alphainventions

In the Business section of the November 27th Toronto Star on pages B1 and B2 there is a lot of ink used to notify the public that Toyota is doing a recall on the floor mats. Ink you haven’t seen used to notify the driving public about their Ford F150’s with the problems of leaking front windows, blowing spark plugs and leaking rear windows.

Well, I know nothing will happen but, I felt that with Toyota taking the high road and doing the recall and Ford hiding behind advertising dollars, I have to send a letter to the editor (plus the Toronto Sun).

Here is a copy:

I find it interesting the amount of ink you used to disclose/inform about the floor mat problem Toyota is doing a recall on. Here we have a company that takes full responsibility for a product that MAY cause injury. In Canada, as your article points out, there is no defect but Toyota will still address the problem with a recall. And, unlike our bail-out buddies here, Toyota is reducing managerial bonuses to reflect this decline in quality.

Meanwhile, back at Ford, they still hide behind the skirts of advertising and you see no media hype on Ford’s lack of disclosure/recall on the leaking front window, blowing spark plugs and leaking rear window. The former two can cause injury/death depending on the circumstances. But Ford refuses to do anything about it. They send out a notice to the dealers but don’t inform the public – who carries on with multiple repairs, not knowing the real cause.

You have been made aware of these faults yet do no investigative reporting to ensure the public is made aware of the risk. There are documented cases to the U.S. and Canadian government showing these faults yet we see no ink used to help the public. Only silence that allows Ford to come across as squeaky clean while poor old Toyota faces up to its errors in construction and looks after the consumer.

Ford creates revenue flow by not disclosing these faults and the driving public must pay for repairs out of their pockets, some amount to the $1000’s of dollars. Toyota picks up the tap for this recall and reduces the bonuses of those who were responsible. Accountability that is being shown to us by a foreign company and seems to lack in our car industry and maybe our print industry.

Are your bonuses tied to Ford advertising? It’s called ethics and the Atkinson Principles.

Url shortener gem came out of my need to tweet rss feeds to twitter every 5 minutes and shortening the url is the first thing required to do that. I looked at different url shortening services and decided to use bit.ly’s api as it appeared to be mature, comprehensive and more stable compared to other url shortening services.

The url_shortener gem allows to shorten/expand urls, retrieve stats and other information about them.

How to use

Since it is an API wrapper hence an account with bit.ly i.e. login and api key is required to use the url_shortener gem. bit.ly gives an API key to every user so if you have an account with bit.ly then you already have the key otherwise you can get it easily by signing up with bit.ly

Then the usual drill to install the gem

gem sources -a http://gemcutter.org
sudo gem install url_shortener

For a quick test, start an irb session and

require 'rubygems'
require 'url_shortener'

Before sending any request to bit.ly you need to initialize the Authorize and Client classes with bit.ly credentials:

authorize = UrlShortener::Authorize.new 'your_bitly_login', 'your_bitly_api_key'

If you don’t have a bit.ly account then you can use the bitlyapidemo key to try this

authorize = UrlShortener::Authorize.new 'bitlyapidemo', 'R_0da49e0a9118ff35f52f629d2d71bf07'
client = UrlShortener::Client.new(authorize)

bit.ly provides following four main end points or resources:

shorten

expand

stats

info

I suggest to check the xml outputs by clicking on the above end points to familiarize with the results returned.

Shorten Urls
Once you have the client object then call the shorten method on it with the url as the parameter.

shorten = client.shorten('http://www.yahoo.com') # => UrlShortener::Response::Shorten object

This will return a UrlShortener::Response::Shorten object which has several useful methods to parse results and access xml elements

shorten.result # => returns a hash of all data returned from bitly
shorten.urls # => returns the short url

The shorten method accepts a single or multiple url as parameters to shorten the urls

shorten = client.shorten('http://www.yahoo.com', 'http://www.google.com', 'http://github.com')

apart from the #urls and #result method you can also pass
#urls_with_long_url_keys, #hashes_with_long_url_keys, #hash and any xml element name within results->nodeKeyVal element

shorten.urls_with_long_url_keys
#etc

Expand Urls
To expand urls, either the hash or short url hash can be passed to the expand method which returns UrlShortener::Response::Expand object

expand = client.expand(:shortUrl => 'http://bit.ly/1RmnUT') # => UrlShortener::Response::Expand object
#OR
expand = client.expand(:hash => '1RmnUT') # => UrlShortener::Response::Expand object

Similar to the shorten method, you can call #result method to get a hash of xml or #url/#long_url to get the expanded long url

expand.result # => returns a hash of all data returned from bitly
expand.url # => returns a long url string

Stats

stats = client.stats(:shortUrl => 'http://bit.ly/1RmnUT')  # => UrlShortener::Response::Stat object
#OR
stats = client.stats(:hash => '1RmnUT') # => UrlShortener::Response::Stat object
stats.result # => returns a hash of all data returned from bitly

There is a #referrers and #user_referrers method in the UrlShortener::Response::Stat class that does the xml parsing to return all referrers and as usual any xml element name can be passed as the method name to the stats response object like

stats.hash # => returns url hash
stats.referrers # => returns an array of referrers
stats.user_referrers # => returns an arrays of referrers
stats.clicks # => returns number of clicks

Info

info = client.info(:shortUrl => 'http://bit.ly/1RmnUT') # => UrlShortener::Response::Info object
#OR
info = client.info(:hash => '1RmnUT') # => UrlShortener::Response::Info object
info.result # => returns a hash of all data returned from bitly

All elements within doc element are available as methods to the info response object.
If you are a ruby purist and don’t want to use camelized method calls then you can use the underscore, for e.g.

info.htmlMetaDescription
#OR
info.html_meta_description

will work seamlessly and give the same results. Checkout the results return by bitly’s info resource to see what other methods are available to info response object.

url_shortener gem is available on github.

Well, Toyota is showing its true colours again – and I mean high ethics. Unlike our friends at Ford, Toyota has done another recall on their rust problem. According to the autoblog site: “Toyota has extended that recall to include the 2002-03 model years, saying that a small number of trucks could suffer from frame corrosion that could cause the spare tire to detach from its underbody housing.”

You’ll notice that it states “a small number”. Meanwhile, back at Ford, they remain silent on the leaky front window issue, along with the blowing spark plug and leaking rear window problem. No, they haven’t the guts to stand up and say they have a problem. No, they don’t tell you to go out and fix it before the damage to other components is done and you would save money. No, they don’t tell you a thing.

But then, what would you expect from a company that used slave labour in WW II to build vehicles in Germany to fight the British, Canadians and Americas. True patriots!!!!

Ethics is a non-entity in Ford land.

Wright on Time is fun learning book for kids. My son and I sat and read a chapter or two a night together. Sometimes He’ll read the right side of the page and I’ll read the left side. It make it more fun. This book had a lot of information about, gems, minerals, bats, and caves in general.

My son was especially excited over the tools the kids had to go exploring such as the hard hats and lights. He learned a lot of new words and something about another place in the USA besides home.

I highly recommend this book to not just homeschooling parents and children but as a good family read. We really enjoyed reading Wright on Time together and the bonding time is priceless.

The Mudra healing has been combined with ‘Living with Awareness’ techniques here, to achieve any goal or objective. To understand how our mind works against our own goals and objectives, please read the following posts:

http://healbyrule.wordpress.com/2009/09/28/i-am-the-hero-and-the-villain-in-the-movie-life-directed-by-me/

Three Steps to Fulfilment

If you have a desire that’s not fulfilled (let us say you want to be an actor), then do the following:

1. Do the Acceptance Mudra and affirm, “I accept myself totally. I release my desire to be an actor”.

If you want to reduce your weight then affirm, “I accept myself totally. I release my desire to reduce my weight”.

Or you affirmation could be, “I I accept myself totally. I release my desire to look attractive”. Thus release all your desires to loose your weight.

Why should I release my desires? Even desires are a form of resistance to achieve our goals and objectives.

To see how to do acceptance Mudra:

2. Do Jupiter Mudra and affirm, “I release my resistance to become an actor”. If you have a desire that is unfulfilled, it means there is a resistance inside you. To reduce your weight, affirm, “I release my resistance to reduce my weight”.

Sometimes we want something consciously, but unconsciously we will be resisting that. This is called psychological reversal.

To see how to do Jupiter Mudra:

3. Do Movement Mudra and affirm, “I have become an actor”, “I have started to act in so and so film” as though the desire has happened already.

To move forward in life.

To feel fresh, especially if you are not a morning person, do this Mudra.

If you are stuck up in a traffic.

After 8th month of pregnancy is over, do this Mudra. Movement of the child will be smooth. Natural movement of foetus will happen and there will be an easy delivery.

Index and middle fingers touches the thumb.

Beat the Traffic – a Case History

Tom is not a morning person. He works for a software company. Timings are flexible. So he can afford to go late to office.

Due to some work pressure, though suddenly he had to go early to office. This he found it very difficult to do, even after setting up an alarm.

So after waking up, and until he got up from bed, he started doing Movement Mudra or otherwise called as a Kubera Mudra. After a couple of weeks, he was able to get up early without an alarm.

Unfortunately, the morning hour’s traffic was too much for him to handle. He started doing this Mudra, whenever he had to wait for the signal or when the traffic stops. Surprisingly he found that he could beat the traffic somehow.

Within a couple of months, he was asked to vacate his house. He found a house, which was closer to his office. He thinks there is a connection between this change and the movement Mudra, as he started reaching his office early without any effort whatsoever.

Ram is working in a software company.

He developed a left shoulder back pain. I asked him whether he has any problem in the office. He replied that he has no role in the office and therefore, he is not working to his satisfaction.

The Message from his body is, “Because of your lack of interest, your contribution is less in the office. You are giving less than you are receiving. If you continue to do so, in the future you will get lesser appreciation. There may be a cut in the salary too. Even if you find a new job you will be paid less there. If you don’t want these things to happen then give 100% of your efforts”. Otherwise your receiving will become lesser and lesser.

I asked him to affirm ‘I choose to find ways to give 100%. I stop resisting the present job. I accept it totally’.

Note

The moment he committed, the body pain was reduced. Please note that there is no right or wrong here!

Every God has their field day

Ramya

For Sivarathri we pray to Siva, for Pradosham another deity and so on. On specific days we chant mantras for a specific god. Thus during different days, we chant different mantras. Do we have to say so many mantras or do we have one mantra which takes care of all the gods.

Naran S. Balakumar

We chant mantras based on the trust and love and association we have for a particular god. Different people prefer different gods. This is based on mind of the person. All gods are one and the same. Why so many gods or energies? Each of those gods has a specific purpose behind them.

Hare Rama Hare Krishna

Of course there is one mantra that gives the benefit of chanting mantras for all gods. It is the mantra, “Hare Rama Hare Krishna”. If we take bija mantras for all mantras, then they are present inside this mantra. Combination of all characters of mantras pertaining to all Gods is found in this mantra.

I chanted so much, and thus ego creeps in

Whatever mantra you say then immediately you get attached yourself to deity. You feel proud that you have done so much. However, while doing a Japam, it should remove my ego too. There is no flaw in the mantras. But mantra should have the capability to shed our ego. Hare Rama Hare Krishna can do that for us. Nothing else is needed. That doesn’t mean we need not go away from mantras for other Gods.

Get a Total Satisfaction

People have attained Siddhis or liberation with all the mantras. Why then Hare Rama Hare Krishna mantra has a special place? If you chant Hare Rama Hare Krishna mantra, then you get the satisfaction that you get by chanting all the mantras. You feel complete because you have not missed out any.

Revathy on healing her knees – a Case History

Earlier, I use one leg to get climb the stairs to attend the classes of Naran. After chanting Hare Ram Hare Krishna mantra, I could use both the legs. My knees are so much better

I published this note here and not on facebook because it’s very personal in nature. Whereas faceboo

I published this note here and not on facebook because it’s very personal in nature. Whereas facebook is a social utility tool, where everyone can see your profile, posts, notes, the goings on in your life, your friends and acquaintances, Seasons, my blog, is my personal niche on the internet. I have no control over what gets published on facebook. Seasons, however, is all about me. I control all the content. I can talk about anything and not have a care in the world who sees. I can go to the most personal, deepest, darkest corners of my being and not feel any awkwardness, as I could in facebook, since the truth of the matter is that only the people who care enough will read my blog and read the entirety of my entries. To those who do read, thank you, and I hope this note sends a truthful message that you can relate to.

Thus, here I am, once again beginning a piece of writing. I don’t know exactly what it will contain, or how it will end. I don’t know if it will be as formal and speech-like as most of my writings are, or if, finally, I get so engaged in the writing-process that my barriers finally fall off to reveal my rawest emotions. I don’t know. I just hope that it does justice to who I am and what I feel.

As the title suggests, this note will talk about my life in the past, present and future. I know that I will talk about the challenges I’ve encountered, and how they affected the present. I will touch upon how I feel right this minute, but I don’t know to what extent. As with all my notes, I will express my hopes for the future, and where I’d like to be. To note, that place in the future is magnificent and beautiful. I hope to get there. I hope that you, the reader, will be good company as I traverse the steep, winding road of life.

The past couple of years have been especially tough. My values have been tested time and time again, and to degrees I thought impossible. Many of us have this fantasy-self-image of being good, moral, and strong. We think that our values are untouchable. When asked, “Would you ever put your life before a good friend’s”, most of us would say in a heartbeat, “yeah!”. I was one of them. But today, I say bull.

For one, if you’ve never been in that situation, you can’t know for certain what you’d do. To simplify the matter is to misunderstand it. But secondly, to be certain about these things is next to impossible. Confusion and frustration are healthy feelings. It’s what makes us human. We think, and we think, and then we think some more. To question relentlessly is a part of resilience, and resilience is a characteristic of our species. For example, not many of us would actually follow through if given the opportunity to steal a billion dollars without being caught. We would think about it though. It doesn’t matter how good we are; it`s normal to question. What does matter is that almost all us would refuse to commit the illicit act, and that act of refusal shows character. I’m glad to report that thus far, on the most challenging question I’ve ever had to answer in my life, I’ve sided on the good. And I’m committed to continuing on with this.

My friendships have both blossomed and extinguished. Truest of friends, you’d think, but then you see their colours and you are repulsed. I’m not an infant, and I don’t play games. Friendships are always to be treated seriously. Now, I don’t mean that friends should always be serious and always be talking about their inner-most sentiments. I mean that friends always respect each other.

I love my friends. I wouldn’t trade a single one of them for Barack Obama (and those who know me would know how big a declaration this is). I will guide them as much as I could, protect them as reasonably as I could, and am committed not to betray them. After all, that is one of the tenets of friendship – friends don’t betray each other. To my credit, I`ve succeeded on this most difficult task thus far, which is staying true to my friendship with this particular person. I think you`re awesome, and I hold you in high esteem. I vow not to impede in any way in your happiness. You will not even know that I`m talking about you. The precious gem is yours to keep. I will sometimes take a peek, or even stare at your treasure, which I long for so ardently, but that is as far as I`ll go. In fact, I`ve made a resolution to stay as far away from the vicinity of your treasure as possible. I pray that time will erode my longing for this gem. It pains me to know that the gem is yours and yours alone, and the gem seems to feel equally as strongly that you are its owner. I hate that. That`s the reason why I couldn`t go to one of my dearest friends` birthday dinner, which we were both excited about for a long time. I knew, and am still convinced, that the experience would just have been torture for me. I die whenever you`re talked about with such devotion. God, am I the dumbest person in the world or what.

Also, I have learned through a long and painful lesson, not to take the risk of confessing to the one you`re infatuated with. My case is unique and arduously complex. I had done that before – confessing – and it compromised my friendship. Never again. Never ever ever again. Lesson learned.

I am in pain. I long, but as persistently as the longing comes, my ferocious will crushes it as swiftly. I suffer. But, through my pillars – my friends, that is – and through prayers, I continue to live. The thing that sucks the most is that nothing makes me cry anymore. I used to cry a lot. Crying, as it were, is such an emotional, sacred feeling. You feel cleansed after crying. But the compilation of my experiences, and the lessons I`ve learned from them, seems to have turned me into a battle-hardened war veteran. I am not alone, I`m sure, when I say that no tribulation strikes deeper in our being than matters of the heart. Those made me cry, but not any longer. How emo is this, but, as some of you know, I would even like to title a book I am to write in the future, “I Long to Weep“. I long to weep! But that`s not to be seen in the horizon. What did almost make me cry was when I had to break the news to my friend that I couldn`t go to her very important dinner. Haha, that was a moment. Too bad, though, the tears didn`t come.

I just hope peace, happiness and love for everyone I know. I want them to reach a place of contentment and understanding. I want each and every one of my friends to live a fulfilling life, full of depth. I pray for that whenever I get the chance to. I encourage my friends to be open to me. The more open we are to each other, the more fulfilling our friendships become. On one particular case in my life, however, that cannot be. Things are complex, and I just hope you trust me. Trust. Let`s trust each other. Let`s be there for each other. There`s no reason why we can`t start now, right this very minute. I promise you that if you just open up to me, and let me in, I`ll welcome you into my life with open arms. That goes for everyone. Really, that`s my only criteria. A place of understanding is a nice place to be.

Well, that`s a sucky ending. That`s it for now, folks. I wake up in less time than I should to go back to work. Let me know.

Truly,

C.

By Shane

Now what I want you to do next is listen to the sound of my voice and close your eyes. I see they’re still open. Do you not trust me? It helps for me to close my eyes to see things clearly. To not dwell on all things present but to reflect on times when I was care free. Free from relationships, free from the hardships of life, free from myself. Close your eyes and listen to the sound of my voice and maybe you’ll see that the things you keep your eyes open for aren’t worth seeing.

Think back to a moment of innoncence, a moment of complete happiness when you where care free. Let yourself give into your desires and let go of all inhibitions. Now tell me what it is you desire? What is it that your body yearns for? Tell me.

TELL ME.

Love has found us here seven stories south of heaven. Baby, I want you to undress. Remove the make-up hiding the scars of lover’s past. Undress yourself of every man who may have forsaken you. Undress yourself of every situation preventing you from becoming the woman your meant to be. Damaged goods is what you consider yourself, but why? Like you, we all have played the jester in the cruel jokes of life. I know when you where young you never envisioned your life being a rubix cube of rhetoric neglect. Never planned for your planet, whose seven stars align to form that pretty scar on your heart to turn to stone. A place where your spirit, your time, your flesh grows fatigued by it’s own loneliness formed by your captor. You. You, a prisoneer to your own mind.

Condemned.

Condemned to the stresses of being alone. Floating along the waves of despair. Where is your balance? A random departure from being somewhere near, to nowhere at all, to this illusion you’ve established for yourself.

I can show you how to love again. I can show you that your a vision created from fairy dust residue. Take my hand and let us leave this place of never-ever after’s. Let’s write the ending to your Grimm’s Brothers fairytale.

alphainventions

In today’s Toronto Star there is an article titled: “Canadians left in the dark”, where the Automobile Protection Association is complaining that Canadians did not get a letter telling them about the floor mat problem. Yeah, right, as if the whole world doesn’t know about it. Toyota was very open and the media made a big splash about it.

Meanwhile, back at Ford, they are hiding behind the bushes like school-yard perverts and hoping no one will notice the plethora of blowing spark plugs, leaking rear windows and the all time favourite – leaking front windows.

I mean, if you put the floor mat in as instructed – no problem. And if it does stick, turn off the ignition (without locking it) or jam the gear shift into neutral)

You buy a Ford F150, you don’t even know the front window is leaking until you start to replace electronics. Ever have the wipers fail in a downpour? I know one mother did and it could have ended in a tragic moment.

Ever been stalled in a vehicle in the middle of nowhere and it won’t start in sub-zero weather? Hope you have matches to burn the manual for heat.

Electronic door locks burn out and you can’t start the vehicle? Hope you’re not trying to get someone to the hospital.

Who has the balls? Sneaky Pete Ford who doesn’t come out and explain the problem or, Toyota who was very open.

Its called ethics and our Ford buddies lack this in big time. Maybe the CAW/UAW will come out of the closet and help the consumer out. No!!!. Oh yes, might spoil those big benefit packages.

Who ever heard of employees not paying into a pension fund – at least part of it and then expect the government to bail them out with tax dollars. The same guys who put in the leaky windows and say: buy local not foreign and buy union. Tell me why?

Here is the letter I sent to the Automobile Protection Association. I expect to hear the delete button any minute.

- – - – - – - -

I have noted that Toyota is doing, in the U.S., a recall on the loose floor mat problem that can interfere with the accelerator pedals of their vehicles. I notice that your organization has gone public with the idea that Toyota should have sent letters to the Canadian owners of Toyota vehicles. I agree with your argument on this issue.

What I can’t understand is that Ford has sold numerous vehicles that have spark plugs blowing out and rear windows leaking. I find the spark plug issue potentially dangerous but nothing has been done. No recall, no notification of the public and certainly no reimbursement for this faulty part.

In addition, there are numerous complaints (most to U.S. government) that the front window was improperly installed by Ford on F150 trucks. They have acknowledged this internally but have done nothing for the consumer – no recall, no formal notification, nothing.

There are numerous instances where this faulty leaking window will cause the electronics to fail, sometimes at dangerous times such as downpours and below freezing weather. I feel that you should look into this and make this problem public for many reasons.

Many of us replaced expensive electronic equipment due to this faulty window, at our cost, including the window. These vehicles are being sold as roadworthy to others, who find that they have to replace corroded electronics on the used vehicles. Ford is making money on the repairs without telling the public about the problem, a problem they designed into the vehicle with faulty material. If the electronics fail at a certain point in time, the vehicle could lose control due to wipers failing, lights flicking on and off, etc. As well, the electronic door locks can create a problem and if the electronics short out, the vehicle won’t start – this could be fatal in our northern climate.

Loose floor mats (if the owner puts them in right, there is no problem) is one thing but a product design that allows electronic corrosion that costs the consumer money and potentially injury, is another. I feel that your association, if you feel floor mats are a problem, should also investigate the leaking front window problem on F150’s.

I teach an amazing conscious parenting course called Redirecting Children’s Behavior where I share and demonstrate over 100 parenting tools to help parents create the family of their dreams. One of the tools is called a GEM. GEM stands for Genuine Encounter Moment and, in class, I demonstrate the steps to help a parent create a GEM with their kids.

I practice GEMS with my kids every day and, as we all understand, what parents do, kids will frequently shortly follow. Here is a little GEM story that happened yesterday. . .

Grant and The Eggs

Most mornings around 5 am, you’ll find me sitting quietly, comfortably, and blissfully in “my” corner. My morning quiet time is my time of pure joy, a time when I am fresh and can enjoy fresh thoughts of new possibilities. I savor this time and generally never want it to end. Yesterday I was deeply enraptured in reading an 80-page report and trying to finish it before my family broke the delicious silence of the morning. Around 6 am my family begins to wake and rustle, eventually greeting me and breaking my deep concentration on page 30. Yesterday, Grant greeted me and moved into the kitchen to hunt for breakfast. From the kitchen he asked “Mom, can I make some eggs?” “Yeah Grant, go ahead.” I said, not fully present. A minute later, “Mom, would you like some eggs?” “No!” I said somewhat irritated, “I just want to read.” A few minutes later, Grant comes over to me, puts his hand lovingly on my shoulder, leans into look closely at me with a friendly sweet caring soft face and asks again, “Mom, are you sure you don’t want some eggs?” Surprised at this quality of attention (the GEM), I responded pleasantly, “Well, now that you mention it, I would love some.” In that moment, when Grant gave me “his full presence” I melted. Here is MY son, bringing his full attention to me, getting on my level and speaking to me with loving-kindness in the midst of my irritation with him and the eggs. He cared. This is the power of the GEM!

Have you taken RCB yet?

I’d love to hear your comments.

Peace,

Different Parts of the Mind The Questioning Part of the Mind Thoughts are negative or positive as cl

Different Parts of the Mind

The Questioning Part of the Mind

Thoughts are negative or positive as classified by us. Whenever mind raises a doubt about a given situation treat it as a question. How do I do that? For example, a thought may come to you. “Am I capable? Can I do this?” Don’t feel sad about this. Treat this as a question by one part of the mind. One part of the mind wants to know that. So that part of the mind puts a question. Provide an answer it, as if you answer to a person, in front of you.

The Answering Part of the Mind

Mind works by parts. One part of your mind genuinely asks the question, keeping your welfare in mind. Instead of worrying about the questioning part, just answer that question. Then mind will ask stop raising doubts. Answering is done by another part.

We Can Make Our Life Situations Positive

If you raise yourself spiritually, everything will become positive around you. No unwanted thoughts can come in front of Ramana Maharishi – the great sage of Arunachala. Even a thief will keep his habitual self of robbing others quiet. Like that we could also influence the situations around us.

Negative Situations Begs you, “Please heal me!”

If you feel negative vibes around you, the message to you from it is, “please heal me”. If you can heal it, heal. On the contrary if you are afraid of it, then move out of the situation. Try to heal the negative vibes by calling the Sun God, and ask it to clear it. The negative vibes will turn into love and light and bless us in turn.

God is inside us – a gentle reminder to you

When somebody is angry it shows that he needs healing and he is asking for it indirectly. Somebody may ask it directly. Instead of thinking of why they are behaving negatively, ask inside yourself what you can do to them. What are the lessons we can learn from the situation. We can’t change the circumstances and people around, we can only change ourselves. Why we are asked to change? So as to remind us that god is inside us. Then automatically we become the god and we will have the power to heal.
