Super Show 2 Thailand emang seru banget… Kerasa ampe ke Indonesia… Inilah kemeriahannya…

So it’s turning midnight and I’m still wide awake. Good thing my brother attended a birthday party, the computer’s mine since this morning. *Though I wish he’s already here because he said he’s drunk >.<*

The title suits this entry. I don’t know what came to me to write about the reason why I love Super Junior. Well, of course, you know very well that it is because of what they’re doing to me – I have said it a thousand times already in this blog.

But why not go to something tangible? Well, not really… Uhm, let’s just say more comprehensible. Hmmm… That would be better.

So why do I love Super Junior?

As some of you knows, I am a Communication Arts student. In my course, I get to work on live or broadcast productions. I work with not-so-ordinary people as I may enter the entertainment industry. So I basically has the basic knowledge of what is a good production, and who are the good artists.

And among many artists of different races that I have known, it is only Super Junior who managed to impress me this much.

There are 13 boys in the group (15 if Henry and Zhoumi are mentioned). So the quantity of the people to stand on stage and perform is quite unimaginable for some who doesn’t know who they are. But was there ever a performance where all of them appeared and looked crowded?

None for me.

That’s the good thing about them. They own the stage without confusing their audience. Yes, the space may contribute to this but it is more of the boys’ ability to do well in front of so many people. Their charisma on stage enables them to be figuratively seen as one. And that controls everything.

I know one group who’s as many as them (I think!), but that was like five or six years ago. They started as dancers, starred on films and eventually went for singing… They are the Streetboys. And though they aren’t disbanded yet, there are less news about the group as a whole now.

So what am I saying? Nothing. I don’t compare. I just remembered the locals.

Then, there is the fact that the stage really love the boys. It’s very, very difficult to see authentic playfulness and fun on artists performing on stage. Among local or foreign artists, I have never seen one do his thing on stage the way Super Junior do. The real isolation from Earth to a world that is Sapphire Blue really happens whenever there are Super Junior concerts. Because they create a world of their own, in the middle of an ocean covered in Sapphire Blue.

You get me? If you don’t, sorry… I really don’t have any words left in my mind to explain..

Everybody knows what happened in Maguindanao. It’s an issue being talked about by the whole world. It was tragic, horrific, barbaric, evil, and everything negative you can think of. It was the worst thing that ever happened to my country. Nobody saw it coming except those who planned it. And they’re not humans. They’re demons.

Just this morning, I feel like throwing up when I saw the pictures of the massacre victims. No censors. No blurs. Just the truth. I wouldn’t want to show it here nor even just describe it because it makes me cry to just remember it. It’s haunting me. It’s really haunting me.

And another thing, it was never a secret that I’ve been through a painful experience with a thing called love again. I was always sharing my thoughts on it here. It wasn’t easy. But last night, I decided to start anew. But once again, it’s never easy.

But as I saw the pictures above, I knew I was wrong. Smiling is easy. Moving on is easy. Just as long as I’ve got them.

Their smiles on the pictures are my very reasons to stay happy. It gave me the inspiration to go on with life and face everything that goes my way. Well, they are happy in all their pictures but only often do I see the authentic joy in their faces. It brings me light and cheer to see them all, smiling and enjoying.

Whatever happened in Maguindanao and whatever happened in my life will always remain. I will occasionally remember the pain for nostalgia comes when you least expect it. But I am certain that I won’t be as what I am before. I’ll be different. I’ll be a lot better. I can make it.

Because on times I feel like sadness is enveloping my world, I just have to look at these pictures, and my love for Super Junior will take charge. ^_^

As we have mentioned before, Super Junior is one of the top 10 for the 2009 Melon Music Awards. Out of 9 categories, the boys are nominated in 4 of them, which are 2009 Artist, 2009 Song, 2009 Star and 2009 Mania.

As tweeted by @twelfs, the Super Show II Concert in Thailand has just started. They said fans are making waves as the opening VCR started. And I was like… OMG. I wish I was there.

Okay, so everybody knows I ditched the opportunity to see SHINee last night. I chose Robert Pattinson’s killer smile and Jacob’s hot abs over Minho, Key, Onew, Jonghyun and everything about them. Stupid, I know. But honestly, I feel no regrets over the decision.

Because it isn’t Super Junior’s concert that I didn’t attend.

Because there is no way I’m not gonna see Super Junior perform here in the Philippines.

Thai ELFs are very lucky. They get to see Super Junior now. I don’t need to imagine how the whole Bangkok stadium looks like though I haven’t been there. I’m certain it’s covered in blue, it looks like an ocean of sapphire blue. It’s a world in there of Sapphire pearls. Lovely.

I have been waiting for a year now to see all thirteen of them perform right before my very eyes. It will definitely be one memory I will always think and speak of. And I surely won’t get tired of it.

This gets me more and more excited.

I once said that Super Junior will come here to the Philippines this year. But it wouldn’t happen. But I don’t mind. There are reasons why it won’t push through, anyway. But I won’t stop believing.

For I feel that soon, yes… soon,

Super Junior will be coming here to my country and perform for me and all ELFs.

I’ll never get tired of waiting.

Kemaren, tanggal 27 November 2009, Anggota Super Junior (kecuali Kangin dan Ki Bum) nyampe di Thailand buat Super Show 2. Mataku tertuju kepada Siwon, kayaknya ada yang berbeda sama rambutnya, apa ya? Oh… kayaknya Siwon potong rambut dan dicat warna terang. Sedangkan disitu, Heechul pake masker buat nutupin mulutnya…

On November 27th, 2009 at 06.00 p.m. in Royal Paragon Hall 3, Siam Paragon – Super Junior, the famous super star from Korea, are coming here in Bangkok, Thailand for their Official Press Conference ‘Super Junior the 2nd Asia Super Show 2’ with all lucky 3,000 fans in a super enthusiastic atmosphere.

There are 11 members of Super Junior; Leeteuk, Hankyung, Eunhyuk, Shindong, Siwon, Heechul, Kyuhyun, Donghae, Sungmin, Yesung and Ryeowook who attend the Press Conference today before having their concert on November 28th-29th, 2009 at Impact Arena, MuangThong Thani.

The Press Conference today starts with Cover Dance from fans like Pandora, Holi Holinez and Ulzzang which is like an appetizer for all fans before Super Junior’s welcome by an MC which makes all fans in the Hall screaming.

All start with their own introduction. Leeteuk states “I am so glad to be here that I can meet all fans in Thailand again” when asked (by an MC) “Super Show has been held in so many countries, why have you chosen Thailand, too?” He replies “Last year’s Concert was very warm, thus – when I know that there will be another Super Show – I can’t really miss to come and have one here. Furthermore, we have new single like ‘Sorry, Sorry’ this year which is a big hit so I ensure you guys will have fun here”

When each member is asked how they prepare themselves for this concert;
Leeteuk says “We’ve been in many countries for Super Show 2 – (we) have prepared (ourselves) a lot so we sure will have fun with fans”, Eunhyuk says “Take a close look at my face, especially my eyes (with an eyeliner)”, Siwon says “I have my hair cut specially for this event”, Hankyung says “I have (more) round cheeks”, Heechul says “I was on diet specially for this event and my hair has grown longer, too”, Sungmin says “I have kept my hair long specially for this event”, Shindong says “Mine is just like the past, it’s constant”, Ryeowook says “I’ve put all my effort to practice dancing”, Donghae says “I actually prepared a lyrics and its melody, too”, Kyuhyun says “There will be my own solo in the concert”, Yesung says “(I’ve) been preparing my 107 face expressions” and suddenly Shindong asks if he can see his (face expression) no. 56 – makes Yesung does the cute pose at once, causing the scream from all fans.

In addition, Super Junior’s leader – Leeteuk – is asked about the feelings about 10,000+ tickets being sold out within one day. He replies “I can feel love from all fans. Thank you so much.” At the same time, Sungmin and Eunhyuk mentions about the fans who have been waiting them since early morning, “Kid Thung Mak (Miss you very much)” *screams* and “Thank you for waiting us since early morning, we have prepared ourselves early morning either.” respectively.

The last section, the 11 Super Junior members do not forget to speak Thai for their fans. Sungmin says “Laew Jur Kun PrungNee Na Krub (See you guys tomorrow then)”, Heechul says “Kid Thung Phom La Si (I know you guys miss me)”, Hankyung says “Phom Ja Pob Khun PrungNee I’m Your Superman (I shall see you guys tomorrow, I’m Your Superman)”, Siwon says “Buer Phom Rue Young Krub? Ruk Na Jub Jub (Do you guys get bored of me? Love you dear *muah muah*)”, Eunhyuk says “Oho! Jeed Mak Mak (Oho! That’s so cool man)”, Leeteuk says “Ror Nan Mai Krub? DeeJai Jung Dai Ma Muang Thai Eek Laew (Have you been waiting (us) for long? I’m so glad to be here again”, Yesung says “Mee Kon KidThung Rao Mai? NaRuk Mai? (Is there anyone miss us? (Are we) cute?)”, Kyuhyun says “Ja NaRuk Pai Nai Nia (Why are you guys this cute?)”, Donghae says “NaRuk Gern Pai Laew (You guys are just too cute!”, Ryeowook says “Phom Kor Kid Thung Khun Muen Kun (I miss you as well)” and Shindong says “I’m hungry.Treat me one meal. After that, Super Junior receives a bouquet of flowers from the executives and sponsors and takes some pictures with their fans warmly before an official end of the Press Conference.

However, Super Junior will hold their concert – True Music Presents “Super Junior the 2nd Asia Super Show 2” – on November 28th-29th, 2009 at 06.00 p.m. at Impact Arena, MuangThong Thani, Thailand.
