Buonitalia Spa e la Federazione Italiana Rugby (Fir) spingono in meta il Made in Italy con un accordo di collaborazione che prevede un “Terzo Tempo” con prodotti agroalimentari italiani certificati in occasione di incontri della Nazionale di rugby.

L’accordo è stato inaugurato in occasione della partita di apertura del Cariparma Test Match che ha visto la Nazionale italiana di Rugby affrontare il 14 novembre scorso i neozelandesi All-Blacks.

ello ello.

wow, can’t beleive I forgot to blog anything yesterday. sad times and sorry. But their were good reasons for it realy… I had a lot on. and a lot of other stuff went on too… oh the mystery.

wooo, not got much planned today… going up to my loversssssss house for a bit, so probably a nice cuppa tea and snuggle up on the bed and shizzz like that.

then come home and I’m thinking I should realy, REALY do some Interior Design work… but the last week or so, i’ve been feeling realy, realy uncreative and uninspired. bleh.

ohhhhhh and I should realy clean my room.

I’m loving how this blog isnt so much anything with a point that people realy want to read as it is just a checklist of things for me to do.

righty now im gonna grab a nice shower, which means ima gonna have to get nekked… probably grab a cuppa tea as well and blast a bizzle of paramore… wait. even better. ima gonna watch the live dvd. plan.

i miss the wind. i was so bummed yesterday when it was gone. im thinking and hoping that itll come back. yaya.

Torture and police brutality are endemic in India.

Indian law is being misused in several ways. Not only men but women are no exception of this. Section 498A is one of the legal tool available for Indian women to harass their husbands.

This is used to file case against husband and other in laws for demanding dowry. But it is being misused by most of the wives of Indian society. 498A is the perfect tool for extortion and/or to wreak vengeance on husbands and their families.

There are two types of Indian citizens, the privileged and the ordinary. The privileged will never think about law, as the laws don’t apply to them. They have no fear of law. The Arjun Singh 498A case is a prime example. Though an accused in a criminal case, he is still a Union Minister whereas thousands of govt. employees have lost their jobs.

The gravity of seriousness of this charge is evident from the fact that if a person man or woman has a daughter in law, he/she can be jailed under section 498A of IPC, even if she lived for a few days with them or even never lived.

498A is considered as a prudent means of extortion. The other characteristics of this extortion racket are:

• This law encourages corruption and enables govt. agencies like the police to violate Fundamental Rights of the 498A victim.

• It plays a role in gender based vote bank politics.

• It denies justice to the real victims of dowry harassment.

• This is exposing the lower judiciary to corruption.

• Finally, this is a gamble. In the end this trick may fail if the falsely accused husband choose to fight back.

Motives :- Following are the possible motives of women who use 498A :-

• Money: Wife can demand a huge money from his husband who has been jailed along with his parents.

• Revenge: She can use it as a tool to take revenge if her husband etc. did not fulfill her unreasonable demands.

• Guilt: She has done something wrong. For example she may have committed adultery and got caught in the act. She can cover it up with a dowry harassment case. She can gain sympathy by this and also custody of kids, if kids are involved.

• She Is Just Not Into You: She just doesn’t like her husband and wants to get out of the marriage. The 498A is a convenient tool to do so with lots of harassment for husband.

• She Is A Control Freak: She wants to control her husband and in laws in every possible way. She may also want to not support husband’s parents and siblings in any fashion regardless of his ability to do so. She may want her husband to throw his parents out of their house. Her goal is to gain control of all aspects of her husband life, including finances and to break the bonds and responsibilities that tie her husband to his family. If she could not succeed in this she will use 498A.

To Marry The Boyfriend: If she is having affair, she will file a case under 498A to demand cash and then she will go to marry her boyfriend. They will use this cash to set up their family.

Now question arises if 498A has provided vast powers to wife, what counter charge can be made against her and her family?

The answer is, cases can be filed under I.P.C. for fabricating false evidence (Section 192), dishonestly making false claim in the court (Section 209), false charge of offence made with the intent to injure (Section 211), forgery (Section 463) etc. These counter cases will keep that party in distress and proceedings in these cases can be used to support main case of 498A.
But the mental torture and distress suffered by husband and his family members can’t be compensated at all.

THE THEORY OF EVOLUTION
There are people resemling one another, at least seven according to sources.
If some such people, of different ages, are arranged in a row, we will be tempted to believe that they are related to each other.
The casual similarity of the outline of east coast of America and the west coast of Africa, was enough to jump to the conclusion that, one broke away from the other, as if these are ice blocks!
There is the Kennedy rock hill, which looks like the profile of the ex President of the USA, when viewed from a particular point.
A scientific theory must be subjected to the same hair splitting analysis, as is customary in a criminal case. A single evidence against the prosecution theory will, if the evidence is admitted in the court, enable the culprit to get away with it.
SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST
If survival is the aim of evolution, plancktons, grass and cockroaches are better evolved than mammals, many species of wich have been totally wiped off from the earth. Man is extremely vulnerable.
If the resmblance in behavior is studied, asian elephants are much more similar to us, than the chimpanzee. It was in the news that a female elephant, of a circus company, was eloped by a wild elephant. Savitry, the circus elephant, returned after some months in the forest, carrying a baby in its woumb! Did they love each other as cildren, before Savitry was caught by men? Otherwise why did its lover pick her for mating?
My father used to tell us about an elephant which could write 51 letters of Malayalam in sand, using a stick.

Their memory, affection for their owner, or vengiance against mahouts, who always beat them, are well known. They do not have a season for mating. They have the monthly course. The medicines prescribed in ayurveda for elephants are the same as for us, only the doze has to be elephantine in proportion!
SOME ODDITIES
Evolution must have a certain pattern; otherwise, it will be a conjecture only. The elephant, again, is an odd animal. Normally, the hind leg is stronger in animals, including man. The elephant has very strong forelegs, looking like concrete colums, supporting the weight of the whole body. Its scrotum is hidden inside, the nose is very long and capable of executing delicate movements, it does not sweat etc.
The poor dog has to wait for considerable time, to withdraw its penis after mating, because it swells enormously, at the time of discarge, and has to come down to normal size, before it can be withdrawn, attracting the attention of children, who sometimes beat them, while still tied up.
There is a story about it.

Vanila is a natve of Madagasker, where the insect fertilising it, by carrying the pollen grains, is available. In its absenc in Kearalam, the farmer is given instructions for doing it by artificial means. Even otherwise, plants depend on insects for propagation of the species, and the insects on plants for honey. Can the bee survive without plants? Creation is a very complicated thing. Let us leave it to Brahma.
WATER AND LAND
It is believed that life began in the sea, then came amphoebeans and, then land animals in the end. But mammals are found in the sea also.So they are not highly evoved?
The greatest weakness is the omission of sea animals of eerie shapes, some looking like rock, but opens a mouth invisible before. If Darwin had seen Discovery channel, he would have quietly withdrawn his theory.
I saw in the web an item of news that Taiwanese scientists came across the skeleton of homo sapien, at least a million years earlier than the date of arrival of our ancestor,Mary.

Like the tail, fir too vanished. But the hair is longer than shown for Mary, the prototype of homo sapien.
Man has many inexplicable charactoristics.

He has the uniqu ability to convey, by his facial expresson ,ideas as delicate as I LOVE YOU.
Anger, joy, contempt etc. can be seen in his eyes. He is the only animal that lies on its back, which is flat. Other animals do sex from behind. Man and woman do it, facing each other.

We are divided by different languages. OTHER ANIMALS AND BIRDS SPEAK THE SAME “LANGUAGE”

Other animals do not fight among themselves.

Man is envious. Other creatures exploit species, different from their own. Man exploits his own brothers, making them slaves either directly or by giving wages.
Today, he is making a large number of nulear power plants, without a thought about future generations, who will curse us, after we have left the scene.
All through history he has done only one thing kill ) to the pwer of billion billion !

Oak’s Life

The carcass of the mighty oak lying in the center of the forest began to decompose. As maggots burrowed into the dead tree’s flesh, the fir tree mourning above it began to recount the oak’s magnificent life.

Many centuries ago, a sapling was planted by a kind human in the middle of a meadow. Everyday, the human brought water and love. The sapling grew with each passing moment; soon, it developed into a young oak, yearning to grow into a majestic tree. Many years passed until the oak reached its full growth. It stood alone in the grassy meadow, proud of its majesty. Every spring, however, the tree’s leaves and branches would droop down, losing its color. The oak tree lacked friendship.

The human, then old in age, returned a final time to the oak tree. The human planted a fir sapling next to the grand oak tree, lay down under its cool shade, and slept an eternal sleep. The oak tree began to wrap its roots around the human’s lifeless body. As the young fir grew, the oak protected it as well. Near the end of the fir’s growth, the oak produced acorns.

Countless acorns defied survival odds and started growing into more oak trees. More firs spread around the two trees as well. Soon, a forest emerged from the grassy meadow. In the center of the forest, a majestic oak tree can be seen protecting a younger fir while guarding a body of a kind human frozen in time.

The oak tree grew weak over the centuries. It had outlived many of its offspring. As time wore on, the oak tree decided to take a final rest. It slowly laid itself down next to the human and slept.

The oak’s carcass began to decompose. The fir tree mourning above it decided to wrap its roots around the dead trunk. The oak tree reverted its own decomposition. Soon, a majestic oak tree slept next to a kind human, protected from time by a fir tree.

This is one of my favorite photos –I love how as the early morning sun bursts through the trees, illuminating the forest with its heavenly glow, silhouettes of branches and leaves create a semblance of a stained glass window.
