perception are facilitated.  No, this shift is something entirely new; it is a shift in our spiritual evolution; one that requires that we not only make changes to our bodies, but to our perception as well.  In addition, this spiritual shift is not just happening to one species on the planet.  It’s happening to the entire planet.

Earth’s energy is definitely changing – and for the better, whether we realize it or not; in fact, whether we want it to or not.  And it is understandable if this change can be frightening.  After all, we don’t remember what this is all about.  To those of us in an unawakened state it feels as if rugs are being pulled out from under our feet at an alarming rate; leaving us lurching for support – or at least for something recognizable; something tangible that we can hold onto.  And as we find our support systems being stripped away, it generates a fear of the unknown, of not knowing what will happen next.

Since the changes are happening – and since we have no choice in the matter – the issue then becomes, how will we deal with these changes?

Will we fight them?  Will we insist on viewing things the way we always have?  Or will we let go of our preconceived notions of autonomy and manipulation and embrace the changes as a part of our purpose for being here at this particular moment in time?

No, we are not headed towards some vague utopian state where you will have to give up your individuality; nature still values diversity and will always encourage it.  What you will have to give up, however, is your fear; specifically your fear of change and your fear of acknowledging the interconnectedness of everyone and everything.

Yes, it is a big step, and one that may seem a little frightening at first, but once you’ve taken the first step, earth will take care of the rest.  You’ll be working with her instead of against her, and while there will still be rough patches as those segments of the population that refuse to acknowledge the changes and who attempt to fight them do their best to keep it from happening, in the end earth will win – life will find a way – and we can take our first steps on the new road of our spiritual evolution and towards a future we never could have imagined.

This sensation comes and goes. When I do my energy healing or concentrating about spiritual stuff, this intensifies. During meditation, I feel it a lot.

Now added to the head pressure, I have ear ringing. It is like having a live cicada inside of my ears. I had this for a while. I just started to notice its relationship with my headache. My ear rings more with more head pressure. Ringing also has shapes. It moves with the energy. With my chakra spins, the ear ringing spins too. I do not know why.

I read in some books, it is a sign of Spirits talking. I still haven’t comprehend it yet. Maybe one day it makes sense.

I am learning to control this head sensation. I listen to the ear ringing more closely. I am enjoying the tingling sensation I get on my palms and feet. This is part of me trying to adapt to the energy shift of the Earth as well as my own development. Instead of trying to fight against it, I accept and enjoy the company

Today I feel drawn to share a very important piece of work. I hope that it speaks to you as  it speaks to me.

See no Evil -

Throughout history there have always been those who have just known the bigger picture and were connected to source/God/Buddha or whatever deity their belief was with.   I always find the wisdom in those old words are just as poignant and profound today as when first written and am curious as to how they thought.   For me being in alignment with source energy is my primary goal, living with grace, love and joy.  This full moon has me feeling excited and clear from the effects of Mondays energy shift.  I am reconfigured for the time being and will await my next mission with bated breath.  Interestingly my BlackBerry won’t let me play Solitaire/Patience anymore… this is a game I’ve played since childhood (a lot) to help me avoid the agony of having to wait.  It seems that I’m stepping into clearing that issue up as it crashes now and in order for normal service to be resumed I have to take out the battery and then wait, patiently, whilst it reloads…. interesting huh?

Hear no Evil -

I was thinking about today being Good Friday and how this weekend of remembering is still influencing peoples lives all over the planet.  When I was a child the story of Easter felt very sad and confusing, I know I cried because it seemed so awful that such a loving and kind person should be treated so badly and no one did anything to save him.  Trying to make sense of the reasoning that he had meant for it to be that way, so that mankind could be saved from their sins, never did land right with me, but I happily sang out at the top of my voice in the church choir on Easter Sunday, because it seemed he never really died and it all ended well anyway…eventually.  Needless to say I did not embrace the Christian faith, but over the years I came to new understandings and used the Passion of Christ story as a metaphor for many positive ways to live ones life.  The crucifixion therefor creates for me a period of mindful intentionality giving me an opportunity to leave old ways of being behind and today as I go about my day I will intend a death to all I struggle with that does not serve me.

Each mistake they make costs them in support and money. Their financial backers may be put off by some of their stronger statements as well. They lose points and gain points daily.

Truly, at this stage, they feel as if they are living in a glass house. Even off-handed remarks influence the electorate. One day they are leading, the next day they are falling behind.

It is as if the candidates are playing an end-stage game of Twister. They are hopelessly entangled on their own and then we add the other candidates.

They practice over and over what should be said and cautioned over and over what shouldn’t be said. They are well-rehearsed. The successful candidate is certainly the one who may be trained most efficiently. The best one at following the rules will suffer fewer missteps.

Have you noticed that the best candidate is the one who accepts direction more easily and is able to retain the lessons taught to them by handlers all throughout the day? If you have difficulty following direction, you will not do well in the political arena.

What about the smaller offices up for re-election? Have you seen a candidate that does not tolerate the pressure to be non-offensive? They usually make a statement about the scrutiny of the political arena and then drop out of the race. Their egos do not respond well to being reigned in. Being corrected is intolerable.

There are also politicians who aren’t able to stand up to the personal scrutiny of the press. Their lives have been more colorful than the candidate who has been married to the same woman and apparently resisted the urge to cheat.

Everything comes into play during an election! Who could stand up to this barrage of criticism? Do we realize how WE make it nearly impossible to elect good leaders? Is it any wonder that there are fewer and fewer candidates when it finally gets to be election time? Or, is this how we want it to be? Survival of the fittest is actually survival of the image makeover.

Perhaps with this New Age of 2012, things will begin to change. Maybe the energy turmoil will help us to  narrow our focus upon what makes a good political leader and what is the best option to elect our future leaders? Maybe.

It is possible to focus the reform movements on the election process. It may actually be very successful in changing our political direction. If our focus on money reform and banking reform now focuses on politics, we may take the next 4 years to improve the process. That would be an enlightened plan!

Doesn’t it make sense for us to reform our political system so we may care for our selves, children, elders, families and homes? We may also focus on the environment, energy alternatives, healthcare and Social Security. If we elect the best leader then these humanitarian goals would be easier to address and attain.

Add your positive and enlightened energy into the political race. Make the bast decision about who gets elected so that we may see our culture grow and prosper. We have the responsibility to make the needed changes for the next generation and the one after that.

There are so many different floods of energy coming this year. We have used some of it to better our own lives, now we may make improvements to our entire society. Just as we care for our own young so must we care for all of our young.

Look to the new energy for the strength to do what is positive and good. Make some well-informed decisions and take steps to achieve the goals toward a better society.

When the energy is pushing against you, remember to stay flexible and grounded. Open to the possibilities that this new energy brings to you and set a new course or strengthen your current course.

Have you had that conversation yet? The one about how sometimes you feel like you are floating or rocking without a visible cause. This is the energy of 2012 buffeting against you.

No fear. It is God’s way of sending us energy in this shift between dimensions. If you have good intentions, then the energy will provide you strength and direction. If you have ill intentions, then the energy will knock you loose and undermine your nefarious efforts.

What have you always dreamed? What are your greatest desires? Go after them. God wants you to be happy and if you are benefiting others at the same time then all the better!

Change brings fear. Your natural reaction may be to withdraw and become self-protective. This is not the time to hold yourself back. Imagine that you are a wind surfer. Expand your sails. Open up to the guiding sun. Use this push to send you farther and deeper into your higher self.

Look for those new outlets to your creative, prosperous soul. There are so many things to learn and to experience. Be an explorer. Choose your direction and cherish all of the new sensations that come with it.

Always remember, when you feel nudged off balance or floaty, this is God’s energy and light washing over you. Embrace it and prosper.

We will not be held down as a species. We continue to develop new and creative ways to provide for ourselves.

Many of you are focused upon food products and improving health and nutrition. 

Many more are developing ways to curb and cure a vast array of illnesses that man may succumb to. There are giant milestones being made in treating diabetes and heart disease. We will see these new treatments released to the public in the next 2-3 years.

We are putting off aging by a multiple of years. Humans are living longer and healthier. There are giant strides being made in treating and curing Alzheimer’s and many other cognitive impairing medical conditions. 

As we age we are placing more effort into physical conditioning and disease prevention. We will continue to live longer, healthier lives. There will be a focus upon disease prevention instead of treatment. Medical science would rather prevent disease than just treat it. This is a proactive approach that our Divine Guides fully agree with.

Homes will be changing soon. We will all have access to solar energy products and renewable energy products as well. Our homes will be safer and more self sustainable. We will block the sun’s rays from damaging anything inside our homes all while using solar energy to meet our home’s energy needs.  

Water will be used and re-used. Cleanliness will be our top priority. Our homes and public buildings will be equipped with self-sustaining water filters and cleaners. It will all be so much simpler than anyone realizes.

Multiple-family residences will be updated and improved. Apartment buildings will have ingenious systems to handle water, garbage, heat, cooling and communication. We will feel like we are living in a space station but it will all be available to families of varied incomes.  

Employment will be changed greatly. Many of us will work from home. Others will have more flexibility in their work hours and work locations. Consumerism will be advanced beyond our expectations. There will be new age bosses and new age employees. Also we will be able to work longer and be more productive as we age due to the advances in medicine. 

The most important thing is we will be connected to other people easily and affordably. The interpersonal technology will improve vastly. Much will be done to link parents and their children. There will be nearly instant monitoring and communication capabilities.

This may sound like “Big Brother” but there will be legislation to protect people’s privacy.

Many things in our daily life will be available for immediate use. We will communicate with work, school, medical offices and businesses quickly and easily.

The most important task will be to remain grounded. These technological advances are not to take the place of caring for elders or children. We are still obligated to be spouses, family, friends and community members.

Technology should not take the place of our learning and growth. We still have an obligation to be spiritual and caring people. 

2012 is an exciting time. Try to keep yourself grounded and centered. There will be exciting breakthroughs in many areas of study.

Connect yourself to God and Mother Earth. This is merely the beginning of the next age of enlightenment.

One important strategy to overcome these feelings of fear, weakness and, “should-ing” is to take an inventory of your strengths. Think of those strengths as your tools to overcome your problems and get to the desired state of being or result. Then always, always, always take yourself back to a position of strenth.

I recently took this idea and made an overly simplified illustration that helped my husband come to an “Ah-ha” moment of his own. I drew a stick man picture of him with a tool box, then I drew a brick wall with the words FEAR, LACK & WEAKNESS. On the other side of that wall I drew the desired results he wants for our business. We started to fill up the tool box with his strengths. The illustration quickly showed that he had the tools to overcome fear and eliminate lack & weakness. He went from a frustrating mental hampster wheel of thinking “ I should do this but I don’t know how” or ” I can’t do this because of that” to ” I know I can fix that part of the problem and I have systems and people that can help with the rest”, ” I already have many of the resources I need to get to the other side of that brick wall”

I actually felt his energy shift from a postion of weakness to a position of strength. There are still many things we “Should” be doing but this exercise really helped to remove those mental blocks that hold us back from taking on some of those bigger, more complex issues.

It’s about to turn Spring again in the Universe. And it’s about time. You’re already sown and seeded. Time for a little peek-a-boo to start seeing ourselves for who we truly are. Franz Kafka tells us:

‘You do not need to leave your room. Remain sitting at your table and listen. Do not even listen, simply wait, be quiet still and solitary. The world will freely offer itself to you to be unmasked, it has no choice, it will roll in ecstasy at your feet.’

Breathe deeply. Make the Sun proud and shine your Light. Be glorious.

With communication planet, Mercury, swimming through creative Pisces from February 14 through March 4 and again from March 23 – April 16 (due to his retrograde) our sense of creativity is piqued and it’s time to use our imaginations to move toward success.
