<div style="margin:0;"><span style="font-family:Verdana, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;color:#333333;"><span style="line-height:18px;"><strong><span style="font-weight:normal;"><strong>Le Film</strong>: <span style="text-decoration:underline;">Un Besson, mais pas forcément le meilleur</span>. </span><span style="font-weight:normal;">Un film Besson au niveau du thème que l&#8217;on retrouve dans Angel-A, Le 5e élément, Jeanne d’Arc. Une Femme forte physiquement mais faible a l’intérieur et l’actrice qui est sa compagne du moment. A se demander si il n’a pas un faible pour ce genre de femmes. 4e film de Besson, on voit toute la maitrise technique dans la mise en scène et les plans de cameras, tous étudiés au centimètre près.</span><span style="font-weight:normal;">Tcheky Karyo, et Jean-Hugues Anglade a l’affiche de la série Braquo en ce moment sur canal+ jouent leur rôle et évidemment, Anne Parillaud est très bonne dans son rôle de fo-folle tourmentée. Le problème est que des fois on ne comprend pas ce qu’elle dit, comme si elle avait des soucis d’élocution. On remarquera au fil du film l’apparition de figures familières des productions Besson.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight:normal;">Certes le film a vieilli au niveau des scènes d’action, mais au niveau du scenario et de la mise en scène, tout fait très moderne, avec toujours de relativement bons dialogues.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight:normal;">La musique d’Eric Serra est plutôt sympa si on aime son style et rappelle quelques passages du 5e élément, notamment lors de la scène de l’aéroport pour Floston Paradise.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight:normal;">Le seul problème, d’un point de vu strictement personnel, est le rôle joué par Anne Parillaud qui lors de ses crises m’apparaît comme insupportable.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight:normal;">Au final, un film sympa, bien maitrisé a la réalisation, bien interprété, mais qui manque peut-être d’un peu de rythme et d’une bande-son d’anthologie pour en faire un très bon film.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight:normal;">Au niveau du bon : Pas de traces de poussières ou autres marques sur le transfert effectué, des couleurs éclatantes ainsi qu’un contraste très bien maitrisé et de magnifiques noirs.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight:normal;">Au niveau du moins bon : Seul le centre de l’image et les gros plans bénéficient vraiment d’une belle impression HD, le reste de l’image, notamment sur les plans larges est très floue, notamment le haut et la gauche de l’image.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight:normal;">Je ne sais pas si lors du transfert pellicule -&#62; numérique il y a eu un mauvais étalonnage mais en plus de cela, sur de nombreux plans, l’image apparaît comme étirée, tordue, courbée.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight:normal;">Bref un bel upgrade sur la version DVD, mais un sentiment d’inachevé.</span></p>

Certes la nature du film et son âge ne se prêtent pas a une bande-son tonitruante de tous les instants, mais l’absence d’une piste d’infras se fait sentir.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight:normal;">Les effets, à l’exception de la musique sont exclusivement frontaux et même sur cette scène avant on a rien de folichon à se mettre sous la dent. La piste manque d’ampleur, mais aussi de dynamique et les effets des coups de feu ont clairement marqué leur temps. On a l’impression d’entendre des pétards !</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight:normal;">Certes cela est du en parti a l’âge du film, mais si on se permet de restaurer l’image, pourquoi ne pas restaurer les bandes son aussi ?</span></p>

<p>Je suis pas vraiment très cinéphile et c&#8217;est un peu par hasard que je me suis retrouvé au cinéma Gaumont d&#8217;Amiens (Somme). En fait, niveau culture générale spécialité cinéma, je suis même une merde internationale. Enfin&#8230; J&#8217;avais exprimé un besoin pressant de sandwichs au Subway. Mais si, vous devez connaître : on en trouve un peu partout dans les grandes villes (et moyennes villes aussi&#8230;). Donc un peu à la hâte, moi et ma dulcinée décidons de partir dans le quartier de la Gare d&#8217;Amiens où mon messie s&#8217;appelant &#8220;Subway&#8221; m&#8217;ouvrait grande ses portes ! Et nous prenons chacun un menu ciné (d&#8217;ailleurs ça vaut vachement le coup ! 13,90€ par personne pour un menu comprenant un sandwich 30 cm, une boisson, un dessert et une place de ciné). Ensuite, vient l&#8217;heure du choix du film. En fait, on s&#8217;était décidé avant de partir d&#8217;aller voir &#8220;La Proposition&#8221;, film que mon chou à la crème (aie elle m&#8217;a frappé avec une bouteille !) euh&#8230; mamour voulait absolument voir. N&#8217;empêche que moi, j&#8217;étais pas trop chaud pour ce film.</p>
<p>Ben finalement, j&#8217;ai bien fait de la suivre car c&#8217;est un bon petit film pour ceux qui aiment les films drôles avec en toile de fond une histoire d&#8217;amour. &#8220;La Proposition&#8221; est un film avec la très belle Sandra Bullock (qui a un petit air de Julia Roberts, je sais pas pourquoi oO), cette dernière qui joue Margaret, une rédactrice en chef dans une grande maison d&#8217;édition et qui est sous la menace d&#8217;une expulsion des Etats-Unis. Pour sauver son travail, il impose à son assistant Andrew (joué par Ryan Reynolds) de se marier avec elle pour annuler l&#8217;expulsion. La voilà en route pour voir la famille de son assistant en Alaska, très loin de New York. Il y a beaucoup de moments drôles qui font un peu oublier le traînage en longueur de la relation entre Margaret et Andrew. En tout cas, c&#8217;est un bon petit film que je vous conseille. Il ne restera pas dans les annales mais j&#8217;ai passé un bon moment <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

<p>Last time we looked at the inventions that made film and motion pictures possible. Many people had a part in perfecting the medium and many small steps combined resulted in something that would change the world and how we see it.</p>
<p>Only a few years after the birth of the medium films were now printed on celluloid strips and shown to crowds of paying viewers.</p>
<p><strong>Business</strong></p>
<p>The icons of early film definitely include the Lumiere brothers. After their first screening of a motion picture for a paying audience December 28th 1895 they were unstoppable. Within the first four months of 1896 they had opened Cinématographe theatres in London, Brussels, Belgium and New York.<br />
The company grew and other operators shot films for them. In 1900 they</p>
<p>decided to stop the screenings and focused on selling their technical inventions, which include equipment for one of the first partially colored photographic processes.</p>
<p>Last time I mentioned a man by the name of Robert W. Paul. He suggested that films should be shown to crowds instead of viewing them individually through peep-hole machines. One might think this is funny coming from him, knowing that peep holes is where his career began.</p>
<p>In 1894 two greek entrepreneurs asked Paul to build a copy of Edisons Kinetoscope, the peep-hole viewer for a single person viewing.</p>
<p>This was only possible because Edison did not have a patent on the kinetoscope for England, by mistake. Paul built a whole string of machines and sold them not only to the greek gentlemen. Edison was a smart man and stopped Paul from putting him out of business by only selling the films to licensed operators of his original kinetoscope.</p>
<p>The only way Paul could remain on the market was to build a camera of his own that could produce films to be played on his copy-viewer. He soon started working with the photographer, Birt Acres and together they developed a working camera. Acres wanted to patent the camera in his name and this resulted in a feud that split up the team.</p>
<p>Paul later developed a projector, the Theatrograph, so that the larger audience could simultaneously enjoy film art.</p>
<p>He also became a successful producer. After making huge amounts of money on selling the equipment, he constructed film studios in northern London and made 80 short film in the summer of 1898 alone. He kept on working until 1910 where he suddenly decided that the industry war to risky, closed the firm and burnt all the negatives.</p>
<p>Acres also developed a projector, the Cinematoscope, but is more famous for creating the first amateur cine camera, the Birtac in 1898. He kept on working in this field untill his death in 1918.</p>
<p>One company that did have a longer lasting success was Pathé.</p>
<p>Charles Pathé and his brothers Émile, Théophile and Jacques started the Pathé Frères company. At first they sold phonographs. After 1901 they start producing films, with Ferdinand Zecca in charge of the creative process. Their success was of yet unseen proportion. By 1905, Pathé was the largest film company in the world, a position it retained until World War I. The first expansion of the company brought them to London and from thereon to Moscow, Berlin and St. Petersburg. The company logo was and is the distinctive rooster of Gaul. Number two on the list of companies was Léon Gaumont&#8217;s company, easy to recognize by the logo flower, a marguerite, after Gaumont&#8217;s mother.</p>
<p>The brothers started by selling the equipment for cinemas and then began producing in 1897. The big success came to Gaumont through the creative people behind their film. The first female director, Alice Guy, was one of them and so was Louis Feulliade.</p>

<p>It&#8217;s a series of 10 episodes, 40 minutes each. This is the first part &#8211; &#8220;The Severed Head.&#8221;</p>
<p>The serial is set in Paris and follows the exploits of a gang of master criminals who call themselves &#8220;Les Vampires.&#8221;</p>

<p>While most of the produced films showed so-called actualities, documenting life, some people took the new medium into the world of drama and fiction. One of my favorite icons of film history is Georges Méliès. He had worked as a stage magician in Paris during the late 1880&#8217;s when he had the opportunity to attend the Lumiere premiere. As a master of illusions he saw a new potential within the medium. He combined the techniques of stage performance with the visual possibilities of film. The camera would be fixed and the actors would perform their show before it.</p>
<p>My adoration of Méliès is not only due to the fact that he and his crew produced 531 films in the years between 1896 and 1914. It is also based on his absolute ingenuity. Others were trying to document the everyday life while Méliès</p>
<p>invented genres like science fiction or horror and executed them through his knowledge of magic tricks.<br />
In late 1896 an accidental jamming of the camera sparked Méliès&#8217; imagination.</p>
<p>Méliès was filming and the camera jammed. It took him a few minutes to get it working again. After processing the material he saw magic happen. Things moved across the screen, jumping from one side to the other, appearing, disappearing, changing shape. Stop motion was born and many other tricks with it.</p>
<p>I have included the link to a film that I believe you need to see. It is not the first film by Méliès, but it is one of the most beautiful ones. The film is called &#8220;Le Voyage dans la Lune&#8221; and was produced 1902. It&#8217;s a crazy little tale of a trip to the moon.</p>

<p>Another icon of the silent era who took motion pictures to another level was D.W. Griffith. The unsuccessful young playwright from Kentucky left his home for New York with the intention of selling a script to Edwin Porter who at the time worked for Edison at the American Mutoscope and Biograph Company. Porter rejected the script but hired Griffith as an actor instead. After years of acting jobs an opportunity appeared. The main director of AMBC was ill and his son not able to run the company. The position was given to Griffith. Griffith became famous for producing films that blew their budgets. In 1915 Griffith&#8217;s most famous film hit the market. The original budget was 40.000$ but at the end of production cost 121.000$</p>
<p>The film was originally called The Clansman, after the book upon which it was based, but was renamed Birth of a Nation. It was a very controversial film due to it&#8217;s glorification of the Ku Klux Klan.</p>
<p>The next film, Intolerance, was even larger. It included over 3000 extras and a scene depicting a Babylonian orgy alone cost over 200.000$</p>

In 1906, Ole Olsen, a fairground showman, founded Nordisk Film.<br />
Asta Nielsen is the most famous actress from the golden age of Nordisk Film.</p>
<p><strong>Other innovations</strong></p>
<p>Back in the monochrome days one had quite a task ahead when wanting to display different light settings, for example night. The film wasn&#8217;t sensitive enough to shoot at night so you had to find another way of telling you viewers which scenes were night scenes.</p>
<p>Tinting was the way to go. The entire film strip was dipped in a colored solution that would leave the strip transparent but tinted. These tints had codes for what they were depicting. Blue meant night, yellow ment indoor light, red  suggested a romantic sometimes promiscuous atmosphere.</p>
<p>Close to tinting but much more difficult was the process of hand colouring the film strips. Frame by frame films would be coloured by painting areas inside the frames with translucent paints. Sometimes thousands of frames would be painted.</p>

<p>As you may have noticed intertitles were the vehicle to getting the details of a story across. One country, although, had a different approach.</p>
<p>The japanese film audience had extra help. The so-called Benshi (speech person) were live narrators of the films. They would explain the film as it was shown. To this day the Benshi tradition lives on.</p>
<p>Sound-on&#8230;<br />
From the start people were not satisfied with the soundless illusion.<br />
And right from the start engineers tried to include sound into the film experience.</p>
<p>Some recorded the sound and put it on records to be played simultaneously with the films, the so-called sound-on-disc. But if the film broke, the sound would be out of synch. Eugene Lauste, a former Edison employee had a great idea. He put the sound of the film on the same strip, only as photographic information.</p>
<p>This way visuals and sound would run together, a first sound-on-film.</p>
<p>In the 1920&#8217;s sound became more sophisticated and finally resulted in the first (part-)talkie &#8220;The Jazz Singer&#8221; from 1927.</p>
<p>Phew&#8230; that was a big bite. My head is smoking. If you should be an aficionado of silent films and the whole era you will probably find many things and details missing here. Please don&#8217;t take it personally if your hero wasn&#8217;t mentioned. I&#8217;m merely trying to condense these years and years of pioneer work and innovations down to a readable version.<br />

Pour couronner le tout, je viens de <a href="http://mifiguemiraison.wordpress.com">créer un nouveau blog qui est encore sans article</a>. Ah, je vous jure, on ne se refait pas.</p>
<p>Outre le fait, que j&#8217;ai très envie d&#8217;écrire un bouquin de 150 pages mini, d&#8217;apprendre des nouvelles choses à la fac&#8217;, de me prendre une <a href="http://www.cinemasgaumontpathe.com/lepass/">carte le pass</a> au pathé d&#8217;à côté parce que je suis en manque de ciné comme on peut être en manque de sucre, c&#8217;est-à-dire à ne pas se sentir bien, de m&#8217;acheter le dernier bouquin de Werber, <a href="http://www.amazon.fr/gp/product/2226194029/ref=s9_simz_gw_s1_p14_t1?pf_rd_m=A1X6FK5RDHNB96&#38;pf_rd_s=center-1&#38;pf_rd_r=0ZCTZ0D3WPFXTABBC3RS&#38;pf_rd_t=101&#38;pf_rd_p=463375513&#38;pf_rd_i=405320">le miroir de cassandre</a>, je ne sais pas quoi faire de ma peau.</p>
<p>Ah oui aussi j&#8217;ai très envie de renouveller mon MacBook blanc pour un petit MacBook Pro toujours en 13 pouces, <a href="http://www.mac4ever.com/news/47814/des_nouveaux_imac_et_macbook_d_ici_quelques_semaines/">mais à ce qui paraît une mise à jour hardware serait prévu dans les semaines à venir</a> (c&#8217;est pas moi qui le dit).</p>
<p>Je voulais illustrer ce post par des images de Werber et d&#8217;une carte le pass, mais l&#8217;envie s&#8217;en est allée. </p>
<p>En plus, je dois finir trois bouquins que j&#8217;ai commencé il y a à peine 15 jours, ou sinon ils s&#8217;ajouteront à la pile de ceux que j&#8217;ai laissé tomber parce que je n&#8217;avais plus envie de les lire.</p>
<p>Pour finir, en cours, c&#8217;est la mort. Trois cours, et à côté de moi, il n&#8217;y a que des étrangers qui s&#8217;assoient alors bonjour la discussion. Demain, il faut que je parle à quelqu&#8217;un sinon cette année va être mortelle&#8230; Pour l&#8217;instant il n&#8217;y a pas encore de travaux en groupe, alors ça me rassure dans le bon sens.<br />

<p><a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/JCVD"><em>JCVD</em></a>, also released as <a href="http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1130988/"><em>Van Dammage</em></a> in some parts of the world, ha ha. I watch a lot of good, classy films, I&#8217;m not going to lie, but I also watch a lot of popcorn shit and, well, strange oddities, like this film. But it wasn&#8217;t bad.</p>

<p>It&#8217;s like if <em>Lost In Translation</em> punched <em>The Wrestler</em> in the balls and then high kicked <em>Being John Malkovich</em> in the face and then had sex on top of Jean Luc Godard.</p>

<p>This movie is frighteningly aware, dangerously meta. For example, in the picture above, they&#8217;re talking about John Wood, whom Van Damme brought over from Hong Kong to do <em>Hard Target</em>, and then who dropped him. After that, they talk a little shit about Steven Seagal. It not only takes the cinema of the broken man of action into a new level, but actually elevate Van Damme, which is a sentence that I never thought I&#8217;d have to type anywhere ever.</p>

<p>Van Damme plays himself, coming back to Brussels, broke and tired, having just lost his daughter in a nasty custody battle and looking back on a faded career. He goes into a bank to withdraw what little cash he has left, but it&#8217;s being held up. There&#8217;s a hostage situation and he&#8217;s framed as the bad guy. Then, of course, he has to take matters into his own hand to catch the real bad guys and clear his good, ridiculous name. <em>Cllllasssic</em>, right?</p>

<p>Man, remember back to those halcyon days of the 90s when Van Damme guest starred on that post-Superbowl episode of <em>Friends</em>? And it was kind of an exciting thing, too? He played himself back then, as well (perhaps he&#8217;s a better actor when he&#8217;s playing himself?) starring in a fictional movie &#8211; brilliantly, it was Outbreak 2 &#8211; and was trying to make a threesome happen between himself, Courtney Cox, and Jennifer Aniston. Oh, Muscles from Brussels, you silly dog you.</p>

<p>I remember that Van Damme kind of updated my previously held notion of what a Belgian person was like, the only real previous contender being <a href="http://thisrecording.com/today/2009/7/3/in-which-there-is-always-a-murder-we-should-be-solving.html">Hercule Poirot</a>. And, obviously there&#8217;s a huge difference between those two&#8230;</p>

Rather than the whole &#8220;Yes, I smell funny&#8221; and &#8220;Yes, I would love to paint you in the nude, then have dirty sexy,&#8221; it&#8217;s more of a &#8220;Let&#8217;s have some waffles, make work out a little, and then have dirty sex!&#8221; Take that, Europe.</p>

<p>(cuyo estreno estaba pautado para este jueves 9).</p>

<p>El Instituto Nacional de Cine y Artes Audiovisuales (INCAA) informó el sábado que decidió el cierre de la sala Espacio Incaa KM0-Gaumont, como medida preventiva para evitar la difusión de la epidemia de Gripe A. La sala permanece cerrada desde el sábado pasado y lo estará hasta el sábado 11, cuando se decidirá una nueva resolución según la evolución del cuadro de la enfermedad.</p>
<p>Con relación al resto de los Espacios aclaran que -a excepción del Gaumont- el INCAA solo programa las salas por lo que queda a cargo de cada municipio o provincia tomar las medidas que considere necesarias.</p>
<p>Además, el INCAA informó que se levantaron los estrenos de filmes nacionales (<strong>Papá por un día</strong>, que estaba programado para el 9 de julio se postergó en principio, por una semana) y que se concedió una prórroga para aquellos trámites administrativos vinculados con proyectos cinematográficos ante la necesidad de los productores.</p>
<p>Por el cierre del Gaumont también se suspenderán las actividades del Cine Club Núcleo, cuyas funciones tienen lugar allí. El cineclub reiniciaría sus actividades a partir del 10 de julio o más adelante según como evolucione la situación de la epidemia.</p>

Autant quand j’étais môme je me ruinais la santé a enchaîner 12 films en trois jours avec les copains, autant maintenant que j’ai la carte, j’évite les salles obscures le temps que les pauvres finissent de s’aglutiner. Mais comme je pense à vous autres les non-encartés, je vous fais le Top 5 des films a voir à la fête du ciné cette année.</p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><strong>Number Five – Lascars</strong></p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">Là où la série se démerdait bien en vignettes de quelques minutes, le film lutte pour assurer la longueur. <strong>Reste la réalisation rythmée et osée qui arrache la rétine, les doublages parfois savoureux et quelques très bonnes vannes qui font de Lascars un film d’anime plus qu’honnête.</strong> Puis j’ai toujours de la place dans mon cœur pour un dessin-animé 2D fait avec amour.</p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><strong>Number Four – Les Beaux Gosses</strong></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Wesh un teen movie en France. Dieu que c’est crade, visuellement et dans certains passages. Télérama kiffe le ton incorrect, j’ai trouvé ça parfois too much. <strong>Mais je me suis marré plus que prévu, de bonnes vannes, de bonnes répliques.</strong> Puis le film commet l’irréparable pour un teen movie axé sur le dépucelage : le héros ne baise pas à la fin. Uber Massive Epic Fail. Bel effort mais c’est pas encore ça. Au prix de la fête du ciné c’est un deal honnête.</p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><strong>Number Three – Transformers II</strong></p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">Ma tête putain. Scénario de pochette surprise, acteurs en mousse, filles filmées comme dans un porno, pas de surprise pour la suite de Transformers. Mais là où le premier film jouait la carte du mystère dans sa première heure, la suite tape tout de suite et cogne jusqu’au bout d’un final interminable entrecoupé de blagues minables. J’en suis sorti avec une migraine. <strong>On pourrait crier au Bad Boys II du film de robots, mais ça manque trop d’équilibre dans la recette.</strong> A voir (en IMAX) pour le fun et la prouesse technique, mais penser à l’aspirine.</p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><strong>Number Two – Coraline</strong></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Henry Sellick sort enfin de l’ombre de Tim Burton pour prouver au monde qui était le véritable génie derrière L’étrange Noël de Mr Jack. <strong>Roman de Neil « Dieu » Gaiman adapté en animation de marionnettes image par image, Coraline est peut être le plus beau film de cet été.</strong> Parfois un peu mou, il sait se rattraper sur les images et l’inventivité constante de l’univers. Si vous avez moyen de le voir en numérique 3D (réseau Gaumont/MK2/Pathé), ça vaut clairement le coup, l’intégration du relief étant particulièrement bien choisie et apporte un véritable plus au film (I’m looking at you Volt !).</p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><strong>Number One – The Hangover</strong></p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">J’ai déjà tout dit <a href="http://thebestplace.fr/2009/06/14/442-–-cine-club-56/">l’autre fois</a>. Entre temps le film a éclaté toutes les prédictions aux US, se classant sans broncher numéro 1 du box office 2009 des films interdits aux moins de 17 là bas, éclatant pépère Watchmen et Terminator. Castant des non-stars dans les rôles principaux, faisant confiance à un réal que l’on donnait has-been, produisant une comédie hard 100% originale, la Warner à tenté quelque chose dans un climat de suites et remakes. Pari plus que payant. <strong>Aller voir The Hangover, c’est faire un bras d’honneur à tous les films de merde calibrés jusqu’à la gueule de cette année. </strong>En plus, c’est très bien. D’ailleurs j’y retourne.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Bon, si avez ça vous êtes pas motivés à bouger vos fesses de gros branleurs pour apprécier des vrais putains de films, je peux rien pour vous. Manque juste une bonne comédie romantique cette année. Heureusement, je vous couvre en vous en sortant une de ma cave perso demain.</p>

<p>Alors <strong>JE SAIS</strong>, je n&#8217;suis pas dans la cible, j&#8217;ai passé l&#8217;âge, c&#8217;est un <strong>Disney</strong>&#8230; MAIS quand même ! Ce film est teeeeeeeeellement mauvais ! Même pour un Disney !</p>
<p>&#8220;<strong>Hannah Montana</strong>&#8221; retrace l&#8217;histoire d&#8217;une ado américaine (aux grosses joues) qui mène une double vie&#8230; Elle est collégienne ET chanteuse-phénomène-que-même -Tokyo Hotel-à-côté-c&#8217;est-des-PD ! Mais c&#8217;est pas tout ! Elle fait tout ça en même temps et dans le plus grand secret des dieux ! C&#8217;est à dire qu&#8217;au collège et dans son village personne ne sait que c&#8217;est elle la chanteuse à succès ! <strong>DINGUE HEIN</strong> ? Et tout ça est possible grâce au subtil subterfuge de la perruque de blondasse ! (Alors que franchement, ça change pas grand chose à sa tronche à mémère&#8230; On reconnaît les joues&#8230;)</p>
<p>C&#8217;est une sorte de <strong>Creamy Adorable Creamy</strong>&#8230; à la sauce Disney 2009. Mais elle a drôlement tourné, la sauce.</p>
<p>Bref au-delà du ridicule du scénario, au bout de 10 minutes vous aurez compris que les principales vannes du film sont des chutes, des coups sur la tête&#8230; Que c&#8217;est un enchaînement de clichés américains avec des ralentis sur des cheveux qui bougent dans le vent&#8230; le tout avec tout plein de chevaux qui galopent dans un immense champs&#8230; avec un joli fermier à la Brokeback Mountain Junior&#8230; Des fêtes foraines&#8230; Une ambiance Amérique profonde&#8230; Un méchant journaliste qui veut ruiner la carrière d&#8217;Hannah&#8230; Un petit copain sorti d&#8217;une pub kinder des années 80 avec le sourire émail diamant&#8230; Des chansons toutes les 5 minutes&#8230; (Pour le coup, les chansons c&#8217;est pas l&#8217;pire)&#8230; </p>
<p>Bref, oui, c&#8217;est vraiment d&#8217;la merde. <strong><span style="color:#ff0000;">N&#8217;y Allez pas.</span></strong> Même pour faire plaisir à votre petite nièce&#8230;</p>

<p>[<strong>Sean Ellis</strong> hizo un cortometraje atmosférico en el 2001 (<em>Left Turn</em>) y después de <em>Cashback </em>(una de mis favoritas) regresa al género. Hay aires de la <em>Invasión de los Usurpadores de Cuerpos</em>. Pero a nivel familia, acá, en <em>petit comité</em>. Esos aires van y vienen, como el resto de las influencias que <strong>Ellis</strong> vierte a lo largo de la trama. El problema principal es que la vendieron como película de terror, y esto no es propiamente eso.]</p>

<p>[Los diálogos tropiezan, son débiles. Extrañé la frescura de su ópera prima. Entiendo que es diferente género, pero que no mame. El susto fácil sucede cuando la historia se traba. El narrador insiste sin éxito. Después del estremecimiento, el escritor se da una segunda oportunidad, regresa el flujo a la narración y hace como si nada hubiera ocurrido.]</p>

<p>Endemol, a leading player in entertainment programming, will handle worldwide distribution, product integration, and brand partnerships.</p>
<p>Following the digital release of Jackass 2.5, the first studio-backed feature film to be offered online, comes &#8220;Section 8,&#8221; an interactive short-form serial thriller.</p>
<p>Featuring an ill-fated cast of characters, Paramount believes, the supernatural thriller will take audiences through a spine-tingling journey as personal dramas are revealed. Throughout the short-form series, each character will face a moment of jeopardy, leaving only one survivor. </p>
<p>In a new media twist, audiences are invited to guess the solution to the cryptic back-story using customized interactive experiences situated in and around the series. When collected together, the series will be redistributed as a full-length feature.</p>

<p>There&#8217;s an event all over Paris, possibly all over France but I haven&#8217;t the foggiest, to hail the beginning of spring.  And they do so by making all movie theater ticket prices 3.50€, for everyone, at any time.  It seems a little backwards to me &#8211; they celebrate a season of good weather and sunshine by sitting around inside in the dark.  Ok maybe it&#8217;s assuming that it will rain CONTINUOUSLY for the entire season, right from the beginning.</p>
<p>This is all to say that today, although I got out of work at 7:40pm, I went to two movies.  LOL (Laughing Out Loud) is a French drama/comedy, and a very happy and entertaining one at that.  The Burning Plain on the other hand was a drama/not comedy and very intense.  It was written by the same guy that wrote Babel &#8211; and it was very obviously his kind of film.  But it was very good, I thought, and I suggest it to anyone who gets the opportunity&#8230; especially everyone in Paris that can see it in the theater for 3.50€!</p>
<p>So now I have a bunch of stuff to do tonight and tomorrow morning, so I&#8217;ll be exhausted come my second bout of moviegoing tomorrow evening.  Whew, but it&#8217;s so worth it!</p>

<p><strong><em>RH+, El Vampiro de Sevilla </em></strong>cuenta la historia del mayordomo Don Manuel Malasangre y su familia- convertidos en vampiros en extrañas circunstancias- que tras quinientos años trabajando en un castillo alemán, al servicio de los Condes Von Salchichen de Francfurt, tienen un día la oportunidad de volver a casa. Han comprado por Internet un castillo en Sevilla, su tierra natal. Pero cuando emprenden el viaje comienzan los problemas: una serie de incidentes que les llevan a conocer a otras divertidas criaturas y a terminar en la ciudad de Nueva York, muy lejos de su destino inicial, donde se convertirán en verdaderos héroes &#8220;de la libertad&#8221;&#8230;</p>
<p><strong>Antonio Zurera</strong> y el productor del filme, <strong>Ángel Izquierdo</strong>, comenzaron su trayectoria profesional en 1979, colaborando en series para Hanna-Barbera, en la histórica francesa Gaumont en París y con nombres propios de la animación en España como Cruz Delgado o José Luis Moro.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Verdana;color:black;"> En 1982 juntos fundaron los estudios de animación y la productora cinematográfica <em>Milímetros Dibujos Animados S.A.</em>, con la que han producido sus otros dos largometrajes <em>Dragon Hill / La Colina del Dragón</em> (2002) ganadora del Goya en 2003 a la Mejor película de Animación y la continuación de la historia <em>The Magic cube / El Cubo Mágico</em> (2006), en coproducción con M5 Audiovisual, la polaca Dziki Film y Canal Sur TV, que también estuvo nominada al Premio de la Academia. </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Verdana;color:black;">Actualmente, Zurera e Izquierdo están ultimando la producción de varios capítulos para Milímetros de una adaptación para televisión del clásico con mayúsculas: <em>Las aventuras y desventuras de Don Quijote</em>. Además, Antonio Zurera es el director del festival Animacor, una cita anual con la animación internacional. La cuarta edición se celebrará este año del 3 al 10 de noviembre en la provincia de Córdoba.</span></p>

Y cuando lo hago, debo reconocer, que tengo una singular dicotomía entre noticieros y dibujos animados. Es decir que si no estoy viendo un noticiero, estoy viendo un dibujito. Lo uno o lo otro. Generalmente.</em></span></p>
<p>En el caso particular de los dibujos, no demoro más de 15 segundos en descubrir si lo que estoy viendo merece la pena. Y no es que sea un iluminado, sino que más bien soy un prejuicioso. Y estoy conforme con eso. Amo ese prejuicio que, salvo excepciones, jamás me falló. Tal es el caso de una serie que el sábado pasado agarré al boléo haciendo un zapping rabioso de &#8220;antes de dormirme&#8221;. Era en el <a href="http://disneylatino.com/DisneyChannel/Home_Norte/index.html" target="_blank">Disney Channel</a>, cosa que no me detuvo porque, como saben, hace rato que Disney <em>compra formatos a otras empresa</em> o, en muchos casos, <em>adquiere los derechos de retransmisión de series no-originales</em>. Así, pese a ser Disney, podía ser una gran serie. Diría que sólo vi 297 frames para que me guste. Un record de 10 segundos. Los colores, los movimientos, los background, los gestos, las miradas. En fin, los guiños que hacen que uno se siente a prestar atención. La serie en cuestión (lo supe en cuanto fueron al corte con el típico &#8220;ya regresa&#8230;&#8221;) se llama &#8220;<a href="http://www.xilam.com/xilam/ev/library_series_FF.html" target="_blank">A kind of Magic</a>&#8221; (aka &#8220;Mi Familia Mágica&#8221;).</p>

<p>Debo decir que <a href="http://www.google.es/search?q=%22Mi+Familia+M%C3%A1gica%22&#38;sourceid=navclient-ff&#38;ie=UTF-8&#38;rlz=1B3GGGL_esGB259AR259" target="_blank">no hay información de la serie en Internet</a>, y que recién cuando leí <a href="http://www.pikaflash.com/foros/showthread.php?p=2648615" target="_blank">el resultado número 2x de Google</a> pude dar con el nombre original de la serie. Con ese dato, navegando, pude saber que la productora de la misma es <a href="http://www.xilam.com/xilam/ev/home.html" target="_blank">Xilam</a>, una empresa fundada por <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marc_du_Pontavice" target="_blank">Marc du Pontavice</a> (ex ejecutivo de <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gaumont" target="_blank">Gaumont</a>) en el año 1999.</p>

Y es que, <a href="http://todoloqueveo.wordpress.com/2008/08/24/un-recorrido-hasta-michel-gondry/" target="_blank">como me ocurriera con Michel Gondry</a> (otro francés), descubrir una cosa implica comprender otra, ya que Marc du Pontavice fundó la empresa donde <a href="http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0706893/" target="_blank">Jean-Yves Raimbaud</a> creó (atención <a href="http://valgalaredundancia.wordpress.com" target="_blank">Mauro</a>!) a <a href="http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oggy_y_las_cucarachas" target="_blank">Oggy y las cucarachas</a>, una serie animada genial que daban en el canal Fox Kids (hoy <a href="http://www.jetixtv.com/" target="_blank">Jetix</a>). Y si algo le faltaba al combo, me entero ahora que además de <a href="http://www.xilam.com/xilam/ev/library_series_FF.html" target="_blank">A kind of Magic</a> y <a href="http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oggy_y_las_cucarachas" target="_blank">Oggy y las cucarachas</a>, este señor es el creador de <a href="http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Space_Goofs" target="_blank">Space Goofs</a> (sí, <a href="http://valgalaredundancia.wordpress.com" target="_blank">Mauro</a>, la de los extraterrestres), otra serie que veía mucho a finales de los 90.</p>

<p>Así que para redondear, le recomiendo: <a href="http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oggy_y_las_cucarachas" target="_blank">Oggy y las cucarachas</a> (que es muda, los personajes no hablan jamás y tiene una música simplemente perfecta), <a href="http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Space_Goofs" target="_blank">Space Goofs</a> (que es un delirio de 4 extraterrestres viviendo en el altillo de una casa, ocultos, y siempre planeando la manera de volver a su planeta) y <a href="http://www.xilam.com/xilam/ev/library_series_FF.html" target="_blank">A kind of Magic</a> (la serie que acabo de ver y que trata, básicamente, las desventuras de un matrimonio compuesto por un hada y un  ogro que han sido expulsado del mundo de los cuentos). Pero ojo, de las tres series sólo la última está al aire en <a href="http://disneylatino.com/DisneyChannel/Home_Norte/index.html" target="_blank">Disney Channel</a>, el resto están on line en <a href="http://youtube.com/" target="_blank">YouTube</a>. Y bue, todo no se puede.</p>
