If you plan ti visit Jakarta, don’t forget to come to the north area of Jakarta. There is a district called Old Batavia, the district that Jakarta’s existence begun, about many years ago. We can see everything is oldest, including some buildings, bridges, museums and many others interest things.
There are some unique habit, such as “Ojek Sepeda”. Ojek Sepeda is someone who cycling a bike and you can order him to go to any place you want, while you sit on the back saddle of the bicycle.
The cost is not expensive, depend on the distance. It’s about Rp 5000,- But if you want to bike the bicycle yourself, you can rent that bicycle. The cost is about Rp 25.000,- an hour. By the rent, you may visit some place you want, until you got satisfied. You can visit and make some photography in Museum Fatahilah, Meseum Seni dan Keramik, Jembatan Gantung and many others intererst place to visit.

If you make journey to Bali Island, you can see the unique painting at Batuan Village, Gianyar, Bali. In other state, people usually make painting on canvas or paper. But people in Batuan Village makes their painting on egg’s shell.
The painting is very difficult because the shell is so thin and may breakable. The price of egg’s painting is variety, depend on the egg come from. If the painting is painted on hen’s egg or duck’s egg, the price is about Rp 20.000,-
But the price is more expensive, if the painting is painted on swan’s egg, ostrich’s egg. Because swan’s egg is ordered from Java. And the ostrich’s egg is ordered from Africa.
The motive is variety. We can see the motive of The Story of Ramayana, Mahabarata, Balinesse motive, and sometimes we can found the funny motive such as Spongebob.
If you having plan to visit Bali Island, don’t forget to see that Batuan Village. The only one village in the world, that the people can make beautiful paintings on thiny egg’s shell….
