Teamet som visade upp Activios pulsmätning gjorde en toppeninsats – Tack!  Vårt Dream Team! Vi hade fler besökare än någonsin tidigare och mer positiv uppmärksamhet. We know that “有上必有下，有下必有上”.
But, exactly, do we know when & where is the trend reversal?
The answer is, straight forward: NO, we’ll not know.
We often hear “ai yo, wasted, i wanted to buy that time”. Why?
The answer lies: calculated risk, are we taking?

To catch a reversal:
Support must hold, ie, the recent low must NOT be violated, be it:
(1) yesterday dc or dl
(2) trendline support
Which to use, is up to individual’s risk tolerance.

Capitaland remains something i watch as a long candi in coming sessions:
(1) nice trade summary for a downtrend stock
(2) at trendline edge, rebound from there?
(3) at 50ema

Sure, it’s often dangerous to long a downtrend stock, thus, tight sl must be adhered to.
B4 taking a long position, i always have a sl 1st.

Next year, another edition of FIBO takes place. FIBO is clearly the leading international tradeshow for Fitness, Wellness and Health. Activio will present news and offers that will expand your members retention and satisfaction. Be sure to make plans now for visiting FIBO 2009 in Essen, Germany. As allways, it will be some intense days at FIBO, meeting clients and visitors from around the world. We will tell more about what Activio will show at next years FIBO on this blog. Livet rullar vidare efter FIBO, om än med lite lägre intensitet såhär en vecka efter. Alla dessa möten och människor gav massor av energi och insikter och vi gav också massor av vår energi och entusiasm. Återhämtning för alla inblandade således och tid att smälta intryck men också gå vidare med möten och kontakter. Vi försöker nå alla som vi mötte på FIBO 2008 med ett tackbrev. Om vi inte lyckas nå dig via brev, så riktar vi via bloggen ett stort tack till dig som besökte oss i montern i hall 3.

Men vår energi kommer stiga och den positiva energin kring Activio, våra kunder och alla användare höjs ganska snart. Självklart är fokus på pulsträning. Idag intervjuades Daniel och Tom av en välkänd svensk TV-kanal.

Life goes on after FIBO, if in a bit slower and with a bit lower level of energy. Everybody needs a bit of time to recharge after an event that is so full of energy, enthusiasm and, yes, swett. After all, it is an event about fitness. And were there is work there will be perspiration. But also inspiration. All the meetings and people that we connected with at FIBO 2008 was a pure pleasure. We are trying to reach each one of you with a letter to extend our Thank you! If we don’t manage to reach you in that way we would like to send a Thank You to you via this blog, once again.

However, the energy and positive force will flow from and within the Activio team, costumers and users very soon again. Today Daniel and Tom were interviewed by a well known Swedish TV-Channel. We will announce when and were you will be able to watch the interview and the reason for the attention as well.

If you have access to TV8 in Sweden you may have seen the interview with Activio. If not you may watch a rerun online at Di TV. However it is in Swedish only.

A promise is a promise: To give you more videos and pics from FIBO 2008. We keep what we promise and do as we say. So, lets indulge in more moving images from Activios stand at FIBO. The prime magnet was the team, lead by Monika and Matt. Together they made all those hard core spinning sessions look easy and very attractive. With the Activio system up and running they showed of again and again. So lets dive right into another up beat part of a spining session.

Reports from the team tells that they are very very happy, exhausted and have found a new favorite position for breakfast and work – standing.

That saddle on the bike left some great “tracks” as memories from FIBO..

People at Activio are slowly coming back to normal. Happy and very satisfied with this years greatest event. Again, we want to extend a big Thank you! to everyone who made our days at FIBO become fantastic!

Ett löfte är ett löfte: Mer och fler filmer och bilder från FIBO 2008. Besöksantalet har gått i taket de senaste dagarna. Speciellt på vår engelska blogg – titta på activioblog.wordpress.com.

Activios medarbetare har börjat anlända tillbaka till hemmabasen i spridda skurar. Nöjda och glada efter intensiva och framgångsrika dagar på FIBO. Rapporter från teamet som genomförde alla demopass är att de är rejält genomtränade (minst sagt) och har hittat en ny frukost och arbetsstil – stående.

Sadeln satte spår om man säger så…

Men teamet genomförde alla demopass med den äran. Och många är imponerade av deras insats. Så, låt oss hoppa rakt in i en session med Activio på FIBO 2008. Kolla in hur de med jämna mellanrum tittar upp för att se hur de ligger till på pulsmätarna.. Pro’s in action..

Another day and the last day at FIBO 2008, the most intense day of them all but nevertheless carried by the same energy and enthusiasm both in the team and among the crowds. Some of the demo sessions was so packed with people curious about Activios sessions, that it was hard to move.

Daniel Magnergard, CEO of Activio, concluded the days at FIBO with the words; “everything has worked like a clockwork”. We can only agree. Everyone involved at FIBO has made a great contribution – thank you! And to each and everyone who payed us a visit – thank you very much. We have enjoyed each moment together with you. Let´s meet again next year, at FIBO 2009!

Until then, we will continue to feed this blog with great content from FIBO. We noticed from searches and visitors that pictures, images and information is in demand. Ännu en dag på FIBO läggs till de andra. Intensivare för varje dag men med samma entusiasm och energi bland alla som var med på FIBO. På flera demo pass var det så tjockt med människor som ville titta och se mer av pulsträning att det var svårt att ta sig fram. Daniel Magnergård, Activios VD sammanfattar allas insats med orden; “Allt har fungerat som ett klockverk”. Vi kan bara instämma. Alla ni som var med på FIBO och som besökte oss – ett stort tack! Vi ses nästa år på FIBO 2009!

Experiencing FIBO 2008 is to have a tremendous amount of impressions. What will stay and be carried along with us is all the pictures of exhibits, people and things picked up during FIBO. So, lets dwell on all those pictures from Activio’s stand D18. And most of all the Team Activios amazing effort to put on a great show on the top of every hour during FIBO. With great speed and positive spirits they help to boost the audience impression of Activio’s heart rate measure system at work. To see and believe for you self how heart rate based group training works beats everything else. The audience gathered each time Team Activio launched a new demo and here are some great pictures to view and share with you.

På tredje dagen så är det bilderna från FIBO 2008 i Essen och det vi alla varit med om som kommer stanna kvar länge. Som bilder på Team Activio som i tre dagar gjort demo efter demo och dragit publik och intresse till Activios monter. Varje gång de drog igång samlades massor av människor. På flera platser, i flera montrar, visades Spinning Live. Men ingenstans visades spinnpass med pulsmätning – Live! Flera är bilderna på alla dessa möten med intresserade och nyfikna människor.

Många har upptäckt pulsmätning för första gången och hur feedback spelar roll för träning. För oss har det varit ovärderliga och fantastisk roliga dagar på FIBO. En mer positiv mässa får man leta efter. Med hälsa och träning i fokus så samlas massor av positiva och intresserade människor på en och samma plats.

Vi är glada över att ha varit en del av FIBO 2008.

Second day at FIBO 2008 had a massive audience bringing great interest for Activio. The Activio team is up and running the first spinning session in the morning and the last is done at 3 PM. On the top of every hour a new session is launched. Be sure to stop by if you are visiting FIBO. You will find Activio in Hall 3 and stand D18. Very close to Startrac’s  exhibition.  We have made many great contacts and meetings during the day today. Our cooffeemaker is constantly brewing fresh coffee for our guests. If you are looking for the latest about heart rate measure and exercise please pay us a visit. You are more than welcome.

One voice at Activios spinning session belongs to Matthew Griffiths. Matt and Monika is doing a fantastic job to keep the speed up during the session. We had a chat with Matt at the end of the day.

Även denna dag bjöd på sjudande liv på FIBO och massor av uppmärksamhet kring Activios monter. Kaffemaskinen går varm för att ge intresserade ett varmt välkomnande och mer kunskap om Activios system.

Team Activio drar igång spinningen redan på morgonen och sista passet körs vid tre tiden på eftermiddagen.

Activio has landed at this years FIBO. It is a crowded place. And every time Activio launches one of the demos it is a showstopper. The audience freezes in their footsteps and watch the team speed of on their bikes.

Its a grand exhibit this year at FIBO. The place is packed with companies showcasing their products and services. Monika Björn and Matthew Griffiths are doing a great job to put on a show. And Oh what a team we have here.
