Most people know that diabetes can effect the eyes in older people, but now scientists are discovering that diabetic changes begin happening in children as well.

Researchers have determined that a particular strain of MRSA that is common in animal husbandry is very prevalent in veterinarians. These scientists want to know why and how the bacteria sets up colonization in these particular people.

Jay My thanks for your time and for the opportunity to ask and perhaps get some answers on a variety of subjects we previously agreed could be included.

M your welcome to go ahead and I will as best memory serves answer your questions within the parameter we agreed where do you wish to start?

Jay I have described you as a Globalist or member of the so called ‘Elite’ is that a fair description or a label pinned to you by others? If not perhaps you can describe yourself and some of your own Biography?

M As you said these are labels and not relevant to me however accurate the word elite might describe my position in life, or in relation to my place in the upper point of the Pyramid.

My family is from “old money’ and more relevantly from a long line of people that were members of the ‘Ruling Class’ sometimes in positions of public view, more often not. Political power visible, or from behind the curtain. Real power is rarely on display invisibility can be a great multiplier of power, and provides no focus point for those who might take exception, personally , having to have a phalanx of body guards and great motorcades , security etc is to be imprisoned by the perception of power and the target of envy or assassination.

Jay I would guess we are talking in terms of many generations? How far back do yourself and family line reach?

M I would put a conservative estimate at 900 years in direct line, after that time, however you must understand that a common thread of Genetics exists going back 40,000 years to a time when only 2000 ‘ Breeding Pairs’ of Humans existed. Every Human alive today comes from these survivors.

Jay That is a surprise to me, how do you know of this and can you expand this?

M The Human Genome Project enabled the discovery made this public, Google it if you doubt me. Its well documented, no big secret, to expand I would suggest you consider how the Human species was diminished to 2000 pairs? That is like the Panda Bears; a species facing extinction not a starting point. You must go back 200,000 years to find the earliest Humans as we would recognize today, in all those millennia humanity has reached several pinnacles of development , different to today’s society but no less Human than you or I. The technology they developed was evolved from branches of Physics we are only now beginning to develop usefully.

Jay What happened to bring the numbers down to such levels?

M Its clear to many who have studied the forgotten history, and the majority who would rather ignore it as it conflicts with their beliefs, people are extremely ridged, they are concerned with the day to day, playing with toys provided by technology. The question you should ask yourself is how all these ruins of cities can exist under hundreds of feet of water? In actuality the Earth itself goes through a ‘changing’ or instability, as described in many legends, these events happen on a cycle of 25,600 years. We are in the final stages of the present one now. We are also repeating the same mistakes, the misuse of technology for militaristic goals. Our ancestors contributed to setting off the Climatic and Geologic events that eventually reduced Humanity to almost extinction.

Jay So this cycle; accounts for many of the climatic and other events, super Hurricanes, Tsunamis, Earthquakes etc?

M Yes, Historians tend to be as ridged as any other of the mainstream sciences, once a theory is developed they start to ignore data that threatens ‘Pet’ theorems. This rigidity of thought has held Mankind back, prolonged the darkest ages and Religion is the common factor, when the prospect of being burnt at the stake or in modern times loosing Tenure. The cutting edge stuff is sucked into classified Black Holes along with the cream of the best minds.

,In the mainstream only the very brave or very foolish will stick their neck above the crowd.. A person from 100 centuries ago is no different to you or I is dressed in suit and speaking English. Along with that the same base traits have been preserved, greed, apathy, bellicosity; often mankind’s core beliefs being based on Gods that do not exist, books that are read as literal and any contradictions are met with hostility, ostracism and , then violence.

Jay So there are no secret cabals, preserving ‘Bloodlines and practicing Eugenics?

M The thinking you present has some truth, there are groups and cabals who hold equally idiotic beliefs in their predestined place in the ruling class. They are usually the victims of Blackmail and programming. Pictures of Presidents dancing naked around statues or having sex with children turning up 30 years later, you don’t hand over power without strings , the choice of those people to hold office are made carefully. As power and money concentrate two party systems become reflections in a mirror.

At the pinnacle of power bloodlines and extended family are the best security available, loyalty is valuable; its more a case of knowledge being handed down and rediscovered, my ancestors from the Middle Ages learnt the danger of interbreeding a long time ago, modern crops would not exist if some basic understanding was not there (of Genetics) .

Look at the result of some Royal Families that did not understand it. Like a tree with very broad and branching fruit, you cross breed for preferred traits, you weed out the rest. Our knowledge of Genetics has simple improved the process.

The part I play today is very different from the actions of my brethren of the Middle Ages, however the goals have not changed, the “prime Directive’ as they say has always been the same yet methods to obtain the desired result have changed to suit the times. Now as we sit in the second decade of the 21^st Century we have had to radically alter ways and means …I would say in the past 40 years predictions and methods have had to be fine tuned.

Jay What predictions do you refer to and are you telling me that Eugenics plays no part in the ‘Plan’?

Events that were clearly in play, the growth of population, the growing need for rare materials, loss of Forests, decline of food production; technology available to extend or postpone inevitable shortages has only served to increase demand for everything. We made predictions in the early 60’s and 70’s that exponential growth would culminate around the end of the century.

The capacity of the average Human to accept any brake on growth conditions without a decent into chaos or another World War have had to be accepted as the limiting factors. Nationalism has replaced Tribalism and the ever present mind numbing effects of Religion. The Catholic Church and similar suppositious thinking has cost Humanity its rightful progress to a Second Level Society, one where other Planets and even journeys to the Stars would be commonplace.

Jay If organized Eugenics was not a part of the plan , then where do you stand on the subject?

On Eugenics I would put a question to you and anyone else reading this that if given a choice would you rather have your Daughter marry a Moron working stacking shelves or a Doctor? IQ of 80 or IQ of 120?

Jay Put that way I would obviously prefer the latter, yet its never that simple , people fall in love, people see other qualities , were not Cattle. Do you arrange Marriages for your children? Would you force Abortion of a “Defective”?…. to be blunt

M If all the Cattle in the yard are of good stock then it’s a probability that the desired result will be better quality. With Humans it’s a matter of association, my children do not look for life partners in Trailer Park Bars, and also the mental flexibility to do what some would shake their Bible at you for. Aborting a child with a defect, is common sense to myself and my family. To do otherwise is stupidity in my ‘book’. Again you try to apply a value system to myself that I reject.

Jay I am simply asking the question, my beliefs are not really relevant, To move on I would like to know what are the primary aims or the other persons in your extended circle, apart from family. You have connections, influence or power over a great many people, What are your ‘members’ or fellow travelers thinking,, those who hold the same mindset as yourself have in mind?

What can the average person expect going forward specifically the present Financial Crisis that is now enveloping the Western world, Europe, America and other nations. What’s the playbook?

M I will speak as a representative of a group of people.. Though I certainly do not agree with all and there is no actual ‘Club or Membership list, more a meeting of minds who have come to the same group of conclusions that I have personally.

The so called GFC is the end result of Debt , the desire of people to have toys and big houses , cars etc, we do not manipulate Human nature as you seem to think, people have always wanted the other Mans land, they have always had choice to say no to the loans they can never pay.

The mess we have now, that is a direct result of greed and apathy, people cheer the leaders oratory, they allow wars to start, they scream to have them finish.

With regard to the present situation; money or currency to be accurate is being created to buy time, that’s all it boils down to, any idiot who has basic math will see the end result is a collapse of the Global financial system, QE 1,2,3,4 are symptoms of the end game, the Banks are simply pushing the collapse into the future and the time is fast running out. It will not be just the West that collapses it will blow the whole interconnected entity. Postponing the inevitable is one of humanities great skills.

Though it is necessitated at present by the need to have things in place before chaos descends, if trillions have to be ‘created’ to gain a few years that might make the difference between a few million ‘Breeding Pairs’ or none at all then the reasoning is sound.

Jay How long have we got? Also what happens after this ‘collapse’? What about the surplus Human Beings the 6 Billion that you seem to be telling me will be “cut from the branch” .

M The priority is as with most people , with sense to think and a brain not saturated by Beer, Television, Junk food and Mainstream Media propaganda, would be to act Globally, I am not American, nor French nor any Nationality, I am a citizen of Earth, here again Nationalism rears its ugly head, how many times do you hear people agree to ‘further studies’ or deny Climate Change as they see entire Islands washed away; always procrastination.

We have been down this road before, though this time is different, Literally buying time to put something in place that can provide a ‘restart’ this time without the squabbling of States, Nations and belief systems. My fellows hold this as a core belief, we cannot avoid dramatic Earth shaking changes.

What we want to avoid is finding our descendents shivering in caves worshipping the Sun God. Even greater priority to ensuring that the Tipping Points are not crossed, our race is at this point now 15 or 25 years at best to shut down the system before Nature does it for us.

For myself and family is to ensure a future and an environment, a Planet worth living on . Most so-called Elites have family and my Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren will have a future worth living. On this article of belief I am not alone and in the methods required to achieve this outcome may; will have to be as dire and frightening to most people as some of these end time movies we see so often. Others in the so called Elites are Scum, they have a totally amoral view, live it up fill the Vault, these people are in as much denial as the average person.

The only difference is they are in the Elites, they will burn every last drop of Oil and build more Nuclear Power Stations; pile up tens of thousands of Tons of spent Fuel with no intention to stop just because its suicidal, Psychopaths, all of them they are the ones without “ Breeding’ without the inner core of responsibility to the “Dumb Bunnies” the 6 Billion you mentioned. I may not hold a Religion yet I do have morality, I believe in the Law of Cause & Effect, the Universe will always enforce its Constants.

Jay So for people like myself its a matter of building a Bunker, not that I can afford to, I would not be alone in this and it seems your compatriots have left people no real choice anyway, shouldn’t my reaction be one of anger? We see riots and demonstrations in many countries now, when this ‘collapse occurs things will be more chaotic, the ‘Mad Max” world?

M My desire to perpetuate my line is Primal instinct as with yourself; any parent worth the title. Sadly Human arrogance, closed mindedness, and the disease of Nationalism and Religion, have predetermined the outcome, none of us ‘Elites’ could change it if we tried.

I would be arrogant enough to say you should be grateful enough people with the means and motive to provide Humanity a shot at survival exist. I would remind you of the 2000 breeding pairs we all descended from. It was not just the natural disasters of the time,

The one thing they did not have in those ancient societies was Nuclear Weapons and worse still the 450 Reactors spread around the Globe like Pimples, we have Japan covered in Radio Isotopes many with Half Life’s of 1000,000 years. Thousands of Tons in used Fuel Rods precariously sitting on a building sinking and leaking. That is just 4 Reactors, if they had tipped into the Ocean ?

Jay What is the plan? What do the people you represent plan to do in this short window of time?

As with our ancestors we hope to intervene before we cross the line where things already in process become self reinforcing; ‘feedback loops’ The events in America and Europe etc are bringing all the worst elements of Human Nature together; Religious Wars, Civil War, imposition of Fascist control. The 2 Billion bullets, Cameras, Surveillance, inevitably the United States will descend into a madness, all the events of the advanced race they were survivors of will repeat

Again they can blame Religion, Nationalism, Greed and Apathy; A continuing particular blot on humanity. The excuse for the majority of horrors our race has survived The two Horsemen of Apocalypse Religion, the other of Nationalism. These two forces have spilt more blood and wasted more treasure than anything throughout history and Human history is relatively long. Longer than most can conceive you might think.

Jay The average person should pay this price, the average person has not committed terrible crimes unlike many of the Elite who have robbed with impunity, trashed countries for those last barrels of Oil, you don’t ride hoarse to work, the Private Jet I flew here in was powered with Oil. This is Hypocrisy is not with all due respect?

M Perhaps some of what you say is true, however I put it to your readers and to you that in the United States for the majority of this century you have been privileged, every American has had consumption 200 times that of the Third World person. You are all Elites in the view of the man who made your shirt for .14 cents an hour. Your people can look at the Great Pyramid glaring at you from the face of a Dollar, Your Constitution was written by Elites in a great experiment to build a self regulating system with no branch of Government not held in check and balance by others, the most important being the Right to Bear Arms and use them to defend the people from Government. Who is the final responsible party?

M Nor can you blame ignorance as every action was

telegraphed in advance, these False Flags, the great day of 911 when Physics took a holiday. The average American waved the Flag and cheered the halfwit Psychopaths who began the War of Terror and even with the Internet, the greatest medium of knowledge distribution and the many people who shouted questions from day one were howled down. USA, USA, Conspiracy Theorists or crazy people acting as they always have,

Human Nature and core morality should have grown in 200,000 years, why has it not? Why was the Government that gave you 911 treated as your generation before treated the Nazi’s?

How can I not develop some level of contempt for those people who will wave some so called Holy book and bless the troops as they prepare to charge a Machine Gun? Or launch Cruise Missiles? These same forces, Nationalism and Religion twisted together with ignorance and apathy caused the insanity of WW 1 and then led directly to WW 2. Most certainly without our intervention we would have already experienced WW 3.

Jay Some people would blame the Elites for these wars and even propose your fellows profited from both sides after creating the initial conditions? As with 911.

M With regard to Mankind’s love of fighting and Militaristic madness, the USA has with the consent of the people, as silence is consent allowed the same Elite Scum I spoke of to perpetrate 91, if there was ever a time the people could have shouldered their Muskets and marched on Washington it was then. The 2^nd Amendment was not written to have a fun hobby and false sense of security.

We certainly did not start WW 1 or WW 2 the Great War as it was called took many of our own sons and the bombings of cities many of our children as well. We never wanted it repeated hence better to have small containable outbreaks of the Human Disease than a conflagration that leads to our planet being; as I imagine many other dead Radioactive balls of rock are to be found orbiting stars throughout the Galaxy.

If people could see the ruins of entire civilizations as we have seen down our own history and still pursue bigger and better weapons then control rods in the War Reactor were needed, you might imagine that as our role in moderating Mankind. As in a War we profit from both sides and then we pull the rug from one and encourage it , the war or uprising to fizzle out. No money, no Guns. In most of these wars America has been the aggressor I had no lost sleep from mining the metals that made the Circuits that flew the Planes.

To accumulate power and money in the hope when the time came as it has now we might preserve ourselves, our children and some of our civilization. Take action; not wait for another working group to produce a Paper telling us things we have known for decades. All of the present was predicted long term planning is impossible for 4 year Politicians, its not impossible for the people to have longer memories, toss the bums out when you still had a vote that counted. Take up Arms while you still had the chance. Its way too late now I would venture to say.

Jay I have to say this is not exactly uplifting, its could be said you have had the majority of the power, the wealth the capacity to manipulate Presidents, Congress , Corporations; you must shoulder some of the responsibility?

M You would do well to consider the state of America today, a nation armed to the teeth, warned time and again by those very people of the danger of building a Military Industrial Complex that has grown at the expense of every citizen, you talk of Democracy, right to choose those choices were made by the people, Even the groups behind the curtains of power had no capacity to change Human Nature. Myself I share the responsibility to take action and my fellows see their duty as I. No necessity to repeat as I have laid most of it out for you as far as you have asked, people have had the power of self determination, if they decide to surrender it to a Hitler, a Stalin or a Bush, its free choice and Universe will always react to an action.

As Americans I am surprised at how easily tempted and naive you are. From allowing TSA to stick their hands down your pants to re -electing crony, corrupt individuals over and over, many of us thought Civil War would already be raging . Yet with each day the mass cheers “USA” “USA” and return to the Football as your freedom is eradicated, your safeguards taken apart.

America was a great experiment to watch everything provided to build a Level 2 society and uplift the world around you, in the final analysis who is responsible for the mess? You either never had freedom and choice or you threw it away; Its not as if you can say “we did not have the power to take action.”

As for our part, we could describe this as “services rendered” to a willing client.

Jay Many might think your position to be immoral? How do you avoid becoming the very thing you despise considering the power your ‘members. Have? I agree the Bill of Rights and Constitution are to me great expressions of the best in humanity. Do you think its too late for Americans and all people to have a say in the future your fellows are designing?

M They do, but at this point I do not really care, the house is burning I don’t need a Warrant to enter and put it out before it burns the house next door. Its way to late now in my opinion.

On the coins it says in God we trust; I would suggest that statement in itself is an abrogation of responsibility. Let them fight with sticks or m16’s its still the same result only a larger scale yet limited from a conflagration when Atomics might be used. Morality is from the self not what some Silver Tongue power addict or self styled representative of a non-existent entity might propagate.

We have had to actively intervene on several occasions to prevent this before; we would not be talking now if not. We concern ourselves with the bigger picture, the long view of history, on a personal level I will not allow a bunch of suppositious; cheer the leader party animals destroy that which is not theirs to begin with.

Jay How do you intervene? How will you intervene in the coming years? How would you describe your actions or methods, can you give an example.?

M I won’t be specific but understand that the acquisition use of power was, is built over a long period, the last century very few of those you believe to be leaders, the Presidents, the Prime Ministers the men surrounding them in civil or military roles did not obtain their power without selling out their morality long before they get to walk down red carpet and have the world stop to listen to them.

People who desire power and the trimmings of power are the least worthy or capable of its use. Hence outcomes are nearly always predetermined. A person such as George W Bush or Putin or Stalin or Hitler all had to trade their ‘souls’ shall we say, to get the privileges; no one with power is able to keep it for very long if they renege on prior obligations. Power is a drug, the addict desires it for the elevation of ego, and more often than not they are Psychopaths and Sociopaths.

Jay I gather you refer to blackmail, bribery, etc to manage these people?

M Yes, these tools are part of the process as well as the purse strings that make puppets dance, intervention has become a fine art in the post Atomic age, the invention of the Bomb and the delivery systems changed the great game forever, the two world wars were bad enough, we could not have stopped them if we tried. The only rational action was to profit from them, to allow the players to exhaust themselves and then we would hand them the invoice….(laughter)

M To answer the first regarding power, I stated that the attraction is not the opportunity to elevate humanity, it’s the trappings, big Jets and dozens of simpering boot lickers, the cheering crowds, the place at the top as they see it. True power is very quiet, the speak softly but carry a big stick. Personally the thought horrifies me, public power attracts a certain type, and they are by nature easy meat to carve.

The latter part of self determination, there we probably differ fundamentally, to my mind the 7 Billion humans all scratching and some digging for a better life care very little for the Bill of Rights, or Constitution or Democracy. These are fine beliefs, noble ones, the bare fact is that the average person educated or from the slums will sacrifice there liberty for a very cheap price.

I have to point to the great American experiment, the noble goals were actually written by many of our ancestors / predecessors they stated very clearly what was required of the American people to keep those liberties. Bring down a couple of buildings and blame terrorists and people fall over themselves to sign away their rights or have someone sign for them.

Jay This brings up a question I wanted to ask regarding 911 and the other bombings in London, Spain, Bali were your associates the directors of these events?

M Some of the technology used in 911 was loaned out to the people who commissioned the events. The primary perpetrators were the same ones writing the Patriot Act and all the other “we will keep you safe “ legislation. Our aim was frankly to neuter America and Bankrupt the country, 911 was a means to an end, fewer lives were lost than the madness that followed in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Its often said that the Elites always warn of the upcoming events, inserts in films, statements, usually ignored, the curious timings and numerological signatures are our trademarks. Americans, like other western peoples all were warned, firstly by the founders and there is no shortage of intelligent commentary on the internet pointing out the future course of events, the result of lending $200,000 to a person to buy a house and have no possible way to repay it.

What do you call them? Conspiracy Theorists?

Jay I would call myself one, my work was what attracted you to speak with me as you said before this interview, I have to admit its frustrating talking to people and finding so many closed minds to warnings of a future that no American would want, a Fascist state is what your members are heading us toward?

M Call it what you will, the writing was on the wall in the early 70’s , even earlier , a mark in the sand could even be drawn when Kennedy was shot, at that time and still to this day the Elite are divided into factions, who holds the Puppet Strings what should be done and how much time have we left to do it? No single entity as diverse as the so called Elite is unified in total, I have utter contempt for many and others I would happily entertain.

Its now not so much a matter of what is to be done but how fast can it be done.? Hence in the early 70’s we commissioned several reports , investigations into everything primary to the future of the Human Race.

Population, resources, technology and how much time we had before these various issues would come to bite us. The Human effects on the Biosphere, the danger of Atomics, the graphs all had one thing in common a tendency toward exponential growth, too many people, not enough food, water, land, how long before tipping points would be reached and the survival of the Planet itself.

Jay We have heard of many alternative technologies that your groups have suppressed, Cold Fusion, Tesla related Energy devices why could you have not released these?

M Its true there are alternative power sources locked away, the reasoning for this is simple and goes back as always to the nature of the Human Species, Tesla himself stopped working on many for similar reasons, imagine a device that can draw energy from the Zero Point Field?

Apart from the chaos there introduction would have caused, these devices in themselves could be linked into self feeding chain reactions once the Genie is out it cannot be put back, any tin Pot Crackpot could build a virtual dooms day device.

The problem always feeds back to the nature of Humans had we grown as a species, thrown away the superstition, prejudices of the 3 Religions that dominate the majority. People with Level 1 ethics and beliefs cannot be given level 2 technology, the thousands of Hydrogen Bombs sitting at hair trigger were hard enough to control.

Thousands of years ago about 50 to 75,,000 years ago humanity attained great technology, not tech that we have today but very advanced, as in the Legend of Atlantis. They destroyed themselves and the proof is all over the planet, you think the Great Pyramid was built with Brass Chisels and Slave Labor? These objects are our legacy. They also had encoded within them every Constant of Physics, keys to knowledge that could be used at a time when Mankind would have the moral integrity to use the devices built from that knowledge.

They built it 12,500 years ago, It was there for anyone with eyes to see and a mind not ossified by absurd beliefs. It was built to help kick start Humanity on this next cycle. Hence you see the eye and the Pyramid symbol, the all seeing eye; Its tells a story of technology and having the vision to use it. They failed, yet they left behind a great amount of knowledge in the hope that people would look at the Pyramid, understand we were advanced once before and this time have grown in spirit enough to not destroy ourselves.

Jay So you consider yourself the decedents of these ancient races?

M Yes. We all are Genetically, it’s the knowledge that were encoded into the great Archeological remains, the warnings about Humanity surrendering its responsibility to make moral choices regardless of some person deciding for us. Every Soldier has the right and duty to refuse an immoral order, every person the individual duty to refuse participating in a senseless War.

Jay: I take it that humanity has failed the test again?

M Not entirely, I stated that planning goes back a long way, power had to be centralized, the real power as is obvious now is the control of the banking system, not the Guns and Missiles, there lies only the power to animate a beautiful and rich biosphere, to control, to prevent the advent of WW 3 every one of these devices and every Atomic Reactor must be disassembled or shutdown. The reactors and there is 450 of the plus enough waste to kill the Earth 1000 times over.

So it must be apparent that, yes we have been successful up till now in keeping the missiles from launching, and less so in stopping the building of reactors, an area my associates thought to be profitable, as stated we are not totally unified the Oil, Coal and Gas power plants also have to be shut down. Unless you desire to live under 50 feet of water and die of radiation from waste products.

M Its something that takes decades of planning, the corruption of thousands, the introduction of Police States world wide. Keep in mind that the Elites of China and Russia have already been involved, they all have family too, they can do the same Math that we did 50 years ago. Extinction is a powerful motivator, it touched a racial memory of a sort. It exists in every culture.

We will need all the help we can get, controlling the kaos while using specialist teams to shut down the 450 Reactors, secure the Chemical & Biological Weapons and upgrading the Spacecraft we have to eventually move all the waste off planet drop the lot on the Dark Side of the Moon. M Correct in many points, I stated we, the so called Elite are not unified, there are factions, I suspect many of them will find themselves to be victims of their own greed and rigid thought. Madison is a beautiful, smart, funny, creative and very unique little girl. At the tender age of 8, she has endured more than many adults will in their entire lifetime. Madison was diagnosed at 14 months old with a fatal, genetic disease called Cystic Fibrosis, or CF for short. From birth, Madison spent most of her life in the doctor’s office or at the hospital and she had already started to build tolerance to most of the commonly used antibiotics. Her diagnosis was devastating, but it saved her life. If Madison had went just a few more weeks without being properly diagnosed, she would have never made is to her 2nd birthday! Below is a video that gives you a look inside the life of Madison and her constant fight and struggles with CF. As of now, there is no cure for Cystic Fibrosis, but there are some really great medicines and therapies that improve the quality of life for Madison and so many others, and hopefully one day there will be a cure! The CF Foundation is the driving force behind these amazing advancements and they are leading the way in finding that cure! They are a nonprofit, donor supported Foundation so they rely on donations from individuals and fundraisers to fund their research and development. As an advocate, we are trying to get the government to include some funding for the CF Foundation in the 2014 budget, but as we have seen in the past, it may be a long shot. But, the more people that stand up and speak out the more chance we have at accomplishing this! Oh, to add to the fun, my youngest son, Dawson, who is about to turn four this year, has recently started being treated for CF too! We are awaiting genetics with him, but all signs point to CF!

Hi i’m bre, i’m 20 years old, a student that is possibly going to be attending UCSD next year (or hopefully when i’m cured….whenever that may be)…..with me, i watched my sister and dad and brother sruggle with weight gain their whole lives . i never understood it. although i didn’t say anything, in the back of my head i thought it was because it was something they were doing wrong. diet after diet, program after program. they were endless and relentless and the dads rants about them never ended either. there was always a knew reason why tey couldnt lose and only gained in their minds-a fluke in the program, a mistake they had made, etc.. my whole life i tried to dodge my dad, his mood swings, his random lectures “im going to die soon you guys, going to die soon” his panic attacks, his anxiety, he would never sleep at night (always heard the TV no up late) all that weight in his stomach and face….i thought it was normal for a middle aged man to experience that even though he never ate, would come home and wouldnt move from the couch, and played tennis constantly/obsessively…

with me….my family always picked on me because i was the skinny one who couldn’t GAIN weight..i exercised pretty well, took anxiety medication, and went for runs. i also dropped soda at age 15. i have only drank water ever since, and have always been very thirsty for water. but the thirst was only about to get worse. i also didn’t ever go to bed on time….it was always around 2 am….i woudl feel tired at normal hours (11pm) but never went to bed till at least 2 am…..i would eat small snack late at night most nights…but tons of carbs always in the day …so keep that in mind, i was always always stick skinny and mini petite..people called me “Bony Bre”…i ran for cross country freshman year of HS….sophomore year i played tennis and lacrosse…junior year i stopped all sports….i may have started a tiny bit of weight gain in my belly area…but i dont know if my cushings started then…i thnk that was actually normal weight gain and it was very small too…..i can remmeber looking at one picture that year (before mine started in December 2009)..probably in April 2009 where my face was puffy and it looked like my stomach was too and i looked cushingoid…but by probably the next month it all went away and i was back to my skinny self until December 2009/Jan2010.

my senior year of high school (09-10)i started to feel excessively bloated. i started taking pictures of my bloating because it would get HUGE..>FAST. i would get extremely tired randomly during class time….i ate nothing most days and had random days where i couldn’t eat enough. but mostly i would eat anything..ANYTHNG….to try and help my soothe my chronic constipation. that whole senior year i attributed everything to senioritis….extra lazy, always tired, couldnt concentrate….i blamed it on myself and just thought i was finally gaining weight because i wasnt in a sport, dropped anxiety meds (?) and i had a lot going on at home so maybe i was emotionally eating…who knows….i blamed myself…and now lookin back i HATE myself for doing that…because i knew deep down something was off…why else woudl i take pictures of my stomach? even at prom…theres one picture of me looking down at my stomach like “who are you? why are you here? ” and i looked at it like an invader..little did I know…

anyway fast forward…to summer after senior year. i told myself i’d lose the weight. stopped giving in to my random cravings whenever i would have them (and anyone on steroids knows that’s HARD!!!)…went on at least 4 different diet/exericse programs. i worked out at the gym constantly. only to gain. i started losing my hair and my face grew immensely. ffast forward freshman year at a university away from home. i woould work out everyday, morning and night…even worked out with a student in my dorm hallway who was at the gym constantly and had celiac disease …. i think she was even shocked that i kept gaining….i dropped all gluten thinking maybe thats why my stomach was like that no matter whati tried (and that i was gluten allergic/intolerant)….i couldnt get tired until till 4-6 am (my roommmate hated this about me lol) and could sleep in until 2 pm …..or even later..hair started to grow in random places…and the hair on my head….well i waved bye bye to that…..( i think people thought i got hair cuts or something lol…)

eventually i got fed up with the stomach that woudlnt budge.i felt like i had swallowed a bowling ball and i looked like it too. all my weight was there and it grew and grew and grew. begged my parents to take me doctors to figure out what was wrong. the dr tried to privately tell them i had anxiety and just needed to lose weight…he said something about ‘hypomotility” tried to push me on my way. i was like hell no. i ended up going back to his office twice during winter break freshman year…he gave me the “best bloating medication on the block” and guess what, folks? my “bloating” didn’t go down ONE bit. got BIGGER!!!! can you imagine? i didn’t even realize how big i was getting. i had a million symptoms and was always at the university health center. the stretch marks were bright red and super long all over my body and though they showed up overnight .the GP doctors at the center claimed it was normal and even though i told them diet/exercise wouldnt work they told me maybe that was just my physique and i wasnt supposed to lose weight. they sent me to the nutritionist many times. i got absolutely no help from any of their diet advice and only was able to maintain my gained weight of 144 pounds and i’m 5’2.5″ and super petite. that’s big for me. five extra pounds is showing on petite girls….so imagine 25-30 extra pounds…and within months too!!!!

many times i thought i was having a heart attack (probably a panic attack) because the pain would come on sudden at night crushing middle of chest. had to call the ER one night. told them my symptoms. they checked my blood oxygen. it was fine. they told me i might have a stomach bacteria causing chest pain. got that tested. negative. march of 2011. spring break. colonoscopy/endoscopy. because i pushed for it. they found four stomach polyps, gastritis, internal hemrrhoids. EXCUSE me. who gets that at age 19??? nobody healthy. but tested negative for celiac disease. nothing “conclusive” from the gastroenterologist. i continued to cut out gluten anyway and dropped it for several months

. then off to the top OBGYN that month who claimed “possibly PCOS” (i also thought maybe i had an ovarian tumor…amenorrhea is a symptom of that…). she gave me prometrium to induce my periods….i had stayed an extra week @ home spring break and skipped school at university of Oregon just to see doctors and try to figure out what was wrong…nothing conclusive…so back to school i went……where within a month my appearance changed drastically againand got worse…so after embarassing myself…and hearing constantly about how i “racked up the insurance bills” for no reason. i decided to ignore doctors for a few more months….and i only got sicker.

oh yeah…did i mention that my period came when i was 16? and it was alwyas irregular..but my freshman year at university, i skipped EELEVEN MONTHS of my period!!!! my face turned unrecognizable to me in mirrors. i still blamed myself. thoght everybody was right. maybe i was just making it all up in my head.

summer 2011. parents were angry still haven’t found a job i’m “lazy”. i wouldn’t leave my bed most days out of pure exhaustion. they blamed me for getting fat, looked at my face and talked about how big it was. it was big and pale. almost VIt D deficient on blood tests. finally after avoiding the doctor many times, i went back. she couldnt figure me out so wrote down AGAIN “possible PCOS” (keep in mind she is one of the best OBGYN dr in the state and people went absolutely out of their way to see her ) ferritin was low, vit D low, low Iron,high blood sugar, the list goes on. parents and i decided i would go to community college sophomore year (they didnt know it but i only agreed cuz i didnt have the energy to go back and i knew in the back of my mind something was wrong with me)

December 2011. i got freaking fed up. i was at work (part time at Costco Warehouse Demo Services since Aug 2011) and felt like passing out all of a sudden (wasnt the first time). i would go through ups and downs all day like that. knew it was blood sugar related, probably hypoglycemia. i researched PCOS all year and truly believed i had that. it matched a lot of my symptoms/blood tests. went back to doctor. she did ultrasound on ovaries, found no cysts, but still said PCOS. FINALLy a diagnosis!1!!!!! i wasn’t crazy!!!!! dx’d with “mild” PCOS dec 21,2011. i just missed telling the dr a lot of symptoms…like cognitive ability declining….family didnt believe the DX (and still dont). fought me for a month or two. when they went into the office my OBGYN who intensively studied hte stress system told my mom it was caused by anxiety and stress levels and all i neeed to do was reduce those and absolutely all of my symptoms could go away…

-she(my mom) had this smile on her face like HA you caused it onto yourself ( i hear these comments constantly at home) so i needed to get hobbies to reduce stress levels and “actually start exercising.” when we left my mom emphasized how “MILD” it was so i needto stop exaggerating how im feeling and actually “try” a diet (because apparently i didnt actually try one…asjdf;lsdkfja;ldsf jOQUWEOIJ!!!!!!!)

they didnt pay for treatment. the doctor that dx’d me pushed and pushed to put me on yasminbut i had researched PCOS all year long after she mentioned it march 2011.i refused to have that. pushed for metformin, to regulate the insulin resistance, which should regulate the other hormones in my body and make me lose weight and grow my hair back, etc etc. it worked with 95% of PCOS patients. i got metformin in Jan 2012. either i was part of the 5% or there was something else wrong with me. my A1C only leveled out, didnt reduce. i also visited a holistic doctor who put me on natural progesterone to induce my periods. i’ve had periods ever since using met/progesterone. but my symptoms have done anything but get better.

from dec2011-march 2012, i joined soulcysters.net, i felt a little bit related to those that posted on there, but not entirely. they were focused mostly on how to get pregnant/have kids. i just wanted to feel better. because i finally got a little validation from a DX that i wasn’t making any of it up, i convincd myself PCOS was right and that eventually when i got hte metformin everything would get better. it didnt. i also started noticing how my attention span was getting worse and worse and how everything was such getting blurrier (including my vision)

so one day, on March 18, 2012, i typed in “ADD” on a certain section on the soulcysters.net website. out popped this forum conversation about “cushing’s disease” i thought why not read about it. i was shocked. i knew it that was me. i looked in the mirror at my buffalo hump, looked at before and after pics of my moonface, and saw that PCOS was a common misdiagnosis. i also knew that the rest of my family had to have been suffering from this long before me. they think i’m a looony bin still but i think THEY are crazy for watching me change so fast and not doing anything to help me

so i booked an appointment with Dr Cohan at UCLA May 31st. i showed him before/after pics/all my blood tests of my off hormones..and he thinks i have it too. im in the testing period right now and have 3 UFCs to do. with the blood tests he recently ordered-my AM and PM cortisol were both high. but my diurnal variation wasnt off the day we tested. as in.. even though my cortisol was elevated, it wasnt MORE elevated at night….so for the past month i’ve felt fine…first time i’ve felt “fine” in ages…and OF COURSE right when we start doing the right testing i have to not be in my highs…so my personal belief is that im some form of cyclical or periodic, though i haven’t beenable to lose one pound.

due to elevated prolactin i hve my first dynamic pit MRI with or without contrast today. i just got my first general family doctor this week and to my surprise she looked at my recent labs with Cohan and my elevated cortisol, looked right at me and said “my dear, you look 6 months pregnant. you look like a cushie. you have it.” (and only another cushie would be able to understand the relief i felt when she said that) so she ordered CT abdominal scan with contrast (theyre going to check my adrenal glands YAY) and possibly chest scan. i dont know if we’ll find anything because i know the tumors are micro.but now i know i have two great doctors on my team!!!!!!

and since talking about how all the signs/symptoms of cushings are genetic for me, we are considering it could be MENS1.or any of those genetic disorders. i’m not yet diagnosed but we know i have it, trying to catch the highs, it is NOT fun. i’m trying to get diagnosed this summer so i can then, under parental approval, try toget a term or two off from university, because i know im not going to do my best in school like this, and i’m going to need surgery-possibly more than one.

my advice for anyone new reading this, as cliche as it sounds–DONT EVER GIVE UP. no matter how depressed you are, no matter how frightening it may be, no matter who doesnt believe/support you, DONT. GIVE. UP. if you know in your gut something is wrong, follow through! !!!!!!! if i can do it without any support, YOU CAN TOO!!!!!!!! don’t let ANYBODY ever try to convince you that what you are feeling is made up in your head and that you “look fine” or that you “are” fine. a patient KNOWs when they caused themselves to gain weight!!!! and a patient KNOWS when they are sick, too!!!!

even if nobody believes you KEEP MOVING FORWARD!!!!!!!!!!!! =)

Double Mutation of the motherfucker gene? (excuse the language)

I know, I know. I shouldn’t curse. I’m a mom and a lady. I should be proper and never ever swear. But screw that. I’m human too and there are times I swear like a trucker. But, that isn’t what this post is really about.

I received a call back from L’s neurologist last night with the results of her blood work. It’s a mixed bag and I have a lot of research to do so I can fully understand what’s going on and what I can do to help keep her as healthy as possible.

First off, her total cholesterol and her ldl cholesterol were high. He’s going to order a re-test while fasting to see what happens.

L also has high red blood cell platelets and her red blood cells are an abnormal size. I’m not really sure what this means. There was mention of Mediterranean anemia and that maybe she is a carrier but she’s not anemic?

And the big one is that L has a double mutation of the MTHFR gene (yes, I couldn’t resist. It looks like motherfucker so now I’m calling it the motherfucker gene). MTHFR really stands for methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase. MTHFR can cause all of these problems:

Homocystinuria
Hemolytic anemia
High homocysteine
Thyroid disease I keep this one up here. Many of us have Hashimoto’s thyroiditis who have MTHFR. Could it be from the metal toxicity? The glutens? Or the excessive fluoride we cannot dump?
Gluten intolerence Glutens affect gut absorption. Which inhibits vitamin b absorption.

As you may realize, L is autistic and has been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder as well. Her anxiety is pretty well in check without medication but can pop up very easily.

So what does this all mean? Well, I’m not really sure. I know she needs to be on a daily vitamin that contains B2, B12 and Folic Acid. I know that myself, the ex and R need to be tested for the mutation as well. I also recommended my sister get tested since this is genetic.

We have an appointment with the pediatrician on Monday so I can talk to him further about what it means, what we do and getting the order for R to be tested. Maybe I will have some more answers then.

The Hidden Dangers of GMO Foods

Genetically modified foods are compromised of organisms (known as GMOs for ‘genetically modified organisms’) which have been genetically altered for ‘improvement’. Biotechnology giant Monsanto is the primary maker of genetically modified seeds, responsible for 90 percent of the genetically engineered seed on the United States market.

The touted reasons for genetically modifying foods vary from making a fruit larger and seedless to resisting pesticides, herbicides, and insecticides. Millions of dollars are invested in this bioengineering process annually by many, with Bill Gates most notably investing into Monsanto with 500,000 shares. But are GMO foods really the solution to humanity’s problems, or are they negatively affecting virtually all life on planet earth?

Genetically modified foods have been proven not only to be unhealthy, but also deadly. One review of 19 studies showed that with the consumption of genetically modified foods comes significant organ disruptions, especially in the liver and kidneys. What’s more, however, is that the damage posed by Monsanto’s GMO creations extend even further than public health. In fact, they threaten the environment as a whole. This is perhaps the most concerning effect of GMOs.

Monsanto has created GMO crops that contain something known as Bt, which is a toxin incorporated into the crops with the intention of killing off insects. The usage of the Bt biopesticide within these GMO crops, however, has actually led to ‘mutant’ insect populations which are directly resistant to the biopesticide. Reports state that at least 8 insect populations have developed resistance, with 2 populations resistant to Bt sprays and at least 6 species resistant to Bt crops as a whole. As a result, farmers must spray even more pesticides!

Beyond GM seeds and the Bt pesticide, Monsanto is also the creator of the best-selling herbicide Roundup. The usage of Roundup has spawned over 120 million hectacres of herbicide-resistant superweeds that have destroyed the farmland in which they reside. In addition, much of the soil has also been damaged. Even in the face of these statistics, Monsanto continues to disregard any and all warning signs.

Genetically modified foods present a very real threat to the genetic integrity of both humankind and the environment, and require vigorous longterm research before being unleashed on the public. That is why nations like Peru, France, and Hungary are taking action against Monsanto and GMOs over legitimate health concerns.
