I love being there. I love this yearly festival. No matter how long I have been away, I can come to feather fiesta days and see an abundance of familiar faces. During the day there is a parade filled with floats from different local businesses and schools, all throwing candy while the children scramble to gather it. I would have loved to captured images to share but I had set up shop in the crafters area and stayed there the whole time.

But I enjoyed the sight of my own colorful craft booth and have photos to share

My roommate came and helped me out for a while, so I was in good company
