Well, I finally got around to doing this, I guess I’ll give a brief overview. I’m going to go the entire month of December without masturbating. A little about me. I’m 23 and single, so this won’t be easy. I’ll be kicking it off tomorrow and updating every few days to monitor my progress and let you know what it’s like. Plus, how could I not document something like this? Anyway, we’ll see how it goes. This should be interesting.

Especialmente em Curitiba, com a formação das primeiras turmas de Cinema pela FAP/CINETVPR, os estudantes da sétima arte ganham foco e força, com produções independentes, colaborativas, e com a participação em festivais. O Cine Pinhão dessa semana volta a tratar desse tema, que tem revelado tantos talentos paranaenses no mercado de trabalho e no cenário do cinema nacional. O convidado que ajuda a compreender este tema é o cineasta e formando Alexandre Garcia, que, com seu filme Pastoreio, ganhou o prêmio de Destaque em Pesquisa de Linguagem do 14º Festival Brasileiro de Cinema Universitário, em 2009.

BOCA DEL RÍO, Ver., 23 de noviembre.- Dante Delgado propuso a la sociedad veracruzana un nuevo método de desarrollo, con un modelo de gobierno que estimule y aliente la participación ciudadana como protagonista de su propio desarrollo, a fin de lograr que Veracruz acelere su crecimiento y recupere los niveles de progreso y bienestar en los que se rezagó hace décadas.

En las instalaciones del World Trade Center y en presencia de los principales actores del partido Convergencia; como senadores, empresarios y sociedad civil, Dante Delgado Rannauro presentó su programa “Propuesta para el Desarrollo de Veracruz”,  descartando que sea su plan de desarrollo como gobernador. Contando con la presencia de Héctor Yunes Landa y José Yunes Zorrilla, Delgado Rannauro sorprendió al público al respaldar su presentación con animación 3D, bajo la explicación de un personaje digital llamado “Date”.

Al término de su propuesta gubernamental, el senador fue entrevistado y negó que sea éste su plan de gobierno, su destape pues, al manifestar una y otra vez que este es simplemente un bosquejo de lo que considera debe hacer quien esté al frente del gobierno de Veracruz para impulsar el Estado, más no respondió sí este acto fue un acto oficial de destape como candidato convergente a la gubernatura de Veracruz.

FAP (For All Parents) has begun a world-wide petition to ban videogames, claiming they are a mind-altering drug. This follows a recent incident in which a sixth grade pupil, Jenny Avery, went postal and attacked teachers and pupils alike whilst mimicking a videogame known as Mario Bros. The move has caused a controversial explosion globally and may prove to become the biggest issue of debate yet.

Though many have signed the petition, a group called FAG (For All Geeks) has risen and begun a counter-petition. It seems FAP have been severely outnumbered as FAP have 10,000 signatures to date whereas FAG have just under 50,000. The overwhelming majority may not be enough to settle this though, as FAP have many connections in governmental departments globally and carry a fair amount of influence.

The mysterious man referring to himself only as “Mr” sent an audio tape to all major press offices saying that there was no need for gamers to fear. ‘If this becomes an issue, I will step in. I have the resources to swat FAP down like an insect. I have moved governments before and will do so again as I set up my utopia. It would be no trouble for me to put my plans on hold to relieve us of this pest. FAP, I suggest you back down before your group is dissolved,’ Mr said on his tape.

FAP have refused to pass a rebuttal comment to Mr’s statement but they have not stopped pushing for the ban on videogames either. The governments of each country that FAP has approached have so far said that they will look into it, refusing to take sides in the matter just yet.

Indignarse y exigir explicaciones es una reacción justa, y creo que el pronunciamiento del Presidente Alan García fue prudente e inteligente; evitó responsabilizar directamente a Michelle Bachelet de estar involucrada en el espionaje.

Sin embargo, en su indignación y en su exigencia, hay mucho de hipocresía, como la que existe en los discursos de la mayoría de políticos tras la detención de Víctor Ariza Mendoza, confeso espía en favor de Chile. Puedo entenderlo de los llamados “civiles”, pero no de quienes alguna vez vistieron uniforme.

Sorprenderse de que en pleno siglo 21, un gobierno espíe a otro usando a su propia gente, no solo es iluso, es desalentador, pues evidencia el nulo conocimiento en estrategias de defensa y seguridad nacional. Vale, no es ético, pero no podemos esperar que el juego sea totalmente limpio, como la revelación de este caso lo está demostrando, y no me extrañaría que tengamos dos o tres chilenos trabajando para nosotros del otro lado de la frontera.  El problema es que reconocerlo sería ponerse la soga en el cuello, eso es lo hipócrita, lo político es indignarse y exigir explicaciones.

Lo ingenuo es creer que un Jefe del Estado se mantiene al margen de lo que hagan sus servicios de inteligencia. García se preocupó mucho en exculpar a Bachelet, incluso a sus ministros, y responsabilizó a sectores chilenos todavía pinochetistas. Cómo si Alberto Fujimori, en los noventa, tampoco hubiera sido informado de las violaciones a los derechos humanos que se producían durante su gobierno – quizás Bachelet tampoco leía Caretas -. García no sólo fue prudente, sino inteligente, pues de esta manera le dejaba la puerta abierta al gobierno chileno para que después de una disculpa honorable, continúe con sus inversiones en nuestro país, y aquí no pasó nada.

Pero Chile desaprovechó la oportunidad, y se cerró. El canciller Chileno Mariano Fernández no admitió si quiera la duda y negó de plano que su país realice espionajes. Los candidatos a la presidencia en Chile, al igual que los candidatos a la presidencia en Perú, han encontrado un excelente caballito sobre el cual montar sus campañas, porque si hay algo que pueda mover masas con tanta efusividad, es una bandera manchada.

No hubo disculpas, y parece que no las habrá, y ya hay quienes escuchan tambores.  Ojo, la guerra con Chile es una hipótesis perfectamente válida, es un supuesto que nos permite estar alertas a lo que sea que pueda suceder. La paz no se garantiza por sí misma, creer eso también es de ingenuos.

There is nothing like coming out of your bye week as a team – healthy, mentally rested and emotionally centered – to find your selves playing the Detroit fucking Lions. Granted, this is the Lions team that was leading the Vikings 10-0 at halftime in Detroit in week two and also the Lions team that almost beat the Vikings twice last year with an even worse team, but hey! It’s still the Lions! They’re worse than riding on some fat chicks, right?! Yes, they are. And Bill O’Reilly. And Notre Dame. Ew. Anyway, the Vikings are lucky enough to face these bottom lip nibblers at home in what I’m sure will be a raucous Metrodome crowd salivating at the opportunity to watch their favorite purple clad team go to 8-1, ensuring that they can’t finish under a .500 record and becoming AT LEAST four games better than the other teams in the division that suck horse balls. God, you teams are more painful to watch than a pap smear. So we got a big game coming up this weekend, which also starts a three game home stand. That means you need to keep your eyes out on the clubs and bars in the area, as I’m sure these travel accustomed athletes with millions of dollars will start getting restless around next weekend and will be looking forward to bringing some o’ dem white ladies home. Awwwwwww yyeeeaaaaahhhh!

Fuck you Calvin Johnson: There’s not much left that can be said about Detroit at this point besides that. Yeah, go fuck yourself right in the mouth Calvin. For as fantastic of a physical specimen as you are – and my fiancé will most surely tell you your abs are electric – you sure do like to suck it up more than a three dollar tramp. And to think, I wasted a perfectly good fantasy draft pick on you because I BELIEVED IN YOU. But no. You disgust me. You have failed not only me but you’ve also failed your miserable team that was dependant upon you to be the one dynamic offensive glitter-star on a team that smells like singed mullet hair. God damn you. So instead of helping your quarterback not look like a train is getting run on him every weekend by beating people for a jump ball, getting open on some easy patterns, or providing verbal and emotional support after he throws five interceptions, you decide to get in a hissy fit with him on the sidelines? I mean, I didn’t actually watch this alleged tiff happen live because no one watches a Lions game, but apparently this is 100% fact? You suck, Calvin. Is anything positive happening in Detroit? I mean, sure, the economy is going to shit and the city is decrepit and getting older by the day faster than Joan Rivers. But what else is going on to at least make you people happy in Detroit? Are you still upset about the Tigers getting beat by the most obnoxious group of upstarts Twins in that fabled game 163 in 2009? Has anyone heard anything positive happening with the Pistons? Man, those Flip Saunders days seem so far away now. And how about Michigan football? Sure, you’re better than last year (I think, I’m not wasting an entire morning looking up Big 10 stats though) but what does that mean? The Lions are better than last year too. Fact: they are still horrible. I will give you that your city has some players with cool names. Tate Forcier? Awesome. He sounds like the name of a French sex act. Calvin Johnson? Anyone named Calvin gets an approving wink from me, despite his dissapointing fantasy year. Rodney Stuckey? He sounds like a thug Englishmen, if there were such a thing. And UM’s coaches nickname is Rich Rod, which is like late 90’s Ray Ban cool. Sooooo … at least you have that going for you.

Remember at the beginning of the year when Mark Schlereth, Steve Young, Jaworski, Berman and every other fat fuck you can think of over at ESPN was sitting in front of a camera telling you that the Bears and Packers were so good that the NFC North division would come down between the two of them, despite the Vikings winning the North last year and only getting better? You may have noticed that while saying this, their eyes were rolling into the back of their heads because underneath the desks Mike McCarthy and Lovie Smith were giving these fuckers hummers like they’d never had. That’s the only explanation I can think of for why these fuck wads made such veracious and confident claims against the Vikings. Guess what, dick lickers? That Jay Cutler trade is looking like a bigger mistake than Robbin Williams career, the vaunted Bears defense looks to have more holes than Carlos Gomez’s bat and the Packers have crumpled under the scheme change pressure worse than a fetus in a trash compactor. Those teams fucking suck, raw red cock, and everyone can see it pretty clearly. And the Vikings? Probably the second or third best team in the NFC and easily favorite for the division. That’s a fair question. I thought Percy’s anger issues and attitude problems were common knowledge. In high school, he once flipped his shit and beat some kid up because they looked at him wrong, would always get into it with his coaches, and although Urban Meyer covered it up better than the Holocaust conspiracy at Florida, he was apparently a huge fucking headache there as well. Rumor from students was that he’d still flip his shit at practice and have weird mood swings often. A lot of this was allegedly due to his migraines, or more likely his stunted emotional growth from smoking so much ganj, but I think it’s hilarious because other than that he seems like a pretty damn well respecting young man. His public speeches, while filtered with “uhs” and whatever else due to nerves are very respectful, and damn if he isn’t kind of charming with his “Yes, sirs”. But you steal his kind nugs from him or deny him some white girl ass? WATCH OUT YOUR MOTHER FUCKER!

A healthy distraction from the game: I don’t know if this will actually be on during the game when the Vikings are up 56-3 on the Lions starting the third quarter, but if you are not or have not watched “The League” yet on FX, you most certainly need to do so. It’s like someone just started video taping my bros and my hoes and made a TV show out of my life I can so relate to it! Not really. But it is pretty hilarious. The line from last week’s episode of “It feels like 10 pounds of pudding” has made it into my daily lexicon already. The Eskimo Brothers term, as you have seen in the Mail Dump, has become quite popular. And last night’s episode of the young girl that loves to pick up her shit was absolutely darling! Who hasn’t thought about just lifting their own poop out of the toilet and giving it as a present to someone? Anybody? Regardless, it’s a great show. The only difference is that I have never cared so much about my team and leagues as these people seemingly do. They must be playing for “who gets to avoid the actual forced anal entry by the other players” at the end of the season award. I sure don’t have that trophy in my league, nor will we ever be playing for it. At least this year.

Timberwolves ladies are attractive: Don’t ask why, but I went to the Timberwolves game on Wednesday night. They lost, I know that, but I couldn’t tell you by how much or how the game actually got to that point. I don’t even think anyone from the surprisingly robust crowd was actually watching the game either. Luckily, we had one thing to look forward to that night because we got to do a meet and greet with the dancers as part of the Wolves ridiculous “Guys Night Out” ticket package. I got a free, horrible, hot dog, cheap piss tasting beer and the opportunity to even meet some NBA Cheerleaders! What more could just a bunch of guys, doing guy stuff, ask for?! Oh, no, I mean, besides like an actual team-win or anything. Or maybe not even a win, maybe just some life in the basketball team, some visible effort on the floor, an actual attempt to play defense against someone. Maybe just once. Nope, didn’t get that. But hey, the spank bank got filled to the brim with these dancers (who I am sure are all intelligent and lovely ladies, you pigs) and I also figured out the outfit I will be buying the special lady for Christmas! *fapfapfapfap*

Not surprising game predictions: So, the Vikings are favored by what, like 16.5 points? There is no way in Metrodome Magic that they actually pull that point spread out, but it would be ridiculous to think that they won’t win this game. I mean, would anyone be surprised if Favre actually decided to sit out the second half and we saw TarVar? In fact, if we don’t see TarVar during this game, I’m going to strangle a mule. He’s been noticeably absent from several games recently, and I think it is high time for the fans to become reacquainted with the jump pass. Also, although I don’t anticipate five interceptions fluttering into the waiting arms of Viking safeties, I do anticipate quarterback pressure and seeing Stafford making his O-face on his back most of the day. Of course, even that probably won’t stop him from passing for like 300 yards on this questionable Vikings defensive backfield, but the overall defensive play should be enough to make the Lions look like the Lions and ensure an eighth victory on the season for the Vikings. BOOM! Take it to the bank, we’re look at a 27-13 win for the purple.

 Explicitar de forma clara os principais objetivos, mudanças e implicações da nova metodologia do Fator Acidentário de Prevenção (FAP) para as empresas e os trabalhadores, além do impacto social para o país. Essa é a proposta do livro “Novo Seguro de Acidente – Novo FAP”, que será lançado nesta quarta-feira (11), no 9º andar do Ministério da Previdência Social.

O fator – criado em 2003 e aperfeiçoado para ser implementado em janeiro de 2010 – é um multiplicador que será aplicado às alíquotas incidentes sobre a folha de salários de 952.561 empresas, para financiar os benefícios concedidos aos trabalhadores decorrentes do Seguro Acidente do Trabalho (SAT).

A nova metodologia tem como principal objetivo incentivar a melhoria das condições de trabalho e da saúde do trabalhador, estimulando individualmente cada empresa a adotar políticas efetivas de saúde e segurança no trabalho, para reduzir a acidentalidade.

Organizada pelo diretor do Departamento de Políticas de Saúde e Segurança Ocupacional do Ministério da Previdência Social, Remigio Todeschini, e pelo professor e pesquisador da Universidade de Brasília Wanderley Codo, a obra faz uma retrospectiva sobre a legislação e os parâmetros de cobrança do Seguro Acidente, desde o início do século XX.

Também compara a tarifação coletiva – por setor econômico e por empresa – brasileira do SAT com a de outros países, como França, Itália, Espanha, Canadá, Argentina e Chile. Mostra ainda os impactos da nova política de cultura da prevenção acidentária em cada um dos grandes setores da economia nacional, como indústria, comércio, construção, transporte, saúde e serviços.

Os organizadores do livro participaram de todo o processo de definição da nova metodologia do FAP, desde 2007.

Da Redação (Brasília) – O Fator Acidentário de Prevenção (FAP), criado em 2003, foi reformulado, aperfeiçoado e será implementado em janeiro de 2010. A nova metodologia tem como objetivo incentivar a melhoria das condições de trabalho e da saúde do trabalhador, estimulando individualmente cada empresa a adotar políticas efetivas de saúde e segurança no trabalho, para reduzir a acidentalidade.

A maioria investiu na saúde e na segurança dos empregados. Do total de empresas, 92,37% (879.933) serão bonificadas na aplicação do FAP no ano que vem. Somente 72.628 empresas – ou 7,62% – terão aumento na alíquota de contribuição ao seguro acidente. O que significa que precisam ampliar os investimentos em saúde e segurança no ambiente de trabalho.

O FAP será atualizado anualmente por empresa para definição de bônus, na medida em que ela investir na redução da acidentalidade. O fator é um multiplicador de 0,5 a 2,0 pontos a ser aplicado às alíquotas de 1%, 2% ou 3% incidentes sobre a folha de salários de 952.561 empresas, para financiar os benefícios concedidos aos trabalhadores decorrentes do Seguro Acidente do Trabalho (SAT).

Isso significa que a alíquota de contribuição da empresa pode ser reduzida à metade para quem investir em saúde e segurança no ambiente de trabalho; ou até dobrar, para aquelas que não tiverem o cuidado de proteger os seus trabalhadores, expondo-os a maiores riscos.

O diretor do Departamento de Políticas de Saúde e Segurança Ocupacional, do Ministério da Previdência Social, Remigio Todeschini, explica abaixo os objetivos, as principais mudanças e implicações da nova metodologia para as empresas e os trabalhadores, além do impacto social para o país. A aprovação do fator resulta de ampla negociação entre representantes do governo, dos empresários, dos trabalhadores e dos aposentados.

Qual o principal objetivo do FAP?
Remigio Todeschini – Com essa nova metodologia, o governo quer investir fortemente na cultura da prevenção acidentária, para diminuir o custo e as drásticas consequências de acidentes e doenças do trabalho devido a condições insalubres e inadequadas oferecidas por alguns segmentos econômicos. Se a empresa tiver acidentalidade em sua subclasse econômica acima da média, em relação às demais empresas de seu setor, terá o adicional no seguro acidente. Quem estiver em posição inferior à média, terá bonificação. O governo está estimulando o trabalho decente, mediante investimento em ambientes laborais saudáveis e com segurança.

O fator já existia? O que mudou?
Remigio – O FAP começa a existir a partir de 2010. O que sempre existiu no Brasil é a tarifação coletiva por atividade econômica, em que as empresas pagavam uma taxa fixa, indistintamente. Essa política vigorou no Brasil desde a criação do antigo Instituto Nacional de Previdência Social (INPS), em 1966. A nova metodologia, negociada entre todos os segmentos envolvidos, aplica a tarifação coletiva sobre cada setor econômico, considerando o grau ou o risco de acidente. A empresa que estiver abaixo da média em seu setor terá a taxa coletiva diminuída; aquela que tiver acidentalidade maior, terá a taxa coletiva do SAT aumentada. Esse sistema, que combina tarifação coletiva com tarifação individual, existe na maioria dos países.

Como o FAP foi aprovado e como foi a negociação?
Remigio –A negociação durou 90 dias, no âmbito no Conselho Nacional de Previdência Social (CNPS), e dela participaram representantes do governo, dos empregadores, dos trabalhadores e dos aposentados. Quero ressaltar que a nova metodologia foi aprovada por unanimidade. Portanto, não é uma medida unilateral do governo. Foi uma decisão quadripartite.

O que muda para as empresas e os trabalhadores?
Remigio – As empresas terão de rever profundamente todos os seus programas de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho (SST) a partir de agora. Elas serão estimuladas a se preocupar mais com a melhoria da qualidade de vida laboral. O fator é mais um instrumento para as melhorias ambientais, pois servirá como instrumento para aperfeiçoar a atuação das Comissões Internas de Prevenção de Acidentes (CIPAs), que terão um papel ainda maior na redução da acidentalidade e no melhor conhecimento dos riscos ambientais no trabalho.

Quem de fato vai pagar mais?
Remigio – Pagarão sempre as empresas que tiverem média de acidentalidade superior ao do seu setor econômico por não terem investido em prevenção. Das 952.561 empresas que integram 1.301 subclasses ou atividades econômicas, 879.933 (92,37%) serão bonificadas, e 72.628 (7,62%) terão aumento do SAT. Portanto, mais de 90% de todos os setores econômicos serão bonificados. O importante é que as empresas com o acréscimo repensem melhor suas políticas de saúde e segurança para poder diminuir nos próximos anos os índices de acidentalidade. É bom destacar que, a partir de janeiro de 2010 – data em que a nova metodologia começará a ser aplicada -, 3,3 milhões de empresas do Simples Nacional ficarão isentas de qualquer contribuição ao seguro.

A nova metodologia aumentará a carga tributária das empresas?
Remigio – Não. As empresas sempre pagaram essa taxa nos últimos 40 anos. E o reenquadramento da Tabela da Tarifação Coletiva seguiu o padrão da antiga tabela, que vigorou de 1999 até maio de 2007. As empresas já pagavam essas alíquotas há muito tempo e essa contribuição para custear acidentes de trabalho é obrigação constitucional e legal dos empregadores, mundialmente. É a mais antiga contribuição social existente no mundo. E mais: comparando com vários países, a tarifação coletiva do Seguro Acidente do Brasil vai continuar sendo uma das menores entre todos os países. No Brasil, ela está distribuída em função da acidentalidade de cada setor, conforme mostram as recentes estatísticas de acidentes divulgadas pela Previdência Social brasileira. Ou seja, paga menos quem investe mais em prevenção.

Quais os custos da acidentalidade do trabalho para o país?
Remigio – Queremos, com essa medida, diminuir o custo Brasil, impedindo que a responsabilidade dos acidentes recaia injustamente somente sobre aqueles que investem e se preocupam com a saúde e segurança dos trabalhadores brasileiros. Para se ter uma ideia, em 2008, o custo com pagamentos de benefícios acidentários e decorrentes de aposentadorias especiais – insalubres, penosas e perigosas – representou R$ 11,6 bilhões. Valor que, multiplicado pelos custos indiretos (assistência médica, quebra de produção, reabilitação profissional etc.) chegou a R$ 46,4 bilhões, ou 1,8% do PIB Nacional. Para 2009, a estimativa desses gastos é da ordem de R$ 12,5 bilhões, que multiplicado pelos custos indiretos deve chegar a R$ 52 bilhões, quase 2% do PIB. Essa é uma conta feita pelas próprias empresas. E essa conta precisa ser justamente paga, para não prejudicar o desenvolvimento do país.

Qual será o impacto dessa nova política de prevenção para o Brasil?
Remigio – Precisamos incutir cada vez mais uma “mentalidade preventiva” em matéria de SST naqueles que são os grandes responsáveis pelo desenvolvimento do nosso país. Não tenho dúvidas de que vai crescer a expectativa de vida dos trabalhadores, com maior permanência no mercado de trabalho. Não podemos mais assistir impassíveis o aumento do número de benefícios acidentários, mortes ou invalidez, que têm impacto negativo nas famílias, na sociedade e nas empresas.

Quem ganha com o FAP?
Remigio – Ganham todos, os trabalhadores, que serão valorizados; a Previdência Social, os consumidores e a população, pois reduziremos o custo Brasil. E ganham as empresas, que poderão atuar de forma mais tranquila, além de terem à sua disposição mecanismos mais propícios e saudáveis para a competitividade entre elas. O bônus, portanto, será de todos.
