The following email was sent to a former college colleague who has decided that she is too good to speak to me anymore, and has now broken some very big laws.

So, now I’m taking matters into my own hands.

You can see what I wrote her, as I’m about to post the email.  She is a senior White House staffer.  Her name is Cassandra Butts.  Who hasn’t done as much as I have in DC or anywhere else.  She’s just got that horrific disease, called “I went to Harvard with Obama, I’ve got ‘tude, FUCK OFF you stupid cracker.”

Unfortunately that doesn’t work, is illegal and appalling.

And shows you exactly the attitude of THIS ADMINISTRATION.  And will be circulated all over the HILL, the blogosphere and where ever I have to send it.

Because she, just like everyone else in DC with power, doesn’t give a rat’s ass about anybody else.  And the only way she got that “power” also called a title on a business card and about as meaningful, was by flushing her morals down the toilet.

When they ARE PUBLIC SERVANTS.  Emphasis on the last word.  So this is just one of the lessons that dumb ass in the Oval Office is going to start learning if he keeps lying, breaking his word, and playing “I’m going to screw everyone else, give out the best bailout money to my buddies, and fuck the entire US population in the ass, so I can become a billionaire because among other things I own a shitload of pharma stock.

I WANT THAT FUCKING MEETING CASSANDRA.  NOW.

And if there are any more delays, there’s going to be further embarrassment.  If not your firing, and Obama’s impeachment.

GET IT?  Am I using small enough words?  For a “biologicially inferior piece of garbage” that the President has made sure to show his contempt for. Not to mention you.  And as for Ms. Barnes.  That goes for her too.

And the rest of the assholes in Congress  who are getting rich off of war, get bribes on the side, to vote against the interests of the people they represent on say healthcare, while we pay for their privileged lives.

That is NOT the change I voted for, nor one I believe in.  And the last thing DC needs at this point, is another clueless egomaniac on the loose, who thinks he’s the fucking Messiah.  Trust me, he’s a legend in his own fucking mind.  BUT HE’S GOING TO FUND MY FUCKING PROJECT.

I don’t take it kindly when DOJ, “Don’t cry for me Pharmantina” Pelosi’s office and the DLCC keep hanging up on me.  That is also illegal.  Didn’t they teach you that crap at Harvard?   Because you sure look as dumb as fuck to me.  Not to mention criminal, lawbreaking bastards.  Oh, and don’t even mention the word “defamatory” because I have multiple agencies doing so much investigating at this point, with paper work to back it up, on the illegal crap Obama is turning his back on at the municipal, state and federal level,  that you are going to look like, as those who have real educations, and speak multiple languages, say, like merde.

Capiche?  And the only reason I have edited out your email, is that I still have a modicum of mercy.  Although technically it should be listed, per Obama’s promise to make government more accountable, and transparent, on the goddamned White House website.  But, silly me, he’s “adjusted his position” on that too.  Personally I think the asshole should be “adjusted out of office.”

Also called impeachment for lying his ass off on the way into office in the first place.

You see.  You gotta put your ass on the line, and your money where your mouth is.

Because among other things, I’m going to kill that fucking healthcare bill.  It’s illegal, it’s immoral and it shows EXACTLY how little Obama really thinks about the people who put their trust in him.

New York City’s Welfare System is a walking lawsuit.

Or hell, depending on your perspective.

Or both.  They don’t have to be mutually exclusive descriptions.

Actually there are at least three class actions pending now.  Not counting the one I’m about to file.  And just to make you mad as hell, got bailout money anyway….so down another corrupt rat hole your tax dollars go.  Brought to you by the “brilliance” of the “business acumen” and “superior management prowess” of our current Mayor who just bought himself a much despised third term in office with his billions in the bank.  Also called Oligarchy and the power of dollars over votes.

Even then Hizzonner only barely squeaked to a win, and I’m sure they were counting dead bodies somewhere because I can’t believe there were enough New Yorkers breathing, stupid enough to vote for him.

And welfare was just praised by none other than Senator Gillibrand our new Democratic Senator appointed by our Governor, and who Obama so thoughtfully, “cleared the field” for us dumb New Yorkers for in the Democratic primaries next year.  Because we can’t be counted on to vote for the Senator HE wants.

He needs to keep his cotton picking hands off of our state, thanks all the same.  Obama has other things to focus on.  Like say, uh, the economy, for starters.  Don’t you think?

Of course, Ms. Gillibrand never answered my email about the corruption in the state, and her problematic endorsement of federal bailout funding going to a totally corrupt program.  What do constituents matter when you are named the winner in a “Democratic election” by the President?  Kingmakers count more than constituents, right?  That’s what “Democracy” is all about.

Right?

But welfare is so corrupt and mismanaged that I can and am filing a class action against the agency on multiple counts myself, just on the paperwork I have now that I’ve sunk to the new lows of poverty and economic destruction that former college colleague and anti- apartheid organizing buddy,

now Deputy White House Counsel Cassandra Butts managed, somehow to call me “privileged” when I called to congratulate her on her new gig, and then she promptly managed to lose me as quickly as a mutt shakes off fleas from its’ hind leg.

Of course, she never even showed up to build the damned shanties, we used as the central icon in the most effective anti apartheid protest in the country,

Multiple times,

much less, like say me, put her academic scholarship on the line, or say had the Klan or the State FBI stake out HER house, because she was not co-founder of the group, and really only showed up for rallies when she felt like it (i.e. when she knew she would have her picture taken) in the most kick ass student protest of the eighties, that eventually forced the entire STATE of North Carolina to divest all pension and scholarship funds in racist South Africa under the helm of Republican and Senior U.S. Senator, currently serving as head of the powerful Senate Foreign Relation’s Committee, Jesse “No” Helms.

But boy, does it look good on her resume.  The truth is lost to history.  And of course, not letting me anywhere near the White House doesn’t hurt either.

I’m still trying to figure out if Cassandra was referring to my financial status, (destroyed) my lost EMBA from the best international Ivy on the planet that my ex employer, who fired me illegally would have picked up the tab for, and got billions (twice) from Congress for ruining our economy, or my new, visible neurological disability, which they also caused, which gets me called “retard” to my face, and essentially makes me unemployable for the rest of my life.

That apparently the President thinks is so funny that he makes jokes about retards on national TV.  Or maybe it was my skin color that elicited Cassandra’s response.

I don’t know.

All I know is that I’ve gotten to remember what it’s like to “live poor” again.  While Cassandra makes six figures, brags about her limited edition sports cars, and Melody Barnes, another UNC grad of my tenure, also doesn’t bother to return my calls.

I guess I’m “too privileged” for her to remember too.  She’s making DC’s best dressed list these days.  And unlike Cassandra, never bothered to even show up for rallies at UNC divestment campaigns.  Sorority parties and shopping, were far more important.

I’ll probably spend the rest of my life in abject poverty.  I’m 42 years old.  And my life has just been thrown away.

I was making six figures before I was fired.  With an EMBA from Columbia, in cleantech, with the specialties I have, six to seven figures is not an unreasonable salary range and expectation.  Even as a girl.   I would have had that this spring.

But now?

I’m unemployable.  With no rights.  And get called “retard” to my face.  And face that reality for the rest of my life.

They don’t give opportunity, much less equal opportunity, equal pay, equal rights, or even affirmative action to gimps.  We’re walking pieces of garbage.  Except when we’re the convenient photo op and special presidential appointment. The rest of us twenty percent of America, can rot in hell.  With a 90% unemployment rate, most live in poverty, with substandard everything.  That the president doesn’t give a rat’s ass about, and hasn’t done shit about.  It’s not only America’s Apartheid.  It’s Obama’s greatest sin.

It’s not a fun experience, especially with now two of the rarest and one of the most painful neurological disabilities on the planet that the shit called Medicaid doesn’t even cover.  And the best medication for, marijuana, is still illegal.  Much less most of the doctors who take the insurance don’t even know how to spell just one, let alone both of the disabilities I have, much less treat the co morbidities.

Arach what?  You have giant spiders in your head?  Dystomia?  What’s that?  Can you spell it?

Welcome to my world.  It’s almost funny if it weren’t a scene from Dante.

But I have in this hell of an existence I’ve sunk to, as the Federal EEOC takes its time in investigating my case against a mega monster of a bank, (who’s gotten bailed out twice, now in the billions of dollars from the government, while I’ve gotten nothing but ‘tude, discrimination and crap) at this point from the same, while waiting over two years and counting, and almost three now without a paying gig, gotten to know New York welfare pretty well.  While every federal, state and city agency also violates my civil, due process and Constitutional rights.  And Obama’s goon squad beat the shit out of me.  Literally.  That the Federal Justice Department refuses to investigate.  And I can’t get proper medical attention for.

Yet despite the initial hell that it was to negotiate, and my life is right now, you always find someone in the system that is your lucky star.   That’s how even Hell operates.

Your North Star.  It’s how you find sanity in a world that goes topsy turvy.

I learned that the first time my world went upside down.  When I lost my father and we were homeless the first time.

I was 11.

I had just tested into the Best Grammar School as they call them in England, or magnet schools as they call them in the US that sends more students to University than Eton, which is where the English Royalty send their prodigy, for big bucks.  Except that Grammar schools are totally free, and based on meritocracy.  My social worker then was a little old lady, with a neat gray bun in the back of her head, and made sure that we were put in a “good” halfway house, a clean, one room refuge, with three army issue bunk beds, grey covers, army issue, of course, a half stove with two burners, a half kitchenette, and a “French door” as she laughed with us, that led out to a postage size gardenette.

So we could grow some veggies.  Across the street was where the milkman filled up their three wheeled, or in some cases, four wheeled electric trucks at the local dairy, so that’s where we got our milk, butter and bread.  Cleantech in the seventies in the UK anyone?

On food stamps of course.  And I got free lunch at school.

That’s how we lived.  I was going to school with millionaires kids, and we were so poor that we lived in literal poverty.  Poorer than even Michelle Obama.  With two parents with disabilities.  One I had just lost……

and one I was about to lose.  To another disability.  Who may have been famous, but came close to destroying me.  To an untreated disability, and alcoholism.   Not too much holiday cheer, I fear, but something America needs to face.  About a legal drug that is far more dangerous, and one we outlaw that would help thousands instead, called pot.  That will have a very deleterious effect not only on my health, but my pocketbook.  And yourself as well.  Not to mention our foreign policy.

But Ms. Nowell, my social worker, didn’t care about the fame of my family.  Or the obvious alcoholism of my mother, even then.  Cheers anyone?

But while my mom was out to lunch, my social worker worked for me.  She worked the system.  That half way house was also less than half a mile’s walk from my Grammar School.  She was determined that no matter what happened, I was going to go to Henrietta Barnett.  Even if my family had just fallen apart.  She knew absolutely, and in fact sat me down one afternoon, after a particularly brutal session with the court, there is no easy way out for kids when your family falls apart, that I would be going to the best Grammar School in England.  I had tested into it, and earned it she said to me, and if she had anything to do with it, I deserved to go there.  Over her dead body, was what she said was I not going to go.  It was in the spirit of the schools’ founder.  It was the least she could do.

I had never seen such determination in a woman before, especially one I didn’t even know.  A tiny, little old lady, with a neat grey bun in her hair.  And that was her promise to me.  And that was something I could count on.

My North Star, as she put it.  A promise she kept.

A promise that changed my life.

I went back to England many years later, to find her, and thank her.  My letter telling her I was en route to England reached her three weeks after she died.  I was taking a year off from college.

I got a letter back from a very kind man in British social services who wrote back telling me of her death.  That she never saw the letter, but he knew that she would have appreciated it.   That she was a special lady who helped many children find their way out of the dark abyss of family tragedies.

What I face today, is sort of like that.  And New York Welfare is far more brutal than British social services will ever be.   Brutal is the only way to describe New York’s system.  Or what America’s social net has become.  Thanks Mr. Mayor, you sadist.   And Obama for perpetuating it.  And Clinton and Bush, and every American politician for allowing this to happen.

And I’m dealing with a system that is so discriminatory it is hard to describe.  On every level.  Municipal, state and federal.

But I went in today, to the North Star I’ve found in New York’s fetid and corrupt Welfare system.  Bloomberg you are an evil man.  You deserve to rot in whatever hell you believe in.  And so do you, Obama, for selling us all out, for forgetting the dreams of those who put you in office.  I imagine you both in a place like this for your sins.  Think about this picture below….

….before either one of you attends or toasts anymore extravaganzas that are, as we all know, pretty damned corrupt.  Like this one, for example.

But in the midst of hell, there are angels.  And I’ve found mine.

Her name is Miss M.  I can’t give her full name.

In that amazing ability black women have, or African American, whatever they prefer to be called (some like to be called Black, some like to be called African American, it’s a personal preference), but there is this incredible beauty to them.

I was raised to believe that black skin was more beautiful than white.

My mother’s Caldecott Award Winning Children’s Book, A Story A Story,

is dedicated to me and all my black brothers and sisters too.

And published just a year after the Supreme Court mandated school desegregation, and even BANNED in some parts of the South, because it was the first commercially published children’s book ever published in this country (1970) to feature a black God.

And thus of course highly controversial fare for those who believed that black people are, like the President’s chief economics’ advisor, Mr. Summers, and apparently Mr. Obama himself, just in hiring the bastard, currently believes about women, of all colors, to be “biologically inferior.”

I was raised with the DNA to believe that black is beautiful.  In fact I remember saying when Obama announced his presidency, “if that man with that name wins, America is finally willing to start saying ‘I’m sorry’ about a lot of things.”

Boy was I wrong.

But as I look at Ms. M. today, I also know that I was right too.

Because at least there is one person, pathetic as I am now, and probably to most of you reading this, that to me, Miss M. is beautiful.

Her skin shines with that beauty of just reserved kindness.  This Ebony, black to the bone beauty.  Combined with reserved strength born of suffering, but I will make it through the worst anyway, born of toughness that is necessary to survive a still racist and increasingly classist America, where fairness is nonexistent, meritocracy is absent, and the only way you make it is by extreme luck combined with extreme corruption.

But in Ms. M. you don’t see that.  You see the true recipe for greatness.  What I have always sought for in a leader I respect.  An incredibly nurturing instinct that is so beautiful and gentle when it is there for you.  Male or female, it doesn’t matter.  It’s there when you need it.

That is the REAL definition of the security state.  It takes care of its citizens.  It doesn’t destroy them.  And they don’t destroy or abuse it.  They nurture it, and it in turn nurtures them back.  Because everyone knows that we all fall down sometimes.  And your life should not be destroyed by that.  That is the definition of community.  Of the state.

And because of what this country, in particular has done to Black people in general, when you find that trait in a black woman, black women shine.  It’s impossible to describe it.

And Miss M. did today, what she has done for me consistently this year.  She alone, amidst the bureaucracy and red tape, sorted out in two seconds flat what could have been yet another major headache, as I was headed out, again, and for too many times this year, to the post office, with a three inch pile of complaints to various federal agencies, about both federal and state agencies’ appalling discriminatory behavior and my appeals thereof.

So thank you Ms. M.  For being my North Star Today.  I toast you with all the holiday cheer I can muster, however figuratively.

Again.  Cheers to you.  I’d buy you a drink if I could afford it.

You are nameless and probably will never be properly thanked.  Your picture will never be taken by Time Magazine.  Much less Vogue.  Or say Glamor.  Even though you deserve to be.

You probably will never make it to the Oval Office for a signing of a bill, much less have you ever expected to go there for commendation for doing a thankless, underpaid job, you deserve national recognition for doing.

You have never been paid what you are really worth. Or offered the opportunity to follow your dreams.  That is why you are so kind to those who are watching theirs get smashed on the rocks in front of you.  And know it, and can’t do anything about it, except process this damned girl’s pitiful “benefits.”  And tell her it will all get better.  When you know damned well, that it probably won’t.  You’ve seen too many downward spirals like this before.

I know those things because I see them in your eyes.

That is what my experience teaches me about you.

And I may never get this stupid business off the ground because Obama has better things to do with his time.  Like play golf. Or meet with Tiger Woods.  Or the UNC basketball team. Or declare War on Iran.  Or take his Nobel, wrapped with fries to go, pissing off most of Europe and waking them up to exactly what kind of man he is.

But Ms. M. is the real reason I voted for Obama, if you really want to know.

She is the reason I am so angry at him now.

She could be anywhere from 45-60, in that amazing ability that black women alone have, of aging with that beautiful, timeless grace that white women just don’t possess.  In that same ability to project ageless beauty of say Marilyn Monroe had when she wasn’t caught in one of her sluttier poses.   Or more sexy ones, which Eve Arnold also took.  But still aren’t my favorite, but of course more famous…like this one….

But these are some of my favorite “unknown” photos of Monroe.

One of the great secrets of Marilyn’s photogenic timelessness, a secret passed down to me from my father’s first wife, Eve Arnold, the woman who discovered her,

was that Marilyn had this soft fur all over her skin, that captured the light, and Eve knew how to manipulate that, so that Marilyn literally glowed in every photo Eve took of her.  A trick male photographers never learned, and why Eve became Marilyn’s favorite and most trusted photographer.

But Eve learned that trick from originally photographing black women.  She got her first professional gig, if you look at this link, as Magnum’s first female photographer, by photographing black fashion shows in Harlem.

And sent those pictures to an old school “chum” of my dad’s in England.  It blew them away.  They’d never seen anything like it before.  That’s how Eve eventually won her OBE.  And all of the other honors that followed.

You see, Black women have that glow naturally.

Michelle Obama has it in spades.

She is a very beautiful woman if you really study her features.

She glows.

That is why it is so hard for me to criticize her.  And it is.

When I first heard her speak on the campaign trail last year, she just blew me away.

She is the embodiment of beauty if you only look at her and not what she does.  Or only listen to her speeches and not look behind them.

But it is precisely when you look under the cover, behind the cover shot, that is where she falls down.  Just like her husband.

I have long ago learned not to judge a book by its cover.  Or a magazine for that matter.  And I am not fooled that behind the veneer, and under the covers, is a woman who sold out, in a way that is rotten to the core.

Perhaps it sounds odd to hear a woman praise another woman’s beauty, especially a straight woman.  But not for an artist’s child.  Who grew up looking at people of all kinds as beautiful.   As individuals.  And of course, black skin was always considered beautiful in my family.  But especially so to one who knows that wearing it, also incurs the stain of  a lifetime of lost opportunity for most, or opportunity never had; dealing with insults and slurs, and disappointments so great, that I look at Ms. M.’s face, at this woman, who works in the welfare department.  At the Parks section of the welfare system in New York, (which is the lowest, slummiest, crappiest jobs section of the entire system, and therefore largest section of welfare, so Ms. M. is the big boss, but also the person there I have met with the kindest heart and the one who knows how the system works best.)

And she was my North Star today.  As she has been since I have met her.

And if I had to choose between a black heroine, with more grace and compassion and someone I look up to, than say Mrs. Obama, with her Ivies and her designer duds, and her cover glamour shots and her arrogance and Ms. M., there is no contest.

Ms. M. wins hands down.  Cheers.  And another round.  On the house, lady.

I told her today that if I can get my project off the ground, I’m hiring her.  At three times what she makes.  At least.  You see Ms. M. treats everyone with dignity and compassion.  Even though she probably makes barely minimum wage.

And I, in this madhouse called life, am equally distant from Mrs. Obama, literally one phone call, and Ms. M.

Ms. M. laughed and thought I was crazy when I told her what I did today. And maybe I am. But I believe in what I’m doing.  Call it the audacity of hope.  That is what I have always fought for.  That’s where the message of the campaign connected you see.  It’s the execution that’s lacking.

And that is unforgiveable.

You see Bloomberg pays city workers like Ms. M. nothing.  And has undercut their pensions too.  Unlike Wall Street Millionaires, City Worker’s salaries are certainly negotiable to the powers that be.  Because to the political elite, people like Ms. M. don’t count.  Not to mention their pensions.  So Ms. M. faces a good chance of “retiring” in poverty.  Thanks to Mr. Obama’s current policies.

When people say I am “angry” it is because I think about people like Ms. M.

I have never forgotten they exist.  And I’ve always known they counted.

These are the people who Obama and the Missus are throwing away.  Somehow he never learned they existed.  And Michelle, wants to forget that they do.

How come?

That was his supposed MO.  And her attraction to him.  So if that’s false, what’s true about the two of them?

Were they just a convenient photo op?  A campaign backdrop?

Another marriage arranged for political and career convenience?

If that’s so outrageous, then why did Cassandra Butts even mention it last year as an issue in a televised interview on national TV?  Or mentioned say in this article that came out rather later.

I mean, I don’t know about you, but I couldn’t afford a wedding dress like that.  Much less the wedding it looks like those two paid for.  On the crappy non-profit salary I was making.

That is the cruelest irony of all.

Both Obamas’ not to mention their staff, seem to tell a great story, but it’s all on the surface.  Or if Obama or the Missus forgot what they were about, which it is obvious that they have, then they were never truly stories and identities burned into their souls, but ones they would rather forget.  And Michelle’s convenient story of a past she wants to ignore, not embrace.  Except you never forget that.  And if you learn your lessons about it, you never perpetuate such conditions on other people.  And that is just as bad.

Because in specifically Obama’s case, it means he’s a fake.   The Buppy Oreo on the make, who wants to see himself on the cover of “Men’s Fitness,” as he sends more young men and women to get blown to smithereens, without even providing proper healthcare for them.  While selling America down the drain.  And in the Missus’ case, it appears she suffers what many people in twelve step recovery programs suffer from – that “Denial is not a River in Egypt.”  In other words you don’t ever forget where you came from.

But it is people like Ms. M., in her modest dignity, who have always won my heart with her quiet nobility, who have helped me find my North Star in my darkest hour, who get my respect, more than any Ivy Leagued Buppy.

People like her, I never forget.  Who get my cheers, and any drink bought, at any bar, for any occasion.

Total strangers in the wilderness who showed compassion to me.  To whom I probably seem totally spoiled and yes “privileged” to quote Cassandra.

But you see, unlike Cassandra, who can forget me, I can never forget Ms. M.  And Ms. M. never forgets me.  She always remembers me every time I come in.

And I will take her with me, in some way, wherever I go.

That’s why I’m honoring her by writing about her.

She deserves at least that.  And I toast, as much as I don’t drink.

Literally and or figuratively, as much as I am able, as I will always take a piece of her with me.  Just like I will always take my first social worker, Ms. Nowell, in a place in my heart with me too.  She has become, just like Ms. M.

And that, in a world, spinning with its insanity, of law suits and nutcases, and people who are corrupt when they have no right to be, and overwhelming issues, is my North Star to sanity.  In a world of hell.

Thank you Ms. M.  You get my vote for America’s REAL First Lady.  And have been a North Star to me this year, when I really needed one.  And probably for another year or so to go, as the EEOC, plods through my case for the third year in a row.  I don’t even know if I’ll have a lawyer for Christ’s sakes.  The state is so screwed up that they’ve interfered in my federal case.

But Ms. M. doesn’t know that.  Day in and day out, she goes into a crappy city office, for no pay, and works with people who society has thrown away.  And does it with a compassion that I rarely see.  And gives dignity to the most downtrodden.

Obama?  He only meets with rich people and movie stars.  What an asshole.

But people like Ms. M. are the people in America who are important to me.

These are the people who I “rant” for.  Not to mention fight for.  Because nobody fights for them.  And they, fundamentally, have always been the ones who have made the greatest difference, when the hour is darkest, for the most of us.

And these are the people who I am fighting for, as I take my three inch packets of investigative crap, about the latest infraction of “caught you in the act” and mail it wherever it needs to go.

Because eventually there will be a showdown between El Numero Uno and Myself.  One way or the other.

And the Elephant in the Living Room is going to be Ms. M.  She is the face of my North Star in this fight.

For she is the person that Obama forgot, as soon as he decided to become King.

Or maybe she was always a ghost for him that substituted as a conscience.  She’s always been a real person for me.  Scattered here and there throughout my lifetime.  It’s the Ms. M.s of this world who taught me how to find my North Star in a world filled with hatred, and bigotry, those who forget what their promises are.

And that is not the change I believe in, or was voting for.

Ms. M. you get my vote for America’s REAL First Lady.  And are the embodiment of class in the act.  Not to mention get my toast any day of the week, raised in honor of you, this holiday season, for among other things, NOT letting my life descend another level into literal hell.  That you, if not the bloggers reading this, really do understand.  And took the time and compassion to save me from.

The reason I am sending you to another wormhole in cyberspace for these two articles, when the first of the two appears on this site, is for you to see something else.

DISCRIMINATION.  Particularly against women and those with disabilities and how unfounded such attitudes are, how our continued mistreatment, even by Obama, unfortunately, leads to this kind of thing, and why I am determined to make sure that I both get a meeting with him and that this kind of thing stops.

There is nothing like seeing for yourself to believe.  And the kind of comments I got, particularly on the first Part above are almost unbelievable.  Then again, this whole situation is.  And again something I blame on Obama, for reasons you will understand when you read the next parts of the developing story….something that nobody else has caught.  This is a serious and breaking news story about Presidential lawbreaking that it appears Congress is trying to cover up and none of the media outlets have caught.

Not bad for a, in the words of Mr. Summers’ Mr. Obama’s chief economic advisor, “biologically inferior” GIMP.   And in addition to that proposal that has sat in the White House for way too long, more than enough reason for a meeting in the Oval Office Pronto.  Otherwise, there will be more to follow.  Because Mr. Obama is pretty sexist himself.  And shows no respect for white women in their thirties and forties, to the extent that his goons have already beaten me up, his administration refuses to investigate, his White House refuses to return my calls on a very good jobs and clean energy proposal and THERE ARE NO WHITE WOMEN AT ALL IN THEIR THIRTIES OR FORTIES AT ANY POWERFUL POSITION IN THIS ADMINISTRATION, EITHER IN THE WHITE HOUSE OR HEADING UP A CABINET POSITION.

AND THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE.  IT IS CALLED DIVERSITY.  THEN AGAIN, AS YOU READ THIS STORY, YOU WILL SEE THAT MR. OBAMA’S BEHAVIOR IS A LITTLE LESS THAN PRESIDENTIAL.  IF NOT IMMATURE.  AND ILLEGAL.  THIS IS JUST ONE STORY.  THERE ARE MANY MORE.

This is the first of a series of this part of the action.

This is a follow up to the last blog I wrote on the topic of the supposed “break in” or um “lapse of security” or “failure of the secret service” or whatever bullshit du jour the “authorities” and “official sources” and unfortunately the mainstream media are too ever since that stupid distraction and soap opera occurred, are calling this charade not to mention the issue of “terrorist threats,” “threats to the president” and basically the entire pile of manure that surrounds this whole event that is, to use a phrase that I’m stealing from myself, but is absolutely appropriate here, so high, wide and deep that you can forget looking for the pony, ‘cause it died long ago.

Just from the stench of corruption surrounding this odiferous crap.

Not to mention the actual events of the night itself and why they were arranged.  Not to mention the ensuing “scandal” which was too.  And why.

The reason I’m writing this is because I have even more proof that what I wrote is true.

I now have additional proof that what I posted is true.  And now I’m going to tell you what that is, for several reasons, because I am really sick and tired of what is going on, and I am going to stop it.

I am also doing what I am doing to teach people, both in government and the average American a few lessons.  Including you Big Brother over there at Spook Central (NSC/CIA/FBI and whatever other unimaginative, unpronounceable acronyms you bozos make up for the security state that nobody can even remember, much less understand) and Orwell Tree House (The Department of Homeland Security) who can go kiss my ass.

And you know what; you guys over at the White House can do that too.  Not to mention ANYBODY IN GOVERNMENT, official or otherwise, who fucks with me over this.  Or anything else for that matter.  Except to start checking the President’s calendar for a meeting date.

Because I know Big Brother, among others, you are reading this too.  And if you care to show up at my door again, or any other government thugs, official or unofficial, all you are going to get, if I bother to answer my door at all, that is, is my middle finger in your face, if not my garbage pail contents thrown out my window on your heads and a string of invectives that is going to make that little twit Rambo look like a learning disabled three year old when it comes to using profanity (and I have far more respect for learning disabled three year olds than the other asshole bully for several reasons including their IQ, and morals) and trust me, I can out cuss that immoral fuck and bully in the White House, who does not intimidate me in the slightest, and when it comes to imaginative but very insulting, highly sophisticated, completely appropriate, extremely embarrassing and colorful profanity, huh, he’s in Kindergarten compared to me.  Among many other things.  And language I have every right to use.  Per some crazy thing called the law.  Not to mention, if he uses it, I can use it too.  See Title XII.

And if that confrontation happens, I will BE TAPING IT.  ON DIGITAL VIDEO SO IT WILL GO INSTANTLY VIRAL.  ASAP.

That if you would like to object to, on any stupid but you think clever or what is that word you dickheads like to use – “Unprecedented” – charge, is going to land you in a fucking Title XII, disabilities (both Rehab Act and/or ADA and 1991 Civil Rights Act) Hate Crimes and every other law I can throw at you, not to mention Constitutional law suit so fucking fast your heads are going to spin like a top.  And don’t even mention “NATIONAL SECURITY SECRET VIOLATION” YOU TURDS.

Because you don’t have a leg to stand on.

Even a prosthetic one.

Much less a wheelchair….and yes, I am making references to those with disabilities for a reason and not in a nasty or disrespectful way TO THEM, but to the fucks who are doing nothing about the issue (I.E. OUR NATIONAL LEADERS STARTING WITH OBAMA AND THE MISSUS, NOT TO MENTION CONGRESS) which you readers will understand in a sec, if you keep reading.

For those who don’t understand or think I’m being paranoid, even after you have completely read this blog and all of the attached blog posts (there are two other very important links you have to read to understand this especially if you have not been following the soap opera), I guarantee you, you will not think that way when I am done.

You see I had set a few, uh, “rat traps” to be consistent with my original analogies in that original story that I knew the ding dongs who I would be sending this too would probably set off and never even think to look for, much less, uh, “defuse the bomb”.  For reasons they would never catch or think I was too stupid to set.   And therefore trip.

Yes, I call myself Gimp Godzilla as a joke, but maybe Gimp Velociraptor would be more appropriate in this case.  Although I don’t plan on going extinct any time soon.  But trust me, just like in “Jurassic Park,” when I’m on the hunt for my prey, you will never see me coming.  And the uh, “attack” figuratively speaking will come from the direction least expected.

I may be a pacifist by choice.  But I do know how to be a predator.  That is the difference between being a moral human being with a sense of justice and committed to perpetuating it FOR EVERYONE and acting like a selfish solipsistic asshole.

But I knew that this was going to work because of the rampant discrimination against women and PWDs in our society, not to mention the disdain in general the political elite have for the hoi polloi.  And because they don’t want this leaking.  Blogs can be stripped from websites and blocked from channels in cyberspace too.  Just as well as pictures or stories can be blocked from websites.  Just like, for example, the British version of the BBC website was not available outside the country via the internet during key primaries in the U.S. last year.  How do I know that?  I checked.  For a reason.  I had some suspicions and still do about what the fuck is going on under the cover of FISA.  And trust me, when I write the blog that I’m going to about what I know about that, you will jump under the fucking bedclothes.

But why do you think that the BBC would block its own internal reporting from Americans trying to find out what the British were reporting internally during our own election, do you think?  And yes, the sites are different.  Go look them up.

But that kind of censorship has been going on for years.  Even before 9/11, Reuters, for example, would only send certain video feeds and news feeds  to certain countries and block feeds deliberately from going to others.  How do I know that?

Because I fucking worked for them.  Did I ever sign a nondisclosure?  No.  Did I ever tell them that I worked for the ACLU?  No.  Of course not.  They never asked.  And even if I had, they were too stupid or had no morals of their own to know, because of course I never said anything, that this kind of censorship is WRONG.

So people WAKE THE FUCK UP.  YOU ARE BEING LIED TO.  AND FUCKED WITHOUT THE LUBE.

And yes I’m using very graphic language, but I need to get this through your heads.  And, according to the latest studies in psychology and psychiatry, profanity gets people’s attention VERY FUCKING FAST.  So I’m not trying to offend you.  I am trying to educate you, save you, and WAKE YOU UP.

But back to our traps.  Of course they weren’t suspecting them.  So they tripped them.  Thus exposing their two inch, if that long, dicks in public.  And yes, that was meant to be a sexist insult, but a funny one, and certainly one they deserve.  You know, there are always substitutes that work just as well.  And if I can use them on you boys, as I do very handily and am often begged to, you can use them on me.

I hope you are laughing.  That was a comic moment.  You need them in these kinds of things.  Because this is a very scary story.  But now back to it.

Our government and our country, treat women like shit.  I mean look at who is in our government and how they treat just women, let alone gimps.  Unless you are a gazillionaire and even then, Mrs. Clinton (who I am no fan of but for the first time in my life felt sorry for when this happened during the campaign last year) for example had to endure having her daughter basically called a prostitute on mainstream, national TV.

Despite the crap the anchor, not to mention the network tried to use to justify its or even that asshole reporter’s actions, I would have had the head of the network’s balls on a platter.

And served for lunch the next day, au jus.

And FIRED that reporter.

I mean who the hell does he think he is?  Whether it is Chelsea Clinton or some unknown woman from the projects, you DO NOT say those things about women on MAINSTREAM TV.

Or ANYWHERE for that matter.

WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THE MALE ASSHOLES RUNNING THE NETWORKS?  NOT TO MENTION THE MALE ASSHOLE REPORTERS?  THE ONLY ONES HIRED TO POLITICAL COVERAGE BEATS.

And if you don’t believe me, name one female political reporter in her thirties or forties, who does.

You can’t.  Because there aren’t any.  We are, to quote Larry Summers, biologically inferior of doing so, apparently.

What century are we in again?

You know that I’m joking and I’m not Hannibal Lector, but I would have been far firmer than Hillary Clinton was, is the point of the above.  Women are far too used to taking too much shit.  And then take their frustration out on each other.

I am someone who HAS NEVER TAKEN IT.  FROM ANYONE.  A blog story for another day.   But I suggest that American women start to learn that same fucking attitude.

Those bastards at the network are just lucky Mrs. Clinton isn’t me.

But Obama is no better, despite signing a piece of paper.  BFD.

According to Mr. Summers, Mr. Obama’s head economic advisor, women are “biologically inferior” and not capable of apparently anything except breathing and breeding.  Despite this, Mr. Obama decided that Mr. Summers, naturally, was the best candidate for the job, despite his incestuous relationships with Wall Street, not to mention his previous um “fulltime” employer, if you can call showing up for work one day a week a full time job (although at a salary that was quite impressive I have to say of $1.5 Million for that day of work) plus HUGE consulting fees on the side from other corrupt Wall Street perps, all of whom of course got bailed out with your money.

DE Shaw, Mr. Summer’s immediate ex-employer, and founded by a guy also from Mr. Obama’s undergraduate alma mater (gee, it gets more incestuous all the time, doesn’t it) that underpaying slave driver, don’t you think, FYI is the Quantiest of all quant firms in the known planet as well as a very successful hedge fund.  And also very involved in things like cancer research (i.e. healthcare), housing, and cleantech.  To the point that they invested in a HUGE offshore cleantech facility right off of what state, rather conveniently, right as Mr. Summer’s got his new job offer?

DELAWARE.

Which is significant why?

Because it is Mr. Biden’s home state.  The VEEP.

Setting themselves up not only for another incestuous spot on a Presidential advisory board but for first dibs on a lot of YOUR money in very lucrative fields where the government is giving money away to its favorite people right now.  In boatloads.  Healthcare, cleantech, etc and ad nauseum.

And oh, yes, DE Shaw is also buying lots of repossessed homes on the cheap too, as soon as the homeowners the government couldn’t give a fuck about are barely beginning to stack the few belongings left them in boxes next to their bunk beds in small piles at their nearest homeless shelter.  AND DON’T HIRE GIMPS.

Which as mentioned before in New York, thanks to such “brilliant” policies as Mr. Bloomberg’s, along with Mr. Donovan (who Mr. Obama picked for his new head of HUD so we can see some more of that “innovation in housing” nationally, are about as “brilliant” as those of Mr. Obama’s.  And as I have mentioned before, it costs twice as much to be homeless in New York City, as to occupy a studio apartment in the cheapest part of the city, thanks to such “brilliance.”  And, um “innovation.”

Does anyone else see any ethical or other say economic or logic problems here or am I the ONLY ONE?

Which also might explain some of the problems we’ve been having with Mr. Obama’s reluctance to do anything about reigning in Wall Street, implementing decent healthcare legislation, appointing a man to head Treasury who should be behind bars rather than behind the fucking desk at the head of Treasury (that would be little Timmy Turbo Tax) and does a lot of explaining about what is going so wrong right now with our economy and the absolutely inane if not stupid and immoral economic decisions this administration is making.  If not all of them.  About almost everything.  And no, signing documents doesn’t matter.  Neither does making token appointments.

Per that old fashioned Wendy’s ad “Where’s the FUCKING BEEF?”

Nonetheless Mr. Summers, who by the way also mentored Mr. Geithner, and along with Mr. Greenspan, destroyed the woman’s career who warned Mr. Greenspan in 1998/1999 about the danger of unregulated derivatives (for which they both wrecked her career right before they destroyed Glass Steagall, two of the most important reasons and causes for our economy going “boom’ last year with just as much force and destruction but which will cause far greater suffering for many more people GLOBALLY and last much longer than the damage of 9/11 ever did.

And this warning by the way, FROM A WOMAN, Brooksley Born (also the FIRST FEMALE LAW SCHOOL REVIEW EDITOR EVER AND FROM A PRESTIGIOUS LAW SCHOOL AT THAT…AND IN THE SIXTIES MR. OBAMA, you sexist asshole)…who of course, naturally don’t understand economics because we are so stupid and biologically inferior, per Summers, was BEFORE ENRON’s IMPLOSION, which was about exactly the same shit.

Oh, and one more thing.  Mr. Summers was also fired from Harvard for those disgustingly sexist and Neanderthal comments about women too.

Nevertheless, Mr. Obama of course, being so much more brilliant than anyone else on the planet, according to him, naturally therefore, decided, that Mr. Summers would of course, be the best option to have as HIS numero uno economic advisor.

I personally see a great deal of “brilliance” in that decision, but not the kind I would ever share in public.  It’s the kind that I routinely extrude in my toilet and flush down the commode when solid waste removal out of a certain orifice for biological functioning of my internal organs is necessary.  Specifically the intestines and the bowel region of my anatomy.

If that is what we call “brilliance” in our elected leaders, I think Americans need to look up in a dictionary if necessary, if they do not understand the meaning of this next term: “shit for brains masquerading as genius instead.”

Nevertheless, back to the point.  The current administration is so sexist, elitist, discriminatory and impressed with its own importance and significance, not to mention that everyone in it thinks that they are smarter than everyone else in America, that it thinks it could never be set up in its own rat trap.

Which is exactly what I set out for them along with catching them in the act, in that little story about the “White House Break in” Bullshit.

It’s not that the story is not true…it’s just that I added certain extra things to set those traps off.

Except the traps I set were things that were extremely sophisticated, not verbal, not necessarily visible at all, and there are more of them that I’m not going to mention, but I will tell you about the ones that have so far gone off as in “SNAP, SNAP, SNAP” to further lend cred to this story, to teach a few lessons, and to start to make America WAKE THE FUCK UP.

The first is that the fact that a story carrying a picture of the CEO of PepsiCo India would be automatically sponsored on the premiere feeder law site domestically, LAW.COM is interesting in and of itself because the story is very critical of the President and the Indian government does not want to damage a business or political relationship with America right now.  Or vice versa.  Despite the fact that they want nothing to do with our military activities next door.

It’s not the first time that one of my stories has been carried on Law.com.  But the fact that it was sponsored by Pepsi was the issue.  Law.com would never have carried that story otherwise.  I did that deliberately.  By using so much profanity that there is no way they would.  Nor would Pepsi have sponsored it, certainly not Pepsi India, not only because of the colorful language I used, but also because they certainly would have gotten the cultural references I used also.

Which they, unlike Americans reading the story or apparently my blog posts, DO NOT UNDERSTAND.  They are sophisticated multinational cultural references that require an education.  That only very educated people will be able to interprete i.e. heads of state, senior members of the UN and people that I grew up with.  And was educated to think that way from a very young age.  Despite the ‘tude coming out of the White House and the way I was always treated in DC and for that matter New York about not having a fucking Ivy on my resume.

The reference I made to Mrs. Obama giving a children’s book, “The Jungle Book,” about a little Indian boy, who lived in the jungle among talking animals, would not (I certainly hope) be lost on either the Senior White House clowns (although you never do know given what they gave to Mr. Brown), certainly not Ms. Jarrett who hails from Imperial Iran under the American propped up Shah, (a horrifically brutal government also backed up by the CIA for American business interests) or the Indian Government.   The latter of whom would certainly understand that I was saying that America treats India like a child named Mowgli, the central character in Kipling’s book, as an unequal.  A primitive living in the jungle.  Low caste.  Not a Raj (an Indian King – the highest caste that one can get and closest to God in the Hindi religion).

Now do you understand?

And for Mrs. Obama to give him that book would be to say “Fuck You.  You bow to us.  You are part of the American Empire, we dictate how you are going to rule your country.”

That is what IMPERIALISM IS.

And personally disgusting coming from a woman who not only is the descendant of slaves but doesn’t even know that Sesame Street, for example causes epilepsy in children because of the editing techniques it uses.  And was used by the Nixon administration to dumb down public education.  Not to mention that the fact that yes, my proposal, sitting at the White House ignored, because for whatever reason the elitists at the White House think they are better than I am, when they aren’t,  is better than hers, including the fact that I had already done my homework eight months earlier, to the point of having soil scientists in place to soil test the plot of land I wanted to use for my organic gardening work.  Sorry honey, but just having an Ivy League or even being first lady, doesn’t give you the right to get credit for nothing.  And even worse than that Axelrod HAS a daughter with epilepsy.  And Mrs. Obama hasn’t hired or even invited a single person or a child to the White House with a disability.  Her father had one.  Why the hell is she sitting on the sidelines if ignoring the issue completely.

The reality is that the way people with disabilities are treated in America today is like the American Apartheid.  And frankly, just like India today.

In India, they pay slave labor wages to people who would be getting $60-70 an hour here.  And did.  Until they shipped jobs like computer programming to India.  Where the computer programmers there, with English speaking skills, get about $5 an hour for exactly the same work.  A practice Mr. Obama apparently seems to want to emulate, perpetuate if not speed up.  So I gave them a taste of their own fucking medicine.  To prove not only that the story was true about the fuckup and coverup, but to counter the sexism of this administration and Obama’s appalling continuation of OUR appalling foreign policy which ultimately hurts US.

So unless Law.com suddenly got smart about tagging, which I doubt, and knows about Indian telco law, which I doubt even further, someone told them to set that trigger on their site to pick up any picture from that night that included the picture of the perps with the CEO of PepsiCo India.  Who there was no doubt would be attending.   And was set on autopilot.  But someone set it and dollars to doughnuts came from the White House.  Again, remember the whole silly Pepsi vs. Coke thing?  Again, nothing happens for an accident.  The White House is setting up business relationships all over the place.  It’s providing product placement for Google for Christ’s sakes on it’s own website.

But it’s not a new thing for America to push it’s products onto the rest of the world, even at the point of a gun.  What is “unprecedented” to quote them themselves is that this is so aggressive, and that they are actively speeding up the outsourcing of slave labor overseas, making the situation here even worse.  And doing nothing about the situation back home.  But doing it in such a way that is literally invisible to the American people so all they see is Obama doing his “I care” act bullshit when the man doesn’t give a flying fuck.

And the reason I know all of this is deductive logic, Dr. Watson.  Plus a very strong background in Telco and IT.  Not to mention political and internet marketing strategy.  That includes, yes, even though I have tits, a working knowledge of electrical and network engineering.  BASED ON EXPERIENCE.  What the hell do you think digital video is?  It’s the same as data.  It just needs to move faster.  That is the layman’s explanation, but essentially that’s all the difference there is.  But Obama and crew want to play I’m smarter than you and use this to fuck everyone who doesn’t know this.

They don’t want Americans to know about this stupid tagging crap, manipulation of the internet, outsourcing jobs as an official policy, along with the rest of the story, because the sponsorship and the story itself was removed from that site by another act.

Another trap I’ll get to in a sec.

But back to the sponsorship thing.

That Pepsi sponsorship was triggered by the data mining of the picture of the CEO of PepsiCo India at the White House dinner.  Set by Law.com for a reason.  By whom do you think?  Who does business in India and needs to know Indian law, number one?  And number two; there is another reason which I’ll get to in a moment.  Also very geeky and technical, but important.

The answers are corporate lawyers and law firms who do the outsourced business of big corporate America.  Where metadata and data mining are starting to be a big deal.  Who the president is servicing and giving all the bailout money to first, instead of supporting small business.  Don’t you remember Summers finally saying about three weeks ago, something to the effect “oh, yes, well we are turning our attention now to small business.”

Why wasn’t that the FIRST PRIORITY OF THE ECONOMIC RECOVERY?

Small business has always been the driving force of the commercial engine of America.

For the White House to be MIA for TEN MONTHS while saving Big Business and Wall Street first, while giving them extra money on top of that, is bad enough.

For this shit on top of that (i.e. speeding up the export of cheap labor overseas) is even worse.

But they’re not going to give much money to small business either.

Why?

Because they are flushing it down the toilet in Afghanistan.

And who does that benefit?  Wall Street and big business.  Who make the equipment for DoD in the first place.  And get their financing from Wall Street.  So this whole canard is just another bailout of Wall Street over YOUR STREET, plus a whole lot of kids who are going to get blown away just for the fuck of it.

ONE YEAR IN AFGHANISTAN COSTS AT LEAST AS MUCH as the entire domestic bailout.

Conservatively it costs about $1 Million per troop per year to keep those kids in an area that we are never going to do jack in.  THREE EMPIRES HAVE ALREADY TRIED TO GO IN ALREADY AND LOST.  What the fuck are we doing there?  Does Obama really think he’s so fucking brilliant that he’s going to do better than anyone else on the fucking planet or in history?

NO FUCKING WAY.  He is delusional if he even maintains a dream about it.

The country IS MOUNT EVEREST.  OBAMA IS NOT FUCKING MOHAMMED.  HE CAN’T MOVE MOUNTAINS.  Much as he would like to think so.  Or his ass kissing staff tells him that.

If you have read ANYTHING about what those kids are going through this is exactly what they are facing and it’s flipping their wigs.  If not blowing their circuits.  Even the ones who made it through Iraq, in one piece and relatively sane.  Which was no picnic.

The country itself in the lowlands, if you look at my last blog on the topic, and I’ll include the topographical map below again, is at it’s LOWEST point, 3,000 feet above sea level.  Those squiggly little lines folks, for those unused to reading topographical maps, are FUCKING MOUNTAINS.  THE HIGHEST, TALLEST, MEANEST MOTHERS ON THE PLANET.

Now, add 60-80 lbs of gear to that, which is what the average combat soldier wears, no language skills, no interpreters (how many Afghani fluent interpreters does DoD have do you think, when we only had like ten Iraqi ones and we fired one for being gay, let alone the State Department where Mrs. Clinton gives the Russian head of state a MISSPELLED BUTTON MEANING RESET?) a completely foreign culture, even more foreign than Iraq, a culture that has been under attack for CENTURIES, so trust me, they are fierce as shit, not to mention Bedouins used to picking up and moving in three seconds flat, plus caves and secret hidey holes carved into the mountains and what do you think is going to happen?

Obama is saying we’re out of there in 2011?

BULLSHIT.

Those troops are going to be kicked into outer space.  Several galaxies far from here.

Obama doesn’t give a shit.  He’s listening to the generals and playing politics and rewarding Wall Street and corporate America.  YET AGAIN.  And the generals don’t give a fuck.  They just want promotions, big budgets and lots of toys to play with.

That is DoD.  Trust me.   I know these assholes.  Why the hell do you think I kicked THEIR asses when I was in DC.

So what the hell are we doing sending kids off to a war we are going to lose, costs billions to fight and is going to cause a shitload of suffering and we don’t even have a plan to treat the wounded already.  THERE IS NO PLAN TO TREAT, REHABILITATE OR FIND JOBS FOR THOSE WHO HAVE TBI.  THE SIGNATURE WOUND OF BOTH IRAQ AND AFGHANISTAN.

Trust me.

Even neurologists don’t fucking understand it.  It causes so many different kinds of conditions and we are on the dawn of neuroscience, that the fact that fucking White House is not only sending more troops off to a stupid war, but on top of this REFUSING to meet with the ONE PERSON IN THE COUNTRY, according to DOD, who doesn’t like ME, yet despite this, has already told me that I am far ahead of THEM in dealing with this, IS ANOTHER SIGN OF UNBELIEVABLE ARROGANCE.  IF NOT IRRESPONSIBILITY, SEXISM, RACISM, CLASSISM and everything else-ism.  And my proposal covers far more than that.

Like putting YOUR ASSES BACK TO WORK.  NOW.  At good salaries.  And saving your fucking mortgages.  NOW.  But Obama doesn’t want that.  Summers doesn’t want that.  Congress doesn’t want that.

They want their buddies to make a fortune off America’s pain.  And whether or not you want to believe that or not, that is what is happening.  All you have to do is look at where the grants are going.  I just happen to have contacts in DC at a high level because of my experience and have secret hidey holes and sources I’ll never reveal that also confirm that this is going on.

And that is totally WRONG.

And this latest escapade of blaming the secret service, is exactly the same fucking thing.  Obama and Co. are basically acting like High Caste Indians and treating the rest of America like low caste untouchables, as they call them in India.  While sending out Obama to do his “everyone in America has opportunity BS” act when they need him to.

Folks, Obama himself was incredibly privileged despite the ‘po black boy shit the campaign cooked up.  How many people have legacy AND minority extra special passes to Harvard Law?  Plus grannies who work at banks, so cosignatories on loans was never an issue.  How many people can say that?

3?  Maybe?

In the ENTIRE HISTORY OF THE UNIVERSITY?

So I gave them a taste of their own medicine.  Because I have a fucking education.  And because despite the fact that Obama thinks that he is god’s gift to the fucking planet, he’s not.

At this point I think he’s just a greedy, lying, corrupt fucking snot.

You do not set up people who are putting their lives on the line to protect you and your family for some fucking stupid political game to protect someone who may be your fucking mistress.  Much less the billion dollar salaries of some of the most corrupt, abusive companies on the planet.  The American Fortune 500.

But in the case of Tinkerbelle and Dingbat, whoever those two are, why the hell has Obama not already just ‘fessed up that he knew who they were?

Why is Tinkerbelle’s claim to greatness different in that picture at the end of the story I already posted than what she claimed to be in Virginia?  Why did no reporter do a check to see if she was a cheerleader FOR the Redskins in the first place?  Or Orwell Central for that matter before going off on some tangent about terrorists?  The Redskins are DC’s hometown sports obsession.  It’s not that difficult to get lists of who was on the cheerleading squad  going back to the founding of the team itself.  It’s not a national security secret.  Like say getting into the White House.  During a HIGH SECURITY, have to be CLEARED BY THE PENTAGON FIRST TO GET IN affair.

But Obama knows them, has for some time, has YET to say that he does, that is very clear, why the fucking secrecy in the first place?  That is what is so WRONG with this whole fucking story to begin with.  And why I smelled a rat.  And why I set out so many rat traps.  And sure enough, they’re going off.  Confirming my story and my suspicions to a T.

And that is why I’m deconstructing it.  And setting the traps I am.  And so far, every fucking suspicion, not to mention trap has been right and gone off like clockwork.  And that alone should make you too, start to ask some really hard questions if not pee in your fucking pants.  Why?  I’ll get to in a minute.

But back to the story.  We were at Pepsi.

Pepsi is hardly a shrinking violet when it comes to the online branding and social networking of it’s branding either.  I highly suggest you take a look at this link and especially think about the politics of the American politician they show.  Specifically the one known as “Tricky Dick” and his involvement with things like dirty tricks, break-ins, lying, illegal spying and of course, ILLEGAL WIRETAPPING.

And the significance to today’s problems with say FISA.  And what I’m pretty sure is an enemy’s list.  Because no matter what I’ve done, and what I’ve said, and no matter how much I’ve called, the White House REFUSES to call me back.

And there is NO EXCUSE FOR THAT.

But on the topic of Pepsi using Nixon as their iconic role model, rather ironic and fitting, don’t you think?  And pretty stupid on Pepsi’s part, although quite revealing of both their corporate politics, and, I’m sorry to say, The White House’s.  And this stupid equation and continuation of America’s obsession with fighting wars and translation of “Commie=Terrorist.”

And part of this idea called cultural superiority that Americans have that our mission in life is to Americanize the world.

Wrong.

While I’m no opponent of FAIR international trade, I don’t like seeing the double arches of McDonalds in Serbia.  And OUR, as in the American way of life is in NO WAY SUPERIOR to that of any other culture.  In fact, our way of life is incredibly destructive. Including ecologically.

Samuel Huntington, who I’m sure Mr. Obama read at Harvard or Columbia, and probably loves, was an appalling example of this kind of grandiose, America is better than anyone else thinking.

And Americans in general are appallingly culturally imperialistic, ignorant and intolerant.

And you can hate that opinion and statement all you want but having lived abroad, and trust me, if this country doesn’t shape up, will again pretty soon, with no plans on returning ever again, other countries and their cultures have the right to exist, without America fucking telling them what to do, eat, drink, consume or how to live their lives.  Much less steal their natural resources at gunpoint.  Or use their population as slave labor for our multinational criminal corporations.  Who use the same corporate BS propaganda as the White House is now, but trust me, it’s Bullshit.

Having worked at one of those appalling megamonsters out of necessity for awhile, which has now absolutely destroyed my life (guess that teaches me, huh) I know damned well how American corporations treat Indian workers.  Highly skilled ones at that.  And the truth is not very pretty.  In fact it’s a horror story.

Two Battles Won: PATRIOT Reform AND State Secrets Reform Bills Pass House Committee

After a long two days of legislative battle, the House Judiciary Committee just finished its second day of debate on Chairman Conyers’ PATRIOT reform bill, HR 3845 (see our wrap-up of the first day). Thanks in no small part to those of you who used our action alert, the Committee rejected almost all amendments that would have weakened the bill’s reforms and voted to recommend the bill to the House floor by a vote of 16 to 10.

Even better, the Committee kept going after it was finished with PATRIOT to consider Representative Nadler’s State Secret Protection Act (HR 984), which would reform the state secrets privilege that the government has repeatedly used to try and throw EFF’s warrantless wiretapping cases out of court. After an impassioned defense by Mr. Nadler, who described how the government has used the privilege like a “magic incantation” to cover-up wrongdoing and warned that state secrecy “is the greatest threat to liberty at present,” the bill passed with even better numbers than the PATRIOT bill, 18 to 12!

Admittedly, the PATRIOT bill isn’t all we had hoped for — as we described yesterday, it’s been weakened in a number of ways due to quiet pressure from the Obama Administration — but it passed through the Committee with most of its major reforms intact, and it is a substantial improvement over the PATRIOT bill approved by the Senate Judiciary Committee last month. Meanwhile, the state secrets reform bill made it through the committee without being watered down at all, with only a few technical changes. Thanks and congratulations to the representatives and activists that worked so hard to make that happen.

Eyes now turn to the Senate, where the Senate Judiciary Committee’s PATRIOT Bill (S. 1692) will soon land on the floor, and to the House Intelligence Committee, which will soon be marking-up its own competing PATRIOT bill with much fewer reforms (HR 3969). So, the war is far from over. But two important battles were won today.

Just think on that day not too long ago when he was Senator Obama, he promised us a Nay on H.R.6403 he lied. Yea he electronically voted since the Senate could give two S**TS about our Fourth being redacted. i despise them for that.

If there is one thing that I do give Obama and Crew credit for, particularly the wanna be Machiavellian himself and his cohort Rambo, with a serving of Axelturf on the side, it is two things.

1.  They have no consciences.  And are if not politically “smart” then political “bullies.”  Or play good cop/bad cop, with no problem in literally beating up opponents.  That’s why Obama chose Rambo to begin with.

2.  All three are undemocratic, authoritarian media whores and power hungry bastards who know the art of using pr and media manipulation to a T.  Valerie Jarrett to some extent has a hand in this, but she knows knothing about media, this kind of imagery at this kind of sophistication (although she certainly does have a knowledge of the importance of the promotion of the “imperial” leader through symbolism) or any sophistication about DC.

In fact none of the current White House staff do, with the exception of Rahmbo, and he has no conscience or morals.  The Chicago crowd Buppies on the White House staff are all first or maybe second generation wealth, all corrupt, and extremely tacky, Buppy Oreos.

With NO TASTE. Tacky, as they say in the south.  I’m surprised Michelle Obama didn’t give the Indian Prime Minister a copy of Rudyard Kipling’s The Jungle Book..  For those of you who DON’T get the reference, the joke or the lack of Mrs. Obama’s cultural sophistication, much less education, which depends far more on WHAT you learn than WHERE you went to school (much as she would like to pretend that she has it or can buy it, right along with “class”), Kipling was a British writer during the height of 1800’s English Imperialist rule of “Inja,” and while a good writer and sometimes sympathetic to the natives, usually an unapologetic booster of the Crown and British Imperialism.  Not to mention the British East India Company.  In other words the equivalent of giving Gordon Brown, The British Prime Minister, upon HIS arrival at the Obama White House, American movies you could pick up from Target on a format you can’t play in England.

But certainly appropriate in this situation, if you have rotten dark humor like me, considering that both the East India Company and Michelle’s  husband are doing  the same damn stupid things, two hundred years apart, a few hundred miles north.  And for the same reasons.  But we’ll come back to that in a second.

Diplomatically, however, it would have been what those of us who do speak more than one language and do have a background in international affairs would call a major diplomatic faux pas.  Or, in translation, BIG NO NO.

But all of the above is completely lost, if not far above the heads of the elitist, rich Buppies (who got that way through corrupt activities) and white male twits on the make who now staff Obama’s White House.  Plus kiss ass Washington insiders, white or black, who flushed their morals down the toilet long ago.  And began cashing in connections for greenbacks, no questions asked, well over a decade ago (see Rambo for starters).

You see why I left DC?

But back to the event and “who dunnit” and why.

I think it was Rambo, Obama and Axelturf’s work.  With Stephanopolous on the side.  And Begala.  With of course Oprah.  And Anna Wintour (where is Bravo located, for one thing – New York in case you didn’t know -  and who has the kind of pull to GET Bravo to get involved in this kind of stunt?  One word.  Oprah.  Who needs something to do now she’s given up her own show and put Obama in the White House, and who’s own demographics mirror to a T that damned reality show those two “party crashers” were supposedly “auditioning” for.)

Why do I think this?

For starters, what would an ex cheerleader for the Redskins know about Indian fashion (what was she wearing folks), much less how would she get access to the theme of the event in the first place to know how to dress so she would fit in so perfectly?   Better in fact than anyone except the real Indians in attendance.

And for those of you unfamiliar with Indian fashion, those were not cheap duds.

And if the MENU of the affair was considered a state secret, not to mention the guest list, which it was, you can bet your bottom dollar, that somebody spoke to someone else about what the theme of the event was going to be, not to mention arranged this whole thing on the QT in the first place.

Which means that our “gatecrashers” were plants seeded by the White House.  To sow suspicion, and grow toxic waste just as hazardous to your health as Mrs. Obama’s toxic HAZMAT site on the White House lawn.  If not produce equally toxic byproduct for your consumption.  With equally toxic strategies in mind.

Elementary and logic, Dr. Watson.

These are not the kinds of things that are hard to figure out if you have a clue, an education and know where to look.

Or, if you know who’s who, and who the White House keeps, um “Classified,” if you know what I mean?  Especially in secret ops, and diversions.

Because if looking for finger prints, clues and evidence of perps at the scene of the “crime”  EVERYONE is a suspect.   And sorry for the very bad pun, but I’m really pissed at Obama about all of his crap on National Security, FOIA and FISA, and I couldn’t resist.

What are you going to do?  Laugh or cry?

But back to our “gate crashers.”

There is no way in hell this was an “accident” or even the work of two idiot “gatecrashers” on the make for their fifteen minutes of fame who, I also doubt would be able to talk their way into this event. Their IQ’s aren’t that high, for one thing to “talk their way in” which is one of the theories propounded at the moment by a White House reporter who knows damned well that this is impossible.  Even for Einstein.

Not that many of the other attendees were geniuses either, but they at least were celebrities.  These were rich, dumb idiots from one of the wealthiest suburbs of Northern Virginia with nothing to do with their time, and some connections, who decided that this would be a gas to try to pull off and pass off as a prank.

Spin again and try another answer on the “gate crasher” theory.  ‘Cause that one does not pass the laugh test.  Or as I say constantly the gas test.  In that it stinks.  Of corruption and deliberate media manipulation.  Commonly called manufactured propaganda.

Especially in the kind of distraction and propaganda this kind of thing has already created (i.e. were they terrorists, was the guy a Palestinian operative, was the President in any danger, etc. and if you don’t believe me, just watch some of the unbelievably inane conversations on the links to the news coverage I’ve included in this article), while concealing something devious and at the same time really underhanded, but a connection very obvious to make.

And stinks of the tactics of Obama, Axelturf and Rambo.  With the tackiness of Michelle thrown in for good measure.  Why do I think so?  Keep reading.

Psychopathology in politics is a very interesting subject. I recommend Reinhold Neihber’s classic work on the topic about the psychopathology of politicians.

And if you look at the bottom of the link about the man’s bio I’ve included above, guess who cites his work as his “fave.”

But if you look at this FABULOUS clip, a true classic from when TV was really TV, and the interview while long by today’s standards, excellent, unbiased, and eerily relevant in more ways than one, to modern events, you will see what I mean when, just like Bush, despite all that professed “brilliance,” I think Obama is a bit like Otto in that truly fabulous film, “A Fish Called Wanda” where he, unlike Bush actually read all the greats – he just, like his predecessor, who read the Cliff’s notes instead, still didn’t understand them.

But Neihber wrote a great deal about both religion and the psychopathology of politicians.  As well as morality in society in general.  I highly recommend this work,  “Moral Man and Immoral Society: A Study of Ethics and Politics (Library of Theological Ethics)” absolutely required homework and reading, if you’re REALLY interested in understanding the inner workings and getting the 411 of what’s yet to come from our head honcho.  And apparently a book Obama thinks he alone has read.  Because naturally he’s superior to everyone else on the planet.

But just like Bush, who, for example thought my late uncle’s phrase “Management by Objective” was to make himself as rich as possible by starting two wars right over the wealthiest oil fields in the world (Cost, what’s that?  Taxpayer dollars aren’t for infrastructure, they’re for fighting wars.  Civil liberties?  Who needs them?  Down the toilet they go. And daddy may have paid for his education, (just like Obama’s daddy helped him get into Harvard through legacy preferances and minority advantage) and both Obama and Bush read all the greats, but Bush, just like Obama sure doesn’t seem to understand them.

Or deliberately twist them because they either think they can get away with it, or because they assume that nobody will catch them in the act.  Or are claiming they are above the law, because of expanded Executive Privilege.  Also known as BULLSHIT.

And despite all this crap surfacing lately in the mainstream media (written I notice by established, white male journalists with White House access, what a surprise)  about “give the man more time, the “mistakes” are just because he doesn’t know what he’s doing and therefore forgivable” blah, blah, blah, are wasting both your time and mine.

That’s all crap.

They’re just the same.

Obama is just as cynical, if not worse than Bush.

Because he ran on a lie.  He is literally on something like 515 campaign “promises broken ALREADY.  And what’s worse, making not only a mockery of the Constitution and the presidency by his lawbreaking actions, but COMMODIZING IT.

And not only by the blatent product promotion of Google on the White House Website, but by literally, as of today, begun its own marketing efforts, hawking “can’t be missed” Obama embossed winter fleece jackets.  No pun intended.  To fleece me of bucks I don’t have since they’re doing such a great job up there at the White House with job creation and civil rights for gimps. Not to mention, uh, security, if you really want me to run their noses in it.  Not that I’d ever be a walking billboard for that man in my life.

And now this crap.

I think this “gate crashing” story was a set up all along.  And another way of marketing the Obama brand, the Afghani war, the increased need for a security state (I mean “the safety of the President was never in danger right? gushed one reporter breathlessly) give me a break, and had several other nefarious motives behind it.  Planned not by two dingbat rednecks with money from the rich suburbs of Virginia, but the inner sanctums of  the White House itself.

But this is EXACTLY how tacky the very idea of “branding” a President is, not to mention undemocratic and dangerous, and why I’m opposed to the commoditization of the Presidency in the first place.

Just like there’s a separation between church and state, and there’s a separation and supposed balance of power between the Executive, the Judiciary and the Congressional branches of power.  Not to mention a suppposedly independent “Fourth Estate” (the press) to act as guard dog, the Presidency IS NOT FOR SALE.  Nor is the President a brand or a commodity.

Or some kind of reality show.

And neither is our Democracy.

So this “gatecrasher” BS is precisely that.  I’ve been to AIDS fundraisers where the security is tighter than that.

This was deliberate, and planned by the White House.  And Obama knows what he’s doing.

And he’s doing it very cynically.

And this Tinkerbell and Dingbat Cinderella Act at the White House Ball scenario was just another media event “insider photo op” set up for your amusement and distraction by the Disneyworld La La Land production section of the White House propaganda corps.  Not to mention another way to “brand” the presidency.

Don’t believe me?  Okay.  Here’s why I think so.

First of all, let’s start with the obvious.  The gatecrashers are even claiming, through their attorney that they WERE CLEARED BY THE WHITE HOUSE TO BEGIN WITH, which makes this whole thing even MORE STUPID.

Not to mention suspicious.

But a great eye candy story to take your attention off of what is really going on.  Like the deployment of a great many U.S. troops just north of India next week in an area we still have not formally declared war in, are spending billions of dollars to fight phantoms in for no purpose whatsoever, are going to get our asses kicked, destabilize the region, and need those dollars at home even more.  But that is PRECISELY why the administration DOES NOT want you thinking about those issues.

They want you thinking about rich, bored ex cheerleaders who crash the White House state dinner party (and conveniently disappear right before dinner, knowing damned well they would run a greater risk of being caught, another piece of insider information that someone tipped them off to) again leading me to believe that this was not a, excuse the pun “lone gate crasher” operation.

I told you.

I read the MF as in POTUS, not to mention the witch that is FLOTUS, like there is no tomorrow, now that I know where both are coming from.  I have been consistently right, since I made the fatal flaw of NOT paying attention to the many bells that should have tipped me off last year, and voted for him anyway. And thought Michelle’s moving stories about her dad would move her ass on the disability issue.

And then watched, to my horror, as Obama appointed Rahmbo as Chief Pitball. And as for Michelle?  Well, let’s put it this way.  Mom-in-Chief, much less showing up at the Vatican in a veil, is hardly my idea of being the epitome of the modern role model for women.   And as much as I despise her politics and her guts, and think she’s as dumb as a plank (but given Michelle’s screw ups to date, I’m not so sure she’s superior in the IQ department either, despite those Ivies), and certainly just as corrupt as this administration, Sarah Palin has a lot more going for her.

At least she’s not dressed up as a Saint.  She’s a badass bitch from hell and she doesn’t care who knows it.  At least she’s HONEST about it.  And doesn’t put on this BS piety act in public while bitching about how difficult it is to keep two kids in private school at $20K per kid per year plus piano lessons of another $10K per year each, and then take quarter million dollar date nights to New York on the taxpayer dime, wear tennis shoes that cost TWICE as much as those on disability benefits recieved in the bailout (the least any demographic received under the bailout) and rent vacation houses in exclusive enclaves that cost as much per WEEK as the medium annual salary is for the average American worker.  If they still do have a job that is.  All the time talking about her pious understanding of what it meant to grow up poor.  And how her heart bleeds for those poor Americans out of work.  Thanks to her husband’s stupid economic policies.

Thanks, lady, but we don’t need another Evita Peron.  Stick it where the sun don’t shine.

I AM FED UP, with the lies, hypocrisy, deceit, illusions, and smoke and mirrors.

And this latest incident is just another example.  So I thought I would dissect it for you.

But back to Obama.  Since the naming of Rambo to Head White House Bully, it’s all been downhill ever since.  On rocket propelled jet skis.

Having worked in DC for well over a decade, both on the Hill and in the national press, including for international news AT White House pressers (i.e. inside the gates of the White House) even before 9/11, there is absolutely NO way that anyone could “crash” the White House.

Especially during a HIGH SECURITY EVENT.

Especially this kind of event and under these circumstances.   Especially during these times.

Not even Desiree Rogers (the White House Social Secretary) is that dumb although of course bravely falling on her sword in media reports, like all the White House staff are supposed to do in the service of the Massah, (although that is no defense of her IQ, which is somewhere around that of her dresses).

The people I feel sorriest for are the Secret Service guys, who are predictably going to pay the highest price for a plan cooked up at what I suspect is real estate very close to if not in the Oval Office itself.

While I’m no fan of testosterone addled, paramilitary outfits and people who work for them, which is basically what the secret service is, I do have respect for the folks who guard the President.

Who, while their heads may not hold the largest brains on the planet and may not be the brightest beans in the basket (although their other heads, at least those of the male persuasion, are quite impressive, I have to say, from personal experience, having dated a few during my tenure in DC, but just like I refused to give my gay (male) friends any salacious details, much as they begged, such details will remain a national security secret in blog form as well, DO NOT make such dumb mistakes as letting people talk their way into White House State Dinners with foriegn heads of state, high ranking U.S. officials and other VIPs in attendance.  Particularly this foriegn head of state.  Particularly right now.  We’ll get back to that in a sec if you don’t see where I’m going with that one.

However, let’s just put it this way.  While the heads they really think impressed the hell out of me, (in reality it was the other ones they have, do not expose in public, and not of the cranial variety that did) they do know how to do their jobs.

Which are EXTREMELY DANGEROUS.  24/7.

Which means they are very well trained before ever getting the White House assignment.  Especially on nights when high ranking domestic AND foriegn heads of state and CEOs and VIPs will be present.

They are very brave, well trained, and operate on autopilot to do things like body frisk you, naked, with or without a warrant, in two seconds flat,  if they have the slightest reason to think that you are not supposed to be where you are and you are a “threat,” which trust me, they are much better trained to identify than say Fox News, however much they aren’t exactly the people I’d go say recruiting rocket scientists from, and I suppose picked for their unswerving unthinking ability to do just one thing.

Protect the head of state and his or her family.  No questions asked, no excuses allowed.  And literally, no bullet dodged.  And no idiots with no ID and no names on ANY guest list, allowed in the door.  No matter how much sweet talking occurs, or cash flashed, unless the right ID is shown and the right names are on the right lists.

Because their job, when one’s natural instinct is to duck and run for cover when one hears gunshots, is to literally throw themselves IN FRONT OF THE BULLET or whatever danger du jour potentially confronts the President.  Which no minor White House flunky has the authority to overrrule.  Again as some idiotic DC White House reporters are even mentioning, when again, they know better.

And the Secret Service does this as a matter of course.  Even if they think personally, the man they are putting their lives on the line for is a lying snot.

They are not allowed to even let their own personal political or religious beliefs, much less excuses,  get in the way of literally putting their lives on the line for the Commander in Chief.

That’s why they get my respect. And those who are blaming them for this little escapade get nothing but my scorn.

So say what you will about their IQ, but it’s a job I couldn’t do.  They are brave and put their lives on the line EVERY DAY.

And why this “blame the secret security staff BS” makes me so steamed. I’m not saying that mistakes don’t happen.  But this is part of an unfortunate and oft recurring pattern of this administration…and right on the heels of the departure of the White House Chief Counsel.

Who Obama blamed for Gitmo, when it was clearly his fault.  And is also a part of another pattern.  The rampant elitism and classism of the White House.  Not to mention the “blame the fart on the dog in the room” when Obama needs to lay off a screw up on somebody else.

Obama is always blaming someone else for his fuckups and that’s when he expects someone to fall on a sword.  That’s why I am beginning to really despise him.  And why he’s so dangerous.  So far every time he’s needed a victim, he’s got one to volunteer.   That’s the sign of something far worse.

And for this kind of thing to happen at an event like this is even MORE suspicious.

It’s like the Reichstaag Fire for those of you with any sense.  Or understanding of history and manipulation of imagery for propagandistic purposes in politics.

This is just the modern day version.  For various nefarious political, propaganda and other purposes which are just as destructive.

And this crap about “investigating” the White House secret service’s supposed failure is exactly that.  And what’s worse is that the national DC press corps, especially White House reporters, who are reporting on this story, all know that.

They know, as well as I do, and anyone who has ever been anywhere inside the front gates of 1600 Penn, let alone the FRONT DOOR of the White House, knows you are entering Fort Knox.

And practically need your social security number, plus other unassailable ID tattooed on various body parts.  EVEN THE PRESS COULDN’T GET IN THAT NIGHT.

And trust me, with a real press pass, from a mainstream news outlet, or even semi respectible news outlet, and know what you are doing, you can practically get away with murder in DC.  Figuratively speaking of course.

BUT……there is ABSOLUTELY NO FLIPPING WAY that an unknown couple who, let’s face it, look like trashy Northern WHITE Virgininian Republicans, (in fact the woman in question WAS a cheerleader for the big DC sports team, the Redskins) and the breaking news is confirming this, (you see I am a very accurate, if cynical ex um “escapee,” shall we say ex denizen and commentator) could get in, much less get their names announced, at the event, without somebody checking out and authenticating some ID.  See the picture below?  Disagree with my assessment?

While I’ve done my fair share of fancy talking and distracting to get into places I wasn’t supposed to be, (as all good investigative reporters learn how to develop those skills if they want to get the real low down on what the government is covering up) getting into State Dinners at the White House, past multiple security checks and guest lists and ID checks with BOTH White House personnel (with MAJOR ‘TUDE towards white people who aren’t celebrities) and secret service security staff at each step of the way doesn’t pass the credibility test with me.  Or the laugh or the gas test for that matter.

To put this in perspective, I’m the ONLY independent filmmaker to get onto the base of Fort Benning, the infamous American army base in Georgia that was also home to The School of the America’s (also known as the School of Coups) which had the distinction of training if not directly causing ALL of the coups and overthrowing all of the democratically elected governments in every country south of our border for at least sixty years and causing things like the slaughter of innocent nuns engaged in humanitarian work throughout our Southern Hemisphere during the entire Cold War (at your expense).   Isn’t that how you want YOUR taxpayer dollars spent?  But of course, despite the excuse that this was a program necessary to “defend” Americans from the “Communist Threat” kept secret from the American public for most of its existance.

For our own safety of course.

Which is why getting on base was, no pun intended, such a coup to pull off.  And why I know a thing or two about getting into classified, high security, no access to the general public, much less THE PRESS, places.

So take it from a pro at getting in where you’re not supposed to go, there is absolutely NO WAY that I could have pulled this stunt off, without some “unofficial” help from the inside.

And trust me, while the White House is secure, it ain’t an army base that houses a National Security Secret, Black Budget and highly classified military (and CIA) Program.  Not even close.

And in fact, as several of these news reports I’ve linked to seem to indicate, it appears they may have been “unofficially” invited anyway.  Which is again, one of those typical, underhanded Rambo/Obama/Axelrod moves.  Remember all that confusion about who contacted the Governor of Illinois over Obama’s senate seat?  Doesn’t this sound just a tad familiar?

Along with the fact that rather conveniently, who are these “dangerous” gate crashers shown next to?  Well apart from the female CEO of Pepsico India,as seen below….

which is rather convenient product placement for both a domestic and an Indian audience (if you recall that intense “policy” debate from earlier this year about whether White House staffers preferred Coke over Pepsi, like who cares, except a very product and brand conscious White House),  Obama, as seen here….

Gosh, what a coincidence.  Don’t you think?  But again, one more piece of evidence, Colonel Mustard that this whole thing was a SETUP.

The dead body and the Candelabra are in the Kitchen.  Thus my filing this under the Open Call Tag.  Not to mention this was a WHITE HOUSE DINNER.

And this is even MORE suspicious when you consider the circumstances under which it took place.

Consider, this was a White House state dinner hosting the INDIAN head of state.  Who for those of you weak in geography, is the country just south of Pakistan, and in fact used to be one and the same country.  And the entire region is just to the south of a country you might of heard about in the news lately called AFGHANISTAN where Obama is about to do the absolutely DUMBEST THING ON THE PLANET and send more troops to go fight Vietnam II, Revenge of Mount Everest.

Where we are going to get our ASSES kicked.  And in fact I think this whole gate crasher thing is one big diversion for that troop deployment, along with something else or two.  That is how Obama operates.

ON TOP OF THAT, these two diptwits are “being considered” (yeah right, the ink was drying on their contracts) and in fact, as this news report, as in others, reveals, were actually being filmed the entire day before they made their White House entrance getting ready for their “break in” BY BRAVO as they were getting ready for the escapade, which makes this even MORE FISHY) for the “reality show” in question and sure enough, there was Bravo, wading right into the middle of the Brew ha ha as soon as the news even BROKE saying they were going to run with this.

Come on folks.  Wake up.  You don’t need to have worked in TV to know that these things don’t happen “by accident.”  Or “coincidence.”

UH UH.  Trust me, if you still hold on to that naive thought, try a tin foil hat to keep the solar rays from Mars out.  Works ocassionally (like once in a blue moon), and the neighbors only look at you funny most of the time.

The fact is that network channels DON’T operate like that.

Plus, if the White House is so worried about “terrorists” that we are spending an absolute fortune to literally bleed this country dry to go fight them in lands far, far away, suspend our civil liberties at home, not to mention beats up a gimp (me) at a TOWN HALL MEETING ON HEALTHCARE IN NEW YORK CITY, for merely telling the meeting organizer that his facts were incorrect (I was right, he was wrong) resulting in an NYPD police report documenting CRIMINAL ASSAULT AND BATTERY that the Federal Justice Department has yet to investigate and keeps hanging up on me, and the White House is “embarrassed” about THIS incident, and “considering” dropping charges all the while making noises about “felony acts”, which they will never do anything about, with of course the conservative news channels like Fox talking about things like “domestic terrorist threats” (trust me it will never get that far and the White House knows that too much embarressing stuff will come out)  to the point of not even discussing to date forbidding those pictures from airing on the internet “discovering” the perps as it was put on the internet (exactly who was doing any investigating in the first place or why, or knew where to look, (which raises even more disturbing questions about say FISA and electronic monitoring) or lack of any threats from the White House about say putting a ban on any TV network from airing the misadventures of those two, in either still pictures, taking them down from the “perp’s” webpage, or forbidding the news from carrying the video of the event, especially given the teeth baring fights the White House is engaging in with Fox right now, and Mrs. Obama is making such a big deal about an unflattering picture of her showing up on a Google search (and Google actually backing off and removing it) are you KIDDING ME?

If you STILL think that this was an “accident” or a “prank” by two idiots seeking their 15 minutes of fame, and not a deliberate distraction created by say Axelturf/Rahmbo/Michelle and Obama to give fairly uneducated, definately politically and visually if not unprepared for this kind of sophisticated propoganda machine – i.e. supposedly what the White House will and is prepared to do, dollars to doughnuts, which is paint or create one way or another, as a paternalistic, noblesse oblige, drop all charges (if any are even pressed) way to let middle Americans have an “inside” albeit pretty low brow if you ask me, voyeuristic peek at a “high society White House event,” as well as to divert mainstream America’s attention from what Obama is about to do next week, what do you think they were doing?

Bravo has some GREAT shows….but that one ….I can’t stand.

Nevertheless, this was a set up. And a distraction.  As well as convenient propoganda.

It’s called propoganda, and distraction, you dumb morons at the White House, who think you are so much more clever than the rest of us.

That’s the sound of a little Obama rat who’s been figuratively caught in a Marguerite rat death trap.  It’s little toes are still wiggling.   And it’s tail is still twitching.   I hope it suffers a long,  slow and agonizing painful death.

I’m not a sadist, by the way, and I love animals. Even rodents.   In fact I have a mouse in part time residence in my studio apartment.  We cohabitate rather well. His name is Newton.  He has good manners and there is mutual respect.  So please, no PETA threats for that last analogy.

The above latter reference was a metaphorical literary parallel to display my disgust with this presidency.

I know this MF, very well.  And have been calling him and his mindset accurately, ever since the appointment of Emmanuel.

Which was the first sign that something was going seriously wrong.  Not that I didn’t have some niggling doubts during the campaign last year.

FISA and throwing out the promise to stick with public financing were understandable.  Or at least that is what I told myself.  And excused Obama for it.  I heard it from sources I still have on the Hill that Obama’s arm was twisted on the FISA legislation.  And I know damned well how deep the RNC’s pockets are.  I was willing to forgive him that too.

And there were other little things too that were vaguely disturbing.

But I was also very distracted last year.  So I paid them no attention. No candidate is ever perfect.  And look at what the alternatives were.  Especially after Edwards dropped out.  And look at what happened there.  And I still think that HE was also set up in California.  By the same team who brought us THIS scenario.  The fingerprints seem to match rather well.

I told you, after the election, I’ve done some investigating, partly in just writing these blogs, and especially given the way I’ve been treated.  And what I’m seeing.  And I REALLY don’t like what is going on.   Which is the understatement of the year.

And I mean I was REALLY DISTRACTED last year.  Like developing a life changing disability thanks to my ex employer, filing an EEOC case against a very big bank and dealing with a few other battles of equal shall we say “intensity.”  While fighting for literal economic survival.  Which I still am.

But this time, it’s the White House I’m directly fighting.  THIS ONE.  Among other Goliaths, essentially on my own and penniless because the god damned government has taken it all all away.  And destroyed my life in the process.  As in obliterate.  And beat me up on top of that.

So I missed things I wouldn’t normally have done during the election.  Or explained them away.  As I never would have done otherwise.  I’ve worked in national politics for too long.  I know DC like the back of my hand.  It’s not a boast.  It’s what happens when you waste your youth in national politics in DC.

So if 2008 had been a normal year, I would have been a little more suspicious.  Not to mention done my homework.  And a little less elated upon election day.  With far fewer hopes.  And frankly, far less pissed off now.

But 515 campaign promises gone south in less than ten months Obama has been in office and now this?

With Obama “selling” the escalation of Afghanistan next week to “his base?” as one reporter put it.  Are they nuts?

And the blood on the pavement still not dry from Fort Hood?

Folks, you’ve got to be FUCKING KIDDING.

This was arranged propoganda.  Called a distraction. For a reason.

Call me nuts.

Call me ANY name in the book all you want.   But been there, done that, seen it before.

You want reality TV?

Tell the kids in Afghanistan to start sending their cell phone pictures and videos via wireless internet of what is really going on on a daily basis to the world via any other service EXCEPT YOU TUBE (they lose their intellectual property rights).   G3 phones shoot video clips you can send via email and you can put right on your website.

If the White House really wants to play this stupid game, we can give them REALITY TV they will never forget.  IN THEIR FACE.  That trust me, will be far more embarressing and “dangerous” to the Obama presidency because of his lying BS than any suburban couple who wanted their 15 minutes of fame. And apparently coordinated with both the White House and a network to get it.

And dollars to doughnuts somebody at the White House new media department, along with someone higher up, struck a bargain with Bravo to cook this whole thing up to begin with.

You want reality TV folks, it’s time we started watching the channel where the action is really happening.

Instead of being deliberately distracted.

Like the dog….you know…the oldest trick in the book to fool the stupid pooch?  Fake throw the stick and watch ol’ Spot run half way across the yard  before he turns around and says ‘huh?’  And they you really throw the stick….the other way.

There is a channel of reality TV that America should be watching.  Several of them in fact.  One is Channel Afghanistan.   And don’t forget Channel Iraq.  One is Channel Wall Street.  One is Channel Foreclosures and Evictions.  One is the Rising Tide of Jobs Lost & Ain’t Coming Back.  One is Channel Global Warming.

And I’m just getting started.  I’m a damned network….a whole series of programming.

But the fact is that Bravo, not to mention the rest of mainstream corporate TV, doesn’t cover those shows.  Although maybe it should start.

And the fact that I also have a proposal that is widely circulated AT the White House as well as key cabinet level offices mentioning a reality Bravo show tie in for one of MY projects, so far both conspicuously ignored, and has gotten me beaten up, physically intimidated, threatened in writing, my civil rights violated, and of course completely blacklisted, BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, INCLUDING THE WHITE HOUSE, is also rather interesting.  Especially in that this is ANOTHER idea that they’ve stolen from me.  While my phone remains strangely silent on that proposal.

So for all these reasons folks,  to believe anything but “sucker, you’ve been had,” is to be drinking what is known as Kool Aide.

And look at what happened to them.

The ones in Guyana, and the ones here, if you don’t WAKE UP.

Reality Show “White House Break In” my ass.

Even that’s been done before (remember NIXON) by a White House who thinks it’s so brilliant everything it does is, as rightly mocked by a very cynical reporter the other day, as “unprecedented” and “original” and of course never done before, when it’s clearly old hat.

With mildew growing on it.

Even this little stunt.  Ever heard of Watergate?

How stupid does Obama really think Americans are?  Or how brilliant, in comparison to the rest of the world does he think he is?

That’s the really scary thing, isn’t it?   Because people carried away with their own ideas of how brilliant they are usually make the biggest mistakes.  I learned long ago that the definition of stupidity was self professed brilliance.  See Exhibit A in the Oval Office.

And we don’t need any more stupid and entirely avoidable “oops.”  Which weren’t really, although they are of course, being played that way.  Now.  However, if you recall even just ten months ago, this administration has been continually warned DO NOT ENTER.  DANGER.  And then promptly blacklisted, if not beaten up, even those who offer constructive criticism.  While breaking CRIMINAL LAW, not to mention civil rights, to do it.

Unfortunately we’re about to get even more of them.

Escalation in Afghanistan is just the latest in a line of very avoidable and so far disastrous Waterloos.

You want to watch Reality TV?

Tell the White House to go jump in a lake and send NO to the War emails to all your elected reps, local, state and federal.  Not to mention the White House.

And start getting off your asses and doing something about it.  Plus of course the other issues Obama’s screwing up.

You shouldn’t be watching TV anyway. There’s far too much to do, and we don’t need any more couch potatoes.

So turn off the dial and turn up the heat.  And get off your asses and start go kicking some.

Unless you’d prefer to start selecting what kind of stuffing you’d like to be accessorized with as next year’s turkey.  I hear cranberry sauce is a nice condiment.

EFF Obtains Records from Behind-the-Scenes Negotiations on Telecom Immunity
Partial Document Release from Government Posted on EFF’s Website

San Francisco, CA – Today the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) posted thousands of pages of records detailing behind-the-scenes negotiations between government agencies and Congress about providing immunity for telecoms involved in illegal government surveillance.

The documents include drafts of legislation and communications between Congress and the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) about amendments to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA). They were released as a result of litigation that started back in 2007, when Congress first debated granting immunity to the telecommunications companies for taking part in massive, unchecked surveillance of Americans’ telephone and Internet communications. EFF used the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) to request information about communications between the DOJ, ODNI, Congress, and telecom lobbyists.

“The government has finally given up its battle to hide this information from the public and has released a significant portion of the records we’ve been fighting for,” said EFF Staff Attorney Marcia Hofmann. “We hope that these files include some answers about what happened when the DOJ and ODNI pushed Congress to pass the law getting telecoms off the hook for their role in illegal government surveillance.”

The government has said it will continue to try to block the release of additional documents, including communications within the Executive Branch and records reflecting the identities of telecoms involved in lobbying for immunity. The government’s appeal will be heard before the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in January 2010.

“This case isn’t over yet — there’s still more information about the extensive lobbying campaign by the telecoms that helped them get immunity last year,” said EFF Senior Staff Attorney Kurt Opsahl. “The government continues to hide important documents from the public.”

Come protest against Mayor Mike Bloomberg, Police Commissioner Ray Kelly and their new network of electronic surveillance for Midtown Manhattan, which includes: surveillance cameras, license plate readers and weapons sensors. Please join us to protest these measures to have our every move watched and evaluated by machines and snoops sitting among closed circuit television (CCTV) screens.

We must tell our Mayor and Police Commissioner that New Yorkers do not approve of living in a 1984 technological nightmare! If New York City turns into the next London, masses of people will leave the Big Apple in droves, placing a further strain on our local economy. Lack of respect for personal privacy becomes a quality of life issue for New Yorkers. New Yorkers want and deserve a peaceful existence of normalcy and respect. Anything less is unacceptable!

Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA)

The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) was first enacted in 1978 (Public Law 95-511) and later amended by the Patriot Act. It is at the center of the controversy concerning domestic spying by the NSA. It was passed after revelations of massive domestic spying abuses by the FBI, CIA and NSA were documented in reports issued by the Church Committee in the 1970s. In 1972, the United States Supreme Court had reviewed some of those abuses and declared that warrantless wiretaps of domestic groups for national security reasons were a violation of the Fourth Amendment. United States v. United States District Court (Keith), 407 U.S. 297 (1972)

There was an existing legal framework already set up for electronic surveillance of American citizens. What was the nature of the neocons surveillance requirements that made the legal approach unsuitable for their use?

Perhaps it was the magnitude of the neocon’s intended search that would not be legal. The legal approach would question tapping the electronic communications of 200,000,000 Americans. That would be called a “FISHING” expedition. And casting such a wide net would surely catch something – thus making the neocon’s effort, in their opinion, worth the ILLEGAL risk. The neocon’s fishing expedition would not have passed a FISA court and the neocons knew that.

If government decides to abuse America’s rules and laws, that is not the same as regular citizens abusing America’s laws. American citizens can’t hide their illegal activity behind secrecy laws but government can.

However,  somebody told! Some BRAVE American TOLD!

Some brave American told America that the Bush team was illegally spying on American citizens. The Bush team – a political group that rarely if ever impressed with their competency, was breaking new political ground in America. This was an early challenge to that [EXPLETIVE DELETED] piece of paper that America knows as its Constitution.

The revelation of illegal electronic spying on Americans was shocking and serious. The neocons brought out their BIG GUNS in defense of their illegal activity. The soft-shoe dance of innocence began:

The neocon stated rules of engagement required that one end of the communications connection be in America while the other end had to be outside America. This would of course, rule out intra-country communications. But the same party that stated the above rule also said that Saddam Hussein was working on nukes. That was in 2003. And even today, no evidence of Saddam Hussein’s nuclear lab has been presented.

So America was fooled once – would it be fooled twice?

NSA has massive database of Americans’ phone calls

The National Security Agency has been secretly collecting the phone call records of tens of millions of Americans, using data provided by AT&T, Verizon and BellSouth, people with direct knowledge of the arrangement told USA TODAY.

The NSA program reaches into homes and businesses across the nation by amassing information about the calls of ordinary Americans — most of whom aren’t suspected of any crime. This program does not involve the NSA listening to or recording conversations. But the spy agency is using the data to analyze calling patterns in an effort to detect terrorist activity, sources said in separate interviews.

“It’s the largest database ever assembled in the world,” said one person, who, like the others who agreed to talk about the NSA’s activities, declined to be identified by name or affiliation. The agency’s goal is “to create a database of every call ever made” within the nation’s borders, this person added.

For the customers of these companies, it means that the government has detailed records of calls they made — across town or across the country — to family members, co-workers, business contacts and others.

The three telecommunications companies are working under contract with the NSA, which launched the program in 2001 shortly after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, the sources said. The program is aimed at identifying and tracking suspected terrorists, they said. …

It is “eye-crossing” to know that the same country that impeached a Democratic president(neocons were in power) for failing to tell the truth about improper touching(a personal matter) allowed a neocon President to get away with a whole list of activities that should have been viewed in a court of law.

With the tragedy at Ford Hood yesterday, there is no better time to remind the nation of the immorality and tragedy of war, and the idiocy of this administration, if not the stupidity of continuing the Bush policies in fighting two wars.

Prolonging one in Iraq and escalating the second in Afghanistan.

And the impact on this nation, in terms of human loss, the impact it has on our civil liberties at home (not to mention the flattening and destruction of the countries where we fight these wars) and the huge fiscal, environmental, foreign policy and even domestic tragedy such policies represent.

While there is no excuse for killing, and I have always been a committed pacifist, and I cannot even begin to imagine the heartbreak and the sorrow of the families of the bereaved, for whom my heart goes out to, there is one person in all of this who is going to get blamed for something that is not his fault.

And that is the shooter himself.

Who is naturally going to take all the blame and get punished for enduring what was probably unbelievable torture.  Although nobody will ever admit to it or realize it.  Or own up to the fact that he was actually just as much a victim as those he killed and wounded.  Caught up in an immoral system and war that he was powerless to get free from.

So he cracked.  Which is what happens when human beings are pushed beyond their limits by inhumane conditions and immoral leaders.

Which is what is going on right now.

When the real perps are going to get off scott free.  And probably even profit from it.

The fault for what happened yesterday at Fort Hood lies entirely with our national leaders.

Starting with the asshole in the Oval Office.

Who may show up at Dover and salute coffins, but that doesn’t mean Jack shit.  It’s a photo op, like everything else the man does.

Where is HIS moral leadership and courage?

The shooter yesterday exhibited behavior much like the other soldiers who are cracking under the strain of repeated tours of duty for immoral and stupid wars that are being fought for reasons that our leaders are lying to us about, wasting vast amounts of OUR money to do it, and immersing this country in debt and perpetuating a mentality that only leads to more violence.

Both at home and abroad.

It is significant that the shooter was a Muslim, a senior officer who was well aware of what was really going on and had no desire to be immersed in it himself, as he was about to be deployed to Iraq, a psychiatric advisor who had heard too many tales of horrific destruction, seen too many ruined lives and human beings, a man who himself had been taunted by his fellow soldiers for his own religious beliefs, (yet his own racist superiors apparently did nothing about, which is even more appalling, particularly since they will probably never be punished for war criminals, which is exactly what they are) and who understood exactly what suicide bombers are.

Patriots.

Who defend their country against imperialist invaders who never should be there in the first place.

As much as the U.S. military and our national political elite tries to deny it.  And in fact seem to forget that this is exactly how OUR country was founded.

When one’s country is invaded by an invading force the size of the U.S. military for the natural resources (oil) which is exactly what we are doing in both Iraq and Afghanistan, (see the recent news on the contracts multinational oil companies are now signing with the Iraqi government for extra profit of dollars a barrel for their supposed “investment” while raping the country, a story as old as our historical involvement in the region itself for the last seventy years, and Empires historically in the region, and the plans of all Empires to control a planned strategic oil pipeline which run right through coveted Afghani territory, you have to sit back and wonder, what the hell are we fighting for.

Actually, you don’t have to wonder.

It stares you right in the face.  And has been the reason historically why we have gone to war, as well as other Empires, in both regions for well over two hundred years.

We are being LIED TO.

We are not fighting terrorists or Al Queda.  We are fighting wars of Imperialism to feed our insatiable addiction to oil and refusal to make investments in the paradigm shift we need to switch to a cleantech, carbon free economy so we don’t wreck our planet.

Any more than we already have that is.

Not to mention end the suffering of the growing ranks of the unemployed in an economy which is outdated and failing, so that the disproportionate share of income and it’s ownership in this country will become even more concentrated, and Democracy will evaporate like spit on a Texas highway in a noonday sun.

If it hasn’t already.

So people like Mr. Obama can buy their way into office and those in Congress can deny the American people the same kinds of healthcare for example that they get, paid for by our tax dollars, because they are being bought off by undemocratic, unelected interests.

But in the end, this is stupid and unsustainable, a fact that those idiots who are making these decisions don’t seem to realize.  Us poor whipping horses and donkeys are on the verge of collapse.  Whether we are on the unemployment line or in the National Guard.

We are all casualties of such appalling policies.  And the ranks of the unemployed are only going to continue to grow and are much larger than the “official” numbers being reported by the Department of Labor and the media.

Just as what is really going on in both wars is being hidden by officials from public view so they can continue with their appalling policies because they don’t have the guts to change things.  Or don’t want to because they profit directly from the status quo.

Even though I distinctly remember a politican who ran on a platform to do precisely that.  Who now sits in the Oval Office.

But apparently that’s too politically challenging for the wimp who’s now there.  Who even experienced the politics of oil imperialism abroad as a child, so he has no excuses for not understanding the politics involved, since he saw them first hand and even wrote about them in his books.  And wrote about fights between his mother and stepfather who decided, just as Obama is doing, to take the easy road, sell out, and go work for the oil companies.  And decided his mother was an idiot.

Shows you what a sexist, not to mention racist Obama really is, doesn’t it?  Especially as there are no white women in their forties in the White House in leading roles, or even leading ANY cabinet heads in Washington.

Does Obama want an oil tanker named after him too?  Maybe he should have kept Condi Rice on as Secretary of State instead of naming Hillary to the post. Although I have to say, there isn’t much difference.

He’d rather retain the perks of office and take the easy road instead and live in the White House and have people kiss his ass for as long as possible.  And say “Mr. President” for as long as possible.

Instead of acting like a responsible leader and making the real and tough and moral choices one expects from a leader who promised “change we can believe in.”

So he’d rather kill poor people instead.  And perpetuate suffering in this country by diverting resources to killing and the war machine, instead of rebuilding a country and an economy (this one) that is dying and out of date.

And because his lack of leadership, why our leaders are so hell bent on using the “terrorist threat” as an excuse to keep spending massive amounts of money, expending lives of both American soldiers and innocent civilians both here and abroad, so oil companies, not to mention Wall Street, can make huge profits, and we can ruin our environment, instead of putting those resources into really making the paradigm shift we need to establish a cleantech economy and work towards world peace.

Isn’t that what Nobel Peace Prize winners are supposed to do?

Apparently Obama thinks he can even redefine THAT.

But Orwell beat you to the punch there buddy.

“War is peace”, remember 1984?

Supposedly Harvard educated Presidents are supposed to be familiar with the Canon.  And not the kind that fires cannon balls.

It is precisely policies like these that make America hated around the world. It is precisely policies like these that are driving America broke.  It is precisely policies like these that are contributing not only to the suffering that we saw at Fort Hood, the continuing and rising and horrific death toll and suffering that will continue to haunt soldiers (and their families) for the rest of their lives, which is the real so-called “opportunity cost” of war, but the absolutely intransigent so-called “conventional wisdom” of our political elite on both sides of the aisle that seemingly doesn’t change, and in fact makes a profit off of war.

And one I have paid a direct price for all my life.

My own father, a purple heart decorated (if you can call it that) veteran of WWII, a German Jew and Holocaust survivor, was forced to go to the front lines of the French and German border, despite the horrific risk he faced, both as cannon fodder and what would have happened to him if he had been caught (because he was a German Jew) because he spoke both fluent French and German, unlike most American GI’s, by the horrific and anti semitic immigration policies of Joe Kennedy (patriarch of the supposedly saintly Kennedy dynasty) who was virulently anti semitic and denied entry to all German Jews seeking asylum, while doing business with Hilter until Pearl Harbor, and even covering up news of the Concentration Camps, unless those Jews lucky enough to get here (in other words men, or women, like my aunt, who was married to Peter Drucker, the so-called Father of Management) fought in the war.  My dad was horrifically wounded as a result.  With wounds that affected him for the rest of his life.

I lost him when I was 11.

But Cassandra Butts, the supposed “expert” on immigration, among other things, in the White House who told me to go fuck off and that I was “privileged” because I was white, or perhaps because I knew her at all, when I called to congratulate her on her new gig in the White House days after the inauguaration doesn’t seem to see it that way.  And refused to pass my proposal to create jobs and equality for people who desperately need it, not to mention create a cleantech economy very quickly, on to the right people who definately need some guidance on job creation at 1600 Penn.

Which is appalling.

Not to mention the fact that I have been without a job for over three years at this point because I was illegally fired.  And even refuses to this day to investigate the illegal violations of my civil rights by cabinet members of this administration.  Which is both directly her job and illegal.

Why is she doing this?  Well I’m not sure, except that I suppose she thinks that she’s better than I am and more powerful.  Or perhaps because I dared to criticize (called my FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS) the appalling policies of Mr. Donovan, now head of HUD, which have led to the worst housing crisis in New York City since the Great Depression.  Or the fact that I criticized the fact that Google is collecting cookies from the White House website, in contravention to Federal Disabilities Law.

Or perhaps because I’m white.  Because naturally, being Black in this country is the worst kind of discrimination there is?

Right?

And she’s suffered far more because of it, not to mention ever put her ass on the line to do something about it.

Right?

Much like her boss, or even say Melody Barnes, another White House hypocrite and UNC grad who refuses to return my phone calls.

Even though I never got to go to graduate school, much less Harvard, have been permanently disfigured by an illegal termination from a Wall Street Bank, have been waiting for over two years for the EEOC to even finish it’s investigation, am on the edge of eviction, am completely financially ruined, and my life has been completely changed forever.

God, that sounds really privileged to me.

Not to mention the fact that in terms of accomplishment in Washington, if she thinks she’s accomplished more and has the right to even say something like that, she’s out to lunch.  And is appalling.

Number one, she WORKS FOR ME, number two, it is the duty of those who serve in public office to help the less fortunate, not to mention investigate civil rights abuses, and number three, I’ve accomplished MORE than she has, despite the fact that she brags about her fancy sports cars and she makes more money than I do and has a fancier title now and went to Harvard because of family circumstances.

Accomplishment and meritocracy is and never has been about money.

Even when we knew each other on a more daily basis in college, I still fought harder for racial rights and led the anti apartheid movement at the first Southern public university and then the first Southern State (North Carolina and UNC Chapel Hill), and certainly took more risks to do so and fight for racial justice in this country AND Apartheid South Africa than either Ms. Butts or Ms. Barnes (another black woman and UNC alumni who now works in the White House).  Neither of whom ever put their asses, their scholarships or even their lives on the line to force first the University and then the state to divest all scholarship and pension funds from apartheid South Africa.

Ms. Butts showed up for a few rallies.  Ms. Barnes never even did that.  I faced down Klansmen with loaded shotguns pointed at my head.

Both of them went to graduate school (Ms. Butts went to Harvard) because they had families to support them).  And Ms. Barnes even went to work for Mr. Kennedy, who’s daddy made mine a man with a life long disability.

My family would never even cosign loans for undergrad.  And I still have scars on my arms that make me look like a heroine addict to this day because I had to sell my plasma to eat (and passed out every time I sold it), because my scholarship, to a public university was not enough to cover the costs (because Reagan was busy cutting back on everything, my abusive stepfather even committed both federal mail and tax fraud to prevent me from getting my own family money and to try to get me to drop out of college) and my scholarship prevented me from working on campus.

And the only places near campus to work were bars.  Where I was barred from working because I was underage.

And I lost MY FATHER at the age of 11.  Thanks Joe Kennedy.

So I’m really privileged, doncha know?

Just because I’m white.

And really unaccomplished politically, even though I started changing state policy at the age of 19, and national policy, in DC at the age of 23.  And not as a staffer who went to Harvard.

But in reality, I’m just another victim of the kind of policy that this country has always followed.  Now being perpetuated by political elites who are black.  But naturally they feel they are far more persecuted but ironically more special and privileged and know better, if they went to Harvard, sit their asses in the White House and have chips on their shoulders.

It doesn’t matter what the color of your skin is if you are immoral.  Or your gender.

It’s what you do that counts.

THAT is the kind of hypocritical crap that is perpetrated by our “leaders.”

So I know very well the real cost of war.  It’s why I’ve always been opposed to it.  Especially immoral, Empire building ones.

It doesn’t mean that I don’t believe in fighting to protect your rights.  Which I have had to do all my life, especially from elitists, racists and sexists, who think they can pull this kind of crap.   Of whatever color, gender or sexual orientation.

But that’s not what we are doing right now with the wars we are fighting.

I am a direct descendent of one of the first two women in U.S. history to have ever fought on the front lines of ANY U.S. battle in a little historical dustup called The Battle of King’s Mountain.  Which for all you U.S. history buffs out there, is known as the turning point of the REVOLUTIONARY WAR.  And women are still not given credit by DoD.  Or given leadership posts.  Or allowed to command troops in battle.  Or given leadership roles in business, politics, academics or just about anything because we’re biologically inferior, right Summers?  Not to mention Obama, who has already created what is being called a “boy’s club” in the White House.

God what a change.

Apparently men and elitists who go to Harvard who never put their asses on the line, know better.  About everything.   Which is what leads to these kinds of policies.

And tragedies.

The shooter yesterday apparently endured not only horrific tales of horror from his counseling of troops returning from the war, but additional harrassment because of his religion from his fellow troops because he was a Muslim.

Which the army brass did nothing about.

That is just one of the real crimes here.

DoD has done NOTHING in the face of a rising suicide rate and repeated shootings of a similar nature in Iraq.

That’s another war crime that will go unpunished.

And the idiot in the Oval Office, who has also never put his ass on the line for anything, or anybody and has only worked for personal self gain and self promotion, per HIS OWN ADMISSION, has determined, along with Congress and that disgustingly hypocritical moment of silence last night on the Hill, despite all of this, to draw out the war in Iraq and escalate the one in Afghanistan.

Because of “the terrorist threat.”  Which is complete and utter BS.

Both theatres of war are being maintained for profit.  And to control dirty resources.  Spelled O-I-L.

Many members of Congress actually profit from the war themselves personally (like Dianne Fienstein, and Mr. Murtha, both of whom, and they are not the only ones) who vote for such wars, approve such appropriations, and who’s spouses and relatives get rich from war profits in contracts with the U.S. military.   And Mr. Obama is giving first dibs to all the best bailout money to his cronies.  Who are as crooked as a dog’s hind leg.

Not to mention the fact that Obama is out to lunch if he ever thinks that he will win in Afghanistan, (see my last blog on the subject) and made a campaign promise to promptly end the war in Iraq.

Of course we all know that he’s broken every single promise he ran on, so I suppose it’s stupid of me to even bring up the latter subject.

But I am so furious, as well as heartbroken about the tragedy in Fort Hood, as well as the media’s coverage of it, our political elite’s reaction to it, that I can’t help but write about it.

WHY THE HELL CAN’T WE LEARN OUR LESSONS?

How many more kids will come home in a box before we do?

With the entire country on the verge of economic collapse, despite the propoganda of a supposed “economic turnaround” (which is complete and utter crap and based solely on the BS of the stock market rally, which is an illusion as even reported by say Paul Krugman and Robert Reich, even if you don’t want to take it from a woman, who, according to the raving sexist in the White House, Mr. Summers who thinks that women are incapable biologically of understanding economics or apparently anything of substance, despite the wonderful FU of the first woman in history to just win a Nobel for economics in HISTORY) and real unemployment in this country hovering around forty to fifty percent if you count the number of people who are deliberately kept out of the workforce based on discrimination, what the hell are we doing wasting money and lives both domestically and abroad and putting more pressure, both psychologically and fiscally on the American people by such policies?

Not to mention the damage and killing we are doing abroad?

This is known as torture. And deluded public policy.

And perpetuated by political sadists who seem to think that spending as much money for ONE YEAR in Afghanistan alone that equalled a domestic bailout that was way too small, but giving the banks a $32 Trillion dollar bailout is appropriate.

And is not coming from Republicans, BUT DEMOCRATS.

But you see war is very profitable for the banks and the political elite and DoD armchair generals who all get to make money, control huge budgets, and get promotions behind safe desks, far away from the real suffering, by promoting such policies.

And oil companies and pharma companies who will make a literal killing in both commandeering the resources of destroyed countries we are directly responsible for flattening, and selling overpriced medicine the soldiers who’s lives we ruin will have to buy for the rest of their lives when their bodies and brains are battered forever.   At overinflated prices the President just refused to bargain for.

What a flaming asshole.  Does the man have a conscience?

Does he know how to spell the word?

Does he even know what it means?

That’s what dictionaries are for you dickhead.

Maybe you should look one up.  You did go to Harvard, after all.  I should think you’d be familiar with both multi syllabic words, not to mention such basic books.

Or even the fucking internet.

Yes I’m angry.  Furious as hell.

What the hell are we doing?  Or to be more specific, what the hell are YOU doing?

And why are the American people putting up with this?

Again, and again and again?

Economically, war based economies are the worst, most destructive, economically and environmentally wasteful and non sustainable policies there are.  And only further concentrate wealth.  Not “spread the wealth around.”

So if Mr. Obama, in all of his supposed brilliance, really gave a crap about anything or anybody except himself, he might follow the advice of some other brave leaders, even if they weren’t so supposedly brilliant as he thinks he is.

And who never went to Harvard.  And put their asses, careers and reputations on the line.  Not to mention their lives.  And actually had ethics and morals. And guts.

Like say Mohammad Ali, who gave up his boxing championships and titles in opposition to the Vietnam War, refused enlistment, faced prison time for doing it, and said “No Viet Cong ever called me a Nigger.”

Yet Mr. Obama, who seems to forget that the sacrifices of the past, including Dr. King, who was also opposed to the War in Vietnam, and who’s bravery in leading the Black Civil Rights movement got him shot.

Yet who’s bravery in advancing the rights of the African American civil rights movement put Mr. Obama in the White House.

Where this ungrateful asshole is aping the worst attitudes and policies of the white male elite who oppressed and is continuing to do so, minorities who didn’t have both legacy and minority advantages plus grannies who worked at banks to cosign their loans plus a mother who coached him and sacrificed everything for her ungrateful son who couldn’t even show up when she was dying, not to mention screwing over women and the disabilities community (not to mention the LGBT community) now that he’s in office, not to mention the poor of every color, gender, sexual orientation, able bodied or those with disabilities of whatever kind.

Because Obama is an ungrateful fuck, who thinks he’s smarter than everyone else on the goddamned planet.  And doesn’t give a fuck about anyone else.  And thinks he deserves the best of everything.  While letting the rest of the world go to hell.

What a hypocritical Buppy and corrupt Oreo.

And what change we can believe in.

Right?

One, two, three, four, what the fuck are we fighting for?

Except to get this asshole out of office, asap.  And everyone in Congress who supports him and these policies.

And if you think I’m mad as hell, you are absolutely right.

And if you have a brain, and you really care about what happened yesterday, not to mention what is going on all around you every day, you should be too.

And will do something about it. NOW.

For those of you who think that You Tube is the cat’s meow, I’m sorry to let the dogs out.

And there’s a reason I’m writing about this now and why, particularly since it directly impacts your Democracy and how you interact with your government.  Particularly The White House.

You see, the White House has chosen Google to be their video vendor, along with hiring many Google personel to strategic IT positions in government.  And of course the CEO of Google is one of the President’s closest advisors.  It is far from appropriate in this particular case, for the White House to be giving so much influence and business to a company that already has a monopoly share of the browser market, particularly when Obama, at least in campaign mode, specifically said he was interested in “spreading the wealth around.”

Little hint there buddy.  That’s not how you do it.  Especially when Google is also getting a lot of money from DoE right now to invest in cleantech, and partnered with GE to do exactly the same thing.

This is called President’s creating monopolies.

Plus of course Google is not exactly a company with a stellar past when it comes to ethical business practices, which range from stock manipulation to bending if not breaking securities laws, and developing applications that do not comply with disability law.  Not to mention stealing IP.

Hardly a model vendor, much less advisor, or company on those grounds alone for the White House video vendor , company or even Presidential advisor, in an “age of a new era of personal responsibility” as I believe someone who looked remarkably like the current head honcho in chief at 1600 Penn said on his remarkably expensive inauguration day speech.  Then again, we’ve seen alot of deviations from that pure as driven snow ethic since then.

But there are other problems too, which point both to the President’s determination to get exactly what he wants, come hell or high water, whether it breaks the rules or not.   And his attitude that he thinks that he is above the law.

Specifically the White House website breaks a couple of rather large laws, which the White House is trying to pretend they are immune to or don’t matter.

And you should be aware of if you should be inclined to visit the White House website any time soon.  Because they directly affect YOU.

The first is that the website uses Google You Tube as their video vendor.  And You Tube collects cookies.  No, not the Oreo kind that you dip in milk, but the kind that track your activities once you click on the video window of any You Tube site.  Including the ones on the White House website.

According to the White House legal counsel, who has written a legal brief excusing this, which in my opinon holds about legal water as a Yoo memo on torture, this is perfectly okay.

But it’s not.

For several reasons.

The first is that the White House or any government entity should not allow ANY private vendor to collect citizen’s information for their own private and commercial gain, which is exactly what happens when you click on any video window on the White House Website.

The second is that, according to the White House legal counsel, they had no choice in the matter because Google couldn’t turn off the cookies.  Which is complete BS, because they can if they wanted to, but if they didn’t want to take the expense.  In my opinion, then the White House should use another vendor.  Which of course they don’t want to do, because the CEO of Google is a major contributor and sits on Obama’s advisory board.

Thirdly, despite the fact that the site warns people in writing that Google does in fact collect such cookies, this is still not appropriate for several reasons and breaks several rather big laws.  To wit:

1.  The Rehabilitation Act.  Specifically Section 508, which mandates that ALL government websites must comply with this law.  NO EXCEPTIONS FOR EGOTISTICAL PRESIDENTS ALLOWED.

Over thirty million people in the United States cannot read, mosty due to disability.  Therefore they have no idea that when they click on either the window itself, which does contain a popup saying that this is a You Tube window, but since they can’t read, they can’t understand it.  Neither can they understand the legal mumbo jumbo disclaimers the White House has posted on the site elsewhere.  Therefore, the White House is running roughshod over the civil and privacy rights of over thirty million Americans just because it feels like it.

2.  The fact that the White House is allowing a monopoly to have such product placement on THE PREMIERE government website in the first place is appalling, unprecedented and essentially puts a dollar sign on the front door of the White House saying “THIS REAL ESTATE IS FOR SALE.”  Which is exactly what is wrong with politics in general, not to mention probably illegal.  The government is not for sale.

3.  The fact that the White House allows Google to collect YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION for their own private profit is not only appalling, but is most definately illegal as in a violation of privacy, and could be construed as either bribes for future business (i.e. first dibs on bailout cleantech grants for example as a quid pro quo swap) or in fact a round about and illegal way to raise campaign dollars.

4.  The fact that the White House is doing this to begin with is so appalling and unethical, particuarly because Obama and the White House staff KNOW, or they should, that dealing with the Government should not be the same as dealing with Wall Street, i.e. Caveat Emptor, or buyer beware.  The government is there to PROTECT its citizens, not take advantage of them.  Most people in this country are technologically illiterate, and not through their own faults.  Most of Congress is too.  This is a classic case of Obama’s elitism and “I’m so much smarter than the rest of you idiots that I can take advantage of you” and his penchant for secrecy harming the privacy of the American public.  Just like Bush.   It is completely inappropriate for ANY public entity to take advantage of the public’s lack of awareness or education for it’s own advantage.

And despite my long and very heated discussion on the matter with several White House staffers, all of whom, in their ignorance and arrogance think they can do whatever they want because they sit their butts in the White House, have forgotten one crucial and very important thing.

THEY WORK FOR US.  NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND.  We pay for their salaries, their health insurance and the real estate.

It’s time they remembered that.  Particularly the arrogant head honcho in the Oval Office, who seems to think that blowing $215K on date night of the tax payers money is perfectly okay, while the taxpayers sink.  While furthering executive privilege established under Bush and acting like a spoiled child when he is criticized.

Even by members of his own party.  Or those who voted for him.

Being President, or even going to Harvard, does not make you infallible, smarter than anyone else, or above the law.  As much as Obama is fighting to make it that way.

That was the problem with Bush.  That is the problem with Congress.  And that will, in the end, if we do not stop it, be the end of Democracy as we know it.

 Could Obama Fall Victim to a Change We Can’t Believe in?

At this point Obama’s presidency could go either way – he can either become one of the greatest presidents this country has ever known, or go down as an exciting experiment that went bad. It’s all up to how he handles the expectations of Independents.

The biggest problem that Obama currently faces is becoming a victim of his own effectiveness. During the campaign he raised the nation’s expectation so high that just being a good president won’t do. He promised a change that we can believe in, which led many of us to believe that he intended to trash the way business is done in Washington, but that promise seems to be totally inconsistent with what seems to be his irrepressible desire to hold hands and sing Kum By Ya with the very Republican leaders from which we wanted a change.

This has fueled the growing suspicion by many that both parties are beholding to the same cabal of power, and only feign to have differing philosophies toward governance. That suspicion lies very close to the surface for many Independents – after all, that’s why they’re Independents in the first place.

And President Obama hasn’t helped himself in that regard. For a man who is ordinarily so politically astute, even before he became president he did a curious flip-flop on the FISA issue. According to Greenchange.org, on October 24, 2007, Bill Burton of the Obama campaign indicated, “To be clear: Barack will support a filibuster of any bill that includes retroactive immunity for telecommunications companies.” But by June 20, 2008, Obama issued a statement reversing his position, indicating that our national security needs were more important than his objections.

That deeply disappointed many Independents, since a citizen’s right to sue a telecommunications company for invading his or her privacy in violation of the law has nothing to do with national security. Those are the very constitutional rights that we’re trying to keep secure. But while many Independents have kept that in mind, at least Obama had the integrity to take that stand prior to our making the decision on whether or not to vote for him.

But then once he was elected President, Obama made another curious statement with regard to the criminal activities and alleged war crimes committed by the Bush administration. In spite of the fact that there are strong allegations and prima facie evidence of torture, and some of the most unconscionable violations of the Geneva Convention since the Nuremberg trials, President Obama stated that he wanted to move the nation forward, and not look back.

Many Independents have two problems with that. First of all, President Obama seems much too willing to move forward with regard to the fat cats, while lower-ranking personnel are rotting in prison. That’s in direct conflict with the American ideal of equal justice under the law. And secondly, since most of these atrocities were committed against the citizens of other nations, it is the height of arrogance for us to be “the deciders” of whether or not those responsible should be held accountable. That also runs contrary to American ideals, and the concept of “a shining city on the hill.”

And now we’re talking about sending thousands of more troops to Afghanistan. The question is, why? The nation has yet to be provided with a reasonable explanation of why we should be meddling, once again, in another country’s internal affairs. One would think we would have learned something about the futility of that by now. It’s a recipe for disaster.

There’s only two legitimate reasons to have our troops in that part of the world. The first is obvious – to make damn sure the nuclear missiles in Pakistan don’t fall into the hands of Al Qaeda. The second reason is to bring Osama Bin Laden to justice. So why can’t we just deploy enough troops in Pakistan to protect the missiles, and let the CIA and law enforcement deal with Osama? That way we save both treasure and lives, and we’re not creating more enemies for the United States by killing innocent people.

But many Independents suspect that there’s another agenda afoot. Actually, Cheney’s giving it away. Independents recognize that Dick Cheney has absolutely no integrity, so when he gets passionate over an issue we know to follow either the money or power. Thus, many Independents suspect that what’s actually behind Cheney’s insistence that we go recklessly rushing into Afghanistan has much more to do with Halliburton’s bottom line than it does America’s best interest. And while Obama has shown himself to be an excellent president in many ways, his one shortcoming – and a shortcoming that may very well bring him down in the end – is his tendency to try to appease the stupidity and greed of the GOP.

The President needs to recognize that there is nothing he can do that’s going to make him acceptable to the GOP – that is, unless he agrees to appoint a Republican vice president, then resign. By now it should be clear that even while he’s asleep, the GOP is trying to hatch plans to destroy him. So by spending more time thinking about them than he is his base, he’s playing right into their hands.

I mentioned power as one of the reasons that Cheney’s trying to rush the president into Afghanistan. I wonder if the president has considered the fact that Cheney just might be trying to get him to make the same kind of mistake in Afghanistan that the Bush Administration made in Iraq in order to take the Iraq issue off the table for the 2012 election? If during the 2012 campaign America is bogged down in Afghanistan with the useless death of thousands of U.S. troops, all of a sudden, Bush, Cheney, and the GOP won’t look all that bad. The president should think about that possibility, since the mechinations of Dick Cheney makes Machiavelli look like a trainee.

On the other hand, if the president would have the CIA go after Osama Bin Laden (through the use of intelligence, instead of blindly shooting at rocks), then pull out of Afghanistan, and make an agreement with the government of Pakistan to help them protect their nuclear arsenal, he’ll be looking pretty good in 2012, and he won’t have the deaths of thousands of U.S. troops to have to justify.

And he’d look even better if he allowed Attorney General Holder to do his job with respect to the Bush administration’s war crimes. First, he’d firm up his base by restoring their confidence that he stands for the rule of law, and he would also allay the fear that he might be a puppet, controlled by some powerful cabal.

Another upside to that is that once Holder begins his investigation into the Bush administration, there’s absolutely no doubt that he’s going to find criminality, cronyism, and corruption seeping so deep within the GOP that Republicans will be so busy snitching on one another, and covering their own asses, that they won’t have the time to plot against either him, or the American people.

Now, THAT, would be a change that we could believe in.

I am posting the following appalling email I recieved and writing this post about it, for several reasons.

1.  It is a perfect example of data mining.

2.  It is a perfect example of a very bizarre, and wierd set of “niche Interests” and multiple sources of information in one email, evidence to be discussed in a moment.

3.  It should make you finally understand why so much fuss has been made over things like FISA, Obama’s appalling continuation of some of the WORST Bush policies, and it’s wakey wakey time.

4.  It is a perfect example of the kind of online marketing, data mining, cookie information storage and sharing. Across an awfully broad spectrum of government, private and international sources.

5.  It should make you very, very uncomfortable about where this government is heading.

6.  It should make you very, very uncomfortable about what is going on in the wars we are fighting and what it is doing to the consciences, if not completely illegal activities of this nation, not to mention the soldiers doing the fighting of it. Or their superiors within DoD and the National Security Complex.  Not to mention Congress and the White House.

But first the email:

1.  The reason I know this is a fraud is because this is a very similar kind of email that I seem to be getting a lot of these days, which will eventually ask you for even more personal information, like bank account numbers and social security numbers, which I shouldn’t have to tell you, you NEVER give out online unless you trust the source.

2.  While some of the acts in this email are probably true and rumours of soldiers illegally looting lots of cash have been floating for years, not to mention other illegal activity by our soldiers in Iraq, it is very disturbing that I would be getting this email now, particularly given other information contained within it, whether or not it is is visible to you.

3.  It is a perfect example of the kinds of information sharing, legal and illegal that are going on.  Apparently internationally.  How do I know that?  See examples below.

4.  The megatext of the email itself had information and a URL address, right down to the file directory information, of an image and a map containing that browser, as well as it’s graphical image on my last blog.  That cannot happen by accident.  And the timing is more than suspicious.  And who has information to that kind of information?  Especially when used in conjunction with other clues in this email?  The White House and the national security complex.

5.  The email admits itself that this person I don’t know, got my name and personal information from one of the many social networking sites. And is an attempt to gather even more information, such as social security numbers and bank account information.  Which means that browsers and telecoms not to mention other corporations, are sharing personal information between themselves about YOU.

6.  The line at the bottom of the email, whether you recognize it or not, is a new form of integrated “social marketing” and an advertisement for a MOBILE PHONE.

7.  The original attempt that I used to download the email, brought up as a default a Microsoft browser text document.  I don’t use that browser.

8.  All of this, along with the White House’s own lawbreaking activities (including the fact that the White House’s own website is 508 noncompliant (a violation of disability law), allows Google to collect your personal information through cookies everytime you click on a video on the site for their own economic gain, which I believe is also illegal, not to mention the product placement the government is giving a monopoly, which is at a minimum highly unethical, considering that the head of the company sits on the President’s advisory panel.

But also means that Google is probably in on this too.  Along with one of the telephone providers Obama so nicely gave legal immunity to for blatently breaking the law.

The combination of all of these factors should make you very, very scared.

And hopefully get off your asses and do something about it.  Even if it’s turning these kinds of emails into the “authorities” although I doubt they’ll do anything about it, since I suspect their complicity in this as well.  For various reasons.

And if all this sounds paranoid, metatext and coding language doesn’t lie.  In fact I’m not even sure that it’s capable of it, last time I checked.

But what it does mean is that Obama has an Oedipal Complex he needs some serious psychoanalyzing on.  Not to mention a vision of where he’s taking this country (not to mention a glimpse of a very twisted psyche).  Even greater than the normal sociopathology of politicians.

And should make you start thinking of voting all the bums out of office, no matter the party, starting next year.   Not to mention realizing that our national leader is a pathological power seeker, intent on undermining the Constitution.

This email breaks so many laws it’s not even funny.

And the combination of factors, including the players, the technology involved, the coding used, not to mention where it came from, and the timing, are all proof of something that should make you think very carefully about what Obama is planning on doing.

And says some very disturbing things about the lawbreaking activities of this administration, it’s reluctance to punish the lawbreaking activities of the previous administration, is what I believe is further example of the Obama “enemies list” (FISA after all was passed by Congress after Watergate.)  And Nixon did alot of illegal wiretapping.   Not to mention contained such a similar list.

Not to mention evidence of databases that might be used to conglomerate such information, plus “targetted marketing” (that’s the text banner advertising inducing me to try the mobile phone they so conveniently provided the link for at the bottom of the email.

So put your thinking caps on, but not for too long.

And realize we are not in Kansas anymore.

I thought I’d take a break from healthcare issues and spend this blog on another of Obama’s idiotic moves – that in foreign policy.

More specifically our involvement in Afganistan and Obama’s absolutely idiotic decision to remain the middle of the mess.   Not to mention escalating it.

No matter how supposedly touching his “honoring the dead” photo op, I suppose planned to regain public support for the war, for the dead kids returned from the wars he is waging.   Especially suspicious, if not outright cynical, with this little story starting to float on the blogosphere.

Which is more than hyprocritical than touching if he really cared about those killed in action for a horrific and amoral war.  And even more so when you consider his appalling coverups about the horrific medical care, not to mention his own decision to delay disability payments to wounded vets at the VA.  Not to mention his complete MIA on the issue of TBI, the so called “signature wound” of both wars we are fighting, even though he has a very good proposal in the White House already which deals with the issue, but his stupid staff won’t bring it to his attention.

But back to Obama’s pious BS in what I can only think is yet another public exhibit of the man’s self regard for himself and that he has this egocentric delusion he’s smarter than anyone else, and knows more about everyone on everything on the planet (on any subject, but particularly one this macho) that justifies his stupid and downright suicidal military overseas foreign policy decisions.

More specifically Afghanistan and the Obama future strategy there.

Another “compromise” that is going to turn absolutely tragic, is already, and yet another sign of the Great Poobah’s both ignorance of military strategy, the region in general, his reluctance to tell the truth about anything (including this is part of the international drug war, and has nothing to do with terrorism at all) and his reluctance to take a firm stand ON ANYTHING.

Not to mention his bad habit of listening only to generals and war hawks (including Hillary), who think that any war is a good one.  Not to mention that half of Congress (and Sen. Feinstein – A Democrat no less – from California is particularly guilty of this) who approve a war based economy and national budgets, because it creates opportunities for them to create earmarks that their spouses will make a fortune on.  While starving the poor and underclass.

And all connected to the supposed superior economic policy of perpetuating a military economy of perpetual war, where the elites benefit handsomely at the expense of the country.

Furthermore from just the perspective of the military and the NSC, NSA, CIA, and entire international security complex, and to some extent, even more scarily, the domestic one too, this is obscene.  And endangers rather than protects ALL AMERICANS.

To understand what is really going on, besides the philosophy of the warhawks who’ve never met a war they didn’t like, Obama’s ego and ignorance, and the greedy bastards in Congress (on both sides of the aisle, who seem to think that taxpayer money, particularly in perpetuating large military budgets, is their way of getting rich) you have to think in bureaucratese, no matter what the lip flap at the Pentagon, Congress, or even the White House is.

Bigger budgets mean more power, and that’s what Washington is all about.

These mindsets of course do not consider for one minute, the innocent kids sent to fight a useless war, who have no idea what they are getting themselves into, and even less what awaits them, if they survive.

How old is that kid beneath the gear in the picture above, who looks as terrified and lost as Little Bo Beep, even under the storm trooper attire he is wearing?

Twenty?

Maybe.

Jesus, what are we doing to the kids of this generation?  BOOMERS THAT MEANS YOU, not to mention any literate person, with a memory and a sense of history, not to mention have relatives who maybe fought in it a little fracus you might have read about in the history books, if not lived through it, called Vietnam.

And I won’t bother mentioning Meghan McCain, or her opinions of the subject, because she wasn’t born yet.

This war is so stupid, not to mention self destructive, that the U.S. military, in escalating this war, are re-calling up grandmothers for that matter.  Just to prove that they are right.

I have a friend whose GRANDMOTHER, who serves in the National Guard, has now been called up for her SECOND TOUR OF ACTIVE COMBAT DUTY IN AFGHANISTAN.  Where there are, as in all guerrilla actions, no safe places to hide.  The whole country is a warzone.  Even for granny.  Then again, it sure beats paying social security out.  At least in the eyes of the Chicken Hawks.

And despite the warmongering at the Pentagon, actually does have alot of people the White House and all the other chickenhawks cannot dismiss or undermine as some sort of lefty, communist, illogical subhuman and therefore dismiss, and rightly so who are publicly denouncing this policy.  And those would be those in even the ESTABLISHMENT, throwing in the towel, and expressing their opposition, in very public ways, because even they see the writing on the wall.  As this highly embarressing (for the Administration and the White House) resignation from even a State Department Official with expertise in the region, and impeccable credentials, is further highlighting

And doing a particularly good job, not to mention displaying excellent timing.   Causing red faces all over Washington, and deservedly so.

Particularly since there is “breaking news” i.e. another convenient plant, of supposed 9/11 plotters passports found near the Afghan border, and the President’s current focus on the issue.  The discovery of the former which I guarantee you will be used, if not squashed like a bug, as justification of more of the same.

Not “change we can believe in.”  At least if future Presidential actions and decisions are based on what has been the Obama strategy so far.

Duck and run, procrastinate indefinately, or blame a convenient scapegoat when plans go very wrong.  And take all the credit when things go right. While negotiating even more crooked deals in private.

Which uh, despite that unbelievable Nobel decision, that even the White House had the tact to underreact to (and justly so although Obama should have declined the award altogether if he had a modicum of common sense not to mention an ego the size of Jupiter), Obama is most guilty of.

And has been his modus operandi since his entrance into politics as an wanna be power player black politician on the make, back home in the Windy City.  Even as an obscure State Senator he couldn’t get his bills passed until he was tapped as “the boy” from the real power player in the very corrupt Illinois state senate.

And set up for a Federal Senate seat.

There are those who would argue that the Presidential version of this political chameleon, who many are calling a political sociopath, is exhibiting the same behavior in the White House.

And that of course would include his decisions on the wars.

For that I would turn not to DoD, but a WOMAN (remember those Obama), who was not only a superior military strategist who kicked the butts of her many assassins, and certainly bested political enemies as head of state as if they were mere dust in the wind.  And had experience in such tactics from a time she was a child, not to mention brought the Brits to the beginning of what is called “The Golden Age of Empire.”  From the British perspective anyway.

For those of you who remain historically ignorant, that would be Queen Elizabeth I, who didn’t like war at all.  In fact, her most famous quote on the subject, besides the Tilbury Speech, was that she didn’t like war because “the outcome is so unpredictable.”

And was willing to put her ass on the line, unlike the generals who fight this war from their safehavens and armchairs in safety in the nation’s Capitol, to preserve the sanctity of Britain against a very REAL attack from the Spanish.  Not some hocus pocus illusionary “terrorist threat” which the conventional warmongers in DC are still trying to prove exist, much less have an even harder time finding them.

And Barry, just so you know, ol’ Lizzy beat the pants off of ya in symbolism too.  As this portrait below so aptly demonstrates.

Those recently and extremely conveniently timely if not suspiciously geophraphically placed and now “discovered” passports on the Afghan border, supposedly linked (just because they say so at CIA headquarters)  are also most likely what are called “plants” by CIA agents for those of us a little too familiar with CIA tactics, DoD bungling and downright stupidity, and Washington “leaks.”

And explains a great deal about why Obama decided not to prosecute the worst offenders of the Bush years with say, war crimes.

He already knew going in that he was going to need the agencies’ cooperations for the war ahead.  Meaning that he planned this early, that the “discovery” of such supposed damning evidence could easily have come from direct orders from the White House (that’s Obama playing I’m smarter than everyone else on the planet without realizing that this stupid tactic has been used before) and this Obama, not the one who promised to change all that, was apparently committed to stupid acts of economic and human destruction, not to mention wedded to the idea of Empire-building fascism, and war mongering even before the election, should be no surprise to ANYONE.  Certainly given actions to date now that he’s in office.

I mean all you have to do is think back eight years ago (I know Megan McCain, you weren’t born yet) when “federal investigators” on the case of 9/11 found the car supposedly used by said terrorists, conveniently with “How to make an airplane a bomb” in the abandoned vehicle of the supposed 9/11 plotters.

It’s almost like a retarded CIA attempt to convince the public “see terrorist was here,” in big cartoon arrows that the government thinks passes the laugh test for credibility, because Americans are so stupid. And as I seem to remember they also, miraculously, managed to find even more passports of the “9/11 terrorists”, which showed up in the mound of rubble after 9/11 (what are the odds of that happening) because downtown New York looked like a million Kinko’s had gone on an a bipolar “up”.  For months.  If not years.

And literally covered the entire lower section of Manhatten with a paper trail so heavy, that there is NO WAY, that another convenient “passport” would show up or be found.

“Accidentally on purpose.”

Right before I believe the imposition of the Patriot Act.  And in fact was used as “evidence” of this war policy on two fronts was justified.  By the White House, DoD, the entire national security complex.

Oh, and blindly or deliberately self enrichingly, by Congress.

I mean, if you were going to blow up a plane and the World Trade Center, would you leave your manual on how to do it in YOUR CAR?  AT THE AIRPORT?  Much less use your REAL passport?

Trust me, terrorists are not picked for their stupidity.  Even those who are mentally challenged, although even this was a story that was manipulated too, of the Iraqi’s sending mentally retarded women in as very deadly human bombs, who detonated themselves and penetrated far into very “secure” U.S. compounds.

Think the Special Olympics, Iraqi style folks.  Those who have mental disabililities, even Down’s Syndrom, have feelings, can understand religion and ethics, and know very well what martyrdum is about.

Especially as the thought of dying and going to glory beats the shit out of what they face if they continue to live.  Because in Muslim societies, unfortunately, I have to say, despite the cultural bias (I warned you up front at least), but also based on working with an Iraqi Journalist in Washington at the national HQ of Reuters, who turned to me for career advice. But even that characteristic of the Taliban is suspect.

And certainly the stereotype of how they treat women is a rather disconcerting reminder that the White House senior staff is not exactly a maelstrom of gender pluralism (as in NONE).

And this cultural stereotype about all those poor, helpless, dumb Muslim women is even more challenged by current events.   Confirmed by the fact that many Iraqi women today are doing just fine, on their own, thanks all the same, despite the appalling prejudice led by oppressive leaders and religious fundamentalists (sounds a lot like this country, doesn’t it), in leading charges against oppressive, sexist leaders. Like say a President in a country near you who hasn’t hired ANY white women in their forties to power positions in the White House and is running the office like a traditional “boy’s club.”

Obama sure doesn’t win any points there, let me tell ya.

And women are kicking ass in many Muslim states of late.

They don’t need any “help” from us, except maybe our suport in the form of food and emergency medicine aid at least.  And certainly not the heavy boot of the U.S. military.

Who, for example, in the face of say Iran and attacking a country with a well trained force of suicidally trained defenders ready to blow themselves to smithereens as human bombs given the LEAST bit of provocation, much less invasion (yes there are even rumours floating in certain circles that I can’t believe OBAMA IS THAT STUPID to even THINK ABOUT IT.

I MEAN OBAMA LIVED IN A MUSLIM COUNTRY UNDER THE OPPRESSIVE ROLE OF AMERICAN OIL CORPORATIONS as a kid.  And even attributes the fights of his mother agaist his stepfather, who changed his tune and decided it, screw it with the politics.  I’m going with the money.

Sounds awfully like the Democratic Party, doesn’t it?

Sorry, but look what happened there.  In both examples as described above.

And Obama is smart enough to have an understanding, on both an educational level and a personal one, to know how disastrous these kinds of policies are.

And I mean, come on. How gullible does the ruling elite really think the American populace is?  They are not stupid enough to even think about reinstituting the draft.  But that’s about as far we as we’ve gotten in the progressive foreign policy stance eminating from the White House and the State Department.

For YEARS.  Actually DECADES.  And actually REGRESSIVE, because using the National Guard instead of the “real fulltime military” i.e. instituting a draft, would mean an official act of war.  Requiring Congressional approval.  Which Obama wants to protect, much as George Bush, as the ultimate Executive Privilege club of the political version of a “Big Swinging Dick.”

To quote Wall Street lingo.

Not that Obama doesn’t deserve it.

And would mean recognizing that continuation of such policies endangers the right of Habeas Corpus and the protections of Posse Comitatis, which  are under serious attack.  Not to mention Obama is pretending that he doesn’t know what the Insurrection Act is, or how its butchering under Bush is now illegal.  And this from the great and much self proclaimed Constitutional scholar himself.  Not to mention U.S. Senator when the former rather important law was restored to its original intent.

I’ll bet his excuse on that, if it ever becomes an issue will be familiar too.  He wasn’t in the room.

And this Afghan escalation certainly makes Obama look butch and manly to both conservative white male neanderthals on the Hill, not to mention the conservative, but out to lunch on foriegn policy and history (in general) American populace.  80% of whom don’t even own a passport.

Whether it’s official or not by some stupid rule, not to mention unConstitutional, the fact is this crappy policy is costing us a bloody fortune.  Just the amount of your tax money spent mostly butchering civilians, for one year in Afghanistan is supposed to equal (although I bet it outnumbers it) the ENTIRE DOMESTIC BAILOUT.

Meaning in literal terms, the U.S. government has chosen it’s more important to go fight um, “terrorists,” abroad, than saving the home of every American who’s about to lose it.  And already has because of the meltdown.  And the sleight of hand of Wall Street which is going to get EVEN WORSE, because of Obama’s refusal to regulate it.

But I digress from the lessons of 9/11 and the car which contained a copy of “Blowing Up the U.S. Trade Towers for Dummies” inside of it.

Especially when this original vehicular “finding” was used as part of the other BS propoganda for even opening this zone of conflict in the first place, by who else but his Brilliance, George W.

Who probably couldn’t even find Iraq, much less Afghanistan on a map, and was probably convinced of the inititiative by a Power Point Slide complete with the appropriate Bible Verse (Rumsfeld’s favorite briefing technique and justifications for the worst undermining of our civil rights, not to mention justification for going to war in the first place, along with “torture is legal” ideas, which is even scarier).

And even stupider for Obama to continue, and even escalate for precisely that reason.

Yet he’s listening to his generals because he doesn’t have a f*cking clue what he’s doing, doesn’t seem to have a conscience, or both, despite that convenient photo op of Obama “honoring the dead,” and the testosterone charge men seem to get when sending others off to die for meaningless causes, but will in the end prove very profitable for them personally and or politically.

War is very profitable, especially for Wall Street, and thus the DNC’s current purse. Not to mention directly, but we’ll get to that in a moment.

But I thought it was also important to address the issue in the current atmosphere of foreign policy discourse, both in DC, and nationally.  Especially with the many other convenient “leaks” designed to influence public policy floating around the Hill, (a common DC tactic) and thus the mainstream press and the general (even left leaning) well known “conventional wisdom” blogosphere these days to convince Obama of the “conventional wisdom” of escalating the zone of conflict.

Not to mention the general public. Who hate the war but also hate the idea of “losing.”

To both and to all, I would say both “get over it” and what exactly is being lost?  Except lives of both American soldiers, more specifically National Guardsmen who are not exactly trained in this sort of thing, and innocent civilians of the Afghan variety, for a totally stupid and pointless war.

And Obama is trying to shore up his right flank from conservatives who foam at the mouths at any attempt Obama might hold for doing nothing about supposedly lawless, children-eating Bedouins supposedly taking over (also called defending) their own country by force?

Even the worst cyber attack couldn’t come close to justifying what we are doing in Afghanistan. Not to mention the idea of a “threat” from a population that is using the classic and much more deadly, effective (and decidedly cheaper) tactics, not to mention weaponry that the U.S. is absolutely a sitting duck for.

But this is a policy that is defended staunchly from the White House.  From anonymous sources of course.

And thus needs to be corrected.

And that would be to remind the White House, Congress and the General Public of the idiocy that is both what the Economist this week called “Obama’s War,” and the fact that the dumbass is even thinking about continuing if not escalating it.

Not to mention their strategy. Which is rumored to include an additional escalation of even MORE TROOPS.  Plus other stupid tactics.  Which again is hardly new and has a long track record of failing.

As even this CNN story points out, “you can rent an Afghan, but you cannot buy him.”  And that’s not the only mainstream media outlet to publically air such opposition, relevent and extremely powerful, because most of them are chickenhawks and believe in American Cowboyism, which is fully on display in the Afghan theatre, not to mention the generals who are guiding this war (and certainly at least soaked in if not deliberately stoking ego at the White House to get their point across, but not as it would have you believe), despite Obama’s attempts to gloss over it, and paint it any other way.

Sorry, no dice.  You’ve been caught in the act.  And look just as stupid as your predessors before you.

And so I thought I would give a little history lesson in the process of kicking your ass.  That would be you BO.  As in Obama.

First of all, even the idea of attacking a culture that consists of predominantly Bedouin tribes (translation for Meghan McCain, along with the link, since I know you weren’t born yet) continual, usually seasonal mobile tribes of people who are very comfortable living in tents,  and nice ones at that, with mountains to protect them that are the foothills of the Himalyas.

Given that reality, not to mention topology, any real invasion is doomed from the start.

To be even more graphic, it’s sort of like playing hide and seek where you are always going to lose.

Simply put, the locals know where to go hide where we don’t have a clue where to seek.  And therefore are given natural protection from the largest military force, not to mention technologically, um, if not exactly intellectually advanced, and definately most expensive in the world.

Oh, and not to be sexist, or condescending or anything, but those squiggly little lines and the chart at the bottom (for those of you unfamiliar with how to read topographical maps) shows exactly how high, literally speaking, our challenges are in the region.

On multiple fronts.

Starting with the geography.

The damn country looks like Mount Everest meets The Misty Mountains of the fictitious Hobbit.  And has some very nasty surprises in store for U.S. soldiers who go stumbling into it.

Just a heads up and a little literal analogy, it’s like Frodo deciding to take on the mines of Moria, without the help of Gandolf.

And Obama is definately not a wizard, with supernatural powers.  Much less the Messiah.  As much as he likes to believe it.

So I wouldn’t follow him there.

And let’s start from the beginning with a whole new perspective.  Not to mention logic.

You try fighting in that kind of terrain, for multiple tours of duty, carrying over 60 lbs of gear, living in constant pain and fear, and seeing, if not being forced to participate in appalling acts of violence.

And exposed to graphic scenes of death.

Oh, and forced to participate in that little brew ha ha called TORTURE.

Not to mention live in the constant and very real fear, that U.S. ground forces are fighting and following phantoms.

Which of course they are.

Just the geology of the country automatically defeats any invader.

Which no amount of troops is EVER going to control, much less catch.

Even though Hannibal crossed the Alps without any side attacks from outraged locals.  He most certainly didn’t do it under constant warfare.

And he used elephants.

Not bombing runs with white phosphorous.

And NO, DoD, you cannot use elephants in your stupid wars or emulate Hannibal.  Elephants are endangered and OFF LIMITS.

Not to mention elephants are far more precious, even if they are less “inexpensive” in DoD speak (they are endangered all over the world) than your most up to date gagetry.

That doesn’t work.

Even though it costs the taxpayers a bloody fortune.   And will continue to.

And is a recipe for disaster, not to mention should be the writing on the wall to GET OUT NOW because WE ARE GOING TO LOSE.

Even by airstrike.

Which even the generals are mentioning is not the way to win this war.  FINALLY.

Just as it is announced that the troops we have deployed are on the verge of collapse, and the damned army is running out of bullets.

This is hand to hand combat against people who have grown up with self defense, not to mention guerilla warfare, are fiercely independent, and when put up against American Soldiers (especially the boy next door who probably joined the National Guard just to get a college education or maybe even just a job in the middle of a recession) and who certainly doesn’t have a CLUE what he’s in for.

I mean, let’s think about this situation logically for just one moment on this issue alone.

Mountains that big and that high are as impenatrable as the deepest anti nuke airstrike chamber the U.S. government has ever built itself.

You don’t think the Afghans know that?  How is that that our country. not to mention our supposedly intellectual superior political elite doesn’t?

And shows you exactly the IQ, not to mention the motivations (and exposes the stupidity and self interest) of all those war hawk, airmchair generals at the Pentagon (and throughout the national security complex), not to mention the State Department where Hillary likes to play butch war games because that’s how she was taught to be a politician.  Not to mention Congress.

Except that Hillary’s never learned the oldest saying in the book.

If a man wants to play a dick size competition with a woman, at least a liberated, independent, and free thinking one, he is going to lose.

Automatically.

For the simple reason that we women are not limited by nature or biology or even downright orneriness and savagery when we are threatened, and certainly not intimidated from either fighting macho games or lacking in IQ.

And some of us are very good at sticking remarkably similar looking substitutes that the other gender has and we do not, albeit yes, they are fake and usually made of rubber or plastic, where the sun don’t shine.  Without the lube.  Literally or figuratively speaking.

There, is that macho and graphic enough for ya?

You don’t think the Afghans, a people who survive in a region long tormented by various Empires’ dreams of glory (and control of resources), would have created secret tunnels by NOW?

Not to mention creating very effective and cheap ways of creating havoc for the Storm Trooper invasion that is, unfortunately the role of the U.S. military presence in the region?

And that our troops are sitting ducks?

And that airstrikes, while they are really good at killing and maiming civilians, really have no effect on routing out those who have access to the above natural insulation, conveniently sculptured and I’m sure with hidden maps and secret tunnels carved into the caves that are used with common frequency by those with the need to use them?

Get real.

The second issue at hand, besides “containing terrorists” another really old excuse and absolutely stupid, not to mention disingenius, and that is that India and Pakistan are just south of the border.

For those of you really sophisticated folks, they used to be the same country.  One essentially raped by the British when they had their turn at Global Empire.  And always seen as the next strategic “possession” from some very big and proximate neighbors not shy about annexing additional territory, especially when they think they have the arrogance (i.e. supposedly superior firepower and knowledge) to overwhelm the “ignorant natives.”

And then as is now a very good resource to have under your thumb.

Only to find out to their supreme embarressment that their hubris was misplaced.

Unfortunately for us, as any Empire with ideas about military action in the region, not to mention controlling resources, national domestic corporate business interests or annexing territory, the Afghans don’t agree with such ideas.  And have every right to do so.

If you don’t believe me, then consider this.   These days, at least, from an American perspective, India is an awfully good source of offshored and cheap computer programmers and call center operators, for say multinational U.S. corporations, who don’t want business ops interfered with in any way, with nasty little complications called civil rights and equal pay.

Among other issues.

Involving, as usual, valuable and much sought after (and therefore commoditized  and priced much higher than the worth and lives of the natives) natural resources, which every empire even considering marching into Afghanistan has NEVER ignored.

And say all you want about supposed Taliban insurgencies, and protecting the “world” from terrorism, that arguement just doesn’t even hold water with the locals, as I’ll get to in a minute, considering India’s reaction to the escalation in the region.

The Indian government knows very well what this is really about.  Like all imperialism and most wars, it’s being fought over resources, with ideology and fake patriotism (not to mention scare tactics) dealt out like playing cards to convince the American public by the political elites that throwing our taxpayer dollars down endless military invasion ratholes is a good idea.

Not to mention the ethical issues involved.  On many levels.  And from many directions.  In the middle of the worst recession this country has had in eighty years.

And of course, the Indians are well aware of America’s own business dealings in the region.  Just like the British before us.  Like dealing with equal pay and those pesky human rights issues that just get in the way of turning their work force into forced labor camps.

Gosh, wouldn’t that be great if those same corporations (which include alot of Wall Street banks) could get their way in the good ol’ U.S. of A?

There are those of us who think they just got it, but that’s another story.  Think Bank Bailout with no accountability, while the rest of the country sinks and you see what I mean.  And that’s just one example.  But that’s another topic for another post.

Or ten.

The real history lesson here, especially with Obama talking about our involvement in the region for the next DECADE, is what happened to the British, who still haven’t learned their lesson (in their ongoing suckup to DC) despite their dismal failure (one might call it a literal massacre)  during a little historical dustup known as The First Anglo-Afghan War, or part of The Great Game as the British played Testosterone One Upmanship with the Russians for the latter part of the 19th Century.

To begin to wrap this up, and make my final point.  The picture at the beginning of this article is the classic portrait, painted of the sole survivor of the Afghan massacre 150 years ago, who managed to survive the bloodbath at the British Garrison at Kabul and the ensuing “retreat.”

He was allowed to escape, as the only survivor, most historians believe, so the message would get through loud and clear, and in their own languange none the less, that the Afghans had just whupped the British Empire in the tookus.  As in kicked their asses into outer space.  Last heard from, those unfortunate British soldiers and their families (over 20,000 of them) who Lord Brydon left behind, were circling Mars (just a little attempt at humor here).

They were all, in historical reality, murdered.  By a country really tired of dealing with ideas of annexing property or stealing natural resources by Empires on the make.

And that was close to almost two centuries ago.  Imagine how fed up the Afghans are with this continuing crap.

What, what?!?

As in what an embarressing slap in the face, not to mention a kick in the cojones, for the most powerful force on the planet at the time?  And is about to be just as embarressing to this one.  Meaning US.  As in the good ol’ asskicking U.S. of A.

And this particular analogy is particularly appropriate to use as an analagous one for today’s current events.

Not only was the first Anglo-Afghan conflict the worst setback and the beginning of the end of both the British Empire and the business end of the whole operation, the British East India Company, (think America’s financial influence and international American businesses in today’s language) but is an exact forecursor of what is going to happen to us, if we don’t turn tail, decide it was a collossal mistake, (just blame it on Bush for God’s sake) and tail it double quick and in retreat, and cutting our losses NOW, get home and end this thing ASAP.

Of course generals at the Pentagon, and the usual stereotypical “guy” don’t ever want to retreat in “defeat.” Even if logic and history suggest that perhaps this might be a good idea.  And defending a stupid policy for much longer than necessary (or politically popular for that matter) is a really dumb idea.

And remember, Gates (and all Secretaries of Defense, are political hires). So this is really coming from Obama.

Trust, me, we are going to get our asses kicked so bad that we’re going to think the nosebone is connected to the piggy-went-to-market little toe.

And going to happen sooner than later.

No matter how much Obama wants to prove that he’s macho.

And I’d prefer to do it with a lot fewer dollars not to mention lives wasted, for an absolutely stupid and unwinnable war.  Fought for highly dubious reasons.  Including, if you can believe it, a supposedly creative way to fight the drug war.

Which if you read my post on the criminalization of marijuana in the U.S., has been around for more than a hundred years at this point. With many dollars and lives wasted and no tangible results.

What was that about repeating the same mistakes and expecting different results?  Isn’t that the definition of insanity?

Even if you don’t like my politics, there’s another reason to GET OUT NOW, as the ghostly voice said in a classic horror movie of the late seventies about a haunted house in a place called Amityville.  Which if you are Megan McCain you certainly don’t remember because you weren’t born yet, but I thought given that mentality, I would include a few little reminders of it, along with it’s classic line that should be the modus operandi of our future plans in the region.

There’s no way we can win.  It’s like playing hide and seek in the most complicated to maintain supply chain war, not to mention, the harshest, and highest terrain on the planet.  In the middle of a population the invading force doesn’t (in general) have a freaking clue about. Certainly don’t know the many dialects in the region.  And might have had an Indian or even Pakistani dinner.

Once.  Maybe.

Chicken Masala anyone?

If they even know the difference between the two countries.  Much less the history of the region.

And are up against a population that are not only fierce, but have been at present in a state of constant war for the last thirty years. And kicking ass consistently.

Not to mention that’s just this time around. The region has been in an almost constant state of war to protect itself, it’s identity and its borders, for well over 300 years.  If not longer than that.  And so far, doing a pretty damned good job of it.

They are fierce fighters, as anyone would be, protecting their own interests and culture, and history.  Not to mention country and national borders. And trust me, you don’t want to screw with them.

Even the arrogant Brits, never ones to depict their non white counterparts in anything but disdain, took care to carefully depict the ferocity of the guerilla troops they faced (see below).

And as an opposing force is no match for the behemoth of the American Amy, which was built to fight conventional wars.  Which this most certainly is not.

It requires (or so the war mongers think) small groups of deadly men, who are willing to kill for the fun of it.  Or a paycheck.  Or at least it doesn’t keep most of them up at night.

Both who work directly for the government and to whom this  work is “outsourced to.”  Think Blackwater.  And the CIA.

A tactic we call here in the good ole USA, “Counterterrorism.” And one, again, that’s been used before in the region, historically, for well over 150 years, by European AND American, AND Russian, and CHINESE spooks, who think they are smarter than the “dumn natives” when they don’t have a clue, and as a result, still failed when they relied on that strategy.

And even India is giving Washington the middle finger, in other words saying “No bloody way are we going to get involved.”  They’re not stupid.  Not to mention have a very vivid memory.

Yes Meghan, we know, you weren’t born yet.  Go look up the history of the region on the internet.

The only way to even combat a guerilla army, which has the support of the locals is by using tactics commonly referred to as “Counterterrorism.”   Or its other euphamism called “low intensity, urban counter insurgency methods.”

Meaning urban warfare and as we have seen, tragically the involvement, meaning deaths and horrific maimings (no I’m not going to show those awful pictures.  Go to Glenn Greenwald’s site if you want to see graphic renditions); I don’t want such images of violence and suffering on MY site for the traffic it will generate from the bloodthirsty, the voyeuristic and for the page rankings of the posters of such pictures, of hundreds of innocent civilians (I don’t participate in blood money schemes or marketing for browser ranking  position).

But these are deaths that are occcuring ON TOP of the airstrikes.

Counterterrorism today, as it really always has been, is another word for CIA involvement (of which there is already proof, as in one of the most senior ministers of the Pakistani government has just been revealed to have been on the spook’s payroll for years, massive bribes, and horrific human rights abuses that will only backfire.

Again, a repeat of history if you look up the brief descriptions of the past failed attempts at “victory” in the links I’ve provided above from Wikipedia.

And there’s plenty more out there on the internet if you are really interested.

But back to ol’ Melville this is what HE had to say about the situation, which sounds remarkably like the present, even in the opening chapters of the novel.  To wit:

Though I cannot tell why it was exactly that these stage managers, the Fates, put me down for this shabby part of a whaling voyage, when others were set down for magnificent parts in high tragedies, and short and easy parts in genteel comedies, and jolly parts in farces – though I cannot tell why this was exactly; yet, now that I recall all the circumstances, I think I can see a little into the springs and motives which being cunningly presented to me under various disguises, induced me to set about performing the part that I did, besides cajoling me into the delusion that it was a choice resulting from my own unbiased freewill and discriminating judgements.

To end this little warning shot across the bow off, I will end the with immortal words of Lord Brydon himself.  Remember, our woebegone survivor of the First Anglo-Afghan act of whup ass in recent history.

As a reminder of how prescient that battle was, over 150 years later in predicting the outcome of this misguided attempt (now the third Empire building mistake, four times by the British, and once by the Russians).  And now the U.S.  For the same reasons and using the same tactics.

And imagine, to really put this in perspective, the Viet Cong had only kicked the French’s ass once in Vietnam.  Before they kicked American ass.  And before there are any sniggers about the lethality of the French army, just remember there was this frog who once took over Europe (and nearly Russia as well) called Napoleon?  And the French Foreign Legion is hardly a pack of pansies.

So the Viet Cong kicked some formidable ass with the French.  As in wiping the floor with them. Before they did it to us.

And now, the Afghans, with much more experience at fighting large empires and with an impeccable history of winning, (as in Afghans 5, other empires 0) even when outgunned, are going to do the same thing to us too.

You see, reaching back into history, there is this rather unappealing but remarkable lesson that cannot be denied or white washed over.

In that historic Afghan Act of kicking British Ass, 150 years ago, there is one indisputable fact.  And that is that the Afghans, like any invaded people won’t give up.

And will wait us out.

Whoever “us” is, as the invading force.  Because after all, it’s their country, not ours.

A fact that was illustrated very well in the historical recounting of our distinguished Lord Brydon, 150 years ago.

Upon reaching “civilization” in the state vaguely resembling the historical interpretation above, Lord Brydon, was asked by incredulous British Officers when he finally reached Jalalabad (a strong British outpost at the time), “But where is the rest of the army?”

To which Lord Brydon replied dryly, as he fell off his horse in exhaustion, and covered with blood, and the beast of burden was hardly in better shape, “I am the army.”

Meaning he was the ONLY SURVIVOR OF THE MASSACRE.  Of over 20,000 people.  Military ones, mostly.  And their families.

Hint, hint, oh, poohah in chief.  Words to live by and rethink strategy accordingly.  You might try to read some books on the subject.  And put the generals in their place.

We don’t want any more repeat scenes like that now do we?  Especially in the age of digital distribution and video.

There are several ways to stay up-to-date and participate in the public discussion. But, most importantly, contact your state reps right now and consider writing an editorial in your local papers.

1. Contact your representatives now using the new action forum posted by the ACLU. The action text, thankfully, draws attention to some of the oversights in the current reform legislation, calling on representatives to continue pushing for stronger public protections and repeal of expanded FBI powers. In particular we need to continue demanding changes to Section 505 as well as the slippery definition of “material support” which leaves social justice and human rights organizations vulnerable to targeting and criminal prosecution. Add your own two cents now.

2.Write an op-ed or letter to the editor. I haven’t done a Nexis search to confirm this, but Get FISA Right posted on Tuesday that media coverage of the surveillance reform bills H.R. 3845 and H.R. 3846 has been slim to nonexistent. Here they provide Letter to the Editor templates you can use to raise these issues in your local papers.

3. Participate in today’s live discussion at the Patriot Act Action Hub.

Just a little update on the Swine Flu story, not to mention a giant FU to the many detractors of this story on Open Salon.com, under the self blogging part of the site called “Open Salon,” one of my feeder sites, who have made comments to the blog post on the site, and specifically on my investigative journalist postings on the Swine Flu disaster,  that are sexist, demeaning, defaminatory, and ACTIONABLE (that means you can get sued for all of those not interested in learning any legal mumbo jumbo, or are clueless about the law in general).

Not to mention that the purpose of investigative journalism is to inform the public.  And not to gloat.  But this is worth a response in kind because not ony are my Salon readers out to lunch, they sound like peevish children, sexist assholes, or women’s determination to discriminate against other women (more and more common in the courts these days, by the way, and which I believe the rules of Oncale would prevail here), and if you don’t know what that decision is or means, GO LOOK IT UP.  I’m through linking on this issue (well, no, not really), but today I have a lot to do.  And I wanted to teach you a further lesson.

What is laughable about the dramatic difference in tone, respect and of course the wide reposting on LEGAL and LEGAL FEEDER SITES, who of course know and study the law considering my investigative reporting on this issue, and the comments I’ve gotten on Open Salon.  And tragic.  Because it shows how much Americans do not know their rights or even what is going on politically (locally, nationally) on an issue that is going to be a critical and vital one to getting out of the mess we are in financially.

Not to mention the risks to their own lives.

While I have no desire to gloat, because this is not the time, place or reason to claim prescience, and understanding of politics, the reason I’m doing this is to make a point.  The people making such postings are doing it on a liberal-ish blog (Glenn Greenwald is one of their “star reporters,” and it’s run by an establishment mentality journalist called Joan Welsh who deny reality when it is stuck in their faces or have so much ‘tude) it’s ridiculous.

And shows you how bloggers can sometimes be blacklisted by the so-called “informed” and “liberal” mainstream websites (I’m not saying the Right doesn’t do it either, don’t get me wrong.)

But in general, not only is this more ridiculous, because I have quoted from people on both sides of the aisle, not to mention even linked to “shudder” so-called major media sites who are corresponding what I say, so there is proof I am not only sourcing this information from supposedly trusted sources, but names that carry Clout (i.e. The New York Times, The Boston Globe, and even THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT WEBSITES THEMSELVES, which is standard practice in what is called “real investigative reporting” rules I am very familiar with, having worked as a journalist in mainstream news, in DC, for a major outlet (global), not to mention an indie film maker and documentary maker that directly changed legislation in Congress (and you can get a sneak peak at my self hosted website, under construction, and make sure you click on at least some of the game links, because they are hysterical, and will make you feel better about your day.  When I finish telling Salon.com and its readers off.   Go to http://myblog-thatgoeswithoutspeaking.com.  It’s under construction, but look at how many advertisers I have, and while I’ll probably gussy them up once the site is connected to my wordpress site (along with all my other feeder blogs)

But I digress for that moment of shameless act of survival (it’s a well monetized site, guys, and a few clicks or even a few purchases of the items I have already linked to major sites, would save my life.  Because I get a commission for every book I sell, for example, off the site.  And there are plenty already in the tabs section, that I guarantee you, you will probably want to have handy right now.

Because this is not a gloat post at all you see.  It’s what happens when a corrupt and screwed up government literally forces you into the streets.  And holds your head under water.

Not to mention the sign of something worse going on, but I have yet to get the proof I need (although I know I will) in writing.

In other words, the act of a responsible journalist.

But to give you an idea of what I face.  And how this could easily happen to you.

Because dystonia and TBI, not to mention specifically what kind of TBI I have (it’s called an arachnoid cyst, and if you don’t know what that is, again, I’m too busy to link it) are so rare  in and of themselves, and the connection is both neurological, as in the conditions themselves, are not understood by many so-called “experts” in the field.”  Not to mention just a foreign language to the average emergency room physician, and even many well respected neurologists (and has never been studied in women), in either it’s affect (which can be caused by medication, like the swine flu vaccine itself) or brain damage, is a subject I HAVE TO EXPLAIN TO MY DOCTORS MYSELF.

And what’s even more fascinating is the looks on their faces that again, I AM RIGHT.

But you see, and this is the moral of the story, when a government takes over two years and counting to even investigate your illegal termination case (I haven’t worked for a salary in about three years), you lose your healthcare after enduring a working environment that created the second and visible disability (dystonia), I cannot get hired.  By anyone.

I don’t qualify for disability, even if I wanted to go there, because I have pointed out, there is a difference between being disabled (i.e. incapacitated), or a person with a disability.  But not one respected or understood by those who administer the government programs.  But backed up to the hilt by senior people at HHS, who make the final decisions on these things,  showing how discriminatory the state and government workers who run these programs really are.  And how determined they are to keep us in our place.

As gimps.  Worthless.  Useless to society.

So unless I had the legal and understanding of psychology, psychiatry, and neurology, would long ago have ended up where many others have.

Which is a lifetime of poverty, isolation, and misery, the vast majority of the time.

But nevertheless, in my case, my ONLY option for survival is getting a grant from the government.  And because I’m a gimp, I get sent to gimp programs.

Who seem to think, since they are in charge, that they know more (they don’t) on the kinds of disabilitilies I have (they’ve never heard of them before, much less know how to treat them) and are absolutely determined, since I decided that ten months was enough to wait (and we’ve only gotten here this fast because of continual ass kicking and escalations to the state level), and have just done something really stupid.

AND HIGHLY ILLEGAL.

So stay tuned if you want to see (figuratively) a useless doormat female gimp (in their eyes anyway, and certainly in which the ways they have treated me to date, not to mention mentally retarded, when it is clear that I am not and have so much evidence to the contrary, that I have taken it upon myself to call myself “Gimp Godzilla” in my dealings with them.

In other words, stay tuned, if you want to see the average Jane, go Whup Ass.

And you’ve got front row seats.

And in the end, I think you’ll change your mind about me.

You see, ultimately, and in very human terms, I’m showing you what is going to be an increasingly graphic fight for survival againt a government, who’s policies are literally creating my destruction.

And why that Swine Flu series of blogs was important.

As will many other be.  I don’t want this to happen to you.  As it easily could if you don’t move your ass to stop it.

Because of the government, I have no income, all my savings are long gone, I don’t qualify for Disability, but nobody will hire me.

Therefore I’m supposed to subsist on welfare.  For the rest of my life.   Unless I think up another way of generating income (I’ll get to that in a moment).  Which, and now I’ll give part of the game away, not to mention that some public officials need to learn their lessons.  And stop screwing with me.  And wasting time that I don’t have.    Which means officials in the State of New York, in particular right now, (ooops, so now you know where I’m based), need to shape up, move their asses and change their tune.

But in New York, public assistance is about $400 a month.

I have nowhere to go.  Except the streets.

Which is why I am fighting as hard as I am.

And why this post.   Because in an effort to make me look stupid, retarded, paranoid, or just plain clueless, Salon’s readers have missed the point.

This too, could easily happen to you.

And this blog is going to show you, in upcoming posts, about how you defend yourself and survive.

Because thanks to Obama’s shameful punting on the issue, and his irresponsible, if not lawbreaking efforts on the WRONG side of the issue, which include healthcare deform, this is a mirror you could be staring into unfortunately all too soon.

Unless you do something about it.

Oh, and by the way, for those who are really politically retarded, this is Obama’s way of playing Machiavelli.  And what it leads to.

You see Paterson is in a dying race for Governor next year.  And in an efforts to gain back his favor, in a knee wobbling response, instituted this mandatory or your fired crap under pressure from the President, who has made it clearly known he’s favoring Cuomo at the moment (and I’m not Paterson fan, but this is how big time, deep water, national politics works).  And the signs of a crooked, win at all costs, political sociopath, not to mention narcissistic head honcho at 1600 Penn.

So Paterson goes ahead and does this, at the advice of his chief medical officer in the state.  Who, as it turns out to be, in late breaking news, the newly minted millionaire of the state because of his supposedly “science and law based” decision, since it turns out that he and his wife own stocks in the vaccine maker’s themselves.   Plus other highly illegal issues.    And stood to make a personal financial windfall for himself personally.  No matter what the impact on the health of the state.  All he cared about was dollars.  Responsible public health policy?  Huh, not a chance, when dollars are at stake.  Particularly the ones that flow directly or indirectly, back to you.  Something Obama also does by the way.

Which in turn, of course has created the PERFECT issue for Cuomo to prove himself the defender of the state, and “investigate this” in his efforts to propel himself to the Governor’s seat next year.

Which means two things.

1.  HHS is either out to lunch or in on the act.  You decide.  Sebelius is a former pharma company exec, and governor of Kansas before Obama tapped her for DC “service”.  And health directors can justify their actions, as in this case, as acting on, before the supposed “State of Emergency,” the advice and counsel of that federal agency.

2.  This is a double thrust, heads up and FU, from the sharks at the White House to Paterson, who think their strategy is both brilliant and invisible.  Not to mention highly illegal.   You see I think this was a move to set up Paterson.  Among other things.  And orchestrated by the White House.

If you don’t understand, THEY KNEW, that the state health director was on the take, not to mention crooked, and sat on him from HHS to implement this policy.  Of course, I’m sure they will claim otherwise, but trust me, these are not state secrets.  And Paterson knows that Obama’s buddy in a state next door (called Massachusetts, and who’s governor is both a personal friend of Obama’s and put into office by the same political strategist (Axelturf).  So of course there was pressure put on him probably directly and indirectly, to make plans to do exactly what Obama’s buddy Patrick is.  Therefore proving he’s a good loyal “boy” after all.

And so of course Obama putting pressure on Paterson to follow his mandates and cabinet official’s advice, was in fact itself an act of political destruction.  In handing Cuomo THE issue he needs to run to prove his status as the “savior of the state.”

And when that went south, thanks to among the lawsuits being filed, particularly the REALLY embarressing one against the FDA, Obama just decided, screw it, no more messing around.

It’s National Emergency Time.  I’m the Massah, you have to do what I say.

And if you think that’s a paranoid delusion, how come both the decision of Paterson and his stupid health director (or Typhoid Mary) as I like to refer to him lately, and the President’s announcement came out EXACTLY the same time.

Meaning, FU with screwing around with those liberals in New York (also called mostly working class nurses and government workers).  I’m the Messiah, I won, and I’m in charge.  I’m going to have my way.

National Emergency Time.

Go ahead and argue with that logic all you want.  But that’s how national politics, not to mention the brand of it, that Obama plays.

Which is dirty, undemocratic, and illegal.
