PETA (People for ‘Ethical’ Treatment of Animals) had put up this billboard in Florida and received some pretty ‘real’ feedback on it!

What kind of message is this billboard sending out to people, especially children? This is absolutely disgusting and offensive to ALL women, regardless of size! Why isn’t there a ‘male’ in the picture in a swim suit? What, there are no ‘male’ vegetarians in the US?

If this is what they think of ‘women’, and overweight people in general, I have to question just how ‘ethical’ they really are! Go Vegetarian to lose weight, puh leez…..

I am not suggesting that everyone should eat meat, but not eating it is not the way to lose weight. Diet and exercise will work if it’s consistent, so will drinking lemon water! “Fit for Life” is an excellent ‘lifestyle’ that definitely works. It’s about ‘proper food combining.’

I have tried the ‘Fit for Life’ lifestyle and felt and looked great, but I did eat meat. I just didn’t eat a steak with a potato, salad or coleslaw and vege’s instead – no protein with a starch, period.

Anyway, I have nothing against vegetarians at all, so please do not misunderstand me. I was raised on steak and potatoes, what can I say! LOL! But really, come on, this billboard is an insult to the intelligence of all people for sure!

I wonder if they also own, or have shares in the US magazine that ET spoke of earlier tonight with a beautiful whale, and very pretty, but ‘overweight,’ black woman on the front? That was not well received either! Gee, I wonder why?! Again, not a ‘male’ in the shot!

We finally have the ‘full figured’ women of fashion on covers, inside a number of women’s magazines, and modelling, and these two companies pop up with this doo doo! Give me a break!!

I am very pleased to tell you that since PETA received so many phone calls and email complaints regarding their ‘tasteless’ signage, they had to replace it with this picture – like every overweight American is going to suddenly turn vegetarian, yeah right!

I had a few vegetarian friends in Alberta, two of which looked far too thin and unhealthy, and another that would be considered, ‘obese’, so there you go…..

Please take the poll I have placed below this post, and let me know what you think. I’d be interested to see if you agree with where I am coming from on this topic. Cheers!

Joie and I once worked as managers for a virtual world website. It was quite the experience. We witn

Joie and I once worked as managers for a virtual world website. It was quite the experience. We witnessed first hand at how cruel children can be. We heard stories about how they picked on this one or that one at school too. Or how this member was prank calling the other member and hanging up, and so on. One virtual world member, treating others as an outcast. We were even unfortunate enough to witness a child, or what we had to presume was a child, threatening to kill herself. Serious business, and it was emotionally hard to deal with.

As you can see, we have moved past the whole virtual world thing, and we are both very thankful for that. That’s a whole ‘nother story of it’s own.

When we ventured off with our blogging, and decided to truly make a “real go of it”, I really had no idea what we would encounter. To be completely and totally honest, I had no clue at the can of worms I opened when I made the post the other day in regards to momdot, and her post that is basically making fun of the differences in people. Yes, I tweeted my post, and asked for retweets. No, I do not regret it, not at all. I still stand by how I feel. However, what has come to light is that it IS a form of cyberbullying. From a so called “mother”. Tough title when your making fun of others as if on the school yard playground.

Twitter has gone haywire. And it seems to me that Trisha and/or one of her “yes men” have created a whole new twitter account to air someone else’s dirty laundry. How that pertains to the illogical behavior that she expressed on her blog, I guess I’ll never know, or understand. Pretty hard to rationalize grown ups acting in such a manner. As of the most current, without putting forth too much effort to really find out who said what, and who has done what, I have found that I’m banned, lol. Big shocker isn’t it? The post that she made making “funny” jabs at people that are not her version of “normal” is password protected. Why? Why bother locking the entry? She prides herself on hairy controversy. But folks, please tell me. What is controversy without debate? What’s the point of it?

Somewhere yesterday I read that Trisha tends to send nasty tweets, just in time for you to see them, and reply then deletes them. I really didn’t think an adult would stoop so low, boy was I wrong. I was lucky enough to recieve one of her nasty tweets, which disappeared quickly. Too bad I didn’t think to grab a screen shot. Oh well, I’m wearing my big girl panties this week.

Some have asked me this through messanger, email, or twitter, if it’s my daughter on her blog. No, Trish did not make fun of my daughter. I guarantee if it were my child on her blog, I’d go redneck on her ass. And apparently so would a few of you. Thanks! I hope that girls mother comes across the blog and picks her apart for pure fun and ethical enjoyment.

I want to close this post, by asking the rest of you one thing. Please, remember it’s an outrage because of what she posted (ew others agree with her) is not ethical behavior, please, don’t stoop to her level. Don’t bring yourself down on what you are fighting against.

Take the right channels here, be and act like the adult with ethics that you are. Here are some links that I don’t mind sharing. You don’t have to visit them, it’s all your choice.

Hi There Everyone,

Great News I now have an official Facebook Fan Page!

Simply search for “Ashleigh Alexandra Louise Smith” on Facebook and Join my Fan Page today as that is where
photo’s and Video’s and News is being posted more regulary than at this blog.

So my advice is to join my facebook fan page and keep checking back here on a regular basis as the plan is to release
some exclusive photo’s and videos via this blog every now and again which will not appear on my facebook fan page and

As you can see in the above video I sleep very well even when in noisy room’s, indeed
I reckon I could sleep through an earthquake I take after daddy like that : ) !

To finish for today here’s a quick video clip which daddy made by accident when he
was trying to take a picture of me on his mobile phone..

I have had many conversations with friends, colleagues, peers of mine in regards to controversial to

I have had many conversations with friends, colleagues, peers of mine in regards to controversial topics like malnourishment, poverty and such. These conversations usually led to the conclusion that being so far away from it all doesn’t give you the perspective you need to do something about it. I believe that this, however, isn’t the case.

Across the years, centuries, millennia even, greed is part of the typical human’s nature, at some point in everyone’s life, they will be greedy. Whether it be in regards to money, taking that last muffin in the bakery when a young, saddened child wanted it so dearly. It might just be that at the end of the world, you’re going to steal someone’s car in hopes of aimlessly away from it all, much like in something such as 2012. We can’t help it, we’ve been raised in a society which thinks greed is okay, a society in which we think that greed is the norm. That is why hardly anyone ever does anything against greed.

But hey, aren’t you fed up of being in the somewhat 6.5-billion person, crowded bandwagon? Jump out already, do something to go against greed. Give something. That’s the beautiful thing about what the United Nations are doing, you can give something, without actually giving something. Except a few minutes of your time, or be it a few hours if you really want to make a difference. You see blood drives, food collection, charities knocking on your door? No, you wouldn’t see that here. Because all you need is a little grasp on something called basic knowledge, and an internet connection.

The UN has, for a while, since 2008 to be exact, evoked the help of the public, individual citizens like you and me, sometimes people who feel like they will never make a difference, and well.. They want you to do exactly that. Make a difference. I assume you’re asking, How? It’s easy. There are two websites on the vast world wide web, which require you to answer questions on basic trivia (with increasing difficulty if you like a challenge.) What happens if you answer correctly? The UN donates 10 grains of rice/a spoonful of flour, to malnourished and starving citizens throughout the world. Said sites would be found at www.freerice.com and www.freeflour.com. You really didn’t expect that, did you? For it to be that easy? Well it is. If you ever find yourself to be bored, and in the vicinity of a computer, you now have no reason to not provide someone with their dinner, which will cost you absolutely nothing. The world needs it. For the first time in history, the number of exceedingly hungry people this year will reach 1 billion, almost one seventh of our entire population. Also if you’d like to go one step further and donate an extra 5,000 grains of rice just from browsing the web, you can install the freerice toolbar. Who knows, you may even learn something.

Partly as a result of the eagerness of animal welfare advocates and even vegans to promote supposedly ‘humane’ animal products, many people have been deceived into believing that these labels indicate vastly improved conditions for animals. However, the truth is that these labels were invented as part of a carefully-planned PR strategy to whitewash animal cruelty, and stem the tide of increasing public opposition to the injustice that underlies the production of all animal foods.

J. Grant Swank, Jr.

Don’t you just love Adam?

After all, who lately has made such an adieu about cuddle this and kissing that? A pinch here, a fondle there.

Now that America is under hate crime watch, is loving Adam Lambert a hate crime? I was pondering that this evening when reading all about ABC zapping him for their “Good Morning America” bit.

The whole problem is this: So you love Adam Lambert. Does that mean that you hate God?

Adam Lambert is telecasting that he is an out-o-the-closet kind of person. And he proves it on stage by kissing an onstage male entertainer—impromptu, so who can judge him for doing what his drives tell him what to do?

More than that, he leads around stage fellow males on leashes. Now if that’s not anti-Petticoat Junction, I don’t know what is.

But the quandary is this: Adam Lambert does this kind of mix-up and gets cancelled on one major network while picked up on another. He’s got thousands of Americans phoning in to television execs complaining about his capers. He’s got interviews with reporters, whining he’s sorry if his lifestyle stuffs it in people’s faces.

Then he persists in romping around while screaming out a screech and smashing a male’s head in his crotch.

Now is loving Adam Lambert a hate crime? Because I read in the Bible that doing that kind of thing as a male to male is repulsive to biblical deity. And so if it is that basic a madness, then perhaps Adam Lambert is putting his signature to a hate crime.

I mean by that that God hates his display because it is sin.

Of course, everyone who knows a smidgen about the Bible knows that the God of the Book forgives a genuinely repentant soul. So if Adam Lambert sincerely confessed his whatevers to God, God would bestow mercy. Note: it would have to be sincere; that is, to “go and sin no more,” as Jesus told the woman caught in adultery.

However, of course, I am not at all leaning in the direction of Adam Lambert running to the confessional for at this juncture in his young life he is making a lot of money and fuss over his carnal flips. He’s got a lot of people yakking pro and con. That makes for a star slot in some individuals’ opinions.

But back to the main point: Is loving Adam Lambert a hate crime? That is, is loving Adam Lambert equal to his committing a hate crime. Maybe I should have put it that way at the outset.

In any case, it is a serious matter. For if one Adam Lambert is committing a hate crime in God’s estimation then it would behoove him to weigh his present spotlight in nastiness with what lays ahead eternally.

What say you?

Thanks for bearing with me on the whole website issue. It’s taken me a while to deal with and to top it off I was really ill with flu for nearly a week – it’s my first day out of bed today! But well on the road to recovery (although still not recommending visitors right now…. ;-D )

Well, at the beginning of last week I finally managed to finish the new website! As well as being able to get to the new eBay Store where you’ll find the usual (and unusual) array of Fair Trade and ethical clothing, gifts, body jewellery… etc., I’ve even managed to fit a neat little members area, forum, games section, blog, links…………. so it’s pretty packed with some nifty features!

Now all it needs it some visitors and some members; of course I am relying on all of you for this so it would be absolutely fab if you could jib on over there in a moment of boredom and take a peeky! I know some of you already have….

I will be listing lots more in the eBay Store this week, too, so if you were getting worried that it was looking a bit low, (as indeed I was…) then rest assured it will be brimming with delightful goodies in time for the festive season that is bearing down upon us

All you need to do to take advantage of these fandabbydosy new things is to type one of the following URLs into your browser and you will be whisked away to a world of awesomeness (hopefully…. ;-D )!:

http://www.thekraftylady.com
http://www.thekraftylady.co.uk
http://www.thekraftylady.fr

So thanks once again to everyone for your continued support – I know this year has been a bit topsy turvy but hopefully we’re getting somewhere now and we’re making The Krafty Lady even better than before, but that’s only with many thanks to you lovely lot I don’t know what we’d do without you!

Have a fantastic week, keep popping by to see all the new items in the shop and don’t forget to sign up to the member’s area on the new website if you’ve got a bit of time spare!

Big love and hugs!

A call to bring the world together…

The principle of compassion lies at the heart of all religious, ethical and spiritual traditions, calling us always to treat all others as we wish to be treated ourselves. Compassion impels us to work tirelessly to alleviate the suffering of our fellow creatures, to dethrone ourselves from the centre of our world and put another there, and to honour the inviolable sanctity of every single human being, treating everybody, without exception, with absolute justice, equity and respect.

It is also necessary in both public and private life to refrain consistently and empathically from inflicting pain. To act or speak violently out of spite, chauvinism, or self-interest, to impoverish, exploit or deny basic rights to anybody, and to incite hatred by denigrating others—even our enemies—is a denial of our common humanity. We acknowledge that we have failed to live compassionately and that some have even increased the sum of human misery in the name of religion.

We therefore call upon all men and women ~ to restore compassion to the centre of morality and religion ~ to return to the ancient principle that any interpretation of scripture that breeds violence, hatred or disdain is illegitimate ~ to ensure that youth are given accurate and respectful information about other traditions, religions and cultures ~ to encourage a positive appreciation of cultural and religious diversity ~ to cultivate an informed empathy with the suffering of all human beings—even those regarded as enemies.

We urgently need to make compassion a clear, luminous and dynamic force in our polarized world. Rooted in a principled determination to transcend selfishness, compassion can break down political, dogmatic, ideological and religious boundaries. Born of our deep interdependence, compassion is essential to human relationships and to a fulfilled humanity. It is the path to enlightenment, and indispensible to the creation of a just economy and a peaceful global community.

Hi Guys & Girls,

Due to postings I’ve just discovered on the internet illustrating how many INCORRECTLY TRAINED – DANGEROUS & UNINSURED wannabe Street Hypnotists there are I urge you to send this email to every hypnosis and magical mentalism friend you have…

CHECK THIS VIDEO OUT FIRST…

http://www.metacafe.com/watch/3249046/street_hypnosis_in_uk_is_illegal_plastic_reality_dangers/

And then CHECK THIS EXPLOSIVE SITE OUT:

http://roylehypnotist.wordpress.com/the-very-real-dangers-of-street-hypnosis-reality-is-plastic-the-manchurian-approach-anthony-jacquin-zap-street-trance-other-things-such-as-hypno-attack-encouraing-people-sometimes-unk/

And Here’s what KEN WEBSTER (Chairman Of The Federation of Ethical Stage Hypnotists) has to say about it all:

http://roylehypnotist.wordpress.com/2009/08/25/what-does-ken-webster-the-chairman-of-the-federation-of-ethical-stage-hypnotists-fesh-think-about-illegal-and-dangerous-street-hypnotists/

I’d strongly advise you all to READ EVERY WORD of the above postings and also EVERY COMMENT made about the postings and then decide for yourself….. but REMEMBER THIS…

01) Under 1952 Hypnotism Act you can face a £1,000 Fine…

02) Breaking the Hypnosis Conditions of Licensing Act 2003 could lead to a £10,000 fine and/or six months imprisonment for some involved and ultimately mega bad press and litigation agains the hypnotist….

03) KEN WEBSTER has issued a statement (see posting above) confirming that my concerns are correct and that these ill trained UNI|NSURED and UNLICENSED wannabe hypnotists are both potentially dangerous whilst also being ILLEGAL….

04) NUmerous UK Councils have issued statements (see above links) confirming this to be correct and that THE UK STREET MAGIC HYPNOTIST’S are ILLEGAL – UNLICENSED AND UNINSURED…

I’d say that also makes them wholly UNETHICAL and IRRESPONSIBLE… But hey what do you expect when your sold a product (say Plastic Book or DVD) which does not cover UK LAWs….

And thats why my Special Xmas offer COVER’S ALL UK HYPNOSIS LAWS (and all loopholes) together with isurance details and such like… So to BE A LEGAL – HONEST AND SAFE ETHICAL HYPNOTIST Secure your Future now by visiting….

It hit our radars as the collection launched at London Fashion Week in September.

For the sexy, edgy bride, Blushless offers something unique and wonderful that is style-led and ethical.

Inspired by the movie ‘Wild at Heart’, the launch collection is about happy endings and being wild at heart. These wedding dresses are anything but boring – with the added bonus of being sustainable too! Blushless uses the softest vegan leather combined with the finest fairtrade silks. A mixture of old and new – innovative microfibre textiles are combined with hand-stitching to extraordinary effect.

Not the usual ‘fairy-tale’ gowns, Blushless is the creation of Liv Lundelius – daughter of a Punk-disco-club owner and a traveller. She didn’t have a typical upbringing, and she is inspired by old, dirty & broken things that have their own attraction and beauty.

Blushless is currently based in Belin, but don’t fret! Liv is moving to London soon and currently offers appointments in the UK with herself or her agent. The pieces are currently made-to-measure from £1,500 to £3,000. Blushless will hopefully have UK stockist soon.

Hello ….,
Truth cannot be found. Albert Einstein, yes that Jew whom Muhammad called monkey and pig said: “Whoever undertakes to set himself up as a judge of Truth and Knowledge is shipwrecked by the laughter of the gods.” There is a world of wisdom in these words. You can never find the truth. All you can do is expose the lies and get closer to the truth. In my writings I am not teaching the ultimate truth. I am exposing the lies of Muhammad and Islam.

Paarsurrey says:

Hi Ali Sina

It is not appropriate to quote a Scientist out of the faculty of Science in the ethical, moral and spiritual realms. Albert Einstein was a great Scientist and we acknowledge and respect him very much in Science. Yet, we would say that in the realm of Ethics, Morals, and Spirituality his words were and would be only an opinion and sometimes even a lay man’s opinion. Albert Einstein never claimed to be an expert in these realms as these are out of the Scientific Method where only things material are discussed.

Ali Sina should not have quoted Albert Einstein, in my opinion, as this does not make a relevant argument altogether.

I love Jesus and Mary as mentioned in Quran.

Thanks

Cordula Bieri describes how a CAAT protest took on a comic theme to highlight the absurdity of an arms company boss speaking on ethics.

On a cold and wet Thursday evening, 12 November 2009, supporters of Campaign Against Arms Trade (CAAT) gathered outside Savoy Place in central London to have a good laugh. What happened?

The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) invited BAE Systems’ Chairman, Dick Olver, to give its annual Mountbatten Memorial Lecture on ethics. The head of a company which is being investigated in several countries for alleged corruption and bribery and yet still denies any wrongdoing. So, naturally, we were really interested what he had to tell us about ethics.

CAAT supporter Dan, dressed as Dick Olver, gave people a warm welcome and invited them to come inside to listen what an arms dealer might have say about ethics. His announcements were met with hysterical laughter. Close by a sad clown was weeping – what future would he have as a comic with the BAE boss bagging all the laughter?

Some CAAT supporters joined the audience inside to listen to Dick Olver’s presentation. In fact, his lecture was rather unexciting. He talked a lot about ethical leadership and the crucial role of engineers in solving major global challenges. He mentioned various examples of ethical dilemmas engineers might face, but failed to mention any ethical dilemmas when selling deadly arms to countries in conflict or with great development needs.

Dick Olver called on universities, professional bodies, governments and companies to work together to solve ethical dilemmas. He didn’t acknowledge that civil society might also be interested in defining what is ethical and what is not.

After his speech the audience members asked questions about corruption, the Nimrod scandal and the ethics of arms trade in general. Unfortunately, the time for questions passed much too quickly. So we will have to wait until the next opportunity presents itself to question Dick Olver.

A warm thank you to all the CAAT supporters who protested outside and asked critical questions inside!

Today (Wednesday) was our last chance this week for a dark days meal (a sustainable, organic, local, ethical – SOLE – meal – - click the button in the side bar for more information). I am going to Chicago for a conference tomorrow and won’t be back until the first week will have passed – - we couldn’t mess up on a challenge the very first week.

My husband stopped at the year round farmer’s market (heavy on the organic) on the way home yesterday and got greens (hydroponically grown) and pork chops. He also made baked potatoes with our own potatoes. [I hadn’t eaten the potato yet, just smushed it up with the butter before I remembered I wanted to take pictures.) Our son is not an adventuresome eater (as if pork chops and potatoes require bravery) – he had a salad with the greens and some green onion cheddar from a local cheesemaker. The salad included carrots from our garden.

My husband also brought home a pint of heavy cream from the sustainable, ethical local, natural (nearly organic) dairy – - as close as we can get, so I’m calling it good. This morning I made butter with it. There was a glass of buttermilk left that my husband will use to make some bread this evening for us to eat whenever.

To accompany dinner, my husband and I had wine made by the Benedictine monks at a local Abbey.

But wait – we aren’t done yet. We are celebrating my son’s birthday tonight (once my daughter gets back from dance class). His birthday is Saturday, but I’ll be gone. I had initially thought I’d bake a cake – and I could have at least gotten an organic mix (I am not the bake a cake from scratch kind of woman). But, no, that wouldn’t be SOLE – - what to do what to do.

First I decided on chocolate – an exception to the local part of the SOLE – but organic chocolate is readily available, and my understanding is that if it is organic than it is automatically fair trade and ethical (i.e. all organic chocolate is fair trade, but all fair trade chocolate is not organic – at least that is my understanding, correct me if I’m wrong.)

I spent too much time scanning the Internet and finally decided that I could make something tasty that wouldn’t kill us, would be relatively SOLEful, and would be something my son would like.

I bought some organic chocolate chips at the health food store (I also found local whole wheat flour – that was a great find for my husband to use in bread making). I then bought another pint of heavy cream and a quart of 2% milk from the above mentioned dairy of high morals.

I melted the chocolate and mixed it with a cup of milk (what I’ll do with the rest of the milk I’m not sure – maybe make pudding). Then I put it in a cake pan (9 x 9). Meanwhile, I had whipped the cream and then combined about 1/2 of it with the milk and chocolate in the cake pan. That went in the freezer. I mixed a tiny bit of organic powdered sugar in with the rest of the whipped cream – that’s in the fridge.

When my daughter gets home we’ll have my frozen chocolate yummy (that will now be the official name) with whipped cream and my son will open his computer-oriented presents (he has taken to making stop action films – at least he was doing that last month – - so we bought him a video capture device to turn analog tapes into digital and a computer game – and this weekend the computer will be upgraded with more memory and a graphics card – plus fixed because all of a sudden it is incapable of accessing the internet and the printer spooler has ceased to function… virus perhaps?)

Back to the dark days – so, what were the exceptions? What didn’t quite stack up on the SOLE criteria. Well, I mentioned the chocolate – that was not local. And we did have salad dressings and they were just store bought. I was proud of my son who thought better of mixing blue cheese dressing with green onion cheddar cheese (a pretty strong flavor in its own right). So he was dressing-less. Oh, and the mustard in the honey mustard for the pork chops was just your basic brown mustard – but the honey was local.

We did ok – we’ll see if we can do better in future meals.

I understand that the ‘pro-life’ position is only concerned with the rights of human beings, and in that regard, Sarah Palin is no different to the rest of the movement. It also seems important to point out that, in her disregard for the inherent value of nonhuman life, Palin is simply an extreme example of the attitude of our entire society. Yet somehow, I can’t ignore the twisted irony of the ‘pro-life’ cause being championed by a woman who actually takes pride in her reputation as a predatory killer.

Image: In Defense of Animals

Not only is extreme violence against animals sanctioned by the legal structure of society and accepted almost without question by most people, but in some kind of bizarre confusion, it is actually promoted, encouraged, and even celebrated. This is true to such a degree that, when an individual chooses to reject violence against animals, and makes a personal commitment to provide for themselves without participating in this carnage, that individual does so at the risk of being criticized, insulted, ridiculed, and perhaps even accused of committing some sort of offense against society.

A few weekends ago I visited the annual Ethical Fashion Show, an event hosted in the heart of Paris at the Tapis Rouge (one of Paris’ oldest department stores). Whilst there I attended a workshop facilitated by Fashioning an Ethical Industry.

The workshop invited a series of speakers to explore ethics within fashion, the presentations alternated between French and English (headsets were given out to tune into translations). The workshop was action packed and covered a range of topics for example:

Social responsibility - highlighting the role of the consumer and what alternatives are available. How do we engage with industry to promote ethical production strategies?

Student awareness – what is the role of Universities and students?

The workshop was designed to promote ethical literacy and practice and the audience was comprised of students, tutors, designers and industry. The speakers introduced a variety of past and present projects tailored to address these issues.

The Univeristy of Delamore ran a practical workshop connecting their students directly to industry. Their objective was to demonstrate considerations for the design and development of “sustainable garments”. The students were divided into groups focusing on different areas such as social, use and concept. The students were linked directly to IPC, a Factory School in Honduras and worked collaboratively to deliver end outputs which was a series of garments. Visit their blog for further information. Ethicalfashionproject.wordpress.com

I liked that their project was a tangible example of design interventions that were both functional and deliverable… there was also end outputs so the theories were met with practice.

IFM in Paris were also working directly with industry through a global collaboration project linking Paris, FIT New York and China. This live one year project allowed the students to meet at each location once and work to experience every aspect of the supply chain. This offers the students a real time perspective through a hands on learning strategy. It looked like this really informed their decision making process and promoted a sustainable actions.
Fashioning an Ethical Industry delivered an inspirational presentation with an introduction to what they do and their resources . Visit FEI website to access these resources there is an educational handbook available and lots of papers and pod casts available to download.

They advised delegates to engage with others via social networks this can help build a dialogue around “sustainable fashion” but also link up institutions, students, designers and industry. I think identifying opportunities to connect and promote global conversations which can lead to exciting collaborations through thinking and practice.
The Ethical Fashion show itself was a fantastic showcase of ethical fashion that was both functional and desirable. The designers were on hand to introduce the thinking behind their collections, explain the production process and answer any questions.
