A CDL Caruaru realizará no próximo sábado (28) sua tradicional Festiva Natalina. E este ano a diretoria tem mais um motivo para comemorar: O sucesso do Natal FelizCidade, projeto idealizado pela entidade.

A festiva será realizada no Baco’s Recepções, às 20h, e contará com apresentações musicais e a entrega das homenagens ao Empresário Lojista 2009 – Claudio Mendonça (Z Mendonça), ao Amigo Lojista – Fernando Costa (Grupo Luzarte) e ao Empresário Jovem 2009 – Manoel Júnior (Academia Super Active).

Entre os convidados, estarão autoridades, políticos, o presidente da FCDL/PE, Eduardo Catão, presidentes das CDLs vizinhas, representantes de entidades, a imprensa, entre outros.

“Este é um momento de confraternização, de comemorarmos tudo de bom que aconteceu no ano de 2009 e reencontrarmos os parceiros e amigos que nos ajudaram nessas realizações. Especialmente este ano, estou muito feliz em poder já ver os resultados do projeto Natal FelizCidade”, disse Adjar Soares – presidente da CDL Caruaru.

Primo fra tutti l’anniversario dei 50 anni dalla pubblicazione di Kind of Blue il capolavoro di Miles Davis, o come i 90 anni dalla prima incisione jazz in Italia.

My friend celebrated music festival last week. Treasure Island Music Festival was held on San Francisco United States. Set against panoramic views of the city by the bay, Treasure Island Music Festival will stick true to form in offering an electronic and dance centric lineup on Saturday, October 17th and an indie rock lineup on Sunday, October 18th. With two stages and no overlapping sets, fans can enjoy every note of every act.

My friend tell me that it is the best weekend of her life. Sleepy Sun is amazing, listen to them, you won’t regret it (They’ll take you back to the 60s in the best way possible. The female singer is reminiscent of Janis Joplin and the male singer really got soul). Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeros were baked, whimsical and feel good. Thao with the Get Down Stay Down were pretty damn catchy and Thao Nguyen, the female singer/guitarist is mega cute. Brazilian Girls were good and danceable.

Around 1995 or 96 I was dating this girl named Kim. Kim was a genuine sweet heart, full blooded italian, and had possibly the greatest, hugest breasts God in his divine wisdom ever endowed a female with. We had some great times together, I especially remember watching new X-Files episodes with her on Sunday nights. But there was a price to pay, she drove a baby blue Ford Festiva. Man did I hate riding around in that thing, I mean hated it. But I was young, kind of arrogant, and not too bright back then, I was in my full DSM snob phase. And in much the same way I didn’t fully appreciate a girl like Kim at the time, I didn’t appreciate the simple utilitarian nature of her Festiva. Seeing this one, looking like it’s getting ready to go out for an autocross run I must say, I like it, I’d rock it. Thinking back about Kim, sometimes I think, I had it, I blew it.
