En la Conferencia Sectorial de la Administración Pública del 16 de Noviembre se trataron temas como el proyecto de Real Decreto para desarrollar la Ley de acceso electrónico de los ciudadanos a los servicios públicos, que regula el concepto de sede electrónica, reforzando la fiabilidad de los puntos de acceso a los servicios de la administración general del Estado y estableciendo un marco común para la creación de estas sedes.

También se estudiaron los proyectos de Real Decreto por los que se regulan el Esquema Nacional de Interoperabilidad y de Seguridad, dos herramientas esenciales para afianzar una administración electrónica segura y eficaz.

I don’t watch television so I didn’t see the Oprah show that so many people saw–the one featuring a woman mauled by a chimpanzee. I heard the story from a fellow ENS sufferer who had watched the show. The revelation came at the end of a long conversation late at night. A woman had been mauled by a chimpanzee last February. The chimp had ripped off her face and hands. She had shown her “face” on the Oprah show.

“Oh my God,” I said. I was traumatized just by the hearing. More than that—I was changed. The woman had no eyes. She had no nose, no lips. No hands. I watched my own hands flutter before my eyes. How beautiful they appeared. Like Michelango drawings, animated by life force. Bone and blood and joints tracing feelings in the air. How, I wondered, does a person live with such a loss? I had so many questions: “How is she?” “Does she want to live?” “How old is she?” “Was she attractive?” The last question is pretty dumb. Of course she was, compared to now.

“Look it up on the Internet,” my friend said.

“No. No,” I said. “I don’t want to see.”

When I got off the phone, I sat staring into space. How could anyone live through that? How could anyone live without a face? Without hands?

I looked it up on the Internet, afraid of what I might find. Her name is Charla. Here is a photo of Charla’s face. She says she’s still the same person she was before this happened to her. She just looks different. She’s looking forward to getting “better and stronger.”

I believe that a lot of people who arrive at my site are suffering from Empty Nose Syndrome. I thought maybe Charla’s story would inspire you, as it does me.  I am humbled.

I am not going to stop writing about Empty Nose Syndrome because it is a form of needless suffering, and thus, something can be done about it.

But I am going to remember Charla.

A few weeks ago, I logged onto my website and scanned my blog stats. Under Search Engine Terms, I read the words “Empty Nose Syndrome Myth.” A bomb detonated in the center of my head.

After my surgery, when my nose and sinuses were raw and scabbed, and I was smothering, I found the Empty Nose Syndrome Association website: http://www.emptynosesyndrome.org/. There, I discovered several hundred victims of turbinate reduction surgery. I spoke with dozens of others struggling to breathe, searching for moisturizers, sleep aids, treatments, research, hope. I was stunned to hear stories of unsympathetic ENT’s, and ENT’s who don’t believe in Empty Nose Syndrome. That just seemed impossible. How could they not believe in it? After months of research, I came to understand that ENT’s who don’t believe in Empty Nose Syndrome choose their belief in opposition to substantial medical literature.

Between scouring the Internet, I paced my apartment, my mouth torn open in a primal scream, the pain unfit for human consumption. I passed out for a couple of hours each night only to be wakened by the blazing pain and suffocation of my life. Empty Nose Syndrome is like running a marathon that never ends. Soon there is no strength, not even fumes, but you have to keep running. It’s your life. They shoot horses, don’t they?

No such compassion for human beings. Not even much recognition of the suffering. In my case, I won’t say there was none. Most of the ENT’s I saw acknowledged the scabs, the loss of turbinate tissue, and even the Empty Nose Syndrome. But they acted as if it was no big deal. As I sat before the first one, yowling like a cat on fire, he appeared to be checking the tan on his ankles. It was December; Fake bake or Florida. My mind was scrambling with pleas: Do something! Help me! What’s going to become of me?

Call the medical board! Call the police!

He gave me a squeeze bottle for nasal irrigations, a prescription for infection, and an appointment to return in five weeks. I wondered what in the name of Compassion he thought I was going to do for the next five weeks. It was like telling a woman whose hair is on fire, “Alrighty then. See you back here in five weeks.”

This was better than the next ENT who pronounced my mucosa “pink and healthy,” in spite of the shoe leather dryness, infection and scabs. This one, I believe would have said there is no such thing as Empty Nose Syndrome. I also believe he would have said there is no such thing as dirt, or water, had the pronouncement been expedient, and helpful to his own, or a colleague’s, career.

Empty Nose Syndrome is the verifiable result of the surgical removal of turbinate tissue—which is bone covered in mucosa. Turbinates are the inner organ of the nose. They are the necessary form which serves the indispensable function of breathing. There are cases where turbinates become enlarged and interfere with breathing. I suspect these cases are few. I believe that hundreds of thousands of unnecessary turbinate reductions are done each year for the fee. As I said, Empty Nose Syndrome is a verifiable condition. We have CT scans these days to show what is, or is not, inside of a body. See below the CT scans of a normal nose, and one in which the turbinates have been surgically removed. What does the second one look like to you? Does that look like a Myth or does it look like an Empty Nose? How do you think that guy feels?  How do you think he breathes?

How can ENT’s say that there is no such thing as Empty Nose Syndrome? It’s akin to saying that a man whose leg’s been amputated isn’t missing a leg. These trained professionals surely know that Empty Nose Syndrome exists. They see the physical evidence. They see the suffering and turn a blind eye. Careers and income are at stake.

Myth is what doctors create when they use their M.D.’s or their D.O.’s to spin an illusion to cover up truth. Myth is the fairy tale that what modern medicine has to offer is always good. Myth is the denial that patients are sometimes harmed by doctors, not by accident but by greed.

I don’t know that an ENT made that search: Empty Nose Syndrome Myth. But I have never heard of anyone other than an ENT calling Empty Nose Syndrome a myth. Before ENS happened to me, I had never heard of it at all.

My ENS friends and I are not doing so well. I am close to two others. We met on the Empty Nose Syndrome Association forum: http://guest.6.forumer.com/index.php. S and I were on the forum at the same time, and L contacted me, later, because we live in the same city.

We are three cases of lives derailed by turbinate surgery. Each of us represents a different decade of life, and life challenges gone awry.

S is the youngest at thirty-four. Before her surgery, three years ago, she was full of plans for her life. Right after the surgery, she was off to the Far East to curate an art show. She returned a few weeks later, in a fetal position, when the symptoms slapped her down in Vietnam. S was beautiful, talented and vibrant, a part of the New York art scene. She had a lot of friends and was physically active. Now, she works part-time at a nursery school, and is struggling to meet the demands of the job.

L is forty-three. He is married and has a young family. He was a top realtor in our city before being felled by three sinus surgeries, each successive surgery intended to correct the last. L hasn’t slept for more than a few hours at a time in almost a year. Initially, he went into high gear, determined to overcome his challenge. You don’t become a top realtor by accident. L possesses more than his share of motivation. He spent hours on a treadmill, and tried every conceivable product to manage his stifling dryness. L hasn’t sold a property in a while. He told me recently he is only living for his family.

I am fifty-seven. My story is a little different because I had physical challenges before Empty Nose Syndrome. I had autoimmune disorders, and shortly before the surgery, I suffered a carbon monoxide exposure. Like my friends above, I am well motivated. In the two years before the surgery, I studied for and took the GRE, and applied to a highly competitive Master’s program. I didn’t get in. I was preparing to take a course, and try, again. As for my health issues, I was a near vegan. I walked, meditated and did yoga daily. I worked part-time. I was determined to reach my optimum level of health and success. I don’t even think about the Master’s program, now. I think about my nose.

How did we all get here? S had a deviated septum. She breathed through one nostril more than the other. It was a minor annoyance. There was no reason for the ENT to cut her turbinates while straightening her septum, but the turbinate reduction would have added a lucrative fee to the job. L had sleep apnea. His ENT thought surgery was the answer—three surgeries. “You haven’t maxed out on your surgeries, yet,” he told L (referring to insurance maximums), every time he returned in worse shape than before. I had tinnitus—ear ringing—a result of the carbon monoxide exposure. The ENT ordered scans allegedly to check if I had a tumor near the inner ear. Scans are rarely ordered for a tinnitus case as a tumor is virtually never the cause. The scans, however, did enable Dr. S. to find a sinus polyp, and an excuse to do surgeries. Since about 40% of the population has sinus polyps, Dr. S had an excellent shot at making that basket.

And so here we are. Three lives derailed.

It might seem a little hard to imagine, but much of what happens in our stomach is controlled by our head, and vice versa. Maybe not so hard to imagine when we recall a time that we may have eaten something high in sugar that made us feel elevated only to then feel depressed later on, or to arrive at work on Monday after a bad eating weekend and feel sluggish and unmotivated. It’s certainly not hard to imagine to Dr Natasha Campbell-McBride (MD) who successfully improved her son’s autism through balance and restoration of the gut flora and it’s also not hard to imagine to the thousands of mums out there who cured their kid’s ADHD by eliminating additives and sugars from the diet.

For me personally, I spent years depressed and agitated until switching my diet to one which contained less refined carbohydrates, additives and alcohol.

Here’s a small bit of science for you – we’ll keep it simple. The gut and brain are integrated and communicate in a two way fashion through the Autonomic Nervous System and Hypothalamic-Pituary Adrenal (HPA) axis.

The HPA controls many body processes, amongst them digestion, immune system, mood and emotion.

The ANS is further split into the Parasympathetic Nervous System (PSNS), the Sympathetic Nervous System (SNS) and Enteric Nervous System (ENS). The PSNS sends signals to smooth muscle…the stomach being one of these, and is responsible for some of the gurgling sounds in your stomach, no, you might not be hungry…just relaxed. The SNS controls the fight or flight response and is also responsible for gut motility. Have you noticed when in an extreme state of anxiety or fear that your appetite disappears? The ENS is in the gut, and communicates with the brain via the Vagus nerve, but here’s the interesting thing, it contains more neurons than the brain and should the vagus nerve be severed it will continue to function. The ENS also uses many of the same neurotransmitters as found in the brain, such as serotonin and dopamine.

Remember, the ANS is a two way system, messages are always being sent via the nerves from the brain to gut…gut to brain. Given all of that, it now seems hard to imagine that there isn’t a link between gut health and mental health.

Nearly 2/3 of the immune system is in the gastro-intestinal tract (GIT) and is controlled by the balance of good and bad intestinal flora. On average everyone carries 2kg of this bacteria in their gut. The key here is balance. When the balance is in favour of good flora, our immunity is strong, we feel healthy and happy, and we absorb nutrients efficiently. When the balance has been tipped in favour of bad flora, nutrients can’t be absorbed easily, toxic by-products are released into the bloodstream and we feel physically and emotionally generally unwell, and we end up with things like sinus, asthma, allergies and in very serious cases we end up with disease.

You may have heard of Candida, this is a condition where the balance has been tipped in favour of bad intestinal flora and can end up being quite a serious medical condition if untreated. People with candida report a huge range of symptoms, and amongst them, feeling depressed or irritable.

The bad flora feeds off sugar and yeasts and proliferate by inhibition of the good flora through use of antibiotics, poor diet and stress. Could it be that your sugar, bread and alcohol cravings are a result of an inbalance in gut flora? How do you feel mentally, are you as happy and relaxed as you think you should be?

Scientists are now becoming very interested in this subject and are also experiencing the same results as Dr Campbell-McBride in the area of autism. I anticipate a growth in research into the link between gut health and mental health.

Here are some things you can do to ensure your gastro intestinal tract is kept healthy and balanced:
· Keep a food diary and add ‘body signs’ to it, things like bloating, flatulence, headaches, irritability, asthma attacks, stomach cramps, poor sleep, skin, hair…etc
· Pay close attention to your breath. Many toxins in the body release substances that can be detected in the breath, a common one is breathing what smells like alcohol after eating a lot of sugar.
· Limit the consumption of sugars, yeasts (including bread) and fermented products if you’re feeling ‘generally unwell’ and can’t put your finger on it.
· Take a good quality pro-biotic daily to re-populate the good flora (not just yoghurts and yoghurt drinks)
Balancing the gut flora is an involved process depending on its state of imbalance. Please contact me if you feel this is something you need assistance with.

The Minister has set a new priority processing direction which comes into effect on 23 September 2009.

This Direction applies to applications in the pipeline that have not been finalised, and to applications lodged with the Department of Immigration and Citizenship, on or after 23 September 2009.

Priority processing applies to both onshore and offshore applications.

Your ‘nominated occupation’ is the occupation you nominated at the time you lodged your application and cannot be changed.

Leyendo sobre seguridad en la administración pública he dado con una entrada en el blog de Javier Cao, donde hace referencia a la publicación del borrador del Real Decreto sobre el Esquema Nacional de Seguridad (PDF).

La famosa ley 11/2007 de acceso electrónico de los ciudadanos a los servicios públicos, en su artículo 42, crea el Esquema Nacional de Seguridad (ENS) y señala que tiene por objeto establecer la política de seguridad en la utilización de medios electrónicos. Sin embargo, no es hasta el pasado mes de julio cuando aparece publicado el primer borrador del proyecto de Real Decreto que lo regula. Según este borrador, la finalidad del Esquema Nacional de Seguridad es “el establecimiento de los principios y requisitos de una política de seguridad en la utilización de medios electrónicos que permita la adecuada protección de la información“.

No es un secreto que el marco normativo que regula la administración electrónica en España se desarrolla con una llamativa lentitud, habida cuenta de que la propia ley 11/2007 establece plazos muy claros para su cumplimiento (31 de diciembre de este mismo año 2009 para la AGE). En ese sentido, Bartolomé Borrego recuerda las normas pendientes, que no son pocas.

El ENS pretende asegurar una serie de cuestiones que vienen recogidas en el documento, y que constituyen las palabras clave en cualquier proyecto de seguridad:

• Acceso
• Integridad
• Disponibilidad
• Autenticidad
• Confidencialidad
• Trazabilidad
• Conservación de datos, informaciones y servicios.

Esta norma obliga a las administraciones a disponer de una política formal de seguridad, que debe incluír, entre otros, los siguientes puntos:

• Formar e informar de sus obligaciones a todo el personal relacionado con los sistemas de información
• Proteger el aceso al sistema de información
• Proteger las instalaciones
• Registrar la actividad de los usuarios
• Disponer de un sistema de detección y reacción ante incidentes de seguridad
• Ajustar los mecanismos de firma electrónica a lo establecido en el ENS
• Ajustar las notificaciones y resoluciones para asegurar la autenticidad del organismo, la integridad y la autenticidad del destinatario.
• Pasar una auditoría periódica que garantice el ajuste de los sistemas al ENS

No deja de ser sorprendente que estas normas se encuentren todavía en fase de proyecto cuando a finales de este mismo año la Administración General del Estado ha tenido que cumplir con lo establecido en la ley. Sabiendo además que el tiempo de reacción de las administraciones públicas para acometer una reforma es necesariamente mayor que el de los organismos privados (concursos, publicidad, licitaciones, adjudicaciones, etc.), hace tiempo que el marco legal debía haber quedado establecido.

De momento, y hasta que los proyectos se confirmen, habrá que orientar a las administraciones en el sentido de los borradores, para intentar no implementar ningún sistema que en unos meses no cumpla con lo establecido en la ley, con el consiguiente gasto extraordinario que supondrá su adaptación.

Y es que la hucha de la administración y el bolsillo del ciudadano no están ahora mismo para gastos evitables.

El pasado 10 de septiembre, en el marco del festival de cine CINEXCUSA se proyecto la película RODRIGO D` NO FUTURO dirigida por el reconocido cineasta colombiano VÍCTOR GAVIRIA quien además estuvo presente en la proyección, es decir;  todo un honor tenerlo en nuestra tierrita, y es que además de ser el director de esta película también ha dirigido otras que han pasado a la historia como es el caso de la vendedora de rosas, película muy recordada por los colombianos.

Pero bueno, luego de tantos elogios hablemos de lo que fue el foro y  la película como tal, y es que no se por donde empezar, ya que el maestro Víctor Gaviria nos conto muchos detalles respecto a como fue la realización de la película, empecemos por decir que la película data del año 1988 es decir que se grabo hace 21 años y que en la película participaron solamente actores naturales ya que el maestro Gaviria no trabaja con actores profesionales, el prefiere descubrir nuevos talentos, cuando le preguntamos si era una ventaja o una desventaja trabajar con actores naturales, el nos respondió: “ siempre he trabajado con actores naturales, es una desventaja para mi porque tengo que buscarlos en el contexto de la película y luego formarlos para que puedan estar listos”.

La película que se desarrolla en  un barrio de Medellín y que cuenta la vida de unos jóvenes punkeros y otros metaleros, es mas que todo el reflejo de la realidad que vivía esta ciudad y casi todo el país en aquella época en donde la juventud también se veía afectada por la violencia, y es que además ni los jóvenes que participaron en la película se salvaron de ella, eran jóvenes acostumbrados a robar y para sorpresa de ustedes según lo que nos conto el maestro Gaviria, todos murieron victimas de la guerra luego de haber grabado la película, todos a excepción de Rodrigo Meneses.

Entre todas la anécdotas que nos conto hay una especial con la que se puede dimensionar como fue trabajar con estos jóvenes y lo dijo así “ la primera vez que converse con ellos fue en el apartamento de un amigo, los jóvenes no sabían donde sentarse, yo les invite a sentarse en el sofá y ellos me decían que era muy raro por que ellos no habían entrado a un apartamento si no a robar” luego vino la otra pregunta ¿ya existía el guion de la película o se hizo luego de la selección de los jóvenes? La respuesta fue “no hubo guion, al principio solo había una historia totalmente distinta, sin embargo en base a este guion se hizo la película junto con los jóvenes”

“El guion se fue haciendo no de lo que yo pensaba si no de lo que ellos me contaban, sus historias de vida, de todo eso que me contaban hay un poco en la película” y para terminar nos contó que la música de la película salió de unas bandas de punkeros que el maestro Víctor conoció mientras realizaba la película, y que la música se metió en la película de una manera loca “en cualquier momento que creíamos preciso metíamos un poco”.

De vraag is te laag bij de huidige productie. Zij wijten de slechte vraag aan de economische crisis. "Het duurt zo drie, vier jaar voor we uit deze dip zijn", voorziet bollenweker Klaas Schouten uit het West-Friese Andijk. "Dat we volgend jaar geen goede bollenprijs krijgen, staat vast. We moeten er even doorheen. Dat geldt eigenlijk voor de hele sector. De geboden prijzen voor de producten zijn belabberd. Je maakt wel kosten." Hij probeert dan ook op de kosten te bezuinigen. De tulpensoorten die veel werk verlangen, gaan uit het assortiment. En de werknemers maken kortere dagen. "Dat compenseer ik straks wel weer met het poten."

Collega Gerard de Wit van Germaco in Bovenkarspel schat ook een areaalkrimp van 5 procent tot 125 hectare voor het volgende seizoen. "Om twee redenen", legt hij uit. "De bollen zijn afgelopen seizoen dik gegroeid, dus we hebben minder plantgoed. Aan de andere kant zijn de prijzen erg slecht. Er is te weinig vraag en teveel productie."

Johan Koomen, bloembollenkweker in Ens, kijkt ook kritisch naar zijn areaalplanning. "Een jaarlijkse groei van 4 tot 5 procent is normaal. We moeten maar eens goed bekijken of we dat wel gaan uitzetten komend jaar. Verder geloven we er niet echt in om je lang geleden vastgestelde koers te laten bepalen door de waan van de dag", zegt hij.

El pliego de motivos lo presentó la jefe de Prensa de la Adih Luz Dary Torres, quien asegura más de 1.000 docentes se movilizarán por las calles de la ciudad.
“No es justo que a los docentes se les deba tanto dinero y no se les cancele. Hay voluntad, pero no se cristaliza nada”, comentó Torres, vocera de la Asociación de maestros del Huila.
Enrique Vargas Leiva, secretario de Educación Municipal, dijo que frente a las deudas que tiene el municipio con los educadores por ascenso de escalafón “las estamos pagando pero poco a poco, lo importante es dejar asegurado dentro del proyecto de presupuesto del año entrante los recursos económicos para poder subsanar las deudas con los directivos docentes”, aseguró Vargas Leiva.
Los estudiantes no tendrán clase mañana.”

Para mi es obvio que los maestros merecen que se les pague a tiempo, eso nadie lo discute,¿ pero? es necesario que un maestro luego de tener dos pensiones quiera seguir trabajando, cuando hay mas jóvenes maestros desempleados esperando a que les llegue su turno. Es un tema bastante complejo  y un tema interesante para debatir, tal vez me este apresurando para emitir juicios, tal vez no tenga la razón, pero bueno eso espero que me lo aclare alguien, por el momento tengo y tenemos todos los estudiantes que apoyar a los maestros para que no se les siga vacilando a la hora de pagarles el sueldo, que bien merecido se lo tienen por soportarnos, y tratar de transmitirnos toda esa experiencia que ellos han obtenido, por eso quiero invitarlos a todos a que reflexionemos y que emprendamos nuestra lucha por una buena educación.

This morning, I went out for a walk. I walked down my street, past the rows of apartment buildings until I came to a secret place where I passed through the fence into an old cemetery. The grass and trees were damp with yesterday’s rain. Tree branches hung down and joined together, creating a forest green canopy that colored the air.

Air. Moist air. I know now—and I knew before—that this is the essence of life. I had a dream when I was seventeen that wasn’t a dream. I passed over into a forest place where colors over-spilled their boundaries, overlapped and blended, like watercolors. They were water colors. The air was liquid. I breathed the air and the air breathed me. The air was light and joy and consciousness. It guided my footfalls on the forest path toward a sanctuary hidden deep in the woods. I came upon the sanctuary by first immersing myself in a lake and passing through the depths of the water.

I lived on a river when I was twenty-five. Sitting on the banks of the Stillwater, the knowledge grew in me that a river is a metaphor for spirit. Water gives life, and the life of the spirit requires movement. Spirit life compels that something always be in movement—anger, pain, sorrow. Even joy and love. These have to be in movement. Otherwise they stagnate, like leaves caught on river rocks.

Breathing is like the movement of a river and the movement of spirit. By the Stillwater, I often thought of how breathing is the way that we live in communion with Spirit.

Thirty years after the river house, I was given another lesson in life’s essence. This time the Teacher was Loss and Pain. The inner organ of my nose—called the turbinates—was partially removed by an ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat doctor), for no medical reason. I had gone to see him about tinnitus, or ear ringing. The surgery resulted in a condition called Empty Nose Syndrome or ENS. The un-board-certified ENT performed an obsolete surgery called A Caldwell-Luc that also damaged my mucous membranes. The result of this unfortunate surgery was a miserably dry nose and difficulty breathing.

Thus, the inner organ of the nose is a form which follows the function of breathing Life into the body. Moisturizing is a part of this function, as is providing the sensation of breathing through resistance and proper lung expansion.

What is missing from modern—or Western—medicine is Wisdom. Wisdom comes from learning from, and paying respect to that which is a higher Wisdom than our own. A higher Wisdom than our own created this world, this body, these turbinates. In my case–these turbinates which no longer facilitate communion between body and spirit in the way they were designed to do. Which no longer support the health of my body in the way they were intended. Because of the foolishness—and greed–of modern medicine. Medicine that laughs in the face of Wisdom is the greatest arrogance imaginable.

There are good doctors who have been trained in the schools of Western medicine. I believe they are good doctors because wisdom and respect are part of their characters. In terms of surgery, good doctors may refer to themselves as “conservative doctors.” They don’t do surgery unless it’s necessary. They do minimally invasive surgeries. They respect the integrity of the human body.

True healers understand the hidden nature of creation. They rely on the Wisdom of ancient cultures. ” In many ancient cultures breathing and the link of breath to spirit was well known and utilized, but in our modern times, such notions are laughed at as being outdated, arcane and foolish. As I walked back from the cemetery this morning, I practiced breathing with my mouth closed, breathing deeply and working to expand my lungs. These formerly natural activities are difficult exercises now. Thankfully, I have the knowledge of yogic breathing, which I have been practicing for thirty years, to help me. Just ten or so minutes a day of deep breathing helps to counteract the breathlessness.

As I walked, I imagined a world where crimes against nature are no longer committed in the name of modern medicine.

Visitando los blogs de la normal me he encontrado con artículos muy interesantes, hoy quiero comentarles acerca de uno de ellos, se trata de una entrevista echa por las estudiantes María Alexandra Perdomo y María Alejandra Vega, del blog de medio ambiente, quienes entrevistaron a al profesor José William Tafur, uno de los  profesores que verdaderamente trabajan  por la Normal, él aprovechando su titulo de Ing. Agrícola ha elaborado dos hermosos proyectos que ya han rendido sus primeros frutos, pero mejor aquí les dejo el articulo para que lo lean y se enteren de los frentes de trabajo que manejan estos dos proyectos, sin antes darle todo el reconocimiento y felicitaciones a las estudiantes que realizaron la entrevista.

“José William Tafur Ingeniero Agrícola, es uno de los grandiosos, maestros con los que contamos en nuestra Normal, José  nos comenta que se siente muy feliz realizando la profesión como docente “feliz, dichoso, es muy enriquecedor”, el ha sido maestro de las universidades Cooperativa y Surcolombiana durante 8 años. Le preguntamos que porque no ejercía su carrera como Ing. Pero nos afirma que si lo esta haciendo que en estos momentos esta realizando proyecto, además de eso es el que promueve dos hermosos proyectos en nuestra institución:

• Proyecto de reciclaje en el aula:

“Este proyecto aun esta cojo” esas fueron sus palabras al preguntarle como le iba con este. Nos decía que consistía en ubicar en el aula las diferentes canecas para organizar las basuras pero, falta mucho compromiso y concientización por parte de los maestros y los estudiantes. “necesitamos el apoyo de los docentes”  dice que con el podremos concientizar poco a poco a los niños y jóvenes de la institución.

• Proyecto del parque bosque :

Este proyecto tiene 4 frentes de trabajo:

1. 1.    Mejorar los senderos: consiste en limpiar de piedras los senderos por donde transitaremos para ver este parque.
2. 2.    Embellecer los senderos: este consiste en sembrar flores, palmitas con el fin de darle un mejor aspecto al lugar.
3. 3.    Reforestación: con este frente sembraremos no flores sino plantas.
4. 4.    Protección de los suelos: en este abonar los suelos y  limpieza.

La inauguración de este parque fue en abril del 2008 se tiene como misión en 10 años cumplir con las metas propuestas.”

PROYECTO AMBIENTAL

L’Association Française de Droit du travail et de la sécurité Sociale (AFDT) a organisé la 4ème Journée Gérard-Lyon-Caen, le 5  juin 2009 à l’Ecole Normale Supérieure (rue d’Ulm, Paris).

Toutes les présentations étaient extrèmement intéressantes. J’en ai retenu deux tout particulièrement:

• Celle du Professeur Pascal Lokiec de l’Université de Paris XIII: “Le travailleur et l’actif”;
• Celle de Maître Elisabeth Graujeman sur “La portabilité des droits”.

La première montre la complexification croissante du statut du citoyen dans sa vie sociale. Le Pr Lokiec a présenté les tendances sociales qui poussent vers une évolution du droit:

• Du salarié soumis à un lien de subordination vers un contracteur physique ayant un lien de dépendance;

• Puis de ce contracteur vers un actif quelque soit son statut;

• Enfin du droit de l’actif vers le droit à la personne.

La seconde nous donne des repères sur les droits que les salariés pourront porter d’un contrat de travail à un autre au cours de leur carrière.

El pasado jueves 20 de agosto se llevo a cabo en las instalaciones del centro de convenciones José Eustacio Rivera, una exposición de proyectos pedagógicos, que se vienen adelantando en el departamento del Huila.

Atreves del recorrido encontramos hermosísimos proyectos, pero los mas destacados fueron los proyectos que presentaron las escuelas rurales, sin lugar a dudas los niños del campo tienen mucho que contarle al resto del departamento, por ejemplo quede gratamente sorprendido con un proyecto elaborado en Garzón (Huila) su nombre es “ECHEME EL CUENTO” la idea es que los niños comenten sus problemas a través de creaciones literarias, específicamente cuentos, uno de los elementos que utilizan para dicha causa y que me llamo mucho la atención es lo que ellos llamaron EL CUENTO VIAJERO , se trata de un libro de cuentos. Pero no uno normal, es un libro que pasa de finca en finca y de casa en casa. Los cuentos que se encuentran allí han sido escritos por los niños, y cada persona que tome el libro no solo puede leerlos si no también plasmar su propio cuento en el, este libro es la clara muestra de la cultura y respeto de los campesinos, ustedes se imaginan, si en nuestra ciudad se pusiera a rotar un libro de esta manera, ¿que pasaría?, muy seguramente al cabo de unos días no quedaría ni el recuerdo de el.

Además del cuento viajero, el profesor ISIDRO QUIROZ líder del proyecto, también realiza diálogos con los padres de familia y gestionó ante la embajada de Japón, para que se realizara una ampliación de la institución promotora del proyecto, la Jenaro Díaz Jordán.

Pero todo este esfuerzo no ha sido en vano, no solo han logrado una concientización de las familias alrededor de la educación, si no también importantes reconocimientos por parte del gobernador del Huila, la primera dama, la embajada de Japón, y por si fuera poco unos reportajes en los periódicos mas importantes del Huila en donde destacan la labor realizada por esta institución.

(NASDAQ: AAPL).  This could have been H-P related or it could have merely been options rolling trades from August to September ahead of Friday’s expiration.  So far AAPL shares are down less than 1% at $162.75 on only 100,000 shares.

No nos dejan reír, en nuestro país nos han quitado todo, el derecho a una buena educación, a un trabajo digno, a una familia, a un hogar y por si fuera poco hace diez años, nos arrebataron el derecho a sonreír, el asesinato de Jaime Garzón no solo fue un atentado contra la verdad, si no también contra la risa, en épocas en que la guerra no cesaba, Jaime Garzón pudo hacer que los colombianos nos riéramos de nuestra tragedia, con personajes como DIOSELINA, LA COCINERA DE SAMPER, EL CELADOR DEL EDIFICIO COLOMBIA y el mas recordado por todos HERIBERTO DE LA CALLE,  logro hacer que los colombianos riéramos de nuestras desventuras . Pero lo hizo de una forma particular, con la verdad.  Entre chistes y carcajadas Garzón criticaba de frente a los políticos, narcos, paramilitares y guerrilla, no tenia miedo.

con su personaje HERIBERTO DE LA CALLE puso en aprietos en varias ocasiones a los que se atrevían a embolarse los zapatos con este singular embolador, definitivamente un hombre como ninguno, un periodista integro, y un colombiano ejemplar, decía la verdad donde fuera y a quien fuera, y fue seguramente esto lo que lo llevo a la muerte.

Muchas de las personas que convivieron con Jaime Garzón, aseguran que el 95% del tiempo que compartían con el, se pasaba entre risas, era un hombre alegre sin lugar a dudas, sabia que tenia muchos enemigos por decir la verdad, por eso no se le escuchaba decir “cuando yo me muera” si no “cuando a mi me maten”, para el era una muerte anunciada.

Sin embargo hoy después de 10 años de su muerte, nuestro país ha aprendido a sonreír nuevamente, y cada vez que lo hacemos rendimos un homenaje a Jaime Garzón, quien va a estar en nuestros corazones por mucho tiempo.

A un día de la conmemoración de los diez años del asesinato de Jaime Garzón, me  he encontrado con un interesante video de Godofredo cínico caspa uno de sus mas recordados personajes, este video es de una época en que Álvaro Uribe, aun no era presidente y Jaime garzón predice lo que hoy vivimos en Colombia con Uribe en el poder, juzguen ustedes mismos.

En el video Godofredo cínico caspa dice textualmente “Y será él quien por fin traiga a los redentores soldados norteamericanos quienes humanizaran el conflicto”.  Que casualidad, preciso en la actualidad el gobierno de Colombia, se encuentra negociando un tratado militar con Estados Unidos, este tratado traerá a Colombia mas soldados norteamericanos, pero lo peor es que según el acuerdo estos soldados gozaran de inmunidad judicial, es decir que si llegan a violar, asesinar o maltratar nuestros ciudadanos, todo esto quedaría en la impunidad y no podrían ser judicializados.
Otra de las cosas que predigo Jaime garzón en este video es el apego al poder de nuestro presidente, el dice textualmente “y harán de Uribe Vélez el dictador que este país necesita.” Otra gran casualidad, nuestro presidente acaba de ordenar a su bancada que aceleren el proceso de aprobación del referendo que le permitirá lanzarse a un tercer periodo, es decir otros 4 años en el poder, ¡no le han bastado los 8 que ya lleva!.
La reflexión que nos debemos hacer es, ¿esto es democracia? O es que acaso nuestro presidente se cree el único capaz de brindar soluciones y de continuar la política de seguridad democrática, ojo colombianos por que con este pretexto Uribe busca mas poder.

Il y a presque un mois que je n’ai rien écrit sur ce blog. Par paresse et par éloignement essentiellement. En fait, je devais publier un article sur les Mains Sales de Sartre il y a une quinzaine de jours déjà mais le billet s’est perdu suite à une erreur de l’application WordPress. C’est dommage car je n’aime pas réécrire ce qui a déjà été rédigé. Cependant, comme je n’ai rien d’autre sur le feu concernant les études pour le moment, je vais tenter de rassembler quelques souvenirs et redonner ces quelques pistes qui serviront aux plus courageux des khâgneux à aborder les Mains Sales sans trop s’ennuyer. Ce sont des petits sujets qui rappelleront aisément ceux rencontrés en Terminale L et qui prépareront à une étude très approfondie de l’œuvre comme celle qui nous attend certainement l’année prochaine. Sans plus attendre, les sujets.

- Étudier l’image de l’intellectuel dans l’œuvre

- Quel est l’image de la politique donnée dans l’œuvre ?

- Étudier le couple Olga/Hœderer et Ivan/Hugo

- Étudier le rôle de la confiance

- Étudier le rôle des domestiques, de Jessica

- Mettre en parallèle l’image de l’activisme politique des Justes de Camus et celui des Mains Sales (sujet très intéressant)

- Étudier les différents sens du mot “aimer” dans les Mains Sales.

- Étudier la guerre dans les Mains Sales.

- Profitez de vos derniers jours de vacances.

Hace ya dos semanas en la Normal se conformó oficialmente el consejo de redacción, que tendrá la importante labor de realizar el periódico de la institución, el grupo ya inicio labores y todos estamos muy ilusionados, y dijo estamos, por que fui uno de los invitados a conformar reste grupo, y me siento muy orgulloso de eso, pero bueno les cuento que este consejo de redacción esta conformado por estudiantes de los cursos 11-01 y 11-02 y esta a cargo del Lic. En lengua castellana el profesor Héctor Ramón Ángel, aunque él solo será un soporte, por que los verdaderos protagonistas seremos los estudiantes que tenemos la responsabilidad de hacer el mejor periódico en la historia de la normal, y puedo asegurarles que así será.
Cabe aclarar que el propósito del periódico, quedo definido desde la primera reunión y ese propósito es  abarcar todo lo que significa la Normal, no solo su sede principal si no todas las sedes que conforman esta bella institución desde las rurales, hasta las urbano marginales, por que la idea es mostrar la realidad como debe ser la labor de un comunicador.
Para despedirme solo mes queda decirles que ustedes también pueden ser parte de este proceso, si tienen una noticia importante o un escrito que creas que le interese a la normal puedes dárselo al consejo de redacción, quien quita que pueda ser parte del periódico. Recibimos poemas, cuentos etc… Lo importante es que sea de tu autoría.
