Production ingredient of French bake snail:<br />
Main ingredient: 12 fresh snail, wet mushrooms 50 grams, winter bamboo shoot 50 grams, mushroom 75 grams, ham 25 grams, salad oil 100 grams, chicken essence, oyster sauce, MSG, pepper, right amount cooking wine.<br />
