Who ever heard of a phone for 60 bucks. We were very skeptical at first but when we received the Witel Jetter we were literally in shock and awe. The phone definitely does not feel as though it should be sold for $59.99, rather $159.99. It turns on effortlessly and requests your Witel login information. After entering the info we reached the main screen. We then entered the menu and searched for a WiFi network which we found within a few seconds. We connected to the network and the phone was registered.

 The Jetter is Very Smart

The Jetter is quite smart. It remembers WiFi networks so that you don’t have to find them more than once. Say you connect to a network that requires a password. The Jetter will automatically remember that network and whenever you are within its vicinity will connect seamlessly every time.

Placing Our First Call

Forget about tricky usernames, computer software, and bulky computers. We dialed our friends phone number just as though we were using our iphone. The call went through and we spoke for about 5 minutes. The quality was awesome and there was no discernable difference between a Witel call and a normal phone call.

We all hear about companies that promise Free Calls. In all truth over the past few years with the wide adoption of the internet and computers, free calls have become a reality. The internet has created a network which allows for the delivery of calls between any two computers. The result is a free call but with some major drawbacks. These are not real phone calls as there are no phone numbers to dial only tricky usernames that require software downloads and computer literacy. The biggest drawback of all is that you have to be sitting with this bulky  computer and annoying headphones to make calls to people who also need to be on their computer. So while these calls are Free that are definitely not as satisfying and in a sense it almost feels as though we have taken a step back with the introduction of these technologies.

Now Witel, Corp. a new mobile phone service has changed all that. What this company has done is nothing short of amazing. They kept the Free part of the internet calls but developed special phones that do all the tricky stuff a computer would normally do. The phones look and feel like a normal mobile phones and retail for only a fraction of the cost at only $59.99. While the price is certainly a joke, the performance is of the product is nothing short of astounding. With these phones and the introduction of Virtual Numbers, any two people can make free calls to each other from any part of the globe. The call quality is comparable if not better to conventional mobile phones. As if that isn’t enough with Witel service you can also call regular non-witel phones in 48 countries for Free and you can be anywhere in the world and still make those calls for Free. You can be in Nairobi, Saudi Arabia, Shanghai, Istanbul, or London England. The price you pay for these calls is NOTHING!

And as if that wasn’t enough another incredible feature that Witel provides its users for Free is the ability to choose a real phone number from almost any country in the world and this unique phone number is linked to the customers Witel phone.  To fully understand this concept imagine having a New York phone number (212) and be in Tokyo Japan. When your friends in New York dial a 212 number it will ring your Witel phone in Tokyo. When you pick up and talk it will cost you nothing, and for your friend who may be driving In their car in New York the call will be completely local because they dialed a 212 Number.

The possibilities are endless and we are really only scratching the surface with our imaginations of the different uses.

Witel service comes with more features such as voicemails that are delivered to your email inbox. This feature is one of the coolest we have ever seen. When our Witel phone was turned off we had someone call us and they left a message. When we accessed our email we saw “One New Voicemail” with an attachment. We opened the attachment and were amazed to hear the voicemail being played. Voicemails can also be heard on your Witel phone and through the Witel control panel.

Signing up for Witel service is Easy. We visited their site: www.witel.com and completed the 4 easy steps in less than 4 minutes flat. Once we entered our credit card information and our order was completed successfully we received an email with all the pertinent account information.

Receiving The Witel Jetter

Who ever heard of a phone for 60 bucks. We were very skeptical at first but when we received the Witel Jetter we were literally in shock and awe. The phone definitely does not feel as though it should be sold for $59.99, rather $159.99. It turns on effortlessly and requests your Witel login information. After entering the info we reached the main screen. We then entered the menu and searched for a WiFi network which we found within a few seconds. We connected to the network and the phone was registered.

The Jetter is Very Smart

The Jetter is quite smart. It remembers WiFi networks so that you don’t have to find them more than once. Say you connect to a network that requires a password. The Jetter will automatically remember that network and whenever you are within its vicinity will connect seamlessly every time.

Placing Our First Call

Forget about tricky usernames, computer software, and bulky computers. We dialed our friends phone number just as though we were using our iphone. The call went through and we spoke for about 5 minutes. The quality was awesome and there was no discernable difference between a Witel call and a normal phone call.
