i don’t understand existers.

you know, people who exist. who go thru the motions. have a job, maybe have a family, have some kind of church life (or not) but that’s it. no huge hunger for more – meaning of life – changing the world – world domination (in my case, for Jesus) – adding to someone, or some community’s life or meaning.

it’s like they don’t even care. How do you not even care? is it even possible.

Live. Thrive. Dominate. Excel. Dream. Hunger. Dare. Vibe.

but exist? i really don’t get it.

and there are a LOT of them.

and once more it comes back to my faith and my belief and lifestyle cos Jesus said “I have come that you may have life and have it to the full.” – how can that not be attractive?

i understand christians have gotten it wrong (a lot) and churches have messed up (a lot) and there have been some shocking role models or anti-models and a LOT of bad has happened in the name of religion. but the heart and essence of it – the life i have chosen to follow – is life to the full – abundant life – love God, love people – reach out to those in need.

Please don’t exist. PLEASE! Flee from existing. Run from mediocre. From settling. From the rut. From survival.

Choose life. And live it to the full.

Trust ain’t a small word, it has big big meaning.

In my definition, trust has a deep meaning. The word is too powerful, with meaning that you can never decipher within the line.

Trust is an act of confidence, that is given onto someone, hoping that he can be reliant and of expectation of something. This in easier term means that you entrusted someone, that can be reliant and you have confidence that he can hold the obligations.

In my view, generally, there are two major types of trust that people have. The first trust starts with 100% and the second one starts with 0%. They have drastic difference.

The first one starts with 100% and it’s obvious. They give trust 100% to someone they barely know. They can tell them all their life stories and hoping that these strangers keep it a hush. They assumed that these strangers do not have any relations or connected to any of their personal contacts.

However, once their secrets are broken by these strangers, they will lose all or some trust for them. At times, their wrong-doings may lessen the trust but not entirely. The percentage goes down after every wrong-doings and till it reaches zero, there will be much hatred that they do not wish to regard as friends.

The other extreme is to start with 0%, which many people uses. They barely trust strangers they just met. These strangers have to build their way up; they have to prove that they deserve the trust.

After every examplary reliance shown, trust build up. And it is accumulative, as more and more confidence they have on the strangers which can be now regard as friends, trust grew stronger. Along the way, small mishap does not really affect the figures, but it can, be totally depleted – back to square one.

As for me, I belong to the second category. I can barely trust someone that I know for less than a year. The people I really trust are my primary and secondary schoolmates. Though they know bits and pieces of information about me, be it positive or negative, they do not bring it up till now that we have grown up. Certain issues are like automatic, they know when to keep it a hush. Infact, they know how to keep my secrets very well. I have lots of confidence in them, since we are already friends for years and counting.

To build trust in someone is not easy, so do not tarnish it. I simply cannot tolerate people who goes around and telling people stories about others. You may have some information, but I bet, not 100%. Most of the time, it is not investigated and they enjoy the fun of ruining others happiness. This is absolutely immoral.

I hate people who gossips and rumours, especially if it concerns me. Thus, I make sure I do not gossips or rumours about others unjustifiable. If you want respect, you should first know how to respect others.

My rule is easy, if you do nothing to make me lose trust on you, I can share with you. And to make me disrespect you, deplete my trust for you.

Ultimately, irregardless of your friends, family, relatives and even yourself, trust nobody cause in actual fact, trust never exist. You ask yourself, cause I am pretty sure that they are times where you do not even trust yourself to make certain decision or a move.

In conclusion, never trust someone whole-heartedly. Even your best buddy, you will never know when they will point the knife back at you.

The following information is required, at a minimum, to understand the profit economics of a business:

1. How many dollars of assets are committed in each stage of each product/market business (e.g., R&D, materials, plant and equipment, finished stock, post-sale support)?
2. What is the fixed/variable cost relationship for each product/market business, that is, for each dollar of sales, how many cents are attributable to bedrock fixed costs, how many to structured or discretionary costs, and how many to out-of-pocket costs?
3. How do costs and profit change with swings in volume?
4. What is the break-even point at current volume and what actions could be taken to bring that break-even point down should volume potential decline?
5. What is the rate of incremental profit on each added increment of volume? What are the volume points where new increments of structured cost must be added?

A net profit and loss statement (after all allocations) and a balance sheet for each product line are essential for generating answers to these questions. Despite their claim that “we know all that,” very few managers actually have this information readily available.

Actually, most accounting systems are not designed to provide these kinds of statements and the accountants will argue that you can’t get them because many products run over the same machines, a lot of indirect costs can’t be allocated, and so on. To which we say, baloney! Shared fixed and indirect charges often represent the most serious cost problems in business situations where a cost disadvantage exists. And they are impossible to attack in the aggregate. They must be broken down and assigned to a discrete business unit even if done arbitrarily. Then a manager with hands-on responsibility can argue about fairness and whether there is value received for the costs involved. Although this is obviously not a precise exercise, it is effective and essential. Without full cost profit and loss and balance sheet statements managers cannot really understand the profit economics of their business. Further, they can’t make the types of intelligent business decisions and plans so important in today’s environment.

All the bells. the rules. the lands. the big grove. the greatest tenderness. the immense tide. grabage. water jar, cardboard cards. dice digits duets vain hope of constructing the cloths, the kings. so silly.my nails. the thread and the hair. the bantering nerve I’m going with myself.
