# 8 Grudnia oficjalną premierę będzie miało DVD gdzie znajduje się zapis gali Bound For Glory.

Reviews from Customers

“great deal”
I agree with the person who commented on the low quality of the “build” of the items, but overall, I’m EXTREMELY satisfied with the purchase.

The items I use most often:

1) Mesh travel bag (drop both iPod & original headphones in it, and occasionally my very fragile Plantronics bluetooth headset)

2) Silicone cover

3) Screen protector

4) Wall charger adapter (which works to charge other devices connected via their USB cables)

5) Car charger (which also works with not only my iPod touch, but also other devices)

6) Car Audio 3.5MM Jack AUX Auxiliary Cable that allows me to connect my iPod to the Car Stereo on my Honda (AUX) and play over car speakers!!

Items I plan to use, as needed, but haven’t used much:

1) Retractable USB cable (I have it on hand as a spare)

2) Extra USB cable (I keep it in the car in case I don’t have my computer bag with me, which has the original cable

3) Arm band which connects to the silicone cover for working out while listening to the iPod

4) Extra headphones (if I want to share something with someone, see #5)

5) Splitter, which makes it possible for 2 users to listen to iPod using headphones

6) Cable keeper (shaped like a fish). Not very good, but serves its function and I keep the extra headphones wrapped up on it

7) Black Silicone cover: will probably use it eventually if the white one gets junky looking

Items I never plan to use:

1) Clear plastic case which seems very fragile and will probably break if used much

2) Leather case: too bulky, and I don’t like having things clipped to my belt. (Lost a cell phone that I clipped to my belt… slid off)

BOTTOM LINE: If you’re not buying this package for the leather case and/or the clear plastic cover, I think that you will be happy with your purchase. I’m EXTREMELY happy with mine!

“Amazing Amount of Stuff”
What an amazing amount of stuff for my 3g ITouch for a small price. Everything is compatible and works well. The headphones, while not equipped with a mic are even as good as the earbuds that came with the ITouch. I am frankly amazed at how much there is and that it is all usable. My husband had my Touch inscribed with a sentiment and I really wanted a clear case but could not find one for less than $15. This package had a clear case and two others, plus cords, cables, chargers, earphones – any accessory you could possibly need. Terrific value!

“Value for money; leather case has a belt clip.”
The items I received were pretty much what I see in the picture, except that the synthetic leather case has a belt clip that protrudes out. It is not removable. So it would not be suitable if you want to put it in a shirt or pants pocket, which is what I am looking for. The photos on the website do not show the reverse side of the leather case.

Other than that, the items were usable. Construction quality is not as refined. For example the USB sync cable that comes with the standard iPod Touch box is of better quality than that in the accessory bundle.

There are 4 cases — a hard plastic case, a white silicone case, a black rubber case and the synthetic leather case mentioned above. Well, I can only use one at a time as they are made to fit my iPod Touch 3rd Gen nicely.

pregnancy homeopathy Natural cures for aggrandize infections do not appear with ancillary furnishing

pregnancy homeopathy

Natural cures for aggrandize infections do not appear with ancillary furnishings and they are actual abundant accessible today. This is with the continuing ability that accustomed remedies still abide undisputed. They are meant to cure an infection by yeast. Aggrandize pregnancy homeopathy is a bane begin in the anatomy that alive affably until there are changes in the body. The accurate name for aggrandize is monilia or candida albicans. You accordingly charge to apperceive what can account it to overgrow so that you can anticipate an infection in the aboriginal place. Firstly aggrandize will be begin in all genitalia of the anatomy including skin gut anus vagina and the account goes on.

Natural cures for aggrandize infections accept be acclimated for abounding years by bodies who never absolutely accomplished what the aloft causes were. The capital account today for aggrandize overgrowth is the use of drugs and added substances that may not be accessory in the body. The drugs accommodate antibiotics steroids pregnancy homeopathy and all added aloft drugs you can anticipate of. The drugs ruin assertive bacilli which are amenable for killing aggrandize excesses in the body. The bacilli are alleged probiotics and they are actual basic to the body. Women will ache from infections back they accept hormonal imbalance. The alterity leads to aerial capacity of amoroso in the claret and in added secretions like vaginal secretions.

There are several factors that will accord to the alterity and one of them is pregnancy. You charge to accede a few things about abundance afore you acquisition accustomed cures for aggrandize infections. During pregnancy you should not use any articulate cure or a cure that has been apparent to be actual strong. You appetite to be on the safe ancillary and afore you use any accustomed cure you charge to argue a doctor for two capital reasons. The aboriginal one is to authorize that you are adversity from an infection by aggrandize and the additional acumen is to accept the appropriate medication prescribed. Doctors accept apparent abounding cases and accept added acquaintance so you can await on their word.

Even if you use accustomed cures for aggrandize infections and abide with the aloft causes you are crumbling time. If your account for infection is bearing ascendancy pills it is alone analytic that you abandon with them. This is because some women accept been begin to be actual apprenticed on this. There are abounding methods out there and you do not accept to abhorrence attractive into added methods. There are sources that will accord apocryphal accustomed cures and you accept to be accurate area your advice comes from. Added cures ability be blowzy and alike harmful. Accordingly as you chase for the cures go for the ones that accept been activated and apparent to assignment for the majority of the citizenry with the infection.

The capacity for accustomed cures for aggrandize infections should acquaint you that they are accurate and real. I begin several cures on the internet and they accommodate garlic tea timberline oil honey boric acid gentian violet yogurt and abounding others. The best affair about these cures is that they are safe an accessible to use. You will be appropriate to use them in anatomy of a paste. If you charge to admit medication into adulterated genitalia of the vagina you can apply the advice of tampons and others.

Although Vietnam is currently the world’s second largest rice exporter, its export value still remains low. The simple reason is that Vietnamese rice does not have an established trademark on the international market.

The Mekong Delta plays an essential role in Vietnam’s rice production. As the country’s main rice basket, it is considered to be a decisive factor in ensuring the nation’s food security and maintaining rice exports. Although Vietnam has gained a firm foothold in foreign markets, it still hits snags in developing a brand name for Vietnamese rice.

Front-runners

To meet the increasing demand for better rice, recently the Mekong Delta has developed areas to grow high-quality rice and has focused on building up its rice trademark. In particular, Bac Lieu province has been successful in creating the Hong Dan brand of rice.

The My Thanh Cooperatives in Tien Giang province also produces rice to the Global Good Agricultural Production (GAP) standard with the slogan “producing safe and high-quality rice”. In September 2008, rice from the My Thanh Cooperatives was granted a certificate in recognition of its high quality. The ADC Company has signed a contract to purchase rice from the Cooperatives at a price 20 percent higher than in the local market.

An Giang province, which has the highest rice output in the Mekong Delta region, has invested approximately VND4 billion in a programme to develop trademarks line with Global GAP standards. The province aims to build up a brand name for its three most famous rice products, namely Nang Nhen Bay Nui, Chau Phu and Phu Tan during the 2008-2011 period. The programme will create a closer link amongst businesses and produce high-quality rice for both local and foreign markets.

A local farmer who grows Nang Nhen rice said that he gets a lot of benefit from growing this special rice. “My entire output is snapped up by a company even though the price of Lang Nhen rice is 50 percent higher than ordinary rice,” he added.

Trademark – a must

Vietnam ranks second in exporting rice to the global market and about 90 percent of the country’s rice exports come from the Mekong Delta. However, Vietnamese rice has not yet gained a high export value due to its low quality and high production costs.

The world’s largest rice exporter is Thailand, which uses two thirds of its rice growing areas to grow seasonal rice and one third to grow high-yield rice. However, the export value of Thai rice is higher than Vietnamese rice of the same kind. According to Prof. Vo Tong Xuan, Rector of An Giang University, Vietnam has been the world’s second largest rice exporter since 1989. Nevertheless, the country has not yet created its own trademark so its export value remains low.

The main reason that Vietnamese rice does not command a higher status lies in how seeds are produced and the management of seed quality in the country’s biggest granary is still insufficient and does not meet the area’s full potential.

At present, provinces in the Mekong Delta use over 100 varieties of rice. Therefore, it’s very difficult to meet large-scale orders for exports. Moreover, 15-25 percent broken rice is the biggest export sales, while 5 percent broken rice only holds a small market share.

Only 30-40 percent of rice in the Delta is whole grain, compared with the 50 percent in advanced countries. Against this backdrop, it is difficult to create a trademark for Vietnamese rice. Despite its 2nd position in the world’s rankings on rice exports, Vietnamese rice still merits little appeal.

According to Truong Thanh Phong, President of the Vietnam Food Association, high-quality rice is what the global market is craving for. So Vietnam needs to change quickly, he said.

Where to start from?

Prof. Dr. Vo Tong Xuan said that it must start from businesses. Cooperation between businesses, farmers and scientists will create a larger production base.

Le Van Banh, Director of the Mekong Delta Rice Institute, has requested all localities to promptly re-organise production, using one variety of rice, which will enable large scale cultivation and control epidemics. In addition, the state should have a policy to assist farmers and businesses by promoting and consuming their products only.

Following the advice of scientists, it is necessary for the Government to bring the Mekong Delta rice (MDR) trademark into the national programme while regional agencies should join efforts to help farmers and businesses penetrate the world’s markets.

The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) has announced some measures to strongly intervene in the local monetary market. Accordingly, the bank will increase the basic interest rate and adjust the exchange rate. Economists say this is an essential step to stabilise the current economic situation.

The SBV decided to increase the basic interest rate from 7 to 8 percent and allow commercial banks to offer an interest rate of 11 percent to mobilise capital, while ensuring their lending ability and liquidity.

Pressure on Vietnamese Dong (VND)

The Standard Chartered Bank reports that the increase in the basic interest rate is a good signal for the VND, but there are still some negative movements in the monetary flow. The balance of payment in the short term may continue to put pressure on the exchange rate between the VND and USD as the foreign direct investment (FDI) inflows are on the decline. Moreover, overseas remittance cannot help settle the country’s trade deficit.

Tai Hui, head of the Standard Chartered Bank’s Asian research department, says that there are two factors that put pressure on the devaluation of the VND. First, the increase in the price of gold makes local investors pay more attention to gold than the Vietnamese currency. Second, the trade deficit may reach more than US$2 billion a month. Although this level is lower than in the first half of 2008 (about US$2.5-3 billion), it has raised great concern about the balance of payment, especially when FDI and overseas remittances are forecast to increase slightly.

The SBV’s decision to limit the range of the exchange rate has reduced the gap between the bank’s officially-listed rate and the “black market” rate.

According to Tai Hui, the VND-USD exchange rate will stand at around VND18,500/USD by the end of 2009 and then increase to VND18,600/USD by the end of the first quarter of 2010, VND18,800/USD by the end of the second quarter, VND18,900/USD by the end of the third quarter and VND19,000/USD by the end of 2010.

Regarding the increase in interest rates, Tai Hui says it is the beginning of a new trend to raise the interest rate. “Currently we predict that the basic interest rate will surge to 10 percent by the fourth quarter of 2010, higher than our previous prediction of 9 percent. This may lead to an increase in the lending interest rate to around 15 percent,” he adds.

Initial step to tighten monetary policy

Looking back at previous monetary policy, Vietnam raised the basic interest rate to a rather high level of 14 percent and then had to reduce it. In April 2009, the basic interest rate stood at 7 percent and interest rebate at 5 percent and these rates were maintained for a relatively long time.

According to Dr. Vu Dinh Anh, deputy head of the Ministry of Finance’s Price and Market Research Institute, this was a measure to gradually tighten control of monetary policy. As a result, credit rose 33 percent in October and 34 percent in November. It might even reach 40 percent by the end of this year if things are still under control.

More important still, some economic argue credit growth is often faster than the rate of mobilising deposits. Now Vietnam caps the credit interest rate at 150 percent above the basic interest rate to help banks raise the amount of deposits. The increase is a step towards reducing the risk of high inflation, which is expected to return in 2010.

However, Mr. Anh worries that in the future, banks will be confronted with the possibility of some businesses borrowing capital with interest rate subsidies but failing to repay the debts. Then the ratio of bad debts to total credit will continue to climb up.

To solve this issue, Mr. Anh says banks must push up the collection of debts and increase the scale of credit. Banks must also coordinate with appropriate authorities to deal with the imbalance of foreign currency, especially in the real estate and securities sectors.

Because of the recent rise in the value of the US dollar and gold prices, the increase of the basic interest rate is significant for improving the value of domestic currency and limiting the rise of exchange rates, which can negatively impact the macro economy. As foreign currency earners such as exports or overseas remittances show little signs of improving compared to 2008, controlling the supply of Vietnamese cash by higher interest rates is a tool to ensure a stable exchange rate.

Iterator

Primero Mostrare como recorrer con Iterator

Iterator it = mapList.entrySet().iterator();
    	while(it.hasNext()) {
    		Map.Entry ent = (Map.Entry)it.next();
    		Persona p = (Persona)ent.getValue();
    		System.out.println(p);
    	}

Simple For

for(int i=0; i<mapList.size(); i++) {
    System.out.println(mapList.values().toArray()[i]);
}

Foreach

:

Por ultimo dejo el foreach

for(Persona p : mapList.values()) {
    System.out.println(p);
}

    	for(Persona p : mapList.values()) {
    		System.out.println(p);

or: Brown smartly appeals to younger voters, GOP entrenches for further in-fighting The gloves have

or: Brown smartly appeals to younger voters, GOP entrenches for further in-fighting

The gloves have come off for the holidays; the season of pomp and cheer being replaced with an air of accusation and jeering. It seems that the three major candidates are already dealing with crises, the GOP candidates especially seem to still be trying to separate themselves from one another and, by smearing the next guy, trying to make it a vote that consists of just ‘not voting’ for the greater of the evils. Brown has had few PR issues and is now making some smart moves appearing at a fundraiser recently to get out and damage control the ‘recording scandal’ while Whitman and Poizner and both dealing with yet another round of unflattering facts coming out under scrutiny of the platforms and merit badges they point at to show their qualifications. So early in the campaign these candidates are already doing more repairs than improvements to their campaigns as this shapes up to be less of a ‘race to the Governor’s office’ and more of a pushing and shoving match to grab the last slice of pizza at a frat party.

Steve Poizner, third place GOP candidate with essentially no chance of winning even a ‘participant’ trophy at this point, has been cut down in some of his claims that, under his leadership as Insurance Commissioner, the state has seen a reduction to insurance costs to the tune of nearly $2 billion. Analysts at Consumer Watchdog seem to conclude that this figure really is inflated by $800 million since these cuts were set forth by Garamendi, Poizner’s predecessor. The Mercury News goes further to explain that Poizner, in fact, made some changes in May of 2008 to actually make it easier for insurance companies to hike up rates in certain sectors totaling $282 million in price increases. Poizner’s people, of course, defend his actions by saying that necessary changes were made and cite that the decreases of overall cost are factual, and no matter who initiated the changes, Poizner approved them and set them in motion.

Here is where you need to question the facts. There are facts that contradict one another under Poizner’s actual effect in his position. You could argue that he has simply been a custodian of the Garamendi legacy as insurance commissioner while doing little of his own work. It seems that Poizner’s people, as with all other candidates, cite facts, and they are facts, that paint him in a good light. They aren’t all out lies, what is more closely related to the reality of the situation is that the facts have been shaped and are stated as vague enough that you can’t call him a liar or a lame fish because he gets to tote the accomplishments of the office he hold and does not have to state what he has actually done. This creative manipulation of stats and facts shows up again when he beats the drum of cutting department cost by 15% overall and cutting staff by some 200 or so. Those numbers are a bit inflated and it seems that he should not be claiming this as his accomplishment being that the mandate for those cuts came down from legislature and the Governor due to the state deficit. So Poizner really should be claiming that he was able to operate within the constraints of a failing economy in California; he’s a good ‘Yes Man’.

Jerry Brown has faced a similar issue in the ‘recording scandal’ that was never really a scandal per say. Like Poizner’s claims being ambiguously inaccurate but not entirely a lie Brown has faced the same scrutiny in his poorly handled internal investigation of the incident that saw one of his senior aides resign. But Brown has chosen a very clever strategy of finally taking the offensive in fundraising and doing something that is entirely necessary in his campaign, he is reaching out to those that don’t remember ‘Brown’s California’…the young people. In a stroke of genius, in my opinion, the 71 year old Brown spoke at a club on the Sunset Strip to a group of 20, 30, and 40-somethings, called the Generation for Change. This is who he needed to reach out to, those that either were not alive or have no real recollection of what he did as Governor so long ago. This is a group of progressive professionals that may only be able to recall Brown in his ’92 bid for President, which failed, so it is vital that he reach out to this voting base and either change the impression they have of him, or give them an impression at all.

Brown, in ’92, ran on a campaign finance reform idea that he would accept a maximum of only $100 dollars from individuals and organizations; smartly he has abandoned this platform commenting that it is impossible to do this today in a state race and that if Whitman was willing to return the contributions to her campaign and take back the nearly $20 million of her own dollars she has spent then he would agree to a $100 maximum contribution rule for this election…unlikely though. Brown was able to get the group to laugh, he very creatively explained away claims that he changes all the time, “Well, if you are alive and if you are listening and you are growing, you will change, because the world is changing, and if you still were where you were before, you are dead.” He was able to outline the problems we face in California with a deficit, but he spoke to the fact we all seem to forget, that California has a state wealth of $1.6 trillion…it’s not all bad since our deficit is only about 1% of our overall wealth, this can be fixed.

I have to say here that I have a growing respect for the ‘campaigning Brown’. He is making a lot of good decisions thus far in so many different areas. The fact that he let Newsom burn himself out was a savvy decision on his part, to say the least. Brown has also now started to reach out to the younger voters with an air of charisma and has handled the recording scandal very well hushing it down to mere whispers. He is positioning himself with his record as a man of age, a career politician, that has changed with the times and is human in his maturing and changing over the years. It has to be said that he has also done a great job in highlighting issues of the election in a light of optimism and speaking in more constructive and positive terms, also avoiding name calling and negative ads, which can’t be said for his opponents. Brown is on a roll with great poll numbers and alliances with powerful players to get through the primaries unopposed and unscathed. When the debates start is when he may be tested, but by then there will be so much negative press for his opponents that it seems he will have no problem cutting them down as inexperienced opportunists with very negative, short histories in his beloved state.

Now we come to Meg Whitman…wow, this woman is running an insane campaign right now that seems to keep springing leaks that money can’t plug. Most recently she has had to contend with tax returns that only further highlight her inabilities as a recent conservative convert and business woman. Recent tax returns show that a foundation she is a director of contributed $200,000 dollars to the Environmental Defense Agency in the struggling delta of California. This is the same group that, since running for Governor, she has criticized and come out against as an opponent of development and farming jobs. She gave the group she is campaigning against money to support them, odd to say the least. Being that she only recently started voting, and the fact the only more recently she registered republican, in addition to he funding of projects she now opposes shows she is trying to pander to the conservative right to get in to office without regard for what she really believes.

If this weren’t enough two other facts have come out to destroy her claim of being a savvy business woman. I have written before of her poor record of running Ebay in the last few years at the company, nearly ruining Skype, and now there is more facts to support this claim. As with many different foundations in 2008 it took a bit of a hit with the failing markets, but her foundation took it particularly hard, at the rate of nearly 50% loss of equity. This might have something to do, though, with the fact that about 79% of the company’s value was represented in Ebay stock at the start of 2008, by the end the number was closer to 15%. This coincides oddly with her sitting on the board of directors at Ebay until late 2008. at the start of the year stock value was at about $33 a share, when she left they sat at under $15, since she left Ebay entirely they have seen an increase of stock value to nearly $24 a share under the direction of new acting CEO Donahue. A weird coincidence to say the least; though some losses were inevitable in 2008, under her direction in the last few years, during a national crisis, she has not performed well to stop financial blood letting in ventures she participates in. Anyone can succeed in a good times, but we need someone who can succeed during crisis, her record speaks for itself on this front.

Where we find ourselves is at a point when the three big names in the campaign are at very different points of decision. I feel that Meg’s projected $150-million dollar campaign will get her to the general election, but that is simply because her GOP rivals just cannot compete with her name recognition and propaganda team. Brown will skate to the general election with ease and he has yet to officially be in the race. Poizner has some serious soul searching to do as he is not closing the lead Whitman has and has no chance against Brown if he made it to the general election. Poizner should try to save face, dropping out soon, and reload for a position in the state people give a crap about before he jumps in to the Governor’s race. The primaries will embarrass Poizner as Campbell and Whitman enjoy very large leads over him now, and Campbell has done less than anyone!

I think that the opportunistic, flawed politics of the GOP candidates is going to fail, it is not genuine and they will not be able to contend with Brown’s views and record as things like immigration, reform, and a history of service in California come in to play. Poizner and Whitman will lose some of the conservative base with their history and their position on abortion that pandering and flip flopping on other views won’t make up for. The hubris of the rich elitists will not sway the people of California when matched against the life of service Brown has tucked up his sleeve; this is the Achilles Heel that will become apparent as middle american California hits the voting booths.

Ryan and I have been planning to cover the Youth Fight For Jobs event about a month ago and it’s finally here! As stated in the website, Euston Station was the nearest station to the assembly area so without hesitation, we bought our tickets.

When we got there, like tame animals being released into the wild, we had totally no idea where to go or what to do. We walked aimlessly for about 20 minutes before we met a group of people holding the message boards. We joined them and eventually, we got to the assembly area in time. We had a quick breakfast and off we went to shoot!

At first, there were not many people around so I thought, ”this would be a pretty small protest”. As the clock ticks, the assembly area started to fill up with participants. Some of them where preparing their message boards, some came all dressed up, there were few that had their morning coffee, and some of them were even rehearsing. If you are interested in these social group activities, they have booths where you can register yourself to get newsletters from them. You don’t have to make your own message boards if you don’t want to because they also have booths selling those boards and other merchandise.

The march started around 12.30pm, guided and guarded by policemen and women. At the assembly, there were about 300-400 protestors, as they march, other bystanders started to join in the crowd and the numbers grew up to about 1000. DailyNews: A South Los Angeles man accused of posing as a magazine photographer and persuading young women to bare their breasts and genitals so he could grope them was behind bars early Friday, police said.
Keith Lloyd Nichols, 22, has been in custody since he surrendered to Los Angeles police about 1 p.m. Thursday.

Nichols allegedly told several young women he was a photographer for Vibe Magazine, and they agreed to disrobe and let him measure their breasts and groins for custom-fitted underwear, Capt. Blake Chow of the Los Angeles Police Department said earlier.

Nichols told the women that if their measurements were right, they could get modeling jobs with Vibe Magazine, Chow said.

The women realized they had been duped when Nichols never returned phone calls, Chow said.

The measuring sessions often took place in secluded, public places, where Nichols used a measuring tape as a prop, Chow said.

“While none of the woman recalled him taking photographs, Nichols did touch the women’s bare breasts and groins with his hands,” Chow said.

“The lure of Hollywood and a big career in modeling blinded these girls from reality,” Chow said. “That’s what con artists rely on.”

Nichols’ bail was set at $20,501, according to jail records. He remained behind bars but it was unclear where he was being held, a Los Angeles County jailer said in a telephone interview early Friday.

Jail records also showed Nichols was arrested in September on a felony charge by Hawthorne police, and
in August on a misdemeanor by Long Beach police.

/**
* @(#)Persona.java
*
*
* @author Esteban Fuentealba
* @version 1.00 2009/11/29
*/

import java.util.ArrayList;
public class Persona {
	private String rut;
	private String nombre;

	public Persona() {}
    public Persona(String rut,String nombre) {
    	this.rut 	= rut;
    	this.nombre = nombre;
    }

    public String getRut() {
    	return this.rut;
    }
    public String getNombre() {
    	return this.nombre;
    }

    public static void main(String[] args) {
    	ArrayList<Persona> lista = new ArrayList<Persona>();
    	lista.add(new Persona("111-1","Juan"));
    	lista.add(new Persona("222-2","Pedro"));
    	lista.add(new Persona("333-3","Luis"));

    }

}

Simple For:

for(int i=0; i< lista.size(); i++) {
    		System.out.println(lista.get(i));
    	}

/**
* @(#)Persona.java
*
*
* @author
* @version 1.00 2009/11/29
*/

import java.util.ArrayList;
public class Persona {
	private String rut;
	private String nombre;

	public Persona() {}
    public Persona(String rut,String nombre) {
    	this.rut 	= rut;
    	this.nombre = nombre;
    }

    public String getRut() {
    	return this.rut;
    }
    public String getNombre() {
    	return this.nombre;
    }

    public String toString() {
    	return "[Rut: "+this.getRut()+"] [Nombre: "+this.getNombre()+"]";
    }
    public static void main(String[] args) {
    	ArrayList<Persona> lista = new ArrayList<Persona>();
    	lista.add(new Persona("111-1","Juan"));
    	lista.add(new Persona("222-2","Pedro"));
    	lista.add(new Persona("333-3","Luis"));

    	for(int i=0; i< lista.size(); i++) {
    		System.out.println(lista.get(i));
    	}
    }
}

Lo que hace iterator() es:

Iterator it = lista.iterator();
    	while(it.hasNext()) {
    		System.out.println(it.next());
    	}

la salida por pantalla es la siguiente:

[Rut: 111-1] [Nombre: Juan]
[Rut: 222-2] [Nombre: Pedro]
[Rut: 333-3] [Nombre: Luis]

for(Clase nombre : lista) {
	//...
}

for(Persona p : lista) {
    		System.out.println(p);
    	}

La salida por pantalla es:

[Rut: 111-1] [Nombre: Juan]
[Rut: 222-2] [Nombre: Pedro]
[Rut: 333-3] [Nombre: Luis]

/**
* @(#)Persona.java
*
*
* @author
* @version 1.00 2009/11/29
*/

import java.util.ArrayList;
import java.util.Iterator;
public class Persona {
	private String rut;
	private String nombre;

	public Persona() {}
    public Persona(String rut,String nombre) {
    	this.rut 	= rut;
    	this.nombre = nombre;
    }

    public String getRut() {
    	return this.rut;
    }
    public String getNombre() {
    	return this.nombre;
    }

    public String toString() {
    	return "[Rut: "+this.getRut()+"] [Nombre: "+this.getNombre()+"]";
    }
    public static void main(String[] args) {
    	ArrayList<Persona> lista = new ArrayList<Persona>();
    	lista.add(new Persona("111-1","Juan"));
    	lista.add(new Persona("222-2","Pedro"));
    	lista.add(new Persona("333-3","Luis"));

    	System.out.println("Recorrer Collection con simple for:");
    	for(int i=0; i< lista.size(); i++) {
    		System.out.println(lista.get(i));
    	}
    	System.out.println("Recorrer Collection con Iterator:");
    	Iterator it = lista.iterator();
    	while(it.hasNext()) {
    		System.out.println(it.next());
    	}
    	System.out.println("Recorrer Collection con foreach:");
    	for(Persona p : lista) {
    		System.out.println(p);
    	}
    }
}

Saludos!
