O Presidente do Grupo de Incentivo à Vida (GIV) em São Paulo, Cláudio Pereira, considerou neste sábado, 14, que a lipodistrofia aumenta o estigma e discriminação das pessoas que vivem com aids, o que provoca a sua exclusão social, exposição de condição de soropositivo, entre outros efeitos negativos. A aprsentação foi no 15º Encontro Nacional de ONGs/Aids (Enong) no Rio de Janeiro.

A lipodistrofia é conhecida como Síndrome da Redistribuição da Gordura, que significa alteração na gordura de certas regiões do corpo, causando o acúmulo ou perda de massa em áreas localizadas do corpo, como concentração de gordura na barriga, costas, pescoço e nuca (giba) e perda nos braços, pernas, nádegas e face.
Embora as suas causas sejam diversas, ocorre com freqüência nas pessoas que vivem com aids, que é um efeito colateral dos antirretrovirais (ARV) por tempo prolongado, razão pela qual, Cláudio explica que a doença é sempre associada aos soropositivos, causando o estigma.

“Já ouvi pessoas dizendo aquela senhora está grávida por conta do excesso de gordura na barriga ou aquele fulano tem pernas finas, que precisa ir ao ginásio. Isso deixa o soropositivo psicologicamente mal”, disse Cláudio.

Por causa do estigma, o Presidente do GIV conta que as pessoas com lipodistrofia não se sentem bem em determinados lugares como a praia, que chegam a não querer sair de casa e outras ainda desistem de tomar os ARV por pensar que podem perder a “beleza”.

“Há religiosos que dizem que a pessoa está deformada porque é castigo de Deus”, acrescentou.
Cláudio defende como medidas para combater a lipodistrofia o empenho pessoal da pessoa, observando uma alimentação saudável, a prática de exercícios físicos e que as pessoas tenham acesso às políticas sobre a recomposição do corpo.

Volevo specificare che non sono stata io a scriverla, nè ho collaborato, nè sono un elemento del GiV ma la sposo in pieno e ne dò diffusione perchè amo la libertà che sia di pensiero, di informazione e di rete.

Italia dei Valori ha inteso richiamarsi da sempre ai principi della trasparenza, della meritocrazia e del confronto democratico.

Nella consapevolezza che questi coerentemente non debbano mai essere messi in discussione, riteniamo che il passaggio cruciale della modalità di scelta del coordinatore nazionale, rappresentativo di tutta la componente giovanile, debba ispirarsi al rispetto di tali valori irrinunciabili.

Nel tentativo di sentirsi orgogliosamente identificati in una persona in cui riconoscere lealtà ed adesione piena al programma politico di Italia dei Valori, si ritiene imprescindibile che il coinvolgimento partecipativo sia quanto più esteso possibile.

In quest’ottica non ci si può precludere l’applicazione di un meccanismo di presentazione di più mozioni programmatiche, finalizzate a saggiare competenze, qualità e principi morali.

La scelta operata nei mesi precedenti di individuare dall’alto una figura, da affiancare ai giovani, senza raccordarsi con coloro i quali si erano spesi a tutti i livelli per il partito, contribuendo a raggiungere la quota di consenso attuale, ha rappresentato una mortificazione non meritata.

Soltanto il confronto inclusivo e partecipativo fra le intelligenze può portare ad una selezione democraticamente legittimata.

La partecipazione, infatti, è l’unico strumento attraverso cui creare valori comuni in cui riconoscersi universalmente ed il partito, in questa fase storica, non può farne a meno.

Devo ammettere di esser stata cattiva e di non aver più trovato il tempo per rispondere ai commenti che sono arrivati allo scorso post dedicato alla Paola Calorenne.

Devo ammettere di esser stata cattiva perchè lei mi ha dedicato ampio spazio e io non l’ho ricambiata allo stesso modo, ma se l’ho fatto è stato anche per il suo bene: cercare su google P-A-O-L-A-C-A-L-O-R-E-N-N-E e vedere che in testa vi era quel post non era per me gratificante, anzi, mi spiace anche un pò per lei e per i suoi 1400 voti presi.

In questi giorni ho avuto la possibilità di stare molto con i giovani di IdV: ragazzi di diverse città, di diverse età e di diverso modo di pensare, accomunate dallo stesso “credo” IdV e da un paio di domande comuni: “ma chi è Paola Calorenne? Perchè si propone come coordinatore nazionale dei giovani del partito e la dovremmo accettare?”

Devo dire che la prima domanda io me la pongo già da tempo, precisamente dalla sua presentazione alla scorsa tornata elettorale europea.

Il chi è l’ho letto sul suo curriculum vitae, il biglietto di presentazione di ogni persona.

Paola Calorenne è laureata alla triennale con non si sà quale voto, ma è solo un dettaglio, il voto non è tutto nella vita, magari lei l’ha omesso proprio perchè non lo riteneva importante o perchè fin troppo umile [a me hanno spifferato che nella compilazione di un C.V. è meglio omettere il voto quando non è propriamente altisonante].

Leggo che l’ultimo lavoro svolto è quello di commessa nel 2008 [w le commesse] e scorrendo in basso leggo “competenze personali” a cui non segue nulla tranne la conoscenza di altre lingue oltre alla lingua madre.

Mi sarebbe piaciuto molto sapere quelle che sono le sue competenze, almeno avrebbe dato risposta a quelle persone che l’hanno vista calare dal cielo come un angelo moro e i ragazzi si sarebbero risparmiati di scrivere la lettera che è stata letta a Vasto in occasione della riunione dei giovani di IdV dove, non nominandola ma facendo chiarissimi riferimenti, si evinceva che si sentivano offesi per queste scelte o proposte fatte senza nessuna comunicazione nazionale.

Con calma posterò la lettera; credo sia giusto dare la giusta diffusione, anche se il mio caro blog non potrà certo raggiungere tutta la nazione.

Si dice che questo sia un momento transitorio, che nulla è stato deciso; me lo auguro per i giovani che credono in questo partito e in questo progetto.

In March, LHM—Nicaragua received a visit from a Global Work & Witness team from Martin Luther Chapel, Michigan. The volunteers participated in the construction of a small structure where children in a rural area are learning Bible courses. People from the community of “El Pastal” expressed their gratitude for the young volunteers who took the time to help them.

But it was not all work for the visitors. They visited different high schools and elementary schools where they shared the Message of Christ during presentations to students. Some of them also made time to play soccer with students.

News: A Forbes article on 20 July 2009 reported that Vinod Khosla is near to closing $1 billion in new funds. He is on the verge of announcing 2 new funds with money from outside investors: $250m vehicle for seed-stage investments and a $750m fund called “KVIII” for larger deals. California pension giant CalPERS said several months ago it had committed $200m to a new Khosla fund. Khosla reportedly wants to use some of the $750m fund for “follow-on” investments in his existing portfolio but to allay the concerns of some investors, Khosla would set up a “conflicts committee” to review “follow-on” investments that didn’t have outside lead investor. Company with another lead investor wouldn’t be reviewed because they’d already been endorsed by another VC firm, not just Khosla. (see Cello fraud case earlier here).

Vinod Khosla was formerly a General Partner at Kleiner Perkins and founder of Sun Microsystems. Vinod has been labeled the #1 VC by Forbes and Fortune recently labeled him as one the nation’s most influential ethanol advocates, noting “there are venture capitalists, and there’s Vinod Khosla.” Vinod Khosla founded the firm in 2004 and was joined by partners David Weiden and Samir Kaul, as well as chief scientific officer Doug Cameron in 2006. Doug Cameron left Khosla in 2008 to join Piper Jaffray as managing director and chief science advisor and will work with the firm’s industry-leading clean technology and renewable energy investment banking team in the origination and diligence of global opportunities.

Khosla has recruited Pierre Lamond in March 2009 after retiring from VC firm Sequoia Capital where he worked for the past 27 years. That’s awful lot of money!

I am most definitely not supposed to be blogging right now. I’m in the middle of a web design class. I’m ahead of everyone so I don’t really have anything to do. The teacher is helping all the people get caught up… There isn’t really much for me to talk about, but I figured I’d give y’all an update. We got in groups to make a project thingy… my group is making a virtual poster type thing in final cut that has little videos in it. I’m the only one who’s good at final cut in my group (and I’m not even that good. I haven’t really done anything with it since 8th grade), I went to the bookstore during lunch with roommate and other friends. It was interesting. I found this really cool notebook that I kind of really want. Today we go to IBM for a field trip… the 70’s dinner is tomorrow night. I am so excited. I have sequins and big circle sunglasses and bell bottoms. It is going to be epic. Other than that, life here is pretty… normal. Kinda boring almost. I’m getting sick of pizza and computers. I kinda want to sleep in my own bed… Yep.

A few weeks ago I wrote a blog supporting the use of Air Force One by President Obama. Recently, reports have resurfaced about Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi’s use of private jets, specifically the “demand” that she be shuttled around in a Boeing 757. To be clear, in 2001, the BUSH Administration enacted the policy that for security purposes, the speaker of the house (and 3rd in succession) would travel in VIP military transport. Nancy Pelosi typically travels aboard a C-20, which in military parlance is really a Gulfstream III or Gulfstream IV. “Pelosi has used the Air Force equivalent of a Boeing 757 to fly between Washington, D.C., and her San Francisco district. But she has done so exactly once, when no smaller aircraft was available, according to Air Force spokesman Eric Sharman.”, as reported on FactCheck.org.
Again, we are looking at private aviation as a target of political vitriol from those against any kind of corporate bailout. Perhaps if these same critics from the House and Senate were forced to travel exclusively by commercial airlines, the greater flexibility, range, speed, security, comfort afforded by private jets would seem less of a perk and more of the essential business tool that they really are.

Antes que passe muito tempo, preciso fazer alguns comentarios sobre a minha festa de aniversario…

Muitas pessoas queridas, de sources diferentes mas, como sempre, todo mundo se deu muito bem…afinal, a pessoa que esta no “intermedio” disso tudo eh uma pessoa muito coisada

Amigos da escola, do trabalho atual, do trabalho antigo,… Sei que os gringos se divertiram muito, sem falar que meu camarote era o mais rico, culturalmente falando, ja que 98% das pessoas la falavam ingles, motivo que deixou meu chefe surpreso… Acho que era o mais rico alcoolicamente falando tambem…mais pra frente eu explico..

Logo de cara, um dos primeiros “convidados” que vi foi o Doentinho…maus pressagios. Tentei ligar para o V1olento para que ele chegasse preparado para esta interperie, mas o V3 rosa dele nao me respondia… Acho que ele estava atendendo outra missao…

Falando em missao, uma ja tinha sido tracada desde a noite anterior e negociada previamente com Gepeto: a garrafa de steinhager (ADENDO: pra mim ta dificil de escrever so de pensar neste raio desta garrafa). Enquanto a missao tracada era de 6 doses – que foi superada pelos criadores da missao – , eu so consegui tentar tomar duas… Como diz meu pai, pro fim ao qual se destina, tava muito bom…ahuehauheaueha

Momentos bizarros como “to sofrendo”, desenterro de pessoas, xinxa, eu sei o que vcs fizeram no verao passado, seente a musica e muitas pessoas fazendo a mala umas nas outras… As fotos provam ate que a Poca tentou fazer a mala no meu cunhado… Ta ficando moderno tudo isso.. Como ela mesma diz, ela cansou de ser enganada…

Obrigada a todo mundo que foi…todo mundo chegou cedo e ficou “quase” ate o final. Sei que cheguei por la 23:30 e so me dei conta que a festa ja tinha acabado porque a luz acendeu e o seguranca veio com a classica pergunta:

“Ow, vcs ja pagaram a comanda??”

No dia seguinte, recebi muitas ligacoes e fiz algumas so pra perguntar qual era o status. O meu era totalmente estragada. Fiquei mal…mal mesmo… Ja diria o Mucao, peeense numa menina estragada… Tudo isso fora os questionamentos: Meu, eu fiz isso ontem? Meu, e serio? Sorte que eu, mesmo meio tontinha demais, registrei todos os momentos…

Mais bizarro ainda foi: “ah, nao e possivel…vou perguntar pra alguem que tava bem (bem=sobrio)”…

Resposta: “Mas…quem ficou sobrio??”

Dia seguinte, ainda na recuperacao, eu estava na internet e o Elton John tava cantando na Grobo… Eis que ele comeca a cantar a musica que booomba na balada… A minha reacao: Creeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeedo! O bixona que canta??

Fomos para a GIV ver Mark Knight. Confesso que eu entrei la um pouco irritadinha demais pois eu odeio filas e qualquer coisa que se pareca com isso, ainda mais se no fim dela tiver uma moca “seguranca” que fica te apalpando e perguntando o que e cada coisinha que vc tem no bolso…grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr…

Sei que, realmente, o cara e bom mesmo, a balada foi muito boa e que na proxima vez eu vou de Conga pois so nao aguentei mais pq meus pes doiam muito e pq o V1olento cumpriu a missao mas o objeto da missao era extremamente doentinho e insuportavel… Conselhos para larga-la no meio da rua nao faltaram…

Sei que fazer rodizio de refrigerante com a consumacao da balada e muito mais do que duro…mas, ate agora, alguns dias depois, eu nao consigo pensar em nada deste nivel..

Secondo gli ultimi rumors americani, il Gruppo Italiano Vini (GIV) starebbe per perfezionare l’acquisto dello storico marchio Bolla. La firma prevista entro la fine della settimana.

Fondata da Abele Bolla, la prima cantina fu realizzata a Soave, a sud est di Verona nel 1883.  La seconda cantina si deve invece ad Alberto Bolla che, trasferitosi  in Valpolicella, diede inizio negli anni Trenta alla produzione di Recioto e Valpolicella.

In poco più di 100 anni si sono avvicendate quattro generazioni alla guida dell’azienda. Otto anni fa la svolta, con il passaggio di proprietà al gruppo americano Brown-Forman, colosso multinazionale del comparto degli spirits con sede nel Kentucky, proprietario di circa il 40% delle quote già dai primi anni Settanta.

La scelta strategica di Paul Varga, attualmente a capo del gruppo, prevederebbe  la cessione del marchio al fine di concentrare maggiormente le risorse verso i superalcolici, che rappresentano il core business aziendale. Tra i brand più famosi possiamo ricordare Jack Daniel’s, la tequila Herradura, la wodka Finlandia.

Nessuna conferma ufficiale, per ora, da Calmasino di Verona, dove ha sede il quartier generale di GIV.

La produzione attuale di Bolla ammonta a circa 15 milioni di bottiglie, vendute in 70 mercati. E’ stata tra le prime ad esportare Soave e Amarone sui mercati esteri.

Pierluigi Bolla, discendente della famiglia, è oggi a capo del marchio Valdo, leader del distretto del Prosecco: Francesco Bolla si è invece dedicato alla produzione di vino rosso in Toscana a Poggio Verrano.

Il Gruppo Italiano Vini ha raggiunto nel 2007 un risultato di 294 milioni di euro di consolidato e 13 di cash flow,  con 85 milioni di bottiglie vendute, per il 70% all’estero. Se l’operazione si concludesse con esito positivo, il GIV metterebbe a segno un colpo strategicamente importante per rafforzare la sua posizione, sia sul mercato domestico che su quelli internazionali.

Tell us a little bit about the National Endowment for Democracy. Because I understand that, you believe they had a lot to do with the relations between these two former Soviet states and the United States. Roberts: The National Endowment for Democracy is a neoconservative organization funded by the United States government and its purpose is to buy and rig elections in the former constituent parts of the Soviet empire. It is the tool of the neoconservatives for establishing American puppet states in Eastern Europe, in the Caucuses, and of course, its money and election rigging was instrumental in what they call ‘the Rose Revolution’ in Georgia. And of course they interfere in the Ukraine and Eastern Europe. The neoconservatives who have controlled the Bush regime in Washington their plan is to bring Russia along with the entire Middle East and Iran under American hegemony so that whatever happens in the world is dictated from Washington. And so these puppet states such as Georgia are part of the surrounding of Russia with American military bases and American missile systems such as the one they are going to put up in Poland. They hope the Czech Republic and Kosovo. So this is all part of the expanding American empire, the neoconservatives say the American empire is much more powerful than the Roman one. So the American’s have the power to dominate the entire world. That is what this is about. The assault on South Ossetia by the American and the Israeli trained Georgian army, both trained and equipped by the Americans and the Israelis the purpose of that assault was to ethnically cleanse that province of Russians. So that their would be an end to the separation movement the separatists would simply be driven out or killed. That was the main purpose of this whole exercise. Press TV: What cards has the Bush administration got left to play with? You said every state in the world is tired of war and perhaps the United States is not. However, with the Bush administration facing economic problems at home, do you really think the Bush administration thinks it can outplay Russia in the Caucuses? Roberts: Yes, the neoconservatives are insane. They certainly think they can outplay Russia and they certainly think they can outplay Iran. They have two more navel armadas steaming there. People in the world need to understand that the regime in Washington is the most dangerous regime that has ever existed, it is capable of anything. Here we have a regime who has invaded two countries, a regime that has been bullying Iran and the President of the United States announcing that bullying and using intimidation are not acceptable ways to conduct foreign policy in the 21st century. What has he been doing all these years? We had Condi Rice say the same stupid things and John McCain the Republican nominee for president say that in the 21st century nations do not invade other nations. Well the United States has just invaded two nations and has oppressed them for six years and they talk this way. This has got to be insanity, this is disconnected from all reality. What they mean is that no one but the United States can invade other nations. Press TV: What should we be expecting in the next couple of days with Condoleezza Rice going to Brussels? Paul Craig Roberts from your view if neocons in such power earlier we talked to Bill Christison a former senior CIA official who said there are placemen in all institutions after six years or more of the Bush presidency. What, is it going to go nuclear? Roberts: Yes, I think there is a great danger. I did not say anything about the Republicans, I said the neoconservatives. They controlled the Clinton administration too. That is why you had all those bombings of Serbia. I think your correspondent in New York is correct this is American foreign policy. It is not going to go away. I think it is most dangerous with Bush because he is essentially a moron. Cheney is too. It is more dangerous in their hands but I agree its American foreign policy and yes, they are capable of going nuclear, because they are full of hubris. Press TV: So you think they are ready to go for a war with Iran, with Russia. Some people are saying that Defense Secretary, Robert Gates does not answer to those neoconservatives that you were talking about. Roberts: No he tries to resist it and I also know that many senior officers in the American military have put their foot down. Nevertheless, there is a very powerful movement, the fact that they thought that Russia would sit there and do nothing while Russian citizens, people with Russian passports, were murdered, the capital destroyed and 30 or 40 thousand of them, which must be pretty close to half the population of South Ossetia, driven out into Russia and people thought Russia would do nothing. How can you make such a miscalculation? Anyone who could make that miscalculation can make far more dangerous miscalculations. They are perfectly capable of attacking Iran. The next point of trouble would be the Ukraine. The Americans would rush in there, stir all that up and cause another crisis.

A exemplo do ocorrido em 2003 com o rival Fiat Palio, o VW Gol geração IV mudou o desenho da dianteira, da traseira e detalhes de interior – mas manteve seus traços básicos, como se pode ver pela lateral. Visto por esse ângulo, utilizar a expressão “nova geração” pode parecer um pouco demais para o caso. A verdadeira reforma, que poderá incluir nova plataforma, especula-se estar em curso e levará algum tempo para chegar ao mercado (estima-se que em 2007). Até lá é com o GIV que vamos.

O carro trouxe boas novas em vários aspectos, como a redução da anterior extremamente extensa lista de versões. Agora são apenas três: City, Plus e Power. A City, de entrada, terá opções de motores 1,0-litro e 1,6-litro. A Plus, intermediária, terá apenas motor de 1 litro. Para a Power, topo de gama, haverá motores de 1,6 e 1,8 litro. Todos os motores são flexíveis em combustível (podem ser abastecidos com gasolina, álcool ou qualquer mistura de ambos).

Essa geração também decretou o fim da GII (que ainda “sobrevivia” com o Gol Special) e da GIII. De agora em diante, haverá apenas o GIV.

A melhor notícia, no entanto, é que os preços permanecem exatamente os mesmos da GIII, sem qualquer alteração. Começam em torno de R$ 24 mil (City 1 litro) e vão até R$ 34 mil (Power 1,8). Em tempo: novos Saveiro e Parati estão prontos e deverão chegar ao mercado em setembro.

O modelo passou por alterações de desenho na dianteira, em que ganhou as linhas acentuadas do “V” encontradas em outros modelos europeus (o novo Golf, por exemplo). Na traseira as alterações compreendem novas lanternas de formato circular (como as do Polo) e nova tampa do porta-malas, com maior área envidraçada, o que contribui para a visibilidade.

Por dentro há novos porta-copos, volante, revestimento dos bancos e painel de instrumentos – exatamente o mesmo do Fox, modelo do qual herdou, também, revestimento semelhante de plástico nas portas.

Ficou na mesma

As opções de motores são as mesmas. O motor 1,0-litro 8 válvulas abastecido com gasolina desenvolve 65 cavalos de potência; são 68 cv quando abastecido somente com álcool. O torque máximo é de 9,1 kgfm a 4.500 rpm com 100% de gasolina e 9,2 kgfm na mesma faixa de rotação com 100% de álcool.

O motor 1,6-litro gera 97 cv de potência com gasolina e 99 cv com álcool. Seu torque máximo é de bons 14,1 kgfm a 3.000 rpm rodando com gasolina e de 14,4 kgfm também a 3.000 com álcool. Já o propulsor de 1,8 litro oferece 103 e 106 cv com gasolina e álcool, respectivamente. Com torque máximo de 15,5 kgfm a 3.000 rpm (gasolina; com álcool são 16 kgfm na mesma rotação), esse motor perde para o 1,6 pela maior vibração.

Para o motor de 1,0 litro, o consumo médio divulgado pela Volkswagen é de 15,1 km/l com gasolina e de 10,2 km/l com álcool. Já o consumo médio do motor 1,6, de acordo com o fabricante, é de 13,8 km/l somente com gasolina no tanque e de 9,6 km/l com álcool. Para o motor mais potente, as médias declaradas são de 14 km/l para gasolina e 9,3 km/l para álcool.

Em comportamento dinâmico as características são as mesmas – incluindo a peculiar oscilação da carroceria à frente e para trás em frenagens e acelerações. A direção tem bom peso (quando equipada com assistência hidráulica), embora seja, como na geração anterior, levemente deslocada à direita e desalinhada com o banco do motorista.

O espaço para passageiros no banco de trás permanece escasso, assim como a capacidade do porta-malas: 285 litros.

Outra boa característica que permaneceu inalterada: a qualidade da iluminação proporcionada pelos faróis.

Ficou pior
Houve alterações para pior no Gol GIV. Uma delas foi o reposicionamento dos comandos de acionamento do vidro elétrico – agora sem a função um-toque, anteriormente oferecida. No GIII eram bem localizados no centro do painel, acessíveis a motorista e passageiro, sem problemas. Agora estão nas portas – na apresentação do carro foi justificado que a mudança ocorreu por solicitação dos clientes da marca, ouvidos em clínicas de pesquisa.

O novo painel, embora ofereça melhor sensação de espaço e tenha suas vantagens em luminosidade de interior segundo a VW, trouxe prejuízo: as pernas do passageiro (se mais alto) resvalam no porta-luvas, que está mais baixo.

Detalhes de acabamento como as novas saídas de ar de formato circular (tendência iniciada com o Ford Ka, seguida pelo Chevrolet Celta e agora pelo Gol), revestimento de portas (em plástico, inferior ao do GIII) e bancos e o polêmico painel do Fox também jogam contra. Esse último caso (do painel) ainda se justifica por um possível barateamento de construção – afinal, agora dois modelos da linha utilizam o mesmo componente.

Para tristeza dos fumantes, foram embora cinzeiro e acendedor de cigarros, antes presentes na GIII. Agora, nem como opcionais de fábrica.

13 tırlık insani yardım konvoyu bugün, saat 11.30’da, Eyüp Feshane Otoparkı’nda yapılan basın açıklamasının ardından yola çıktı.

Yaklaşık beş haftadan beri süren İsrail bombardımanı sonucunda Lübnan’ın güneyi başta olmak üzere bütün Lübnan yerle bir olmuş durumda. 33 gün süren saldırıların bilançosu ağır: Lübnan’da 15 bin konut, 145 köprü, 900 fabrika ve çiftlik, 23 petrol istasyonu ve 29 altyapı tesisi yıkıldı, 630 km yol da kullanılamaz hale geldi.

İHH İnsani Yardım Vakfı bölgede geniş kapsamlı bir insani yardım hareketi başlattı ve Türkiyeli yardımseverleri, zor günlerin yaşandığı Lübnan ve Filistin’deki mağdurlara yardım etmeye çağırıyor.

Çeşitli illerden gelen İHH gönüllülerinin ve muhtelif sivil kuruluş temsilcilerinin katılımıyla Feshane’de gerçekleşen kahvaltı programından sonra, 13 tırlık yardım konvoyu saat 11.30’da, Eyüp Feshane Otoparkı’nda yapılan basın açıklamasının ardından yola çıktı. Basın açıklamasında İHH Başkanı Bülent Yıldırım bir konuşma yaptı. TGTV başkanı, ASKON başkanı ve MÜSİAD başkanı da söz alarak İHH’ya bu yardım seferberliği için teşekkür ettiler ve İHH’nın yanında olduklarını beyan ettiler.

İsrail’in Filistin ve Lübnan’ı hedef aldığı bombardımanda, özellikle yollar, köprüler, elektrik istasyonları ve su şebekeleri hedef alınıyor. Lübnan’ın güney bölgeleri harabeye dönmüş durumda, yardım kuruluşları tarafından bölgeye götürülen yardımı engellemek isteyen İsrail’in saldırıları özellikle yolları ve köprüleri hedef alıyor. İsrail’in “insanlık dışı ve vahşi” saldırılarına karşı uluslararası toplum sessizliğini korumaktadır. İsrail’in Lübnan’da ve Filistin’de yaptığı, insanlık ve savaş suçudur. BM’nin Kana’daki katliamla ilgili olarak bir kınama dahi çıkaramaması çok düşündürücü. Bütün dünyanın bu trajedi karşısında susması da hayret edilecek bir durum. Güvenlik Konseyi, Hizbullah’ın silahsızlanmasını öngören kararın uygulanması üzerinde nasıl ısrarla duruyorsa, İsrail’in işgal ettiği topraklardan çıkmasını isteyen kararların uygulanmasını da talep etmeli.
