UBIQ is a brand I really started noticing last year after I spent a week in Tokyo (hands down the sickesttt city in the world! btw). I noticed their shoes everywhere and came damn near coppin’ a pair before I went and and dropped a couple hundo on an impulse purchase of some black ATO Matsumotos… (Found out after-the-fact that they’re the same joints Kanye wore in the “Stronger” video). Anywho.. this is a snapshot of their newest releases, pretty hot in my opinion, definitely a unique look. Whatchu think??

Let’s strip it down and expose what is going on here. In the Nephilim trilogy there is a scene in which a fallen angel shapeshifts in the same way this entity is shape shifting in Ireland. The statue comes alive, she opens her arms, a lovely pink cloak comes around her, there are stars above her head, she turned into Jesus, then to Padre Pio and then back to herself. This is purely demonic, plain and simple it is the work of the lying one. Remember we are told in the Guidebook to the Supernatural i.e. the Bible, that the enemy can appear as an angel of light. What is appearing in Ireland, fits this description exactly. Why would Mary shape-shift into Jesus and then Padre Pio? This is the work of the demonic and unless a person rebukes first and asks questions later they get sucked into it. Also, once again we see that no one is testing the spirit. It’s a very simple test. “Did Jesus come in the flesh?” The fallen ones go nuts over this and here’s why. They know that Jesus’ coming on the earth sealed their doom, trapped them in this dimension and the shedding of His blood, on Calvary defeated them. Why doesn’t anyone wield this powerful challenge?

This is another video of that apparition that is appearing over a Coptic church just outside Cairo, Egypt. What is remarkable is that this appearance is in broad daylight. You can hear the women wagging their tongues in their mouths, creating the shrill trilling sound that is found in Middle East Cultures. It seems to me that they are embracing the phenomena as real. And that’s the problem, isn’t it? I’ll say it again, If an angel appears and tells us another “good news,” let him be cursed. While so far we have not heard any messages like there were given in Fatima and other apparition sites, the phenomena is drawing thousands of people out to see it. Is this the Mary of the Bible? Of course not! Is this a sign from God. Well in a way it is, the “god” of this world is none other that fallen angel, the rebellious one, the father of lies, that serpent of old, Satan himself. Now some of you might roll your eyes at this. I can assure  you that this being is a demented genius bent on our destruction. His plan is to create signs and wonders that will deceive the elect if that were possible. It appears that he is doing so, with great success, just outside Cairo. We must learn to test the spirits, to rebuke first and ask questions later, to wield the sword of the spirit! Remember our weapons are not carnal! This is why unless a person is born again of the spirit and understands that we are in the middle of a supernatural battle that is raging all around us, they will fall prey to the deception. What is alarming is that the supernatural is ramping up. Laura, Hector and others made a comment that the veil has indeed been removed …

This video may be just a reflection as some have posted, a trick of the light a ray from the sun. Whatever is happening we can agree that the night video shows something that is beyond our physics, our understanding. An interesting point to consider is this, the local authorities shut down all the power in the area to make sure the apparition was not a projection of some kind. I’m going to post another video that was taken at night. This one is up close. I rest my case. Even the elect will be deceived is that were possible…. Wait till the enemy pulls out al the stops….

I’ve used the picture of the Alien Priest many times on this BLOG. There’s a good reason for it and it is the subject of today’s post. I linked to videos of the so-called Marian apparition that were manifesting in Egypt, last week. What I called your attention to and I will do so again here, is that both Moslems and Christians were standing shoulder to shoulder celebrating the phenomena. There was clapping and chanting in unison as all eyes were on the “light-show,” that was unfolding from the domes of the Coptic church. We are told in the Guidebook to the Supernatural, i.e. the Bible that, even the elect would be deceived if that were possible. In other words an event is going to transpire at a certain point in time that will fool most people, even the elect, if that were possible. Those of you who read this BLOG will not be fooled by the light-show and lying signs and wonders that will manifest in full, in the not-to-distant, future. At the moment we’re getting a smattering of phenomena, but it is real, burgeoning and not going away, is it? When I interviewed Ricky Sorrell for the Alien Interviews book, he commented that seeing a craft that he estimated to be over a mile wide was, overwhelming. Herein lies the roots of deception. When people see something that is outside their paradigm they have no point of reference and so, the experience can not only be overwhelming, but can serve as a spring-board that will change their world-view, what they believe. This is what is so pernicious about the apparition and other supernatural phenomena that are manifesting, because unless a person is rooted and grounded in the Guidebook to the Supernatural and is able to test the spirits and wield the sword of truth, they will be easily sucked in to all the hoopla, plain and simple. I recorded a program on the EDGE am last night and one of the topics we discussed was the idea that people will flock to a savior, in times of a global catastrophe. Just think of all the hype around the Obama campaign and a little over a year later we see that there is, no change we can believe in, as the largest, most expensive bill in the history of our nation, created behind closed door, passed in the Senate. How’s that for transparency! We also see the increase in troops in Afghanistan, following in the footsteps of the Bush administrations, “surge tactics.” Obama is a just a man and he certainly is not able to save anyone. I use him as an example of how millions of people put their faith and  trust in him only to have second thoughts a year later. When, not if the supernatural begins to manifest in full-blown view, it will most likely happen after a nuclear exchange in the Middle-east. At this point people will rush toward the so-called, Alien saviours to help us through this time of crisis. It will be the Fallen angels masquerading as aliens who will be given the status of priests, in this new world order and one religious system. I’m not making this up and that’s what is sobering to me, as it’s all written down in the Guidebook to the Supernatural. In closing, just like the Fatima apparitions in 1917 this recent  manifestation has the same result, in that it changes the way people think right down to their core beliefs. What will happen when 50 or 60, mile wide craft manifest over the cities of the earth? Is the Moscow pyramid UFO a harbinger of things to come? The Norway Lights? The hundreds of UFOs seen monthly? Then we have the reports coming out of the South pole indicating that  a 20 mile wide craft is headed out way? Remember even the elect will be deceived, if that were possible! The bottom line is, that these are the lying signs and wonders we are warned about….

Sparkling gems in their own times, they continue to glisten beyond their age, making their appeal everlasting. Each one a legend in her own right…

What are the most famous women of today celebrated for? Those held up as role models for the modern woman include actresses, singers, footballers WAGs (wives and girlfriends) and glamour models – all celebrated for their physical appeal. Very rarely will a woman be deemed ‘successful’ for other than what is really just superficial and then, as is often the case, when she ages and her physical features fade, she will fall out of favour with the media and younger women will replace her as the icons of their era. But Allah shows us in His Book that a woman is so much more than the outer shell that is her body. Our history is replete with examples of great women who were gems of their times and whose sparkling appeal is timeless. Islam demonstrates for us that the truly successful are those of integrity who fulfil the purpose of their creation and rise to the challenges that are presented to them throughout life with tenacity, thereby gaining the pleasure of their Creator and everlasting victory in the next life.

The Prophet Muhammad (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) said in an authentic Hadeeth, ‘The best women from the people of Jannah are Khadijah bint Khuwaylid, Fatima daughter of Muhammad, Aasiya bint Muzaahim – the Wife of Pharoah and Mary daughter of Imran, may Allah be pleased with them all.’(Musnad Ahmad).

In fact Allah specifically mentions two of these great women in the Qur’an, as role models for believing men as well as women. In Surah at-Tahreem Allah says,

And Allah has set forth an example for those who believe: The wife of Pharaoh, when she said: “My Lord! Build for me a home with you in Paradise, and save me from the Pharaoh and his actions, and save me from the people who are oppressors.

And Maryam, the daughter of Imran who guarded her chastity. And we breathed into the sleeve of her garment through our Ruh, and she testified to the truth of the words of her Lord and believed in His books and was of those who are obedient to Allah.

So what were the characteristics that made them worthy of such accolade?  What made Allah and His Messenger single out these women above all others? And more importantly, how can we benefit and learn from their example?

They affirmed the Truth immediately

When they heard the truth, they submitted without hesitation. We see from their stories that Mariam accepted the huge task of going through pregnancy and childbirth by herself unsupported by a man, and then of presenting her child to the people who would inevitably accuse her of being a loose woman; something she was so far from being, she was obedient to Allah’s command.Khadijah accepted Islam immediately and was the first Muslimah. When the Prophet returned from Mount Noor having received the first revelation from Angel Jibreel, it was Khadijah who immediately accepted his message and believed in him even though he himself was shaken by the event.

Today, there is a culture amongst us of ‘Fatwa Shopping’. In other words, when an Islamic ruling makes us feel uncomfortable, instead of saying ‘We hear and we obey’, we just go and ask someone who has another opinion until we find the opinion that is most akin to our own desires. We must become women who when faced with the truth in any matter, sincerely accept it and submit without hesitation.

They had a strong relationship with Allah

Their knowledge of Allah and His attributes made them close to Him. When the Prophet returned from the Cave of Hira, fearing something bad had happened to him Khadijah knew Allah would never forsake him. She said, ‘Allah would never humiliate you, for you are good to your relatives, you are true to your word, you help those who are in need, you support the weak, you feed the guest and you answer the call of those who are in distress.’ She knew that Allah is Just and does not humiliate the righteous. Aasiya knew when Pharaoh was torturing her to turn her from her faith, that Allah could hear her cries and her du’a, she asked Allah to build for her, with Him a house in Paradise. During her ordeal, Allah showed her house in Paradise to her, which made her smile, just as she was martyred at the hands of her husband. Mariam had such a close relationship to her Lord that he would provide her with the fruits of the Summer in the Winter and the fruits of the Winter in Summer. When the Prophet Zakariyyah (AS) saw this he quizzed her about the origin of the food she always had. She said, “This is from Allah. Verily, Allah provides sustenance to whomsoever He wills without limit.”

If we are to become close to Allah we too must have correct knowledge of Him and His names and attributes and mention Him often through dhikr. If we remember Him much in times of ease, only then will we be able to remember Him in times of difficulty.

They had a Prophet as their Murabbi

A Murabbi is someone who teaches and nurtures you.  Mariam’s guardian in Masjid ul Aqsa was the Prophet Zakariyah. He was her Murabbi since her childhood as she lived in the Masjid. Aasiya had Musa growing up with her and accepted the message that he taught her, Khadijah and Fatima had the Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) as their Murabbi and often, when Fatima found it hard to understand a particular situation that her father faced, he would teach her how she should view such a situation. He was continuously training her and giving her Tarbiyah. For example, one day when he returned from a journey and went to Fatima’s house, Fatima welcomed him and kissed his face, his mouth and his eyes and wept. ‘Why do you cry?’ the Prophet asked. ‘I see you, O Rasul Allah,’ she said, ‘Your colour is pale and sallow and your clothes have become worn and shabby.’ ‘O Fatima,’ the Prophet replied tenderly, ‘don’t cry for Allah has sent your father with a mission which He would cause to affect every house on the face of the earth whether it be in towns, villages or tents (in the desert) bringing either glory or humiliation until this mission is fulfilled just as night (inevitably) comes.’ He was constantly teaching her that there was more to this life than what was outwardly apparent and that the next life was the true one.

We must take the Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) and his Sunnah as our guide through life as the Prophets were the ultimate Murabbis. It is not enough for us to read books and extract knowledge from them alone. We need tarbiyah from a scholar and from teachers who can guide us, as scholars are after all the inheritors of the Prophets.

They had Qunoot

Allah describes the True Believing women as being Qaanitaat and described Maryam in particular as having the characteristic of Qunoot. He says in Surah Aal Imran, Aayah 43,

O Maryam! Submit yourself with obedience (Uqnuti) to your Lord and prostrate yourself, and bow down along with those who bow down.

Qunoot means to stand for long periods in prayer and this was particularly a characteristic of Maryam and Fatima. Qunoot also means to be devoutly obedient and to submit to Allah.

We must become true worshippers of Allah, not only striving to establish our prayers, but striving to concentrate and to lengthen our prayers, in particular, the Night Prayer (tahajjud). We must have soft hearts that accept Allah’s commands and obey him with devotion.

They supported the Believing men in their lives

Aasiya saved the baby Musa from Pharaoh and brought him up & believed in him. Mariam was pivotal to the message of Eesa and she brought him to the people as a sign from Allah. Fatima defended her father when the idolaters in Makkah threw the blood and carcass of a dead camel on her father’s back while he prayed. She removed the filth and stood up to the men who had attacked her father, only to be slapped in the face by Abu Jahl. Khadijah stood by the Prophet (saw) and spent her wealth for the sake of his message.  She endured the difficult boycott period when the Muslims and their supporters were forced to dwell in a valley away from the people of Makkah and were refused food or trade. The Muslims used to eat the leaves of the trees due to the extreme state of poverty they were in. Khadijah endured these hardships and stood by the Prophet (saw).

We must support our men folk and help them to be real men. We must stand by them in times of difficulty and strengthen them when they feel weak in their faith. It’s amazing the effect that a woman can have on a man’s self-esteem and confidence. Insha Allah, we will be rewarded for helping our men to be better servants of Allah.

They had Courage

Fatima was often seen in the wars that the Muslims fought, treating the wounded and stood up to Abu Jahl when he attacked the Prophet (saw). Mariam had the courage to bring Eesa to people after her difficult ordeal. She knew they would accuse her of being unchaste, yet she bravely obeyed Allah’s command. Khadijah had the courage to follow and encourage the Prophet (saw) in his mission even though she endured hardship due to it. Aasiyah courageously stood up to Pharaoh, the greatest tyrant of that time refusing to become a disbeliever.

We have to be prepared to do difficult things in our lives. We must have the courage to speak out to defend the oppressed and to tell people about our deen without watering it down and we must be prepared to sacrifice anything for the sake of the truth.

They had Istiqaamah and Sabr

Istiqamah means to stand firm upon the straight path and sabr is patient perseverance. In other words, they tenaciously held on to the truth come what may. Asiyah stayed firm upon the Deen of Musa throughout her torture and martyrdom. Mariam had sabr when facing her peoples’ accusations and stayed firm throughout the tests she faced. Khadijah and Fatima endured the three-year boycott that was imposed on them and went through the persecution of Makkah and kept their Imaan.

We live in a time when we need Istiqaamah. We need to stay true to the message of the Prophet Muhammad (saw) and not be tempted to dilute our Deen in order to appease other people. It will mean being patient and displeasing people sometimes, but ultimately we will have pleased Allah and he will give us success.

They had Tawakkul (Reliance Upon Allah)

When she was being persecuted for worshipping Allah, Aasiya’s reliance upon Allah made her stay firm upon Imaan and not yield under the intense pressure. Although Fatima faced poverty and physical hardship after her marriage to Ali to the point that her hands became rough and her face changed colour due to the physically demanding work she was doing, she was not allowed to receive Zakah and was not granted a servant when she wanted one. Instead the Prophet taught her and Ali to say Subhan Allah 33 times, Alhamdulillah 33 times and Allahu Akbar 34 times. He reminded them that Allah was the One who would make things easier for them so they should put all of their trust in Him. All four of the women persevered in the tests they faced due to their reliance upon Allah and knowledge that He would make their affairs right.
We must learn to truly have tawakkul in Allah and trust that after we have done our part, Allah will make everything turn out right as long as we are conscious of Him. They had Zuhd (were not attached to the life of this world)

The Prophet (saw) once told Fatima to remove the gold bangles she was wearing as he wanted to teach her not to desire this life. She immediately removed the bangles and gave them away in charity. Khadijah spent her wealth in supporting the da’wah (call) during the Makkan period, she gave up her status as one of the most noble and esteemed women of the Quraysh in order to stand by the Prophet. Aasiya could have had a life of luxury as she was married to the richest and most powerful man in the world. She gave up the material delights she could have enjoyed if she complied with Pharaoh’s wishes. Yet she chose what was with Allah over this worldly life.

We must be willing to give up all we have for the sake of Allah. We must avoid joining in the race to have the best and latest commodities and realise that what is with Allah is so much more.

Let us follow in their footsteps and remember their example through the journey and trials of life.

Your adversary, the devil, is called by other names: Satan (Rev. 20:2; etc.), the tempter (Mt. 4:3; etc.), the father of lies (John 8:44), the false accuser of the brethren (Rev. 12:10), the avenger (Psa. 8:2) and the evil one (Mt. 13:19; etc.). These additional names of him are graphic and speak volumes of his wicked character. He is real. He is not imaginary. He is not in hell yet. The Lord Jesus dialoged with him! He is the chief antagonist (or enemy) of man. In fact, he is your vicious arch enemy, if you know it or not. It is to your advantage to become aware of the facts related to him.

This aggressive and scheming foe has one main goal for you, your family and friends—“to devour.” That includes various serious problems in this life and damnation in eternal fire afterwards! He will do his best to take you down. Christians are NOT exempt and must do the following for protection and survival:

Be self-controlled and alert. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. (1 Pet 5:8)

Those spiritual preventatives cited are clear and twofold: (1) Be self-controlled; (2) Be alert to his clever schemes designed to deceive and destroy. 1 Peter 5:9 also says:

Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that your brothers throughout the world are undergoing the same kind of sufferings.

We must also RESIST THE DEVIL. That means his thoughts, goals, ambitions, desires, etc., which are all temptations in various forms—some very subtle. All Christians are troubled by him. If you are a real Christian, you are not alone.

Another truth about this is: he will downplay sin in one fashion or another and try to make you think disobedience to God is to your advantage, as he did with Eve. He knows sin brings forth spiritual death to the righteous, but will spread the opposite message (lie) to others about this.

If you are wise, do NOT give the devil an opportunity to tempt or lead you away from God:

And do not give the devil a foothold. (Eph 4:27)

After the devil finished tempting Jesus, he left for an opportune time (Luke 4:13). That shows he knows when one is weakened and/or greatly discouraged and more prone to yield to him. Here is an actual testimony regarding this and how the devil came to a person who was lost in the wilderness of Alaska and thought he would die:

In the woods, I found a regular white paper plate and I wrote out my last will—a note to my wife and two kids and I hung it inside that cabin on the wall so that when somebody found my bones sometime, they’d know who I was and who to get a message to. I can’t remember what convinced me that I wouldn’t go on much longer. I climbed into my sleeping bag. I was shaking so bad that I couldn’t fall asleep. I must have at some point, and this figure came through the wall. It looked like some kind of a large dog’s head, just an image with a foaming mouth. And it knew my name and it talked to me directly. And it said, “Are you cold enough yet, Mike? Are you hungry enough yet, Mike? I can get you out of here.” And I said, “I reject it,” I said. “I’ll never turn my will over to you.” And the figure went away and it got semi-light in the cabin. I felt warm. I felt full. And I slept til ten o’clock the next morning. Slept like a baby. And the next two days, I was just kind of okay with everything. Whatever happened was gonna happen.

Besides all of that, in Job we learn that the devil can manipulate circumstances and people to tempt. In fact, he even put his evil wishes into the mouth of Job’s own wife to speak to him at his lowest point! He is a merciless, formidable foe and nothing less. You need the whole armor of God to stand against him (Eph. 6:11-17). This is not glorifying the devil, but making people aware of who you are dealing with and declaring the truth.

Strangely, Satan even tempted the Lord Jesus by quoting Scripture, which referred to God and mentioned his angels. The devil can be very religious if necessary! Did you know that? He said:

“If you are the Son of God,” he said, “throw yourself down. For it is written: ‘He will command his angels concerning you, and they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.’” (Mat 4:6)

Again, the devil can quote Scripture and will, if necessary, as he tries to get you into unbelief, discouragement, deception and/or sin. His thoughts, suggestions and imaginations might come gradual or abruptly, but he gives them to devour spiritually. He is malicious and deceitful to the core. You must guard yourself or you will be his victim too.

Though that is disturbing to know about our chief spiritual adversary, it is an important truth! You must monitor the thoughts you ponder:

We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ. (2 Cor 10:5)

To make matters even worse, false teachers can quote Scripture too and there are many who do that! Therefore, we must make sure Scripture is not used out of context. To do this we must consider the verses before and after the verse in question. Also, when trying to arrive at the proper interpretation of Scripture, we must consider all verses on any given subject.

Surprisingly, Satan can also transform himself into looking like an angel from God. The Bible says:

And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light. (2 Cor 11:14)

In other words, the devil can disguise himself to appear as an angel of God. This explains alleged visions in Mormonism, Catholicism and Seventh-Day Adventism. The crux of the messages found in those visions contradicts the other visions found in these other groups! In other words, the visions in Mormonism contradict visions in Catholicism which also contradict the visions in Seventh-Day Adventism. Since God does not change (Mal. 3:6; Jam. 1:17), it is logically impossible for the source of all these visions to be God, especially since they have an unscriptural message! They are from the devil, even if there are great miracles associated with them. The devil is trying to devour through that form of deception.

If even an angel from heaven would declare a salvation message different from that found in Scripture, that angel is not only wrong but accursed for doing so:

But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached to you, let him be eternally condemned! (Gal 1:8)

Dear reader, don’t just accept any plan of salvation that varies from the message found in Scripture, even if an angel named Moroni allegedly came to a person named Joseph Smith, Jr., or a personage claiming to be Mary appeared and declares that she is “the way” to God, as occurred at Fatima, Portugal. Scripture clearly declares Jesus is the only way to the Father (John 14:6). Since Jesus is “the way,” Mary can’t be.

The devil’s end will not change by his malicious work and hurting others, yet he continues on. He will still go to the lake of burning sulfur in the end:

And the devil, who deceived them, was thrown into the lake of burning sulfur, where the beast and the false prophet had been thrown. They will be tormented day and night for ever and ever. (Rev 20:10)

Eternal fire beyond the grave was prepared for “the devil and his angels”:

Then he will say to those on his left, “Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels.” (Mat 25:41)

The same fire that will claim the devil and his angels will also torment people who die in a spiritually lost condition:

Dear reader, do not be deceived: There is no reincarnation! There is no second chance after death! Lord Jesus, the ultimate authority on all spiritual matters, taught a judgment and an afterlife in either a paradise environment or eternal fire. Also, there is no Purgatory or annihilation of the wicked, according to the Lord Jesus. He taught there are only two roads, two gates, two destinies and two groups of people (Mt. 7:13,14).

The Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of God

Christianity, for all good purposes & intent, is governed by the Holy Bible – the Word of God. All religious practices as such must be in full accord of the Bible, not manmade, conceived & concocted to suit man’s ideology & convenience.

With one billion people all over the globe adoring & praying to Mary,

does that signified it’s biblical?

I had both my primary & secondary schooling at St. George’s Institution, Taiping, Malaysia, where we were much indoctrinated with the Catholic concept of religion. I had a rosary blessed by Pope Paul & it was a great thing . . . lots of Holy pictures, Catholic tracts just some of my memorabilia. Without sounding audacious, even today I can ratter off “Hail Mary” without effort. Saying the rosary was kind of a ritual & permanent habit. I never really gave much thought about what I was saying or to whom I was addressing.

During my college days in UK, I made it a point not to miss out visiting Fatima in Portugal & Lourdes in France. These were the two places that Mary made her physical appearances & which have become great tourist attractions & places of pilgrimage.

When young you learn & accept things without much questioning. If millions & millions of people are practising what’s been taught & advocated, it must be the right thing, so you think.

With due respect, we must really have the opportunity to question (no Bibles were made available for our use or recommended for reference), study & research for proofs & evidences before acceptance. Man after all is fallible! But to be guided by the Bible (the Word of God), needless to say, is the sure thing!

Because of time & space restriction here, we shall concentrate on the salient parts & the essence of the Bible pertaining to the position of Mary. That Mary was “blessed among women & blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus” is undisputed. But “Holy Mary” (which implies sinless or not subject to the pull of humankind) & “Mother of God” are nowhere to be found mentioned as such in the Holy Bible. It is thus ironic that a billion of the world’s population pray & adore her as an “intercessor”, “Holy Mary” & “Mother of God.”

Mary is depicted in various ways, standing alone with a halo on her head, holding baby Jesus, or as a family with Joseph & Jesus. Shrines were erected in Lourdes & Fatima with claims of her appearing in visions. All chapels & catholic churches have statues of Mary.

Who is this Mary? Is she Mary, the mother of Jesus, spoken of in the Bible? Does God’s Word support praying to her? Does she intercede on behalf of Christians? Is this the “queen of heaven” mentioned in the Bible?

Mary was a young Jewish girl engaged to Joseph, a carpenter. Like any young woman, she probably had her life planned: marriage, bearing children, raising a family, growing old with Joseph . . . totally unprepared that she was selected to experience a monumental life-changing event – a major step that would be part of the overarching Plan of God affecting all peoples . . . past, present & future.

Suffice for me to end here. There’s absolutely no evidences in the Bible that support her Godly status, other than what she was. I am not dissuading you from your belief, but to tell you not to accept all things blindly. I have given you sufficient food for thought.

Think about it . . . if Christ’s mother was “holy” or “sinless,” surely Jesus would have mentioned it, yet He did not. Jesus had at least three other brothers & two sisters – seldom highlighted. Please check your Bible.

Today is Eid Mubahila (Feast of the Cursing Contest), a Shia Islamic festival. It commemorates a meeting between the Prophet Muhammad and a delegation of Christians from Najran in southern Arabia (today’s Yemen).

The meeting took place on the ninth year of Hijra. The Prophet had sent embassies to various part of Arabia bidding its inhabitants to become Muslim. The city of Najran had an extremely obstinate Christian population who refused to convert. Muhammad sent a letter to Najran to invite them to convert or pay jizya (tax for nonbelievers), and they sent a delegation headed by Abbot Abdul-Massih Aqib, Bishop Abdul-Harith ibn Al-Qama and Monk Sa’id to Medina. The account says that they changed into silk robes and gold rings before meeting the Prophet, and that he would not meet with them until they changed back into their humble clothes.

The delegation questioned Muhammad about the nature of Jesus. The next day, he returned with this God-given verse:

The likeness of Jesus before God is as the likeness of Adam. He created him of dust, then he said to him, ‘Be!’ and he was. This is the truth from your Lord, so be not of the disputers. And if anyone disputes with you after that knowledge has come to you, then say: ‘Come let us call our sons and your sons, and our women and your women, and ourselves and yourselves, then let us pray earnestly, and pray for the curse of God on the liars. — Qur’an 3.59–61

Basically, that Jesus is just as Adam in God’s sight, a created prophet, and that the dispute should be settled in prayer, calling on God to judge the liar with a curse. The Najranites agreed to this spiritual combat.

On the day set (24 Dhul Hijja), Muhammad came out carrying Hussain, with Hassan holding his finger, and Fatima and Ali walking behind. When the Najranites saw the holiness glowing in their faces they chose not to pray against them, settling to pay jizya each year. Thus, according to Islamic sources, Islam proved itself against Christianity.

It’s a bit one-sided to leave there, especially because I’m Christian. The Christians of Najran had a long history of inter-religious conflict, most famously suffering massacre in the sixth century.

During the sixth century, Arabia Felix (Yemen) was a major border area between the Byzantine and Persian spheres of influence. Close ties with Ethiopia and the spread of Judaism through both regions created a complex demographic. The conversion to Christianity of Negus Caleb of Ethiopia tipped the balance in favour of the growing Christian community in Ethiopia and southern Arabia. The Najranite persecution is placed firmly on the shoulders of Dhu Nuwas, renamed Yusuf Asar, usurper King of the Himyarites, and convert to Judaism. His anti-Christian policies, and siege of Ethiopian outposts in the coastal areas of his kingdom, led to the amphibious assault of southern Arabia by the Negus’s troops, which led to the short-lived dominance of the Christian religion in pre-Islamic southern Arabia. There are a number of Himyarite and Ethiopic inscriptions that support the general background historicity. And the polemical writings of Simeon of Beth-Arsham, preserved in Syriac and Garshuni (Arabic in Syriac script), give us the most full account of the martyrdom of the Christians at the hands of Yusuf Asar Dhu Nuwas (and there’s one really good tale in there, that I should tell sometime).

Islam came into an Arabia that was being torn apart by bigger powers, and religion was an integral part of their political games. Where Yusuf Asar Dhu Nuwas’s religious revolution failed in its brutality, Muhammad’s religious revolution was successful in its reasoned arguments and prayerfulness. May we live in peace, and God judge the right.

I never thought I’d have UFO and Lady of Fatima in the same Title.  It was brought to my attention that the mysterious blue light in Norway caused by the misfired Russian ICBM may be a sign first revealed by the revelation of Our Lady of Fatima  to three Portuguese shepard children in 1917.

She appeared to the children three times in 1917.

The most famous sighting may be the one that took place on this day (May 13) in 1917 in Fátima, Portugal. As the World War raged throughout Europe, three Portuguese children—Francisco and Jacinta Marto, ages 9 and 7, and their cousin Lucia Dos Santos, age 10—were building a wall in the fields when their play was interrupted by a flash of lightning.

The lady at Fatima disclosed three secrets to these children in 1917.  They were revelations about geopolitical events that will take place during the years of 1950-2010.  The lady said that when a mysterious light is witnessed in the sky, this means a  terrible war is about to begin.

Scapula, Rosary, Water, Rice, and Beans should do the trick.

DO NOT FEAR!  This is not the end of the world.  There is something beautiful for those that can survive.  My best advice is to gather some water, rice, beans, and pray.

Even if 2010 is not the beginning, these are still good things to have!

The Guide-book to the supernatural tells us that in the time of the end there will be great signs from heaven. Here is the quote:

Luk 21:11 And there will be great earthquakes in various places, and famines and pestilences; and there will be fearful sights and great signs from heaven.

It has now been 24 hours since I BLOGGED about the lights that were seen in Norway. I took another look at the videos and here are some questions that I raise. Where is the debris if it is a rocket? Why are the concentric circles so perfect? Why does the source of the light appear to be coming from the earth? You will notice from the picture above that the blue beam of light is very narrow where it touches the earth and then expands upwards. Is this some sort of holographic light show? Is it a sign in the heavens as the Guide-book tells us will appear in the last days? Is it just a rocket as I was quick to point out yesterday? Lot’s of questions and sitting in the mountains just outside of Los Angeles, it’s going to be difficult to get real answers. I guess what bothers me, now that I’ve had a day to ruminate on the Norway Lights, is this. What is causing the black hole in the middle of the phenomena? That being said, here are some alternative explanations for your consideration.

1. Is this the re-emergence of the Star of Bethlehem that Benjamin Creme has been promulgating? Will Share International cash in on what was seen in Norway and claim it as the star? I’m going to call Share International today and see what they have to say.

2. Is this UFO related? Are we looking at some kind of signal, the beginning of disclosure?

3. Was this staged by someone with a laser light show, or perhaps it’s an holographic image?

4. Is this a genuine sign that the Guide-book tells us will happen in the last days?

5. The phenomenon was indeed caused by a rocket that spiraled out of control.

We are warned that signs in the heavens will occur in the last days. For those of you who are new to this BLOG, I don’t believe that what appeared in Zeitun was the Mary of the Bible. I think it was a precursor of the signs and wonders that will lead us into the coming Great Deception. That being said, Benjamin Creme has been pushing the re-emergence of the Star of Bethlehem as a giant UFO mother-ship and people all over the world have taken videos’ of strange lights in the sky. Is this the star? No, it isn’t, what happened 2000 years ago was a rare conjunction of the planet Jupiter with Venus as it passed by Regulus, in the constellation of the Lion, Leo. While the Norway Lights might be a rocket spiraling out of control, it could also be the beginning of first contact. One thing is for sure. The story received international attention. I like to watch youtube.com vlogs.  For me, it is easier to understand the mysteries of the world through the perspective of others. I subscribed to this guys channel some months ago. Increasingly, I watch his videos with anticipation. He had a particularly interesting video about the strange blue light witnessed in the Norwegian sky on December 9th, 2009.

Is Russia testing its weaponry during Marian dates or are its weapons frequently tested and simply failing during Our Lady’s feast days?

Last December 8 2009, Feast Day of The Immaculate Conception, millions of Norwegians were startled to see a strange light formation over Norwegian skies. According to news agencies this was created by a malfunctioned Russian ICBM fired from the White Sea. I believe them and my concern is this – why on this very day (Feast of The Immaculate Conception)?

A few months ago, in October 7 2009, Feast Day of The Most Holy Rosary, another bizarre sky formation was witnessed by millions in Moscow. The phenomenon happened in broad daylight which some say could have been the effects of a Russian weapons test.

There are those within the UFO community that are calling for full disclosure of what the United States knows about the so-called extraterrestrial presence. I have posted that the hold up may be a remnant of the old guard, left over from the Truman era, that put into place the way the UFO phenomena would be revealed, or not revealed to the public. What has changed in the last decade is that some governments, France, Belgium, Mexico, the U.K, and now Brazil, have released what was once classified documents about UFOs. One would think that the average Joe on the street would have found such “disclosure” monumental. Sadly this is not the case. In fact most people aren’t aware that the countries I listed above released information regarding the phenomena. None-the-less, the release of these documents has been disclosure of a sort. While it may not be the big smoking gun that we are waiting for, bodies, craft, or our president holding a special news conference to announce that we are not alone, it is at least something. I still maintain that disclosure will come only when it is in the best interest of the so-called aliens. As I have stated publicly numerous times, full disclosure will happen when some event, like a nuclear bomb being detonated somewhere, creates the greatest collective fear the world has ever known since its creation. When they finally reveal themselves they will be presented as our savours, here to help us through this pivotal time in our evolution. I think most people will embrace them, once they get over the initial shock. This event will be the great deception that I keep harping about. I will point again to the events of Fatima as a harbinger of what we might expect. Fatima was a religious event that happened in 1917. The hallmark, of the event was the so-called miracle of the sun. The sun allegedly descended on the crowd and then returned to its natural position in the sky. Here’s the rub for me. Many witnesses described the event, and the subsequent miracle of the sun, as a dull, silver disc. I interpret this as a UFO! What if the miracle of Fatima was prelude to the coming deception? As I have Blogged about before, the Vatican in recent years has distanced itself from Fatima. I want to make it clear that I’m not trying to bash Catholics here, but reveal what might be deception of the most dramatic kind. The point I’m making is that most people were so shaken by what they experienced that their world view was changed in an instant. It will be the same for us when huge mother ships, like the one that Ricky Sorrels encountered in Stephenville Texas, appear over the cities of the world. It will overwhelm us….

Now on another note, and this link came from the comment section, it seems our pal in Iran, president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has stated that the United States is preventing the appearing of the Mahdi. Ahmadinejad believes that the revealing of the Mahdi will bring world peace under his rule, but in order to have him manifest there must first be a time of chaos. Is this why the Iranians are going headlong into building the bomb? Do they embrace an apocalyptic scenario that they want to see fulfilled? What I find interesting and I wrote about this in P.P.&S. is that if there is an event in the Middle East that is a fulfillment of the prophecy of Ezekiel 37 & 38, then might this trigger supernatural events, i.e. the revealing of the so-called extraterrestrial presence? Remember I’m saying this well ahead of time. I’m on the record with this scenario and I believe it will happen in the not-to-distant, future. Full Disclosure will happen when the Luciferians deem it is to their utmost advantage. The Guide-book to the Supernatural tells us that in these last days….

Even the elect will be deceived if that were possible …. coming with all signs and lying wonders…. men fainting from fear of what is coming on the earth….

Bottom line for me is that it’s all connected and I think we’re a lot closer to full disclosure than anyone can imagine.

Dina Caliente could remember her daughter’s funeral as though it was happening around her at that very moment. Davina’s minimalist ceremony had taken place on a cold yet sunny day in Spring – one of those annoying juxtaposing days that could only occur to tick Dina off.

She had taken Fatima to the ceremony in her arms.

Eve, however, was taken by her new mother. The mother who had to replace Davina. The mother who had been looking for a child for years. Dina had offered to take Eve as well, but they didn’t want a more ‘mature’ lady to be looking after two young, demanding girls.

The funeral was quiet and solemn. Davina hadn’t wanted a fuss, and Dina couldn’t afford a fuss. They each paid their respects and left quietly, yet all Dina could think about was whether or not the girls knew what was happening. Did they know their mother had died? Did they know who had murdered her?

Adam shivered as he awoke from his nap. He’d been dreaming again – no, not dreaming: he’d been having the nightmare again. He hadn’t had it for a while, but it was haunting his sleep once more.

But could he call it a nightmare? It wasn’t a figment of his imagination. Whenever he closed his eyes and drifted off to sleep he saw her, he saw Davina. The woman he had loved.

Ithad been many years since he’d felt her lips upon his. Her skin grazing against his chest, her hair tickling the nape of his neck. He hadn’t heard her chiming laughs, her angellic tears, her soft gasps.

She had moved in with him a few months after she left Fatima at her mother’s home up the road. Dina had no idea she was living a stone’s throw away from her, and Davina preferred it that way. She couldn’t handle her mother, her constant worrying, her pathetic concerns, her senile mind. She wanted to be free, to be loved, to be young again.

Ever since having two children in her teens she hadn’t experienced youth: she hadn’t had a life since their birth. They were her life. But now she only had one, and that was fine by her. Dina wanted to keep Fatima – one less problem as far as Davina was concerned.

“I love it!” Davina squealed as she swished through the hallway in the gown Adam had bought her, its details shimmering in its newly bought glory. “It’s perfect!”

“You’re perfect,” Adam smiled as he walked over to her. She was practically shining with happiness, something that enriched his life.

Their kiss sealed the deal: completed the shared enjoyment floating through the air like a thick gas.

She didn’t see what was coming next. She didn’t expect him to get down on one knee.

Her heart shuddered inside her chest and she suddenly felt very cold and very exposed. Why was she standing there in that dress? She looked a fool: she looked like a woman in love. She’d done this: it was her fault.

“Don’t do this,” she said without thinking. It fell from her lips like vomit. She should have said something else – anything else.

“There’s someone else…” he said as though it was to be expected, as though it was stupid to even consider that she might love him.

“No, not at all!” She blurted. “I just don’t think i’m ready for…that, that’s all.”

“Well what more do i need to do? I’ve done everything i can! You’ve moved in here, you told me you loved me! I spent a killing on that dress – i’ve even put up with your bloody kid! What more do you want Davina?”

“There’s nothing you can do Adam! You’re lovely i’m just not…there yet – surely you understand that?”

“No i don’t – i don’t see what else there could be? Why aren’t you ready? There has to be someone else!”

“That’s totally unfair Adam, you know i’d never cheat on you – how dare you even suggest such a thing!” Davina’s voice was thickening, her eyes were blurring. Was she crying? Was she shedding tears over him?

He was bubbling inside, his blood was growing hotter and hotter by the second. His veins felt like they were melting, cracking, popping under the pressure of his rising anger. He needed to control himself. He needed to calm down.

“If this is how mature you are then perhaps i’m doing the right thing anyway!” Davina said stubbornly as though she was a princess throwing a tantrum and stamping her feet.

That’s when Eve, who was sitting at the top of the stairs patiently awaiting her mother as the sun began to rise over the town, heard the slap as Adam’s hand met her mother’s face.

That’s when Adam lost control.

She ran upstairs and he ran in to the kitchen. He needed to get something. Something stupid. Something that would change everything.

She stared at the balcony which stood outside their bedroom. She could get out there, she could jump off maybe? She could lower herself down and go for help…but what about Eve?

Adam had the knife. He had the power.

Something inside him was rupturing and eating him out. Something was taking over, he couldn’t see or think straight. He couldn’t even remember her name.

She put Eve down on the balcony and smiled at her reassuringly – everything would be okay in the end. Adam would come to his senses. Everything was going to be fine.

Yet she still screamed for help as Adam got closer. She yelled and howled with all her might until her lungs were burning.

She begged him to stop – to reconsider. To think about Eve, about Fatima. They needed their mother.

And yet he still put the knife in to her belly eighteen times. He even watched Eve as he did so.

Eve didn’t understand.

Someone had heard Davina’s screams. Someone had heard them. But it was too late. The only justice would be in Adam’s incarceration – twenty years in an institute, of which he served fifteen.

Eve didn’t understand. She just wanted her mummy to wake up and cuddle her like she used to.
