Girl comes in to pick up tapes. Tess informs her someone else has already picked it up for her. This cool, calm mannered girl snaps and turns into a red eyed demon.

Girl: WHAAAT?!?! YOU GAVE  IT TO HIM??? HE WAS SUPPOSE TO MEET ME HERE!!!

Girl storms outside leaving Tess and I stunned. She continues to yell on her phone outside the building ending with…

Girl: FUCKING ANSWER YOUR PHONE.

She punches her car jumps in and peels out of the parking lot. Just your normal end to a Friday work day.

This is some of the best viral marketing I’ve seen a while. It’s a bit old, but it’s a spin on the fabled Christian Bale flip out session. It’s to promote the movie Youth in Revolt starring Michael Cera (obviously) due to release 10/30/09. It’s very believable, but trust me it’s just marketing. Enjoy.

Lesson of the day: Had they “leaked” this on April Fool’s Day it would’ve probably worked out better.

You’ve definitely heard about Christian Bale (you may know him better as Jack ‘Cowboy’ Kelly in Disney’s seminal 1992 cult-classic ‘Newsies’, seen above) flipping out at his DOP; Director of Photography. It happened a few days ago, but literally hours after the audio was unleashed on the interwebs, literally hundreds of parodys have been released….some even with half-decent production values.

That’s the best thing about the internet besides videos of Japanese girls puking on each other: People do things so quick! It’s also shitty for Batman because now if you type in his name, the flip-out is the first link that pops up on both Google and Youtube. Haha, there’s no escape! So, without further adue, here are a few of my favourites.

I read somewhere that this dance remix of the flip-out, created by DJ Revolucien, was released less than 12 hours after it all happened. Thats crazy! Here is “Bale Out”.

I knew the kids at Collegehumor couldn’t NOT make fun of this. When I checked the site this morning, I see they didn’t dissapoint.

I had an Executive VP yell at me for not answering my phone. This was back in 1998. I can’t remember his name, but I can remember that he made my eye twitch for two days.

You are not important enough to go ape-shit on colleagues and peers. You will probably never be important enough. Just calm down, keep your head, and give your co-workers a break.

You can go ballistic when you are a sexy Scottish Welsh actor who plays Batman. Otherwise, shut up and get over yourself.

Nomad moved to the area for school. I’d seen her around on some of my online things, and when she contacted me to ask about what clubs in the area were OK, I was helpful. We hung out a few times, I showed her the area, she was working with me on her first day, when my club decided to get nasty with me about working days, and attacking my self esteem.

She moved from an area with very CLEAN dancing, not even any “spreads” or a pole. But she learned hustling from the best, and prided herself on consistent 500$ nights.

In my city, that DOESN’T happen. There’s so many clubs here its all but impossible to make that much. And YES, its NUDE, you “show off the goods” on occassion, though some girls more than others….

You see where this is heading? Its not a good fit for her.

Apparently she flipped out on a couple of nontippers, tossed an ashtray, sprayed them, walked out, etc. So basically, she got herself fired. She’s a minor in a liquor club, so same boat as me, not a ble to hustle. And it KILLS her, with her hustle skills and background. Me too, but I don’t treat it with her air of entitlement. She went to rant about it to our dancer community, and hte other girls ripped her a new one, telling her to quit dancing, etc. I was sympathetic to her, because i kNOW how frustrating it is.

I thought I could sortof call us friends, after all the effort i put into making her comfortable here, recommending clubs, and resources, and vegan grocery stores and resturants.

So how am I supposed to feel when she refers to the club I was working at until recently as a “filthy whorehouse”. NEVER having danced there…. simply because it doesnt serve alcohol, and has less strict rules on dances? For being ‘less strict”, its the EXACT thing she does in a couch dance at the club she just left! Only difference is she has to keep the dress on, and I can let them look as I’m playing with their hair or touching their faces.

I explained that i’m SURE it was over her boundaries, but BY NO MEANS a whorehouse, and i was hurt by her ignorance about it.

No response.

But she still insists on it. In even more of her writings, and conversations, she STILL says she “refuses to work in a whorehouse” and demeans the whole thing.

I am NOT friends with anyone THAT self centered and judgemental.

Is it too hard to just say “Thats outside my boundaries so I can’t work there”? Why do you HAVE to attack your own stripper sistren like that?

Like one of hte other girls said, Nomad… Tough Times show your true colors, I guess you ARENT the capable, compassionate earth mama you think you are.

Some of you may have heard of Christian Bale’s curse-laden monologue against the Director of Photography on the set of a movie. As news of it just came out today, I think it’s amazing that this video has already been made. The guy behind the Bill O’Reilly remix made this audio track, and it’s actually pretty catchy. I was listening to the radio this morning (the radio seems antiquated, right). So the DJs were recounting this awful story:

A DP walked onset to take some meter readings while Christian Bale was rehearsing and he really flipped a shit.

So I went to go get a trim at the hair cuttery ..I know I know…but it was a trim…or so I thought. SO I get this grandma and Im like okay she wont do anything crazy, she’s a grandma. Well I was wrong..she cut a shit ton off ..granted i did need it to be cut since its been forever since i last got it cut but i digress….so shes cutting cutting away…telling me Im gonna look beautiful (cut to me thinking about an episode from The Office where Phyllis takes Karen to get her hair done..well Karen ends up looking like Phyllis- this kids, as I look at the grandma’s hair, is how Im picturing my fate.) So she styles it …this is where it gets interesting (as if I have not already caught your attention) As a side note: when you see a grandma, round brush, and blow dryer coming at you…RUN LIKE HELL. She round brushes my hair to make the ends FLIP OUT! and middle part leaving my bangs to run wild…( a photo that is nicely now represented on Mr. Mauro’s blog, thanks…)
I put my hat on, grandma asks if I like it, I squeak out a “yeah..” and she tells me I look beautiful and have a new style- knife me. I pay and run out the door…walk faster than I ever have home…plug in the straightener and pray for the best…
I get through one layer and am about to die…so I take a shot of vodka to calm down..how could this be..but then I think “hey cheap skate…you went to the hair cuttery” but then I argue with myself “all I wanted was a trim though” rebuttal “well you got yourself a trim…happy.” I chug back another shot and keep straightening…
turns out …not too much damage is done..hair looks healthy, shorter but healthy and survived the round brush flip out trauma of 2009.

Love him or hate him, you’ve gotta admit, this is freakin’ hillarious.

I like how it seems like he’s not the one who’s going to flip out, just for a few seconds, then off he goes! And then he has a couple moments where you can almost hear him deliberating in his head.  “Um, okay, I hit fat Roy from Accounts Receivable, and threw a monitor at Sandra-who-always-smells-like-fingernail-polish-remover-and-Juicy-Fruit-gum, and I didn’t chip in for Toni’s cake after she had back surgery and…  Maybe they’ll just make me go to an anger management class or something.  Where’s that TPS Report…  Ah, fuck it!”  I guess somebody didn’t want to go for $2 margaritas at Friday’s after work this week.

It seems kind of pathetic, the way all these losers just stand around watching this shit.  You’re never going to get a better excuse to tackle and viciously beat Uptight Bob from Marketing.  The dude who got hit at first is kind of trying to usher people out to safety, but most of them seem too stupid to do anything but mill around and scream.  But even if you don’t want to tangle with Crazy Bob, get your asses out of there, you dumb fucks!  Don’t stand around with your cell phone camera waiting for him to come trash your corner of the office and throw a monitor at your head.  If you want to let Security deal with this guy, that’s fine, but don’t leave yourself as a target in the mean time.  Dumbasses.

I just flipped out in my head. My boyfriend posted a thing after saying “it’s because of you” and I emediatiy thought of my blog. I really hope he never finds this, but what he sent me was:
