Gallery 151 buzzed last night with Village Green’s presentation of “Green Style,” a new art exhibit from the Urban Green Initiative. The show celebrated graffiti art as a cultural phenomenon that has changed the city’s streets and subways, and moving the style into galleries and art lovers’ homes. Displays from artists LA2, SHARP, and ERO covered the walls, while DJ Tony Crush of the Cold Crush Brothers brought music for the crowd.

While celebrating this contemporary art form, Green Style encouraged conversations about environmental awareness. The graffiti artists used only low or no VOC spray paints when creating their pieces, bringing environmental responsibility to the forefront. Next to the gallery, a model of a Village Green apartment was available for guests to roam through, showing the benefits of a green-friendly home.

Retail Specialist Elliott Dweck and I attended the Green Style party, enjoying the art exhibit, the musical entertainment, and a selection of wine and cheeses. The Urban Green Initiative holds an ongoing series of art exhibitions, music concerts, and dance performances to raise awareness and stimulate discussion.

Not much I guess, just to keep a log of progress. I’m about half done with the name.  I won’t post any of it since they’re all horribly rough and have dialogue scribbled on, so I don’t want to give anything away especially with scribbles and figures sketched in that look like crash test dummies.  But yes 50% done with the name.  Might get a bit slower now that I’m getting to the actual pornographic parts, have to keep it from parent’s eyes, and it takes more imagination/brainpower.

Stuff like “that” doesn’t occur in my head all the time.  Although pretty often.  Normal enough for a guy, I’m far from being a sexual harassment machine….or so I say.

Although once you get into it you stop caring much at all.  You don’t have to be a huge pervert to draw ero, and the prevalence of this genre sends the wrong message that it’s easy to draw.  I’ve drawn one other ero doujin, it wasn’t any easier to draw than this one.

Why do I say this? ero doujinshi need to be moving enough for the reader to unzip their pants,  meaning that whilst drawings/styles/skill is important (as it determines if your stuff is use-able) it will fail utterly as good ero if your reader does not find it perverted enough.  Pervertedness in this sense is an art in itself, anyone can draw a picture of a naked girl or girls having sex but it’s another field of difficulty to capture the atmosphere which turns your reader on.  This is something I’ve come to realize as I sketched out the place holding figures in each frame.  The dialogue, angles and expressions are very important in addition to being able to draw.

This is my 2nd time drawing an ero doujin, I’m still terrible at that.  I want to improve and hope that one day people will realize and appreciate the level of mastery involved in drawing a good hentai manga.  In my view, if you can draw a memorable porn comic, you have what it takes to evoke any other type of emotion with any other story.

Ero (18+)

Isako Rokurou (Finecraft69) is doing Otokawa centric Dicipline doujin for C77! The story will span over two books. Cover after jump.  Outside of Leaf, Key and Type Moon games it seems like eroge don’t get a lot of fan works.

And this weeks Kämpfer episode is “the beach” episode! actually, it was better than most of the previous episodes, but it would be even better if the swimsuits the girls were wearing weren’t so bland and boring. But it looks as though there will actually be some plot development! 

And I changed the image, I found one with pretty much the whole cast of characters excluding the Messengers.

SUMMARY

So it turns out that at the beginning of the episode Natsuru has a date Akane, right after going out with Shizuku. And at her home Akane begins to get excited and all of that crap about going out with Natsuru, while all Seppuku Kuro Usagi (her messenger) does is tease her, but she get’s angry and beats the crap out of him(based on the sounds that came from her room…).

Akane and Natsuru arrive at the water park for their date and Akane is of course happy, it also turns out they’ll be spending the night at a hotel nerby~ Unfortunately for Akane, Sakura Mikto and Shizuku arrive right beside the two. All three of them have found out that Natsuru and Akane are going out on a date from a “mysterious source” the others are going to be sleeping at the hotel with them as well. Natsuru seems bored or depressed, so Mikoto cheers him up by bringing out Sakura(…), it immediately cheers him up, but Akane gets jealous. But Sakura isn’ t interested in meeting this Natsuru she wants to see the female Natsuru(she’s really obssed with her…). Sakura then tells Natsuru the she will not be handing (female) Natsuru over to him.

The girls all come out in their(fail) bikini’s(nothing else to insert here…), Shizuku has got the best one, but it is a bit plain still…

But with Natsuru being a healthy(???) teenage boy he get’s a bit horny(look at his face it’s obvious…)when he gets a look at Sakura in her bikini. But when Sakura comes out she is still wondering where the female Natsuru is and Shizuku just tells her that Natsuru will be out soon. Natsuru asks Sakura if she’d want to go swimming with him, but she tells him that she can’t swim and asks Shizuku if she’ll teach her(what a bit*h). In order to cheer Natsuru up(and it is her date) she offers to play with Natsuru along with Mikoto. Natsuru takes a look over at Shizuku teaching Sakura to swim, but Akane is right in front of him, and as usual she get jealous.

After having Mikoto push her off the diving board at the pool Akane get’s herself back together. And then Mikoto comes out of the pool….and for about 2 minutes Mikoto talks about her oppai and Akane’s slipping out their bikini’s…. Shizuku arrives after hearing the group talk about her and begins to feel Natsuru up, taking it as a challenge, Akane also tries it out for herslef as well. Shizuku tells Natsuru to call ‘her’ over, and a group of mysterious girls walks by Sakura.

So after the break Natsuru comes out now in ‘her’ bikini, embarrassed.

Both Sakura(of course) and Akane are hypnotized by Natsuru-san’s “nice body”. Excited Sakura ask if Natsuru could teach her how to swim. Natsuru-shan tells Sakura that she should ask the other Natsuru to teach her how to swim, but she looks away angrily and tells her no. She simply says that there’s nothing good about him and that it’s hard to find any reason to talk to him(that was…cold…). Since Natsuru-san is Natsuru ’she’ get’s depressed that Sakura despises ‘her’ true male side and falls to the ground.

Natsuru-san begins to try and teach Sakura how to swim, Natsuru-san let’s go of Sakura for a minute and begin to drown(yeah right) and then she climbs onto Natsuru-san a holds onto her, very, very tightly. Akane, from afar, watches what Sakura is doing to Natsuru-san and get’s angry like always, and sttempts to get her woman(man) back. So Akane grabs onto Natsuru-san and pretends as though she cannot swim and asks Natsuru-san to teach her.

Shizuku comes in and takes Natsuru-san away from the two woman. Natsuru-san was sent to go shopping by Shizuku but ends up going the wrong way into the area for the staff members of the park. She runs into another girl and asks for directions, but the girl shows Natsuru-san her bracelet and it turns out that she’s a white Kämpfer. She then shoots out a blue beam of something(?) at Natsuru-san. Another Kämpfer this time with a sword. And another white Kämpfer also comes from behind and points a gun right at Natsuru-san’s head.

 It turns out that the Kämpfer with the green hair knows of Natsuru-san’s real identity. The Kampfer with the blonde hair’s name is Sayaka Nakao, the one wit the blue-like hair is Ryouka Yamakawa, and the green haired one is Hitomi Minagawa. The girls reveal that the moderators are the ones who set this up. Akane comes to the rescue(once again…) and saves Natsuru, and when the two meet they have one of their little “episodes”. Hitomi realizes that her group has the upper hand since it’s only two against one, but Shizuku arrives.

Shizuku tells them that they knew the group would show up if they sent one person out. Tired of seeing Natsuru and Akane argue, Hitomi and the others leave.

Later Natsuru is back to his normal male self and Akane asks about Sakura and the others.Natsuru told Sakura that Natsuru-san left, she started to cry, and then Natsuru told her that Natsuru-san would be back for the fireworks. Akane once again get jealous.

The little stuff-ed animal Kämpfer messengers arrive wet and soggy after taking a bath at the hot springs. The little guys ask Natsuru if he can dry them off,so he goes into the bathroom and squeezes the water out of each and every one of them, each of them commentingon how cruel Natsuru is for doing that. They are later hung in order to dry off.

Natsuru asks the Messengers if they can tell him about the white Kämpfer but Sakura is going to be arriving soon, so he says that all they can really do is sleep, and the phone rings. Sakura(or someone) was on the phone and told Natsuru that they’ll be waiting in another room.

 Everyone later meets up in a different room. With the other talking all Sakura can ask is, “when is the other Natsuru going to get here?” …

With Shizuku being the daring woman that she is, she takes a cup of soda and lick the sides of the cup and hands over to Natsuru to drink (an indirect kiss?), and everyone get’s excited over her bold move. Sakura says that there is something going on between the two of them, but Natsuru denies it, and Akane points out that they even went out on a date before, which Natsuru denies as well. But Shizuku takes out a present Natsuru gave to her on their date, and says that she’s been taking care of it. Sakura then asks Shizuku if her and Natsuru have ever kissed. She says yes. After hearing more about Natsuru and Shizuku’s relationshinship, Mikoto gets worked up .And right in front of everyone Shizuku (french) kisses Natsuru. 

Everyone is surprised and Mikoto is angry of course, with Natsuru being a childhood friend of hers.

While everyone goes crazy, Sakura asks Natsuru to come outside with her. While outside, Sakura tells Natsuru to “come with her” (Natsuru seems hypnotized). The two walk away to “go see the fireworks.

THOUGHTS 

WOW, Sakura? Looks like she’s got some sort of multipal-personality disorder. Seems like she’ll be the antagonist of the series, which I doubt any of us who are watching the series were expecting…and she’s even got herself a group of Kämpfer minions or something like that. And speaking of those new Kämpfers, Hitomi seems really hot(cute), especially her eye-catch, I really like it(the eyecatches are some of the best part of the episodes~ and they’ve been getting alot better~ ). But anyways~ the plot is moving really fast according to some people, were on episode 9 and in the 8th novel of the light novel series…that’s way  too fast, most 24-26 episode anime only get that far into a series…I wish they would slow down the story, it seemed to do pretty well for the first episode, and then by the second it moved to fast. And speaking of the plot…is it me, or did this episode seem to be all over the place? but I think that’s just an example of the story moving way too fast.

But despite all of the flaws in this series, and the few flaws in this episode…it was actually much better than what we’ve been getting from it lately, it seems as though Kämpfer has been trying to get itself together, the episodes seem to be getting a lot better than what they were before, especially this episode and 8(definitely not 6…). Unfortunately I think there aren’t enough episodes/they were too late to really try and establish some sort of arc/story and give it a nice or at least seemingly nice conclusion, but who knows, maybe it’ll be pretty good.

Shizuku is as bold as ever here.

Akane really seems to have a dirty mind, she seems to misunderstand everything Natsuru says, Akane also has really been trying hard to keep Natsuru to herself, don’tcha think and she has been getting jelous a alot lately as well. And does anyone else besides me think that Akane might be Bi?(not that it’s a bad thing)but she seems to be into both femal and male Natsuru… And the swimsuits were really plain, why can’t we get some like we see in the eyecatches?those are really nice~

I also really got a kick out the little Messengers just hanging there.

I know some people may be wondering what happened to series like Railgun and Sora no Otashimono, the ones I was going to blog on frequently, well, I haven’t done them since the first episode but I plan to start them this week, starting off with the latest episode, so I may have Railgun episode 9 out by today or tomorrow. I will try and continue till the end of each series, as long as their 12 episodes long…

NEXT EPISODE PREVIEW

Tuli Tiinan kanssa kommissa puheeksi pettäminen. Oon monesti miettinyt, mistä pettäjän tunnistaa, mikäli tämä ei jätä mitää selkeitä merkkejä selän takana puuhailusta. Kerrotaan ny vielä tietämättömille, että seukkasin neljättä vuotta kaikin puoli ok-naisen kanssa, mutta lopulta erottiin, koska naikkonen petti mua. Epäilin tätä jo pidempään, mutten koskaan saanut vedenpitäviä todisteita moisesta. Vaaranmerkkejä oli kyllä ilmassa tutustumisesta asti, ja jaan niistä nyt muutamia teidän kanssa. Nää perustuu mun kokemuksiin Seijan kanssa, mut voisi ajatella, että nää on suht yleispäteviä. Vai onko?

Alussa, kun ei tunnettu vielä kunnolla:

1. Liian miellyttävä, sujuva ja soljuva käytös ja puhuminen

Seija vaikutti alusta asti sellaiselta supliikkimimmiltä, joka tulee kaikkien kanssa toimeen ja pitää kaikista. Tällöin en osannut epäillä, etteikö kaikki välttis pitäis Seijasta. Nainen osas kertoa hirveen hyvin juttuja ja tarinoita itsestään, elämästään ja lähipiiristään. Aika usein jutut oli tosi minäkeskeisiä, vähän liioiteltuja ja jotenkin “liian” mietityn tuntuisia. Ihan kuin Seija ois ollut teatterin lavalla jatkuvasti ja esittänyt jotain “huipputyyppiä” kertoen vain sellaisia tarinoita, joista yleisö, eli meikä pitäis ja joihin vois helposti koukuttua. Toki rivien väliin oli istutettu pala inhimillisyyttä, traagisia käänteitä, surua, pettymystä jne., mutta juuri sillain sopivan laskelmoidun oloisesti.

2. Nainen oli hirvittävän seurallinen ja superavoin.

Seija oli hauska ja avoin tyyppi, johon todella oli helppo tutustua. Olipa ihminen millainen vaan, hän olisi ihastunut Seijan suorapuheisuuteen ja häpeilemättömyyteen. Vaikka myöhemmin tajusin, että suorapuheisuus päti vain mukaviin asioihin, en silti osannut pitää häntä mitenkään feikkinä. Näin jälkikäteen ajateltuna tuo yliavoimuus olisi pitänyt herättää meikäläisen epäilyt. Nainenhan oli parisuhteessa! Miksi olla seurallinen ja avoin, eli todellinen miesmagneetti, jossei sitten parisuhde ole paska ja halua elämäänsä uutta vauhtia, energiaa ja vaihtelua? Seija oli aivan liian seurallinen ollakseen aidosti onnellinen nykyises suhteessaan. Eikä onnellinen nainen käy jatkuvasti puolituttujen miesten kanssa kahvilla, syömässä ja hipalla ja tutustu niilläkin reissuilla aina uusiin miehiin, joiden kanssa jatkaa moista rumbaa!

3. Vihjeet

Seija antoi jatkuvasti pieniä vihjeitä, joista saattoi päätellä, ettei hän ollut tyytyväinen ja onnellinen senhetkisen äijän kanssa. Muikki mm. kertoi epäsuorasti sivulauseessa poikaystävästä, joka “oli aina työmatkalla” tai “ei ikinä tuonut yllätyksiä” tai “on roikkunut rinnalla teinistä asti”. Hän antoi koukkuja, jotka veti mua puoleesta, vaikka samalla tiesin, että mimmi on varattu ja että mun pitäisi pysyä siitä erossa! Ja ne sanavalinnat, joita Seija käytti puhuessaan miehestään, oli jotenki dissaavia. Vaikka hän saattoi hymyillä ja näytttää kaikin puolin rehelliseltä, niin silti mun korvaa kuulosti siltä, ettei hän hirveesti ainakaan arvostanut nykyistä miestänsä. Ja ylipäänsä aina ku tuli puhe nykyisestä statuksesta, hän käänsi keskustelun nopeasti arkisempiin asioihin.

Suhteessa:

1. Valehtelu

Valehtelu ja keksityt jutut alkoi jossain vaiheessa tulla esiin, jos vaan osasin olla riittävän tarkka. En ois tietenkään halunnut olla mikään vitun vahtikoira tai kyylä, mut jossain vaiheessa epäilykset alkoi olla jo niin suuret, että sitä vahti toista tahtomattaan. Otetaan esimerkiksi nää jokavuotiset lapsuuden ystävien kans tehdyt “Tyttöristeilyt”, jotka ny jo muutenki kuulostaa epämääräisiltä. Ja epäilyksii ei ainakaan vähentänyt se, ettei poikaystävät koskaan saanut viedä mimmiporukkaa laivalle, vaan “kyydit oli järkätty iha omasta toimesta”. Toinen kiinnostava seikka oli se, ettei naisiin saanut ikinä yhteyttä kesken reissun. “Halusivat pyhittää risteilyn ystävyydelle ja puhelimet meni kuulemma äänettömälle tai jätettiin hyttiin”.

No, reissua puitiin sitten kotiinpalun jälkeen. Ku kysyin, kenen kanssa hän oli ollut ja mitä tehnyt, vastaukset oli hirvittävän ympäripyöreitä. Seija saattoi kertoa ummet ja lammet vaikka risteilyn ohjelmatarjonnasta tai jostain vitun tax-free-hankinnoista, mutta ei koskaan siitä, mitä ja kenen kanssa oikeasti oli puuhastellut. Kun kyselin, oliko vientiä “liikaa”, tanssitko muiden äijien kanssa tai tarjosko miehet drinksuja, hän ei koskaan vastannut yksselitteisen suoraan. Vastaukset tuli kuin politikon suusta. Ei niistä saanut mitään otetta. Toisaalta ne oli hirveen ristiriitaisia ja joskus naikkonen kieltäytyi vastaamasta ollenkaa vähetellen koko uteluani. Niinku vaikka tohon viimeiseen kysymykseen, tarjosko kivat äijät drinksuja, vastaus oli tavallisesti: “Mitä sä nyt tuollaisia mietit edes, höpsö? Vaikka ois tarjonnutkin, niin mä kieltäydyin. Sä oot ainoa mies, joka saa mua juottaa. Eiks sulle muka ikinä tarjota mitään komistus”. Just… Seija käänsi keskustelun näppärästi muhun ja samaan aikaan yritti saada mut vaikuttaan ihan jälkeenjääneeltä tiukkikselta.

2. Kehon korjausliikkeet: Häkeltyminen, kiihtyminen, pakeneminen

Kehon kieli kertoi enemmän ku tuhat sanaa. Ainaki Seijan tapauksessa. Vaikka nainen kuinka yritti olla tyyni ja asiallinen, niin sain hänet ärsyytymään mitättömillä ja tarkkaan valituilla sanoilla. Ja kun huomasin, että mimmi kiemurtelee tuolissaan, löin yleensä vettä myllyyn. Saatoin kysellä tahallani kaikkia nippeliyksityiskohtia, koska tiesin Seijan kusettavan, ja että hän ei todennäköisesti vastais myöhemmin samalla tavalla aiemmin esittämääni kysymykseen. Aika usein häkeltyminen näkyi paniikinomaisena tarpeena puljata ittensä aihepiiristä nopeasti ulos. Tai sit hän saattoi iha konkreettisesti lähtee käymään vessassa tai keittiössä ja heitti jo pois kiitäessään huolettomasti, et “oota, mä kerron sit ku tuun takas”…. Mimmi pakeni.

3. Syyttely ja näkökulman vaihtaminen ja ahdistuminen

Yks kans, mikä välillä huvitti mielettömästi, oli Seijan taito kääntää keskustelu muhun aroilla hetkillä. Kuulin monesti lauseet “sä vaan kyttäät”, “perkeleen vahtikoira” ja “miks sä aina utelet”. Vastasin noihin aina, että hei nainen, sä annat mulle siihen aihetta tolla epämääräisellä käytökselläs. Sitten tuli yleensä hetkeksi jäätävä hiljaisuus, itkuraivarit tai keskustelu siitä, kuinka meillä on kaikki niin huonosti, jossei edes luottamusta löydy. Niin saatanan rasittavaa, mutta pettäjä ja valehteli usein puolustautuu hyökkäämällä. Arvatkaas kuinka hankala olo Seijalle tuli, kun mä en mennyt mukaan noihin sen kohtauksiin toisinaan? Pystyin hillitsemään itseni ja jatkoin kylmällä linjalla. Naisen oli kertakaikkiaan mahdoton pysyä housuissaan ja hänen käytöksestään näkyi läpi, kuinka hän pelkäsi, etten usko hänen sössötystään. Siitä seuras yleensä lisää selittelyä, vakuuttelua ja joskus syyttelyä ja tappeluitakin. Avoimuus, puheliaisuus ja seurallisuus häviää totaalisesti, ja tilalle astuu epävarmuus ja sellainen “huolen häivä” kasvoilla. Usein muijan liikehdinnästä tuli kiivasta ja hätäistä, tai sitten liioitellut rauhallista ja uskottavaa – jokatapauksessa tosi teennäistä!

4. Totisen katseen välttely

Tää oli ehkä selvin merkki siitä, että muija puhui iha pehmoisia. Etenki, ku olin saanut Seijan kiinni valheesta tai hän luuli, että niin oli käynyt, muikki ei pystynyt enää katsomaan mua silmiin. Tää oli ihan pikkuinen nyanssi, mutta yleensä se viimeinen niitti. Muija ei kestänyt kertakaikkiaan mun tapitusta. Hän käänsi katseensa nopeasti pois tai lähti vessaan, hakeen omenaa, kattoon tuliko tekstari tai alkoi kastella jotain vitun kukkia. Sit hän siinä samalla, ku teki jotain muuta, jatkoi keskusteluu sillain puolihuolimattomasti tyyliin “ei tää ny niin tärkee juttu ole”.

Että sellaista… Näitä pettämisen merkkejä nyt ois tuhansia, mutta ei pysty veivaan enempää tähän postaukseen. Olihan tälläki mittaa ku Raamatulla konsanaan. Pakko viel sanoo, että kekseliäimpiä merkkejä, mist on voinu epäillä pettämistä, oli yhden muijakaverin havainto hänen ja silloisen avopuolisonsa kotoota. Nainen siis epäili, että ukko pettää häntä erään ulkomaalaisen kolleegan kanssa. Kun tää oma naikkonen oli viikonloppuisin duunissa toisella paikkakunnalla, niin sunnuntaina kotiinpalatessaan pariskunnan nahkasohvassa oli kaksi perseenjälkipainaumaa, suht lähellä toisiaan ja toinen selkeesti matalampi kuoppa! Lisäks keittiön rodessa tietty pohjalle piilotettuna oli kaks tyhjää irtokarkkipussia. Lisäks tän oman mimmin hammasharja oli siirretty “siivousta varten” peilikaapin sisään pois lavuaarin reunalta. Myös viinilasit oli pesty selkeesti miehelle epätavallisen hyvin, mutta siltikin, kun mimmi nosteli niitä yläkaappiin, niissä näkyi valoa vasten huulipunan tai kiillon rippeet kaikesta huolimatta. Selkeä peli!

Tässä tapauksessa mies jäi lopulta kiinni “rysän päältä”. Hän unohti tyhjätä yhteiseltä koneelta online-sanakirjan käytön jälkeen välimuistin, joka paljasti miehen hakeneen mm. seuraavia käännöksiä: “rakastella”, “olet kiihottava” ja “salasuhde”. Amatööri.

Megahouse Queen’s Blade Risty (Tsukasa Jun design) reviews – moeyo, 水芥, AmiAmi

I love those abs but like some of the other Queen’s Blade figures the neck looks slightly too long when cast-off and Risty seems to look better normally. Still its damn tempting especially since a muscles are fairly rare in the world of bishoujo figures. Also like 水芥-san I’d like to see Eiwa’s design of Risty get a figure too.

In the end I’ll probably skip on it and get the other maniac figure I’ve been eyeing (or if common sense prevails I won’t get anything).

Soba probably better know as the circle SAZ has been offering his(?) original adult manga Raibu Araibu free on his website. It is available in normal and hires, jpg and png. It will be available to the public until 12/27/09. On the top page it says he plans to offer the whole thing as a zip after its all complete.

Kolme vanhempaa huumeiden asiantuntijaa erosi virastaan Britannian hallituksen asettamasta Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs (ACMD) -paneelista. Tieteellinen konsultti Ian Regan, psykologi John Marsden ja kemisti Simon Camphell olivat tuoreimmat eronneet ja heidän eronsa on suora protesti sille, että sisäministeri Alan Johnson erotti paneelin puheenjohtajan David Nuttin.

Nutt sai potkut kommentoituaan, että tieteellinen todistusaineisto ehdottaa, että kannabis, ekstaasi ja LSD ovat vähemmän haitallisia kuin tupakka ja alkoholi. Tästä näkemyksestä hallitus oli eri mieltä. Nutt myös kritisoi kannabiksen uudelleenluokittelua C-luokasta takaisin ylempään B-luokkaan. The release date for Sei Shoujo’s STARLESS has again been pushed back, this time from 2009 to this winter (its summer over here but I’m guessing that means February-March). According to the staff diary a playable demo is planned for release by the end of the year. In an earlier entry (10/30) they mention all the CG was done and they were tuning the writing.

The first episode of the two episode Kanokon OVA series, Manatsu no Dai Shanikusai Ge, has just come out on DVD fully uncensored, which means no annoying beams a light are in the way of you and your precious *eyes. It looks pretty saucy here though… and besides the OVA the DVD also comes with a special bonus like the DVDs of the Kanokon TV series did.

I’ve nearly finished Discipline with only one more ending to go (Leona 3 – Otokawa 1). Pretty much all the endings are decided at one point so it hasn’t been too tedious, though I’m sick of the baseball part. All in all an enjoyable nukige – the ’story’ shifts between light hearted and dark with lots of reverse rape in between – the GTO parody was particularly hilarious. It was disappointing there was no ero-scenes for Linda Hamilton and Otokawa only getting one was a bit of a gyp – it seems like Himeki had like 5-6. Sadly my favorite character was Morimoto Reina, not sure what that says about my fetishes. Sei Shoujo’s art was brilliant throughout especially if you like yours breasts big and I’m looking forward to Starless whenever that comes out.

I bought my copy at the JAST store as it was continually backordered at play-asia but its now back in stock so I’d recommend getting it there as its a bit cheaper.

YUP! Used the same image episode from episode 1 for episode 6, whatever, I’m liking it even though there are tons of other images out now for Kämpfer. You may be wondering why I went from reviewing episode 1 to just skipping ahead to 6, right? well… I dunno really, didn’t think too many episodes in this series were worth reviewing, going over, very much like Railgun sadly which I thought would be awesome but is turning into a complete flop(I don’t know what else to say…) The screenshots taken from the Sweet Lovely anime blog~! as usual…

Mikoto jumps off the building she’s standing on and attacks Natsuru. She destroys a water tank sending all of the water spewing out, Mikoto after finished her first attack says that during her worldwide travels she’s practiced her fighting skills.

SUMMARY

At the start of the episode our main charcater Natsuru begins to daydream about kissing Sakura(the lesbian), and having some sort of romantic moment,while hes really kissing Shizuku, but he wakes up and it turns out to be a dream. While he’s up(bullying his little tiger messenger)he smells curry coming from his kitchen.He looks outside and a girl is suddenly knocking on his room’s door.He turns around and finds his childhood friend ,Mikoto, who has made breakfast for him…

and is naked, well except for an apron, HADAKA APRON!!!XD 

 Natsuru asks how she got here in the first place but Mikoto completely ignores his question and just mentions that she has now returned. And shementions that she came about 2 days ago,she didn’t see Natsuru at school so she decided to come to his house.But Natsuru asks how she actually got inside his house, she picked the lock, its essential for any archeologist…

Natsuru has had enough so he takes off his shirt, and then Mikoto’s apron falls to the floor.And the scene cuts off to Mikoto and Natsuru who are both waiting for a bus.Mikoto begins to talk to Natsuru as Akane stands behind a light pole and watches the two talk in jealousy. UH-OH…

Mikoto notices Akane glaring at them and Akane walks over to the two of them.Mikoto “introduces” herself to Akane, but when Natsuru tells Mikoto Akane’s name they both realize they know each other, they used to live in the neighborhood and were also good friends. However Mikoto mentions that her and Natsuru have been friends since they were little(which in the harem world puts her ahead of Akane…), and that they ate breakfast together this morning, leaving Akane shocked.

So Akane really does like(want) Natsuru.

Akane says that she doesn’t fell good and heads off to school by herself. Mikoto asks Natsuru is Akanes girlfriend which he of course tells her no, and then she asks if she’s the girlfriend of the female Natsuru(LOL). Mikoto asks Natsuru next if he still has a crush on Sakura(the lesbian), but like most boys his age when he gets asked that question, he says “mind your own buissness. Mikoto begins to confront(?) Natsuru but his Kämpfer bracelet being to glow and he runs off before he can transform in his female form. But Mikoto looks inside of a bag she has, it turns out she’s got a messenger(like Natsuru’s, Akane’s, Shizuka’s) inside of it.

Natsuru while in “his” female form arrives to school and finds a group of “his” followers, who are all girls… Natsuru asks the group of girls what’s going on, they grab “her” shoulders. It turns out that it is the second day of the cultural festival, and Natsuru’s class is doing a maid cafe, which involves “her” dressing up as well.

And it turns out that “her” costume has the shortest skirt…

There are no guys in the cafe, it turns out that the only people lusting(and looking) at Natsuru are the girls… and it turns out that from the previous beauty contest that Natsuru-san is the most popular of all the girls. Natsuru goes to serve the first person and it turns out that it’s one of his friends(so there was A guy).

The guy eventually leaves after drinking the “coffee” and the VIP guest madam(Shizuku) arrives. Shizuku is here to see her maid, and it turns out that she paid the other girls running the cafe just to see Natsuru.

Shizuku takes a seat and Natsuru recommends that she order the “coffee”, but one of the other maids arrives with black tea instead.Natsuru tells shizuku to just take her time, but Shizuku insists that Natsuru sit down next to her. While sitting down Shizuku tells Natsuru that the new Kämpfer will be arriving soon(wonder who that could be…). Shizuku interrupts Natsuru and another person arrives to see Natsuru, Sakura(the lesbian).

Outside the cafe there is a LONG line where people are waiting JUST to see Natsuru,Shizuku, and Sakura sit together…since they are the 3 “beauties” of the school.

Sakura-san begins to compliment everything Natsuru-san does, acting like a complete suck-up. Sakura tells Natsuru that she’s perfect and she asks Shizuku if she agrees. Shizuku says she looks perfect, but would look even better in a magican’s costume or something. Shizuku begins to mention things that would make Natsuru-san cooler, mainly things that she already has and is already able to do, teasing/hinting at Natsuru’s abitlities.Shizuku tells Sakura to comand Natsuru to do anything she wants her to, since Natsuru is a maid. Sakura thinks hard about what she wants Natsuru to do, and Shizuku insists that Sakura command Natsuru to kiss her.Sakura say she’s fines with a kiss, that is if Natsuru is. Sakura get’s ready to kiss, but Natsuru asks if it’s okay if they did something else.

Sakura(happily) decides that instead of a kiss the two could go out together for the rest of the day.

They go out(for the day) and enjoy the festival. One of Sakura’s friends across the room calls her over and Sakura goes off to say hi to her. While waiting for Sakura Natsuru notices a girl looking at her from across the hall. Sakura comes back out and wants to go into a haunted house attraction that’s open at the festival. When they enter the “haunted house” they find that it’s pretty dark inside, scared, Sakura grabs Natsuru’s hand and tells her not to let go. While they’re looking around a tool or something comes out of nowhere almost hitting Sakura, however she doesn’t notice. more objects come flying out of nowhere and Natsuru manages to dodge them all. Natsuru attack the person who’s throwing things at the two knocking the person out for a while, as the person falls Natsuru notices that the person is a Kämpfer and has a red bracelet instead of blue(blue means it’s an ally while red indicates an enemy). The person runs away and Natsuru leaves Sakura alone in the haunted house. While chasing the “person” they jump out of a window and Natsuru follows behind. it turns out that the Kämpfer is actually Mikoto (*GASP*) and has now figured out that (female) Natsuru is a Kämpfer (I’m assuming Mikoto doesn’t know Female and Male Natsuru are the person).

Natsuru tries to tell her to not fight, but Mikoto tells her to just ,SHUT-UP! and MIkoto says that she Never like her in the first place and want’s her to die(that’s cruel…). While she begins her second attack Mikoto says the Natsuru is full of herself, having all of the boys and girls fall in love with her, even Natsuru(male). Right when she splits a tree that Natsuru is in front of in half Akane (comes to the rescue~!) saves Natsuru before it’s too late. Akane points her gun at Mikoto ready to shoot and say that “I’m the only one allowed to kill this stupid faggot!” which leads to Mikoto comenting on Akanes foul mouth(after Akane called her bitch and a fuck…), and then Akane says (about her language) that it’s not as ugly as (Mikoto’s) your face! The two begin to fight and Natsuru interrupts them by shooting fire in the middle of their battle. Shizuku shows up and traps Mikoto using her chains. She shows Mikoto her red bracelet and Mikoto asks if they’re supposed to be allies.

Shizuku tells both Natsuru and Akane to both transform back, and Akane says… “Damn. Fuck you, you snobby-ass bitch!(LOL). but Natsuru is confused and doesn’t knowhow to transform back. Natsuru yells at her bracelet to change back, it glows, and there goes…his male form…in a maid costume…(change back please!!!!)

Shocked,Mikoto faints.

It’s the end of the day and Mikoto brings out her Messenger dog-like-thing, Choking Stray Dog (whose voice by Mamiko Noto oddly…)who introduces itself. And Akane comments on the Messenger’s voice saying it’s “Soothing, Just like Mamiko Noto’s”… Shizuku mentions that Natsuru has forgotten something.

Natsuru begins to apologize to Sakura, who is upset that Natsuru let go of her hand(yuri~!). Natsuru says that “she’ll” make up for it, and will do anything Sakura wants her to. So Sakura says that she wants Natsuru to come over to her house.

THOUGHTS

So it seems as though there trying to get back to the main story, as opposed to episodes 3-5 which focused mostly on yuri, especially episode 3. The story in this series though is a bit of a problem as it seems to move to fast or rush through things. The first two episodes seemed so rushed in terms of story, two new Kämpfers are shown in those episodes, and there a fights in both. I wish it would take some more time explaining and going through things as opposed to rushing. And things are getting to be a bit to predictable at this point. They kept mentioning another Kämpfer over and over in this episode and it was very obvious who would end up being, Mikoto. Mainly since they’d already foreshadowed it in the end of the last episode or so and the start of this episode.And it seems as thought tha fanservice at the start wa just thrown in to try and get people to buy DVDS or something, a marketing strategy(?), and they didn’t really give Mikoto a proper introduction in my opinion(Similar to Nmph’s in Sora no Otoshimono)and just rushed her intro to get to the fanservice. However if there’s one thing that’s saving the show (for me) it’s female Natsuru, and Akane’s dirty mouth(hence why I threw in some of her lines). And the humor isn’t good her either, it’s just cheap references to seiyuu which most of the time aren’t even funny, like the one in this episode, but there are some funny moments, just not laugh out louds.

And speaking of a decline in quality, the art sure is jumping around in terms of its quality, one episode it looks fine, next it looks like crap, this episode looked OKAY, but it seems as though the next one will be the next crap one. And the battles aren’t getting any better either, they’re just stale, nothing really going on but a bunch of talking, and the animation really isn’t helping out much either.

The series was enjoyable at the start but now it’s quality(if it had any to start with) is declining, almost to the point where there is almost nothing good about it. And the fanservice, what fanservice? if there was just a slight bit more fanservice it would all be good, but sadly it’s not, however there’s plenty of yuri to be found here, just not all that fanservicey.

Was there anything really good about this episode? hmmm not really, nothing but Akanes foul mouth really. As for the story, there’s nothing for me to talk about here honestly.

So not too good of an episode really, I’ll probably continue to watch, and hopefully things get better, which seems unlikely, it’s very mixed here…

I’m curious about the manga, so I think I may give it a try. But I sure do hope the new Negima chapter is out by now…

OH! Whod’ve thought, the next episode has even more yuri.

“A television anime adaptation of Bow Ditama’s Kiss×sis romance manga has been green-lit for next spring. The story follows the “forbidden” love between a boy and his two stepsisters. The manga has already inspired three original anime DVD volumes that are bundled with the limited first editions of the third, fourth, and fifth manga volumes. (The fifth manga volume will ship in Japan on November 20.)

The manga has been running in Kodansha’s Weekly Young Magazine since 2004, although it will move into the sibling publication Monthly Young Magazine in its debut issue on December 9. The new magazine was previously a bimonthly magazine called Bessatsu Young Magazine. In addition to creating Kiss×sis, Ditama created the Fight Ippatsu! Jūden-chan!! manga and anime, the Kibun Kibun manga and anime, and the art in the Mahoromatic manga.”

WOW~! Is anyone else besides me not shocked by this? I’m sure that all of us who are watching the OADS knew that there was eventually going to be an anime, I just knew there was going to HAVE to be one. But I’m really interested in how the television version will be handled since the OAD was(and is) very…ero… I hope AT-X airs it though out of all the channels around, and maybe there’ll be a few more other channels just to boost up DVD sales, like Queens Blade has been doing.

Fight Ippatsu! Jūden-chan!! which is written by the same person hasn’t aired on any other stations as of yet, or from what I’ve heard, but that may be wrong, and the “complete” DVDs are coming out soon to too sure when though, but it’ll be interesting to see what’s so “complete” about them…escpecially since I’m expecting it to have something to do with MORE fanservice.Bow Ditama sure has been getting a lot of anime as of recently Juden-chan, the Mahormatic OVAs that just came out recently, the OAD of Kissxsis AND now an anime. It’ll be interesting to see just how far the anime will go.

Apparently the incest brother-sister loving anime, KissxSis are getting an anime adoption now instead of a bunch of OADs/OVAs.

Personally I love the whole imouto (little sister) fetish thing, and episode 0 and 1 of the OAD was good, but will a season of this fan service anime do well? All I can say is that this is definitely an ero perverted watch!

The official announcement about the series has not been made yet, all we know is that we’re getting one.

Notorious erection gripping incest ero-anime Kiss×sis, formerly restricted to a series of OADs and a decidedly raunchy manga, is apparently set for a full TV anime adaptation.

No public confirmation is yet forthcoming, but the publisher has supposedly confirmed the announcement shown in the above cap. The fifth volume of the manga is already set to have another OVA episode so more details will likely accompany that…

Expect a heavily censored TV broadcast with a full swathe of penis gripping ero-action in the DVD extras; just whether the more fetishistic scenes survive the adaptation will be interesting to behold…
