Another day, another indecent exposure act committed by a Hollywood star!

Just days after Anne Hathaway‘s extremely embarrassing privates flashing incident at the New York premiere of Les Miserables,  Elizabeth Reaser, who plays Esme Cullen in The Twilight Saga franchise, exposed herself in a super short mini dress at a Hong Kong press event, and RadarOnline.com has the photos.

Despite keeping her legs tightly closed during her interview with an Asian news outlet, the 37-year-old’s lace mini dress was just too short, resulting in a truly mortifying moment for the star.

Hathaway is still feeling the heat from her X-rated incident on Monday night, where she completely exposed her lady parts in her bondage style Tom Ford gown.

Police say 45-year old Kelvin B. Rodgers exposed his genitals to a customer in the Fairview Heights Hobby Lobby (10850 Lincoln Trail) Saturday afternoon. After locating and arresting Rodgers investigators learned that he was a habitual flasher.

Rodgers had been charged with Public Indecency in Illinois and Missouri on two previous occasions. Although the charge of public indecency is normally a misdemeanor a third arrest enhances the charge to a felony offense.

Rodger’s bond was set at $15,000 and he is being held at the St Clair County Jail.

Alfredo Landaverde, 47, was arrested just before 8 a.m. Friday during a traffic stop at Fairview Street and Warner Avenue, Santa Ana police said.

The girls who reported the crimes were between the ages of 14 and 16.

Landaverde may have committed similar crimes in Fountain Valley and Costa Mesa, according to investigators.

Ask anyone who rides the subway for more than one hour a day and they will be sure to have some strange stories to tell you. I have a few. I realize that with this month’s postings a lot of memories and stories keep floating by, and that is because I left them there. On the subway at the age of 20 I met the first and hopefully last flasher. It was evening and I was engrossed in my Herman Hesse book ( Narcissus and Goldmund) not realizing that I was alone in the subway car after everyone filtered out, when I felt a shadow looming in front of me. I Looked up and there was the classic open raincoat with an extraordinarily large man standing in front of me exhibiting his pride. Funny how react in expected situations, and me being totally caught off-guard, I cried. Then I ran to pull the emergency brakes which caused the train to stop, the doors to open, the giant man to run away and I was directed to another car with people in it. I was then hugged by a big bosomed African American lady who giggled and said: “relax darlin’, that was entertainment for free!”

And there were the other stories, but one is enough…

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – Neighbors are on alert in Natomas after a man has exposed himself to them.

The flasher has been spotted near Duckhorn and Saintsbury Drives just west of I-5.

“There’s like a little waterway down this way I go,” jogger Helen Rowell said.

It’s the route Rowell used to take through Hummingbird Park.

“I did jog through the park. I guess I won’t be jogging through the park anymore,” said Rowell.

Police say a woman was running through the Natomas park Tuesday morning when a man pulled up in a car, got out and exposed himself.

Another flashing incident was reported in the same area last week. Investigators think it could be the same guy.

Parents were already vigilant, helping each other keep an eye on kids playing in the park, even more so now.

“It really raises the level of awareness quite a bit,” parent Greg Connick said. “Maybe we’re not as safe as we thought we were.”

Very little happens in the neighborhood without Robert Plummer knowing about it.

“I’m pretty much the neighborhood block captain,” said Plummer.

He’s noticed something a little strange: a Honda parked on the street for the last week. It just so happens the flasher’s vehicle is described as an older black Honda Coupe.

Plummer believes it’s the same car that he’s seen.

“He comes out and sits underneath the structure about 2:30 in the afternoon for an hour-and-a-half every day,” said Plummer.

Neighbors like Rowell fear if the flasher isn’t caught, he could target children next.

“It actually scares me. I don’t have young children, I have college-age children, but I’m very creeped out for the children in our neighborhood,” said Rowell.

Police say in the latest incident they were able to get the suspected flasher’s license plate.

 

 

” Public flashers are an odd bunch. They seem to get their kicks by running around and showing off their concealed, um, goods to complete strangers, so to speak. Flashers may want to be careful about who they flash, though…

A 35-year-old woman was visiting Lake Sacajawea in Washington state with her 6-year-old son when she had a close encounter with a flasher on Thursday around 8 p.m. She later told police that a man in his early 20s allegedly sat down near her and began performing a sex act, according to reports. He told the mother, “Miss, miss. Could you watch this? You need to watch this.”

Well, she wasn’t particularly interested in watching, but if the flasher wanted to do some show-and-tell then she wasn’t about to disappoint. “I put the magazine in my [Ruger .380]. I cocked it,” the woman said. “I said, ‘You need to leave or I’ll shoot you. I’m going to blow your brains out.’”

The man shouted, “Oh, [expletive]!” and fled. “

About 4.30pm, a 10-year-old girl, an 11-year-old girl and her 15 month old sister, were riding their bikes on a path behind Thomas Collaery Place.

A man walking towards the girls allegedly exposed himself to the children.

The three girls returned home and told a parent, who notified police of the incident.

Wollongong police attended and searched the area but were unable to locate the man.

Police are now looking for a man who has been described as Caucasian in appearance, aged in his mid 20s, tanned, clean shaven with dark, short hair, approximately 170-180cm tall, with an average build.

At the time of the incident the man was wearing a pale blue t-shirt, dark shorts, red underwear, black sunglasses, and he was a carrying a dark green backpack and a blue and white towel.

Anyone with information about this incident should call Wollongong Local Area Command via Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.

Meanwhile, the incident has again prompted police to encourage parents to discuss the ‘Safe People, Safe Places’ messages with their children, including;

- Make sure your parents or another adult you know knows where you are at all times.

- Always walk straight home or to the place you are walking to. Walk near busier roads and streets, or use paths where there are lots of other people.

- Know where safe places are – a shop, service station, police station, library or school. If you are ever frightened, you should go to one of these places and ask them to call the police.

- Learn about safe adults you can look for and talk to if you need help – police officers, teachers at school, adults you know and trust.

- Don’t talk to people you don’t know and never get into a car with someone you don’t know. If a car stops on the side of the road and you don’t know the person inside, do not stop.

- If you are scared and can use a phone, call 000 and tell them you are scared.

- If someone tries to grab you, yell out, ‘Go away, I don’t know you’. This lets other people know you have been approached by someone you don’t know.

The Daily News reports that around 8 p.m. on Wednesday the woman was at Lake Sacajawea when a man approached her aggressively while masturbating and suggested she should watch him.

Instead the woman furnished her gun.

Longview police detective Kyle Sahim says officers haven’t found the man Thursday evening but are investigating several suspects.

The man involved in the Lake Sacajawea incident was described as a white male in his early 20s with short dark-blond hair. The victim called police later in the evening, saying she was looking at an online database of local sex offenders and believed she recognized the man she saw at the lake.

There was a time that I could not go into the retail giant without someone stalking me. I would try going early in the morning, some guy would follow me around the store. If I would go at mid-day some guy would follow me around the store. If I go at night…well you get the idea. The last straw came when some fool flashed me in the parking lot. I was so surprised by it that I started laughing, and of course the guy didn’t see what was so funny, so he zipped up and sped away.

So after that experience, I decided that I would just go into a zone, blocking any and everyone out, until I am able to get what I came for, and get out of the store without being stalked, flashed or called a bitch. And so far it has worked, to the chagrin of those legitimate friends and family, who roll up on me while doing their shopping.

So if you see me in Walmart and I don’t seem to notice you, it’s not you, it’s me…I am just trying to get my shopping done without DRAMA!

Kent State University Police sent out an advisory early Monday warning students about a man exposing himself outside the Centennial Court Residence Halls.

Police say the incident happened around 1:15 a.m. Monday.

The flasher is described as a man between 40 and 50 years old with brown hair. Witnesses told police he was wearing a blue button-down shirt.

KSU Police would not release any information about the number of victims.

People in NY & NJ are surviving. I’m not going to complain about a (small) broken car window and a few days without electricity, because my house is still standing, and everyone is safe. Plus, when the power goes out, I get to eat as much junk food as I want!

We actually prepared for Sandy — we ate as much as we could in the fridge and freezer, I got some extra candles and flashlights, and stocked our cupboards with delicious and unhealthy carbs and sugar.

The lights went out on Monday (they came back on Thursday) as soon as Mike & I decided to take a break and watch some TV together. So we spent the rest of the day/night reading on the sofa, snuggled up with the pups. It was pretty dark (that happens at night in October) and it got pretty cold, pretty fast.

…so we packed up some clothes, the dogs, and the pop tarts and went to stay with my mom until the power came back on. It was after about ten trips to the car, loading up the hounds, and backing out of the driveway, that I noticed one of my windows was completely smashed. Initially, it was just cracked, with a tiny little hole at the bottom — but then I bought some gas, shut my door to leave, and it basically collapsed into an enormous hole.  Oops!

Thankfully my mom has an impeccable garage, and I got home before she did, so I stole her parking spot and then accidentally filled her garage with tiny shards of glass.

Then Mike threw together a last-minute Halloween costume for his company’s annual costume contest (he was the defending champ from 2011). He decided to go as a flasher. Wednesday morning started off something like, “Hey, draw some nipples on this shirt.” Which I did — but they just looked like eyeballs, so I added a little chest hair. He borrowed a trench coat from his dad, and made an impromptu “Censored” sort of codpiece, and headed into the office.

… and he lost.

But whatever, now I get to wear that shirt around the house.

Sadly, for this bride her special occasion will be remembered for the wrong reason
