MOST.  AWESOME.  GAME.  Ever ….

Anyone who has ever played this game…. SNES, perhaps?… will know what I’m saying. Better than Myst. Better than Nethack (I just keep dying). Better than Sims. Arguments can commence now, but in my experience… FFIV is the most enjoyable game I’ve ever played.

So much so that I’m searching a working SNES console and the original cartridge for FFII. on eBay of course. A few years ago, you could find a SNES for $20. Now, I think it’s going for over $50. A hefty sum for an outdated system.

Anyway, Final Fantasy II or IV (as released on the Nintendo DS with updated graphics) has an amazing storyline with the most memorable characters ever. Remember when Cecil becomes a Paladin? Remember Palom and Parom? Kain? Tellah? Rosa? Rydia? I wanted to name my future child Rydia when I was 7 years old. And of course… the Chocobos.

Oh, yeah… and the music is absolutely phenomenal.

I can’t get into the story because there is too much and to talk about it wouldn’t do it justice. Playing the game, however, would. Just watch this video:

I predict the two of them will be famous, but that Miss Trinidad and Tobago is flat-out beautiful. She will have an extensive career in front of the cameras, so do not be mad at her.

 I give this one 15 stars out of 10, and the leaked tape speaks for itself.

 It is being reported that the action was stolen off of her Miss Trinidad’s former boyfriend’s laptop, when he left it at a computer repair shop. That sounds to me like a lie, because we all know that most people delete their porn from their desktop before leaving it at a repair shop,….at least I do.

I know when I bring gifts to an intimate female companion, I better show up with some flowers and merchandise if I plan on coming back. A sex tape will not cut it for the women I know, …but it would be great for them to make one and give it to me.

 I just would not be in it. Unfortunetly this does send out the wrong message to all the little girls out there that want to become celebrities. It seems as though that a ‘leaked’ sex tape is going to be mandatory for  young lady to rise to fame and popularity in today’s culture.

The viral nature of just such an exhibition has worked wonders for many of todays starlets and that might be a double-edged sword. 

I expect a lot of self righteous declarations of piousness to be espoused in reaction to this sexual exploitation in our culture, and I discourage any of my relatives to go down this path,so I do not have to be exposed to it.

 But, the reality of it is, is that it is not illegal if the parties are of age and consenting adults, it’s just inadvisable.

 I recommend a bit of discretion, but I do understand the pressure that we in Hollywood put on the female stars to stay relevant, and to be noticed.

If you are related to me, I suggest you make something eles for your boyfriend…

 Proceed with caution….as I call to book my one way ticket to Trinidad and Tobago with a layover in Japan!!!

ROLLING STONES frontman MICK JAGGER made a surprise appearance on stage with U2 on Friday (30Oct09) during the second night of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame concerts in New York City.

The first show on Thursday night (29Oct09) saw acts including Stevie Wonder, Bruce Springsteen, Jeff Beck, Sting and James Taylor take to the stage at Madison Square Garden.

Friday’s (30Oct09) show opened with Jerry Lee Lewis singing Great Balls of Fire, and went on to host a number of big name collaborations including Jeff Beck with Sting and U2 with the Black Eyed Peas.
The night built up to a climatic finale with Jagger, Fergie and Will.i.am all joining U2 to sing Rolling Stones hit Gimme Shelter, as Jagger entertained the crowd with his trademark dance moves.

Jagger stayed on stage to help U2 perform Stuck in a Moment You Can’t Get Out Of, before the Irish rockers closed the show with their hit Beautiful Day.

Earlier in the night, heavy metal rockers Metallica took the stage with Lou Reed for two songs, before Ozzy Osbourne joined them to belt out Iron Man and Paranoid.

Aretha Franklin also performed a number of her hits, teaming up with Annie Lennox to sing Chain of Fools.

NEW YORK — YouTube’s webcast of a U2 concert was watched by nearly 10 million people, the video site’s largest streaming event ever.

The Google-owned site said that the concert was watched around the world. It was shown live from the Rose Bowl in Pasadena on Sunday.

Chris Maxcy, head of music partnerships at YouTube, called the event “a big win” for the site.

The full 2 1/2-hour concert is available on YouTube. The rebroadcast video has been watched by more than 1.1 million viewers.

At first I was confused by the switching of narrators but quickly realized my mistake. I thought the story could have been really good, fantastic in fact but the author left too many things unknown. Near the end when Kezi (the chick) had to be nursed back to health didn’t really jive with being an immortal or strike me as something a “god” would need. And then I was confused about how one land could have gods and another wouldn’t. Shouldn’t gods be over the entire earth, not just a land?

I also wondered why they couldn’t tell Kezi parents about her becoming an immortal and bringing them to the land they “oversee” or whatever. I also thought it was weird that they never found Admat (the god Kezi and her parents worship) and thus leave you with the feeling that there is no all powerful God that can be everywhere and who cares about people’s day to day lives. And what kind of god would be okay with human sacrifices? Surely not a real one… The characters were under-developed and it’s weird that the gods don’t know about other lands, etc. Fate doesn’t know that there is some sort of ruler of the…. chicken people/underworld. And that they aren’t dead they are seeking people who have died… it leaves you with the impression that people that are in power, even gods don’t really know what’s going on. Not really a boost in the spirituality department. It was an easy read. I finished it in one day, but it’s not something I would reread or suggest to someone.
