High Dynamic Range (HDR) adalah salah satu teknik dalam dunia photografi, dimana beberapa photo yang memiliki exposure yang berbeda di satukan, sehingga gambar yang dihasilkan akan memiliki seni tersendiri. Indonesia terkenal sebagai negara maritim yang kaya dengan hasil laut berupa ikan laut maupun berupa keindahan alam bawah laut. Bahkan konon nenek moyang kita menemukan Negara Indonesia dengan cara berlayar. Sekarang ini laut tidak hanya digunakan untuk menyelam atau berlayar saja akan tetapi laut sudah mulai dieksplorasi. Manusia mulai memanfaatkan laut untuk kepentingan bisnis misalnya dengan membuang limbah pabrik ke dalam laut. Apabila hal ini terjadi terus menerus maka kekayaan laut kita akan punah. Penulis memiliki pemikiran bahwa Indonesia perlu memiliki sarana informasi mengenai kelautan yang dapat menyadarkan masyarakat Indonesia mengenai pentingnya menjaga kekayaan laut. Fasilitas ini mengemban misi untuk 1. memperkenalkan kekayaan laut Indonesia sehingga dapat menumbuhkan rasa cinta terhadap dunia laut serta memberikan informasi mengenai cara eksplorasi laut yang benar sehingga tidak merusak sumber daya laut. 2. tujuan akhirnya adalah beberapa tahun setelah bangunan ini dibuat akan muncul generasi muda yang cinta akan laut Indonesia dan ikut berperan aktif dalam menjaga kelestariannya. Bangunan ini dirancang dengan tema “TRULY SEA” bila diartikan dalam bahasa Indonesia adalah laut yang sesungguhnya. Konsep ini diwujudkan melalui seluruh bagian gedung mulai dari lantai, dinding, plafond hingga unsur dekoratifnya. Bahan yang digunakan adalah bahan-bahan yang bersifat natural atau alami.

Di suatu pagi aku berjalan-balan bersama istriku tercinta sambil menikmati segarnya udara pagi. Tidak lupa ku bawa kamera kesayanganku dipadu dengan lensa Helios 58mm/2.

Pagi itu hari masih gelap, masjid pondok hijau menjadi objek pertama ku. Dengan cahaya lampu masjid dan langit subuh menambah indahnya suasana.

Tidak jauh dari masjid PH aku meliahat sekuntum bunga orange dengan BG pemandangan pepohonan hijau yang masih diselimuti embun. Keindahan momen saat itu tak luput dari Japretan kameraku.

Suasana pagi itu betul-betul indah, udara begitu segar, kelembaban embun pagi begitu terasa. Pemandangan di komplek Pondok Hijau sangat menarik untuk menjadi objek photo landscape. Sayang aku tidak membawa lensa Wide, dengan lensa 58mm aku berusaha untuk mengcapture keindahan pemandangan pagi itu.

Tidak lama kemudian warna kemerahan dilangit mulai tampak, tanda matahari mulai terbit. Pemandangan yang indah ini tak luput ku capture.

Grafik diatas menunjukkan salah satu pengalaman yg cukup berharga yg penulis alami berkaitan dgn investasi emas. Berharap para pembaca tidak merugi akibat ketidaktahuannya, maka kami share melalui tulisan di bawah.

Bulan November 2008 dan sebelum-sebelumnya merupakan bulan-bulan dimana harga emas lagi rendah2nya. Hal ini seiring dgn bangkrutnya perusahaan-perusahaan raksasa Amerika spt Lehman Brothers, bank Merril Lynch, Ford,  General Motor, DHL, dll. Di bulan inilah harga emas mencapai nilai terendahnya tepatnya pada tanggal 13 November 2009, harga Gold Coin di Ginza Tanaka “hanya”  sekitar 79.000 Yen/oz.

Bila saat itu kita menyisihkan uang beasiswa kita atau upah arubaito sebagai loper koran sebulan, misalnya 80,000 Yen saja dan dibelikan emas, maka singkat cerita, bila saat ini (medio Nov 2009, setelah satu tahun) dijual, harganya sudah mencapai 115,000 Yen/oz alias untung 35,000 Yen/oz (naik 43.75%/tahun).  Wooow…hampir Rp. 4 juta tuh!

Bagaimana nasib uang beasiswa Yen kita yg dibiarkan ‘aman’ di Bank? Tentu saja tidak berubah, krn disini memang tidak ada bunga bank. Klo toh ada pun namanya riba yg tidak bisa kita manfaatkan utk dimakan.

Maka beruntung bagi yang segera menyadari hal ini dan segera memindahkan aset berharga Anda. Ubahlah paradigma Anda sebelum terlambat.
