I don’t want to say I told you so, but I did predict that Bill wasn’t among the doubly-dead un-dead, who were burnt to nothing but happy memories and a trickle of bubbling blood.

But even I, with my mastery of extremely basic plot-twists, didn’t guess that Bill would turn up starkers crawling out from his own grave. Covered in soil, he clung onto a handy leg, which turned out to be Sookie’s. Then they had rough and ready sex right there amongst the tombs, my golly. Transpired he had heeded her warnings to make for a place of safety, and had literally gone underground. That’s one difference between me and Bill: when looking for a refuge, he chose the cold dark earth, while I would choose the Hilton. 

Jason found his soulmate in Amy, the most boring woman in Bon Temps. She infiltrated herself into Merlotte’s with ease, graciously fending off Sookie’s bitchy suggestion that once Jason tired of her, he’d be off with the next floozy. ‘Oh’, added Sookie flatly, ‘Not that I meant that you were a floozy’. Yes you did, Sookie. Amy floated around, spouting her usual ‘we are at one with Gaia’ baloney, trailed by an awe-struck Jason marvelling at her amazing mind. Suddenly, she went cold turkey on V and became a nail-biting maniac. She and Jason kidnapped, by means of silver tat from Clare’s Accessories, an inoffensive suburban vampire. I fear they mean to drain the poor fellow of every last drop.

Sam told the cops he’d been seen nude in the woods because he was from a family of naturists. It was so lame, even the dim-bulb gumshoe saw through it. But Sam was probably still reeling from Tara calling him a racist. Tara spent the episode in a spectacular pet, taking umbrage at insults and compliments alike. She did have a tough time of it, to be fair. Her mama, who we now see is considerably more annoying sober than drunk, cooked breakfast for the first time ever and threw out all her booze. She and a mad hatter friend encouraged Tara to go to bible studies, but found that Tara sure as hell needed no help with her biblical language.

When Sam gently commented on the way Tara ‘grunted like an athlete’ during lovemaking, she screamed, ‘What, I’m like Serena? Cos we’re both black?’ and leaped out of bed. Sam could only gape, as indeed, could we. Go Tara! When everyone got fed up of being yelled at, she started arguing with herself, and took off to the voodoo woman in the woods, to be exorcised. Don’t do it! We love your grumpy sassy self just the way it is.

Rene proposed to Arlene on the way home from fine dining at a Red Lobster. He behaved so creepily I thought he was about to kill her, but no, it was to offer to become her fiancé. Fourth time lucky, eh, Arlene? Meanwhile, Sookie and Bill baby-sat her charmingly plain kids, who asked to see Bill’s fangs. He obliged, in time-honoured fashion by sticking bits of carrot in his mouth. What a missed opportunity – he could’ve shown them the real thing and scared seven types of crap out of them.

Baby-sitting is exactly the sort of mainstreaming that Eric so disapproves of. Bill found Eric in his bath, complaining that he hadn’t replied to his texts.  I love it that they text each other; I guess as they’re immortal, they get pretty competitive long-term contracts from T-Mobile. Eric insisted that Sookie do her mind-reading party trick at Fangtasia, to discover who was stealing from the bar. Honestly, did they really need to call in a telepathy expert? The creepy goth barman has practically got ‘villain’ tattooed on his forehead. They could have just asked me, or even one of the plodding cops, who would probably have worked it out eventually, but no – Sookie had to interrogate a series of hapless humans before the chief suspect leapt from the bar, fangs akimbo, aiming straight for her slightly-punctured but still very creamy neck.

Voilà une dizaine de jours que je rédigeais un article inhérent à une requête simple: la mise à disposition de conteneurs et bacs poubelle.

Le message est visiblement très bien passé puisque depuis hier, c’est chose faite à proximité de mon immeuble d’habitation.

Et pour l’occasion, ils n’y sont pas allés de main morte, pas moins de 4 gros conteneurs poubelle qui arrivent d’un coup d’un seul, à point nommé. Les riverains ne sont pas habitués à cela, car évidemment ils n’en ont jamais eu à disposition! Ils n’auront que l’embarras du choix, quel conteneur pourront-ils bien choisir pour déposer leurs déchets n’est-ce-pas?

Mais en tout cas, je m’en réjouis pleinement et c’était là tout le sens de ma requête, c’est plus de propreté dans les rues de notre ville et plus de responsabilisation des habitants, les invitant à non plus déposer leurs sacs poubelle sur les trottoirs mais dans les conteneurs prévus à cet effet.

In no particular order.

Ali: She was the first face we met and is all kinds of awesome. Ali is our site coordinator and resident cat herder. Filled with a bottomless reserve of energy she dances and shimmies her way through the days. Best of all her enthusiasm is contagious.

Ana-Maria: Coordinator/Spanish teacher extraordinaire. Her laughter fills the room and our hearts. She gave us the skills to go out into the treacherous world of Peruvian kids babbling in Spanish!

Maria: Cook, housekeeper and sparkling personality. She has filled our stomachs will delicious Peruvian food and filled our souls with her joie de vivre (Llena de vida) .

Lauren: Independent spirit. She has no qualms about heading into the unknown on her own. We should all be so brave. She’s also a bit of a musician (guitar) and we love her for it.

Megan: Youngest in age but certainly not in spirit. She must have an old soul because she is wise beyond her years… but more importantly fun as -expletive deleted-. Her taste in music is beyond compare so we all cried a little when her mp3 player died. She’ll be volunteering down here until March 19th (speaking of brave). That’s a long f*ing time, but a whole lot of good done thanks to her.

Jennifer: Our Albertan counterpart (from Calgary). Jennifer’s her name, fitness is her game. Her attitude is inspiring and the perfect kick in the arse you need to get up and get going.

Romy: English teacher by day, guide by night. Her encyclopaedic knowledge of the history of Peru is amazing. She has taught us so much about the culture and heritage of this wonderful country, but, more importantly, she has taught us to love Peru as much as she does (almost-nobody loves Peru more than Romy). She has also taught us to love Pisco. Soooooo good!

Cat: Chris’s British counterpart, she works at a place here called South American Explorers where travellers of all kinds can stop in and get oriented. She has shown us corners of Lima we never would have come across otherwise. Also, we’ve never come across someone quite like Cat. She is by any and all standards unique. A perfect storm of chill and excitement.

Ginene: Although we only got to spend a week with the lovely Ginene she has left an indelible mark on us. B.C spirit through and through.

Shelley: If all nurses were like her this world would be without pain… or at least not for long. High energy and always ready to sing her heart out, I cannot help but believe that she is a karaoke star in the making. Also she walks REALLY F*ING FAST.

Kate: The lone American in the group, she is what makes her country great . She is perhaps the most benevolent of us all. From her work back in Pennsylvania to her work here in Peru she is making a difference beyond imagination. A heart as big as… uh… well… Machu Picchu. Another long term stay, she will be here until March 26th.

Hyo: Although not a volunteer she has been staying with us as a guest and has shown us an interest in the culture and language that is enviable to say the least.

A man spends most of his life searching for a muse, any muse to inspire him to great things. We’ve somehow been fortunate enough to find a dozen down here in Peru. Each one is beautiful inside and out and have filled us with the want… no… I say the NEED to do more. To give more, to live more, to contribute more, to BE more in this world.

We have been irreversibly changed during our experience here thanks in large part to the people we’ve come across in our travels. We thank them from the very bottom of our hearts… maybe in our cockles.. or maybe even in the sub-cockle area… maybe even… in the colon.

The kids and I went to Riverside Community Church for the second time today and while in service, I received a call from Barb, Jason’s mom. I text him to tell him to tell her that we were in church and I would call after I got out. I suspected that she was calling because she wanted to see the kids. It has been a couple of months since she and Papa Jim has seen them since the last time where Papa Jim breeched an agreement not to drink around the kids.

Before I called her, I called him and asked if he knew what she wanted and he said probably to see the kids. He told me he was out at Eric’s watching the football game. During the conversation, he mentioned a vague interest in cooking together for Thanksgiving and I told him I made other plans. (Dave and Verna’s on Thurs. eve and Aunt Nicki and Uncle Carson’s on Sat.) He said, ‘Oh, well in that case I’d like to put a bug in your ear for Christmas, then. Maybe we can cook a meal and I can come over and hang out with you and the kids if it’s ok with you.’ This triggered a response in me to be protective. We haven’t been a family in a long time and it’s not fair to the kids to only be a family when it’s convienent for him. I stepped outside and said, ‘I think it’s good for the kids to spend time with you and I but at the same time I don’t want to confuse them. They could think that we were getting back together.’ I thought it appropriate to ask about his addiction status and I asked him if he had been sexually active with anyone.

“Bam, why do you always ask me about that? I told you before I’m not doing anything like that. Besides, you set the tone by telling me you didn’t have any respect for me so what’s it matter to you?”

His minimizing behavior all but confirmed that he was. If he wasn’t active, it would have been a simple no. “Oh, so you are having sex with someone.”

“I got to go.”

“Why don’t you just answer yes or no?”

“I’m not getting into this with you,” he evaded the question again. This is his usual behavior when he is confronted and he does not want to confirm the truth. Sometime he bold-face lies about it but most of the time he evades the questions.

“Fine. Bye,” I said and hung up.

I texted him a few minutes after I got off the phone.

Aunque han pasado algunos episodios entre medias desde el último trailer que os deje, aquí os pongo la promo del siguiente episodio de Gossip Girl que se emitirá el día 30 de noviembre. Corresponde al episodio 11 de tercera temporada y lleva por título “The treasure of  the Serena Madre“.

Sinopsis: Blair sospecha que su madre le ha estado ocultando un gran secreto, que resulta ser algo trascendental. Vanessa tiene planeado pasar Acción De Gracias con su familia, pero tiene una pelea con su madre, y aparece en el portal de la casa de Dan. Rufus descubre que Lily le ha estado mintiendo sobre su madre, Cece. Chuck le cuenta a Nate  que tiene información ampliamente perjudicial sobre uno de sus amigos. Jenny descubre que Eric estaba detrás del bochorno público que le hicieron pasar en el Cotillón, y no deja pasar la oportunidad de vengarse. Serena es sometida a una situación embarazosa cuando Trip y Maureen se unen a ellos en la cena de Acción de Gracias.

Bon ok… je vais faire la description de cette semaine…  Les Rangers ont affrontés une équipe sans fierté… qui s’est laissé battre en abandonnant leur gardien (Yannis) pour finalement subir une défaite de 8 à 4…  Le retour du président a eu l’effet escompté (voulu), il a secoué ses troupes pour les diriger vers la victoire!!!!  Marc ” l’un des meilleurs joueurs d’équipe” Ahmaranian a joué toute une partie en étant appuyé par Jean-Luc… que je me rappelle!  Pour les Canadiens… la longue passe… stratégie que Fergy affectionne… n’a pas fonctionné encore une fois!!!  Selon les journalistes présents…donc la blonde à Joe… à quand une nouvelle stratégie…  Mais bon nous ne sommes pas ici pour mettre le blâme sur un joueur car le tout serait injuste!  Les Canadiens ont perdus grâce à leur trop grande confiance d’avant partie!  Il faut dire que la perte de Sébastien “je lance mon bâton” a fait mal à leur équipe!

I haven’t posted in a while, and I wanted to make this one extra special, hopefully it will be!  First of all, I want to say thanks to all the people who have checked out Warm Warmer Disco, y’all are amazing–please stick with me, I swear I’ll write more!

Marina

1. Marina Diamandis – the lead singer of Marina and the Diamonds is a hottie with a body (& a voice). I love, love, love Marina and the Diamonds so much, their sound is pretty refreshing + their videos are out of control. I actually did a previous post about them here if you wanna peep their videos, & I’ve been really digging the Russ Chimes remix of Mowgli’s Road (link via hot biscuits, of course ) too. Also, they played Mowgli’s Road for BBC Radio 1, yum!

Hayley

2. Hayley Williams – the lead singer of Paramore is amazing. Paramore has been playing for only a few years and I’ve been with ‘em for most of the way. There’s something about her voice… I don’t know if it’s her intonation or her range but it works so well with the rest of the band, and it definitely pulls me in. Their sound is pretty popular and I think their latest album, brand new eyes, has sold the most records for them yet; power to them! Keep cranking out the tunes, and I’ll be here, stalking. PS Hayley we wanna have your babiez! PPS check out two previous posts featuring Paramore here and here. PPPS Hayley you are my idol… be mah friend?

3. Paul Wesley – aka Stefan Salvatore of The Vampire Diaries is my new Edward. The Vampire Diaries is a new show that started this fall, and of course, it’s all about vampires. However, it’s not very Twilight-esque. Sure, there is a couple longing stares and cheesy lines in the mix, but in general, I think the acting is way better (*hint *hint Kristen Stewart) and that the story line is darker, and, ultimately, more interesting. Also, the music is really yummy. I’ve done a couple of previous posts about the VDiaries and its music here, here, and here. Sooooo, check ‘em out and check VDiaries out, guarantee you’ll be crushing too.

4. Nutella: The Original Chocolate Hazelnut Spread – yeahhh, it’s really good on pretzels, pancakes, crackers, bread, strawberries, and EVERYTHING …om nom nom, Nutella in my mouf.

Jenny

5. Mia Kirshner – aka Jenny Schecter of The L Word is so awesome. The last and sixth season of The L Word premiered in January of this year. It was all about Jenny and I loved it, while everyone else secretly did (You know who you are B1). If you haven’t watched The L Word, you should. Season 1 & season 2 are the best ones in my opinion, but it’s definitely worth it to watch the whole series (Showtime knows what’s up when it comes to making good shows e.g. Dexter, Weeds, The Tudors, etc). PS this post is for B2 & Nate, holla .

6. Lolcats – I’ve been crushing on ‘em for a while, and the phrases, “I can haz”, “do want”, and “oh hai” are permanent parts of my vernacular… No, I’m not ashamed. Dey iz so funnyz! #WWDwillbeacatladysomeday

7. Robert Pattinson – aka Edward Cullen from New Moon has a pretty permanent spot in my heart…once you go vampire you don’t go back I guess, and that’s pretty true for WWD (I’m all about ‘em). His jaw and hair speak for themselves I think, and even though he’s not really in New Moon that much, I’m still on ‘Team Edward’. Plus, New Moon’s soundtrack is pretty off the chain, and it makes up for his lack of onscreen time in the movie. In particular, Thom Yorke’s track “Hearing Damage” and the Bon Iver & St. Vincent collab “Roslyn” stuck out to me the most. Give ‘em a try, and get your indie on!

Eric

8. Alexander Skarsgård - aka Eric of True Blood is, well, a badass. He was more of a main character in this season of True Blood which aired this summer, and I loved every second of it. Of course, he’s a vampire (vampire #3 for this list actually), but he’s also extremely captivating on screen. Like VDiaries, True Blood is a show that I genuinely like, having vampires in it helps, but it’s not the only thing that draws me to it (I’m not about to rush out and see The Vampire’s Assistant, it looks horrendous). So get to it, jump on the vamp bandwagon, trust me.

Twitter

9. Twitter - this is actually my favorite social networking site. Sure, I see the ^fail whale once in a while, but I think it’s definitely a lot more fun than facebook. Well, it’s definitely a lot easier anyway. I think twitter has caught on with a lot of people, and I hope it sticks around, cuz WWD is hooked. #megacrush09. Disco

10. Disco – my biggest crush of ‘09 (and most likely of all time ). I’ve been digging disco/disco house for a really long time, but it wasn’t until this year that I really noticed how much I loved it. I owe a lot to this genre, after all, it’s what inspired me to get this blog rolling – Holla to all of you artists, musicians, and DJs out there, without you, Warm Warmer Disco would just be a line from Pulp Fiction…

Summary:
Just because Sookie has broken up with Bill doesn’t mean her relationship with the supernatural world is over–especially when she finds Eric naked and suffering from amnesia on the side of the road.  When she discovers from Pam that a league of evil witches have their sights set on ruling Shreveport, she agrees to hide Eric while the vampires, werewolves, and Wiccans attempt to fend off the witches.  To top it off, Sookie’s brother has gone missing, which may or may not be related to the near-war going on.

Review:
While the books in the series so far have been improving, Dead to the World is definitely a step back.

The individual plot lines aren’t so bad, but Harris doesn’t do a good job of keeping them integrated and flowing.  The book reads as if it has too many sticks in the fire.  Just too much happens in such a short book.  The reader is left feeling a bit of whiplash from the rapidly changing storylines and situations.

I knew Sookie would have a rebound after Bill, but I’d hoped Harris would be more creative than having that rebound be Eric.  Don’t get me wrong.  I like Eric better than Bill, but I also enjoyed the tension between him and Sookie.  I wish that had lasted longer.  Similarly, I don’t think giving Eric amnesia was a wise character development choice.  I’m pretty sure anyone with amnesia plopped into the supernatural world would be a cowering mess.  That doesn’t tell us anything about who Eric is underneath his persona.  Sookie’s interactions with him therefore felt so fake that I not only couldn’t take real interest in them, I was also a bit grossed out by the falseness of them.  I didn’t expect Sookie’s rebound to be emotional, but I did expect it to be more real.

On the other hand, Sookie’s character development takes a nice turn.  Without Bill in the picture, she may have expected the supernatural world to pretty much leave her alone.  Instead she finds out they still depend on her.  Through the various situations, she starts to become a more empowered version of herself, and I enjoyed seeing that.

The best part of the book by far is Jason’s plot-line.  I can’t say much more or I’ll give away the secret, but suffice to say that I hope True Blood gets to this part of the story sooner rather than later.

While I’m irritated by some of the character development choices Harris has made, I am still enjoying the world she has created.  I am hoping though that the series returns to the tight, witty writing found in Club Dead.

Serge Pugeault se vante constamment de la rapidité de la majorité municipale à entamer la réfection de la Halle du Boulingrin, alors que par le passé ce dossier paraissait au ralenti.

C’est clairement de la mauvaise foi car si Adeline Hazan et son équipe ont eu la possibilité de lancer aussi vite ce dossier, c’est grâce aux travaux d’études réalisés par l’équipe précédente. Il serait bon qu’ils ne l’omettent pas!

M. Pugeault met en cause la lenteur du déblocage de l’aide de l’Etat à la réfection qui était bloquée depuis 1996…C’est aussi objectivement l’une des causes du non avancement du dossier par le passé !

Surtout, c’est la preuve que gouvernements de gauche comme de droite n’avaient pas rempli cet engagement, alors même que Serge Pugeault se répand partout en affirmant que l’enveloppe accordée dans le cadre du plan de relance n’est que le rattrappage de cette promesse non tenue.

Enfin et c’est important de le souligner, c’est Jack Lang qui a classé ce bâtiment pour des raisons politiciennes en 1985, alors que sa qualité architecturale est très largement décriée.

M. Pugeault a la mémoire bien courte et une lecture partiale et partielle de ce dossier, il n’a même pas le souci de la cohérence dans les propos qu’il tient, trop occupé à politiser à outrance et à vouloir discréditer l’Etat et l’Exécutif…

Unusually, all three cats were in the mood for posing yesterday.  Here they are, in all their feline glory.

First to pose was Snowball.  This is especially unusual, as she’s incredibly camera-shy.  She tolerated me for ten minutes or so before stalking off to bug the crap out of her big brother.

Next was Eric.  He is most definitely not camera-shy, but he has the attention-span of a knat.  I’m trying to take a picture of Eric (and David!) every day, to document how he’s growing.

And here is Wily, the posiest poser of all.  He knew full well that I was taking all of these photos, but kept posing until I was done.

Kenny had a Thanksgiving feast at school today.  The kids dressed up in their Indian gear and ate a lot of turkey, ham, muffins, popcorn and fruit.

This was one of Kenny’s homework assignments.  We had to work together to disguise our turkey so he would be safe on Thanksgiving Day.  We turned ours into a leprechaun at the end of a rainbow.  

Luke (of course) had to try on Kenny’s outfit once we got home.

This video is from Congressman Dan Lipinski’s Town Hall Meeting last week.   In it, Midge Hough attempts to tell the story of her daughter-in-law Jennifer. The 24-year-old was 7 and half months pregnant when she became ill.

The teabaggers scoff and shout.

She went to a hospital.  She had no insurance.  She was told she had bronchitis and was sent home.   The next day, her condition worsened and her husband took her to a different hospital.  He told the admissions desk they did have insurance.  Jenny was seen and diagnosed with severe double pneumonia, septic shock, and respiratory failure.  She was put on a respirator for the next 55 days.  She had a heart attack, a stroke, a brain bleed, and her baby died in the womb.

The bill amounted to over a million dollars and Hough makes the observation that the cost of that bill is going to be spread around to consumers.

Teabaggers laugh.

Hough cannot continue her point however because of the hecklers in the crowd, the legitimate face of GOP constituency: teabaggers.

The teabaggers aren’t fighting for Americans and the American way.  They are fighting for insurance companies to continue to have the power to screw people over, essentially the power to say, your money or your life.

Since there weren’t any choices, it goes to Michael. It goes to him not because he was the best this year but because he died this year, let’s keep it real. This music industry is so politically inclined they couldn’t just say we are giving MJ the accolades we haven’t given out of guilt…maybe if more of us were supportive and loving toward one of the greatest to ever do it then maybe the people closer to him would have done more to protect and take care of him.

Looking forward to seeing who actually wins! Maybe the industry can take notes from the AMAs by giving awards based on sales and not politics since sales mean PEOPLE chose the winners! *Pardon me Grammys* but the voters are not necessarily in tune with the music…I’ll get on their case in another blog coming soon!

In Edward’s absence, Bella got emotionally imbalanced and psychologically disturbed, hearing what she called as ‘velvety,
beautiful voice’ in her head. She could not believe that he had decided to leave, compelling Bella to be oblivious about him ‘as if he did not exist’, thinking that was the best to get her off perils. Edward wouldn’t give in to her request of being changed into a vampire to keep them eternally inseparable. It shook Bella off her normal senses, getting cold without conscious effort at fortifying blocks of truth to a conclusion that he didn’t like her after all.
The moment that Victoria was hunting Bella to avenge her mate’s (James) demise down Forks and La Push raised some levels of hysteria though which was rather less significant to lifelessness at Edward’s while of inexistence. So came Jacob Black’s rescue with Sam Uley to lead the pack, of werewolves, slaying Laurent and keeping an eye and ready claw on the rest of his coven for Bella’s safety, sealed in away even from the slightest threat. Jacob underwent intense struggle on the process of revealing his true identity before which, he and Bella had some nice things to share like the motorcycle adventure, where Jacob truly came in handy on her secret deprivation. Upon discovering that he was a werewolf and it was his pack that saved her life from Laurent’s assault, Bella did not have second thoughts of wholeheartedly accepting him, as a friend worth of lifetime trust.
This, however, was not sufficient to release her from delusions of Edward talking to her mind whenever she got near danger. Bella often revisited the forest that once sheltered the Cullens and decided to jump off the cliff one time to dare sorts of hell close by, believing strongly that, that was the only way to keep hearing Edward’s warning voice. Even as she drowned in the black currents, her feelings were safe from anxiety as if every fear were instantly washed off upon such vivacious hints that clamored ‘Edward did exist’. Up to that point, she was spared.
It went too abrupt that Edward didn’t take note of those details carefully, with a sweeping assumption that Bella committed suicide yet missing the puzzle piece that Charlie meant to be gone for Harry Clearwater’s funeral, one very unexpected phone call. Hurriedly so, Edward consulted the ‘Volturi’ with the solid intention of ceasing to live without her. But the Volturi wanted to keep him (for his special talents) and would not grant his death wish, so he opted to just expose himself under broad daylight to burn away. When Bella learned about it through Alice, she didn’t waste a second and flew off, at all cost. She stood by Edward at the nick of time, dragging him away from the sun’s wide view until the next thing they realized was dealing with the inviolable Aro (of the Volturi) whose mad curiosity about Edward’s unique decision as a vampire stared red at Bella with cunning inquisition on which his cohorts kept attentive watch. At the slip of fortune, he was mad convinced by what Alice had forethought to be Bella’s later conversion on account immortality. Soon, they three were escorted out of the Volturi’s chambers and gathered with the rest of the Cullens.
In their privacy, Bella and Edward paid each other debts of explanation they’d grown thirsty of when the spatial difference was at the remotest it could get, breaking to the faintest of touch.
Back to Bella’s place where the infuriated Charlie, having had enough, had lain on a serious anticipation, Bella and Edward came across Jacob midway down the nearby forest, stopping at a distance assuredly buffered from his zone. The men’s calculating, concentrated gazes didn’t flicker as they shifted colors and brief utterances held the air stung with a founding edge of future crises between what used to be ‘legends’. Bella understood that she was the major subject of it all when Jacob implied it at reminding Edward that when a vampire bites a human in the land they were bound to protect, the truce would be over. At this, he nodded to settle so that they could leave before tendencies blurted out of control.
Bella was mad at the same time filled with compassion to the point of regret for Jacob, having chosen Edward to be with. She had promised to get back to him one day with remarks in the hope of patching up their friendship which he would have thought betrayed.
Bella brought the Cullens to vote over her transformation. On the contrary, Edward wanted to keep her soul intact and not abolish her rights of humanity. Where this opposition led was what the third sequel (Eclipse) was looking forward to answer.
