Earlier this month I attended a very beautiful and sensitive launch of Everlasting.uk.com. The website, which launched on Remembrance Day 2009, is a one of a kind tribute site which enables you to remember loved ones in a very interactive and social way.

Everlasting allows you to create a tribute page for a loved one who has sadly passed away: share photographs, stories and memories with friends and family around the world. What I find most interesting about the website is the ability to learn so much about your loved one that you may never have known before. Colleagues can tell different tales to partners, daughters can tell different tales to long-lost friends… the website opens up a whole new window on the world of your loved one.

“ We are in an era when a lot people feel more comfortable posting their feelings online.” Says Psychologist Dr Loftmore. “ This is not a criticism, if people are expressing themselves this is infinitely more preferable to people suppressing their emotions” Dr Loftmore goes on to say “ An online tribute will help people express their grief, which is invaluable.”

With easy access and an easy layout, Everlasting can be used by even the most Internet wary types. However, the magic of this website means you can create a fitting tribute book filled with the photographs and stories you’ve shared. The book, which starts at £50, can be turned into a mini-autobiography and shared around the world. With help from the website, you design the book and make it special and unique to you and your family.

Finally, Everlasting will donate 2.5% of the sale of each book to certain charities which include The Caron Keating Foundation and Trees for Cities.

Everlasting is a beautiful way to express and remember the joys of someone who has passed. I’ve sadly just suffered a loss in my family and will be recommending Everlasting as a way to connect, share and remember in our time of grief.

Thanks to all the team at Everlasting for a beautiful launch which included gorgeous cupcakes, a beautiful venue and the delightful experience of having Gloria Hunniford give a fitting and moving speech at the event. I’ve added a special photograph below of Gloria Hunniford with Gary Goodman- the managing director of Everlasting.

Flipping Fannie Mae Foreclosures...Are they worth your time?

What a crazy Monday it is…but it’s a good one! So, I don’t see a lot of wholesaler

What a crazy Monday it is…but it’s a good one!

So, I don’t see a lot of wholesalers wholesaling Foreclosures that are owned by Fannie Mae. I wanted to touch base on this subject, since I think it can be tricky for people who are flipping FNMA (Fannie Mae) foreclosures.

There is a lot of confusion for a lot of wholesalers out there that are flipping REO properties to their cash buyers that are not FNMA properties. That is truely a remarkable thing, since its easy to mark them up as much as you want. Of course, you don’t want to mark them up to much or else you will lose business and barely close deals. The confusion that I see and have experienced with other wholesalers is the mark up on selling the property to their buyers. There is a specific percentage that you really need to calculate correctly that most wholesalers don’t know about and if you don’t properly increase them by that FNMA percentage you can and will get stuck with a property you cannot resell to your buyers….this will kill your deal and profits!

There is a seasoning issue on FNMA foreclosed properties if you are planning on wholesaling them. I wholesale these types of properties. WHY? Because, barely any other investors are doing it so this market is untouched. FMNA has a specific percentage that you are required to resell at if you do not plan on rehabbing the property and holding it for 3 months or more. This percentage will make or break your deal!

Although Fannie Mae prefers cash offers, many financing options will be considered. Down payment assistance programs, seller paid closing costs and home warranties are often considered. Remember, everyone’s goal is to provide affordable housing to owner occupants or cash investors. Fannie Mae encourages investors to purchase foreclosed homes, but the requirements to purchase are slightly different from that of an owner occupant. An investor is required to provide 10% of the purchase price in earnest funds when making an offer to purchase. If an investor purchases a Fannie Mae Foreclosure, there is a Deed Restriction placed on the property that the buyer/new owner cannot resale the property for more than 120% of the purchase price for a period of three months.

So guess what this means…..? You can still flip the foreclosure just as long as you stay within 120% of your purchase price within your first 3 months! For example, here are some numbers on a deal we did a couple months ago that was a FNMA REO:

North Miami Area
Single Fam. Res.
Purchase Price: $45,000
Re-Sell Price (next day): $54,000
10% Down Payment: $4,500
We paid all our closing cost on A-B Transaction ($2,200 closing costs)
End buyer paid all closing cost on B-C transaction

We walked away with a pretty sweet profit for a couple of hours of work!

FNMA foreclosures can be challenging at times, especially since you need 10% escrow, but can be profitable at the same time! Now, go out there and flipthisforeclosure!

Oh, btw don’t forget to get on our exclusive buyers list: http://reo.everlastingfoundationsonline.com/exclusive

Stress relief for holiday overload

Feeling a little stressed out yet? The holidays are here and about to get in to full swing which means more demands on your already limited available time. Holidays can also lead to increased stress including anxiety, tension even depression as we all try to do too much in a short amount of time.

Stress is a serious problem and we all have a certain amount of stress that just is a part of life from our everyday events. Everyday stresses most of us can cope with. Add holidays, increased demands of family, friends and business and it can easily become a recipe for full-blown panic attacks. And stress can lead to more health problems like high blood pressure and a lowered immune system. Severe stress can be so debilitating that you lapse into full blown depression.

The ideal solution is of course to try to eliminate the underlying cause of stress. Sometimes that is easier said than done, however there are a few things we can do to help restore balance and calm brought on by temporary increased stresses like the holidays. Take a deep breath and relax. Aromatherapy offers great natural stress relief and you can experiment with different essential oils until you find the one that is right for you. Once you experiment with one or two oils, you may find that blending oils can provide an enhanced synergistic effect.

Roman chamomile, clary sage, everlasting, fennel, frankincense, geranium, lavender, marjoram, melissa, neroli, orange, rose, sandalwood, tangerine, vanilla, vetiver and ylang-ylang are oils that are known for their abilities to counteract the effects of daily stress.

Try diluting your oils with a carrier oil like Sweet Almond or Jojoba and use in a massage. Massage offers one of the most effective ways to alleviate symptoms brought on by stress. Massage promotes relaxation and it actually causes your body to release endorphins. Endorphins are both natural painkillers and increase your sense of pleasure. You can also diffuse your oils into the environment to release tension and anxiety or try adding a few drops of your favorite oils to your bath to create a soothing aromatic experience. You can add one or two drops to a cool light bulb (never hot as this could cause the bulb to explode) or to warm candle wax (not while candle is burning). Personally, I like to add a few drops of oil to a tissue and simply inhale. It’s completely portable, discreet and easy to use. Plus many essential oils also provide anti-viral and anti-bacterial support.

Remember, essential oils are generally not recommended for internal use unless you are working directly with a certified medical professional. Essential oils are highly concentrated and although organic in nature, can be toxic if misused. There are certain conditions that should avoid the use of essential oils. If you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant, have high blood pressure or suffer from epilepsy, consult your physician or medical care provider before using any essential oils. Do not use essential oils direct on skin without first testing for sensitivity as some oils like clove, cinnamon and peppermint to name just a few, can cause itching and skin irritations. Some oils like neroli, or orange (and there are quite a few essential oils that can cause photo sensitivity) can also cause increased sensitivity to sunburn. Try to limit your sun exposure when working with these and other photo sensitive essential oils to prevent damage to your skin.

So when you are out shopping for your family or business associates don’t forget to add a few things to your shopping list for yourself. In fact, you may want to share! Essential oils are wonderful and offer natural stress relief. Essential oils range in price from just a few dollars to well, a bit more depending on the oil like neroli, rose and sandalwood. For example, it takes over 2000 pounds of rose petals to make one pound of rose oil and sandalwood trees must be 30 years old before the wood is sufficiently matured to yield essential oils.

The finest essential oils are natural, organic essential oils. If possible, try to limit your oils to certified organic. Synthetic or adulterated oils can not duplicate the therapeutic abilities of pure extracts gathered from plants, trees and flowers. If you are on a budget (and just about everyone I know is these days) start with just one or two oils and build your aromatherapy cabinet. You can buy essential oils from reputable health food stores and also from on-line ecommerce retailers. Personally, I like to buy direct from local sources when possible but I have also found a few vendors online that are good sources and have money back guarantees. Do your homework and check prices. Essential oils, when stored properly (away from direct sunlight in a cool dark area, in a tightly closed bottle – amber glass is the best) will last for years.

To your health and a stress free holiday season!

Later she came back and asked him “Are you hungry ? “

The lady took him in the kitchen and sat him down to a table

full of wonderful food. He ate and ate until he couldn’t eat

any more.. Then he thought to himself:

John ! 3:16 .Boy, I sure don’t understand it but it sure

makes a hungry boy full.

She took him upstairs to a bathroom to a huge bathtub

I sure don’t understand it, but it sure makes a dirty boy

up around his neck, kissed him goodnight and turned out

the lights. As he lay in the darkness and looked out the

window at the snow coming down on that cold night,

he thought to himself: John 3:16 …I don’t understand it but

it sure makes a tired boy rested.

The next morning the lady came back up and took him

down again to that same big table full of food. After he

ate, she took him back to that same big old split bottom

rocker in front of the fireplace and picked up

a big old Bible.

She sat down in front of him and looked into his young face.

“Do you understand John 3:16 ?” she asked gently. He

replied, “No, Ma’am, I don’t.. The first time I ever heard it

was last night when the policeman told me to use it,”

She opened Th e Bible to John 3:16 and began to explain

to him about Jesus. Right there, in front of that big old fireplace,

he gave his heart and life to Jesus. He sat there

and thought: John 3:16 – don’t understand it, but it sure

makes a lost boy feel safe.

You know, I have to confess I don’t understand it either,

how God was willing to send His Son to die for me, and how

Jesus would agree to do such a thing. I don’t understand

the agony of the Father and every angel in heaven as

they watched Jesus suffer and die. I don’t understand the intense

love for ME that kept Jesus on the cross till the end.

I don’t understand it, but it sure does make life worth living..

Who’s the better buyer? Who will it be…?

To be quiet honest, I think they are both excellent! I tend to lean more towards the retail cash buyer…
Here are the pros & cons to retail cash buyers, in my opinion.

PROS:
*They are not as savvy as you
*They are not as educated as the average investor
*They are excited to buy a home to live in
*They completely trust you when you deliver good product
*They give good referrals
*They are anxious to buy a foreclosure
*They are ready, willing, and able to pay ALL closing costs
*They rely on your expertise
*They listen to you more if you are educated & knowledgeable
*They follow directions very well

CONS
*They can take a little longer to close
*They can get nervous if you don’t educate them properly
*They can get cold feet before closing
*They like to shop around on their own
*They look for the perfect house
*They sometimes don’t like rehab properties
*They can become disloyal at times

My theory & what we are finding at this point in the game down here in South Florida is the majority of our cash buyers are typically retail cash buyers instead of investors and they are anxious to buy a good deal. They typically know what area they are looking for and follow directions very well. I make sure I give them what they want in good areas. I don’t want to deliver foreclosures to my clients in bad areas, unless they request it.

Investors take their time and have a wide network of other wholesalers that feed them deals. I certainly am not saying that investors are not good buyers, because they are, but retail cash buyers typically don’t have large networks of other wholesalers feeding them deals. On top of everything else, we do EVERYTHING for them so they don’t have to worry about anything. All they need to do is tell me whether they like the property or not….this becomes a win/win situation for everyone!

I hope this information is helpful to you and you increase your wholesaling profits by a ton!

There are a TON of methods out there that people are using to attract buyers to them in order to wholesale or flip properties. We have several different methods that we use that has been extremely effective. I would love to share this with you, as I believe that if I bless you with the information and real world scenarios that have worked for us, you can bless others and bless yourself at the same time!

Here are several methods that we use to attract the right buyers:

*Partnerships with other wholesalers – I highly recommend partnering up with others in order to move your real estate deals.
*Networking with Realtors (buyers agents)
*Going to networking events (ex. real estate investment groups)
*Road Signs – make sure you keep the writing to a minimum (cash buyers wanted, foreclosure 4 sale, 3/2 investor special, etc.)
*Online Marketing/Social Media (Twitter, Facebook, Company Websites, Capture Pages, Autoresponders)
*Car Signs
*Bird Dogs – Who came up with this name? LOL

These are several ways that we use to market for our cash buyers only! I hope this information was helpful…If you have any other ways that you have attracted solid buyers, feel free to post them.

Some Bible words can be hard to understand. If you are going to get a grip on the idea of “propitiat

Some Bible words can be hard to understand. If you are going to get a grip on the idea of “propitiation” or “justification” (Romans 4:25, 3:25), you had better be prepared to stay up all night. There are other words, however, which are extremely self-explanatory. Take the word “everlasting.” Something that is “everlasting,” is something that…(all together now)…LASTS…FOR…EVER.

When God says something is everlasting, it may blow our minds a little. After all, most things in this world have a start and a stop, a beginning and an end. The sun comes up; the sun goes down. Plants spring up and grow; plants wither and rot. People are born; people die. In God’s realm of eternity, however, there is no true end or beginning. So while the conceptualization of “everlasting” may be difficult, the basic sense of it is not. This is a great encouragement to true Christian believers and a great condemnation to those who have rejected the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Unbelievers will experience punishment forever.

And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:  Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power;

II Thessalonians 1:7-9

However, believers have the assurance of knowing that their salvation may never be lost.

Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God, even our Father, which hath loved us, and hath given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace,

II Thessalonians 2:16

No idea where it’s originally from, but anyway:

“The Bible says He’s a Seven Way King. He’s the King of the Jews – that’s a racial King. He’s the King of Israel – that’s a National King. He’s the King of righteousness. He’s the King of the ages. He’s the King of Heaven. He’s the King of glory. He’s the King of kings and He is the Lord of lords. Now that’s my King. Well I wonder if you know Him. Do you know Him? My King is the only one whom there are no means of measure can define His limitless love. No far seeing telescope can bring into visibility the coastline of His shore of supplies. No barriers can hinder Him from pouring out His blessing. Well, well, He’s enduringly strong. He’s entirely sincere. He’s eternally steadfast. He’s immortally graceful. He’s imperially powerful. He’s impartially merciful. That’s my King. He’s God’s Son. He’s the sinner’s saviour. He’s the centrepiece of civilization. He stands alone in Himself. He’s august. He’s unique. He’s unparalleled. He’s unprecedented. He’s supreme. He’s pre-eminent. Well, He’s the loftiest idea in literature. He’s the highest personality in philosophy. He’s the supreme problem in high criticism. He’s the fundamental doctrine of proved theology. He’s the carnal necessity of spiritual religion. That’s my King. He’s the miracle of the age. He’s the superlative of everything good that you choose to call Him. Well, He’s the only one able to supply all of our needs simultaneously. He supplies strength for the weak. He’s available for the tempted and the tried. He sympathizes and He saves. He’s a strong God and He guides. He heals the sick. He cleanses the lepers. He forgives sinners. He discharged debtors. He delivers the captives. He defends the feeble. He blesses the young. He serves the unfortunate. He regards the aged. He rewards the diligent and He beautifies the meek. Do you know Him? Well, my King is the key of knowledge. He’s the wellspring of wisdom. He’s the doorway of deliverance. He’s the pathway of peace. He’s the roadway of righteousness. He’s the highway of holiness. He’s the gateway of glory. He’s the master of the mighty. He’s the captain of the conquerors. He’s the head of the heroes. He’s the leader of the legislatures. He’s the overseer of the overcomers. He’s the governor of governors. He’s the prince of princes. He’s the King of kings and He’s the Lord of lords. That’s my King. Yeah. Yeah. That’s my King. My King, yeah. His office is manifold. His promise is sure. His light is matchless. His goodness is limitless. His mercy is everlasting. His love never changes. His Word is enough. His grace is sufficient. His reign is righteous. His yoke is easy and His burden is light. Well. I wish I could describe Him to you, but He’s indescribable. He’s indescribable. Yes. He’s incomprehensible. He’s invincible. He’s irresistible. I’m coming to tell you, the heavens of heavens cannot contain Him, let alone a man explaining Him. You can’t get Him out of your mind. You can’t get Him off of your hands. You can’t outlive Him and you can’t live without Him. Well, Pharisees couldn’t stand Him, but they found out they couldn’t stop Him. Pilate couldn’t find any fault in Him. The witnesses couldn’t get their testimonies to agree. Herod couldn’t kill Him. Death couldn’t handle Him and the grave couldn’t hold Him. That’s my King. Yeah. He always has been and He always will be. I’m talking about He had no predecessor and He’ll have no successor. There was nobody before Him and there’ll be nobody after Him. You can’t impeach Him and He’s not going to resign. That’s my King! Jesus.”

“Do you not know? Have you not heard? The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom.” — Isaiah 40:28

When starting a program of strenuous exercise, it’s a good idea to do it with a partner. Better yet, geta partner with more endurance than you so that you will have someone to motivate you when you’re ready to quit.

Isaiah 40 speaks of God as the perfect partner. In the chapter, we find the people of Israel in a woeful state. Because they fell away from God, he withdrew his protective hand, and they were conquered by other nations and exiled from their homelands. No doubt hope was in short supply. But God tenderly reminded His people that He is the everlasting God. He does not grow tired or weary, and he has a plan. If they put their hope in Him, they too would renew their strength. “They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” Isaiah 40:31. God was reminding His people that he ran alongside them. From that, they should draw hope.

Life is the ultimate endurance test. In times when you’re drained of energy and hope, who will motivate you then? Have you asked God to be your partner? Will you draw hope from him running alongside you?

“I have loved you with an everlasting love; I have drawn you with loving-kindness. -Jeremiah 31:3b

I distinctly remember my first crush. Ah preschool; running around in a plaid shirt, coveralls, boots and a cowboy hat– his name was Riker. Throughout the duration of my preschool career, he was the only boy taller than me. From the moment I met him, he instantly caught my eye and I thought he was amazing. Despite the fact that he couldn’t spell, I whole-heartedly cherished his letters. I didn’t care that his mother had to translate over half of them. Reading them now, they honestly look more like finger-painted hieroglyphics. It was at this stage in life that I didn’t care about his spiritual beliefs, personality, calling, family, or background. I was more interested in regular playground activities; playing tag, making mud pies, and jumping rope. And he stood far above the rest when it came to them.

Despite our obvious connection; our relationship was cut short when he moved out of state. For a little while, I still received letters. It was an exciting “pen-pal” kind of relationship. While I’m sure long-distance relationships can work for others, in our case, the letters eventually stopped. I remember this gut-wrenching, heart-breaking reality. He was no longer mine. I seemed to be somewhat of a quiet drama queen- Holding my breath when I was angry, until I passed out. Writing depressing songs that consisted of phrases such as “all it is to you is another heart beating, another person breathing.” Yes, I was a rather odd child, crammed into a glass case of emotion, with no sense of reality, and a peculiar passion for life.

Though I may no longer be attracted to coveralls, care for mud pies, or pass out for attention, some things still remain the same. After talking to some of my girlfriends, I’ve found a few feelings of ownership which we claim to have the right to. I’ve discovered, whether the dumper, or dumpie; we seem to think that the particular boy we are no longer with shouldn’t ever move on. As if, we are God’s special gift to them or something.

We think to ourselves; “Surely, they will never be blessed with another girl as good-or God forbid- better, than us.” For instance, if our best friend gets harshly (or nicely) dumped, we assure her that he has made a mistake. We convince our poor & miserable friend not to worry, that he will never find anyone as talented, beautiful, or caring. After talking to some of my small group girls, I found a few things we had in common. Whether we were responsible for the heartbreaking or not- in both scenarios we were still bitter and confused when they moved on. Over and over in our heads, we think to ourselves- “What, how could he move on just like that, that’s impossible, he’s not actually happy.”

We allow those around us to determine the weight of our self esteems. We build our confidence on people who were never created to define our value. Lets face it ladies, this is a pathetic attempt to justify building our worth on something which should never have been built on to begin with. We have a tendency to immediately compare and evaluate ourselves. Somehow, we weren’t enough; we didn’t cut it. Not pretty enough, not nice enough, not funny enough, not caring enough, not skinny enough, not talented enough, etc…Because if we were, he would be incapable of moving on and thus, he would still be madly in love with us until the day we die. This is painfully pitiful.

Or, maybe you were more like me in another sense; known to have “daddy issues” as a highschooler. I grew up with an abusive father who eventually walked out of my life completely. I lived trying to earn a father’s love and attention which seemed to come so easily for other girls. Growing up, this drastically influenced me to answer the question; “why am I unlovable, and what will make me likeable”. As a girl, this was a dangerous question to wrestle with- especially in our society.

At a young age, I realized that I wasn’t able to get my dad to love me but I could get guys to like me. I grew comfortable with wearing a mask on the outside which displayed an inaccurate picture of a girl whose life was perfect and had it all together. I became the unattainable tease that was never broken up with first. I vowed I would never be hurt again. I went to any length to be assured of it and have my way. Break up first; this was my motto. Unfortunately, just because I broke up first and hurt others, it never made me feel any better- or made life any easier. I was now the one hurting not only myself, but others as well. The fairy tales I read as a child- and my life had absolutely nothing in common.

I remember skipping meals, throwing up, and working out for hours at a time to keep up with models in the industry and the plastic barbies on TV. All this in hopes of being prettier, in order to gain power to get any guy I wanted. But then again, I also remember trying to gain acceptance from my own father. Dancing my heart out in order to receive approval from him. The few times he was able to make it to my performances, it made the 40-hour rehearsal weeks in point shoes worth it all. I was manipulating everything on the outside, in order to fix a deep wound on the inside.

Whether you’ve been hurt, hurt others, both, or are simply human. I believe we all feel the need to belong. We each desire to be wanted. This world shoves diet pills, sex, plastic surgery, and success, in our faces- implying that if we follow their easy step plan for lovability; we’ll be happy. However, at the end of the day, while our attempts at improvements might grow our likeability; true love’s essence is hard to come by. We eventually rationalize that we aren’t like the characters in a storybook. And, somehow, we are to blame for being unlovable. We forget that as humans, we are incapable of loving someone fully, extensively, and exclusively apart from God and His love. Unfortunately, because of our naivety, we still do our best to earn other’s love and approval by any and all means possible.

I believe that true Love doesn’t fade, grow weary, die, or ever give up. This is what it’s supposed to look like. And I believe True Love Himself, died on a cross in order to proof just how long suffering REAL LOVE is; any length, any width, any depth, any height. When we realize just how everlasting HIS love is for us, man’s version of fake and phony love pails in comparison. Cheap imitations aren’t and won’t ever be enough to fill the void. No person, job, fame, weight, hobby, or relationship will ever bring as much fulfillment as acknowledging and accepting His exclusive love. His love doesn’t hinge on our actions. He just simply loves us. Forever. It’s that simple. It’s this simplicity which makes God’s love so hard to understand. Why? Why, does He love us this way? He just does. Because He wants to. And that’s all there is to it.

I was set free when I recognized that He is the only one with the capabilities of this powerful love. It makes sense that others fail me. It is not because of what I am, or am not. It is because we are simply incapable of loving others unless we ask God for His innate ability to love. This agape love is the glue originally designed to hold marriages together. Marriages fail, not because they are supposed to, but because the relationship is most likely founded upon man’s feeble desires and indecisive “feelings”. While man’s heart can be fickle and untrustworthy at times, there is a Love worth absolutely everything in my being. This love chooses by its own will to love me steadfastly, exclusively, and despite any obstacle. When we accept that God is the only one capable of loving, and offering this kind of love—we take our eyes off of ourselves in having to earn love. I choose to rest in His unending, everlasting love that will stand against any and all odds. Who needs likeability when you have True Love?

I hope this has inspired you to embrace the One who will love you more than any one person ever will. Walk in confidence; you are loved with an everlasting love.

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. -1 Corinthians 13:4-7

Christian, believe this, and think about it: you will be eternally embraced in the arms of the love which was from everlasting, and will extend to everlasting – of the love which brought the Son of God’s love from heaven to earth, from earth to the cross, from the cross to the grave, from the grave to glory – that love which was weary, hungry, tempted, scorned, scourged, buffeted, spat upon, crucified, pierced – which fasted, prayed, taught, healed, wept, sweated, bled, died.

This site is intended to provide comfort to those who hurt, instilling Christ’s promise that if you believe in Him, you will not perish but have everlasting life! (John 3:16). The Bible tells us that God has gone to prepare many mansions for His believers. Wouldn’t you want to live in perfect harmony where no pain, sorrow or crime will ever exist.? Where loved ones will be known and where peace, harmony, and friendships will last forever! Heaven will not be boring like most would have you believe. We will not be spirits floating around with wings as fables would have you believe. Rather, we will be of flesh and bone, but in the image of Christ and with divine gifts! God is preparing Heaven abound with so much beauty that the human mind just cannot comprehend. If you’re a pet lover, take heart. Animals will also be in the new Kingdom and will be completely tame that even a little child will be able to play with them! Don’t take my word for it, it’s all contained in the Bible! I encourage you to read it daily. You’ll know when you’ve been filled with God’s spirit because it’s a joy like no other! How do I know? I’m living it right now! Life has never been better and the fear of dying knowing one day I’ll be present with the Lord doesn’t scare me.

“We are all born for love. It is the principal of existence and its only end.”, said Disraeli.

No one, even greatest psychologists, can define the word “love” successfully. However, true love is an accord, long process of understanding, sharing unforgetable memories.

In its essence, love is appreciation, a recognition of another’s value. Without respect, love cannot go far. It’s not a moment of whimsy, nor is it used to label the sexual excitement of the young. Our heart is sometimes shaken up by a graceful look, beautiful eyes, or dimples of a nice girl but it is just stirred for a moment, not everlasting.

To love is not to possess.

Up to now, so to speak, the life of human being is not simply limited to the most pressing needs, food to keep them alive and clothes to keep them warm. Besides the material requirement, spiritual needs are, of course, not less important in which love is always an immortal theme. With the time, love which is a wonderful feeling comes to everyone at sometime in his life. As being in love, you will feel happier to look towards a brighter future and you also want to share joys as well as sorrows.

In love, sacrifice is considered as an indispensable virtue that is a clearly moral standard asserted by one’s love. Furthermore, sacrificing all of the most precious things of your life for your lover is an important factor to keep your love everlasting. Along with love and its sacred mission, jealousy is always a company going along with love at any time and anywhere.

Frankly speaking, jealousy which is put in the right place and right time will be an efficient medicine in order to make love more colorful. On the contrary, an absurb jealousy, in order to satisfy the ego and selfishness, can break down many genuine hearts of lovers. There can be no doubt that the absurd jealousy certainly is a culprit that kills many romantic dream love stories.

How pitiful the jealousy is blamed like this!

From my point of view, jealousy itself has no guilt at all; the most important is wether people use it properly or not.

To sum up, more than anything else on this world, love and jealousy are 2 necessary qualities to keep human’s race existing with the time.

I once heard a story about a rich man who had a son, his wife had died giving birth and so he loved his son very much but then the rich man died; So there was an estate sale and all the rich man’s possesions were put on auction for the people in the town to buy. The first thing they put up for sale was the man’s twelve year old son, the auctioneer asked for a bid and no one said a word, once again he asked “is anyone interested in making a bid?” finally after a while some one from the back of the crowd said ” I’ll give twelve pounds for the son!” so the auctioneer said ” sold! to the person at the back ” then he announced ” you may all go home now, the auction is over”. The people became very upset, some one exclaimed ” why the auction isn’t even over yet!” the auctioneer then replied ” yes it is, for it is the wish of the father that who ever has the son, has everthing”.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that who ever believes in Him will not die but have everlasting life.
