By now, most readers are familiar with the story of how a Virginia couple, Michaele and Tareq Salahi, crashed the White House State Dinner last Tuesday evening. President and Mrs. Obama were entertaining Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in the first official State Dinner of the new administration. The Salahis were not on the invited guest list, but were still allowed to walk right into the White House. They even had face-to-face conversations with both President Obama and Vice President Joe Biden. Photographs of the Salahis with the President and Vice President have been published in numerous newspapers and on hundreds of web sites.

I wonder if the American people are thinking this episode through? Think of it: in the post-9/11 world, a world that has invented the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), body scanners, retina readers, the Patriot Act, hundreds of laws and regulations restricting the freedoms and liberties of the American people, thousands of cameras photographing our public movements, and satellite spy devices, a couple can walk right into the White House and meet the President and Vice President without being invited!

Is there something wrong with this picture, or what?

I well remember what I had to go through when I was an invited guest of then-Vice President George H. W. Bush at the White House. My wife and I joined several others for a luncheon with Vice President Bush and his wife, Barbara. Later that day, we were in a crowd of several hundred who got to meet President Ronald Reagan. Needless to say, security was tight.

Upon arriving, we had to show the proper credentials to White House security, along with a photo ID and the personal invitation that had been sent to us ahead of time. I remember how some of the folks who had actually received invitations were denied entrance due to bureaucratic mix-ups or unintentional lapses in proper protocols. And these were people who really did have an invitation to be there. I can tell you this: there was absolutely no way that an uninvited person could have gained access to the White House that day. And remember: that was nearly two decades BEFORE 9/11!

That an uninvited couple could be granted access to the President and Vice President in this day and time is more than a “fluke.” It betrays something much deeper.

For the last 8 years, the American people have been told they must sacrifice certain liberties in order that the federal government might protect them. And for the most part, the American people have been happy to accommodate this incessant intrusion into their personal liberties. They know the feds are monitoring their emails, personal phone conversations, and even their personal letters when received from overseas. They have sat silently as their banking institutions have monitored and reported virtually any and all financial transactions to the federal government. In today’s super-security world, one cannot even cash a check without showing the bank teller his or her driver’s license, which is recorded and made available to the feds. Sometimes, we are even required to provide our thumbprints. Beyond that, even certain service personnel that must come into our homes to provide in-home repair services, home inspections, or general services are often required to report what they see to various law enforcement authorities. All of this is done in the name of “national security.”

All the while, America’s federal buildings today more resemble castles of ancient Europe than they do buildings that house the people’s servants. Concrete barriers along with super-reinforced, “bomb proof” structures remind one of castles of old, with their guard towers and crocodile-filled moats. Today, people must walk through metal-detectors and surrender their pocketknives to even visit their local supervisor of elections office (or just about any other public office, for that matter). Again, this is all done under the rubric of “homeland security.”

In the name of “national security,” veterans who have been accused of some kind of domestic disturbance or who have affirmatively answered an ambiguous question on a VA form regarding whether they have feelings of “anger” or “depression” are having their right to keep and bear arms stripped away. That’s right, in the name of “homeland security,” some of the very men who were entrusted with lethal weapons to fight America’s wars are now being told they are not fit to purchase or possess their own firearms.

Yet, in spite of all of the above, an uninvited couple is allowed to calmly walk right past Secret Service personnel and have personal audiences with the President and Vice President of the United States in what is ostensibly the most heavily-guarded, tightly secured building in the country: the White House.

Furthermore, this story comes on the heels of the mass shooting on what one would think would be a rather secure location: the US Army base at Fort Hood, Texas. And, have we forgotten the fellow who brought a gun into the Capitol Building (the home of the US Congress) in Washington, D.C., a few years ago and killed two police officers?

Dear Reader, ask yourself this question, Do you really think those schmucks in Washington, D.C., actually believe that protecting you and me is more important than protecting American soldiers, US congressmen, and especially the President of the United States? “Are you serious?” (To quote Nancy Pelosi.) The truth is, to the elites in DC, you and I are expendable commodities. In fact, to some of the soulless creatures running things, you and I are worth more dead than alive (but that’s a topic better discussed at a later date).

The point is, all this talk about “national security” is simply a ruse for Big Government elitists to steal our liberties and make slaves out of us. They don’t care about security; all they care about is POWER.

So, the next time you are required to be strip-searched by an airport screener, or to surrender your pocketknife at your local county commissioner’s office, or to show your driver’s license to your bank teller, or to submit to a random police checkpoint; the next time you make a phone call that you know is monitored by a federal agent (and they all are), or drive under a video camera, or visit these castle-esque federal buildings, remember Michaele and Tareq Salahi. And, if you are old enough, remember the time in America when we really were the “land of the free.” And also remember that it’s not security they seek–it’s the abolition of our liberty.

Tonight I had a pit in my stomach as I watched President Obama give his speech at West point. Did you? Do you sense something wrong? Did you see the expression on his face? Did the cadets look a bit somber, frustrated or even scared?

Here is the part of the President’s speech that blew my mind:

For unlike the great powers of old, we have not sought world domination. Our union was founded in resistance to oppression. We do not seek to occupy other nations. We will not claim another nation’s resources or target other peoples because their faith or ethnicity is different from ours. What we have fought for – and what we continue to fight for – is a better future for our children and grandchildren, and we believe that their lives will be better if other peoples’ children and grandchildren can live in freedom and access opportunity.

In my humble view, everything the USA is doing is the opposite of the words spoken above. With an approval rating of only 45% in some polls, it makes you ask this question: “Who are you working for Mr. President? The American People? The Foreign Banks?

Camp FEMA

In a new CNN report deeply rooted in Department of Homeland Security propaganda, CNN’s John Acosta says that the Federal government is not building detention camps around the country and that there is absolutely no proof of these kinds of activities. However, a highly controversial documentary released a couple of months ago offers the viewers almost 90 minutes of heart-stopping proof that plans for martial law and FEMA camps are indeed very real.

“Camp FEMA” has been called the most comprehensive documentary made on the topic of concentration camps in America. In the opening moments of the film, viewers are very quickly reminded that our government has turned to the use of detention camps to solve its problems before with the forced detention of over 120,000 Americans of Japanese decent in the early 1940’s. Forced labor, compulsory vaccinations, and mandatory “Americanization” classes top the list of atrocities committed against fellow citizens, on behalf of their Federal government.

The movie is kicked off by a single question, “Is it possible that history could repeat itself?”

Senate Select Committee Hearings and official FBI documents echo the rhetoric spewed forth by DHS and MIAC reports that transform patriot-minded third party supporters into dangerous potential terrorists of the homegrown variety. White House policies classify homeschoolers, gun rights activists and anti-abortionists as threats against the existing social and political order, by default creating an entire nation of radicals and revolutionaries – where everyone is a suspect… equally guilty until proven otherwise. History shows us what tyrannical governments have done with these people in the past.

CNN’s John Acosta also forgot to mention H.R. 645 introduced in early 2009 by Rep. Alcee Hastings, a Democrat from Florida convicted of bribery charges. In Camp FEMA, the audience learns the true meaning of “Emergency Centers.” The intent of the national emergency centers, according to Section 2 of HR 645, is to meet, “…for an extended period of time the housing, health, transportation, education, public works, humanitarian and other transition needs of a large number of individuals affected by an emergency or major disaster…” and can be used to advance “other purposes” not defined in the bill.

H.R. 645 is specific. If the ”Relocation Center” is to be a closed military installation, the installation will no longer be under the Secretary of Defense, but the jurisdiction will be transferred to the Secretary of Homeland Security. As “relocation centers” will be established in the wake of a “national emergency,” the center should then fall under FEMA. The Federal Emergency Management Agency, FEMA, is the emergency response arm of the Federal Government. Established during the Carter Administration to respond to national emergencies and disasters, and under the Bush administration FEMA was brought under the Department of Homeland Security.

If CNN and Acosta needed more proof, they should check out Army Regulation 210-35, which was set up during the Reagan Presidency, and surfaced under the Clinton Administration. According to Alex Jones, who appears in Camp FEMA, there are now 12 camps completed and ready to house American citizens.

Also ignored in the CNN report is the participation of NORTHCOM in creating an advertisement, run earlier this year, on the Army National Guard’s own website. For the first time in U.S. history, there has been an army unit assigned to The United States. NORTHCOM, according to an article in The Army Times “…may be called upon to help with civil unrest and crowd control or to deal with potentially horrific scenarios…” The ad for a “Corrections Officers and Internment/Resettlement Specialists” was removed in mid August. Camp FEMA points out that the ad was specific with regard to the needs of the National Guard; someone to train “as Internment Settlement Specialists, to control and supervise detainees.”

CNN has conveniently chosen not to address the legislations, the government reports or the list of terror suspects that the US government keeps adding to a database on a daily basis. “You don’t keep a list unless you intend to use it,” said William Lewis writer of Camp FEMA. Producer Gary Franchi added, “There are now over 1.2 millions names on the DHS watch list. How did we let this happen in the United States of America?” Why is CNN deliberately misleading the public about internment camps? You may find the answers in Camp FEMA.

Part I

When President Barack H. Obama signed a national pandemic emergency on Friday, October 24th, 2009, the media barely mentioned that “a declaration of emergency for the H1N1” had been signed.  A huge red flag should have gone up: Why was there was no reference to specific act or document? Initially, not even the White House web page had information about the pronouncement. Did Obama’s emergency proclamation, under sections 201 and 301 of the National Emergencies Act, imply that martial law was imminent?[1]

To answer that question, we first must see how the World Health Organization put Obama in such a position. The answer may surprise you.

The Department of Homeland Security(DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency(FEMA), the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Center for Disease Control (CDC) and United States Northern Command (USNORTHCOM) will be the focus of a future release of this series called “Approved Chaos” that will answer questions about their status, readiness preparations and participation in the H1N1 emergency including:

What happens when a national emergency is declared?
Who is really in charge?,

and most importantly,
What does this H1N1 emergency mean for me?

Moreover, the media portrays the government as a passive participant in the swine flu pandemic. Digging deeper, it appears there is a much different story. The previous bird flu “pandemic” was, in fact, utilized to clear many legal obstacles in orchestrating the current, coordinated effort to establish global controls.

The WHO Sets Up for Control

In 2005, the threat of a killer avian flu pandemic shouted across the airwaves. The media whipped up a complete hysteria over the H5N1 virus. The Trust for America’s Health (TFAH), funded by the Rockefeller Family Fund was a big player in the frenzy.[2] Specifically, they predicted up to 1 million deaths could be caused by the H5N1 bird flu virus.[3]   Remarkably, official WHO reports document that between 2003 and 2009, only 262 people have died worldwide from H5N1 Avian Flu.

For a great review of the pandemic that never occurred, read Dr. Sherri Tenpenny’s book, FOWL: Bird Flu: It’s Not What You Think. Prophetically, it also explains 90 percent of what is happening today with the currently hyped H1N1 pandemic.

The 2005 H5N1 fear tactics worked well. Out of the panic created by TFAH and a long list of similar organizations, the WHO released a global “Pandemic Plan” that was obediently adopted by Americans and the rest of the world. In the United States, the Federal Pandemic Plan was incorporated into what is known as the the National Response Plan, under Homeland Security Presidential Directive 5.

The States Join In

In 2005, following the WHOs lead, the United States released a final draft of a multi-year pandemic planning project. States were required to prepare pandemic plans as a condition of their federal bioterrorism preparedness grants.

A group named Association of State and Territorial Health Officials (ASTHO) assisted in molding the state response plans. ASTHO’s exclusive list of “Corporate Alliance Partners” includes vaccine manufacturing giants such as GlaxoSmithKline, Merck & Co., Henry Schein, Pfizer, Roche, and Sanofi Pasteur.[5] Their participation in the pandemic planning efforts can be seen in a 2002 document entitled, “NATURE’S TERRORIST ATTACK: PANDEMIC INFLUENZA”. [6]

The State emergency response plans were heavily guided by officials at the CDC and HHS. A comprehensive checklist was spoon-fed to state health officials who were maneuvered into compliance by the Federal “mandate”. The DHS and HHS were instructed to withhold federal grants and monies for public health initiatives if states did not act in accordance with government plans. The word ‘ransom’ should come to mind.

Implications of International Health Regulations

We have now come full circle. All forms of government, federal, state and local, have adopted the World Health Organization ’s Pandemic Standard Operating Procedures. A pandemic plan in itself is not the problem. The issue is understanding the WHO’s incremental power grab via International Health Regulations.

Under the guise of preventing the international spread of disease, the Constitution of the WHO allows the World Health Assembly the authority to adopt regulations they see fit to accomplish the stated goal. By example, six diseases were originally identified by International Health Regulations for quarantine. However, in 1969 this number was reduced to three (yellow fever, plague and cholera). [7] With the current media hype surrounding the 1918 pandemic, it is especially surprising the World Health Organization to not include influenza on this list.

If we fast forward in time, major efforts can be seen to modify the scope of the Regulations from 1995 through May of 2005. On May 23rd the World Health Assembly struck gold. The language in the regulations were unified to include, “any specific disease or manner of transmission, but covering illness or medical condition, irrespective of origin or source, that presents or could present significant harm to humans”. [7] When the entire situation is put into context, the timing of a ‘killer’ bird flu pandemic was impeccable.

The International Health Regulations of 2005 were signed into force and effect in 2007. At that critical point, WHO was given authority to ‘direct’ and ‘govern’ activities “that protect the global community from public health risks and emergencies that cross international borders.” [8] The Director-General of the World Health Organization, Margaret Chan, declared a public health emergency of international concern for the first time under International Health Regulations in April, 2009. [9]

The implications of international health regulations and this emergency declaration are far reaching. International Health Regulations are legally binding agreements for all international members of the WHO. This is a major story ignored by the press and not understood by most citizens. The WHO international health regulations by-pass the checks and balances established by the U.S. Constitution and our Founders. George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and Benjamin Franklin are rolling in their graves.

We have a serious problem as a nation. This scheme was not implemented as the media portrays: benign and harmless. It was devised incrementally by very powerful people with no input from our elected representatives. Never before has there been such an orchestrated effort to give a world organization jurisdiction over our lives in America. The WHO has emerged as the global “H1N1 Mafia” and is accountable to no one.

D’après certaines sources, les experts de l’OMS ont reçu de l’argent des compagnies pharmaceutiques, et c’est ce qui aurait conduit cette organisation, pour la première fois depuis plus de 40 ans, à déclarer officiellement le niveau six d’alerte de pandémie en rapport avec la diffusion mondiale rapide de la grippe A/H1N1. Ce sont des journalistes du journal danois Information qui, après avoir étudié les liens des experts de l’OMS avec les grandes compagnies pharmaceutiques mondiales, en ont conclu que la pandémie de grippe porcine pourrait être l’affaire de corruption la plus grandiose de notre époque.

L’OMS, après avoir déclaré l’état de pandémie de grippe porcine dans le monde, a dans une première étape recommandé fortement à tous les pays d’utiliser dans la lutte contre le virus le produit Tamiflu des laboratoires suisses. Rappelons que ce produit a suscité des critiques en Russie à cause de ses effets secondaires possibles. En même temps, le ministère de la santé ukrainien a été accusé de faire des achats excessifs et injustifiés de Tamiflu.

D’après Barinov, la Russie ne peut rester indifférente aux accusations portées contre l’OMS. « L’organisation est suspectée de corruption. Nous devons absolument mener une enquête minutieuse avant de prendre toute décision » – a-t-il déclaré vendredi aux journalistes. « Si l’information est confirmée, nous devrons poser la question du bien-fondé de la participation de la Russie de l’OMS, et le cas échéant suspendre notre adhésion ».

D’après les chiffres qu’il cite, la Russie a dépensé pour la lutte contre le nouveau virus plus de 4 milliards de roubles, qui, selon le député, auraient pu être dépensés à meilleur escient, annonce RIA Novosti.

Barinov a suggéré de faire mener l’enquête à l’OMS par le représentant russe dans cette organisation, le membre du comité exécutif de l’OMS Vladimir Starodoubov. « Personne ne remet en cause les services rendus au XXe siècle par l’OMS dans la lutte contre la malaria, la variole, le sida, mais aujourd’hui il faut se demander si cette organisation n’est pas frappée elle-même par le virus de la corruption, et dans quelle mesure ces recommandations sont fondées, dans quelle mesure on peut lui faire confiance » – estime le député.

De son côté, le directeur de l’institut de veille sanitaire Guennadi Onichtchenko, prenant la parole vendredi à une conférence du parquet général de la fédération de Russie consacrée au respect de la législation dans le domaine pharmaceutique, a déclaré lui aussi que la lutte contre la grippe porcine dans le monde prend l’allure d’un complot.

On verra bien comment cela évolue, mais je ne pense pas que ça change quoique que soit,à la limite, les labos et l’oms tenteront de corrompre les russes qui n’ont pas déja croqué.

Et je pense que les élites russes sont au courant du projet d’extermination.

Good morning, and hopefully everyone had a happy and restful Thanksgiving holiday. The market was mostly positive last week until Friday, the normally sleepy half day after Thanksgiving, when the market reacted to worldwide sell-offs on Thursday due to the impending suspension of interest payments from Dubai World. The SPY was down on Friday from 111.38 to 109.38, or 1.6%, essentially erasing the entire gain of the previous four days, but not nearly as much as the 2-5% drops in other markets around the world. The VIX had a huge jump last week of 11%, from 22.19 to 24.73. Those paying attention to the financial press on Friday were treated to streams of “experts” telling everyone willing to listen that the problems with Dubai World were being over stated and how others would jump in and cover the debt problems for a variety of reasons. Were these the same people that told everyone to not worry about real estate problems here or those nasty collateralized debt obligations?

Anyway, the truth this morning seems to be (according to Bloomberg) that there is no implicit support between Dubai World and the Dubai government, even though it appears that Dubai World had represented themselves in some ways (and in some loan documents) as a quasi-governmental entity. The question then becomes whether the government of Dubai or some other group in the Emirates will come to some aid, and whether new terms can be negotiated with the various lenders. One would probably think that some group in the Emirates will help out at some point (if possible) but, in my opinion, it is probably too soon to label the problems as “just another buying opportunity”. It actually may be time to look at the condition of the debt in other developing countries, including China.

Since I last wrote we have surely had a lot of news relating to Health Care Bills and other legislation regarding new stimulus for the still depressed economy. Associated with that are the shrill cries against any sort of governmental health care “interference” and any further economic stimulus in light of the horrendous Federal balance sheet. There are real people, with real education, on the opposite sides of this debate. Some Economists, notably James Galbraith from the U. of Texas, state very strongly that the only danger is in not enough stimuli, and that Congress should act boldly to stimulate really without any regard for the debt build up in the process. Others, obviously, feel just the opposite, that to constantly throw borrowed money at the economy can be both wasteful and have very ominous long-term consequences. Virtually no one, except those on the dole (meaning those in political office or various governmental employees) have any confidence in governments (at any level) ability to do virtually anything in an efficient manner. I, for one, have a serious issue with giving a couple either $8,000 (for first time buyer) or $6,500 (trading up buyer) that can make $225,000 as a couple and are buying an $800,000 house. I was also really happy with giving a well-off family $3,500 for the 16 year old’s junky train car so the old man could drop his butt in some new wheels.

Why is this bothering me, and, I assume, others? It bothers me because I am sensing that at a time of unprecedented expansion of governmental give away programs there is virtually no attempt being made to deal with the mounting fraud in those programs. Coupled with that I happened upon a release from Peter Orszag, director of the White House Office of Management and Budget, that admits to $98 B in improper payments in fiscal 2009, up from $72 B in 2008. By improper payments they mean outright fraud and misdirected payments due to things like illegible doctor’s signatures. I assume that this number does not include the fraud in any of the military outside contractor programs, or the almost laughable waste in both the Homeland Security or FEMA initiatives following 9/11 or the Hurricane episodes. I shudder to think how much waste there must be with these so-called “shovel ready” pork programs that are the sorry backbone of the current stimulus package.

“We have met the enemy and he is us.” For those who are not up on comic strip quotes, that is the famous quote of Pogo on Earth day, 1971, in the famous comics strip by Walter Kelly, and is an obvious take off on the message sent in 1913 from U.S. Navy Commodore Oliver Perry after the Battle of Lake Erie “we have met the enemy and they are ours.” Who is committing all this fraud? When I rail on the ridiculous fraud in the Homeland Security, Katrina, military contract, etc. programs the name George Bush inevitably surfaces. Likewise, when anyone talks about the potential health care fraud, or the pork in the current stimulus package, the name Barrack Obama come up. I have news for you; however, neither Bush nor Obama is currently or did steal any of that money. It is citizens of this country (or maybe foreigners in some of the military stuff), probably people that we know, doing some of this stealing. According to the Orszag report, $24 B of Medicare out of $308 (8%), $18 B or $188 B in Medicaid (10%), $12 B out of $119 in unemployment insurance (10%), and $12 B out of $48 in the Earned Income Credit Program (25%) is fraud. Add that to the absurd reports of those collecting the $8,000 in the first time buyer program that were not really first time buyers, etc. The collective “WE” are stealing this money, and there does not seem to be any way to stop it. You can imagine the logic “Hey, the Chairman or Bank X got $100 M for running the place into the ground and we had to bail them for $50 B, why shouldn’t I get the $8,000 for buying a house after only 1 year, I will put it in my wife’s name?” Or, “Of course I cashed the check for the more expensive medical procedure, have you ever tried to give money back to the government?” I am also pretty sure that George Bush or the lightweight running FEMA did not order or pay for trailers with formaldehyde in them, yet that is what seems to have been delivered.

Are we frozen with regard to future governmental initiatives, including health care reform, because or endemic fraud and inability to address the problem? I think we might be. Have we reached the stage where every one of us needs to commit a “little” fraud just to stay even? I think you could possibly make that argument. Do we need to import a few Chinese leaders for a little while that might behead a thousand or so fraudulent neighbors to deliver a message? Most would think that is probably a little too harsh. Should we have absolutely no consequences for almost all the fraudulent acts like now? When was the last time a doctor was called out for cashing two checks for the same procedure, or someone was fined severely for not reporting some cash income that would have put them over the amount needed for the Earned Income Tax Credit or qualify for unemployment insurance. What about Wall Street? Virtually never, maybe we should rethink the Chinese method for a little while. I will say this, the high and increasing level of fraud is affecting my own, and I suspect others, view of new programs like health care. I am really starting to feel like every program, no matter how well intended, should be voted down due to the potential stealing it will enable, and that is the wrong way to have to think.

Anyway, what about the market? The market seems to be (possibly) entering somewhat of a trading range, as we are back down below the 1100 level in the S&P. Also, the volatilities are continuing to show an upward sloping skew that would indicate the market somehow feels that there is market volatility down the road. For us, and especially those that are in the more aggressive trading groups, it means that there is less opportunity to initiate new positions. As you well know, I like to initiate positions that have us buying further out options and selling nearer term options against them as a hedge. I am very reluctant to do that if I am forced to buy a higher volatility than I am selling. That corresponds to what we call “negative edge” and it increases the need to be absolutely right for the position to be profitable. I especially like it, and activity in your accounts have reflected it over the years, when we can buy relatively low volatility and sell high in the same spread. That gives us “positive edge” and greatly increases the chance of success even if our original opinion proves faulty. It also impacts cash put to work in the PIP program, as I do not really like paying a 26 volatility for our long puts while getting a 21, say, for our short calls. There can be times to do that, but generally I like as much advantage as I can muster when initiating a position. I like where our positions are right now, fairly tightly protected with some upside potential, and with some cash available if something good shows itself. We still may do a little more to get us a little longer, but I think it would be a good idea to wait to see where this Dubai thing takes us before jumping in.

- “Trabajo con alguien que estaba de 4 meses. Su esposo contrajo la gripe porcina, así que tanto ella como su hijo recibieron la vacuna “sólo por seguridad.” Una semana después, tuvo un aborto involuntario. Cualquier supuesto beneficio de la vacuna es claramente superado por los enormes riesgos”.

Cifras extraídas de la web del Ministerio de Salud de Ucrania, donde no se hace distinción entre enfermos de gripe A, y enfermos de afecciones respiratorias que no son gripe A, y que han decidido llamar enfermedades respiratorias agudas de origen viral, neumonía vírica, o simplemente gripe.

Evolución de la enfermedad en un mes exacto: desde el pasado 29 de Octubre hasta el día de ayer, 29 de Noviembre.

Afectados: 1.810.935, de los cuales, 8.130 en el último día.
Hospitalizados: 109.743, de los cuales 1.370 ingresaron en el día de ayer, 167 permanecen en cuidados intensivos, y 14 necesitan ventilación artificial.
Muertos: 424, y 2 de ellos en las últimas 24 horas.

Dans les hôpitaux universitaires de Lausanne et de Genève, 25 à 30% du personnel se sont fait vacciner contre la grippe A à ce jour. Un succès considérable, disent les directions des deux établissements. En coulisses pourtant, ils ont moins fière allure. Car ils sont conscients que leurs employés ne montrent pas vraiment l’exemple. «Se vacciner pour se protéger et protéger les autres», dit depuis des semaines l’Office fédéral de la santé publique…

Pour protéger les patients les plus faibles, les Hôpitaux universitaires de Genève (HUG), ont instauré un système de badges indiquant que tel médecin ou telle infirmière a été immunisé («Le Matin Dimanche» du 8 novembre). Les autres sont obligés de porter le masque dès qu’ils sont en contact avec les patients.

Protéger les patients en oncologie et les grands prématurés
Bernard Gruson, directeur des HUG, aurait préféré une solution plus simple: «Cela ne m’aurait pas choqué que l’on impose la vaccination aux professionnels», dit-il. En particulier dans des services avec des patients très vulnérables, comme en oncologie ou chez les grands prématurés. «Mais une telle mesure n’est pas légale et ne peut pas être imposée», ajoute le patron des HUG.

Parmi les professionnels de la santé, Bernard Gruson n’est pas le seul à poser la question d’une vaccination obligatoire. Jacques de Haller, président de la fédération des médecins suisses (FMH), est lui aussi prêt à franchir le pas. Tant que la dangerosité du virus reste limitée, il préfère privilégier les libertés individuelles, mais «en cas de virus dangereux, comme l’a été le SRAS par exemple, c’est une question qui se pose. »

Se préparer à la pandémie suivante
Et d’ajouter que si l’on est «vraiment professionnel», on sait que ce vaccin contre le virus H1N1 ne pose «aucun problème». Le port du masque par le personnel soignant protège moins bien les patients, selon Jacques de Haller. «Mieux vaut que les soignants soient vaccinés. »

Toutes ces questions ne se posent pas avec une très grande acuité dans le cas de la grippe A, car le virus est finalement moins virulent que l’on craignait. Mais tout le monde sait qu’une pandémie beaucoup plus grave finira par arriver.

«Le débat sur l’obligation pour le personnel soignant de se faire vacciner doit avoir lieu. Sans tabou», espère Eric Masserey, médecin cantonal adjoint vaudois. Non seulement avec à l’esprit la prévention d’une contamination de patients, mais aussi en regard de la disponibilité des soignants. Si beaucoup d’entre eux sont malades, cela peut conduire à des situations très problématiques, surtout en situation de crise, explique-t-il.

Directeur adjoint de l’Institut du droit de la santé de l’Université de Neuchâtel, Dominique Sprumont estime lui aussi que la Suisse n’échappera pas à une discussion.

Dans un avis de droit qu’il vient de rendre ce vendredi au Département de la santé du canton de Vaud, le professeur conclut qu’il serait légal d’obliger tous les soignants et tout le personnel en contact avec la petite enfance (garderies, crèches, mamans de jour, etc. ) à se faire vacciner contre la rougeole. Si le chef du département Pierre-Yves Maillard le confirme, ce serait une première nationale.

Et cela montrerait qu’un canton peut très bien imposer la vaccination à certaines catégories de la population, comme le prévoient les articles 19 et 23 de la loi fédérale sur les épidémies.

Dans la pesée d’intérêts pour savoir s’il faut franchir ce pas, quatre facteurs sont déterminants selon le professeur Sprumont: le degré de contagiosité de la maladie, la gravité de la maladie, la sûreté du vaccin et l’efficacité du vaccin.

Vacances forcées pour récalcitrants
Dans le cas de la grippe A, ces facteurs ne sont pas tous réunis, estime-t-il. «Mais pour protéger les patients particulièrement vulnérables, dit Dominique Sprumont, on peut déjà justifier la mise à l’écart du personnel non vacciné des services concernés. » Y compris en les mettant en vacances forcées.

L’Etat de New York, lui, va plus loin. Depuis quelques semaines, il oblige les soignants à se faire vacciner contre la grippe saisonnière et le virus H1N1. Sans surprise, des employés ont fait recours, mais selon le New England Journal of Medicine, paru ce jeudi, ils ont peu de chance de l’emporter.

Aux Etats-Unis, la responsabilité portée par l’institution a davantage de poids que la responsabilité individuelle. Du reste, l’Arkansas exige que les enfants qui entrent à l’école soient vaccinés contre l’hépatite B.

Cette doctrine s’imposera-t-elle un jour en Suisse? «En Suisse alémanique, où le taux de vaccination contre la rougeole est trop faible pour présenter une protection efficace (70% contre 95% en Suisse romande), dit Dominique Sprumont, je peux m’imaginer qu’on oblige la population à se faire vacciner. Et cela serait légalement justifiable. »

Il fallait s’y attendre, l’éventualité de la vaccination obligatoire va faire son apparition dans les discours.Il y a eu 1000 morts en une semaine, alors que plusieurs mois avaient été nécessaire pour atteindre 5000 décès.La pression monte, il va y avoir de plus en plus de cas mortels, en réalité nous allons être pris entre le marteau de la vaccination empoisonnée et l’enclume d’une maladie qui tue réellement.Ceux qui ont conçu ce plan hallucinant ont du penser à tout, ce virus est évolutif, il y a un calendrier à respecter.Pour inciter la population à se faire vacciner il faut que le virus soit virulent, qu’à cela ne tienne, le virus mute et devient virulent et bien sûr le vaccin est toujours efficace.
La vaccination sera obligatoire, que ce soit cette année ou l’hiver prochain, soyez en sûre, ce n’est pas une blague, des enculés de dégénérés nous ont déclaré la guerre, cela fait des années qu’ils y pensent, mais ils devaient avant tout nous exploiter pour créer assez de richesse, richesse qu’ils ont volé et qu’ils utilisent maintenant contre nous, il fallait aussi jeter les bases d’un gouvernement mondial.
Nous en sommes là, la crise vole la richesse des populations, le traité de Lisbonne est appliqué après demain et Copenhague sera un succès.
Nous sommes dans l’ère de tout les dangers, faites attention, envisager le pire pour ne pas être désarçonner lors d’évènements graves.
Ils ne sont pas fous, la vaccination sera obligatoire quand il y aura beaucoup de décès, surtout des enfants, attendez vous donc au pire. Et si cela arrive, sortez vos gosses de l’école et placez vous en quarantaine volontaire en limitant au minimun vos mouvements.Regardez ce qui se passe en Ukraine, c’est très réel.Anticiper est essentiel dans ce genre de situation.

Dans l’un de mes récents articles, Vivons-nous dans un monde de savants fous?, je me questionnais sur la sécurité des laboratoires où l’on manipule des virus et autres pathogènes à haut risque. Si vous avez lu cet article, vous ne devriez pas être trop étonnés par ce que vous vous apprêtez à lire.

En mai 2009, Adrian Gibbs, un scientifique australien spécialiste de la grippe ayant entre autres choses travaillé sur le développement de l’antiviral Tamiflu, déclarait sur Bloomberg que, selon lui, le nouveau virus A H1N1 proviendrait en fait d’un laboratoire, c’est-à-dire que cette nouvelle grippe ne serait pas le résultat d’un développement naturel.

Cette nouvelle n’a, vous vous en doutez bien, pas fait grand bruit dans nos médias de masse alors que la propagande de peur s’était déjà enclenchée et que le plus important à ce moment pour les pharmaceutiques était que l’Organisation mondiale de la santé déclenche une pandémie de niveau 6. Tout ce que j’ai pu trouvé en français sur cette affaire est ceci:

” Selon un récent article (Bloomberg 12 mai 2009), peu publicisé, un éminent scientifique ayant participé au développement de Tamiflu indique qu’il est possible que la souche H1N1 « soit le résultat d’expériences en laboratoire ou de la production de vaccins ». Pour le professeur Adrian Gibbs de l’Australian National University (ANU), le virus, qui « s’est échappé d’un laboratoire », est le fruit d’une expérience en laboratoire par la compagnie produisant le Tamiflu.”

Ainsi, depuis le mois de mai 2009, ce fut le quasi-silence sur cette affaire. Toutefois, le 24 novembre 2009, la nouvelle revient, encore une fois dans Boomberg. Le professeur Gibbs, après avoir longuement étudié et analysé le nouveau virus A H1N1, soutient que l’apparition de ce virus est fort probablement le fruit de manipulations humaines. En mai 2009, l’OMS avait balayé du revers de la main l’hypothèse du scientifique. De l’avis de Gibbs et son équipe, « il est important que la source de ce nouveau virus soit trouvée si nous voulons éviter de nouvelles pandémies futures plutôt que de seulement minimiser les conséquences une fois que les virus ont émergés. » Je vous invite fortement à lire l’article (en anglais) ici.

Le professeur Gibbs n’est pas un conspirationniste ou encore un huluberlu. Il a longtemps collaboré aux recherches de son domaine pour l’Australian National University. Il est l’auteur et co-auteur de plus de 250 documents scientifiques concernant les virus écrits au courant d’une carrière de plus de 39 années en recherche universitaire. Par conséquent, je trouve absolument incompréhensible de ne pas trouver ces informations dans nos médias de masse. Bref, ça dépasse tout simplement les limites de l’entendement.

Autre « surprise » le 24 novembre 2009, L’OMS annonce dans un communiqué de presse que le virus de la grippe aviaire (H5N1) est toujours dans les parages alors que le risque que le H5N1 se combine avec le virus H1N1 2009 est bien réel: « The most obvious risk is of H5N1 combining with the pandemic influenza A(H1N1) 2009 virus, producing a flu virus that is as deadly as the former and as contagious as the latter . »

J’aimerais donc remercier l’OMS, car je ne savais par comment j’allais terminer ce texte, mais je me rend compte que je peux faire un peu d’économie en le terminant avec une phrase de mon article sur les savants fous: « Tout est en place dans nos laboratoires, le virus et le vaccin. Il semble que cette campagne de vaccination mondiale n’est qu’une pratique. » Il ne manque plus que les quelques manipulations humaines bien à l’abri des regards et vous serez servis pour la prochaine pandémie 2010.

Enfin bref, je suis quand même surpris que Bloomberg serve de tribune à Gibbs, je ne comprends pas très bien, tellement le fossé entre la presse anglo saxonne et la presse française est hallucinante. Jamais vous ne verrez dans un média important français un scientifique dire que ce virus est sorti d’un laboratoire et être pris au sérieux.Jamais.

Le journal britannique The Sun avait rédigé un rapport prophétique intitulé « Big Brother’s Coming » le 1er août 1989. Cet article exposait brièvement les plans secrets du gouvernement qui consistaient à implanter, sous prétexte d’une pandémie de grippe porcine, des micro-puces à chaque individu afin d’avoir un contrôle absolu sur les populations.

Le rapport aurait pu être rédigé aujourd’hui où les gouvernements s’apprêtent à mettre en œuvre un programme de vaccination massive contre « la grippe porcine » avec des vaccins non testés et toxiques. De nombreuses sources avancent que les gouvernements fourniront des nano-puces qui seront introduites dans les seringues.

Les MICRO-PUCES CODÉES implantées dans chaque individu nous relieront tous à un ordinateur pilote qui pourra retrouver n’importe qui à tout moment. Que vous le voulez ou non, les plans pour un tel système sont déjà en cours.

Public health significance of virus mutation detected in Norway- Pandemic (H1N1) 2009 briefing note 17 –
– The Norwegian Institute of Public Health has informed WHO of a mutation detected in three H1N1 viruses. The viruses were isolated from the first two fatal cases of pandemic influenza in the country and one patient with severe illness….Worldwide, laboratory monitoring of influenza viruses has detected a similar mutation in viruses from several other countries, with the earliest detection occurring in April. In addition to Norway, the mutation has been observed in Brazil, China, Japan, Mexico, Ukraine, and the US….The mutations appear to occur sporadically and spontaneously. Say what?  If the mutated virus is not spreading how is it being traced to numerous countries?  If the earliest detection was occurring in April, why were there no alarm bells going off? Or maybe they were, and you just couldn’t hear them.

Today, November 27, 2009 report from WHO says, “In the United States and Canada, influenza transmission remains very active and geographically widespread. In the United States, disease activity appears to have peaked in all areas of the country. Iowa with state control over antivirals and quarantine measures in place, is also apparently America’s top destination for Hemorrhagic Pneumonia in the U.S.

Doctors in Iowa are observing hemorrhagic lungs in flu patients, but although the state has officially recorded 21 H1N1 deaths, actual cases may be higher as patient rights, laws prohibit the disclosure of specific numbers. The county’s medical examiner said he has performed autopsies on some residents who were never diagnosed with H1N1, but actually had it. “In the autopsy, what we’re seeing is very heavy, wet hemorrhagic lungs, lungs with a lot of blood in them,” said Dr. Gregory Schmunk via http://preventdisease.com/news/09/112209_hemorrhagic_pneumonia_in_iowa.shtml

D225G is in the receptor binding domain and therefore at the surface of HA, and several different polymorphism were noted at that position (D225G, D225E and D225N) suggesting the changes were to escape from the immune response.  Moreover the change was appearing on multiple different genetic backgrounds. Hemorrhagic pneumonia was also observed in the 1918 pandemic and was thought to be linked to cytokine storm. The world’s most populated country is China where they are on high alert for any mutation where H1N5, Bird Flu has been seen.  Zhong Nanshan, director of the Guangzhou Institute of Respiratory Diseases in China’s southern Guangdong province, said the presence of both viruses in China meant they could mix and become a monstrous hybrid — a bug packed with strong killing power that can transmit efficiently among people.  “China, as you know, is different from other countries. Zero Hedge at http://www.zerohedge.com/article/cdc-h1n1-forced-quarantine-docs-leak wrote, “the fall H1N1 pandemic may be a convenient pretext by which dangerous levels of expanding social control can be established by elites which have proven themselves utterly corrupt and morally bankrupt.”

Meanwhile, “If vaccines strengthen the immune system (as vaccine makers imply), then why do people who take such vaccines end up at higher risk of future infections? The only rational explanation for this is that vaccines compromise immune function. Obama will unveil Afghan troops move at West Point

WASHINGTON — President Barack Obama plans to announce a redrawn battle plan for Afghanistan, including what the military says could be a roughly 50 percent increase in U.S. forces, in a national address Tuesday night from the U.S. Military Academy.

Although military and administration officials cautioned that Obama has not settled on a final figure, the military is planning for an increase of up to 35,000 troops begin next year. Military officials spoke on condition of anonymity because they are not authorized to discuss the president’s plans.

The addition forces would come atop a record 71,000 U.S. troops in the country now and would represent the largest expansion since the war began eight years ago.

Obama will be speaking to a war-weary American public, with the Army’s storied academy at West Point, N.Y., as a backdrop and cadets entering the service most stretched by two wars on hand. Polls show support for the war has dropped significantly since Obama took office, with a majority now saying both that they oppose the war and that it is not worth fighting.

Congressional Democrats may be an even tougher sell. The administration is deploying two Cabinet officials and the nation’s highest-ranking military officer to explain the new Afghanistan plan in Capitol Hill hearings to begin Wednesday.

The president promised this week to “finish the job” begun eight years ago, and press secretary Robert Gibbs said Wednesday the announcement would include an exit strategy. But the surge in troops would be Obama’s second since taking office, and liberal Democrats already are lining up against it, in part because of the also-surging cost — up to $75 billion a year.

Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton, Defense Secretary Robert Gates and Adm. Mike Mullen, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, are expected to appear before the Senate Armed Services and House Foreign Affairs committees on Wednesday. On Thursday, they would go before the Senate Foreign Relations and House Armed Services committees.

Congressional Democrats, including House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., have been blunt in saying Congress has little stomach for a large troop increase and flagging confidence in the U.S.-backed Afghan government the war effort is meant to support.

Pelosi and about 17 other congressional leaders from both parties were invited to the White House for a meeting with Obama late Tuesday before he goes to the military academy in New York.

Congressional Republicans, in particular, are more eager for the testimony that is likely to come the following week. War commander Gen. Stanley McChrystal and the U.S. ambassador to Afghanistan, Karl Eikenberry, are likely to appear on Capitol Hill on Dec. 8 or 9, officials said.

Obama approved 21,000 additional troops for Afghanistan last spring, in what he said at the time was a wholesale rethinking of U.S. strategy for a war he said his predecessor had neglected. That brought U.S. troop force to an expected 68,000 by the end of this year. The actual figure is slightly higher now because of overlap between troops entering and leaving the country on regular rotations. The new troops Obama is expected to add would probably not begin to arrive until February or March.

Gibbs said Obama’s recent meetings with military advisers have often focused on how to train Afghanistan’s police and army to secure and hold areas taken from the Taliban so that U.S. forces can leave. “We are not going to be there another eight or nine years,” he said.

Incompetence and corruption in the Afghan government have aided a rise in the Taliban’s strength. The military strategy is expected to include specific dates that deployments could be slowed or stopped if necessary, a senior military official said.

The president and his top military and national security advisers have held 10 meetings to discuss future U.S. steps in Afghanistan. McChrystal has asked the president for about 40,000 troops, arguing that a robust but temporary surge was the best way to end the war.
