These days, I’m using bright lipsticks at whatever chance I get to accent what I’m wearing.  Pigmented colors provide drama and to me, are a great way to accomplish a fresh look while sticking to the majority of your regular beauty routine.  The number one tip for bold colors is to make them your own.  I often times blend different shades together or add some concealer to make the colors a touch more muted.  What also helps is a really good primer.  I recently bought MAC’s Prep + Prime $15, which helps the lipstick stay put and last a lot longer.

InStyle reported last night that Zoe is the new face of the lipstick line, and has been lending her creative input to the product development, too. Of course RZ wouldn’t settle for any old twist-up tube and traditional stick formula. The clear tube is Zoe’s design, and is meant to mimic the familiar shape of a lipstick. The gel lipcolor is tucked inside, and slicks onto lips with the twist of the tube.

The product is available in 2 formulas: lip cream and lip gloss.

That queen of chic, Rachel Zoe, style expert par excellence, gave her nod to Exude before a select group of press in the glamorous setting while scrumptious macaroons and champagne went the rounds.

 A handful of professional makeup artists were in attendance to demonstrate the application and explain the longevity of the colors to the beauty elite. The line consists of lip crème which is available in 9 colors, including a gorgeous nude color which was tucked inside the gift bag, as well as lip gloss in 5 colors. The clever applicator is shaped like a traditional lipstick, but the color is pumped through a small hole in the top and this is what keeps your lipstick ever camera ready. The exceptional formula, which is enhanced with a smooth hint of mint scent, is lightweight, comfortable and moisturizing.

The speckled trout bite is getting better and better every day. The shrimp out in open water bays and lakes have got the attention of the birds from above and the trout below. Most of our clients have been getting their limits very quickly with popping cork rigs. Additionally, tossing a topwater like a SEBILE Ghostwalker and working it outside of the birds can produce quality, not quantity in 3-4 pound speckled trout, with an occasional bigger one. Most of the popping cork rigs are rigged with various swim baits, DOA Shrimp & Baitbusters, EXUDE shrimp & DARTS, and GULP Shrimp.

Nearly every bait-filled shoreline will also have slot and over slot-sized Redfish. Typically, we have been limiting on quality Reds within an hour. It hasn’t mattered whether you want to throw topwater, soft plastics or bait,..the Buras marsh Redfish are cooperating very well. Sightfishing opportunities are happening in certain areas, which means fly fishing opportunities with my favorite Rattle Rouser is happening too! It gives a new meaning to “Christmas in July!”
