<p>Is a revitalised GoldenEye coming to the <a href="http://www.nintendo.com/wii" target='blank'>Nintendo Wii</a>?</p>
<p>According to the CV of one Craig Peck, animator at <a href="http://www.eurocom.co.uk/" target='blank'>Eurocom Entertainment Software</a>, a new GoldenEye game is in development for the Nintendo Wii. <a href="http://www.activision.com" target='blank'>Activision </a>had leaked their plans to release a new Bond game earlier in the year, with 2010 as its intended release date. Peck&#8217;s CV is the first indication that it might be another GoldenEye video game entry. </p>

<p>The N64 game GoldenEye 007, developed by Rare in 1997, is regarded as a classic (proxy mines on bunker anyone?), revered by critics and fans alike. The 2006 game <a href="http://reviews.cnet.com/playstation-2-games/golden-eye-rogue-agent/4505-9581_7-30982259.html" target='blank'>GoldenEye: Rogue Agent</a>, developed by EA, was not so well received, to say the least. </p>

<p>Bizarre is <a href="http://www.computerandvideogames.com/article.php?id=203175" target='blank'>confirmed</a> to be developing the next Bond game, with Treyarch taking a break from the franchise. Although unlikely (<a href="http://www.google.co.uk/search?rlz=1C1GGLS_en-GBGB331GB331&#38;sourceid=chrome&#38;ie=UTF-8&#38;q=goldeneye+360" target='blank'>how many rumours like this have circulated in recent memory?</a>)  it&#8217;s still possible that Activision has called on Eurocom to work on the Wii game, as they did with Quantum of Solace. </p>

<p>Uno de los juegos más jugados en la era del N64 está aparentemente por regresar, así es hablo de GoldenEye 007 que fue uno de los juegos que revoluciono el como se juegan ahora los FPS.</p>
<p>Según un sujeto llamado Craig Peck, este se encuentra trabajando en el port para Nintendo Wii del juego ya mencionado.</p>
<p>La empresa que parece estar haciendo el port se llama Eurocom que segun los sujetos de Destructoid ya se ha encargado de otros ports para la consola.</p>
<p>Creo que sería bueno que relanzaran este clásico, pero más que nada me gustaría ver la reacción de RARE hahahaha cuando lo vea públicado, puesto que cuando ellos lo quisieron lanzar en Xbox Live Arcade Nintendo les dijo: ¨heytale compa a donde vas con mi juego de MI CONSOLA¨ hahaha PWNED xD.</p>

<p>For many months the industry vibes were implying that Hutchison is about to sell its stake in Partner IL. Vibes that weren&#8217;t confirmed until very recently.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.haaretz.com/hasen/spages/1100597.html">Ha&#8217;aretz</a>newspaper says that Hutchison Whampoa who owns 51% stake in Partner Communications (PTNR), has informed Ilan Ben-Dov on thursday that his offer to buy its controlling interest in Partner Communications has reached the next stage. He was the first potential buyer to receive such notice.</p>
<p>Other contenders for Hutchison&#8217;s stake include Shaul Elovitch&#8217;s company Eurocom, Ishay Davidi&#8217;s private equity fund FIMI, and Leumi Partners, which put together a group hat includes the Migdal insurance company, Mivtachim, and former banker Shlomo Nehama. The first stage, which Ben-Dov has passed, involved proposing a non-binding offer. The second stage will grant them access to Partner&#8217;s confidential information, after which they&#8217;ll have to make a binding offer.</p>
<p>According to <a href="http://www.reuters.com/article/rbssTechMediaTelecomNews/idUSLE47796920090714" target="_blank">Reuters</a>, Standard &#38; Poor&#8217;s Maalot said on Tuesday it moved Partner Communications (<span><a href="http://mobileisrael.wordpress.com/finance/stocks/overview?symbol=PTNR.TA">PTNR.TA</a></span>) (<span><a href="http://mobileisrael.wordpress.com/finance/stocks/overview?symbol=PTNR.O">PTNR.O</a></span>) to CreditWatch &#8220;developing&#8221; from &#8220;positive&#8221;, after Hutchison Telecommunications International (<span><a href="http://mobileisrael.wordpress.com/finance/stocks/overview?symbol=2332.HK">2332.HK</a></span>) said it might sell its stake in the mobile operator. &#8220;A possible change in Partner&#8217;s ownership structure could have an impact on the company&#8217;s financial structure and as a result also on its financial risk profile,&#8221; the Israeli S&#38;P unit said in a statement to the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.</p>
<p>Meanwhile, Orange has won Israel&#8217;s leading communications brand (and second of  all brand after Coca-Cola) for the seventh consecutive year, followed by Cellcom.</p>

A właściwie działo, kolubrynę mającą za zadanie zniszczyć wroga definitywnie. Ich najnowsze dzieło to pierwszy laptop z procesorem Intel Core i7. Imię jego jest Clevo D900F i występuje w trzech osobach laptopach. Wszystkie one mają takie same parametry poza szybkością taktowania. A ta waha się od 2.66GHz poprzez 2.93GHz aż do 3.2Gz.  A skoro taka potęga tkwi w procesorze to co dalej? A więc mamy jeszcze 3 dyski twarde o pojemności 500 Gb każdy. W sumie daje to nam 1,5 Tb przestrzeni dyskowej. Ramu możemy załadować do 8 Giga, za grafikę odpowiada nVidia G280. I jeszcze jeden bajer.  Clevo D900F posiada fabrycznie wbudowaną nagrywarkę Blu-ray. Ta maszyna wygląda tak:<br />

<p>A Free Radical, empresa que foi a responsável por GoldenEye 007, quando ainda estava na Rare, e na nova geração, por Haze, está ameaçada de fechamento. Ontem, a equipe encontrou o estúdio fechado, com um recado para a equipe se encontrar num hotel local. Momentos depois, houve a confirmação da demissão de cerca de 100 pessoas do estúdio, além de entrar em <strong>administração</strong>. Em outras palavras, está sendo avaliada a possibilidade de fechamento total do estúdio.</p>
<p>Enquanto isso, a Realtime Worlds, Codemasters, Monumental e a Eurocom estariam interessadas na compra da empresa, que era responsável pela produção de Star Wars: Battlefront III, mas teria perdido o jogo há alguns meses. Recentemente, a Free Radical estava planejando uma sequência para TimeSplitters também.</p>

Gamers are a jaded lot. On one hand, you can hear them constantly demanding for new gaming genres and unique playing experiences. However, when it comes time to put their money where their mouth is, you can usually see them picking up the sequels to previously released games from years gone by or falling into the hype machine to be ground up like hamburger because they have followed the trail of bread crumbs left by the mass media. Then, after a few months, they return to their soapbox to clamor on about the failings of the industry since all of the few unique titles have disappeared from the retail shelves with extremely poor sales.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;font-family:Arial;">2003 had a tremendous amount of new and original titles released that simply did not go anywhere in the sales department. Two of the biggest would have to be <em><span style="font-family:Arial;">Prince of Persia</span></em> and <em><span style="font-family:Arial;">Beyond Good &#38; Evil</span></em>. Both of these received critical acclaim from media sites across the spectrum and were serious Game of the Year contenders that did incredibly bad during the holiday season. But these weren&#8217;t the only outstanding or original titles to be snubbed by the consumer. <em><span style="font-family:Arial;">EyeToy: Play</span></em> had some success, but disappeared into a wisp of smoke quickly. Namco&#8217;s <em><span style="font-family:Arial;">I-Ninja</span></em> was another highly rated title that didn&#8217;t get the respect it deserved by the masses. Even games that had big marketing campaigns behind them, like <em><span style="font-family:Arial;">Disgaea</span></em>, <em><span style="font-family:Arial;">Disaster Report</span></em> and <em><span style="font-family:Arial;">Primal</span></em> were left sitting on store shelves while the multitude of numbered sequels outsold them in droves.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;font-family:Arial;"><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;font-family:Arial;">Another game that had a big push that went nowhere was <em><span style="font-family:Arial;">Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy (SatCM)</span></em>. THQ had a tremendous amount of development difficulties bringing this game to retail. First, the game went through numerous title changes during its creation, which always makes things difficult for average gamers to keep track of a title&#8217;s progression through the development cycle. Secondly, THQ released a demo of the game well before many of the programming issues, mostly camera problems, were ironed out which probably helped to scare away many of their promising sales. Finally, <em><span style="font-family:Arial;">Sphinx</span></em> was released during the same two-week period that <em><span style="font-family:Arial;">SOCOM II</span></em>, <em><span style="font-family:Arial;">True Crime: Streets of LA</span></em>, <em><span style="font-family:Arial;">Ratchet &#38; Clank: Going Commando</span></em> and <em><span style="font-family:Arial;">The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King</span></em> all came to market. With these three things going against it, there is no surprise that the game quickly slipped into oblivion. However, the really important matter is did gamers miss out on a diamond in the rough or just another so-so release. There is only one way to find out, just read on brave explorer and see what you may have missed out on.<!--more--></span></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;font-family:Arial;">Gameplay</span></strong><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;font-family:Arial;"><br />
If you aren&#8217;t familiar with the story background, let me give you just a small taste so I don&#8217;t ruin the interesting storytelling ability of the game. This is a tale of ancient Egypt not told in the history books. Long ago, there was the formation of the Egyptian Universal Empire that joined multiple worlds by means of Solar Disc portals, similar to the portals found in <em><span style="font-family:Arial;">Stargate SG-1</span></em>. However, the Empire fell upon hard times and the magical crowns that held the portals together were scattered and lost. The civilizations on the many worlds became separated and the memory of the other worlds has faded with the passage of time. The legend says that there are two opposing forces trying to recover the crowns and unite the Empire again. Osiris, a force of all that is good and righteous, is seeking to repair what has been sundered while Set is looking to reunite the crowns for his own evil intentions. Now it is up to Sphinx, and the young Tutankhamen, to bring the portals back under the control of the forces of light before they can be used to rain darkness and destruction upon the many worlds on which they exist.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;font-family:Arial;">For players fed up with over-simplistic puzzles or seemingly unnecessary backtracking to find out-of-place items to put into even more out-of-place statues then you are in for a delightful treat. <em><span style="font-family:Arial;">Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy</span></em> will tax your brainpower with little to no hints at all for how a gamer is to progress though the many levels. Although this may be refreshing for the gamer who thinks outside of the box, it may become frustrating to those players used to cookie-cutter styled games of this nature. Personally, I found this to be a refreshing challenge and looked forward to being able to sit down and have to actually work my way though all of the beautifully designed levels.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;font-family:Arial;">The motif setting of ancient Egypt is recreated to a tee. The use of various vibrant colors, along with all of the lavish backgrounds, really helps to mentally transport the player to a land lost in time. Everything, from the stone pyramids to the vast desert environments, brings a gamer into a unique mindset and keeps the interest level peaked throughout the entire adventure. Levels are chock full of tiny tidbits to enchant even the most jaded player and progression through the different environments is logical and calculating. Eurocom and THQ get an A+ for their effort. Between the shimmer of the desert heat and the water effects, you might be wondering if you haven&#8217;t actually gone back in time to experience what it was like to live in the time when gods walked the Earth.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;font-family:Arial;">As good as the visuals are in <em><span style="font-family:Arial;">Sphinx</span></em>, the audio portents are on the opposite side of the spectrum. The language of all the characters is nothing more than a collection of grunts and twittering, with their actual conversations being displayed in text boxes. With the elaborate character design, one would imagine that THQ would have completed the package and gave their creations some wonderful personality through the spoken word. Even though this is a minor complaint, in this day and age of gaming, it is one not easily forgiven. Furthermore, players are subjected to the bare-bones stereo/mono selections instead of meeting the current Dolby Pro Logic II minimum standards of today. Neither of these are the death of <em><span style="font-family:Arial;">Sphinx</span></em>, but it would be nice to have a gaming company give players all of the available options when they give a title such an extravagant media push.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;font-family:Arial;"><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;font-family:Arial;">Even though Eurocom did a great job in repairing the very broken third-person camera from what I experienced in their earlier demo, there still are difficulties in keeping track of your surroundings and the multitudes of baddies that Sphinx will face as he works his way through the game. This does present some minor frustrating controller-tossing moments, but on the whole, there is little to complain about compared to other games of this same genre. The overall learning curve is delicate and gamers will be able to handle the more challenging creatures and ingenious environmental layouts as they progress through the game at its designed pace. The actual length of the game is more than acceptable, and players will have over 20 hours of playing time to enjoy their trip into ancient Egypt.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;font-family:Arial;">Playing through <em><span style="font-family:Arial;">Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy</span></em> I was under the impression that I was playing two separate games at the same time. Most of the time, you are assuming the personage of Sphinx, a young budding hero in search of saving the world from the dark grasp of evil. Just like most modern-day characters, his arsenal of moves and abilities is quite impressive. Not only can he take on multiple creatures with his trusty weapon, but also has the ability to capture enemy monsters with special beetles to be used in aiding him in his quest. He also can swim, climb and jump right from the start of the game with additional abilities to be acquired as the game progresses.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;font-family:Arial;">However, just when you start to get into the flow of how Sphinx moves and grooves his way through the game, you get to take an intermission break and discover how to win friends and influence people with your other persona, the Cursed Mummy. The boy king, Tutankhamen, meets with some evil of his own and is changed into a shambling undead creature. His main goal is to recover the fragments of his soul that have been sealed away in Canopic Vases so that he can once again return to the land of the living and challenge the evil Akhenaten for the right to regain his lost throne.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;font-family:Arial;">Although Sphinx is the powerhouse of the tag-team combo, I would have to say that it is the levels with the Mummy that are the better of the two. Since he has already been killed, and is the walking undead, there is nothing available to render the bandaged hero unable to continue. In fact, you get to put the Mummy through his paces by using environmental hazards to your advantage to open inaccessible areas. For example, you come upon a switch behind a wooden barrier, it&#8217;s time to set your character aflame and have him burn away the obstacle. The Mummy&#8217;s mannerisms and reactions to being squashed by large rocks, set on fire and even electrocuted are wonderfully hilarious and put the title over the top where the fun factor is concerned.</span></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;font-family:Arial;">Extras</span></strong><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;font-family:Arial;"><br />
Both Sphinx and the Mummy acquire addition abilities as the game moves forward, so there is some backtracking through previously explored levels to acquire a 100 percent completion, but this is less like work and more of a reward for sticking with the game compared to other titles that I&#8217;ve played. There also is a decent scattering on mini games within the different levels, including some rather extensive side quests, to keep this game actively spinning in your gaming machine for an extended period of time. However, there are no other real reasons to keep on playing once you have completed your quest, as nothing new gets unlocked when you complete the title the first time through, nor is there any online mode at all.</span></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;font-family:Arial;">Conclusion</span></strong><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;font-family:Arial;"><br />
<em><span style="font-family:Arial;">Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy</span></em> brought a pleasant surprise to this gamer&#8217;s experience. Having relied on the unpleasant experience of the incredibly difficult camera in the demo, I was expecting the worst and got blind-sided by something rather interesting. The Mummy still does a great job of stealing the show from the true main character, nevertheless, you aren&#8217;t forced to trudge level after level with a substandard game when Sphinx is center-stage. The intricate level design, along with the stunning graphics, brings the best to the table anyone could hope for from a sleeper title. Although this will in no way surpass such grand platformers like <em><span style="font-family:Arial;">Ratchet and Clank</span></em> or <em><span style="font-family:Arial;">Jak and Daxter</span></em>, you certainly could do much, much worse when looking for something fresh and challenging. </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Pequim, dia 8 de Agosto de 2008. O mundo está literalmente parado em frente ao televisor. Cada coração patriótico bate a ritmo apaixonado, com o desfile triunfal da representação do seu país na pista mais importante do momento. Controvérsia política á parte, o governo chinês cumpre a premissa de festa e cores exuberantes, pintando a cidade com tinta democrática, para estrangeiro ver. Mas o ponto alto da prova é, como sempre foi, o desempenho dos atletas. As estrelas do mês da competição, não escondem os nervos e honra pelas cores que ostentam. Pronto, está enfeitado o palco de Beijing 2008 – o jogo oficial. A Eurocom, companhia britânica responsável pela concepção da obra, propõe a materialização do sonho de glória, divertimento e acessibilidade mais básica. Resta saber se está encontrado o novo campeão olímpico, ou se o disco nem passou da qualificação…</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><!--more--></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">O espírito ecléctico das várias componentes desportivas, que fazem parte do cartel dos Jogos Olímpicos, serve o propósito deste título publicado pela Sega. O objectivo é apresentar uma dose bem díspar de modalidades, com um único objectivo em mente: a aclamada medalha de ouro. Na impossibilidade prática de oferecer o menu completo – futebol, hóquei de campo entre outros, ficaram excluídos – a Eurocom<strong> </strong>preferiu investir esforços e recursos em trinta e oito eventos distribuídos por dez disciplinas. Os clássicos, como toda e qualquer vertente de atletismo, natação, ginástica ou disparo, marcam presença de relevo. Com os trunfos citados e uma licença pesada em punho, os responsáveis pelo projecto Beijing 2008 tinham oportunidade de adoptar uma postura experimental. Mas não. Os programadores encostaram-se ao comodismo genérico da geração corrente, despindo a obra final de qualquer preciosismo técnico. Pior, a mecânica instalada em Beijing 2008 é cansativa e frustrante em demasia. Caro leitor, afinco espectador dos jogos de Verão, no caso de sofrer de uma qualquer condição de fácil irritabilidade, evite uma passagem pelo cenário digital de Pequim. Confie na palavra do amigo escrivão; jogar esta oferta, pode significar um incentivo á loucura a curto prazo.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">A apresentação da mecânica de jogo é (pelo menos) clara e extremamente objectiva. O candidato a super-atleta terá de espancar furiosamente uma simples combinação de botões, de forma a completar o exercício em prova. Só isto. A fórmula é conservadora, mas, neste caso, poderia ser conveniente. Infelizmente para o herege desportista de sofá, o sistema de Beijing 2008 entra num ciclo previsível, de execução medíocre e com doses elevadíssimas de sorte.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Todas as modalidades a concurso adoptam a desgastante mecânica já referida. A título de exemplo, na gloriosa corrida de 100 metros rasos, o jogador terá de pressionar repetidamente os botões ‘A’ e ‘B’ até alcançar a meta. Meus pobres dedos. Para o registo, fui obrigado a destruir as duas teclas para garantir uma medalha. O processo é cansativo e extraordinariamente retrógrado. A Eurocom imaginou um esquema literalmente doloroso para o jogador que, embora ligeiramente apelativo pela simplicidade, não convence o utilizador mais casual, presumível comprador da obra. A falta de ambição notória e objectividade estritamente comercial ficam espelhadas em cada gota de suor do atleta no ecrã.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">A jogabilidade não sofre grandes mudanças conceptuais nas restantes modalidades disponíveis. O desinteresse instalado alastra-se ao lançamento do dardo, judo ou ciclismo, com alterações ligeiras mas necessárias. Seja o direccionar esporádico do botão analógico, ou a obrigação de seguir uma sequência de teclas nas disciplinas de ginástica, a monotonia e sentimento de frustração são constantes.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Claro que o expoente prático de Beijing 2008 pode ser emocionante, e até reconfortante, tendo em conta os problemas técnicos. Festejar o ouro olímpico ao som do hino nacional (‘A Portuguesa’ está presente numa versão mais curta) é sempre um momento único e exclusivo nos videojogos. Salvo exemplos pontuais no género desportivo, raramente senti a febre patriótica ao comando de qualquer plataforma. Para o efeito, estão disponíveis trinta e duas equipas nacionais, incluindo, obviamente, a portuguesa. Mas perca as esperanças, caro leitor; nenhum atleta está devidamente licenciado. O mesmo para os respectivos equipamentos.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Para os fervorosos da exploração mártir, Beijing 2008 oferece uma variedade de modos de jogo limitada mas saudável. Na ‘competição’ é possível aperfeiçoar os dotes de … esmagador de botões, participando em provas e disciplinas individuais. Mas o modo central é, indiscutivelmente, a recreação do mês da prova olímpica. O jogador será induzido a construir uma selecção a gosto – incluindo, se desejar, os modelos tridimensionais dos atletas – com objectivo final definido; conquistar o maior número possível de medalhas. Alterando os atributos físicos e técnicos dos competidores, como velocidade, resistência e força, seremos guiados por uma estrutura de requerimentos mínimos, ao longo dos dias de prova. Um exemplo prático; se não qualificar pelo menos um atleta para as finais de determinada disciplina, fim da brincadeira. O ecrã de ‘<em>game over</em>’ confirma a desgraça desportiva. Para os mais empenhados no ofício, há horas incontáveis de martelamento sequencial pela frente.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Contudo, será na componente <em>online</em> que o jogador investirá mais atenção. Sem grandes problemas de <em>lag</em>, ou arrastamento de imagem, a experiência olímpica ganha claramente outra cor quando experienciada com outros jogadores humanos. Subir ao pódio num palco (literalmente) internacional, pode ser compensador e quase tocante.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">A feira promocional de Beijing 2008 prometia uma experiência realista e visceral. A Eurocom cumpre a premissa… em certos aspectos. A apresentação gráfica é sustentada, sobretudo, por uma sensibilidade artística apurada, no que à animação dos atletas diz respeito. Embora notoriamente robótica em diversas disciplinas – prepare-se para a pior representação digital de ténis de mesa, da história – a animação está bem conseguida no geral. Destaco as repetições das provas de natação, que espelham detalhes dignos de registo e uma fluidez corporal, não muito exuberante, mas bem representada e eficaz. Excepção feita à terrível concepção na entrega de medalhas e subida ao pódio. Salvem-se os citados hinos nacionais…</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Infelizmente, os modelos dos atletas acabam por ser desinteressantes e genéricos. Embora bem desenhados e tecnicamente aceitáveis, fique a saber que não pode personalizar um busto humano, tendo apenas disponível um pequeno número de texturas pré-definidas.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">O pacote audiovisual fica completo com melodias inspiradas pelos sons tradicionais da China, e expressões bem audíveis por parte do público. Competência e descrição, portanto.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Beijing 2008<strong> </strong>é a materialização do banal, e a confirmação do espírito oportunista da Sega de hoje. Embora consiga proporcionar momentos ocasionais de emoção, a imposição de uma mecânica penalizadora e desconfortável, arruína qualquer candidatura a outro nível de entretenimento. Confesso que a primeira impressão foi animadora, mas a recreação dos jogos de Verão, cai rapidamente num comodismo monótono e desinteressante. Mesmo considerando a boa oferta para competição, local e em rede, entre jogadores humanos, recomendar a aquisição obrigatória do disco seria um luxo pretensioso. Ao leitor mais entusiasmado: por vezes, não vale tudo para chegar ao ouro.</p>

Ai ocazia sa participi la o partida de golf, mai deprinzi una-alta despre cai si tehnica de calarie, aproape de Recas, la Herghelia de la Izvin, iar dupa aceste eforturi, te retragi la Cramele Recas, loc unde se spune ca s-ar fi nascut tocmai Bahus. Alte zone se mandresc cu mitul lui Dracula, noi nu prea avem mituri insa avem un vin bun &#8230; tocmai la Recas.</p>

<p>Si ca exclusivitate, va anunt ca vara aceasta, Cramele Recas vor ridica in orasul al carui nume il poarta, ditamai motelul. 15 camere tocmai intre vie, foarte aproape de hectarele de padure ce le inconjoara. <p>Recasul este unul dintre cele mai tinere orase din zona de vest a Romaniei, situat la o distanta rezonabila de Timisoara .Orasul si satele apartinatoare au o populatie totala de 8.560 locuitori.Chiar daca economia de amploare se lasa asteptata in localitatea de pe malurile Begai, multiculturalitatea ramane trasatura cea mai pregnanta a orasului, aici locuind romani, maghiari, sarbi, germani, croati,  romi si nu numai. In ultimii ani, Recasul a fost ales ca a doua resedinta si de un numar crescand de cetateni italieni cu afaceri in zona.</p>
<p><b>Recasul &#8211; un oras romano-german nascut prematur</b><br />
Localitatile apartinatoare, pastratoare a unui  stil de vita traditional au un potential agro-turistic ridicat si sunt deja incluse in trasee de ciclo-turism. Izvoare istorice nescrise atesta existenta unei asezari pe teritoriul orasului Recas inca din timpul romanilor in secolele III-IV e.n. Primele stiri scrise apar despre Recas in epoca feudala De-a lungul timpului Recasul a fost pe rand domeniu feudal, cetate, targ de care apartineau 15 sate, a fost sub administratie turceasca, austriaca, maghiara si romana. Din anii 1784-1786 se mentioneaza venirea populatiei germane. La sfarsitul secolului XIX si inceputul secolului XX Recasul cunoaste o perioada de dezvoltare fara precedent, polarizand viata sociala si economica din zona (resedinta de pretura, judecatorie, birou de carte funciara, perceptie). In 1894 a fost construita fabrica de caramida cu 100 de angajati iar in anul 1902 a aparut primul ziar german “Temesrekaser Zeitung”</p>
<p><b>Cramele orasului &#8211; istorie imbibata in traditie si cultura</b><br />
Ca si timisori ce cunoastem de o viata brandul Cramele Recas, am plecat la drum cu o relativa ezitare. Mai vizitaseram in anul 2000 acest lacas al vinului, iar cei opt ani scursi de atunci nu stiam ce impact au avut. Insa a meritat drumul. Ba chiar am aflat ca si turistii din celelalte capete ale tarii, vin cu o usoara ezitare, insa pleaca cu zambetul pe buze, cartea de onoare semnata si gandul de reintoarcere grabnica.Istoria, traditia, cultura, savoarea, aromele, intr-un cuvant calitatea fac din acest loc un obiectiv ce merita vizitat macar odata la opt ani. Toate acestea pot fi descoperite si traite la Cramele Recas intr-un program de vizita a plantatiei de vie pe dealurile insorite si degustari oferite in adancul hrubelor vechi de peste 50 ani.<br />
Vinuri de inalta calitate albe, rosii si roze apreciate in concursurile nationale si internationale cu diplome si medalii pot fi degustate si servite alaturi de bucate alese impreuna cu familia, prietenii, chiar si partenerii de afaceri. &#8220;Din 2003 am inceput oficial programele de vizita, odata cu privatizarea Cramelor Recas. Cand ma gandesc in urma, nu pot sa imi aduc aminte decat de munca pe care am investit-o. Era foarte greu cu banii intrucat managementul companiei isi dorea in primul rand un vin superior si doar pe urma si un turism de cinci stele. Nu spun ca acum suntem la cinci stele, insa faptul ca oamenii se reintorc nu ne garanteaza decat ca munca noastra este rasplatita, onoarea Recasului raspandita iar crama propriu-zisa atrage din ce in ce mai multi oameni&#8221; ne spune Marius Pasca, seful sectorului turistic de la Cramele Recas.</p>
<p><b>Nu exista o cultura a turismului viticol</b><br />
Ca in orice pelerinaj-excursie-vizita turistica,personalul calificat va ghida alegerea dumnevoastra. Insa o problema ar putea-o reprezenta cultura generala pe care o are turistul in materie de vin. Marius Pasca ne spune ca romanul iubeste vinul, insa, din nefericire, nu cunoaste ABC-ul acestui produs. &#8220;Inainte de toate vinul este un produs, un aliment, un medicament si doar pe urma bautura bahica. Vinul nu se savureaza in litri ci in pahare. In cadrul vizitei, specialitii nostri le si insufla clientilor niste cunostiinte de baza. Ganditi-va ca intrati intr-una dintre cele 3 magazine de prezentare pe care noi le avem in oras. Dupa ce veti alege vinul? Eticheta? Nu este recomandat&#8221; adauga recaseanul ce intampina clientii.</p>
<p>Chiar daca de putini ani, brandul banatean Cramele Recas a ajuns sa intr-o ascendenta, ca procente, mai mult de 50% dintre turistii ce isi fac timp macar pentru cateva ore asupra Recasului, sunt din strainatate:SUA, Canada, Anglia, Italia, Franta, Japonia, Coreea, Germania, Austria sau chiar Malaezia.<br />
O zi la Cramele Recas este compusa din vizita in plantatia de vita de vie cu prezentarea tehnologiei de cultura, un popas de cateva zeci de minute in complexul de vinificatie cu prezentarea fluxului tehnologic, vizitarea hrubei unde veti descoperi procesul de innobilare a vinurilor in baricuri si pastrarea vinuilor imbuteliate in vinoteca, dar nu in ultimul rand degustarea vinurilor cu prezentarea tehnicii adecvate.</p>

Se vorbeste parcă tot mai mult despre turismul mănăstiresc, de „dezlegarea” pe care o are (parcă prea mare!) omul de rând, laicul – în călcarea acestor spatii destinate nevoirii întru sfintenie, pe calea desăvârsirii spirituale. Bucuria de a respira, o clipă, sfintenia locului – e mare si dorinta de reîntoarcere, la fel. Turismul mănăstiresc e din ce în ce mai agreat datorită faptului că aduce banul de supravietuire, în lipsa crasă a interesului guvernului pentru întretinerea si păstrarea spatiului spiritual de cea mai înaltă clasă.</b></font></p>

Not only do I have to deal with the lame &#8220;I&#8217;m a Mac, and I&#8217;m a PC&#8221; ads, I gotta deal with morons writing lies. Caught red handed PC World in it&#8217;s own benchmark shows that a Eurocom notebook outperforms a MacBook in the world bench 2 beta test. Last time I checked 97 was better than 88, unless we&#8217;re talking about blood pressure. Can we quit the propaganda already so I can go back to using my pc and it&#8217;s multitude of software titles? Thank you.</p>
