Today was a strange writing experience day – and even stranger I do feel at the moment, like an ugly bird in a cage which is forced to sing, or so… And I’m feeling very very ugly and even more “unsocial”, believe me :|

Although I had written my first 500 words right in the morning – I use to put my daily goal into packages of 3×500 words – I had the feeling I would get further. sort of a stand still, I was convinced I would fail my goal when in the late afternoon I still hadn’t moved forward (so was my impression). So I got completely surprised and overwhelmed by the fact that I had accomplished all of a sudden over 5000 word by 7 p.m.

This 3rd day brought me a more detailed story-line, some victims, motives and the murderer I got to knew quite well what the story would be about, so there is a clearer plot in my head I can develop now.

„Rhizome, Stalking Root“ is the working title for my crime novel and serves as special inspiration and motive.

A rhizome is sending out roots and shoots from its nodes; it is sorts of something rootless having several equal points of residency but no main home point; furthermore a rhizome spreads along without limits, it may turn out to be a poisonous evil which leads to even more disastrous effects on its way… and nearly impossible to get away with it as there will always be some rest spreading along.

BTW, the novel is to be written in german language.

THE NEW ADDICTION: National Novel Writing Month
November 1st-30th – 30 days and nights

Writing in 30 days 50.000 words – an international challenge taking place every year in november. I got to know about it only on October 31st, so just in time to sign up and to start the next day. My first thought was: What an incredible craziness! My second: Why not?

I did so without any concept in mind what I would write. Impatiently I waited in the evening for the next day to come and exactly at midnight I started to write without knowing where this would leed me. After 20 minutes I had written my first 209 words and went to sleep. Strange dreams accompanied my night and excitement my wakening. So right in the morning I continued to let the story surprise me. On the first day I wrote more than 2000 words. Still I have no clue which sort of novel I’m writing and what story will come out. Waiting couriousily for new developments.

1st day: 2184 words so far

Depuis de nombreuses années, certains spécialistes des théories de l’apprentissage nous enseignent “l’apprentissage sans erreur”, une technique d’enseignement ou d’étude qui consiste à “driller” l’étudiant à la bonne réponse de manière répétitive. Une série d’études récentes, réalisées à UCLA (Etats-Unis) met en évidence l’avantage de l’apprentissage par l’erreur en comparaison avec cette technique.

Un des tests effectués consiste à demander à un étudiant de “trouver un mot particulier” associé avec un mot donné (par exemple “étoile”) et d’avoir défini comme bonne réponse un mot “faiblement associable” (par exemple “nuit”, qui n’est donné spontanément  que dans 2% des cas). On donne 8 secondes à l’étudiant pour trouver le mot, puis on lui donne la bonne réponse et on repose la question en laissant 5 secondes pour répondre. Dans le groupe témoin, on annonce dès le départ que l’association est “étoile-nuit” et on donne 13 secondes pour trouver le mot associé à “étoile” (soit le total des 8 + 5 secondes donnés au groupe testé). Le constat est que le taux de bonnes réponses est de 10% plus élevé dans le groupe test que dans le groupe témoin…

Un autre test portait sur une lecture à propos de laquelle un question allait être posée. Dans le groupe test, on pose la question avant de faire lire le texte, ensuite, on fait lire le texte et on repose la question. Dans le groupe témoin, on fait lire directement le texte, dans lequel la bonne réponse est mise en évidence (par exemple, texte en caractères gras). Le constat est le même: le groupe test obtient 10% de bons résultats en plus.

Un article récent (en anglais) de Scientific American reprend l’ensemble de ces expériences.

La leçon à tirer de ces expériences: nous apprenons plus quand nous pouvons corriger nos propres erreurs que lorsque les solutions nous sont présentées “toutes cuites”. C’est un peu l’approche que nous avons dans le cadre des thérapies brèves chez interactes. Nous établissons avec nos clients la stratégie qui va leur convenir à travers une série d’essais qui parfois mènent à des erreurs. Nous avons alors un excellent matériel pour apprendre. En effet, lorsque nous obtenons un résultat positif, comment être certain que ce n’est pas un hasard heureux ? Alors que si nous avons un élément qui nous indique ce qui génère un résultat négatif, nous apprenons déjà ce qu’il ne faut pas faire, et c’est souvent un des apprentissages fondamentaux de la vie.

En médiation également, nous pouvons profiter de cette technique d’apprentissage. Au contraire des situations réglées par un jugement ou une procédure d’arbitrage, une médiation permet d’essayer les solutions avant de les formaliser dans des accords. On verra par exemple que ces essais sont très utiles en médiation familiale de séparation, pour trouver les meilleures solutions aux questions d’hébergement ou d’autorité parentale.

…English post what I write in my whole life. It’s more difficult than any other English composing, because I’m going to publish this. There will be a lots of grammar mistakes, so sorry for these! (?)It was recommended(?) to part English and Hungarian language by Izolis. I followed his advice. So, this is my first “English” post. I hope you’ll enjoy it. (I’m sure, ’cause you’re going to laugh a lot:)

Everyday happennings:

My school is look like a factory. That’s okay. My school got a new(!) roof, and new(!) windows. This is more than okay.:D + There was (and here too) a big storm at night. = My school is flooded…and my biology exercise-book too. Unbelivable, how could it happen. Tragedy. XD My school is old.—–>Its heating system is old too.—–> We were frozen children through all the day. What will happen with us in winter?:O

I am wet…everywhere. My problem is the following: Summer is too hot for me. Winter is too cold for me. Spring and fall are too /crap/rainy/cold/everything bad/ for me. Oh weather…but in San Francisco the weather is perfect. (not all the time:)

I know, I know, it was a very stupid topic, but it was perfect for my first “English” post. There weren’t any extra sentencestructure (is it an existing word?…I don’t think.:) , there weren’t any (e)special word, but this is what I can write…I hope it’ll change in the near future. I want to improve my english, so I’m on the way.:D

First, i’d like to say ‘Minal Aidin Wal Faidzin’ , Happy Ied Mubarak to everyone who read my blog… Hope we can be like a new baby who has a pure heart and also hope we can be better after this Ramadhan. Wishing that we can meet the next Ramadhan… Amiiin…

Last holiday was fun, although i couldn’t meet all of my friend but at least I still had chance to back home. I could meet my beloved parents, sisters, cousin, nephew, and some of my friends. Well, the holiday was ended yesterday, while I still want to spend more time in my house… Miss my sisters so much, how is the picture? Isn’t that good? Haha… We will meet again, as soon as possible…

Then what?? There is no class today… Aaarrgghhh…Too bad… Huuffh…

Aaahh, ok… let’s forget about it and talk about my study… I know, I’m in the third grade now, and I heard from my seniors, the lessons in this semester are more difficult than before. But I still spend most of my time to play, read comics, etc…  I never want to make my parents disappointed, but why am I too lazy lately? I still can’t find the answer by myself… Is it because of that I don’t like this major? Or what? I don’t know… Oh, Allah… Please help me…

Public policy analysis required some initial preparation and needs analysis to achieve maximum results. Public policy analysis is the process of knowledge creation in understanding and aligning the interests of public policy that will or already made. Here are basic guidelines that can be used as a frame work in public policy analysis. However, the following notes about the stages of the toolkit is not a process of public policy analysis, but merely a frame work that must be the attention of a policy analyst. Here are some of them; Determine Your position. . . In conducting a policy analysis, you first must realize is your position as a policy analyst.

Therefore, it is important for you to proclaim your position as a policy analyst. To declare an analyst position will maintain the position konsistesi and analytical tools we will use in conducting policy analysis. As an analyst you must ask yourself, to whom and what the agenda of your analysis needs, either on behalf of the institution, group or personal, in answering the needs of policy analysis. Each position will explain keperpihakan and certain mindset, so that awareness of the position will maintain consistency of analysis. Like you are a government bureaucrat who should be aware of the position as an analyst technocratic. Of course this will differ with you as an activist who is doing the advocacy of policies for a particular community group. So do you, as an analyst reporters has sparked interest for a policy discussion as well as a political analyst who require policy analysis as a political agumentasi. Or another option, if you instead choose the depth of analysis is more important than policy changes in consciousness as an academic analyst who claim to be neutral.

Determine Focus your problem. . . After the information collected we can accurately understand the problem in a public policy. The next thing you can do is to determine the focus of a problem that will be your analysis of attention.

There are some basic procedures you can follow in determining the focus of a problem in your policy analysis. The following points are some of them; • Define the problem? Choose Analysis of the Right Tools. . . When the focus issues of concern to the analysis we have already set, then it is time to perform analysis of the data we find ynag. From a strong argument to choose the tools that help you in doing the analysis to achieve your analysis. Calculated all the possibilities that will support your argument later into your analysis. The stronger and more accurate your analysis of the effectiveness and efficiency in achieving your objective analysis would more easily achieved. To get the data and assembling a strong argument, then use the appropriate analytical tools and be able to explain what you want. With a convincing intrepretasi then we can provide a strong influence to the policy analysis which we are. Thus building a stronger argument that will determine whether our analysis can influence the way we want. In building a post-analysis of communication effective ways and can be used are; • describe the data and findings. Describe your data findings in the form most easily read by the public. Exposure data and the findings made with simple and easy to understand, you can do so by using graphs and columns or the like. • Use Model Best Time. Another thing you can do in building an argument is to make the most relevant models and ideals in accordance with the logic that you want to wake up. Make a model that implies important arguments and details that you emphasize, so that your idea of a policy easy to understand. Make recommendations. . .

The process of public policy analysis and in improved by providing some policy recommendations to influence policy makers, and even then if you are a advokator. Recommendations as a means or concrete evidence of the results of the analysis we have done. Policy recommendations to be important because it is the purpose of an analyst-oriented policy changes earlier. If you were to advocate for a policy then you can match the design of public policy. But if you are an analyst hired by the government then you are very necessary recommendations to make improvements for the next policy. It is also different if you are a scholar (technician) oriented pursuit of accuracy and prediction accuracy, then your recommendation is important as a reference for forecasting (trajectory). Remember, your reputation as an analyst of public policy will be determined by how you analyze a public policy.

William N. Dunn (2000) argued that policy analysis is an applied social science discipline which uses a variety of research methods and arguments to generate and transfer relevant information to the policy, which can be used at political level in order to solve policy problems. Weimer and Vining, (1998:1): The product of policy analysis is advice. Specifically, it is some advice that inform public policy decision. So public policy analysis, advice or more a consideration of public policy makers is about the problems faced, a task that must be performed by public organizations related to these issues, as well as various policy alternatives that might be taken with a variety of assessment based on policy objectives.

Public policy analysis aims to provide recommendations to assist policy makers in efforts to solve public problems. In the analysis of public policy there is information relating to public issues and the arguments about the various alternative policy, as consideration or input to the policy makers. Public policy analysis based on policy studies can be distinguished between policy analysis before any particular public policy, and after any particular public policy. Policy analysis before any public policy based solely on public issues so that the result is really a recommendation that a new public policy. Both policy analysis before and after the policy has the same goal of providing policy recommendations to policy makers in order to obtain higher quality policies. Dunn (2000: 117) distinguishes three main forms of public policy analysis, namely: Prospective 1.Analisis policy Prospective Policy Analysis in the form of production and transformation of information before the action begins and implemented policies. Here the policy analysis is a tool for synthesizing information for use in formulating policy alternatives and the preferences expressed comparatively, predicted in a quantitative and qualitative language as a basis or guide in making policy decisions. Retrospective 2.Analisis policy Retrospective Policy Analysis is the creation and transformation of information after the policy action taken. There are 3 types of analysts based on the activities developed by this group of analysts analysts oriented discipline-oriented analyst and the analyst’s problem-oriented applications. Of course, a retrospective analysis of three types have advantages and disadvantages. 3.Analisis integrated policy Integrated Policy Analysis is a form of analysis that combines the operating style of the practitioners who pay attention to the creation and transformation of information before and after the policy action taken. Integrated policy analysis not only requires the analysts to link the investigation stage retrospective and perspective, but also requires the analyst to continuously generate and transform the information at any time.

Le récent discours de Barak Obama à la tribune des nations unies souligne à la fois la nécessité de négocier avec la Corée du Nord et l’Iran sur la question du développement par ces pays d’un arsenal militaire nucléaire.

Les réactions ne se sont pas faites attendre de toutes parts, et le nombre de messages sur les forums internet montre l’intérêt de la population pour ce problème. En tant qu’observateur des modes de négociation, j’ai pour ma part été frappé par l’ensemble de l’approche du président américain. Et je crois qu’il est important de ne pas isoler deux messages importants, qui apparaissent clairement dans l’extrait du discours que je vous propose:

Il y a d’abord une invitation ferme à la réduction générale de l’arsenal nucléaire, et un engagement tout aussi ferme de sa part d’être à la pointe d’une telle réduction, le tout assorti d’un projet ambitieux. On connaît l’homme pour la hauteur à laquelle il place les barres qu’il veut sauter… Il se donne également un terme pour avancer: un an. Si des résultats significatifs ne sont pas engrangés dans l’année qui vient, il devra considérer lui-même qu’il s’est en quelque sorte mis lui-même en échec. On sait également que son pire ennemi dans ce genre de situation, c’est son propre système politique, qui peut paralyser les meilleures décisions et les sacrifier sur l’autel de l’intérêt des grands centres de recherche financés par les projets militaires…

Mais retenons donc cette intention, qui va de pair à une main clairement ouverte à la Fédération de Russie pour avancer en commun sur ce chemin. On attendra de voir la réponse russe, mais on peut supposer que la proposition n’a pas été faite sans un minimum d’assurances sur ce qu’en diront messieurs Medvedev et Poutine.

Le deuxième temps de la proposition de Barak Obama est lui aussi intéressant. La phrase peut paraître anodine, mais elle a tout son sens: il rappelle qu’il ne s’agit en rien de stigmatiser des nations individuelles dans leur souci d’assurer leur sécurité. Le président sait à ce moment que les phrases qui vont suivre seront les plus dures. Il est indispensable de donner à ceux qui devront y répondre une possibilité de ne pas perdre la face – et cela n’est pas gagné. J’y reviendrai plus tard.

Troisième temps: la demande adressée à l’Iran et à la Corée du Nord. Je dois dire que cette partie de l’intervention me pose plus de problème, car on en retient plus facilement l’aspect menace de sanction que celui qui consisterait à demander à ces pays d’émettre des propositions qui permettraient de rassurer l’ensemble de l’opinion publique que eux aussi s’engagent dans la voie de la dénucléarisation militaire. Car c’est bien là une des clés de l’art de négocier: laisser l’autre faire la proposition que l’on ne peut refuser. Quand Mr Obama propose de supprimer son arsenal nucléaire, c’est une proposition que peu de pacifistes peuvent refuser. Quand il tente de proposer ou dicter un programme à ses adversaires, il leur coupe toute possibilité de réagir à la fois positivement à la demande, tout en restant maître du jeu chez eux.

En fait, le danger d’une telle négociation, c’est de poursuivre à travers la demande de dénucléarisation une politique de déstabilisation du régime iranien. Entendons nous bien, je n’ai à titre personnel aucune sympathie pour le régime des Ayatollas, et je suis prêt à m’investir pour aider les iraniens à trouver les libertés qu’ils n’avaient pas sous le régime du Shah et ont encore moins aujourd’hui. Je pense simplement que cette évolution est un processus qui doit venir de l’intérieur, alors que la discussion sur l’arsenal nucléaire est clairement une question internationale. Que pourrait-il y avoir de plus regrettable que de voir le régime de Téhéran “tomber” parce qu’il a cédé au moratoire nucléaire qui lui est imposé ? Cela voudrait-il dire que ceux qui remplacent le gouvernement actuel… prônent le retour à une puissance nucléaire ?

Barak Obama tient souvent un langage de médiateur. Je suis curieux de voir comment celui-ci sera entendu par les principaux protagonistes du débat en cours…

This was my first try making a blog. The idea was a place to make a archive about part of my work, but now I realise that first it is not very funny to read… anyway it is a good tool to let people take knoledge about what i’m doing. Well not really, I’m not the best updating things… so it is not “realtime” like I prefer.

There are a lot of stuff i couldn’t post yet… and there are a lot of other stuff that i enjoy a lot and i don’t have it here… Also… I know I write terrible in english but I do not care too much if I arrive to make my self a little bit clear.

Soon I wish I will restart posting and updating this blog. Just for archive proposals, then maybe I will be able to put other than personal things.

I never saw any of this coming… Unfortunately, it is too late for both of us.
I always thought all we had was real and special, that at least with me you were honest, that there was nothing in the world that could make me give up on you… Well, you managed to kill everything I felt for you and turn this never changing feeling into just… sympathy.
I feel for you, man… I really do.
You are just a poor bastard, who wasted every single opportunity the world has given you, who had the world and its people in your hands, and just smashed it and threw in the garbage can.
You had me, you know…
I never judged you for your lack of good judgement, I never left you even when you asked me to, I gave myself as much as I could give to try to help you. You used to say you wanted to be better, but the odds were against you… well my friend, I hate to bring the newsflash, but you were against EVERYTHING, even yourself.
I quit beating myself up over “not doing enough” for you… You never did anything to me whatsoever.
When I was shinny, happy, glowing and cheering you, it was okay, but when my lights were out, you just got mad at me… and why is that?

I wish you would have been a better friend, a better man. I tried to belive myself when I said “he will come out of it” and maybr because of that I didn’t see what was right in my face: a phoney, selfish, mentaly ill person, who asked for no help and denied it when offered.
You were never half as miserable as you used to say, you were never half as caring as you used to show.. you were not the person you showed me.

The real you is a big disappointment for every single person that crosses your path, and you might be right on one thing? you are like Rogue, you do suck all good things about everything and everyone, leaving them bitter and grey. At least if you’d take that and turn into something good, I would be able to say that I wasn’t wasting my time this entire time. But you just never enjoy, never thank, never appreciate what you have and what you take from others, you managed to kill everything surrounding you.

I thank Heavens now you’re gone for good. I thank you for leaving so many screwed up messes for others to clean and for taking no responsability over your actions and its consequences. I see now you never really wanted to change, because you would have if you really wanted to.
Maybe dying for us will actually kill you.

Introduction

Development is the hope the whole community to achieve a better life. The desire for a better life is a concept that includes changes in all aspects of human life, namely economic, social, political, and others. Changes in the economy to be one of the goals of individuals and communities to obtain welfare live better. According to Jonathan M. In Turner (J.dwi-Narwoko Bagong Suyanto, 2004: 267) that the economy will change involve economic regulation concerning social status, general norms, the role and relative stable and interconnected in the vicinity of the collection sources of power production and distribution of goods and services .
Changes in the economic changes will affect the social community (individuals). Understanding of social change in the More (J.dwi-Narwoko Bagong Suyanto, 2004: 342) imply that the social change as an important change in social structures, patterns and behavior of the system in which social interaction, including changes in values, norms and cultural phenomenon. How social change in perspective has three dimensions, namely structural, cultural and interaksional.
One aspect of the changes will affect the other changes. For example, changes in the economy will improve a family’s social family members and can even improve their status. Changes in society can be experienced by her individual, social groups, social institutions (public institutions) to a community of people themselves in that country.
Family is one of the agents of social change in the basic community. In that sense, the family is the social institutions that form the individual characters will be developed as what and how, so that individuals can be meaningful and useful in all the activities and thoughts. However, the importance of the family institution is somewhat less than observed in the life of the community.
